I had first went to the dealership back in late March and the problem was not corrected and went back this time and they found out the piece was defective and replaced it with no charge to me. By far the best experience I have had at any dealership. Brian, the dealer I was working with, worked with me over the phone and email since I was 5 hours away. After speaking with him, I drove the 5 hours, one way, to trade in my vehicle for one of theirs. He made the experience worth the drive down there! Highly recommend this dealership. Upon taking my truck in for a vibration the dealership found that I had a tire problem. Come to find out it was covered under warranty with no questions asked and a new tire was ordered for me. We purchased a new car from Trice Hughes in 2007. We purchased the extended warranty and was told by the sales representative that if we did not have to use the warranty that Trice Hughes would refund the amount we paid for the extended warranty after it had expired. Our extended warranty expired in August 2014 and I notified Trice Hughes to see if they could offer us another warranty of any kind. I was told they did not have another warranty to offer us. I told them that we had not had any claims and we expected to receive our refund for the premium of $1,751.00. I have made 6 phone calls since that time and still have not received our refund. Each phone call I make is the same story "they will contact the insurance company". Still waiting: 11/4/2014

Robert did a great job of getting me in a new truck, he is the only reason I came to Trice Hughes when I did, you better keep him on for a long time if you want more sales because he can flat out sell a truck or car. One huge complaint I have is the back windows down the truck vibrates all over to the point where you need hearing protection to drive down the road with the windows down, I am extremely disappointed in my new truck for these issues to the point that I would not have bought it if I knew this problem existed. I sent Chevrolet a email about if but have not heard one thing back from them, very disappointed in them for that since I have bought about 8 new Chevrolets over the last several years. Never in all the other trucks I had did this happen. This is not Trice Hughes fault as I well know but Chevrolet should step up because I do believe this is a big time safely issue.

After buying a new truck, I went to pick it up and had to wait 5 minutes because the sales person was personally waxing it. After a short drive, I did not like the new tires, and they replaced 2 of them. I still did not like the tires and they replaced all 4 with my favorite brand. Next experience: I called to have my wife's car checked out,which was a brand they did not sell and had no testing equipment for::: but amazing as it may sound, they fixed a problem (at no charge) which the car"s dealership warned it would be several dollars. Robert Parsons, which is a close friend of mine, was working diligently to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. I've never seen anyone work so hard on trying to please someone as Robert did. I believe I changed my mind on different options two or three times. However, Robert never changed his course. His goal was to see that my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. No matter how many times we changed our minds on the different options. Also, the friendly staff that helped us through all the paper signing and loan application process (Shana Jaggers) was absolutely wonderful. They really made us feel special. Trice Hughes is a small town dealer - I was going to say with the customer service of a large city dealer, but they are much more than that. I have purchased three cars from them and each buying experience has been superb. I did not feel pressured and I always got exactly the car I wanted, thanks to their total eagerness to please. They go above and beyond to cater to every desire when you buy a car, and yet they offer prices that are more than fair (even for a trade-in). I was unable to make a trip down to check out the truck before buying, as I am from Omaha, and my work schedule prevented me from making a trip down to KY. Brian was very honest about the condition of the truck, and I got a great price without much haggling. The customer service from Brian and also the finance manager, Shana, has been unparalleled. A transport company had to pick up the truck, and we had some problems with the title. Shana has been so friendly and very easy to work with on these items. I certainly would buy from these folks again, and being in business, myself....realize the value of dealing with honest and genuine people. I have purchased 14 vehicles from Trice Hughes over the past 30 years and I have always gotten excellent service and have felt I was treated fairly each time. I was just passing through a week ago when I saw the 2012 Enclave I purchased. It was late morning on Saturday and I knew they normally closed at noon but Brent Ladd and Anna Stallins went the extra mile in assisting me and worked through the details as I now live in Knoxville and that complicated things a bit. Even so, they stayed a little late and we worked through it and made it a pleasant and brief experience (not an all day one like some dealerships). On a whim my son and I stopped in one afternoon to just look at a used truck. He was bugging me to test drive it. It was after 5pm but Brian handed me the keys and told me to enjoy the test drive. Went back the next afternoon with my trade in. They told me what they would give me for it and I told them what I had for a down payment. As it was late in the afternoon again on Thursday and Brian and shana were off Friday they told me to come back Saturday morning and sign the paperwork. All told less than an hours time and I drove off with my new to me truck. There are two dealers in western Kentucky that I like to deal with and trice Hughes now sits at the top of those two. My husband and I have moved to Eddyville KY and wanted to shop locally. We wanted to trade in our 2004 jeep for a new 2013 Grand Cherokee. Our sales agent David Parker, with Trice Hughes in Princeton, found us exactly what we wanted and kept us informed day by day until our purchase. We had a trailor hitch installed there at Trice Hughes and they did a great job. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. Would I buy another car from David and Trice-Hughes? Definitely!!

I had been searching for a good used car when my husband suggested I visit Trice Hughes' web site. I found the car that I had been searching for however, it was a 3.5 hour drive from Lexington! The weather the past week had been nothing but snow and ice and the roads were challenging so the last thing I wanted to do was drive all the way to Princeton. My husband called and talked to salesman Brent Ladd and on Saturday off we went to test drive the car. The car appeared exactly as it looked online. I was given the keys to test drive it without so much as a "let me see your license" or having to have the salesperson ride with me. I was able to drive the car at my leisure and test it out. It performed beautifully and I purchased the car. My entire experience was very pleasant from working with Brent, who was very knowledgeable about the car and very easy to work with (not a pressure "salesperson") to financing with Shauna (a real sweetheart). No price haggling or checking with "the manager", none of that here. How refreshing to walk on a dealer's lot and get service without the pressure and fast-talking sales pitch! I would recommend Trice Hughes to anyone who is looking for a good deal and a wonderful staff that really cares about working with you to take care of your needs rather than just making the sale.

I was recommended to Trice Hughes by a friend because my last vehicle purchase at another dealership was not pleasant. I will definitly be back to trice hughes, the service that I received from Tommy Harrison and Shana Jaggers was wonderful! They really worked on a deal that I could live with and I walked away feeling like I didnt get burned!! I will be back for all my vehicle needs in the future, and will recommend them to my friends and family.

My sales guy was Brian Croft. The vehicle was a trade in that they intended to wholesale but worked for me so they sold direct. The whole deal was done over internet/email/text. Brian was very responsive to my calls or texts. Only one time did I have to ask something twice because he was busy. He worked with a local contact to make the vehicle available for my service guy to check out. I would have given the whole process 5 stars but Brian forgot to look and let me know that the vehicle did not have a spare tire (and none of his pictures he sent me showed that area). Otherwise he was upfront about all the "problems" that would be found on the vehicle.

I was already familar with Trice Hughes due to their service department, which by the way is superb. In the past I have also had experience with their body shop - again a most positive experience. I have also bought used vehicles from Trice Hughes, but this last weekend I set a record when I bought a new car for myself on Friday, and a new car for my wife on Saturday. Buying is a totally stress-free experience, something that the salesmen obviously go out of their way to foster. It is more like discussing a buy with a friend. There was very little haggling, and most of the time they try to meet your requests whenever there is a trade-in involved. The finance office is pleasant, professional and makes the paperwork end of the buy almost a joy. They bend over backwards to get you the best possible rate and soon you are behind the wheel, enjoying that new car smell as you cruise down the highway in your brand new car. Luckily the salesman familiarized me with all the buttons and gadgets, but these new cars and their electronics are really intuitive aren't they? At least my new Dodge Charger was. Thank you so very much Trice Hughes for a wonderful experience, and a shiny new car!!!

I stumbled across Trice-Hughes on the Internet and was drawn by a special deal they had on a Used Truck. I dealt with Lee H there and the experience was one of the absolute smoothest I've had with a top-notch car dealer. These people care about the total experience -- good hometown boys. I purchased what I was after & a couple weeks I'm still happy. Next purchase is one for the Lil' Woman and I'll be looking over Princeton-way for certain.

An internet search led us to Trice-Hughes and the vehicle we had been looking for. Some dealers will tell you that you can't buy a car over the phone or the internet, but our experience says otherwise. My wife and I were very impressed with the personal attention, integrity and professionalism of all the staff and particularly Lee Hughes in honoring all commitments made during the negotiations. Lee Hughes spent the time to find me the exact vehicle that I was looking for over a period of 3 months. I received a much better deal from Lee than the surrounding dealerships within a 100 mile radius of Trice Hughes. I will always buy my vehicles from Lee at Trice Hughes.

I had spent almost two years looking for a new car trying to find the best deal I had so many issues and let downs at one lot I had even put down a down payment on the day of pick up the lot had failed to fix the cars problem the owner proceeded to yell at me.. Several months later I found my way to Trice Hughes where I meet Lee from start to finish he worked hard for me and didnt try to work me. Traveling from Colorado to purchase our car was worth the trip. All of our answers and concerns were promptly addressed prior to flying out, and we were picked up in Nashville and given a ride to the dealership in Kentucky. I located a used truck at Trice Hughes that was somewhat of a rare find with year/model/options/color. I got in contact with Ryan at the dealership and he went above and beyond for over two weeks to make sure the truck was ready to go, as I had to drive from Florida to see the truck. He absolutely represented the truck perfectly and I purchased the truck on the spot. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and everyone at the dealership who I dealt with was great. No games, no gimmicks, just an honest down to earth staff that appreciated and worked for my business. This was my 6th vehicle purchase from a dealer, and this one was the most pleasurable I have had by leaps and bounds. Thanks to Ryan and the rest of the staff for a great experience.
