I like that the dealer is close to me and I always get terrific service. Candace takes care of my service needs, they serviced all my previous jeeps , too.

First off I never see the same employees working here, this is a big deal for me! I loved the service advisor Kayla and she is no longer working there because they fired her. She was a sweetheart!!! I can't stand the service manager Dwayne Gohaki, he is rude and seems like he is against woman. I once heard him screaming at the employees while I was there for service. I was once in the business as a manager before and I would have never treated my employees like he treats them. The guy I purchased my vehicle off of is no longer there, I'm sure they fired him too! I wouldn't recommend working here, or buying from them because they don't treat their employees right!

Sold me a wrecked car never told me talked around the car fax when we asked for it. Horrible customer service and I hope they go out of business. Never want to get our car in the shop when it needs anything even an oil change always a 2 month waiting list. Never EVER AGAIN

I would NEVER step foot at this dealership again. I found a great deal on a car online so I went up to see it. Immediately a super pushy salesman runs up and asks what I'm looking for. I told him the car and he said he would get the keys. 25 minutes later of me standing around he said he lost them but found them? I go to the car and it has a sign on it saying not for sale. He argued with me saying there was no way that I found the car online. I showed him the proof and he acted baffled. I saw a ton of scratches on it and asked if the car was wrecked. He said I dunno and left it at that... We went inside and I asked to see the car fax. Some girl was helping us and I swear she has no intentions of helping us. I spoke to the general manger about the car and told him what price range I wanted to be in for my monthly payments at 72 months. He said it prob wouldn't work but he would try his best. Hours later they called me saying they had the price exactly where I wanted it. I went up after the weekend was over to see the car again. The pushy sales guy came up to me again! He said they finally cleaned the inside of the car and it was spotless. Upon looking inside there was still white cat hair all over the vehicle and they did a half xxx job of cleaning it. I asked if they were done cleaning the vehicle and he said really cocky, " that's as clean as it gets". I tried to look past that and went inside to talk about my payments. He didn't stall me on saying the payment amount, which was $30 more than I wanted and it was for 84 months!!! I NEVER agreed to this and they plain out lied to me saying they had it where I wanted it. I told him I was pissed and wanted to talk to the GM again and he said he wasn't avaliable. I would have never gone back if they couldn't work out my payment agreement. I left immediately and I was furious. 3 weeks later, no one has tried to contact me regarding the car. I'm still receiving letter from different banks saying they couldn't give me the loan for 84 months. WHICH I NEVER AGREED TO! I work in a big place and I've told everyone about my experience. I will never go back and I would never let a friend or family member shop there.

Had my 2004 Nissan Sentra head gasket replaced, for just under a thousand dollars, at Tristar Nissan, Uniontown, PA. A couple of weeks later the car starts shutting off randomly. I take it back to them and they tell me, I need my valve cover gasket needs replaced. They sounded guilty about the valve cover gasket and said it was their fault and replaced the gasket at no charge. But then Service manager told me that I needed a crankshaft position sensor. It would take the mechanic about two hours to replace it but they would only charge me for one hour of labor plus the price of the part. So I check all data.com and it says the job takes .4 hours to do the job. So I call out the Service manager on his lie to me, He tells me that the mechanic said it was a two hour job. Dealerships do not ask the mechanic how long it takes they use Mitchell auto repair software. So I spoke to the GM and he stands over me pointing his finger at me telling me I shouldn't be upset. So I told him if his employee's were lying to me saying they would save me an hour on the job, when he was actually charging me double. GM defended the service manager and asked me to leave. I just spent a thousand dollars there and was treated like dirt. This is my first and last Nissan.

I dealt with Matt Vanek & Jack Francis. They were to the point & honest with me about all my options. They were fast, incredibly helpful & really went above and beyond to assist me & get me the best deal to suit my needs. This was by far the best experience I ever had car shopping & highly recommend them.

I drove an hour to this dealership because they advertised a car on the internet for $8,600. Upon arrival, they informed me that the advertisement was a mistake and the price was $9,600. The manager in the back room refused to speak with me face to face until I made a scene, but he still would not sell the car to me for the advertised price. It was a classic bait and switch. I had to have a car the next day and it was already 5 pm, so I was strong-armed into buying the car for the $1,000 markup. Not only that, but the dealership refused to clean the car or replace the wiper blades, both of which I had to do the first week off the lot. I would never go back to this dealership. Their actions were borderline criminal.

Good experience. Salesman was attentive and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs in a vehicle. We gave a brief description and he found exactly what we were looking for.
