Twin City Nissan doesn’t care about anything but getting a sale. I love Nissan Products. I will find another dealership however. The sales experience was very deceiving. The salesman lied about his product knowledge, and did nothing but take our information. We did love the vehicle we bought, but after reviewing, the sales manager, Mr. Riviera, changed and disguised the numbers to fit only the monthly payment. After reviewing, we paid full retail. The salesman made promises the dealership did not back up. Don’t expect any courtesy or value yourself as a human and customer. You will not receive a phone call for information primes. It seems they don’t know the value of a customer or possible repeat business.

Had a tire blow out while traveling from Indiana to Seiverville to visit my son and grandson. I have a hard to find tire size. Jody did an excellent job keeping us updated about getting my tire replaced. Most importantly to me they did NOT damage my aluminum rim putting new tire on. Great job guys.

We also service all four of our vehicles at Twin City Nissan. We could not be more pleased with their service I all areas.

Have always loved my Pathfinders but when I went to purchase my 2017 model at a new dealership was blown away by the professional and courteous service I received at Twin City Nissan. Starting with Matthew Garber down through all employees I interacted with, it was a hassle free experience with my needs being their top concern. I found a new home for all my future new car purchases.

Very professional and personal service. I am in a bankruptcy and was still able to get a car at a low interest rate and fair price. Give them a chance.

We took all the money we had to Twin City Nissan as a down payment on a used minivan. They showed us several Honda Odyssey's and let my wife drive a blue one. They called us shortly after and said we only qualified for a red vehicle. We purchased the van and 5 months later it needed a 4,000 transmission. Twin City Nissan said take it to Airport Honda, we can't help you. Airport Honda said we didn't sell it to you, we can't help you.( These dealerships are all affiliated). After several months of not having a vehicle, Honda Corporate kicked in 1,000(an admission of guilt if you ask me). We borrowed another 3,000 and got the transmission replaced at Airport Honda. Their reward in the end for selling us a bad vehicle was getting paid to replace a transmission. No one at either dealership would do anything to help us. I believe they knew the transmission was questionable and pushed us to this vehicle. We are in better shap now, have purchased several vehicles since, but will never go to the Twin City Delearships and warn everyone else to avoid them. One of our biggest mistakes was not reviewing the Honda Odyssey on line. They had notorious transmission problems and as a struggling car buyer we think they should have helped us with our decision. We have had positive dealership experience in Knoxville. My number is 865-556-0314 for positive recommendations. Often times folks think negative reviews are competition in disguise. I'm a sales person for an alarm company and have nothing to do with car sales.Danny

Beware of Twin City Nissan. These are the most corrupt people I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra on 12-31-2015. On 1-2-2015 I took it on a business trip to Chattanooga. This is the first time I have driven this vehicle. On my way back to Maryville the vehicle just quit. I would hit the gas but it showed no rpm's and it stopped running. I called the dealership and they told me I had to call their towing service, and I asked them to call it and they refused. I had to call. The people I dealt with were so rude and indignant like I was a problem to them. I called the salesman, Sal, and he told me " What do you want me to do about it? He couldn't care less. And Jim, the sales manager, was so rude that I couldn't even talk to him. He was getting upset with me for me asking questions about the car and the way they do business. I went out and hired a lawyer and I walked in to the dealership and threw the keys on a desk. These guys are the worst guys I have ever dealt with. Beware everybody. These people a snakeskin salesmen. The bad part about is that I bought a 2008 Nissan Sentra from Oak Ridge Nissan and paid it off so I was a returning customer and they treated me like a second class citizen. One of the worst experiences of my life.

I recently bought a Nissan and was given a price out the door.my salesman wrote the price on a card and we shook hands on it. I was offered a warranty for $3.00 a month for 72 months. However when I reviewed my paperwork, the salesman added 2500. To the price of the car and the warrenty turned out to be 2500.00 or 30.00 fot 72 months. I was misled in both areas. The manager there was of no help and was very rude. I've tried working with Nissan consumer division and they are no help. My last car was a Kia and they were wonderful to deal with and never had a problem with them

We purchased a Nissan Altima and agreed on a final price. After several long hours we were rushed through the finance office and did not discover until later that they had jacked the price up by several thousand dollars. We have tried every avenue of recourse to no avail.we have tried to talk to the owner. He refuses to meet with us or talk to us. At several other dealerships the ownera have actually talked to us or shook our hands. The manager at twin city is also very rude and condescending. We would never go there again. Beware!!!

We walked into Twin City Nissan looking for a good used car, upon speaking with the salesman, we decided to let them run a credit report so we could have an idea of what the financing would be. We clearly stated that we DID NOT want our credit run multiple times, due to the effects of multiple hard credit inquiries and the effect it has on our credit report. The salesman went to run our credit to see if we could get the car we wanted. A couple of minutes later our salesman and two other sales managers came back with a deal that was not agreeable to us, at that time my wife spoke up and told them the terms that we would accept. After some time they came back with a better offer and we signed the papers. When we were signing the papers, the finance manager Gabriel asked us for our bankruptcy discharge papers, we informed him that the bankruptcy court had sent us papers stating that we had officially completed our bankruptcy; however, we were waiting on our discharge papers, he said no problem. Two weeks later, we get a call from Gabriel stating that our financing had fallen through due to not having a copy of our discharge paperwork, at that time he told us not to worry, that he was working on getting us another lender, we once again stated that buying the auto was not of primary importance and that we did not want our credit report run multiple times and that we did not want several hard credit inquiries on our credit report. Two weeks later, we received our bankruptcy discharge paperwork and brought it to Gabriel and signed a new contract for our auto. A month later, I check my credit report and find that I now have 13 hard credit inquiries originating from Twin City Nissan within a two week period, after we specifically told them we did not want those on our credit report but they did it anyways. We believe that Gabriel and Twin City Nissan were more worried about selling us that auto and keeping our $9000 down payment, than what was in our best interest, despite what our wishes were... I have tried several times and send several dispute letters to the credit reporting agencies trying to get these removed. I have been told there is no way to get them removed because we originally signed the paperwork so they could run that very first credit report with the first salesman, that by the way, we never seen again after being introduced to Gabriel. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART, DESPITE WHAT YOU TELL THEM!!! we will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership

I am going through a bankruptcy and am in need of a new vehicle. Twin City Nissan reached out to me via mail with a letter saying they could help me finance a vehicle while in my current situation. The salesman started out nice but a little condiscending treating me and my girlfriend like we were kids. He told us to wait 15 minutes while he ran my app which turned into 2 and a half hour waiting game and when we finally got to test drive some vehicles, the only thing he could show us was junk. They also wouldn't tell us the prices of anything and wouldnt tell me my interest rate. We finally found a car we loved and went home to talk it over with a family member and get everything squared away. The next day I called the salesman and we talked about a co-signer which they promised would help only to find out an hour later because my bankruptcy hasn't been finalized that I can't have a cosigner which they should have known and then he tells me they sold the car after we left the previous night. Why not tell me that up front before we went any further in the process? Such an irritating waste of time. Twin City contacted ME for their business not the other way around. Just because I am going through a rough time in life doesn't mean I deserve to be lied to and jeked around. Won't ever go back or recommend this place to anyone.

We purchased a new Nissan truck here earlier this year. The salesmen went far and beyond with professional and friendly service. EXCELLENT. But beyond this their Customer Service is outstanding!!! Not only do they take the time to remind you of oil changes and service , but are super friendly even after the sale. My oil changes have left me feeling confident that my vehicle was superbly looked after with tire rotation ,interior /exterior check, under the hood under the vehicle ,battery, brakes etc... too many to mention here. I am absolutely amazed with their service. If I ever need another vehicle, I will absolutely come to Twin City Nissan in Alcoa, Tn. Thanks to everyone. You are very much appreciated! Charles Wilson

After a long search we settled on a vehicle at Twin City Nissan. The kind and helpful attitude of salesman Pete Cheney helped me decide to buy from there. He was very polite and never pushy. He went above and beyond what I had expected from a salesman. How nice it was to see someone let their light shine on the job. We only hope he is there when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.

Today I purchased a new Rogue from Twin City Nissan. As a 65 year old disabled Veteran I have had many a car buying experience. But I have to admit my Twin City Nissan purchasing experience was the most positive and enjoyable I have had in a very long time. I appreciated both the professionalism and friendly manner of my salesman James Warren. As well as the other Twin City staff I interacted with during the purchase and car delivery process. All together they really helped in my decision about the type of Nissan that would best suit my needs and of course the financial arrangements. All in all a good day and now we a well made good looking vehicle that will serve us well. Thanks Twin City Nissan!

Being that I am a very inexperienced car buyer, I was extremely nervous about the overall process of purchasing a dependable car. A few days before my experience at Twin City Nissan, I had a rather terrible experience with another used car dealership in Knoxville. The salesman at the other dealership was pushy, unorganized, and was not in any kind of hurry to get me in a car. At Twin City Nissan my experience was the total opposite. The salesman, Mike Jones, was enthusiastic and personable throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me until he found the perfect car for my family. While the Business Manager, Bill Keeton, drafted the paperwork, Mr. Jones took the time to sit and talk with my fiance and I, and he provided a carfax without me having to ask for it. Bill Keeton was also great to work with. My credit is not that great, but he helped me to finance a car without judgement or negativity. I'm thankful that both employees at Twin City made this experience a great one, and I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends!

The Sales staff asked relevant questions and took the time to find the correct vehicle for me and my family. They respected my time and did not use high pressure tactics. The owner, Bill Riley, took his time to assist in the price negotiation and was honest and transparent in his dealings with me. I felt like I got a great deal from him. The Finance Manager, Gabriel Mamane, took his time explaining all the paperwork and made sure I ended up with the best Extended Warranty plan for my new Pathfinder. Finally, Roger Wittman, did an exceptional job showing us all the features of our new Pathfinder. He took his time and made sure we understood everything and helped us with our personal settings as well. The new Nissan Pathfinder is an unbelievable vehicle.

These people are criminals...if law was on the side of the consumer, rather than business. They sold my brother a used car (for substantially more than its Blue Book value in good condition) that was back in the shop within days of the sale for engine trouble. They said they needed to replace the engine, but with a used engine that had only slightly higher mileage than the original (the original had 66K, the replacement supposedly had 72K). After two oil treatments, multiple sensor failures and SEVEN trips to the mechanic, it was determined that the needed repair, at $750, was not covered by warranty and would be owed by my brother. While Twin City Nissan claimed not to know the mileage on the replacement engine, the parts supplier confirmed that the actual mileage was 120K, not 72K. According to an attorney, that and other aspects of this transaction were covered under breach of contract and that he definitely had a case, but it would be risky in terms of what my brother would owe up front. So instead of doing the right thing and simply taking this obvious lemon back, returning my brother's money and letting him go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle, they demanded their loaner car back and gave him the choice of whether to pay for the $750 repair on the lemon (and whatever other likely repairs the car would need) or trade in the lemon (for thousands less than he paid for it) on a more expensive car. In other words, they get back what they put into the lemon by keeping my brother's money, then make even more money by selling him a more expensive car (which they required he buy from them). This business' license should be revoked. They are peddling vehicles that are not in drivable condition, then forcing the unsuspecting customer into coughing up more money, simply because law allows them to do so and folks are afraid of losing money through a lawsuit. There are plenty of other places to buy a car; places who understand the value of customer service and the risk/benefit of allowing such a thing to take place. Sure, they may have made a few thousand from my brother, but they are going to lose a lot more than that when people realize the danger they are in when purchasing a used vehicle from Twin City Nissan in Alcoa, TN.

After the salesman called to ask for my business, I returned to the lot and they could not find the vehicles that I had asked to see. Other salesmen on the lot continued to show other models out of a different class of vehicle and insisted that they were the same vehicle as we had requested to see. After wasting 30 minutes on their lot, I left and purchased a vehicle from another dealer less than 2 hours later. This was the second experience with the dealership and the last.

I dealt with sales representative named Jason. He was nice and very helpful. Sales manager also named Jason. Unfortunately he was a jerk. The vehicle I was looking at was priced lower on the web than on his lot. When I ask him about it he told me to go buy it there. Needless to say I followed his advice. Not only did he lose the sale but all the service work over the next several years. Beware of Jason the Sales Manager.

I visited Twin City Nissan on a super hot day in June 2011. I was greeted warmly by two sales agents before I was completely out of my car. I was treated kindly and with respect and was not pressured to make a purchase. I was listened to and heard; great effort was exhausted to meet my needs; and I am convinced that my being there was important. Thank you for truly impeccable service. Vina Clark
