Purchased a higher end S Class Mercedes from Josh. Car was in excellent condition, better than the pictures. Could not find anything really wrong with the car. Being out of state, I trusted the trade guru team for a seamless buying experience. They did not disappoint. Still cannot believe the deal I received (4K under NADA Retail). Picked up the vehicle and drove back to Georgia without issues. Very happy to support another business where I'm aligned with their ethics and morals. Highly recommended the team at Trade Guru. For my next Range Rover or Mercedes, I will be calling Josh. This should really be a 10+ star rating.

My mom asked me to help find a new car for her cleaning company. She had $5000 down and a credit score of 750! Honestly she was ready to make a deal tonight but wanted to feel comfortable first b4 moving forward with a credit app.As she did not want to run her credit more than 1 time b4 actually buying. I politely told the sales guy don't worry about the credit app until she was ready to move forward. And he literally brought it up 3 times b4 she even test drove a vehicle. I own a marketing and sales firm. This guy Definitely had commission breath and lost a deal for his company because of it. He never even volunteered his name but had blue hair. I train all of my sales reps to put the customer first not the commission!! I feel sorry for the owner because he lost an easy deal.He Honestly said "it was in her best interest just to run a credit app, witch is a complete lie. Please train your sales reps to put the customer first not the commission. I will never buy from trade guru and highly recommend no one visit or buy a car from trade guru! Especially the guy with the blue hair!!He made my mom feel very uncomfortable buy telling her it was in her best interest to run her credit,when she knows it's not. That's why her credit is so good because she knows how build and keep great credit.

We bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla for our 20 year old daughter. The customer service was superb. Brandon was very easy to work with and very up front. There were some minor issues with the Corolla and Trade Guru repaired the items before the deal was closed. We are very happy with Trade Guru and will look to them for our next used car.

After looking on line for weeks,for a second car,my wife came across Trade Guru in Venice .She called to see if the car was still available. She spoke to Brandon.The car was still available.It was only listed that morning.We drove to the car lot and we were greeted by Brandon.we wanted a car with low mileage and reasonably priced.He allowed us to take the car for a test drive unaccompanied which I like. Both Brandon Phillips and his dad were extremely friendly and easy to talk to answering all of our questions.Brandon took care of everything electronically. After purchasing the car he assured us that if we had any problems we could contact him. Truly he is a man of his word. I brought the car back the next day and they corrected a slight mechanical problem. If you are looking for a used car I highly recommend this establishment. ASK for Brandon.You'll be glad you did. .

This was a lot better experience than I thought it would be. I have not had good luck with purchasing cars in the past. Josh was great. He listened to what I wanted, got me in what I wanted with the payment I wanted to be at. The payment was what we discussed and didn't go up when I went to sign the papers.
