I went to have my tire pressure checked and was told my tire had a nail. When I advised that I had purchased a tire policy years ago he told me that it was not covered due to the tread measurement. When I asked to see the measurement he showed me the technicians notes. The tire was at 3/32 When I showed him the paper copy of the policy where it said anything less than 3/32 was not covered he changed his tune. Only then did he say he would file a claim and it would take fifteen minutes. He came to me 15 minutes later and said “great news...they are going to cover the two tires”. At which point I said then go ahead and replace the other two. He said okay all four and I said yes. Hours later he says I’m all set and gives me a bill for 3 tires. He said he never told me they would cover two. LIE! When I asked to speak to a manager he told me the manager said I had 2 choices...pay for the tires or they will take them off and put the old ones on in those exact words. After asking to speak to a manager once again I was told I he was in a meeting. I said I would wait. A few minutes later I was called in to speak to the manager via phone. I explained what happened and was told because I had been waiting so long Lexus would cover the cost of the second tire. After leaving I took the managers card to speak to him privately about the entire situation. I wanted him to understand how service was being handled. I sent an email with my phone number but never heard back. Guessing that the directives lies and mislead customers come from the top. That seemed to have changed. Very disappointed.

I would like to share my recent experience my car RX 450 H had issue and was not moving. I had my car towed to Tri County Lexus in Little Falls NJ. They gave me excellent service and walked me through the process of what was going on with the car. They were quick to offer and arrange a loner car if needed. They were very thorough and detailed out how much time they will take and what needs to be replaced along with the breakout of charges and labor. Luis, our salesperson was great. They worked to put us in the car of our choice. No pressure to buy or choose a car we didn't want. They were patient when we we're trying to make a choice on which car to drive off with even close to closing. Worked with our price. Luis came to pick me up to pick up my car after it was ready. I've been in the market for a Lexus IS 250 F-Sport for the past month. Visited several lexus dealerships, before I came across one I found at Tri County lexus. Upon arriving, I was introduced to Justin who would be my sales consultant. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Not only was this car sitting right there in the showroom, but there was not a nick, chip or scratch anywhere! And to top it all off, the price was thousands less than the other lexus dealerships. I have been dealing with Tri County Lexus for about the past 12 yrs. I have purchased in that time, 5 new cars and 3 used cars from them. So you can say im a repeat customer.. In about the past 5 years, I have been dealing with a Salesman by the name of Justin Salomone. This young man goes above and beyond anyone I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. I have personally purchased 3 new cars from him and 2 used cars. I have sent at least 8 people over the past few yrs to see Justin and they have all purchased cars from him and ALL have had the same results and response as me. They have told me they were treated with care, respect and got the best deals on cars and i know they have shopped around to compare, as I did. I have gone with friends and family members to look at and purchase other makes at different dealerships. I must say, not one salesperson treated and cared for the client as does Justin Salomone. Lexus is a great product and Justin Salomone is a great asset to the dealership. Even when having minor issues with the cars purchased, Id call Justin and he would have it taken care of immediately with no worries..Tri County is the go to place, but Justin Salomone is the GO TO GUY.....

I used to go to the Lexus right by my old house for all mine and my wife's vehicles but last time I leased from there I didn't have a great experience. Since I moved close to this lexus dealership, I decided to go here and I am glad I did. My salesman Hassan was very nice and patient with the whole process and all my questions. I bought my new Lexus RCF one week ago. The sales associate gave a very quick technology overview because: 1) the sales process took so much time; 2) the amount of technology is vast. When I called the dealership for some assistance they kept routing my calls to my sales associate instead of service. My sales associate never returned my 4 calls. I read online that every Lexus dealership has a technology specialist, but was told that Tri County Lexus did not have one. Eventually I asked for the service department and quickly and easily made an appointment to go over technology. This was done brilliantly by Kamil Calka, Diagnostic Specialist. He answered and explained all technology related questions very well and was well spoken and very pleasant to work with. He redeemed Tri County Lexus. I feel that I got off to a shaky beginning with Tri County Lexus and was regretting my brand choice.

Did you know your service department was run like THIS - Someone in the service department wrote "Dave said to only sell one product to this customer. It took a lot just to get her to come in for an inspection and she has been doing her oil changes at a gas station to save money". This was written on my service papers. I have a picture of the written note. Guess I won't be bringing my car there for service anymore or buy or lease a new car from this dealership anymore. I want the General Manager made aware of this as well.

These guys are the WORST!!! I went in to test drive a RX350 with Abe and got the pushiest, most dishonest sales experience of any dealer I've ever walked into among the luxury brands. Abe started out as "the nice guy who's on your side" and I told him that I was in the beginnings of the car buying process and was looking to purchase sometime between October and the end of the year. I told him I was most interested in the RX350 F Sport in the Nebula Gray with Black interior with specific options. He made an attempt to find this car for me in his database since they didn't have it in stock to see if they could do a dealer trade for me. He then proceeded to tell me there were none available anywhere in the tri-state area and tried to sell me a demo in a diff color with a red interior which I specifically said I can't have due to my two dogs trashing previous light interiors. Lie #1: The very next dealer I went to said they could get my exact car through a dealer trade from a dealer in CT.The pricing was decent on the demo (so I thought until I got home and did some research on demos), so I entertained the idea and even test drove it at his insistence. Ultimately though, I didn't want a used vehicle I told him and he kept saying, "No, it's brand new. It's only got 2200 miles on it. It doesn't count as used until 10,000 miles." Are you freaking kidding me? As soon as you drive a car off the lot, it's used and hit with a depreciation of at least $3-4k which was not factored into his pricing. I also mentioned that I live half the time in Texas and may get an F Sport there instead since I'll be able to find the color combo and options I wanted. He said he would check for me to save me time on Houston's inventory and said that there are ONLY FWD F Sports in Texas because it's the south. MORE LIES. ALL F SPORTS ARE AWD. This guy really has no shame.Their customer lounge is by far the worst I've seen of the multiple Lexus dealers I checked out with no food and generally lacked cleanliness.Furthermore, their website said I would get an Amazon $25 Gift Card if I brought in a coupon and test drove a car, which I did. I asked Abe for this before I left and he said no prob he would send it by email. Guess what? No gift card sent. I sent an email to his manager, Jayda, asking him to resend and again no response. After being there for literally 3 hours, I was finally able to get out and think clearly and went to Ray Catena Lexus in White Plains. Immediately, I could see this dealer is the polar opposite of Tri-State. The sales people at Ray Catena were honest, professional, efficient (I was out of there in 1 hour) AND they got me EXACT car I wanted through a dealer trade AND got me a better price for a new car than on that used demo Abe was trying to push. Turns out Abe was lying again about my car not existing because he was too lazy to set up a dealer trade for me. Talk about lack of professionalism and tarnishing the Lexus brand. I will never step foot into this dealer again and will tell my friends and family to save themselves the head ache and go elsewhere.

My wife and I went in to this dealership on Saturday as what was to be the first stop of many in leasing a new vehicle. Almost instantly when we walked in the door, we were greeted by a very friendly and smiley face who seemed genuinely happy to help us. Ahmed Abuhaltam was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly sincere. You can tell that Ahmed has passion for these vehicles and wasn't just looking to make a sale. He showed us everything we were looking to see and more and answered all the questions we had without reservation. He worked with us to get a deal that worked for everyone and we walked out that night with our new IS 300 AWD (which we absolutely love!). If it were not for Ahmed, I am not sure our shopping would have ended at the first place we tried but I have to say it was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who made it so easy and you can tell really cared. Car dealerships vary greatly but you can tell this particular dealership takes great pride in it's customer care. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the gentleman's name who helped us in Finance but he was also truly exceptional and was extremely helpful! Ahmed and Team, thank you so much for your help and making our new lease an awesome experience!

This is to share my very unpleasant experience with their service department. I had my ES350 60K service done on 8/29/2016 and I realized coming back home my wheel was shaking around 65 mph. Next morning I called and they asked me to just come in the morning. So I stopped by and explained the situation and the very first thing I heard back from them was that I was against the law and I am not supposed to drive over 55 mph on Route 46, and 60 mph on Route 80. When I told them that I might go other states highway where over 65 mph is permitted like Virginia for example, then they finally took my car for wheel balance check which was part of my 60K service anyway. With their furious attitude towards me about the law and not concerned about my car at all, I felt totally discriminated... I bought my car from this dealership and have been going there for the service for past 5 years, but I will never go back... I wasn't born yesterday and I didn't go there to get lectured about the highway speed limit, and I don't know why I had to convince them to recheck my tire balance after paying over $550 for the 60K service... Certainly not recommended...

My lease with another dealership ends at the end of September 2016. I decided to pass by Lexus Tri-Country to just check what they have. I did not expect that I will be bringing home a brand new Lexus yesterday until we met Mr. George Slider who warmly welcomed my husband and I and listened to what we are looking for. I did a test drive of the Lexus NXT. It would be my first Lexus ever and Mr. Slider was very impressive in his description of the vehicle that I was looking for. My experience with this dealership has been so bad that although they have the car I like, I wouldn't buy it from them. Hassan lied to me starting from the beginning from setting price expectations, to availability, to feature set to push for model he wanted to sell. He even admitted to it during discussion.Didn't expect this kind of shabby service from Lexus.

I went to the Dealership on 08/19/2016 for looking at some options and after a test drive and initial discussion I was qouted $40 K (before taxes etc) for VIN JTHBW1GG8G2116866 by George, MSRP 49,813 and they were willing to give $10K discount. I was not in the mood to purchase rightaway so I took the qoute and went home, I did realize that this is an amazing deal so I went back next day. Now the dealership refused for this price and the manager said that we can tell our customers anything we want just to get them back to the dealership. Basically admitting that he lied to us the day before and he cannot honor this price at all. I was extremely upset and walked out.However, this to me is a horrible experience, never, in my life I have seen such a dishonest person and liar on my face.I did end up buying another ES 300h from lexus of route 10 which by the way gave me a pleasant experience.

Came here with my dad hoping to lease an RX. Hassan was showing us the RX and allowed us to test drive it. my dad then saw the NX which he thought might be more suitable for me. Hassan again told us everything we wanted to know about the NX and took us on another test drive. After talking to him about the benefits of each car and pricing we went with the NX. I'm extremely happy with the car and our salesman made it a great experience.

My friend actually referred me to Tri-County. I never been before but had previously owned Lexus' when I used to live in Florida. Now that I move to NJ, I felt like my RC F-sport wasn't going to work especially in the winter time and I have a baby on the way as well. My husband and I went in about two weeks ago.Our sales person was Shoya. She was lovely. She was quite knowledgeable about the vehicles. I was originally looking at he RX, but it was a bit pricey and bigger than I needed. Shoya suggested the NX bc it's a bit smaller so it met my needs and the F-Sport design has that cool element to it like my RCF-sport has. I loveeeee it. I only wish they had more colors to choose from.

I purchased a certified preowned 2011 RX 350. Withinn 3 months I needed to re0lace all 4 tires as salesperson assured me the tires were safe and passed their inspection. Within 6 months, I had to replace the front breaks and rotors and rear rotors needed to be cut. Finally, upon having the car detailed close to 1 year after the purchase, it was revealed to me that a piece of the front bumper was attached to the car with two pieces of copper wire and upon further inspection, the front bumper would need to be replaced for this piece to be accomodated. I could understand one of these problems being overlooked, however, it became obvious to me that I had been taken advantage of. The service department was as unhelpful as possible. I ended up having to pay for all required repairs with tri county offering to pay for half of the break replacement. This is as objective of a report of my experience as I can offer. I will not purchase another lexus.

I heard from a friend to go to Tri-county Lexus because they gave him a great deal and they were friendly. I can say I totally agree and I was not disappointed. When I first came in the receptionist told me she would get me a salesman and his name was Hassan. He gave me all the information I was looking for and made sure they had the car with the interior and exterior I wanted. Rene(i think his name was) the general manager came in to help finalize my deal and he was so friendly even gave me a free umbrella and coffee mug. The finance department is usually when the buying a car process gets long but Jamal was so friendly and explain everything in no time. I am sure this is the place you want to go to when looking for a Lexus. I was interested in the Lexus RX 350 and my friend recommended me to this dealership. She also told me to go see Hassan which was her salesman when she went. I came in and Hassan started showing me the Rx that was in the show room and offered me to go on a test drive. The car was amazing and on our test drive he was showing me the different features and tools on the car. When we got back Hassan continued to answer all the questions I had about the vehicle. After talking to Hassan I knew I wanted the car that day so we made a deal, which was a good deal! Everyone writes negative reviews about this place and I am not sure why. I came to Tri-County Lexus wanting the RX 450h but I thought it was out of my price range. I did read the reviews that talked about the "hidden fees" but there were some good reviews also and since live so close I decided to give it a try. Hassan was the salesman who I was introduced to when I first came in and he was very nice and informative. He took me on a test drive which made me love the car even more. I was looking to lease a new car I walked in and was greeted by nice young lady where she told me that someone would be right with me as I looked around. I was approached by a young man by the name of Hassan. He was very kind and helped me with all my needs in a very nice manner. He guided me and showed me all the features in the car I was interested in. About 2 to 3 hours later I was driving off in my new RX350 and couldn't love it anymore. I actually forgot about this dealership until it came up recently. That's how great of an experience I had there. I saw a few reviews about the manager so I thought I'd chime in too. I was looking for various F sports and the sales person, Oscar was great. After I had a discussion with my wife and she liked the ES while I also wanted the GS-F, I was able to leave work early and see if we can get the deal going. Unfortunately, when I came back it was Oscar's day off so somebody else was there to answer my remaining questions (he was courteous too). He bought me into the manager's office to begin the deal. This is where things went downhill. I didn't appreciate the manager and the hardball stance he tried to impress me with. They wouldn't even talk price until they ran checks on me. I actually wasted my breath arguing about that so I walked. Bought a new Maserati Granturismo S-MC right after that and then a new Acura for my wife months later. Both Maserati Manhattan and DCH Acura in Montclair freely discussed anything I asked and treated me like a paying customer from the get go. The credit check didn't come until after we set the deal BTW. Their managers didn't try to gauge me before negotiating. I still remember that smug face when he leaned back in his chair and told me that "Lexus's policy is to run credit checks before negotiating because these aren't cheap cars". He sure showed me LOL. Never looked back. That left a bad view of Lexus on me all around. For the record, I sure as xxxx am enjoying my Maserati, my wife loves her Acura still and I am looking to replace our aging SUV for my growing family and maybe getting rid of my impractical 2 seater for another sedan. I know where not to go. In all fairness, I rated the CS as average because the receptionist and the other salesmen on the floor were polite enough. Quality of work, well, the facility is nice and the information I wanted (brochures etc.) were readily available but that's as far as I got thus the rating for price and friendliness pertaining to the main person.

If I had the option to rate my experience 0 stars I would...This review is mostly directed at Ray Ali, the salesmen I had the unfortunate experience having to dealing with. After a meeting with Ray at the dealership, a few phone conversations and text messages over the course of a week, we had a verbal agreement on the lease terms for a '16 IS300. I live about an hour away from the dealership so it was very important that when/if I came back in, it would be to sign and leave with the vehicle. This was communicated to Ray several times. I come back in, sit down at his desk and we hit our first snag....the 3 blue IS300's Ray told me were on the lot just a couple days ago were gone. Luckily I wasnt dead set on that color and liked the car in black as well.Ray takes us to the car on the lot and I ask if my brother can test drive it since he will be driving it as well. Ray seemed upset but agreed to go back in to get the keys. While we waited my brother, no knowing Ray at all, asked me I thought Ray was acting sketchy. Ray comes back out and we get in the car for a test drive. Sitting almost silent in the back, Ray said not one word about the car and just provided turn by turn directions. We get back to the dealership and at this point we've been there for a while and was ready to sign and lock up the deal. Ray sits down and initiates the conversation about price and completely disregards the fact we already had a verbal agreement on the lease terms. As we continued the convesation it becomes clear that were over 200 HUNDRED/month apart from what we discussed and what they actually could make happen!To make matters worse Ray attempted to deny a verbal agreement was made and claims he said he "would try" to get me the deal I wanted. He even put words in my mouth and recalled my first visit to the dealership "weeks" ago when it was exactly 1 week. I lost it at this point and walked into the sales managers office to have a word with him. He looked at me like I was just another unhappy customer and offered no apology for his salesmen's dishonest and misleading technique. I believe the manager said "Ray was just doing his job."According to the sales manger, it is the salesmen's job's to lie and promise the world only to not put their money where their mouth is when it matters. Stay away from this dealership and watch out for salepeople like Ray.

Had a verbal agreement on a Lexus, drove over an hour thinking I was going to drive home in a new Lexus. We sat down and he then charged near 300 dollars more a month than the price we negotiated. Jose understands the whole process and makes it as smooth as possible even advising us on what we should be looking for when purchasing a vehicle , things that sometimes as a customer you don't think of checking. This was our first purchase from Lexus, and it has been a horrible one. This dealership pushed us into buying a used car. We were there for hours with the financial department that kept trying to come up with crazy deals and made promises that they could not keep in the end regarding our loan. That was annoying and a very poor waste of our time, however that doesn't even compare to the fact that they sold us a defective car without any kind of care. After having the car for about 1 month the transmission started to go on t. We brought it back several times and were told a different story each time, it wasn't the transmission, it was part of the computer system, etc... Finally after confronting and arguing with the sales manager, he agreed to have the head of mechanics look at the car. Turned out that the transmission was bad and they did not want to replace it. We were told that since we were 5,000 miles past our covered warranty, we would have to pay for the transmission. We have been sick over this car deal. How can a dealership selling such a prestigous car brand, sell a car like this, and have no remorse. The ironic thing is that I was trying to buy a good quality car that is safe and reliable. It ends up that my 2003 Hyundai was a far better purchase and drives better than the 2013 RX 350 that we purchased. This dealership needs serious help in so many aspects - customer service, values, honesty... They truly should be ashamed of themselves. It is bad enough that they sould us a bad car, but on top of it they wouldn't recognize the problem or help us get it fixed. This is not the way you conduct business and earn loyal customers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership.

I have never been as frustrated by an auto dealership as I was here. After negotiating almost an hour with the sales person and apparently agreeing on a price to lease a new Lexus , we then entered some alternate universe. I was told that before the contract could be written I had to show I was "serious " by providing them with my drivers license and a deposit. I found it very odd and said I would get them whenever they needed after they wrote up a contract. After two trips back to the sales manager the salesman indicated they had to go through "our process" so he could not write a contract until on quad with their request. Finally the sales manager came over and basically said how do we know you're serious if you won't give us a deposit. I suppose I could have said I've been here almost an hour so how much more serious could I be. Instead I tried to reason with him that I was prepared to give them a deposit if they wrote a deposit at the price that was quoted. The manager then said it would have to be a nonrefundable deposit so I decided to take my business elsewhere since they were being so unreasonable. I have been to several other luxury car dealerships during the search and non-acted so strange and unfriendly. I certainly can't say they inspired many trust from me.

I am looking to lease a Lexus IS 350 AWD and had some True Car quotes and quotes from other dealers. Frank called me this morning, I very transparently quoted the numbers I had received from other dealers. When I asked him, he put me on hold and when he returned for some reason he wanted me to go there. When I asked for inventory he said come and look at it. I scheduled an appointment with him. When I called him back a few seconds later, Robert picked up the call, an on requesting the Car configuration sticker (which other dealers have very transparently been sharing with me) Robert says "Why don't you come over and look at it yourself?" There is something fishy going on and they are not transparent. I recently leased a Lexus NX 200t from Lexus Of Englewood with so much better experience, whether it be phone or in person. I looked to move to Lexus IS coz i loved the NX and the Lexus experience. But this dealer totally ruined my buying experience. I requested them to send me an email quote with the price breakdown, they did not send it to me. Stay away from them, they look dishonest and not transparent at all. Frank was also very arguable about my trade in and wasn't ready to talk at all. When I said if he could met of beat the price, he was stuck on my trade-in which I have already appraised at an Acura Dealer this morning. I usually do not write reviews from cellphones, but this guy just pissed me off. Horrible! DO NOT EVEN GO there. They are so rude on phone, forget getting there in person.

I went to this dealership on the 4th of july to lease a new lexus es 350. not only were the salesmen mocking me but they also made some silly comments maybe because they thought i wouldnt understand a thing that they were saying. they were so unprofessional and dint know how to deal with me. i asked the salesman if the monthly payment that he was quoting me was with taxes or not and he said it was all taxes included. then after that he went through two of his superiors, and the 3rd manager told me that the quote was without taxes!!! i went for a brown color car and one salesman in their office made fun about that as well. In the end when i was all frustrated and screaming at them, they got ready to give me the car at the price i was asking for and even were ready to pay my first month installment. But i refused and finally got my lexus at another dealership because i couldn't stand these unprofessional people by then. the name of the manager is Mike and the sales person i initially interacted with was a new guy there whose i name i forgot. I dont want any settlement as i have already leased a lexus through other dealership.

He is customer service oriented and he will go the extra step to assist you with your purchase. I would highly recommend asking for Sean when making a purchase at this dealership. We had already went to Lexus of Rt.10 in Whippany and Bridgewater Lexus. We're lucky that we found Tri-County Lexus. They not only beat the two other Lexus dealerships with their prices on the new car and the trade but the entire process was smooth, quick, and easy. I will like to express that the sales executive who helped me to acquire my 2013 Lexus GX 460, Ali Haltam was amazing, professional and honest. He did not engage in any negotiating ploys or under handing tactics. Mr. Haltam provided all available information about the truck, tutored me on how to operate the truck since it is very loaded and above all the price was great even though he made counter offers. In fact, he was nice and pleasurable to deal with even though I am an educated consumer he accommodated all my excesses. If I did need another car tomorrow, I will go back to Tri County Lexus; they will definitely be my first port of call.

I recently was invited by Lexus to test drive a vehicle for a promotion they mailed me. I was greeted at the desk by a very nice girl who assigned me to Abe Hindi. From the moment Abe introduced himself, he was extremely professional. He evaluated my needs, and directed me towards the vehicle that he best felt would meet my criteria. He never stopped being courteous and attentive. His mannerism was "at your service" and treated me respectfully throughout the sales process. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle on this visit due to my personal criteria for what Lexus offered, I definitely would have if the vehicle had fit my needs. I would highly recommend Abe and his management if someone was looking at a Lexus as Abe proved he would make the transaction as easy and comfortable as an auto purchase could possibly go. Found a car on your web site. Stated it was a CPO. Called and spoke to Brian was told car was detailed and ready to look at it. Went last Tuesday to see it spoke to Jose and found it was in the shop rear bumper was damaged and was being repaired. Also car was not detailed was full of salt. Mechanic was also completing the inspection for the CPO. Came back on Saturday and spoke to Jose again. Took it for a test drive. Now the car was not CPOed. Would have to pay $1495 to have it CPOed. Had to show him that his website stated that it was already done. 3 times in lest then 10 minuets Joes has to go and speak to the F&I manager before he could give me an answer on anything I asked. We left went to another dealer that day and got a better deal. Never again will I go to that dealer. Worst experience ever trying to buy a 40000 car

I had some good experience with salesman in this place years ago. but lately, my god, used a salesman, Ali Haltam, who is lazy, un informative, rude, disrespectful, cheating. I do not think his character can keep this job. Sales should be warm, friendly, respectful, informative, knowledgable about the cars, and explains things reasonably. I did not find any above character on Ali. I understand dealer use lower asking price to attract customer, adding fees is ok, the price is not right, then we do not buy. but i was there at the second time after few phone conversations with the giving price from first visit. Please give me a clear final price, i will not buy if it is too high, it will be fine, but do not waste my time. But he is not a skillful sales.He made me waited 40 minutes for an appointment, and use time inefficiently, then complains of 1.5 hours appointment time is not long enough to make a deal at the second visit with my credit card in his hand. I am mad since I wasted my time on this guy. My valuable time! After i complained to the manager and he gave me the final price before i left. He promised in front of me that the giving price would not be added with ridiculous fees as webs info, then he added more than $6000 ridiculous fees which not including sale tax and document fees. His skills of cheating is childish, I feel being played and humiliated. I have shopping around for the car, nobody acts like Ali, I will buy my new car at another dealer, and I am happy to pay the final price, since the salesman is friendly, respectful, and honest with the final price, I only use 30 minutes to sigh up everything with this salesman.

this is the 2nd time ive been there to buy a car, i wont go back anymore. they wont work with you, wont giveyou the options, colors you want, just a hard time, i wont even go into it, he was back and forth, acting like he would then gointo the managers and then its no, then made excuses oh we didnt know the car you are trading in didnt have navi wheni was very explicit and have a witness who heard me, it was all games back and forth...so they didnt get a sale from me...and i went there 5 years ago and had another bad experience..this is the last time i will try them..I gave this dealer one last chance. ...but the sales person i had again i spoke to, to hopefully work with him and hewas sarcastic on the phone, his words were i ripped up and shredded the paperwork we worked on becausethere was no deal! I have a witness to all of this. NO wonder this dealer is on the bottom of the dealers, and he was trying to tell me they are No. 1...i don't think so....but i did try ...i went yesterday to a different dealership, and i recommend them, there were easy to work with in Englewood and I recommend Pat Z...she's the best. I got my deal!

I had a great experience here at Tri County Lexus on route 46. I am a female and Not one time did I feel uncomfortable or disrespected. The staff especially my dealer Ray were respectful and professional. They didn't make me feel rushed either. Ray is awesome he knows what he's doing and I definitely can see myself leasing from him again. When I had a question with the GPS he put me in contact with Jose Casado who I also recommend. He was respectful efficient and and professional. Post buying the car every encounter with the dealership has been pleasant from the free car washes to having them Install my license plates. I was recommended to Tricounty Lexus by my Uncle. He had told me to see his salesman who had helped him. So I called and spoke to him. His name is Mike DeCandia in the new car dept. I called made an appointment. Mike accommodated me for when I was available. I pulled up to the dealership and parked in the parking lot, when i walked in i was greeted by a friendly smile from the front desk. The girl behind the desk paged Mike and there he came, with an amazing smile and groomed real well. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Mike knew I was pressed for time so he already had the exact vehicle ready for me to look at and drive. Before the drive, Mike gave me all the info on the car and told me about all the great features. My first drive I was hooked. I loved it. We then made it back to the dealer and we sat at Mike's desk. I told him what I wanted to pay and he went to work for me. Shortly after we came to an agreement and I was very happy with the numbers!!!! I had also mentioned my credit was a little rocky, Mike assured me they will do there best to keep me at a good tier. So I was greeted by the finance manager who s name is also Mike. Another friendly gentleman. In just a short time, Mike got me at the teir I needed to be at!!! In the end by the time I was out of the office my car was waiting all shined up!!!! Mike"salesman" and there Technology specialist went over the features in the car to ensure my delivery went perfect!!!! The overall experience is a 10!!!! Thank you and keep up the great work !!!

I was looking for a certified Lexus E350 and came across the car meeting my criteria at Tri County Lexus. Initially I was little hesitant to go to Tri County as the dealership was about 40 miles from my place. But I think I made the right choice. The sales rep. Sean Donnelly was very profession and courteous. He answered all my queries very patiently and he never tried to be pushy. The finance staff also did not try to push any unnecessary options. In the end I got a great deal on my old car that I traded as well as the certified car that I bought. Overall I had a great buying experience. Tri-County Lexus is what a true profersional dealer ship means. Walked in there to just "SEE" the new ES350 where I was greeted by I believe who is the general sales manager Rene Cruz who started to show me the car in the show room until he got a sales person to show me the rest and go on a test drive. I felt I was dealing with friends not a sales person who tries to pressure you to buy the car at the spot. After the test drive which I loved I sat down with the salesperson where we went over numbers on a lease. Everything was explained to me and I knew where every penny was going. I was surprised but I got the car the same day. After I was done with the finance manger who was very friendly and funny, Rene came back to me with 2 coffee mugs one for me one for my wife. I really appreciated that. My experience with Tri-County was absolutely great from the manager, sales person, finance manger, to the delivery specialist who went threw the whole car and made sure I understood the car. I really felt appericated with everyone smiling and welcoming me. What a great team!! Defiantly going to recommend this dealer to friends and family members. You guys rock!

Tricounty advertises and they confirmed when I made telephone appointments that they could refill a recently repaired tire with nitrogen.Only after completing the other services to my car, I was told that the machine for filling the tires with nitrogen was not working. This was the second time this happened. When I bought the car, the salesperson assured me that they can maintain the tires with nitrogen and I should always refill the tires with nitrogen. Do I guess ALL my tires have been contaminated when they check the pressure in the tires!So "SO LONG TRICOUNTY" there are too many Lexus dealers to accept this treatment.

I showed up a day early for a 240,000 mile service on my Lexus RS 350. I worked with Andrew in the service dept. He explained the service package and got me a loaner. He called later in the day to tell me some additional work needed to be done and asked for my authorization. He called the following day to let me know my car was ready. I have been bringing my Lexus to Tri County for 7 years and found there organization to be helpful, accommodating and professional.

Reasonable price, ready to share all information, happy to help in all stages even after the sales has been done, The sales person explains you everything starting from what the car can and cannot do on what situation, etc. The sales person I was dealing with tried to really understand what I needed and recommended what would be the best. I was helped with all the information I was looking for. Most dealers were not that open. This sales team just does not want to sell the car to you and leave. They wanted you to own the car and feel happy about it. I should point out things like sharing the complete service records, very attentive to your questions and doubts. Precise at the same time right with their answers. I had earned the trust with this dealers due to their openness in sharing the information I asked for. Many dealers I visited shared me wrong information and the other dealers I visited were talking things which they never knew about. I must say these sales people know completely about the cars they are selling unlike others. Other dealers refer to some documents, call others to get information keeping me wait. But the sales people over here had all information ready with them including other options, etc. I am one happy person to do business with them. I would recommend these guys for rest of the folks out there trying to buy a car.

Happy with my purchase, Sean Donnelly helped me and had the patience to explain everything to me. I was new to buying a car. I did my research and tried more than 10 Lexus dealers. No one had a better sales person who can tell me more about the car. I had a few last minute requests such as sharing the car service history, help selecting the right insurance, maintenance tips, etc. While my previous visit to other dealers they were not willing to share everything I asked for. Tri county lexus had nothing to keep from me, they even shared the amount for which they bought the car. They informed me about their profit margin in the process of sales. I was explained everything I wanted to know before I wanted to buy the car which I selected. There were dealers who said the price on the internet is not the actual amount since there is certification cost, etc. etc. I never heard about any hidden cost with this dealer. Totally to buy my dream car was a pleasant experience. I drove more tens of mils to this place and never regret the visit. The most important thing is the honesty and straight forward approach the sales team follows.

My wife and I searched the internet and made trip to a New York car dealer and several local dealers. In the end, we realized tri-County Lexus listed the car we wanted and the price that was the lowest. So we decided to go there to take a look. 2. Final price. After we went there and tested the car we wanted, we quickly made decision to buy. The final price was reasonable and as we expected: the listing price + $1000 fee for the car preparation fee + standard document fee and title and sale tax, .Before we went, we heard it would charge $1000 additional fee from the website review. The fact is the price with additional $1000 was still competitive. That is the reason we are pleased with that price.3. Alex, the salesmanThat day when we walked into the dealer's office, we met Alex, a young man full of smile. He was patient when responding to our questions and explained each of fees professionally. After we decided to buy, we found out the front bumper was scratched a little bit. He then talked to his boss and made arrangement for fix. Since it snowed heavily that afternoon and we were eager to go home, we even forgot to check accessories and ask for the user manual. When we came back a few days later for the body fix, he found our user manual and gave us an extra car remote control, which make us very pleased.4. I originally went to a Lexus dealer closer to my house, but they couldn't get me the exact car I wanted. After waiting for 3 months, I called into Tri County Lexus and they said they could get me the car within a week. I wanted the IS 250 without the navigation to keep the cost down. My salesman Eric called me and told me he got one in with navigation in the white. I took a ride down anyway to see the car. After driving the car I waited for the salesman in the lobby. We sat down and discussed the numbers and it was just too high for me. As I was leaving the manager John thanked me for coming in and asked if there was anything he could to assist in purchasing the one they had in stock. I asked for them to do the same price as the base car. (Lol) He smiled at me and asked that I'd give him a chance to present a deal that would blow me away. He came back with a price I couldn't refuse so I bought it. He extended my lease for a few months which I was ok with and I paid 20 bucks more. Those guys really did right by me and I felt comfortable with them. Especially because the other dealer was charging me a lot more. Great place to buy a car

I just leased a car with Tri County Lexus IS 250 They gave me very good price. the service was very good too. My sales man was AB.I had a rental car when I got there and I had to return the rental car back on the same day, so the sales man AB went with me to drop the car and he gave me a ride back to get my new IS 250, I really appreciate that.I washed my car for free there one time after the snow , but the washing was not that good. They left a lot of spots inside the car that had to be cleaned.I recommend this Lexus dealer.

I would have given all #5 (great) if it had not been for my experience when picking up the car . My salesman Jean Paul Baptiste was excellent and very patient..Cesear who explained the mechanics of the car on pick-up was superior as well. But, as usual when dealing with the Ciasulli team mentality, the monthly payment was increased the day of pickup. This happened 3 times before..over the course of 18 years...2 other leased Lexus and 1 Camry. One time it was the GAP insurance was not included...this time the taxes weren't included for a $25 jump in monthly payments. All 4 times I was ready to walk out without taking the car and the finance guy always relented and stood by salesman's price. This is their shtick and I fully expected it this time and sure enough it happened. Too bad because everything else was great, price, Jean Paul and Ceasar. I actually went to Prestige Lexus several years ago to do my lease to see if this happened there too, it did not. My last lease was a BMW and it did not happen there either. You need to be firm or you will pay more than you need to. This really should be addressed as several people mentioned the same story to me and they now use Prestige instead. Tri-County is so close to my home that I don't care about this bait and switch because I wont give in and it all works out in the end.

I went in to this dealer for a simple oil change. I will never go back again.After dropping off my car for an oil change at around 6 PM, I was suprised when the job was done in less than half an hour. I have been to this dealer a few times before, and typical wait is 45 minutes to 1 hour (including car wash) which I am fine with. My first red flag was when I noticed the "Change Oil Light" was still on when I got in the car to drive it away. I assumed this was because the techcnician working on the car forgot to reset the timer, and figured I would just do it myself once I got home.While driving home, I smelled a strange burning smell, but was not sure whether it was my car or another car. Shortly after, the "Low Engine Oil Light" came on. I got home, checked the dipstick, and there was NO OIL in the car. The dealership was closed by then so immediately sent an email through their website for someone to call me.No one called me the next day. I called, asked to speak to the service manager and was told he was busy and would call me back. 3 hours later after no call I called again and finally spoke to him. They sent me a loaner to my workplace and promised to work out an arrangement to tow my car to have it checked out. Clearly the technician forgot to put oil in the car, or did not tighten the oil release valve under my car. I demanded that the car be towed to a competent dealership, but they convinced me otherwise. They promised to call back to arrange a tow.Long story short. Three times Andrew from the dealership promised me that he would have a tow truck or someone to come look at the car in the morning at 8 pm on 3 different days. All 3 days I waited 45 minutes to 1 hour with no one arriving (causing me to be late for work of course). Each day after waiting I would call the dealer, and was told by Andrew or Rocco that it was a miscommunication, or some other excuse.I finally got Lexus corporate involved, and Tri-County Lexus of Little Falls told corporate they had told me that the towing service always provides a window of time for pickup - something tri-county lexus clearly did not tell me, but instead promised me exact times for pickup.Long story short - Tri-County Lexus kept the car for 2+ weeks. Made up some story saying that there had been a nick in a gasket prior to me bringing the car in. And when they tightened the oil cap it tore open the nick, which caused the oil to leak out. How did the dealer know there was a nick in the gasket prior to the "oil change" by examining the car 2 weeks after the fact?Bottom line- I went to a LEXUS DEALER and pay more money because I trust they will do the job right. I could have had better service at my local gas station. Which I will be going to from now on. And the fact that Lexus Corporate is buying their story is why I will not buy a Lexus again. Needless to say I will never bring my car back to Tri-County Lexus of Little Falls, and will make sure no one else I know does.

I am extremely busy, often times multitasking whilst traveling. I submitted my request for information through email, which is the way I needed it kept, so that I could keep track of what is said and also so that I can work on this at my leisure. I wrote very simple requests, even included vin number of vehicle in question, yet the first few responses were sent to me as if they completely ignored my email. The one I took time to carefully write and took extra measures to include detailed information to make their job easier. All I received were a few emails basically asking me how they can help me, and none of the questions I asked were answered. I responded as one would who was frustrated by such ignorance and sent a few other emails stating the same. Then I received voicemails, when my instruction were to limit communications to emails only so that I could keep track. Dealing with this dealer is like talking to a wall. I have leased and purchased BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, Acura, Infiniti, Saab, Volvo and Porsche. All through email, never with any issues like this. I have to say that I was rather disappointed that they couldn't handle answering a few simple questions and leave it at that. I don't know how their Internet sales department makes any money if this is how they conduct themselves. I won't be using them again and will make sure my friends and family do not either. I am sure they have nice people working there, but their Internet sales department is terrible. This has been an utter and complete waste of my time.

Be prepared to take more time than usual to close and finish the entire process, but the staff in the new car section is great to work with. The service has been great at this dealership compared to the Lexus on rt 10. They go out of their way to accommodate you and will work with you on what service has to be done, versus recommended.

Antwoine, our sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and was easy to work with.We initially ran into some issues regarding the car were looking at and left with no real intention of going back. However, the sales manager (Orlando) was very proactive and wanted to ensure that we were happy customers and that our experiences were up to their standards. This was very refreshing as the dealer seemed genuinely concerned about the problems we experienced and wanted to address them. After that nearly 20 minute conversation with Orlando, our concerns were addressed and we'll will be returning to hopefully purchase a new car.

The first time their price was not competitive and the sales staff was rude and unprofessional. This time I visited the dealership at 11am on a Friday morning and was told by the receptionist that "the boss was at the dealership and all the salesmen were in a meeting until noon". What kind of moron pulls all of the salesmen off the floor on a Friday for the entire morning. Needless to say I left and bought the car at Lexus of Route 10 where I was treated royally and professionally. I will never visit this dealer again.

They had posted a price for a Certified Pre Owned Lexus model at a special "Internet Price." I went there and i was told the price is higher than what it was listed for online. I told the sales manager that this is misleading to consumers. There were damages on the car and the manager wasn't willing to negotiate the price. The manager informed me there is a price to pay(1, 700)for my car to be appraised should i choose to trade it in. I was also informed that i would be charged an additional $650 to have the new car detailed. I didnt underatand these additional fees, this is absurd. I should have known better this was the second time this year i went to Tri County and left disgusted. I went to another Lexus dealer 45min away and left with my car for a great price! No surprise fees. I would NOT recommend this place. The salesman was nice but the manager is a liar!

THIS DEALER OPERATES WITH ALL THE BAD CONNOTATIONS OF A USED CAR DEALER!!!!!My mother has purchased 4 cars from this dealership and was looking to add another. She wanted to trade her current Lexus. The dealer gave her a price net of trade they pledged would be $30k or less. I called the dealer to verify the price and they indicated they hope to do better than the $30k. I told the salesman, VERY clearly, that if I am going to drive 45 minutes to their dealership, they MUST be good on their word. They assured me they were. The next day the dealer failed to call me in the morning to arrange the day. We had hoped to complete the agreement, especially since it was my mothers birthday. When we finally spoke, we arranged to all meet. Again, I reiterated this needs to be real for me to make the drive & lose 2-3 hours of my Saturday on this transaction. I was ASSURED we were set. I arrived after my mother who told me the dealer was pitching her on a cheaper model that is unacceptable to her. They took quite awhile (20 minutes) in the managers office to finalize a price as we waited in the showroom. They sat down and proudly presented $39k+ or fully over $9k more than we had discussed. The breakdown on the cost of the car was higher than a basic deal offered by Lexus at any dealership and the trade price was the lowest of of several price offers we have received. For the life of me, I do not understand the point of dragging me to the dealer to draw such ire. Ofcourse, they then start down the road of "what will it take to do a deal?" To which my only choice, is "when h_ll freezes over, I think we will be going to Mercedes." So much for the classy Lexus experience!

I leased a Lexus GS350 from Tri-County. My salesman was Lamont Garnes and the entire sales experience was great - from to test driving the vehicle to negotiating the lease terms. Finance was well-organized too - I was in and out quickly, no hidden fees of any sort.I honestly feel that Lamont went above and beyond not just to get the best deal for me, but also in providing great post-sale service. He was realistic up front about numbers and negotiating room; as an added bonus, he really knows the Lexus vehicles inside and out, not just from a specs perspective but from a real driver's perspective. If you ask him a question he can't answer, he'll get an answer for you asap. I sent my parents over to him and they concurred as well, ending up purchasing an ES from him. Plus, he's personable and has a sense of humor - not your typically grouchy, depressed, disheveled car salesman.Other dealers have said less than stellar things about Tri-County but I did not have that kind of experience. I found Lamont and the dealership to be patient, firm, but willing to negotiate - never felt compelled to do anything at any point. I'll definitely stay here if I consider another Lexus.

Lamont is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable and helpful salespeople I have ever met, and I'm not limiting myself to car sales when I say that. He is a wealth of information about every detail you could possibly want to know about the Lexus GS 350 that we ultimately bought and was able to compare and contrast that with every other model of Lexus, current and past. We asked question after question and learned more and more. He reminds me of Encyclopedia Brown, a Scholastic book I read in 4th grade about a kid who was practically a walking encyclopedia. Our salesman Lamont did a very good job as did the product specialist, Cesar. After Lamont leased us the ES350, Cesar took over and went over all aspects of the car and answered any questions that we had. He was very knowledgeable and all people concerned with the leasing of our new car were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. We were treated as if we were one of the family and called us a number of times after we brought the car home to see if there was anything that we and/or they forgot to mention. After seeing a vehicle online that fit my needs I called the dealership to scheduled an appointment to look at the vehicle I saw. When I arrived I was greeted promptly but not overwhelmed. Brian S, the internet sales advisor introduced me to Carlos M. Carlos took the time to show me the vehicle, let me test drive it and after my inspection we sat down and discussed the pricing. The vehicle was available to me as advertised. We discussed the benefits of certifying the vehicle. I decided to go forward with that process. All the financing was arranged and the vehicle was prepared for my pick up. I was introduced to the service department and made to feel welcome. Due to my schedule I was not available to pick the vehicle up right away. Carlos went out of his way on a Saturday to delivery the vehicle to my home removing the burden of looking for a ride to the dealership to pick up my new car. The vehicle even had a full tank of gas when it arrived. I have received several follow up calls make sure I was happy with the vehicle. There is something about the service I received from Tri County Lexus that made me feel special. If that level of service continues, and I feel confident it will. I went there and found out the real price with shady additional fees to actually be $3000-3500 more. Also, they did not post on the website the car was actually a loaner. I told the sales manager that this is misleading to consumers and they should post the actual price online instead of posting a low number just to get people into the dealership and then raising the fee. They gave some BS excuse. The salesperson and manager were arrogant and made us feel like we were being difficult and that every Lexus dealership does the same thing. I went to another dealership 30mins away and they were honest and actually let me buy the car for the actual internet price. No extra surprise fees. I strongly would not recommend this place. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am older and have purchased a number of cars for various dealers. In purchasing a vehicle for my son we encountered issues from the moment we committed to price and delivery. We completed the deal at 4:30 and were held until 8:30 PM. The process to complete the vehicle sale was clumsy and unprofessional. The staff was clearly not motivated to complete tasks in a timely fashion. It took over a month to get my permanent plates, we went 5 days including a weekend where we could not use the car due to expired tags.

WARNING: This dealer is dishonest, rude and unprofessional. Suggest doing business elsewhere. Called about Lexus ES350 with clean carfax, at a low price and informed, correct as advertised plus only tax tags, & license but uncertified, which concerned me. The manager assured great car with 16 mos. warranty left and sometimes they do that to draw more people and move extra cars. Made appt., car was great and Im ready to buy. Then, the bombshellsone after another. Bottom line---Over $3500 in dealer fees: 1. $995 Internet Fee, 2. $1495 Delivery Inspection, 3. $995 Dealer Prep Fee 4. $198 Etch 5. $360 DMV Fee . How Absurd! People arent stupid. Justin promised to call next day with new amount--never happened. After 5 calls and 3 days, Brian offered to help, but again, no callback because its a phony! Proof---1 week later---the car is still listed at the lower price on many sites with same disclaimer of + tax , tags and license. Beware: The Spin Zone Starts Here!

Just wanted to give my salesman Justin and his manager Rene a "shout out." I was in a market for a "certified" vehicle. After test driving an X5, Q7 & ML, a co-worker recommended a lexus RX. I did some research online about the RX and I liked what I was reading!! So, during my lunch break, I swung by Tri County Lexus to take a test drive. I was greeted by Justin. He was very professional. What I liked most about him, was the no pressure approach. I told him upfront that I was on my lunch break and didn't have a lot of time. We test drove, went over features, he explained the certification warranty and even compared features of the RX vs the other three vehicles I was looking at. He followed up with me later that evening and we scheduled an appointment for me to come back in. The negotiating process was quick, easy and made sense!! His manager, Rene came over and thanked me for my business. These guys were aces!! Young, full of positive energy and made me feel comfortable!!! I would refer this dealership to anybody in the market for a certified Pre owned vehicle....... And ask for Justin & Rene.

I called and made an appointment to test drive a car. When I got there they sent me on a wild goose chase looking for the Vehicle in the lot. When I went back to the pre-owned sales department, they passed me off to someone else who went to another building looking for this car. 20 minutes later they finally decided to tell me that they sold the car to a wholesaler that morning. My husband and I just bought a new ES300h from this dealership and we had a great experience! The sales man was very friendly and helpful. He did a great job showing us the car by explaining and going over all the functionalities of the car. He was able to answer all the questions we had and we felt he was very knowledgeable. We did not have any pressure that we had to buy their car. This is the kind of service that you would want when buying a car! We got a good deal on this car. However the fees were more than what wed expected, but I guess they were standard motor vehicle and document fees. We definitely recommend this dealer and will refer friends to them. The car is very low in mileage and gas efficient. We love it!

This is why people dread the car buying process and hate getting new cars. This was not my first Lexus, it was going to be my 6th. I have always structured all of my leases the same way. Not a dollar out of pocket and everything rolled into the monthly payment. I told this to Connor (the salesman) three times and had him confirm it with his Manager Steve three times before giving him a deposit. Once I gave the deposit and the deal was done Connor asked me for the inceptions fees which he knew were to be rolled into the payment of some made up amount of $3,300. Of course I was livid because we went over the deal three times and three times I specifically said not a single dollar out of my pocket. They are thieves, liars and should never be trusted. Stay away from this dealer - BAD NEWS.

My purchase experience started well with John Stevenson. He was courteous and responsive. After accepting an offer and providing a refundable deposit, I realized that I was not ready to take delivery of the car, due to the fact that I still had two months on the lease of the car I was replacing. So, I had to let the offer go, and try again later. I realize that I inconvenienced them by my actions, and I apologized for that, but I fully intended to take the car later. It was all downhill after that. I was told I had to wait for Lexus to issue the new program offers, so I waited until after that to contact the salesman again. He then gave me the same price. I then asked him to redo the quote, but with all of the taxes and fees upfront as I originally requested. After 4 days he gave me two more options, but the total cost was higher. When I questioned it, he told me the programs changed on the 10th of the month, yet the offer I had asked him to rework was provided after the 10th and was the same as the original offer. He said he would discuss it with the finance manager. After 3 more days passed, I received a new, even higher offer! Again, they did not structure the offer as I had asked. So, since their price was close (actually higher) to the price I received from a Lexus dealer closer to my home, I told him I would not purchase the car from them. He then told me "If both quotes are the same, I promise you we will make it worth your time when you finally walk through our doors here in Little Falls. It will not be thousands, however it will be worth your time. This comes from senior management. You will not be disappointed." So, since I screwed up the first deal, I decided to take his offer, even though I had no idea what they planned on doing. Big mistake. I had also asked them to give me a price to install a remote start in the car. I was told it was a Lexus brand remote start and the price would be $495. However, I received a call from Rudy Trbovich who then said the remote start was not made by Lexus, and he asked me for a $2,000 deposit. He did not mention how they were going to make it worth my time, and when I told him that, he said they were going to give me the remote start at no charge, and that the last (highest) offer price would be the final offer. So I hesitated and told him I would have to get back to him after I ran the numbers again. He was not happy, couldnt understand why I wanted to do that, and asked when I would get back to him. I told him within hour. I also asked Rudy to provide me with reworked numbers where I would pay all taxes and fees up front, and then lower the monthly payment. That upset him, and he did everything he could not to tell me where to go. After stumbling over his words trying to get out a polite answer, he told me he was not going to go back and forth to the finance desk to run new numbers, and that I could do that with the finance manager when we picked up the car. After the call, I ran the calculations again and decided to take their offer. So, I called him back within 5-10 minutes, but got his voice mail. He returned the call a few minutes later and asked if the voice mail message was from another day or time, and I said no, it was my call back about the last offer. I told him I would take it, and I gave him my credit card number for the deposit. I then went to the Lexus website, to have an online chat about the non-Lexus remote start in order to see if it would void the cars warranty. They said it would not, but if a component was to fail in your vehicle and upon inspection the failure can be directly linked to the aftermarket addition. Then at that point the warranty might not cover the repair. So, knowing that I would not be servicing the car at their dealership, which was over an hour from my home, and that another dealer would be sure to not cover such a repair under warranty, I emailed John Stevenson and told him I did not want the remote start if it had not been installed yet, and explained to him why. His response was, It has not been installed as of yet. Our plans were to give you something else in place of the remote start. Three days later, I went and picked up the car. The only thing I was given were two Lexus key chains and a set of all weather mats. In addition, this car did not have the Preferred Accessory Package that the first car had, which lists for $252. I dont know what the value of the key chains is, but the mats cost about $125 total. As far as I am concerned, that does not make using their dealership worth my time. Also, when I picked up the car, and asked the finance manager questions as I signed all the paperwork, he called Rudy in to answer one question, and after Rudy answered it, Rudy made a comment to my daughter asking her what was up with me. I guess that was supposed to be funny. I was not amused. That made two instances where Rudy was rude to me. I did not react to it, and just wanted to get it over and done with. Seven days later, I received a form email from their General Manager stating If for some reason you cannot rate your experience as truly outstanding, I would like to know. Three days later I decided to respond to it. I received a response from the General Sales Manager, Joe Choi, trying to find out what my concerns were. I explained to him that since the sale was over, the problems were no longer concerns because nothing was left to be done. He replied back that they wanted to offer a small gift card for you to take your daughter out for a dinner. I replied back that he should not send the gift card, as I would not want to attempt to eat while thinking about this. There was no counter offer. He then contacted me because they had received the registration for the car, and asked if I wanted to pick it up or have them mail it, and I told him to mail it. After waiting for it for from Friday to Tuesday, I wrote back to ask if it had been mailed. He could not verify that and said that since his clerk was not there at that time to verify it either, he would have to have someone get back to me the following day. No one got back to me, so I called them in the afternoon, and was told it just went out by overnight delivery that very day. They are going to say that I was a difficult customer. If by a difficult customer they mean someone who does their due diligence, and who made one honest mistake in the beginning and apologized for it several times, then I guess they are correct. But I obviously do not intend to go back to that dealership and do not recommend it to anyone.

It was priced very aggressive. So, I decided to take the 2 hr drive & check it out. And boy am I glad that I did. Upon arriving, I was greeted promptly by Mr. Justin Salomone. I informed him about my lack of success at all the other lexus dealerships. He assured me that this visit would be a rememberable one! His patients was outstanding, as I took up a lot of his time, just inspecting the vehicle. He even pulled it into the garage for me, where there was better lighting. I kept Justin there hours after closing. We made the deal!! He was "truly outstanding!" anybody in the market for a lexus, must see Justin.

I received several calls from Mr.Grossberg as well as a letter informing me that my RX 350 lease was eligible for a special program Lexus had. The dealership and salesperson (Michael Falduti) were honest and open. If he was unable to answer a question, he went to his manager and immediately got us an answer. They negotiated fairly without any high pressure tactics and kept their promises to us. They got us the exact car we wanted, even though they had to go to a dealer in Connecticut to get it. I had done research on the internet and had developed parameters that I needed to meet to consumate a re-lease of a new car. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unlike many others, I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I always had great experiences with Lexus, particularly Booby Rahal Lexus. During this process, my questions via email and phone were very slow with John. My transaction was handed off to Justin who promised to get back to me. He didn't. After negotiating a price for a used Lexus I took a day off to travel 4.5 hours to make a deal. Once there, on time by appoitment, I was not greeted at all and had to find a salesperson. I then met Dan my newest contact who advised me that he was now handling the deal.We were extremely disappionted with the car. It had several large scratches, a small dent and dirty interior. This was hard to see on the internet. After telling Dan 3 times my thoughts, he continued to put through the paperwork for the deal. I finally had to sternly advised that I was not going to buy the car. Dan simply couldn't understand my thoughts.I will continue to buy Lexus but only deal with the 2 Bobby Rahal delaerships who I trust and don't waste my time. I will be putting my thoughts in letter to Lexus and others.

It's never easy to purchase a new vehicle but this dealership makes the process of purchasing a car as easy as possible. I was comfortable from the very beginning with Mike my salesman. He was introduced to me by the Internet Manager. And, that was after I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist with a big white smile. The entire process took just about a week and that was because I was very specific as to the type of car and the color (interior and exterior) that I wanted. Mike promised he would find it and have it delivered and Tri County Lexus did just that. My last stop was the Finance Manager and he delivered as well. He was very friendly offered me coffee and popcorn and sat me down far from all the noise do he can focus on my needs and wants then he took me out to see the car very knowledgable person. Knew where everything was inside and outside the car, gave me a great walk thru then went on the test drive. When we came back from the drive I get down to bussnies and told him I want this car for this price. Usually other car dealers send over mangers and what not, I was expecting that to happen here too but surprisingly it didnt. Yea he he came back with his manger but just to congradualte me on my new car. Best car dealership I been to in all my car buying experience. I came in for my first 5,000 mile service for my LS 460 and as soon as I came into the service drive I was greeted by Gene who was polite and answered questions I had about what is included in the service and detail, I was then taken to Cesar Ruiz who was my service advisor who was a laid back down to earth guy and had answers to all my questions and even gave me a discount on getting my car detailed as well as the regular service on the same day! I couldn't believe the deal I got! I was then put into a loaner and went about my day. A few hours later I got a call that my car was ready and came back to see it in the service drive looking like it was a brand new showroom car! I love it! Service and workers there were great. He informed me that wouldn't be a problem and infact stated most people don't on their first visit. He told me his goal was to just give me all the information I needed to make an educated decision and to answer all my questions. I was like "WOW", I wasn't expecting that. Because of Brian Tri-County has my business once again. Brian conducts business the old school Lexus way. This is what drew me to Lexus 10 years ago and I thought that was all over, until I met Brian. I worked with Gene in the Service Department at Tri county Lexus. As someone who works in Customer service, I always appreciate when someone takes the time to go out of their way to make sure that I am well taken care of. Gene helped me out and I got the sense that he actually cared about how my experience went at Lexus. I would not hesitate to recommend Tri County Lexus. Customer service is hard to come by these days and I appreciate to see that some people still do care about others.

I was very happy with the service I received when my rx had a flat tire. Roadside put my spare on and instructed me to go directly to the dealer. When I arrived Gene was very helpful and directed me to Steven for further assistance. Steven took my car directly in and the service tech (Christine)check the tire, they found a nail and was able to fix it at no cost to me. I was very happy because I thought I needed a tire but the saved me a lot of money. They were very honest with me. I was not a customer befor but I will be now.

This was my first time buying from this dealership and it will definitely not be my last. From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by their extremely charming receptionist and promptly introduced to Eddie, I knew that my experience would be far from average. As we all know, high end dealers tend to be cold and unfriendly. Not the case at Tri County. My current Lexus is from Tri-County and the intitial experience was very good, but once the General Manager straighten out a few thing everything went well. I was in the market for a car on and off for 6 months. Not really looking to buy, unless every was exactly how I wanted for the exact price that I wanted, leisure only. Had endless time to look around so pretty much...Im a pretty hard sell, because there is no urgency. During my first visit to the lexus dealership I met Eric who was very attentive, never pushy and really took my concerns/issues/interests seriously. We weren't able to make a deal at first, no fault to Eric, GM wasn't very flexible and neither was I. But 6 months later, I got a call from Eric who was following up on what I like (he remembered!!!) and called me into the dealership. I wasnt even looking to buy at the time, but Eric took great care of me, gave me a great price, made her beautiful and put me into an IS 250 on the same day!!! I couldn't believe it either (I am very difficult), but I love my car and truth is I'm happy Eric was the one to sell me my very first car!! He has the perfect combination of down to earth, business, and honesty that goes a long way in the car sales business!I won't do business with anyone else!

I visited Tri County Lexus 3 times (3 days) before buying the car on 4th day.First day, I was introduced to Mr. James Domaleski as sales rep, such a soothing personality. Never an uncomfortable moment. I bother him with 99 questions before, during and after test drive of white RX350 (since I was weighing RX350 vs BMW X3). He always made me feel that I am asking right and relevant questions. Second day, it was Rudy's turn to be grilled (more than an hour), verifying and cross checking the facts regarding the RX350 and then pricing. No sale that day. Rudy was still smiling, amazing. Third day: Nope they did not slam the door on my face, by that time they remember my last name. And already know that I am hooked. Requested James for Cerulean Blue Lexus. Mike joined James to provide assistance regarding explanation of different options, services and then filling out forms & sealing the deal. Fourth Day: Before taking delivery of the car, Ben comes into picture, money. He went the extra length and allowed me to use the credit card (that accumulates mileage) to pay a big chunk. No complain.

My name is Jeremy and I have been looking to purchase a Black LS460, I have been to Prestige Lexus and Bridgewater Lexus and had bad experiences from both places. At Prestige it took forever to see a salesperson to talk about the car I wanted and when I wanted the features explained it felt like the salesman didn't want to explain everything and was basically trying to rush me into buying the car and I felt like all they wanted was my money and they could careless about me so I ended up just leaving. Then I tried Bridgewater Lexus and called ahead to test drive the car and when I arrived they didn't have the car on the lot so I had to wait awhile and when it was brought in it was very dirty inside and I didn't even want to drive it. So I told the sales guy that they wasted my time and left once again unhappy. You would think they would keep a new car looking new. After my bad experiences I wanted to just go to BMW but I decided to try Tri-County Lexus in Little Falls, NJ and I am glad I did! When I arrived at the dealership I saw their new cars well organized and clean. I saw the LS460 I was looking for and went into the showroom. I was then greeted right away by the receptionist named Dulce who was very kind and introduced me to Eddie Murcia who was my salesman. He was very great to talk to and has a positive attitude and personality. He explained all the features of the car to me an then we went for the test drive. I fell in love with the car and we finished up with a very great deal! I didn't feel rushed at all thru the whole process. I also met with the GM Mike Visocky who also had a great attitude and down to earth personality, I felt like family. I picked up my car the next day and left feeling happy and appreciated. I'm glad I stopped by Tri-County Lexus and I love my new car! I would recommend Tri-County Lexus to everyone! Great group of people there and great prices. Thanks again to Eddie, Mike, and Dulce. I'll definiely be back.

Narrowed car search down to Lexus, BMW and MB - hybrid and diesel. Joe was competent sales person, but told us it would be 4-6 weeks to get hybrid so we decided to think about it. Upon leaving, we were introduced to Sales Manager Camillo who whispered we could actually get the car in a few days. I didnt like that the Sales Manager contradicted the Sales Person (with whom we were building a new relationship) right in front of us. I question the sales strategy and wonder if we were being played. For the price of the Lexus brand, I shouldnt feel I had a "used car slick sell" experience. I am now the proud owner of a GL BlueTech 450

UPON ENTERING THE SERVICE AREA I WAS GREETED BY GENE WHO WELCOMED ME IN A MOST PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I EXPLAINED THAT I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BUT THAT I NEEDED SERVICE AND THATS WHEN GENE WENT INTO ACTION!!MY CAR WAS CHECKED IN IMMEDIATELY AND I WAS BEING HELPED BY A SERVICE ADVISOR IN A MATTER OF 4 MINUTES. I was in the market for a new lease and happened to go to LEXUS on RT 10 in East Hanover. Once there I looked around for about 15 minutes without 1 salesperson asking me if I needed help. I am a young lady (minority) and often times feel over looked in high end places. Needless to say that experience almost soured me to LEXUS, but I decided to try one more dealership, Tri County Lexus. Upon walking into the establishment I was immediately greeted by an extremely friendly front desk associate named Dulce. Then almost immediately I was approached by the Salesman Chris; Chris explained all the features the car had to offer and made me feel very comfortable and appreciated. Once the deal was complete Nick Bellomo introduced himself to me and answered any other questions I had. Nick, a manager, went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed even as small as connecting the bluetooth feature. Tri County LEXUS is by far the most professional delearship I have dealt with in my 20+ years leasing cars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market and will be a customer of theirs for years to come!

After dealing with 2 other area Lexus dealers, Tri-County Lexus was outstanding and exceptional throught out my entire buying experience. From the receptionist at the front desk to my sales associate Linda and showroom manager Nick, everyone was just so amazing...what an asset to the Lexus team! Yes, like buying a car at any dealer we went back and forth a bit with the price, but it was very honest and straight forward. I know some people often like to bad mouth dealers during their car buying experience but this was truly a fantastic process. Tri-County worked effortlessly searching for the 2011 IS 350c that I really desired and didnt give up till they found it. Where to begin... Well, we saw an IS 250 that met our criteria online at Tri county Lexus (or so we thought). We live 5 hours away, so through emails and phone conversations, we wanted to make sure there was going to be high chance we were going to purchase.1) We Get there, the car isn't on the lot, and the sales man can not find it!!2) Through conversation, it was communicated the car was in (EXCELLENT) condition, the car had deep scratches on the back bumper and rear panel.3) This blew my mind, the car is advertised as a cerified car, the rear tires didn't pass certification requirements, and required replacement. Camillo wanted to charge me for new tires!!!!4) There was no movement on the sales price, not a penny!!At this point, were getting extremely frustrated with this experience and now the fun begins... Even after the issues mentioned we were still making the decision to buy the car, until this, even though were not very happy with the price given the above experience. So we sat down with dominick to write up the contract, and as were going through the process, get this, They tried to add over $3,000 dollars of additional fees!!! I just about had a heart attack!! They tried to pass along advertisement costs, the certification fee, and a delivery fee!!! Where are they delivering the car to??? Adding up to over 3k!! I was in shock, my wife and I stood up and left, couldn't believe it.On a good note, on the way back to upstate NY, we decideed to stop at Warnock Lexus, only 13 miles away from Tri County lexus, found the identical car, but in truly excellent condition, wonderful experience, very professional, worked with John and bought a car. Not to mention, for about $2,500 less.. I would HIGHLY RECOMNEND WARNOCK Lexus, and warn anyone to stay away from Tri County Lexus, They give car sales professionals a bad name and really are very poor representitives for the car company Lexus.

I brought my car in for service, my car was returned to me with an unexplained additional 60 miles, dirty inside and outisde, and an empty gas tank. I was told that they would have to investigate and figure out why there were so many miled on my car. Bottom line, my car was driven around, eaten in and returned to me without being cleaned or examined by the service advisor.

Avoid this dealer. After we had agreed on a price for a car they tried to add on additional fees/expenses. I refused to pay the additional fees and bought the same car from another dealer. When I asked Tri-County to return what they had said would be a refundable $500 deposit they initially refused. I had to contact my credit card company, DealerRater and Lexus customer care before Tri-County finally agreed to return my deposit. The salesmen and sales managers were impossible to get on the phone and wouldn't return my phone calls throughout the entire process. The employees at Tri-County exhibited all those qualities that give car salesmen such a bad reputation.

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the wonderful buying experience I had in purchasing my "certified" preowned Lexus RX 350 from Tri-County Lexus. My salesman was Justin Salomone. Justin was great as he made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. From the initial meet and greet to the test drive to the negotiation, he made it easy! He was very knowledgable about the product itself as well as the warranties. The dealership itself was top-notch and had a friendly, positive energy to it! Horrible! incompetent! and disorganized! stay away from this place the sales people are clueless they try to add additional fees that don't even seem legal, they miscalculate your monthly payments when calculating finance, they are late with your out of state plates, which will potentially get you a summons, the rest of the staff is clueless and they keep shifting you around different deparments when trying to reach them with a problem. I DO NOT Reccomend this place.

I DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANY HOMEWORK, THEY DID IT FOR ME. I DIDNT HAVE TO SHOP FOR THE BEST PRICE, THEY SHOPED WITH ME. WE WENT IN TO A 3RD PARTY WED SITE EDMUNDS.COM. WE IMPUT ALL THE INFO OF THE VEHICLE I WANTED 3 PRISES CAME OUT THE INVOICE,THE STICKER PRICE, AND WHAT OTHERS WHERE PAYING FOR THAT PARTICULAR VEHICLE, AND THEY SUBSTANTIATED THAT NUMBER. If you ever had reservation about dealing with a used car salesman and looking to purchase a Lexus, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not only you would waste your time here, you would be jerked around til Kingdom come. I've had my experience but was following an advice of a colleague to try this dealership since he purchased 2 pre-owned cars from them. He forgot to mention that he was in this dealership negotiating back and forth for hours, something that I wasn't planning to do. I don't like haggling, I don't like being BS-ed and most importantly, I don't like being jerked around. I initially came to look for an RX350 with mileage of about 15k. I drove the car around the dealership and when we came back, I sat down with them to get the pricing on the car. Because I'm a woman, they decided to "get smart" and added few thousand $$$ extra on the advertised price. I'm not surprised by this tactic... I heard and read about it before about this dealership's haggling practice. Service records were never provided although I asked for it only for like a million times. The carfax of this car didn't show anything beyond the point of initial sale. I decided to walk out because I saw no point of wasting my time further (the sales manager had the audacity to ask me to come back with my husband!!). As expected, Justin called the next day and said that he wanted to earn my business yadda yadda yadda.... So I asked again for the service record. Each time he responded, yes yes he would provide asap while kept trying to get me back to the dealership. Finally my husband politely picked up the phone and told him to provide the service record, and trade in value over the phone/email as he would like to see if there would incentives to drag ourselves back to the dealership that's about 40 miles away. Justin responded that he would get back to us in an hour. Nothing for over 24 hrs.... I pinged him via email and he said that it was his day off, couldn't do it until the next day. The next day, only after the dealer has closed that he decided to email back and said that the car was sold while he was on his day of. AS IF!!! And asked if I would be interested in their upcoming inventories. AS IF!!! I laughed myself off because this was expected. Something was fishy about that car and I'm glad that things didn't work out.Hey Justin... if you're reading this, guess what? Your loss! I'm dealing with a different league of USED car salesman at the Prestige family in Ramsey. No hassle... no haggling.... we signed on a doted line in the same amount of time that it took me to sit in your office, while you and your crew BS and jerked me around. And guess what? I got the service record of the car, even before we decided to sign on the dotted line. Having a better looking more updated service facility and staff members who value customers certainly don't hurt! Merry X-mas....

I recently relocated in NJ and Tri-County Lexus was the closest Lexus Dealership in my area. First the greeting from Service department was very poor and I didn't feel like I am a valuable customer. Second, pricing is much higher than other dealership. Finally, I decided to go back to my old dealership in edison because they are a much better customer service.

while dealing with this dealership, several people were fired, other employees just had no concept of customer relations, and some employees don't desrve to deal with people. push 1 for to talk to Joey, push 2 to be blown off, push 3 and hope you can find the person you originally were looking for. and just to make a point it seems that many of the employees don't know or even care who their associates are or what department there in. Push 4 to be lost in space. this is the way we were treated only !! because we wanted to buy a pre owned certified lexus. I can't speak about the service department or the new car department, but Joey the salesman (presumably new cars), had not one clue who my salesman was( even though i asked for him by name ) or who his manager was( that i also named ) he just hit any or all the buttons on the phone. and at that point I was so disgusted, I cancelled my deposit on the car i wanted to buy, but then - someone realized I was pissed. in my opinion the only one who knew how to handle a customer and maybe complete a sale professionally was Scott the pre certified Manager, but after an all day managers meeting with the Ciasullis ( The Owners) either he was fired, or realized how bad of a dealership this truly is and quit. I am still waiting for a return phone call since 12:46 this afternoon it is now 5:10 pm. Tri County / Ciasulli Family this is not the way to run a business. You the Ciasulli Family are ultimately responsible and are at fault for this mess or just don't give a damn. I guess you should also take a little time and read all the other remarks that are listed , The bad ones really do out weigh the good ones.

I must say my overall experience with this dealership and these two gentlemen was extremely pleasant. Initially we were just stopping in to learn about the product and the very friendly manager was a little persistent that I drive one of the cars and then another model. As it came down to two choices, with quite a difference in price, I did not feel any pressure to buy, or choose the more expensive car. They made it all about ME! and what I would like to "take home". Needless to say, the following evening I drove home with my 2007 Lexus Is 250 and so far am loving it.I feel I made a couple of friends with these guys and will not hesitate to call on them if I need something or just have a general question or concern about the car. They absolutely went above and beyond the time needed to spend with us and I would highly recommend them and the dealership without any reservations.Michelle DolanCedar Grove, NJ

I bought a Lexus es350 in 2007 within like 2 months transmission started skipping took it to service under warranty they said there wasn't anything then month later engine had a strange tapping noise took it to service again under warranty and again they said my engine was normal now it's 2010 and I still have problems they need better technicians

Just bought an LS from Tri-County and the service was excellent. Dan was my salesman and he was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the LS model and was able to show me all of the features and answer all of my questions. I also dealt with Mario and Bill. They were also just as helpful. It was a joy dealing with them.

My 1999 ES300 was over 200,000 miles as of mid-July 2010 and its the time for me to consider buying a new car. I visited the Tri-County Lexus last weekend and Brian Coyle was the person I dealt with. Brian took all the time I needed to find the car I wanted. The amount time he spent with me was unbelievable from the time he spent with me on the test drive to looking for the color I wanted. He sat in the car and showed me everything about the car. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I did not expect to bring the new car back home the same day. However its to my surprise that everything was completed in less than a few hours including trading in my old car and I was able to drive the new cart back me in the afternoon.Brian provided answers to all my questions in emails promtly after I brought the new back home.Here I want to say that Brian is the absolute best salesperson and I really appreciate his effort and his professionalism.

I stopped by lexus over the weekend to look at some used cars and Angelo was there he helped me look at many lexus's as well as off brands. His knowledge of lexus really surprised me. I bought a 2008 Lexus ES350 while Angelo was preparing my paper work i took a walk over to the service department to have a look around and helped my self to some complementary pop corn and a soda my total experience was more the excellent at Tri County Lexus. Angelo sat with me and went over every detail of my new car as well as the warranty. I will post my experience when i bring my car in for service im sure it will be nothing less then perfect.

Arranged with "internet manager" that I was going to come in on a saturday to look at a m3.Arrive saturday talk to a salesman. Get ready for a test drive. They couldn't get the car started for 30-45 minutes. Probably should have tested the car knowing a customer is coming day on that day to view it. Salesman forgot to take the hand brake off while reversing. Loud grinding sound as he backed up.When we spoke on "price." The price listed on the internet is not correct. It does not include the online listing fee and another bogus fee. Customer has to pay $695 for the dealer to list it online? Please. Once you start negotiating, the price they negotiate to is the listed price and they will "honor" that price. Avoid this dealership at all costs..

We bought our car at Tri County Lexus. They promised great service, e.g. dropping off a loaner car at our house...but they were hours late. Once in the shop they cause problems with the vehicle and you wait while they try to fine your key. You have to go back to fix the new problems.

This was my worst purchase experience that I have had in my life. I took the vehicle home and he very next day, the light Maintenance Required soon came on. When I took the vehicle back they changed the oil. They did absolutely nothing else even though they charged for Dealer Prep. Also their Biz Mgr tells one lie after the other about all of the additional services. It is a high pressure, very nasty exchange when you do not purchase these additional services. The vehicle was not even detailed. It was a very disturbing experience.

I had the worst experience with this dealership, very shady salesmanship which seems to be mainly with the manager more than the frontline salesman. They don't show you numbers at the desk, they keep going to the back office to crunch numbers and come up with random numbers. Not that was looking for a steal, but when you okay a number don't come back and raise it.Manager is poorly dressed and reflects that managerial staff is looking to rip you off. Uses aggressiveness to make a deal.

Went in to test drive an RX. Receptionist was not friendly or helpful. We asked for a brochure and were directed to a wall of messy literature - no RX brochure. When we asked the receptionist again she made it seem like we were bothering her and she said she'd try to get on. We asked to test drive and she said there wasn't anyone available but she would try. Now, we are buying a 40K plus car - not some cheap thing and don't think it was too much to ask for some customer service. After waiting 15 minutes to someone to give us some sort of customer service we left. When I called to speak to the Sales Manager the phone rang many times and then I was put into voice mail. Not a way to try to sell cars. We won't be back!

I walked in with an interest of the IS F. However, the salesman kept pushing me to buy the car and I told him not at the moment and also they didn't have a car for me to test drive yet. I came a day before my appointment to check out the place with a friend and the salesman was being very pushy. Later on he called in his manager to come over and persuade me too and I told on let me wait till I test drive the vehicle and he said "NO! I can let you drive any car BUT the IS F because is limited and exclusive. You MUST put a $500.00 DEPOSIT to test drive." I told him that was ridiculous and I HAVE NEVER heard of a dealer telling me to put a deposit to test drive. These guys are closer to my house but definitely I would not go here for purchase and service. After commenting about how ridiculous of the demand for me to put a deposit he finally said he will not charge me or have me put any deposit for the test drive but I told him forget it I'm not coming back. I called up other local Lexus dealers and asked them about test driving and having to put a deposit and they all told me that they DO NOT DO THAT and also I would NOT have to put down a deposit at all or any for the test drive.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They are crooks and swindlers and laugh about their actions. When I went to sign the papers for a NEW (READ NEW, NOT USED) RX400h with a price upon which they offered and I agreed, I was told they would give me the 400h but with 10,000 miles on it and that the price they offered was THAT car, not a new one. Oh, really? Does a NEW car have 10,000 miles on it? New meanS under 50 miles, not 10,000. Donovan, the sales manager is a smoozy lying sack of worthlessness who would sell his mother if it meant he was going to make money and John Delgado is a pawn iin the system. The rest of the sales team is smarmy with really bad suits, pinky rings and incredibly comb-overs. And the best part of it all was that they keep saying 'We're Lexus, we don't do that." Right. Give me a break.STAY AWAY...UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSING YOUR DIGNITY, TIME AND YOUR SHIRT.

I received a disrespectful, humiliating and insensitive treatment from people working there. Salesperson, while talking to me was purposely imitating my accent (I do have an accent). Yelling my name through the entire showroom many times, making me extremely uncomfortable and filling humiliated. In addition, I was asked to pay an extra 198.00 plus tax for the car windows etching as an extra charge. Salesperson said that etching is already on the windows, and I reluctantly paid for it. Checking new car, I found no etching on the windows. I asked for refund. Manager yelled at me and refused to give a refund for the services, which were not provided. When I asked about new license plates and new registration, manager said "Tri-County Lexus dealership does not want your business". At this point I left to avoid further aggravations.

I purchased a brand new RX400h from Tri-County Lexus. My experience with this dealership was very positive. They did not have the color I was looking for. They got it for me at the time they promised me. When I went to pick up my new car, my salesman gave me a nicely packed gift in a Lexus bag. I am servicing my car with this dealer, I am very happy with their service department, specially when they come to my home and pick up my car for services and leave a car for me to drive, they do the service and deliver my car to my address. I definitley would recommend TRi-County Lexus to all my friends and relatives.

I have had service done by this dealership on two separate occasions. Two years ago I had body work done and the paint is now chipping off. Last year my engine seized due to a build up off engine sludge; Steve from lexus service told me my warranty would not apply because it looks like I hadn't changed my oil. After producing my oil change receipts for 95,000 miles (which took a lot of leg work because I had changed my oil at a number of differentr facilities) my warranty finally covered the work. I was without a car for 2 months and when I got my vehicle back, they tried to hit me up for a brake job because the car was sitting there for so long without moving and my brakes had gotten wet because my car was left out in the rain. I could go on and on about how dissatsified I was with my service and how many nasty conversations I had with Steve and others at tri-county lexus. In short, I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They are class-less and have terrible customer service.

The sales team was extremely processional and delivered far and above. I just have few phone calls with this dealer in last few days, and I decide I will not want to deal with them in the rest of my life. Never get any straight answer even for a simple question like " what is the stick price on that car ? " poor communication skill, always try to make you feel guilty like, you don't call me back ... ? Bad phone manner, never say "hello" when I pick up their phone call; Instead, always try to make you feel you owe them something, and should go there to appologize to them, and very rude. I just don't see any quality and service when I deal with them in the last few days. I still don't even know the price because I refuse to go there until they can give me a simple number first. NOT recommended, totally waste your time. However, the only good thing is, they make me feel I need to share my experience so other people don't need to go through what I had been through, and that is why I find this web site; And I have just found I am not alone. I should have viewed the web site first before I look for dealers next time.

I've never got my LS400 out of this place for less than a thousand dollars, but they're only two miles away. The worst was having the rear air shocks replaced and having to come back three times before they got the rear seat replaced correctly. I noticed later the headliner was falling down in the back - presumably because of all the action in the back seat . I took the car in to have the AC recharged and mentioned the headliner - I was referred to an auto upolsterer in the neighboring town. The AC stopped working in three weeks. I'm done with these crooks.<br>
