I give this company no stars overall for not being trustworthy and honest with customers.My check engine light was on so i took my car to them.they ran the codes and it came back my evap pump was faulty however after examining my car for 4hours.the mechanic couldn't find a problem with my pump,he did say there was a lot of cob webs in my pump so that could be a reason for setting off the code.so i leave with my car and got all the way back to stockton to have my car start smoking and leaking.i called the dealership they insisted to pay to have it towed because they assumed that the pump came loose.after being towed back it took an hour for them to tell me that my pump broke which is hard to believe considering the men said it was fine.so i insisted that they pay for it since its their fault and they worked on..the mechanic than told me that my pump broke on its own and that my pump is faulty and that its my responsibility to pay to fix it...I was extremely upset now when its your fault you dont want to pay...I'am completely shocked how dishonest these ppl are.everyone makes mistakes just own up to your faults.I refuse to pay for their services so I'm now contacting the manager and the higher bosses

They rushed the sale of my vehicle & when I found problems they said it was fixed & actually wasn't. 2-3 months later still finding problems & the owner Frank said it is not his problem & he will not fix anything on my car. Very tacky customer service, poor people skills, & they'll do or say anything to make a sale or get rid of a car. Extremely nice in your presence but as soon as you leave with your vehicle it is now your problem not theirs. Such a disappointment & waste of my money & time!

I had been looking for a Dodge Charger for a while and came across a all white one for a very good price, I drove al the way from San Jose to Tracy to look at it and Kristie was the one who greeted me when i was looking at the car and the and she was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, she worked really hard to get all the financing figured out. The car was priced well and the employees were cleaning the car while we were finalizing everything. Everyone was very professional and very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for well priced cars and amazing customer service

We were looking for a 2016 Mazda CX-5 AWD Grand Touring with Tech Package (but not iActiveSense), with some accessories like Roof Rails and Cargo Cover.We had previously contacted Tracy Mazda via e-mail to inquire about their inventory, but were pursuing other leads. After a less than pleasant experience at a local dealer, we ended up at Tracy Mazda after responding to Kristie's follow-up e-mails with a phone call. While there, we discovered they had a silver one in stock.Because we were pressed for time (for a friend's birthday party), she helped speed our process along (in terms of determining a final sales price, and helping with getting financing. She did all this while also helping other drop-in customers. She really worked for our benefit!She was careful to review the feature set with us as we waited for the paperwork, and patiently sat with us while we set up the Bluetooth pairings with our phones. The whole transaction took about 2.5 hours from the time we arrived until the time we were able to drive away. Be wary as it seems to be fairly dusty in the area (due to lack of rain); during pre-delivery inspection be sure to make sure the exterior is cleaned up to your liking (if you are less pressed for time).We also recommend calling or e-mailing her first to give her a heads-up about your interest and the vehicles you are seeking.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. At the other dealerships I visited, some staff knew what they were selling, and others clueless. Additionally, even before buying my car, staff was excellent about following up with me and answering my questions over the phone. The car search started 3+ months ago, initially for a car for my other half, who has been in the market for a manual Mazda3 SGT. When the 2016 models started arriving in the Bay Area, Jim called me to let me know what he saw was coming in and that he planned to reach out to another dealer to see if he could get his hands on a car that we had been looking for. When the other dealer did not respond, Jim and the team went ahead and ordered the car for us. Through all of this, I was confident that, when I was in the market for my own car, I would be taken care of.The dealership is located a little ways away if you are coming from the SF Bay Area. However, there are some great country roads without any traffic that make for a great test drive if traffic on the freeway is backed up. You may not get hills this way, but you can test the acceleration and handling at higher speeds and around some sharp curves. The dealership has a good selection of cars and, from my experience, staff will try to get you what you want if they dont have it in stock. In addition to walking away with the car I wanted, a 2015 Mazda3 i Touring, I felt like I got a fair price and was treated with respect throughout the process. We look forward to the day when our 2nd car arrives at the dealership! In all, I am a happy customer and recommend Jim A. at Tracy Mazda.

We made multiple calls and emails, and never heard back . . . from a car dealer?!?!?!? WHAAAT???!!!Tracy Mazda got the call because Kristie Debenedetti had contacted me about a previously owned vehicle we were looking at, and she was persistant. NOT annoying, but professional, persistant, and easy to work with. I sent her the specifics on what we were looking for, and the next day we owned a car! I just bought my first car with Tracy Mazda and the whole process was five stars. David Reynolds was my sales consultant who was courteous, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He was so patient when I asked a million questions about the center console. The manager, Frank Yray, also came out to meet me and say hello, and even let me pick out two keychains for my new keys. The transaction was relatively quick for a car buying experience, and I got a great deal. Everyone was so nice and I felt like they were trying to help me get the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Very shady tactics. Suffice it to say that this is one customer who won't be going back, no matter how great a deal is. Will run your credit without asking, will drive your trade without asking. Lowball fair market value for trade. With blank face upsell you on extended warranty and gap insurance as if it's something you're asking for. Waste your time, run out clock tactics.

Well, Im on a market to buy a Miata so I'm cruising around the internet and found the 2015 Mazda grand touring with less 2k miles in it from Tracy Mazda. I did email Brett Allen the GM from Tracy Mazda, I asked him if he will consider my offer to buy the car?I don't want to waste my time and their time either if they won't sale it to me?Long story short, in less than one hour I got a response from them in behalf of Joseph Khan.- sales manager. We discussed about pricing of the car out the door. It was smooth no xxxxxxxx transaction.I checked their review online before I consider buying from them.They have a very high rating from their clientele! Well every positive things they said was true!I went there to pick up the car coz I told to Joseph that I will pay cash. Joseph was very pleasant to me.A little hiccup on wiring the money from my bank but the deal went through.Miss Kristie Debenedetti was super accommodating with me. (She got two well behave and wonderful kids hanging around at the store) She is really reassuring calmed and very composed and very -very helpful.She was very pleasant not pushy unlike some other sales person.I would highly recommend Tracy Mazda for their professionalism and courtesy to their guest.I salute a very good team! My experience with Tracy Mazda was the worst situation I have ever had with an auto service center in over 40 years of automobile ownership. My vehicle broke down on the freeway and was towed to Tracy Mazda. Tracy Mazda was exceptionally slow in diagnosing the problem(s) and offering any workable solutions to fixing the problem(s). Over a period of nine weeks my vehicle was in and out of their facility, they failed to follow through on ordering parts expeditiously. I had to keep calling and emailing to get them to do anything to move the repairs on my car forward. During this period, they refused to cover the costs of a rental vehicle even though the delays in repairs were entirely their fault. After more than two months in their shop, they still could not get the check engine light to go off even though the car was running fine at this point. So, rather than recommend any other solutions they simply indicated that I needed a new engine. On top of that, their full-circle inspection failed to identify several loose screws in the passenger side front door that was preventing it from closing properly. Then, after indicating they were going to clean the car before returning it to me, it was given back to me in an absolutely filthy condition with the exterior unwashed and the interior full of dust and smudge marks from dirty work clothes. I communicated my displeasure about the way I was being treated in this process to the dealerships general manager and he indicated that it was my fault that the repair process had drug on for more than nine weeks. Blaming the customer for serious lapses in service and follow-through seems to be their way of covering up their own mistakes. The lack of conscientious customer service in my case at Tracy Mazda was truly appalling.

Sent the request for an internet price quote, which should be a fast and easy way to buy a car. I got many e-mails about cars that were not the one I was looking for, and also got several phone calls. I never could get a price out of them. After discussing thoroughly what I wanted with two different people from their internet sales department, they continued to not hear me and just wasted my time. I got fast price quotes from two other dealers, and two additional dealers gave me price quotes after a bit of effort, but none took as much of my time as Tracy Mazda, and even after discussing the matter with their sales reps and getting assurances that they would send me a price quote, I still did not get one. I did get at least 4 e-mails that said "click here for your vehicles e-Brochure and e-Price quote," but none were for the vehicle I had asked about, so just more time wasted.

I keep thing of reasons why I need to go and drive. lol Thank you Amy. this was my first car purchase and you made it a very good experience for me. thank you to the entire team too. Buying process was very simple. they asked me how much my monthly would be. they came back with what they found. I okay'd it and signed the papers. and I got the car. very simple.

I wanted to buy a Mazda CX-7 after driving a 2007 Toyota Minivan XLE Limited AWD since 2006. I ended up trading it in at the Carmax Modesto to buy the Maxda CX-7 but had to return the car because the sales rep did not point out that the car had 2 accidents recorded on carfax.com, not to mention that the car had high mileage for a 2011 model. Since I had 5 days to return the car, I started looking for other similar Mazdas on cars.com and found a red and a plum Mazda CX-7 used at Tracy Mazda. I sent an e-mail via cars.com and got an immediate response back from a sales rep. I explained my situation and they invited me in to test drive the two available vehicles. During the same visit, I saw the Mazda CX-5 at the lot and started comparing the pros and cons of a new vs. used car. They gave me two monthly payment options. They worked with me in getting me to the monthly payment level that will not bust my pocket. In looking at the finer details of the sale, I noticed that they did not give me a discount on the MSRP (even though they had earlier July specials up to $3500 discount). I got good financing terms of 0.9% but I would have felt better as a buyer to get a discount off the MSRP. I bought the 7 year/100K warranty, for an additional $2200, which was added to the financing. The sales rep that helped me was getting frustrated with the transaction at first and seemed not too knowledgeable. She later admitted that she was new. Until the manager on shift stepped in. He was convincing and made it sound like he was being customer-focused. I signed the paper work and picked up the car the next day, but I wish I negotiated a better deal on the MSRP.

I had been thinking about purchasing a car for a while. Heather contacted me a couple of weeks ago. She said that they had a great selection of Mazda6. On Wednesday she contacted me again and ask if I was still interested in the Mazda 6. Then I said yes but I was still undecided between the Mazda 6 and the Nissan Sentra. Then she told me that they had a Nissan Sentra in there lot and they had it on sale. I schedule for a test drive for the following day which was yesterday. I got there and she was waiting for me already. We went for a test drive and I feel in love with it. I didn't need to go on a test drive on the Mazda 6. The whole team were very helpful. They all made my first time purchase a great experience. I really recommend this dealership. They even took my Mazda MPV for a down payment. Thank you Heather and team for all your help.

I was frustrated with the local Mazda dealer in Santa Rosa. I told them exactly what I wanted in a Mazda CX5 and that I was ready to do business. A week went by and I didn't hear anything. I felt like the staff at the Santa Rosa dealership did not take me seriously. So I went on the Mazda website and checked the inventory for 150 miles for the car I wanted. I found the exact car that I wanted in Tracy, 124 miles away. I called them and spoke to Alex Rivera and made an appointment to see the car the next day. Alex was prepared for my visit and had the car I was interested in cleaned and detailed. It was sitting out front awaiting my arrival. I feel that, although I am a middle-aged woman on my own, Alex took me seriously. He treated me with respect and I felt he was fair in our financial dealings. He was a pleasure to work with. After I bought the car, Alex spent time with me setting up my phone to the bluetooth option and going over other features of the car. I am very pleased with my new CX5 and with my car-buying experience at Tracy Mazda. I definitely recommend Alex Rivera as the salesman to see for a new car.

I really enjoyed my overall experience at Tracy Mazda. When we came in it was 30 minutes before closing and they were short handed not only was Alex the receptionist but also the key board guy n just about everything else. He was so helpful even for being so short handed. I came back the following day to purchase my car and Alex helped me setup everything with the blue tooth n my phone in my car. Made it all a breeze! I bought a brand new 2013 Mazda6 last Thursday night from Tracy Mazda. It had been a long time since I have purchased a new car. I was so amazed at how nice everyone was to me and how easy the process was. The Sales manager Brian was so helpful in putting me into the right loan and making the experience painless. The paperwork was easy and the finace manager Charles was friendly and explained everything on the paper work so I knew exactly what I was getting. Alex my salesman explained all the details of the car and was very nice making sure I understood all the gadgets on the new car. I drove out of there feeling like I had made friends as they waved me goodbye. I was even more surprised the next morning when arriving to work to find a message from Alex making sure everything was ok and I didn't have any questions and if I did to please call him. I would definately recommend everyone who is looking to by a car to buy at Tracy Mazda.

Jeff Cannon was my sales consultant and the main guy who helped me through the whole process. Always patient, never pushy, did not mind me testing out every part of the car. He helped me get the car I wanted rather than suggest something else. Brian Hague and Charles Lunsford helped me with financing and were able to work with my credit union. To be brief, my fiance and I drove to Tracy to check out a Ford, Toyota and Mazda dealership for a new car purchase. After test driving 2 cars, examining prices and customer service, he and I are very PLEASED with the professional, no pressure, friendly and funny service Alphonso G. provided us. I'm from the Midwest and I dislike sales people who come running and shadow your every move. Alphonso completely worked with us, and quite frankly, I thought I was on another planet...I was pleasantly shocked. We also looked at the i Grand Touring model with Chris. He's was also friendly and knowledgeable about the car. I preferred the 2012 Mazda 3 i Touring because I didn't want the moonroof and leather seats. Alphonso accompanied us on a rural road test drive. The car made me smile as wide as the grill! I know it's a sales person's "job" to make the dealership money while making a living. Sales can be a difficult job with a less than stellar attitude. I don't know the training that Tracy Mazda provides their employees, but through dealerrater.com reviews and personal experience, it's the truth that Tracy Mazda is a top rated Central Valley rated dealer! We are still deciding on a few things regarding the future car purchase, as we weeded out 4 other dealers. I went into this dealership looking to trade in my 2010 Mazda MX5 for a car that did a little better on gas due to a 2 hour commute I was having. I told Kendall what I was looking for and she had one in stock and explained in detail all the great features. Kendall knew this car well and when we went on a test drive took me on back roads as to show me the great handling on curves. I knew when I got back to the dealership this was a done deal. This dealership works as a team as they all help one another in making sure they can answer all your questions along with educating you in more detail on the cars features. We just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2009 Mazda 6 from Tracy Mazda yesterday. We came all the way from Chico for this car, and we couldn't be happier. As for Tracy Mazda's sales team: Alfonso is fantastic! He put no pressure on us, and he bent over backwards to show us other options we were considering. I came in with pre-arranged financing, but the finance manager (Charles, I believe) at Tracy Mazda was able to get us an incredible interest rate. I also had my two kids (4 and 6) there for probably 3 hours, and they were able to play in the playroom and with video games. I highly recommend Tracy Mazda.

I say "OK" experience because I don't believe it should have taken nearly 4hrs to buy a car. Cash deal with trade-in that had been evaluated a week earlier. Also, called hours ahead of time that we were coming to finalize the deal. Seriously...the deal was good one but DOING the deal could have been much better. Alfonso was GREAT. We don't like strong pressure sales and Alfonso was very laid back and accommodating to our shopping style. Besides the car we bought, we test drove a used Nissan from the lot to compare (style, pricing, ride, etc.). In the long run, we felt it was better for us to get the new vehicle, with the 0% interest rate and no miles on the car instead of the used vehicle.We were tended to comfortably (provided beverages)and lots of friendly chatter with Alfonso (and Joe) during our wait.Aside from the long wait for financing to free up, our day was very pleasurable. The only thing that could make car buying MOREpleasurable would be to shorten how long it takes to work out the finances and do all the paperwork.Since we had previously purchased a (used) Mazda from Tracy Mazda, and had it serviced there (along with another Mazda bought from a private party), we were very familiar with Tracy Mazda sales and service. Our preference was to not have to travel to the Bay Area to get a car we were happy with, and to keep the tax dollars in Tracy if possible. ALFONSO and Tracy Mazda made that possible for us. Thank You.

I want you to know that Tracy Mazda Sales and Financing is the best experience that no words can describe. You have to go through it to understand it. It is just like trying to describe your wonderful Hawaii vacation trip to someone to give them an idea of what you experienced. You just can not do it. The person you tell would have to be there to appreciate it. Well, I am from Sacramento and I have been to Tracy Mazda and purchased a 2011 Mazda 3 on April 30, 2011, and it was an excellent experience. I also just purchased a 2012 Nissan Versa on September 3, 2011 at one of the four Nissan Dealerships in the Sacramento area for my daughter. I could not get her to get a Mazda so that I could go to Tracy again.I was totally disappointed with that particular Nissan Dealership. I would not buy another car from them again. So as to not totally trash Nissan, I prefer to describe the experience I had with Tracy Mazda. In comparison, I felt extremely comfortable with all of the Tracy Mazda staff. None of them made me fell uneasy; they were up-front with me on everything. I felt a since of trust, which is unspeakable and unusual for me. Both car purchases (Mazda and Nissan)were for the right price and there was no pressure to buy. I just fell that more Dealerships need to be mindful of how important it is to be up-front and gain the buyer's trust so that they can have a wonderful experience. Tracy Mazda is Number 1 - the best Dealership.

My search for a car started in Modesto. As founded as my initial thoughts about the ease of finding a car were, I soon realized the main hurdle wouldn't be finding a car but finding the customer service that warranted my business. The next day we set out for tracy in hopes i would get the car i had been drooling over. Alfonso was there to greet us as we pulled in and was ready to talk cars. He showed me the Silver Mazda3 I had initially requested the information on as well as a couple of others keeping in mind my wantes and most importantly what I could afford. With he and my fathers help I was able to decide on a marvelous perviously loved Mazda3 5door.!!!!!!

Christopher made shopping for a car hassle free. We went to other dealerships before going into Tracy Mazda and was surprised at the difference. At Tracy Mazda we did not feel pushed into seeing anything we didn't want to see. There was also breathing room, unlike the other places whose salesmen were right in your face the whole time. We were worried about the buying process but the people at Tracy Mazda made it easy and pain free. I would recommend buying a car here.

They didnt have the color i wanted at this dealership so they sent for the exact car i wanted in the exact color i wanted and it was there by the next day. This was my first time coming to a dealership/buying a car. Alfonso came right out and asked us if we needed help and what kind of car we were looking for. We talked with him a little bit, he had informed us that they do a lifetime warrenty on the engine and that no other mazda dealership does that. We took that into consideration and still wanted to shop around. So we went to the Dublin Mazda dealership. We were not too happy with there customer service so we came back to the Tracy dealership ready to buy. Alfonso made myself, my fiance and my newborn baby feel very comfortable. He worked out a great deal for us. When it was time to leave Chris walked us out to the car and showed us the ins-n-outs of it all. He even opened my door for me and congratulated me on my new car. I am very impressed with Tracy Mazda. I came to the dealership with some fears because of the car salesman stereotype (high pressure sales) and I have never owned or driven a Mazda. Joe Louie was very friendly and made the process of buying the car an easy one, due to his low pressure, helpful attitude. After Joe assisted me with test driving the Mazda 3 and the Mazda Speed3, Joe answered all of my many questions about the vehicles. When I decided on the Mazda 3, I still wanted to drive it again to make sure. Joe gave me all the time I needed to drive the car and take it all in. I feel good that I got a fair price for the car and the warranty thanks to Joe (I want a dealership I buy from to stay in business). After deciding to buy the car, I was introduced to Alfonso Guiton. Alfonso assisted me with completing the credit information and presenting the information from the car manual and warranties. Due to the service department being closed, Alfonso was only able to direct me to the service department and offered to assist me if/when I would need to service the car. Alfonso made sure the car was cleaned well and helped me go over the car to look for any dings, scratches, etc. Lastly, John (finance guy) was very helpful and nice to work with. Again, he did not pressure me and helped me get all of the necessary paperwork completed quickly. This experience is one that will bring me back in a few years when I need to buy a car again. I first contacted Joe a couple of months ago by email, in regards to the vehicle I purchased, while I was overseas. He was courteous and professional in his emails and kept me advised of the vehicles status. When I arrived back in California, I came out to view the vehicle. Joe was with another customer, so Alfonso took my wife and me on test drives of two vehicles. He was able to accurately describe the features of both vehicles and answered any questions we had. At no time did I feel either Joe or Alfonso were trying to push any one vehicle on us. They were both very polite and let my wife and I come to our own decision about purchasing the vehicle. All in all this was a very stress free vehicle purchase.

I went to the dealership with what I thought was a reasonable offer ( I did my homework). They spent about half an hour reviewing my car and offer and came back and agreed my offer was reasonable. We came to an agreement in 5 minutes and I bought the car. No high pressure sales. Very friendly but not pushy. I felt that they really wanted to give me the best deal. I liked the functionality of the primary Mazda and Tracy Mazda's websites, so I called & made an appointment. Alex did a great job of listening to my needs and showing me different options. Mark Gillem and his staff provided wonderful service. We dropped in with no appointment and on a tight schedule on the way to the airport after an animal had run into our rental CX-9 and knocked off the rim over the rear wheel well, breaking the fastening clips and bending the piece itself. Mark gave us immediate attention, worked with his personnel to find alternative clips to resecure the piece, and completed the job very efficiently. He and his staff were pleasant and friendly. Alfonso Guitron was our salesperson & from the very beginning, he was friendly, knowlegeable & did everything he could to help us get the best deal possible. Between both Alfonso & John in the finance dept, they did everything they could to work with us in obtaining the vehicle that we wanted. Not only did John help us as much as he could with the financial aspects, but when he saw our two sons, he made it a point to find them a football to toss around while we waited & both Alfonso & John asked all four of us if we wanted anything to drink. This dealership has outstanding customer service; they did not dissapoint. I have already recommended Tracy Mazda to two friends & one family member. I spoke to Alfonso from day one and he gave me a quote for my car. I told him I was driving from quite a distance and was looking the dealership who can give me the best quote. He cautioned me about other dealership's attempts to get you to the place by telling you they have the car you are looking for, only to tell you they don't have it and try to get you to commit to another color or other options when you actually come in. I'm not 100% this is what happened to me with another dealership I spoke to but it seemed like it was. I was specific with all options, down to color of what I wanted and Alfonso was able to tell me there was ONE available and not from where I was told they had it in stock. He then got it locked in, so it wouldn't sold. Finally, I told them about another quote I received for a different color and they worked with me and got close to matching it. They worked hard were able to qualify me for the 0% for 5yrs and I walked out a very happy camper. I had a great first time buyer experience coming to Tracy and dealing with Alfonso and would recommend this dealer to anyone.

This was the best auto purchase experience I have ever had at a dealership. It was my first internet experience. There was no hassle. The manager was very professional and quick to respond to my questions. I was impressed with the video he emailed me of the interior and exterior of the car. I even emailed the video to my daugther and she was impressed also.I could actually decide the color I wanted, or did not want, because of the video. All from the comfort of my home, no gas wasted going from one dealer to another trying to locate the perfect vehicle. I was able to make an informed decision in 2 days, and I purchased the vehicle in less than a week. The internet is the way to go.

I really enjoy my experience at Tracy Mazda, i called early saturday morning and spoke with a really nice lady that infomed me that one of the sale rep would be coming in shortly and would give me a call, not even ten mintues later i receieved a call from a very nice gentleman who then looked up to see if the car i was interested in was still there. Very fair price on a low milage Ford F350 Super duty truck. The oil light came on the first time we test drove the truck, so they took it over to the Ford dealership next door and had it checked out - then showed us the paperwork. The salesman was very friendly but didn't "push". This dealership also gives a lifetime engine warranty on most New Mazda vehicles to the original purchaser - I'd certainly consider buying a new Mazda from them also.

I contacted Tracy Mazda yesterday when I noticed that they had a beautiful, gun metal, 2010 Mazda3 S Sport with super low miles and an awesome tech package for WAY under what other dealers that I had been shopping had offered. I was leery about it, not only because Tracy is a L-O-O-O-O-O-O-N-G trip from where I live, but like the old adage states "If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is". Well I couldn't have been FURTHER from the truth! I was greeted by Alfonso almost immediately when I stepped into the building and I instantaneously thought about the cliche car salesman and held my wallet a bit closer. ;) The process was much more streamlined since I actually went in knowing exactly what I was looking for. Alfonso answered every single question I threw at him and helped make me and my family feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. When we were finally all finished; everything was very thorough, I was another proud owner and sibling of the Zoom Zoom family. Not only did Alfonso pair my Bluetooth and show me how all of the stuff worked, he even FILLED MY TANK! What is it now a days, like $32 a gallon?!?! My fiance bought his Mazda 3 from Tracy Mazda a little over a year ago. He's had nothing but great things to say about the sales people (he worked with Nilo), the experience of buying from Tracy Mazda and the car itself. When it came time to buy my car, Tracy Mazda was definitely at the top of the list. Knowing I would probably go with a Mazda in the end, I wanted to do some shopping around at other dealerships first. While the other sales people were polite enough, I felt like they were treating me like a naive child (even though I'm a 30 year old woman) and directed the nuts and bolts of the deal at my fiance. They also seemed to give us the run around on the pricing and weren't up front about exactly how they were running the numbers. Those other dealerships were frustrating and exhausting.Tracy Mazda was different from the moment we walked on the lot. Brian greeted us, asked a couple basic questions and pointed us in the right direction. He stood back and allowed us to walk the lot and view the cars without any pressure. When we had questions Brian was extremely helpful, patient and polite, again without being pushy in the slightest. After a test drive Brian introduced us to Alfonso and we asked for a quote.Whereas other dealerships took at least 2 hours to discuss price and terms, Brian and Alfonso had numbers for me in about ten minutes. No nonsense, extremely straightforward and forthcoming. The quote I was given showed all fees, taxes, how the payment would work out and the bottom line price of the car. All I had seen at the other places were hastily written numbers for monthly payment and length of the loan.When we decided to leave to go home and think things through, there was absolutely no pressure from Alfonso or Brian. Where other dealerships would delay our departure, give us gruff or guilt trips, Tracy Mazda was happy to give us the information we needed and let us go home to make the decision on our own. I called Alfonso the next day, asked if he still had the car I wanted and told him I'd be there in two hours to get it. When we arrived we were again treated with patience and respect through the entire transaction. Alfonso was amazing! Even though he was simultaneously assisting another buyer, I never felt neglected and when he was working with me I had his undivided attention. At the other dealership I had a sales person who was helping two customers at the same time as well, but kept making a big production out of how hard he was working and how crazed his day was. Alfonso kept everything relaxed and enjoyable. John ran the financing for us and was extremely helpful as well. Overall the process was friendly, easy and relaxed. I would highly recommend checking them out.

WOW!!!!! To bad they don't have a Hell yeah option for the Dealer Recommendation. First off I have to say how amazing this staff is to work with their customers. I was online on Friday night and came across a truck I could not find nowhere near where I live. It happens to be over 2 hours away and First thing Saturday Morning Alfonso contacts me and asks about my interests. I advised him how I really liked the truck but I needed to see the interior better. Sure enough Alfonso goes the extra mile and send me an emailed video of the interior. Great Job Alfonso. So the next step was to advise that my credit was very poor and wanted to get pre=approved before I went to the dealership. He advised me to fill in the application online and would start from there. I was back and fort with them until they where able to come up with a bank and John in Finance pulled through and got a perfect loan. I am so happy with the #'s that I drove and they waited 1.5hrs after they dealer closed to wait for me to come in from out of town. After a 2+ hr drive I checked out the truck and it was exactly what I expected and was out of the dealership and home by midnight. If I owned a dealership I would steal Alfonso to go work with me. Thank you so much for the excellent experience Alfonso, I truly recommend to make the drive to Tracy Mazda.

I walked onto the lot and I did not intend on purchasing a vehicle that night. Alfonso greeted my husband and I and asked if we needed any help. I was looking for an Mazda3 with the older body style and he told me he had one right away. He asked if I wanted to take a test drive and I took him up on the offer. He made us both feel very comfortable and was not pushy, which I respect. It was late Saturday night and I told him that I would come back the next day because I wanted to be able to see it in the light. He suggeted that it be placed under the bright lights that were at the dealership. At that point we went inside to talk to him. He was straight forward and did not give us any bs. For well over a year now i have been looking to purchase a vehical, after encountering many unprofessional salesman and having trouble getting financed dealership after dealership i decided to try Tracy Mazda. The dealership made my search so easy, instead of forcing me to come in right away and take a look at what they had they worked well with me over the phone and the internet. While my credit is not the best and i quickly realized the first car i had come to them for was just not going to work with my budget, Alfonso and a few others did research for me and ended up being able to pull the same vehicle from a sister dealership that was more in my price range in order to satisfy my needs. I think they went above and beyond what any dealership has for me in the past. I felt comfotable in knowing that my needs were important to them. As a single mother with a full time job it's always nice to be able to handle things quickly and over the phone, the fact that Alfonso put so much effort into getting me into a vehicle without disturbing my schedual meant alot. We had a very pleasant buying experience up until we went into the financial agent's office. Our salesman, Alfonso, was helpful, polite, and not at all pushy. We were able to negotiate a price that was better than other places we had looked. Unfortunately, the financial officer had to complete the sale. He was very pushy and tried to sell us some overpriced extended warranty and protective coating. He just wouldn't take no for an answer even though I was very clear that I wasn't interested! Finally he gave up but by that time we were not at all happy. I'm probably would go back but I sure wouldn't look forward to signing.

He researched and found options for tires that the technician could put on the car. My experience with Tracy Mazda started when I 1st purchased my car. The sales staff made the whole car buying experience effortless. Even after I left, I was called back twice because they had continued to work on getting me a lower APR. I have and will continue to use Tracy Mazda for all my oil changes and service/warranty work. After my son got into a major traffic accident and totaled out his 2005 Suzuki Forenza (Thank God he was not seriously injured) we never thought we would be able to find a car in the same or better condition to replace it. We looked at a lot of local dealerships and on line but could never find that "Just right vehicle" with the "Just right price." That is until I came across the Tracy Mazda website. They actually had a plethora of vehicles that peeked our interest. We headed to the dealership as soon as I could log off the computer. As soon as we stepped on the lot, I did not feel a bunch of eyes starring at me like vultures waiting for a meal. To me that makes a big difference (Giving me some time just to window shop). Once I was ready, A salesmen by the name of Alfonso Guiton sensed I was and promptly ask if he could help us. I showed him the car I was most interested in and next thing I know we were off on a test drive. Alfonso was very friendly and easy going. I did not feel that he was just trying to make a sale, but trying to earn my future business. We did not just talk about the car and what kind of deal we could work out, but talked about family and life in general. I felt more like I was dealing with a friend than a salesman. Felt no pressure during the actual deal and quite frankly I know we got a great deal on a great used car. Alfonso hospitality was greatly appreciated and appeared natural, not forced or fake. My thoughts before coming in was maybe I should turn around, or I should have brought someone with me or that maybe I would be hounded by sale reps, but as I walked in I was shocked. Mr. Guiton was very sweet, professional, and the best sale rep I have ever met. When it came to test driving and maybe me having doubts he reassured me and explained the whole process. When it came to signing papers he was very thorough, in making sure I understood what documents I was completing. When it was information I needed to have he suggested many ideas to help me get the document their. When time was passing and I was just waiting nervously he kept a good conversation going while showing me his family, making me feel not only comfortable with being their, but also that I didn't need to have any worries. Through the whole process if 10 is the best score I give him a 11. If things would have not turned out the way I was hoping, the customer service that I received from Mr. Guiton would still have made me want to not only come back, but recommend my family and friends. We found a great price on their website and called to schedule a test drive. Alfonso had the vehicle moved up front and greeted us when we arrived. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He then let us take the vehicle for a test drive. After returning from the test drive, we at no time felt pressured into a sale. We were treated with respect. We also had a trade in and that transaction went smoothly. Brian handled the financial part of the sales process. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to us. He also had a great personality which made the process more enjoyable.side note: A couple days after purchasing the vehicle, we had a question. Alfonso answered our question and was just as helpful and respectful as when we were buying the car.

I moved to California after basicaly living my entire life in the same small town on the East Coast. After just 2 months here, my 2007 CX-7 AC compressor locked up. Smoke pouring out the front end, and once shut off, will not re-start! I had AAA tow the car to the closest Madza dealer to my home...Tracy Mazda. Turned out this was a known issue on my year CX-7. Mazda had already extended the warranty coverage on this issue to 60K miles, but I was over the extended warranty by more than 17,000 miles. I had never met Mark Gillen before, but he clearly went above and beyond for me and managed to convince Mazda Corp. to pay for the parts even though I was well outside the mileage of the warranty. Mark also arranged to overnight the parts and complete the work on a Saturday. Being that the following Monday was a holiday, he saved me at least 4 days of car rental fees on top of everything else. I'm so happy to know that I can count on Tracy Mazda for my service needs. When I left the East Coast, I left behind all those relationships you build over the years with your doctors, friends, and service guys. You don't realize how much these relationships mean until you just don't know who to call. Thanks Mark, for going the extra mile for me on the first call!

Mark Gillem was outstanding! We brought my son's Mazda into Tracy Mazda because we were having engine problems. We purchased the vehicle used from another dealership and they never explained to us the difference between a rotary engine and a standard engine. Mark took the time to explain to my son the do's and dont's for taking care of a rotary engine. He also helped us by contacting Mazda and making sure that they would cover the expenses of our repairs. I would highly recommend Tracy Mazda!

My car was experiencing battery problems. After getting a jump in a shopping center, I barely made it to Tracy Mazda before 5 pm. (I had school the next day, so I badly needed my car.) The service people were very kind. Although it was pretty much closing time, the group (managers and mechanic)decided to service my car anyway. They checked the battery to make sure that was the problem, and then replaced it with the appropriate battery. The wait time was very short. The waiting area was very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this service department!

My wife and I were looking for a specific vehicle on a tight budget. We wanted the Mazda CX-9, used, but certified pre-owned. Now, I have always heard that dealers charge way over the normal retail for a certified pre-owned vehicle, not the case with Tracy Mazda. When I went there they had a selection of the "Grand Touring" CX-9's that were clean and certified pre-owned for great prices, even though I WANTED one, still outside of our budget. The salesman listened to my needs, price range, and to my wants for the perfect CX-9. He told me that the dealership does not usually stock the "Sport" model certified pre-owned, but for the price range and mileage I was looking for that was my only option. He told me that he would talk to the sales manager and see if they could maybe get a vehicle in from auction that met my criteria. Over the next two weeks he kept in contact about possibilities that were at auction, however each time it was purchased from under them because of my price restrictions. I continued my search on my own with other sources and found 3 candidates that met my criteria, however these vehicles were not certified pre-owned. When Alfonso called again he told me of another possibility and I told him of the prices of the other vehicles I was looking at to purchase. He called me 2 days later and told me that they had managed to secure the vehicle he had told me about previously. Not only did they find the color, the miles, the condition, and the features, but they were able to get me a certified pre-owned vehicle for the mid-range of the three vehicles I was looking at purchasing.The entire time the whole sales staff was friendly and took on a no pressure sales approach. They listened to me when I spoke and did not try to force me into a deal or a vehicle that did not make me completely happy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and just tell them exactly what you want, if they can do the deal, I am confident they will, if they can not, they will tell you with honesty that they can not work the deal you want.

I told him what we wanted and we did not want to waste any time going back and forth on a price. So he gave me his best offer which I agreed to. The car was ready for us to pick it the next morning. I knew the car that I wanted when I walked into the dealership. I also traded in a truck in exchange as cash for clunkers. Disappointed the sales manager mentioned the amount of work involved in processing a C for C deal. Just do you job. Also I should have received more of a discount as the car already had some miles on it. It was a demo model.

I was diappointed that the dealer did not inform me the scratches that exited in the used car I (eventually) bought when I was considering the purchase. They fix them to some extent later on, but it costed me some money and time, which I regret. Aside from that they gave me good service, including the free delivery of the car from Tracy to Palo Alto.

An unexpected car purchase!....and an extremely happy, satisfied customer!I've been a loyal Honda owner for the past 15 years, my 1995 Honda Civic Ex, has been a fantastic car, so when I decided to finally consider buying a new car, because of all the great deals out there right now, I planned on buying another Honda...I had an appointment at the Honda Dealer in Tracy and was 10 minutes early, so Isaid to my boyfriend, lets go check out the Mazda's, to kill a few minutes.....well.. a very nice man named Carl approached us, and I said, "I'm 99.9% sure I'm going to buy another Honda Civic, and have an appointment next door, so you have about 10 minutes to tell me what you have comparable to the civic and why I should buy it over the civic.... LOL!.. needless to say, from the moment he showed me the Mazda 3, I already was starting to feel drawn, and a bit unfaithful, :-) and when he told me all the favorable qualities of the car, and I looked inside, and then drove it... you would have thought that would be enough to sway me away from the Civic.. well, I have to research everything thoroughly before I make a big decision, and my research just reinforced that what I was thinking and feeling wasnt just infatuation but the real thing!! :-)... We did check other dealerships in the area for price, but I really wanted to buy from Tracy Mazda, because I liked all the people I came in contact with and they're the only one who has a Lifetime Warranty on the Engine!!... after an exhausting day trying to find a Black Mica color and the best price on a new 2010 Touring I Mazda3 ... Carl called me and said that they had secured one for me from another dealership and that they would go lower, than the lowest price another dealer had offered me on the car!! They even had it brought out that night, so I could pick it up in the morning, detailed all nice and shiny with a full tank of gas!! I couldnt be happier with my new car, or the excellent service I received from Carl and Tracy Mazda... When I first started looking for a new-to-me car I knew exactly what car I wanted and had been looking for a few days before I found Tracy Mazda. I had never purchased a car on my own and was a bit scared of all of those used car salesmen stories, but Alex and John at Tracy Mazda made me put that fear behind me and enjoy the process.I had found the car I wanted on-line and called ahead to be sure that the car I wanted was there and Alex was very helpful and gave me the "YES" I was hoping for. I made the 1.5 hour drive to Tracy Mazda and met with Alex, who showed me the car and took me out on a test drive, I fell in love with the car and was really hoping that Alex would be able to work with me on making that car mine. I told Alex what monthly payment I needed to stay at and he ran all the numbers with John and they found me a great interest rate, told me how much of a deposit I would need to put down and made me a deal I could not refuse! I was so excited about the thought that I would be driving away in the car I wanted not just a car I could afford! John was very nice and informative during the financing/paper work process. I felt so good about that transaction I've already told everyone who I bought the car from and to go to them (even though they are 90 miles away) to purchase their new car, and it's only been 4 days! I am absolutely in love with my new-to-me 2007 Mazda3 Hatchback, my husband is even jealous! GO TO TRACY MAZDA! The drive is soooo worth it!!

I spoke to the manager Frank on the phone a few days before I bought the car. He was clear in answering my questions about certain vins and body styles realating to the vehicles that were on his lot according to their dealer website. All of this was a courtesy as the time was already 30 minutes past closing time at the beginning of the call. He also remembered me, recalled parts of our conversations and shook my hand shortly after his recall, further welcoming me into the dealer.Nilo was an overall easy to talk to gentleman who never really pressured me into awkwardness. Nilo is always helping me out when I am on the road an have general Mazda questions. He reffers me to the right source when he is unsure of the answer. Great guy.

Mark went out of his way to make my service experience as pleasant as possible. He was courteous and efficient and we even joked about there waiting room. After my service was complete he said my car was in great shape and I said it was but that it needed to be washed, so he took it back and washed it down for me. This is the type of service you get at higher end showrooms.

I drove an 1 1/2 hours to find the vehicle I was looking for. The staff at Tracy Mazda made it well worth the drive. I had called in prior and Alex worked with me. He answered every question with patience and professionalism. Once I arrived, the vehicle I was interested in was waiting and ready for a test drive. Everyone was considerate of my time and the value I was expecting. Each individual from Alex, to the finance manager (Joe Louie), the general manager (Frank Yray), and EVEN the parts and service guys (on a later visit for accessories) were courteous, professional, and generous. I was treated as a "friend" these individuals had known for years, even though we had only just met. I never felt as though they were trying to "con" me or sell me something I didn't want. Never once did I feel as if their price offer was a "tactic" or scheme to make me pay more than I should. It was exactly the opposite. Alex was always honest. He and the Frank bent over backwards to make sure I left satisfied and happy with my purchase. Needless to say, I was more than satisfied. On a later visit, I stopped by the parts and service department to have my oil changed and pick up a few accessories. While hanging around, Joe noticed I looked "bored," and remembered me from the evening of my purchase several weeks prior. He approached me, described a shopping center location not too far away and offered to give me a ride (there and back) if I would allow him. The customer focus and service provided at Tracy Mazda is clear. It was like no other "car shopping" experience I have had. It is with great pleasure I offer this recommendation for the wonderful efforts of those at Tracy Mazda. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

Joe Louie did an excellent job when I went to Tracy Mazda looking for a Mazda3. He answered all my questions about the car, he worked with me on findng the color/upholstery combination I wanted, and when the car arrived, he explained all the features in great detail, even programming my cellphone to be used in the car. The few problems I had with my car, he pursued answers and made sure they were fixed. He has also followed up with me each time I have been in there for regular maintenance, asking if there are any problems or suggestions. When I was on a trip out of state and my car notified me of a needed maintenance, he answered my e-mail for additional information.The color combination I wanted was unavailable at the dealership and when they checked in northern California and Nevada, no car matching my needs could be found. Joe went the extra mile and found one in southern California and had it brought to Tracy for free.Joe is personable and efficient. He understands the Mazdas and is very willing to work with the customer on any question, issue or concern.

The only negative point was that the whole process took pretty long (3-4 hours total), but there were multiple customers all buying vehicles at the same time. Joe did the best he could to satisfy all the requests, and it was probably unavoidable due to the client load at the time. After speaking with Joe and hearing about Mazda's great finance deals I found out I could purchase a brand new 2010 Mazda3 for only a little more than the used. We were researching a car for our son to take to college. We contacted several dealers for both Mazda and a few other makes.Brian Hague listened to our interests and concerns and took time to look at his inventory and give us reasonable quotes on several vehicles. His input on which of the vehicles would be best for our son was very helpful. We chose to purchase from Tracy Mazda because of the time and interest Mr. Hague put into our decision.At the dealership, both Mr. Hague, Mr. Sembrano and the financial man, I don't recall his hame, were very thorough in giving us information about the car, upkeep and things we should consider for teenager with a car being taken to college. (Lo Jack, extra body and seat care protection, etc.) Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to send someone to talk to them about buying a car.

Our first Mazda was purchased and serviced at another dealership, with which we had a very bad experience. Joe explained the differences in the crossovers. And why the CX9 was the better vehicle. As always, no pressure, just the facts, given with a smile My wife has been in sales before and enjoyed Joes style. He was honest and gave us solid information about the CX9 and the other vehicles we had been considering. Joe was the primary reason we decided to buy another Mazda/
