Tracy Chevrolet kept in contact with me concerning the Camaro that I test drove many months before I purchased it in October at a clearance price. My original offer was turned down more than once, but Tracy Chevrolet kept me on their list as "interested" in the car at the price that I first offered. When the bonus pack 20% discount was offered during the clearance they immediately contacted me, and I bought the car for less than my original offer. We got in a car accident on the 4th of September and I was looking at cars that were under 10000 I was going on cars.com excessively when I finally found a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze for $10,000 and I instantly fell in love! I test drove it on September 23rd and, alicia, my salesperson was very nice and she never pressured me I felt very at ease with her. I felt like she would work with. I told her I was paying cash and didn't want to finance and she said she would work the numbers and go to 'bat" for me and came back with a reasonable price! I ended driving my new car even tho i didn't have the cash up front but in good faith I was able to drive it out the lot. I was so relieved. I was in a time crunch and she was really about the customer service and didn't make me feel pressured to finance like most dealerships do ... Love her and would come back to purchase another car. Tracy Chevrolet is awesome and alicia was a godsend!

First 7500 mile dealer service. This isn't just an oil change, they have a check list that includes tire rotation. Ryan, in service, took the time to answer all of my questions, both before the service, and after I had browsed the new car lot. I had many questions about the fuel economy of bigger cars getting more MPGs than mine. He actually got on the net to find out who supplied the engine oil they were going to put in my car. I am very pleased with Tracy Chevrolet with my purchase and the service of my vehicle.

Took my Silverado in for a no start issue after I put a transmission in it. It was memorial day weekend so I knew it wouldn't be seen for several days as I had called early in the week and they were very busy. No worries. Todd gave me a call to tell me it was an easy fix, the megafuse.. And his mechanic had one in his toolbox used so he tossed it in and they charged me just for the diagnosis. I have a 2015 LT Impala that I purchaced from Tracy.I always take it to them for service, oil, filter and tire rotation. When I make an appointment most times its a 2 hour wait.This last time I call late Friday afternoon for a Saturday morning appointment. The person on the phone said they would not be able to get me in until 11:00 a.m.I told them that would not work I needed it earlier. I was going to make it for the next up coming week end. She asked me to hold and a few min later asked if I could get it in at 8:00am when they open.i took that appointment.When I showed up Saturday at 8:00 am that Saturday the service writer wrote me right up, my car went riight in and about and hour later I was out on on my way.I want to thank Tracy's service department for getting me in on short notice but also for getting me in and out so quickly.Robert Howard

Needed new wiper blades. Service rep Todd Tannahill checked my wipers and found the correct part # for my vehicle hoping that a cheaper model would work. No such luck. In any event, parts dept. had the correct part and Todd placed the wipers on my vehicle then made sure they worked correctly.

Outstanding experience! The sales rep, Darius shot me a price on the car I wanted. Came back with my wife, after work, and Darius showed an option to what I had thought I wanted. My wife liked it so that was the one we bought. Met Amanda, credit manager, and she patiently walked us through the entire purchase agreement. We also met Fabiola, customer followup, Ryan, service writer and Roul, detail shop. All of these people listened to what I needed, without interrupting or arguing. These people are very professional, respectful, and friendly. I was ready to fight and argue and be talked down to, because of my previous car buying experiences. I had no idea people could be polite and courtious at a car dealership. No games, no hype, no lies, no crap. Good people doing their jobs fair and honestly. I even received 3 different follow up calls from Darius, Amanda, and Fabiola, to make sure I was completely satisfied. Now that's follow up customer satisfaction at it's best! Looks to me like the owner of Tracy Chevrolet is looking into the future with his investment of quality employees, and not just the bottom line. What a concept! Took my truck in for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Prior to taking the car I marked the tires. When I picked up the car I checked the tires and noticed that they had not been rotated. I informed the service adviser. He asked the technician if he rotated the tires and the technician lied and stated that he had, even though the marking on the tires had not moved.Terrible experience. Makes one wonder if the rest of the service was performed?

Sales people a fast and friendly until they got the sale. After the sale was made, I have made numerous phone calls after my purchase to the finance person, sales manager and salesman who sold me the vehicle and they do not return any of my calls after leaving messages and talk to them live. I am very disappointed with the non-service after the sale. If I would have known this before my purchase, I would have made my purchase elsewhere. In my opinion customers are just as important after the sale has been made.

They gave me the run around . Said I didn't supply enough info regarding the car and give them a call. Obviously just wanted to pressure me to come in. I justed wanted to know if the vehicle was still available. After three emails I was finally told the car wasn't available. Who knows it may have been when I first asked.

The service staff is very nice, the shuttle driver was great & even offered to help us load our huge cart from Costco on pickup. The only thing I didn't care for was the 2 hour wait on an oil change appointment but now that I know it takes 2 hours we'll try to be more prepared. Also love the unexpected surprise that I have 2 years of free maintenance on my new Tahoe!

Todd as always, was polite, listened to my problem (2004 Silverado), got back to me with what as wrong and his price quote was within range.While waiting for service I walked the lot -just looking. Jo-Jo, understanding that I was JUST LOOKING explained the differences in the new trucks to me. If I was interested in purchase, I would see Jo-Jo for the High Mountian. I believe that is the name of the top of the line Silverado. I am very happy with the current dealership.

The person moving our car from the bay, to have it washed, drove through the parking lot at excessive speed. I understand the driver may need to move the seat or mirrors, but move them back, and don't change my radio stations. And lastly, no car paper mats? Thanks for your dirt.

Absolutely horrible sales, went to buy a certified used Traverse. Outside gave us numbers that we were comfortable with, when we sat down they said they couldn't do those numbers and didn't even go through the credit union I asked them to, lowered trade value on paper even after telling us an amount outside. 1 week later car is advertised for what our unacceptable offer was. Waste of time.

Came in for a routine oil change. In and out in approx 40 minutes AND they washed my vehicle! Great service experience and the advisor did not try to oversell anything additional. They performed a multi point inspection and went over the inspection with me, letting me know how much time I had left on brakes/tires, etc. Thanks Tracy Chevrolet!

the staff here was great all very friendly . we had no pressure from the sales people an it made things easier. the finance lady was great. helped us get better rates an tom was amazing. when an if i buy a new car i would go back here an I would recomend this company to my friends

Every time that I have taken my car into Tracy Chevrolet I have been treated with courtesy and by my name. The estimates that I received were fair and all warranty work was noted and completed. I was given a ride home from Tracy to Brentwood while car being serviced and when I needed a rental car one was provided without questions. Tracy Chevrolet is the ONLY dealership that I would take my car to for service or repairs. I trust them completely. Way to go guys!!!!!

Came for a great deal on a Camaro. VERY BEAUTIFUL CONDITION and for an incredibly low price! I thought for sure it had to be in an accident small or big,,but car fax showed no such thing. just an excellent bargain. I'd definitely recommend Tracy Chevrolet to anybody in the market for a car. I URGE YOU... DO NOT SUPPORT THIS DEALERSHIP. FORCE THEM TO ADDRESS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. DO NOT BE MISTREATED.I never thought I would encounter a customer service experience this bad. My wife and I felt we had finally found the car of our dreams and were attempting to negotiate the sale. When the numbers did not work out, we thought we had peacefully gone our separate ways. Less than fifteen (15) minutes later, we received a snirky call from the salesperson stating that the general manager would give us a call when the car sold. What was that for?

I want to comment on the absolutely horrific experience I just received at the Tracy Chevrolet.My employer provides me with a vehicle, and when I reach a set number of miles they replace it. They do this by leasing the vehicle from a national supplier. When I choose and order a vehicle it is shipped brand new to the local dealership for me to pick up. It is not purchased from that dealership. I have a selection of four vehicles to choose from, one of them being the chevy malibu.Today I stopped at each of the dealerships for those four possible cars with the goal of looking at one, assessing it's viability for my job requirements, and taking it for a short test drive to evaluate it's driving abilities including turn radius and feel as I work largely in San Francisco and parking is tight, and I spend 50K miles a year in it, so it needs to be comfortable to me.Each time this has happened during my employment (4 total so far) I have had great experiences with dealerships providing me with assistance and a short test drive, knowing full well ahead of time that there would be no sale.THIS TIME, at the TRACY CHEVROLET dealership, I was told that I could not take it for a test drive because there wasn't a possibility of a sale, and it was suggested that I should go and rent one for a few days if I wanted to drive one. They would not even unlock the car so that I could sit in it!To be plain...I have never personally owned a car other than a Chevy. I currently own a 95 Camaro and an 09 Avalanche LTZ. I have on several occasions needed diagnostics/service on my camaro, and have taken it to the Tracy Chevrolet location due to its convenience in proximity. I have never had the option for a Chevy vehicle for my company car before and I was very excited to have a Chevy as an option!After this experience, there is a good chance I will go with the Ford, but if I do go with the Malibu it will be due to superior service from a different Chevy dealer. In addition, the Service for my new car, if it's the Malibu, will not be done at the Tracy Chevrolet either, as it would have otherwise been.I will NEVER bring my Camaro back to this facility, and when my Avalanche needs service, it will not get it from the Tracy Chevrolet. I will never spend a dime there again, in any capacity. If I choose the Malibu I will receive it somewhere else than in Tracy to ensure that they don't even get the slightest amount of compensation from my company, because I will not spend my companies money in any way that I wouldn't spend my own.Being a life long lover of Chevrolet vehicles, this experience appalls me. I have never considered buying a different brand. I may still by Chevy's in the future, but that will no longer be an automatic choice.
