We had come to Tri-Lakes in dire need of a reliable vehicle, and found one. Dallas was our go-to man for questions about the vehicles we were interested in, and always had time to go grab another set of keys for us to test drive. He was awesome, hands down. Cory Bunger was the hero of the day, he dedicated himself to give us the best deal possible, and have us drive out of the dealership with a vehicle we were interested in. Overall, the buying process was smooth, the customer service was great, and the people there were great to be around. We will definitely be coming back.

I bought my Ford Escape from Tri Lakes in February but I wanted to wait to write a review to make sure that the excitement of buying my first car didn't influence my review. But I have to say I am just as pleased today as I was when I drove off the lot in my new to me car. I started the buying process via Internet with Logan. Logan was very prompt in his responses and went above and beyond. The car that I was interested hadn't been photographed for the website yet but Logan went and took pictures of it for me and sent them to me right away, it was little things like that that added up to a wonderful customer service experience. I'm a younger (early 20s) consumer, so I did my research to avoid getting taken advantage of at the dealership. I was truly concerned I wouldn't be taken seriously or that they would try to pull one over on me but that was quite the opposite. They treated me with respect and had by far the best price based on the other dealerships I looked at. I traded in and they gave me what I thought to be a very fair price. I would definitely recommend Tri Lakes to ANYONE young or old(er). They truly care about providing superior customer service and it shows.

On 8/18/2015 I called Tri-Lakes Ford Service about Fords "The Works". I advised them that I had a 2011 F150 with 3.5 Ecoboost motor and it was a 6 QT. Oil change. I was told it would be $36.95 plus $3.00. This is the price I have paid for My 2006 F150 and now my 2011 F150. So I made an appointment to take it in. On 8/19/2015 I took it into TRI-LAKES FORD and the Service writer quoted my wife and I $39.95. This service writer already knew by this time that it was a 6 QT (oil) engine. Was the service was done, we were hit with a $47.43 bill. I should note that this Dealer has had prior reviews of quoting one price and then charging more. I will never go there for service or anything else ever again. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL GOING THERE! HEED THE REVIEWS UNLIKE ME.

He acted in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner. We made arrangements to see the vehicle on the weekend. We were met by the best sales consultant ever, Randy Cole. The car was ready for our review and was ever bit as nice as they portrayed. We were able to make a deal that pleased us all. Cory Bunger was able to get us a great deal and handled the paperwork in a very entertaining manner, as well as being very professional and splendid to work with. I drove from Broken Arrow, OK (3 hours away) to trade. They offered me a great trade value for my existing vehicle and did everything in a very respectable manner. The buying process was smooth with no hiccups or issues. Most of the my dealings were through text message and responses were prompt and clear. My experience was certainly worth the trip. I wasn't sure I was going to pursue the vehicle I looking at but they took it off the lot for a couple to days until I told them I was for sure interested or not. This is a great dealership! I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to check here first! My husband and I are in our very early 20s so most dealers push us aside like we arent as valuable as the other customers, but this dealership made us feel just as comfortable had we been older. They realize that age does not constitute success and availability to purchase a vehicle. Steve Hurd was hilarious and amazing to work with. He kept everything light and airy so that we did not feel any pressure at all. He also gave us a really great deal on our trade in. Logan Houseman, (internet director), was friendly and a very down to earth guy. Tom Denevan, (Finance director), walked us though the entire purchasing process and was very thorough. Thinking we would just take a test drive on the touted FORD ESCAPE while having time on our hands during a Branson "get-away" we called the TriLake dealership for an appt. If you ever drove around that area the hills would offer you breathtaking views and your vehicle a challenge. Especially, if you were accustomed to the flat lands of the illinois prairie where we reside. The Branson area is a great place to visit for fall color shows. So, we tried two Ford products at the suggestion of Will Bower...the ESCAPE and the EDGE. The FORD EDGE won us hands down with the FW drive and smooth, quiet road handeling. It also had a smokin deal price tag that Will and Cory put together for us. Both cars, the ESCAPE and the EDGE were better than our current vehicle on those hills. The EDGE offered more seat comfort plus a huge GPS screen that was vip feature we wanted and Will helped us get out drive windows tinted pronto We said goodbye to those window sunscreens! . But mainly the driving comfort of the FW-drive EDGE delighted us because it handeled so differently on the highway and hills!. We were really grounded! We wanted a vehicle that could climb the Colorado hill challenges where we visit our daughter annually and also we drive south with other snowbirds during the frigid Illinois winters. Those car reviews on the FORD EDGE gave us the confidence to appreciate the new technology we were experiencing. Plus,the overall experience we had at TriLake Dealership was worthy of all five stars. Go take a test drive folks....

I lost a tire on a 2012 Escape on our way back to Iowa. Went to dealer to purchase replacement tire, which was in stock and same size. Dealer refused to sell just one tire stating Ford required all four tires to be replaced (18,000 miles on vehicle). Since I was from out of state and needed to return home, I agreed. I followed up with my Ford dealer, three other Ford dealers, and a phone call to Ford Customer Service. Not one said Ford "required" purchase of four tires. Dealer stated I could have problem with CVS joint and I said I would take responsibility it that happened. Dealer still refused to sell one tire. I would be very cautious if you need to service your Ford at this dealership. The irony is I have been a Ford owner for 40 years and this one experience has really soured me about purchasing another Ford in the future.

I found a used vehicle I was interested in online. I contacted Tim because I had a few questions. He answered them all and double checked the vehicle to verify a key point. He also took the time to take a short video and send it to me via email. We drove 3 hours to the dealership and Tim was ready for us. After looking over the vehicle we noticed a few cosmetic issues and he took the extra time to have the minor scratches buffed out. After we got home I noticed I was missing a keyless entry code and the owners manual. I contacted him via text and he was great, called a few days later and said he was able to get them from the previous owner and is mailing them to me. Tim went above and beyond the call of duty, was honest, sincere and funny! I plan on visiting the area this fall and if nothing else I will pop in to say hi. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Went over to Tri Lakes to talk to Tim about "jeeps". When I got there, he had another vehicle that he wanted me to look at. I had been looking at a Subaru suv but it did not have several features that I wanted. Tim brought out this Ford Escape, a lease return vehicle, and there was everything that I wanted+ a lot more. I purchased a used vehicle from them and I found them to be very fair on price and our sales person made the negotiations as easy as possible. I was able to talk actual bottom line dollars instead of the run around from other dealerships where they want to know what kind of payment you want to make. I wish I had gotten a little more for my trade-in, but doesn't everyone when they trade. They don't nickel and dime you with additional fees and even threw in a tank of gas and the first oil change on them. It just had the small hometown dealership feel and our sales person, Tim, was great. I would recommend giving them a look and I will be back when I am in the market for a new or used car.

Very respectable and knowledgeable sales staff. Tim showed us everything about the vehicle we asked. If he didn't know the answer, he found it. There was terrific teamwork from the bottom to the top (Cory). The test drive and the offer cinched it. Everyone worked together. Pleasant staff. It was the first vehicle we had purchased in 20 years and the dealership made it a comfortable experience. I had told Tim that I had driven my Dodge Shadow convertible off the showroom floor 20 years ago. As my husband and I were with the finance department, as a surprise, Tim moved the new 200S on to the showroom floor. That made it special! Tim had the car washed and it was it was spotless when we drove it off the lot. Financing was easy and painless. Even the finance officer (Bart) was pleasant. We weren't looking forward to the pressure pitch, but there was none. All in all: I would definitely recommend Tri Lakes. Good selection of vehicles. Good all around staff. Car is only a week old, so the service department is next to grade. My husband parks away from vehicles in parking lots because I don't want anyone touching it. Love my car!!! They said they would get back in touch and no response going on 3 days now. They seem to be to busy to help ready to buy customers so I bought one at another dealer. Would not recommend.

I was looking for a specific car that just happened to be at Tri-Lakes this summer. I live about 4 hours from the dealer and they were willing to hold the vehicle for me as I was planning to vacation in Branson in the weeks ahead. When I got to the dealer I was happy to learn the vehicle was in the exact condtion that the wonderful employees had portrayed. No suprises at all. They happily greeted me and treated my children to popcorn and soda as they waited in the clean child friendly area. Out in 10 minutes with my perfect vehicle! All is well!

We were quickly needing to find a car big enough for our family of five with not much of a budget. Jim Posey had been recommended to us so we contacted him. He was able to do most of the work finding us a car on the phone and we had to spend little time worrying about this and no heckling what-so-ever. I have never personally bought a car from this dealership but could not find a place to write a review for their service department....... I will NEVER EVER bring my dodge vehicle to their service department EVER again everytime I go in there to have my car repaired they break something else and then don't want to own up to it costing ME more money !! They are way overpriced on repairs for instance it cost me over $700.00 to have an alternator replaced??????? They replaced the transmission in my 2007 DOdge caliber in December of 2012 which was warranty work and I had it back in there today because the transmission jerks when I'm driving down the road. Their "transmission specialist" told my husband that the jerking is completely normal ..... Continued to argue with my husband and was so mad that he had to go for a test drive with my husband that he drove my car irraticly through the shop in front of my husband!!!! My husband told him do not ever drive my vehicle that way again the guy did not even offer an apology , by the way this guy I'm referring to Mike Hogan who states he has been working on transmissions for 50 years and he's like in his sixties , they don't want to answer to the warranty company as to why 7 months later they are having to pay for another transmission by the way if I didn't mention it before Mike Hogan is the guy who put the new transmission in so if course 7 months later he doesn't want to admit that he never fixed it the first time correctly , so they call us the customers liars and say we are making the car jerk on purpose with our foot placement on the accelerator....... This is completely absurd !!!!!! I also asked one of the other gentleman in there for a number for customer service at dodge headquarters so I could report our bad service and he gave me a number for road side assistance ......hmmm needless to say I found the number on my OWN and reported Tri lakes dodge Branson told them all about your service department ....... If you need repairs done to your vehicle take it somewhere else or if its warranty work take it to Springfield I will tell EVERYONE how we were treated by your service department all it takes is one unhappy customer to spread the word!!!!!

I would have given five stars on everything but my phone wldnt let me!!! Cory was amazing frm the first time I talked to him and he even called back just to make sure we still loved it after the sale. Made me feel lime he genuinely cared for us instead of just trying to sell a car. Was not pushy. Found exactly wat I wanted and me and my whole family love it. I will buy from here again.

I called and spoke with Cory about getting another vehicle and explained to him what I was looking for. Cory told me what he had on lot and stated that he could help me get in the vehicle that I was wanting. My wife and I went to the Dealership and I then got with Cory. Cory knew exactly what he had on lot and was very knowledgable on every vehicle. Then cory said; over here is the vehicle that you described to me that you wanted. Low and behold there it was. We test drove the vehicle and yes it was perfect. Cory descibed the features of the vehicle and got the paper work started with Bart. With in the hour,my Wife and I drove away in the new vehicle. What impressed me? Cory, The knowledge of inventory, friendliness,wanting to help and the biggest thing was,, making my Wife and I feel as though we were important to him,"not just there to sell a car" but,there to have a new customer relationship. Cory immediately responded to my chat request on Cars.com. He did not mess around on price. I felt like I got a fair deal on a Special Vehicle. It was worth it to me to fly to Branson, pick up the Raptor and drive it home. Great people out there. I really enjoyed their business approach - they were quite cordial and I was in and out quickly.

I was looking for a F150 SuperCrew. Located one online at TriLakes. I was not fimilar with TriLakes, it is 35 miles away in Branson. There are multiple dealerships within 5 to 10 miles of my home.I found Cory Bunger and TriLakes to be a pleasant experience, easy to deal with plenty of inventory. From my first phone call inquiring about the truck I eventually bought to Cory's followup call to check on how we liked the truck, I felt he was interested in what I wanted, making sure I was happy with the purchase. When you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I reccomend TriLakes and Cory Bunger.

Not many times do you feel good after spending several thousand dollars, but our experience at Tri-Lakes was a feel good experience. I want to assure all those looking for a cargo to Tri Lakes Motors in Branson, Missouri. I live in Southern California. I was looking for a Cadillac XLR. I found several and most were in dealerships. Everyone I called on were either rude, nasty, or just not interested in talking to me on the phone. I continued my search and ran across an ad placed by Tri Lakes Motors. When I called Cory Bunger answered the phone and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and even took a live video of the car in the lot so that I could view it at my home. Cory even worked with me on the price. When it all came down to it, I needed a little financing and Roger at Tri Lakes took care of that too. The only problem, I thought, was that I was in California and they are in Missouri. NOT a problem for Cory. I had the option of paying to have it shipped or I could fly into Springfield and drive it back. Cory offered to pick me up at the airport! Forty-five minutes away and he still offered. That cinched the deal for me. I flew out, arrived at 6:45pm and sure enough Cory was standing right outside. Not with his car.but mine!!! I was so happy. This guy went out of his way to make me a customer. I thought I was going to have to give him a ride back to the dealership. NO WAY. Roger, the finance man, was nearby with all my paperwork to sign. They even filled the gas tank up for me. I was so happy I could not think of doing anything else but take these two guys out for dinner. I was sure glad I did because I found out what great guys they are personally and even invited them to come to California to visit and stay at my place. This is not the last these two guys heard from me. When my business needs another vehicle, guess where I am goingTri Lakes Motors. When I returned home I told two of my neighbors how great Tri Lakes Motors was to me. One is seriously thinking of checking out their website because they have a daughter who lives nearby. To top it all off Cory called me after I got back home to make sure everything went well. I know of no other dealership that goes the extra mile in customer service than Tri Lakes Motors. You will not be disappointed.

We drove over 400 miles each way to buy from the guys at Tri Lakes Motors. Cory and the entire group at Tri Lakes made the process easy, offered fair trade valuations and fair pricing on their vehicles. I've bought a lot of trucks in my days and these guys do a really good job. It's refreshing to get away from the mega-lot dealerships and deal with a business that is run with integrity. Bought my very first vehicle on October 24th. I was desperately in need of a new/used car and started looking around. For being my very first time at looking I started online and found myself at the tri-lakes website. I knew what kind of vehicle I was aiming for but wasn't sure at what I wanted, after seeing the page and passing the vehicle I desired for I instantly filled out the application. Lucky for me one of the best associates there got into contact with me. After talking on the phone I knew I had to go in and see first hand the vehicle of choice. We used Cars.com to find a used vehicle and found Tri-Lakes in Branson. We sent a request for more information on a particulate car and received a call within a couple hours from Cory Bunger. He was so nice and took all our specifications in consideration. We needed a new car for our growing family and needed to trade in my old car. When we met up at the dealership, we were treated like family and Cory was wonderful. He stayed within our price range, the size of vehicle and our tastes for cars. No pressuring or gimmicks either. Test driving was really fun and we communicated like we were old friends. He showed us a car that met all of our specifications expect for not being a 6 cylinder and it not something we would have chosen but he said the positive was the 4 cylinder would save us in gas- meaning more money for our baby that was coming is less than 2 months. We test drove it and feel in love immediately- the perfect car. Cory knew exactly what we needed before we did! They gave me way more than expected on my trade in and worked with us on a great final price. The financing department was excellent and went very fast. We received our paperwork in 2 business days and got a follow up call to check on how we were doing. We WILL be doing business again! You got to buy your car here- you will not leave unsatisfied!

My wife and I bought a new Jeep Unlimited Sport at Tri-Lakes and got a good deal without a lot of hassle. The sales staff was helpful and upfront about the costs. We were able to pay for the vehicle and leave in a relatively short amount of time without being pressured into buying extended service contracts, etc. We love our new Jeep and Tri-lakes was a great place to get it.
