I bought another Lexus, because of the service I get at Tustin Lexus. The service is always beyond fantastic and Rick, the service manager I use is absolutely the best. I bought another Lexus because of Rick and the service he always gives me. Kudos to your dealership. I will probably be in the market for another car soon. Lexus will again be my choice, because of the car itself and because Rick is there to take care of me. The service here is impeccable. I book online and can usually get an appointment the next day. They offer loaner vehicles but I usually don't need one because they are quick! The waiting room is very comfortable and they've got great coffee. Can't beat it!

Never ever buy Lexus or service your car from this dealership ..I bought a CPO 2012 Lexus CT200H from this location in 2014 year end. But the tires installed on this car were 2010 tires , I came to know about this fact after 2 years because as one of my tire on driver side got hit by nail and after checking with costco I found that I had old tires on the car. WHAT A RIP OFF :( from this Dealership. The car was bought at 21000 miles.The foreman at this dealership told that your car was manufactured in 2011 and hence the tires are just 10 months old which is fine as per him , but I cannot accept this fact.The shelf life of any tire is not more than 5 years so when I bought the car in Nov 2014 the tires had already crossed 4 years and the dealership after inspecting and making it CPO at that time gave me the same old tires and within 2 years now I have to change my tires as all of them are ripped off. The tires are all tearing apart.The foreman Steve started making all excuses , you have bought your car to dealership only once for service in 2 years and you did not have car tires rotated just to let me know that I am wrong as they were trying to cover their faults, the service light was not even up on my car and the car has to be serviced for 5000 miles , which was my first service at 25000 miles.The car now has 29000 miles coming up due for second service.After a lot of back and forth between sales and service and complete frustration , the sales manager Darrick and Foreman Steve told that we cannot do anything on your car for FREE , you just need to replace the tries and it will cost you 850$ Michelin or 682$ Bridgestone. RIP OFF. No Discounts at all.Technically I have driven the car for 2 years now and have to change all my tires. I was planning for another car from this location but would NEVER EVER go to this location either for Service or for Purchasing , totally disappointed .All lies to back them up and ZERO customer service . I have to give one star because upon request, the foreman Steve changed the remote battery.So please please please any one of you who see this post DONOT PURCHASE OR SERVICE YOUR CAR from here.

This was the first time I dealt with George Chen at Tustin Lexus in our 25 year history of being a part of the Tustin Lexus family. He was very precise in arranging the 35,000 mile service for my GS 350 F-Sport. I was pleased to hear that he has experience in after-market products for Lexus and plan on using that expertise. He expedited the service and was very competitive with Costco and Tire Rack for new tires for my F-Sport. The first Michelin tires were not readily available and we went with the OEM tires as replacements at a competitive price and it was all done by the COB of the same day.Well done, George!

My husband and I visited Tustin Lexus 2/18/16 and test drove a GSF. I fell in love and bought the car. The whole experience was great! Peter handled the test drive and sale professionally and courteously with NO PRESSURE! I leased my GS350 last December. I had no intention of getting a Lexus, to me then, a Toyota with leather, being a German car fan.I went in JUST to look and see what they had. Patrick was new at the time but had the right ingredients to be a proper salesman and not an annoying, know-it-all like some of these people out there today. My decision for the purchase was mainly due to me being treated properly AND efficiently by Patrick and his manager Bradley. I have bought many cars in the past and actually owned a dealership so I applaud the service I got from these folks.Wouldn't hesitate to do business with again and am currently looking to lease another Lexus in December!

Derek Kincebach is a great service rep. He got to my car when I arrived and helped with getting me the different options of what I could do. He ordered a van that gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait. As soon as the work was done, he called to let me know. When I arrived to pick up my car, he was not at his desk. As I was leaving he apologized for not seeing me when I got there. Overall the service department is very good at Tustin Lexus. This is why I take my car there for service rather than somewhere else. In addition, my car is always washed when I pick it up.

First time oil change was horrible. They did not even check the if they put enough oil in after they were done. When driving home the warning light came back on saying low oil. They said that everything was backed up so obviously someone rushed it and forgot or they don't hire professionals. Wont be taking it back to Tustin for any kind of service!!!

I was greeted quickly in a friendly manner. the car was ready in the 1-1/2 hour time frame promised except to have the car washed took extra time. (almost 1/2 hour) The gentleman how assisted me was pleasant and kept me updated about the car. Overall the experience was acceptable. I appreciate that the other two items you found to be a problem were items I could either fix or not. I chose "not" because of the time and expense - and it was made clear the issues were more cosmedit than essential to the car's running properly.

I found a scratch around the bottom bumper and was not sure when it happened. Al checked with Service department and got the original paper work. He cleaned up all when I stopped by later. Super!

They were not as aggressive in their selling technique this time. In the past they'd call me from service & try to scare me into getting brakes replaced, etc. Paul told me I needed a front end alignment & I called him back & told him to just do it since car was there. It didn't sound like a desperate effort to sell me things I don't really need.

He asked if I'd like to stay or needed shuttle service then quickly arranged a shuttle to take me to work and back. The negotiation process did not takes too long before we were able to agreed on a reasonable price. The facility is nice and clean and there is a fairly large amount of inventory of various models/colors. LEO SUBROTO from the internet sales department worked with us from beginning to end and was very detailed in making sure we were happy with our purchase and explained everything about the car very thoroughly before we drove off the lot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Lexus.

I talked to this guy Dave over the phone trying to put numbers on a ct 200h. He seems to be the most honest and straight person you can ever talk to. So finally, after a week of negotiating, he enticed me to visit their dealership; promised me he had the car that I want. I asked him upfront if he really had the car and said he had two of them with the matching color preference. So i hustled for a baby sitter to go there; and when I arrived at the dealership, they told me that the car was already sold an hour ago; instead, they started selling me other colors or they will just give me a call me once they get the color that i want. I was so disappointed I had to drive from Corona(25 miles),with all the traffic, just so they can lie to my face. I just talked to the most dishonest people. I have high respect to lexus but if these are the type of people i have to deal with then i might as well forget about it.

Reently, went shopping for a gently used, low mileage 2010 IS250 with a specific color combination and that it had to be certified pre-owned. The salesman, Dave P, met us and was a gentleman. Very patient and very informative. We finally found the right color combo. Everything went pretty well except when i came time to the financing part. I had specifically mentioned that I was going to seek my financing through my credit union whom ive been with fr 15ys; one the finance rep realized that i wasn't going with Lexus Financial Corp, his whole demeanor changed to a negative, had me sign here, there, and rushed me out within 10minutes tops. I declined all of overinflated products and services add ons ad that seemed to irritate Mr Finance Person even more. Although we appreciated the sales perso that handled out deal, but we did not appreciated the immature, childlike behavior of the finance person just because we secured financing somewhere other than with them. Would I buy from Tustin Lexus again? Possibly, but not if the same finance person is there.

I talked with Joe Ruiz, Internet Sales Rep, regarding an advertised Lexus over the online-chat. I had a very specific question about whether or not the car in question had a rear entertainment system (DVD overhang) that, as a mom, is crucial to occupy the minds of my little kids on long rides. He assured me it did have it, though of course when I got there, it did NOT have it. I specifically asked him 3 times, and 3 times he assured me it did. It obviously was a ploy to get me in the dealership, but I had already lost confidence in him as a salesman.After realizing his mistake, I got flipped to another salesman (Dave) who was really nice and knowledgeable. Had it not been for the less than perfect condition of the vehicle and the lack of the entertainment system, we probably would had purchased the car, but ultimately purchased from Lexus of Cerritos which had a pristine version of the car I wanted and very professional staff.

TO MY SURPRISE ONCE I WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP THE OFFER THAT WAS PRESENTED TO ME WAS 585 PER MONTH WITH 3500 DRIVE OFF. THAT WAS UNBELIEVABLE! IF I WAS TOLD THAT THE OFFER WAS FIRM FROM MONDAY NIGHT WHEN I FIRST WAS THERE, I PROBABLY WOULD NOT HAVE GONE BACK. HAD THEY EVEN HINTED THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE HIGHER, FOR SURE I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE BACK. THEY LIED TO ME TO GET ME TO GO BACK AGAIN. THEY SHOULD NEVER DISCUSS ANY NUMBERS THAT THEY CANNOT COME CLOSE TO. THE DEALERSHIP WASTED 4 HOURS OF MY TIME ON THE TWO TRIPS AND 2 HOURS OF MY WIFE'S TIME ON THE FIRST TRIP TO THE DEALERSHIP. WE HAVE YOUNG KIDS AND IT'S DIFFICULT FOR BOTH OF US TO ATTEND AND FIND SOMEONE TO WATCH THE KIDS. THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME. AS I WAS LEAVING I TOLD PETER "PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE" PETER RAISED HIS VOICE AND SAID "DON'T LECTURE ME, WE HAVE NO DEAL". I HAVE PURCHASED 5 NEW VEHICLES AND LEASED ONE OVER THE LAST 15 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS. EVEN DURING THE LAST FEW WEEKS AS I WAS SEARCHING FOR A VEHICLE, I VISITED 12 OR 13 DEALERSHIPS, NONE TREATED US THIS WAY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TUSTIN LEXUS TO ANYONE, IN FACT I WOULD LET PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO TRUST TUSTIN LEXUS NOR PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I bought my SC 430 in 2002 at this dealer, and it has been repaired at this dealer exclusively since then. All my dealings, from the purchase to every repair and maintenance, have always been professional, and everything that has been promised has been delivered. Their communication has been great also, always letting me know status of repairs and any issues that come up. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, and I'll use them again for my next purchase!

One of worst EVER. They called me over the phone after my enquiry on an auto sales website. They promised to sale me a car at price and insisted that I visited them same day. They knew I would have to drive 1.5 hour each way and guaranteed the price. However, when I reached the location, I was told by the manager that the price was promised by the sales guy who is not authorized to promise such. They would sale the car but at $10K more than what was promised. Their behavior was rude and disrespectful, to say the least. I would suggest that nobody should bother to buy a NEW car from this dealership as they do not have good ethical standard as you would expect while buying a new car.

The worst experience I've ever had for lexus service. I went in yesterday for an oil change and to get my brakes checked. My wait time was close to 3 hours! They tell me that I have to get my suspension or strut or something fixed so I said okay. So, I finally got a loaner car and they sent me off. This morning I get a call at 10am and they told me my car was ready. I go there at 1pm to find out that the paperwork wasn't closed and my guy just stepped out of the office, so they were trying to contact different people to figure out how to close my paperwork. I had gone to Sprouts right before, so I had all my groceries with me too... so I was NOT happy to have to wait for an extra 20 minutes while my milk and fruits just sat there... Then finally I pay my over $1000 for everything and they tell me "okay your car will be pulled up." I get out there and I wait there for another 5 minutes before someone asks me "oh have you been helped?" and I say "Uh they told me my car is supposed to be pulled up right now..." The guy takes my receipt and 5 minutes later I finally get my car. In the meantime, I'm listening to another lady complaining to somebody on the phone about how she had come back to get her car, so dropped off her loaner car... but then they found out her car still needed work or something. But during that time, the loaner car she just had was just given to somebody else who was just driving off with it. So, she had to get another loaner car (probably the one that I just dropped off.) She was MAD. Well, then I asked to talk to the manager and I made my complaints, but who knows if it'll change anything. All I know is that I'm never going back there again. The quality of service was horrible, especially for how much I had to pay.

Absolutely horrible experience. They did not only overcharge me but also tried to lie about the rendered service. Service managers there are way too incompetent and unfriendly. I was amazed by how arrogant they were in dealing with their customers. I guess they were more interested in their own bottom line than taking care of customers.

Worst ever experience with a Lexus dealership. The most confounding, insincere, barely solicitous sales department. They sell cars? Really? Yes, they have the merchandise but they don't seem to care. I drove away after a comparatively short negotiation process realizing I hadn't even been offered so much as a glass of water.Don't bother. You can get a better deal elsewhere. (I did.)

I tried to have my IS 250 service for a recall and when I brought it in the first time and left car I got a call 15 minutes later to pick it up that the part was not in stock and it would take 3 weeks for it to come in. When I asked why I was not informed when I made the appointment Raymond said only the service managers would know that the part was not in stock not the person setting up the appointment. So in other words bring it in and then we will inform you that we can't do the work.Now today I bring the car in after getting a call that the parts are in. I leave the car and was informed car would be ready in 2 hours and that Paul would call me on my cell when it was done. Well 4 hours later no call...so I call the service dept. and I am informed car is ready. The only reason I even took the car in was to have the recall completed. I did purchase the car here and the finance guy was such a creep that I will never purchase another car from this dealership, it reminds me of 20 years ago when all car dealerships were thieves.

Went to Tustin Lexus to test drive the 2010 GX460. Jim Macedo was the salesman working the lot and approached me. The whole time he was unhelpful and unknowledgable about the vehicle. Spending 20 minutes on the Lexus website the day before made me a better expert than he was. He was unfriendly, unengaging, unhelpful and acted like he was doing a huge favor to me by "letting" me test drive the vehicle. All of his answers to my questions were short yes, no or I'm not sure responses. The test drive was SOOO awkward because Jim Macedo was so quite and creepy. Usually car salesman are chatty during the test drive pointing out features of the car or learning about what your looking for in a vehicle. This guy just sat there in silence. Then when we got back to the dealership, his whole attitude was "well, do you want it?". Very bad experience.

I went shopping for a car this past Super Bowl Sunday. My husband and I are repeat Lexus customers and we have bought 2 cars from Tustin Lexus in the past and were pleased with our buying experience; however this trip was a fiasco!We arrived at the dealer around 4:00 in the afternoon. Ted, whom we had spoken to the week before, greeted us. We were considering a Lexus GS Sedan, but decided we wanted to test drive a Lexus IS 250. We were looking for it in red with navigation. Ted told us he did not have one on the lot and therefore could not take the deal any further. This offended us, as we wanted to test drive one. My husband insisted he show us one in another color. We did test drive silver IS 250 and liked the vehicle a lot, but we still wanted a red one. He checked his computer and found one in stock, but it was stored at their storage facility. He said he would have it brought over and in the meantime we worked a deal. My husband was not satisfied with the numbers Ted brought us. We countered his offer and 5 minutes later he returned and told us "they wanted to think about our offer." We left upset but returned 10 minutes later after I convinced my husband that their offer was reasonable. Ted was ecstatic, sat us down in his office and left us there for a few minutes. When he returned, he said he had made a mistake, and the previous offer was no good. They raised the price a $1,000 and lowered our trade-in value. When my husband complained, he scolded him for not jumping at the first deal when he had the opportunity. We countered again, and came to a deal we could all agree on. The only problem was the car could not be brought in today because the storage lot was closed. He wanted us to sign the papers without ever seeing the car, and my husband said NO WAY! We told them we would come back and sign the papers the next day after we got off work. Ted was not happy, but he agreed and told us the car would be waiting for us. At 4:00 in the afternoon the next day, we got a phone call from the sales manager informing us that he could not honor the deal that was made the previous day. He raised the price another $1,000, apologized and said he would honor the new price. My husband told him we would think about it. That night we went to Westminster Lexus, who matched the original deal we made with Tustin, Lexus. They were courteous and made us feel like we were royalty. We were treated in a straightforward manner there, had a very pleasant buying experience, and most importantly we got the deal we wanted without any run-around. We drove our new red IS 250 home as happy as ducks floating in a pond, and the best part of all was we had a message from Tustin Lexus when we returned home saying they had good news for us. I'm assuming they realized they pushed us a little too far and wanted to renegotiate, but it was too late for that. I will never considering buying a car from them again, and I recommend that you don't either unless you want your blood pressure to go up, and your wallet to go down. Although the paperwork is tedious,they really place an effort to make the experience as easy as possible. They treat you personally and go through all the important details about the car and all the features. They take time to go over any questions you have. I purchases a car battery at the Newport beach dealership within a two year period.(Within this time frame the battery is fully covered, outside that time period the battery cost you half the retail price to replace). When I purchased this battery I did not get it through the service side but rather what they refer as over the counter(I installed the battery myself) When you make a over the counter purchase your part is not recorded as is a service record. In my case the battery was not on record and to replace the defective battery I then had to show proof of purchase for a replacement battery. I keep good records though I could not find my receipt. I called the tustin lexus dealership and talked with the dealership manager about my situation and told the manager that I had purchased my vehicle from them some 8 years prior.I have spent over 60K over the lifetime of this vehicle and had serviced my vehicle with them on a number of occasions. I simply wanted an exchange or I was settling on half the price on the battery. This man told me no business without the proof of purchase. I am not a mean spirited person but I must say if this is now a luxury car company behaves than I will have nothing to do with it. When I talked to this man he reminded me of a used car salesmen trying to take every dollar he could rip you off with. These people are a piece of work that is hurting a great car line!

Avoid Tustin Lexus like the plague. This dealership is run by a bunch of arrogant people that show no compassion to the customer. Their service charges are ridiculously high; they wanted to charge me $850 for the 30K services which is 3 times higher than what Westminster Lexus charges. When I confronted them about their high prices, they acted like it was a privilege to have my car serviced over there. Their whole staff from the service manager to the valet is arrogant, clueless, and rude. I will never go back there.

My only regret is that I didn't read some of these fantastic reviews before I made the monumental mistake of stepping foot on the Tustin Lexus lot. It turned out great for me, as I did not buy a car from these low lifes. Trust me, even if you have to pay more money for a car elsewhere, you are going to want to do it. The review describing coming to an agreement on the price, and then having them renege on the deal applies to me as well. I heard that the the Orange County Register will be running a story in a month or so regarding "Ethics and the Car Buying Experience." From what I hear, it chronicles generally the tactics employed by car salesman to "get the deal done" at all costs - the article will also rate individual Orange County dealerships based on customer service - Tustin Lexus will be one of only two Orange County dealerships that will receive a "D" grade as a result of customer complaints and dealings that "shock the conscience."

Over the years we have purchased five LS series cars. Love the cars, hate the purchase experience and the price. My wife and I have always had service work done by Tustin Lexus but never buy there. Too many egos, just horrible experience. So we always look on the internet for best dealer pricing or for certified used. Never going to do anything but try to get service work done by Tustin Lexus.

I do not recommend this dealership to anybody. My car got total and I had to buy a car. Because I have a newborn my husband was looking for a car for me.After dealing with Ted Chaplin and Kamron for several hours my husband came to agree on the price for a 2007 Rx 350. So he drives 40 miles to pick me up and I have to leave my newborn with a relative at home and drive 40 miles back there to close the deal ,guess what? after we went to great length to acquire the funds they say that they can't sell the car for the price they were agreed to.Ridicules.Bunch of Liars.Don't waste your time and your money.

Took our Lexus in for a recall repair, we had a appointment.Said the repair would take three days to fix. No loaner car only a chevy Cobalt from Enterprise car rental. Not as safe to drive as our lexus, Said we would like to reschedule our appointment for a later date.So we got the oil changed ($95) and waited 3 hrs.....As we went out to get in our car, Two loaner cars with people who had come in after us.....Drove off into the sunset! Oh well, Got into our car and it said we had a oil change due in 350 miles......they never reset the onboard computer. So back into the shop it went, finally got our car home..no recall repair, they said they will call us when a loaner car is available... ok we will be waiting by the phone........

I have visited Tustin Lexus on several occasions for service and parts on my RX and ES. The consultants were friendly and helpful. Even though some of my work was minor, they offered me a loaner car, which was a nice touch. The parts department was helpful several times as well. As with most dealers, their prices are generally higher than what you can find elsewhere, so I don't always use them. But I have never had a problem when I have used them. I would not hesitate to go back if the type of service warrants a knowledgeable repair shop.Although I have not purchased a car from them, their sales people have been cordial and not intrusive when I have just been looking.

Car salesman already has a bad reputation but Tustin Lexus salesman surpasses them all. After dealing with Joe Ruiz for several days through email, we came to agree on the price for a 2009 ES350. I went to great length to acquire the funds and when it was time to purchase the car, he says that he can't sell the car anymore. He wanted me to come in so I can talk to the manager. Basically they wasted my time. I hate dealing with car salesman, which was the whole reason I wanted to do everything via email. Thank god I did not come in and waste a minute of my life listening to these vultures. There is simply no honesty with this dealership.

What a terrible experience this turned out to be; far different from my other dealings with the service dept. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I brought my car in to have the Xzilon "protection" redone as I have previously done. The service people were extremely confrontational and advised me that this could only be done once a year ( they have never told me that before!) and that if I was unhappy I should talk to the Finance dept and ask for a prorated refund. Attitude was take it or leave it - When I asked to talk to the finance mgmr who had sold us this ( high pressure) and specifically stated that if we were not happy with it we could bring it back and have it retreated (no limit) he was very beligerent and condescending and demanded to know what the problem is. I explained to him that my car was not smooth to the touch and was not repelling water spots like he claimed it would. He said that it was not supposed to. When I told him that he said we could bring it back if we were not happy with it and have it redone, he told me he never said that and I was putting words in his mouth. I then told him service said we should ask for a prorated refund since we were not happy and he said there was no way he would do this. Well at this point, my husband had had enough and proceeded to tell the finance manager what he thought of his attitude and service and the finance manager told us to leave and NEVER COME BACK and that if we didn't leave he was going to call the police!What happened to the professional staff that used to work here? After purchasing 2 brand new cars here plus my parents purchasing 2 brand new 4 series car plus all the friends I have referred to this dealership, needless to say i will not be returning. I am also seriously considering purchasing a BMW or Mercedes for my next car.Please do no purchase the Xzilon program as you will be wasting your money!

Dissatisfied after receiving the 15k service! Thinking that it would be logical or be well taken care of if I brought my car back to the same dealer/service dept where I bought it...but proved me wrong! The car came back w/ a scratch on the driver/left-side back door that the srvc dept denied and "offered" to detail at my expense! I swear the scratch wasn't there before -- someone else, you can question this, but me? No, I look/inspect my car everyday and park it as far away from other cars as possible. So I "know" it wasn't there before! I would have to seriously think twice about bring my car back there/Tustin again! Good luck and if you know of a better service shop, please share the info?

I recently purchased a "certified preowned" car from Tustin Lexus. So far problems with the car included 4 bad tires (the 4th tire was the spare it was punctured), damaged driver side door strap, scratches on the car, low water level in battery, the oil cap was wedged on the exhaust manifold, and the oil in the car was nearly black (I was told the oil was changed before I bought it, I didn't think about confirming it). The people in the service department were confrontational and slow to respond. This is not the level of service I would expect from a Lexus dealership. I like Lexus cars but I would think twice before buying from Tustin Lexus again. Learning experience, always check out the car thoroughly before purchasing, even if it is called a certified preowned car.

Terrible service drive. Tiny and totally non-intuitive. A grubby tech in a drab uniform, shirt untucked, walked up and asked me to step out of the car so he could write down the info ON A YELLOW POST-IT NOTE! Walked me inside to a desk with a consultant who wasn't familiar at all with the software on which he was working. <br><br>I had booked the appointment online and received a quick confirmation, but when I got to the dealership, they had no idea who I was, why I was there nor had captured any of my data from the online form and was made to regurgitate it all again. IT'S ABOUT RESPECTING OUR TIME, PEOPLE!<br><br>The loaner car was nice though, and was no hassle at all. That was the only saving grace of the experience. That, and the car was ready on time, though it was only in for a 10k mi service.

After reading the previous review I had to respond. I have 6 years dealing with Tustin Lexus and have purchased a GS400 and GS300 from the dealership. I have dealt with two service mgrs. who were and are both great, Mark Edwards and Pete Coorey. Service advisor Nancy Frasier was most helpful on my last visit. If anyone has a problem at Tustin with service, go see Pete and he will fix it fast.<br>Dave Wilson owns this delaership(along with others like Toyota of Hunt. Beach). I don't think he would put up with bad service in any dept. , so sounds like previous reviewer caught someone on a bad day or ?? Pete always has time for my questions and has helped (even on the 92 Lexus ES that I still have for my daughter) us many times. Joe Hurst and Mike Di Amato have been helpful too in sales.<br>3 years ago my GS300 was delivered to my door and the GS400 picked up at same time. Now I am in market for GX470 and the dealership has answered many questions about weight ,new models etc. etc. If I get the GX this year, it will be 3rd car I have purchased this year- so I consider myself reasonably experienced in evaluating dealerships. One of those was actually a truck, Tacoma Prerunner for my son from Huntington Beach Toyota, also owned by Dave Wilson. Bob Miller who is Gen. Mgr/VP is a real pro and runs the same type operation and treated us like we expected. We dealt with Scott Marino, fleet mgr. who had us out the door in about 1 hour(bedliner installed also). Deal was great and painless. My son was so impressed with the people he sent them a "thank you note"-honest.<br>When reading any of these reviews don't take any "one" review all by itself. People have bad days, and some people look for things to complain about. NO, I am not related even though last name is the same.<br>Suggestion: When shopping for a car, it is great to know what the invoice is(I always check it out) but the things that count are the people you deal with for after service.That way, if there is an issue that needs to be resolved you know who to contact , AND they know you. . Meet the Gen. Mgr. and /or Sales Mgr along with the service mgr.<br>Bottom line: this is top notch dealership.<br><br>Curious to know what previous reviewer meant by "Lexis is over branded" By the way, it is spelled Lexus.<br>
