I brought in my car as an appointment. was made I spoke with Anthony. He had indicated that the service would take a few hours and cost about $425-$450 in expense. Returning three hours later I was greeted by Anthony and he confirmed that we were all set. Upon receiving my bill For $619.73, I asked to speak with him , he stated that is what the automobile needed. I said, would you not call for approval for the extra work, he stated that he knew I would see the value. Well at this point I don't enjoy car repair shops spending my money. Spoke with apparently his mgr. and currently I am disputing this issue with my American express card , I'm sure they will see it threw clearly. NEVER AGAIN STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

My Sales Associate, Flavio Vidoto, was very pleasant, experienced & informative. Even when I returned for service, he took the time to explain the onboard computer questions I had after I had driven the car for awhile. I recommend him if you want to purchase a used car or truck or a new Chevy or Caddy, He's a 1st class guy.

Just to follow up on my previous post. The service department has contacted me, apologized for the situation, and given me total assurance that my next trip to the dealership would be a good one. I had a good conversation with Walter, the customer service manager, and he is very honest and straight forward. He convinced me that my experience from the previous post was a one time problem, and I now have every reason to highly recommend this dealership to my associates!

I called again 30 minutes before closing and Anthony said it was done "a while ago" and he left a voicemail. I show up and they said they had me confused with another customer. They finally gave me a rental which they had said earlier in the day they did not have. To sum it up, a 2 hour long job took a day and a half, and cost me a day of work without my truck. Really? I just had a truly enjoyable experience buying a car! Hard to believe, I know! Most of us dread car shopping in the IS and for good reason! No joke! However, I told Flavio, the salesman at Tracy Motors, Inc, on Samoset St (Route 44) in Plymouth, MA, that I didn't want to play the game of waiting and waiting and being at the mercy of the auto dealership. I stated what I was looking for, why I was ready to trade my old car and a few other requirements. Flavio was so helpful, professional and polite, not to mention knowledgeable! FLAVIO & Paul, the finance manager, were willing to work with me to allow me to arrange the way I wanted to pay for the vehicle, instead of pushing me into a financing plan that was not right for me! The entire experience took a few hours (instead of a few days or more) and was so pleasant! I can't say enough good things about this dealership and staff! Please note that I am usually a very picky, difficult consumer. So such a great review coming from me is almost unheard of!! I will pick up my new car tomorrow and am very happy about that! A thousand thank you'd to FLAVIO, Paul and Tracy Motors!

Like most people I tend to dislike dealers and the typical sales staff that they employ. Tracy Chevrolet/Cadillac was the opposite, and as stress free as car buying can be. My sales guy Geoffry was extremely nice, offered me coffee/drinks, showed me multiple trucks and eventually worked with me to get the deal that was within my budget. I didn't think I would be able to afford a brand new truck, but they worked with me and made it happen. I did shop around at another local Chevy dealer, and hands down would go back/recommend Tracy.

While having the scheduled service, the keen eye of the service tech. noticed the bottom engine cover was wet with oil. Not a serious leak but one that should be taken care of. I made an appointment right away, was provided with an auto to use during this repair. Also found while in the shop that the water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. Again the Service Department saved my vehicle from a major engine problem, if not for them I might have been out of State on the road when serious and dangerous engine failure would have happen. I can not express how grateful I am for the care and concern your Service Manage Rick and his team and the Service Tech's in your Dealership care for it's customers. Thank you for your excellent care of my Cadillac DTS and my confidence and appreciation in your Service team.

I bought my 2nd truck from Tracy Chevrolet in 5 years. Both experiences were excellent and I was treated as their best customer. The second truck purchase, took me a little while to make the decision to buy. They were very patient and there was not high pressure. They gave me the best price as I had shopped around looking at other trucks at other dealers. They are truly a family dealer where the customer feels welcome to be there. In my opinion, they don't sell you a vehicle. They help you buy one. Thanks for a great experience, again!

They like to lie & make up excuses for delay in repairs. Dropped my car off 38 days ago for a new transmission & cylinder head. Both repairs were approved by my warranty company in a timely manner & this dealership has done nothing but complain to me about the time they have had to spend on the phone dealing with my warranty co. (Sorry but thats your job!) As of right now my warranty co. has sent them approval of payment on all repairs & they are still lying & blaming my warranty co. as an excuse as to why my vehicle is not ready to be picked up yet. I have dates & times in which my warranty co. approved payment for repairs from weeks ago. I have caught this service dept. in many lies throughout the process. I will never go back again & would not recommend this service dept to anyone!! It is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had with any business!

Went down to Tracy with my boyfriend to pick up his car he bought and dealt with mike Gollub. We were all talking and was explaining my current car situation. Had a 98 Pontiac and was in the market for a car, but i didn't have enough credit and he explained some of my options to me. Said I can lease a car and also there was a rebate because i was also part of a credit union! Called up my Dad and got his opinion, he came down to Tracy and Mike explained everything to my Dad no problem and answered all of our questions and was straight up about everything! Was a great car buying experience and felt great about my purchase!! Mike so helpful and honest about everything!! went there to try to get a price on a Silverado, not only were they not willing to negotiate a "realistic" price for the truck, but they raised the price from the add that I had, claiming that they "didn't have anymore coupons" which was a thousand dollars and they offered me $2500 less for my trade than any other dealer I've been to. when I brought this up to them, I was simply told to "go buy a ford" at this point, I left and went to a different chevy dealer. my father has also had a bad experience there, so now with this knowledge, we will never be wasting out time to go back to tracy.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! This is not the same dealership it once was. Staff is rude and very sneaky. I know they all play "number games" but this dealership is by far the worst. VERY DISHONEST, could not dig themselves out of all of the lies they were telling. Not even the sales manager was helpful. Poor communication. We ended up buying elsewhere and I recommend everyone else do the same.

I have had pretty much every car out there and have been alot of dealerships in 30 years. Tracey is by far the best dealership I have been to. I have only had service but the service is great. They only fix what needs to be fixed I let them do what they want to my vehicle and they invariably come back with " this doesn't need to be replaced yet your just wasting your money if we do this now". They are always looking after the customer. They have a great facility with a comfortable place to wait for your vehicle and if not sometimes a loaner car or car pick up service is available.I usually don't call ahead for service and when I show up they always accomodate you. The sales staff is very low key no pressure at all. The sales staff also knows their cars vey well and are very patient. Anyway, if you need a good family dealer that has great chevy's and caddy's try them out. Barry O'Neil. Cape Cod.

Gil was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and either knew the answers, or found the answers, to any questions I had. Most importantly, he was not one of those 'pressure tactics' type of salesman. He was upfront and strait forward, without being over bearing or pushy, which created a very comfortable atmosphere and a pleasant sales experience. Put a deposit down to hold a truck then they sold it out from under me with no warning at all!! They still have my deposit and I have no truck!! Tried to get a hold of owner but was told he was on vacation don't think he would be happy with the customer service I received!! I am not happy at all!!

Jim did a really great job helping us search their inventory, test drive trucks, and talk about pricing. Unfortunately we were looking for a mid size truck and they just didn't have the specific truck we were looking for, otherwise, we definitely would have bought from this dealership. They were very laid back, no pressure, friendly, and helpful. They answered all of our questions and did they best to work within our price range. I would recommend this location to others and would come back to buy from them in the future when I need another vehicle.

After a couple bad experiences at other dealerships I was apprehensive to continue on my car search, but I was told I would be taken care of at Tracy Motors and I was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful everyone was there. Joe Wilkerson, the sales manager, was phenomenal and walked me through the entire process from comparing cars to crunching numbers and finally the purchase. He was professional, very knowledgable and most importantly he never made me feel pressured to buy anything like all other dealerships I dealt with. His main concern was helping me to purchase a car that I loved instead of just selling me anything. Billy, my car salesman, was just as helpful as Joe and I highly recommend asking for them.

When I went to Tracy to look for a new truck I was greeted on the lot by Steve Dwyer. Steve was very knowledgeable on the silverados and showed me a bunch of them until I found one that I liked. We took it for a ride and Steve and the sales manager Joe made the numbers work and I ended up driving the truck home that day. Overall a really good experience. Paul the finance guy was really good as well.

By far the worst experience with a car dealership ever!! Contract for a 5 yr/100,000 mile extended warranty purchased and signed by both myself and the dealership and neither have been reached, however they claim they typed the so called wrong date on the contract and their is nothing they can do about it. Dealership acknowledges wrong doing but Continues to claims that there is nothing they can do to correct the problem!! Save yourself a HUGE constant HEADACHE and go elsewhere! They broke both keyless entry door handles and put a dent in my roof and when I said something about it the best Jim could come up with is that someone must have tryed to break in I live Halifax ma and cars don't get stolen there with out keys and there's not a single mark from a screwdriver that most thieves use so up yours Jim you suck and now I'm sick of this car and use to love it doors open when they feel like so that a Tracy deal for ya and nobody will beat that

My experience at Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac was phenomenal. I bought my Chevrolet Silverado from Franco Petrucci and am extremely happy with my purchase. After explaining what I had been looking for, Franco showed me several options and was able to find me a vehicle with all the features I wanted. The deal was even better than I expected. in the past ive went to herb chambers honda,and fall river ford along with two other dealerships and this dealership was BY FAR the best one ive been too.as soon as i walked into the door i felt comfortable as i was greeted by the sales manager...he told me everything i wanted to hear and made sure me and my wife were comfortable the whole entire time.he then turned me over to the salesman jeff cutler,he put me in a 2012 chevy malibu..and i must say i love it...he told me everything i needed to know about this car,took me on a nice test drive and even set up my onstar and helped sync my phone to the car which i would have never been able to do on my own.and paul showed me all the options for the loan and gave me the best options available...it was just a great all in all experience...the management was out of this world and i will most def be coming back at the end of the year when my wife car is payed off to trade that in towards a new car. thank you

Strange set of coincidences everytime car goes to this dealer with some type of problem or service light.Even though the dealer has these diagnostic codes, they never seem to be able to diagnose without hefty labor charge for diagnosis and never seem to diagnose without 3 or more visits for same problemIn the meantime we are told other things need to be repaired which never seem to make sense and dealership tells us the seemingly unncessary repairs are unrelated to new problem Something either wrong with mechanics or dealership ethics

I heard about the Tracy dealership from a friend who bought a car there. I liked that the owner was there and it is a family dealership. I also liked the low pressure feeling there. I traveled to Plymouth when I had others closer. Im happy I did. They gave me a great deal and followed up after to make sure I was happy with the car. Overall, it was a great experience. I recommend them every chance I get.

I would highly recommend both the dealership and the sales associate that I dealt with for my vehicle. Mr. Parsons with both personable and informed. He saw my needs and filled them with no high pressure tactics. The dealership was friendly from the greeting dogs to the other employees. I love the vehicle and the price was more than fair.

they are the worst dealership i've ever come across..... they are not honest, they are deceptive and do not value their customer s at all. they promote you wot beat a tracy deal, how untrue..... i would never recommend this dealership to anyone...bait and switch tactics... the management of this dealership is very dishonest. I cant say enough about the negative experience I had with these people. I had heard there was trouble at this place but I thought I would find out for myself. It was the worst car experience I have ever had. They certainly are not true to their word. Even their sales people were surprised at the tactics they pulled. Beware........

I had a great experience with the sales, finance and management people at Tracy. I would reccomend to anyone to go there.
