The reason why I chose Wyatt Zong's is a great salesman, is because of his approach to working with the customer. Not only did he have the car I wanted to test drive washed he also was waiting for me to walk into the showroom.I've had other experiences with car dealers where they try to force what they want to sell to you. instead Wyatt listened to what my needs were and we both discussed what my best options would be for me. My husband did a lot of research and knew what he was looking for. We needed an all wheel drive vehicle that was tow able behind an RV. After months of searching, he found several that might work for us at Twin Pines. At the first brief visit, we were greeted by Wyatt, who was friendly and professional. On our second visit, we met Jolziah. Who also was friendly and professional. Both were "no pressure"! We soon found a Buick Enclave that fit the bill! Jolziah made it easy to finish the details. The only constructive comment I have is would there be any way to shorten the wait time to get the paperwork done. Other than that, Twin Pines was exceptional! We DEFINITELY would come back!

I went to Twin Pine knowing what car I wanted. They had the best selection of Outlanders at the right price. Someone came to us right away. Brock helped me get my car. He did an awesome job at finding ways possible for me to get my car. He was so helpful that he even told me to contact him after hours so he could get paperwork together to have ready the next day. I recently bought a 2013 Genesis from Twin Pine. I was looking for a while and couldn't find anything with low miles and price until I spotted this at Twin Pine. I was very amazed at how clean the car was. It was in Brand New condition!!! I worked with Brock, who was very calm and easy to work with. He let me test drive the car a few times so that I knew if this was the car for me. I didn't feel pressured to buy the car at all. After making the deal and in the process of buying the car I worked with Steve, who was a very cool guy. He will help you out as much as he can and won't pressure you to buy anything (warranties, protection, etc.) that you don't need. I'm glad that I bought this Genesis from them. My next car will also be from Twin Pine, now that I know about them.

Even though my car was priced under market value, it is a quality car that I know will last me a long time. After securing a new job with a half hour commute, I decided it was time to buy my first car. A few nights earlier, my parents' friends had suggested Twin Pine Auto Group because of their no-haggle prices. So that's where I purchased my 2007 Chrysler Sebring Limited, which was in excellent condition for having been previously leased. It was the first (and only) vehicle I took for a test drive. I was looking for a newer car and came across Twin Pine through internet searches. They had a large inventory and cars in the range I was looking for. I initially test drove a couple of cars and didn't quite find the right car, so I kept searching. Derek kept searching as well and kept me up to date on the cars that met my criteria. I missed out on a couple possibilities, but he stuck by me and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a chance to get what I was looking for. In the end I was able to get an awesome 2013 Honda Civic with pretty low miles in my price range. They sell fast here, so you need to be on top of it to get what you are looking for, but they really try to make sure that you are satisfied in the end. The rest of the buying process was made quick and easy by the rest of the staff and I was totally satisfied overall. I love my new car!

What a delightful experience. We came in just looking and came away with a beautiful car. Enjoyed the no hassle dealing, the price is the price. Seth was so polite and helpful from the moment he met us in the lot until we made are decision, he even gave us a tutorial on all the the features we didn't understand. Everyone from Seth to Steve to the young lady (sorry I forgot her name) who took care of the paperwork, was a pleasure. If I ever need another vehicle I will be sure to go back to Twin Pine, they are the best!

I wasn't expecting to trade in my car when I originally had gone to test drive some SUV's. The staff were so nice and accommodating that I actually traded in my car that day! I purchased my car from Twin Pine Auto. I ws in a severe car accident and needed to find a car quickly. I looked on line and then decided to visit the lot. I went on a Friday. Wyatt Zong waited on me. I explained the situation and my comfort level with mid sized cars. I told him what I had and how safe I felt in it. There were several cars in inventory. Since I was injured from the car accident, he drove me around the lot in a golf cart, slow and gently. He was very kind and did not pressure me. I returned the next day and Wyatt sold me the car I was leaning towards the day before. I am quite happy with the entire process and very happy with the compassion that was shown to me after my accident.

Overall this was an excellent buying experience. Excellent selection of very clean vehicles at great prices. The staff was very quick to get me on my test runs and let me process the drives with sales pressure. I needed a car ASAP. Different acquaintances suggested Twin Pine because of their big choice of used cars. I checked their website and was impressed with the information, appearance, and choices. Upon visiting we were given a no-hassle treatment where all vehicles were priced "as is". Our sales consultant was Derek Dunn, who was excellent how he treated my wife and I. The 2013 Honda Civic was well kept, clean all-around, and a great buy. Though we were purchasing near the end of the work day, Steven Gockley stayed after hours to secure the purchase and funding. Excellent attitude and friendly service left me with a good satisfaction that I would truly purchase a car here again in the future. I drove off the lot with my Honda the same day I first looked at Twin Pine's car lot.

we were referred to this place by my son and after doing some homework appeared to have a big inventory and some very competitive pricing. As you know it is difficult to actually compare apples to apples but we feel that we got a very competitive price and more importantly we received a very fair price for our trade in, which was very important to us. Our salesperson Josh was wonderful to deal with and the entire transaction of trading in and walking out with a new car took about an hour.

I desperately need high gas mileage, driving 100 miles a day. Have been looking for a Chevy Cruze Diesel w/sunroof for over 2 years. I was looking for a car for 4 weeks on various websites by dealer magazines and give her lots and I made a decision to buy from Twin Pines. I found Twin Pines on cars.com Carfax reports were available for almost every car on Twin Pines person that gave me confidence that I was looking at a good car. Twin Pines has the selection of what I wanted at the best quality and prices in a 100 mile area PA Maryland Virginia New Jersey New York from where I live. Derek was fast at returning my inquiry and we set up a meeting on his first call. Derek was very helpful from the time I stepped in the door. I test drove 2 cars, a Honda and a Toyota, that were on my list. Once I decided, completion of the deal went very smoothly. I thought I would have to go to my bank to get my loan but Twin Pine handled the transaction with my bank for me. I saved $1,500 to $2,000 over the other area dealers for the same car. I am completely satisfied with my purchase concerning recommend Twin Pine and Eric for your next car

I was interested in a specific car I saw online with this dealership, a 2015 Toyota Prius. I was an hour and a half away from Twin Pines, but decided to make the drive, especially due to the low price. The several phone conversations I had with John prior to making the drive were pleasant. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I received the same treatment when I came to look at the car with my family. He was also very interactive with my 5 year old son, who came increasingly impatient through the process! We enjoyed a test drive and they worked with us on setting up the payments we could afford. We had to wait a bit as they were busy, but offered us food and drinks as we waited. Overall I was very impressed. It was better than any other car buying experience I've had!

I bought a 2016 mazda6. The buying process took three hours, out of which we waited downstairs in their loft room without any interaction with any of the employees for an hour and a half. I watched at least half a baseball game down there to illustrate my point. The employee we directly worked with some nice overall throughout the whole process and afterwards. The facilities were stocked with free waters and snacks. Overall, we are happy with the car, however we did experience some mishaps immediately after we drove the car off the lot, which didn't occur during the two test drives we did prior to purchase. One, the windshield had and still has a small chip on the passenger side. It was overlooked as it was believed to have been a smudge. When we took it back in to Twin Pine, they did show it to their glass repairman who claimed that it had been filled despite its slight discloration. I suppose the main thing, however, was that there were not safety concerns. Another concern we noticed was that the one rotor on the passenger side was bad. According to an employee (later that same day that I inquired about the windshield), the brakes were brand new, and the reason it made noise when I came to a stop was because of Grooves on the rotor as it made contact with the brake pad. On a positive note, Twin Pine was willing to make the repair despite not being part of the warranty. On a smaller scale, Twin Pine had removed all of the floor mats from the 2016 Mazda (which I presume may have been for profit purposes). I didn't go back to Twin Pone afterwards due to the first two incidents, but felt it was worthy of mentioning. Overall, after all the speedbumps and the long time we spent waiting to talk to the business finances owner, we do enjoy our car a lot. I hope you find this review insightful.

After i got there he showed me original car i wanted but no problem with me test driving 3 different cars and answering all my questions about. Found a Chevy Volt for this dealership online that I was looking for and decided to drive the nearly 2 hours to take it for a test drive. Called to make sure the car was not sold before leaving. Talked with Wyatt Zong and he told me he would check to make sure the car was there and call me back. Not even 5 minutes later, he called back telling me it was there and he parked it off to the side in the "sold" parking lot to make sure it was there for me when I got there. When I arrived it was there waiting for me. Not even 5 minutes later we were taking it for a test drive. After the test drive I decided the price was well below others and decided to start the paperwork. Wyatt took care of everything. All I needed to provide was insurance. Since I just moved I had just switched insurance companies, so, this took some time. A very long time, actually. Wyatt stayed way after the dealership had closed and waited until the insurance had arrived. He made the wait less stressful by providing food and drinks. He even brought in a coloring book and crayons for our 3 year old daughter. Would definitely recommend Wyatt as your next no pressure car buying agent.

We were looking for a car to send off to college with our son - something dependable but at a good price. The "Under $15,000" page on Twin Pine's website was a great place to start looking. We went down to look at their selection of Ford Fusions but when we got there we saw a lot of other great cars. I was surprised by the pricing so I did my research. The cars I checked out were all in great shape with clean carfax reports and the pricing was the best in the area. We selecteds a nice Mazda and worked with Mike to get the deal done. The buying process was smooth and easy. Their up formt pricing beat any other deal I could find. They also helped me resolve a title issue I had with my trade (for which they gave me a fair price). The entire process couldn't have been easier. We drove off with a great car at a great price. We will definately start our next car search at Twin Pine.

Buying a car can be daunting experience. My wife and I have limited knowledge of cars as well as limited experience with buying cars. There is always a fear that you will be taken advantage of at a car dealership. However Twin Pines auto group made this process enjoyable. When we pulled into the facility, we were impressed by how nice everything looked. We were promptly greeted assisted looking for the right car for us. Derek was an amazing sales consultant. He helped us find the right car in our budget. He was respectful and approachable. He listened to our needs but also gave positive feedback and advice to help us in areas that we had questions. Steven was amazing with helping us with the financial end of the process. He took time to help us find a warranty plan and financial plan that was right for us. It is rare to have a buying experience where you truly feel like the staff care about how happy you are as you move forward. This was by far the best overall car buying experience ever! I had narrowed down my search to a low-mileage Honda CR-V and when comparing prices at Twin Pine with all other local dealers I realized that their "no-hassle" prices were about $2500 less than other dealers. I figured, why spend all that time and effort "playing the game" with dealers to try and negotiate prices down when I can just walk in to Twin Pine and get great value without any stress or pressure. Seth was great to work with and gave us plenty of time and space to look at the car and test drive but was also very friendly and personable when we were discussing financing details. I have sat in dealerships for over 4 hours buying a car in the past and left feeling stressed out and exhausted but this was different. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and still had the energy to celebrate with a nice dinner afterwards! Thanks to everyone at Twin Pine! I was looking for a car and saw twin pines online and thought i would give it a try. I drove out on a Sunday afternoon and was surprises at the quality of cars they had for my needs. I was looking for either a Honda Civic for a Toyota Corolla and they had both. Their prices were as good if not better than other places that i was checking online. I went back the following week and bought a 2013 Honda Civic that we just love. The salesman was very helpful. I would recommend Twin Pines Auto to anyone looking for a used car.

I went to Twin Pine Auto Group after my dad had sent me a link to a car he thought I would be interested in. I had been in an accident and my Honda Civic ended up totaled, and I was looking for a new car. The main things I was looking for was it had to be small, low miles, and 5000-8000. I did have other choices but they each had very high miles on them. The Fiat at Twin Pines was perfect for me because not only was it very small, it also had low miles and was in my price range. Compared to the other dealerships I had been to, Twin Pines had the best customer service. I was greeted right away and had someone (Derek) immediately help me with the car. He was extremely helpful and I liked how I was never really pressured into purchasing the car. He even pointed out other cars that I might have been interested in. He was very friendly, but the first day I went I didn't have all of the money together. Derek was very helpful in offering me some financing options, but I declined and opted to come another day where I had everything together. The next time Derek was not there, but Wyatt helped me with the purchasing. Again I experienced outstanding customer service, and felt no pressure into purchasing the car. The car buying process was very easy thanks to the help of everyone there. I would highly highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. They have the lowest prices and a great selection with an amazing staff to match. If I ever needed to, I would definitely go back there for any other purchases.

The beginning process of purchasing a vehicle was great until 4 days after I purchased my vehicle I had an issue and I contacted the manager and I was blamed for the issue and in so many words I was told too bad so sad for you. The manager was rude and unprofessional with a lack of sympathy of my concern. I was in the market to purchasing another vehicle, I was going to purchase from Twin Pine, but due to how I was treated from the manager (Rob) and my sales person (Wyatt)I won't be purchasing another from Twin Pines. The motto of Excellent Customer was not present when an issue arised...

Definitely not your typical car dealership... but in a good way! The staff there were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially our salesman Josh. I saw shopping for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the $20,000 range which was turning out harder than I originally thought. Luckily, I stumbled across 2 cars at Twin Pine and was more than happy to make a bit of a longer drive to see them. Needless to say I loved both and ending up purchasing one the same day. Overall I great buying experience and I'm very satisfied. My only complaint is that I had to make the long drive back up to pick up the car as it wasn't ready for me to take home the same day.

I was in a car accident and needed to get a car over the weekend for work on Monday. I knew exactly what I wanted which was a 2015 Jetta 1.8T. After looking around the best option was at Twin Pine. When I got there on Saturday someone else had just purchased the car. The Twin Pine salesman John went above and beyond and found me the exact same car down to the mileage color and price. He got it inspected that day and I drove the car home. I was even able to drop it off the next weekend and get it detailed for free. I would strongly recommend Twin Pine to anyone looking for fair prices cars with great customer service.

This was my second experience buying from Twin Pine. I bought my Chevy Cruze here 2 years ago and was very impressed with the no pressure service and sales. Derek was wonderful to work with and easy to talk. This time around I needed another car due to an unexpected car accident that resulted in my Cruze being totaled. Being 38 weeks pregnant we needed another vehicle as soon as possible and I knew Twin Pine would be my first choice. Thanks to Derek I found another car I love!! It was nice to look online and find the truck (2014 Ram 1500) and the price I wanted, instead of aimlessly wandering a dozen dealerships. The guys from Twin Pine Auto Group, Seth from sales to Steve in financing went the extra mile and then some. Even though they are a used car dealership, they only sell quality preowned NO clunkers. They are at the top of my list for my next purchase, as I am very pleased with the truck and the buying process. It was very nice to check out pickup trucks online, find the one you want, and go directly to Twin Pines (one stop shop). Instead of spending days wandering a dozen dealerships. They had exactly what I was looking for (Ram 1500) and the price I wanted. Even though they are a used car dealer, they only get the best one's on there lot, no Junkers, just quality preowned. I am from the Lancaster area, and heard from others about the good deals available at Twin Pine. They had a great quality Nissan Altima priced well below what I saw elsewhere. Didn't get as much as I hoped on my trade, however they made up for it with a smooth buying experience and well-done shop detail - took care of several scratches and made it look great! The staff at Twin Pine Auto Group were all very nice and helpful, especially towards my unique buying situation. They did not make me feel rushed at all and took really good care of me.They also worked with me to help me get the most affordable payment plan. The car had a few scratches and a dent on it when I went to look at it, and when I picked it up it was cleaned up very nice. This was the second car I have purchased and it was a great experience. We think they have some of the best selection of higher quality cars. I have been looking for a newer model Ford Explorer in my price range for months but have not had any luck. I was lucky enough to find one being sold by Twin Pine Auto Group recently. The price for the Explorer was unbeatable. It was thousands of dollars less then what I had been seeing. The vehicle runs great and the buying process was very smooth. So, my previous car, a 2007 Cadillac DTS, was totaled in an accident on May 17th. I went online searching for an XTS. While I may have viewed 50-60 cars online, my wife and I actually went to 5 different dealers and look at 30 of them. Only Twin Pine had the car that met all my wants and needs; the only problem was that the car was 135 miles from my home. I emailed them and then called and spoke with Brock. He assured me that the car was as described and that a no hassle bumper to bumper warranty was available, in fact he had Angie call me back with all the specifics on the warranty and the cost options. My wife and I made the trip, the car was parked in the "Sold" section of the facility but that was just for safekeeping. Brock came out, we spoke about the car for a few minutes and then he handed us the keys and said " take it for a ride". A couple of miles later, we returned to the dealership, said "we'll take it". Quick and easy paperwork and we were on our way home with our new wheels. Definitely would recommend Twin Pine Auto Group and especially Brock. Twine Pine is such a great place to buy a car! We just bought our car 5/25/16 and Derek Dunn was the associate that guided us through the process. I took a little UNDER an hour for us to drive off the lot in our new vehicle! That is completely unheard of! Derek had us fill out the credit application online before coming in and we texted him our insurance info & driver license. Doing all of that before hand helped us drive off the lot faster. The atmosphere was laid back and no one was pushy or rushing us. It was a great experience and the prices are AMAZING! I think my family will buy all of our vehicles there from now on!

I bought a 2013 Jeep Compass from Twin Pine about a month ago. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealer. My family and I drove all the way from Delaware to look at the Jeep. Their prices were already lower than the prices from dealers in Delaware. We got there first thing in the morning and the Jeep was reserved for us. We test drove it and I immediately fell in love.Our salesman was very straight forward and was great. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Twin Pine Auto Group. I found a couple cars that I was looking at online in their inventory. I sent an email that evening that I wanted to trade in my Jeep and test drive a couple cars the next day at 11:00 am. That morning, as soon as they opened I received a phone call and email from Wyatt Zong. He had the car lined up right on time. He made me feel like it was ALL about ME. He seemed to enjoyed getting new cars out for me to test drive. I loved his attitude.Then, when I was ready to complete the paperwork, there was a problem: I did not realize that my wife had to sign some paperwork. But they actually finished the paperwork, then Wyatt followed me from Ephrata to York and met with my wife so she could sign the paperwork !!! My wife and I drove 1 1/2 hours to look at one car, and after checking out the selection of SUVs, left with something we weren't expecting. Derek was very accommodating, enabling us to try out 4 different vehicles with worry or pressure. Steve was great with working the numbers and taking care of the paperwork. Two weeks later, had a minor issue and they took care of it, no problems asked. That was all 14 months and 20K miles ago, I'm still as happy with my purchase as the day I left. So much so, that my wife and I went back to get her a new car! In a few years, when it's time to trade in again, we'll be heading back to Derek, Steve and the rest of the Twin Pine Team to buy another.

I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Volt from this dealership. They were kind enough to allow me to see and test drive the vehicle before it was even on their lot. The fact that this dealership has no haggle pricing, and the sales staff are not paid by commission makes the buying experience far better than other dealerships. they had a wide selection of cars as well. So far, I am 700 miles in on my car, and I have no regrets whatsoever. I would recommend this dealership to anyone nearby that is looking for a vehicle.

Gentlemen, I drove two hours each way to purchase a car at Twin Pines Auto Group in Ephrata, PA and was not certain that I would come home with a newer used car. My communication was primarily with Derrick Dunn (salesman) via e-mail over the past seven days. When I arrived, Derrick had the car washed and vacuumed. He informed me of the manner that cars are sold there, in an effort to make the car buying experience effortless and unimposing, and I have to say, thats the way it went. I left there with a 2011 Volkswagen CC Sport that I wanted, although I expected more for my 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS convertible trade-in, however, I still feel that I was treated fairly. Wyatt was an absolutely amazing salesman. He answered my inquiry immediately and came in on his day off to accomodate my schedule. What a pleasant, likeable young man! When I questioned the "no haggle" pricing, he did not argue with me, but put in the extra time to listen to my reasoning and then show me the truth about competing prices. This is not my first rodeo, although I usually buy new vehicles. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a used car, but this was for my son, after all. Wyatt made the process agreeable from the point of contact to the point of delivery. My only reason for 4/5 stars on buying process was getting stuck behind a couple who was obviously financing, and took forever. I was paying cash and having to wait for the finance guy was a pain. Oh, and the lot is adorable.

I went to Twin Pine on what just happened to be a very busy sales evening, and the staff had to make extra efforts to serve everyone. I was not left waiting, not did I see anyone else left waiting. Some sales people were attending to two customers at once who were at different stages of the buying process. They were friendly and courteous. My transaction was the last of the day and went past closing time before concluded, but they kept a friendly and positive attitude throughout.

We went to Twin Pine Auto Group to look at a specific car. Upon arrival a salesman, Seth, greeted us on a golf cart. He was very friendly and offered to take us to the car we were interested in checking out. This facility is rather large, with a lot of great options, so the golf cart ride was a definite bonus! The no hassle price is very helpful. The prices are well below other "commercial car dealerships". There is no haggling back and forth, you know the bottom line price immediately. After Seth explained how the pricing works at Twin Pine, he immediately opened the vehicle, had us get inside, and began a very detailed explanation of all the car had to offer. He was very upfront about the value of this car, compared to another car we were also looking at on their lot. He was honest about what he thought and how we could get the most for our money. After a test drive, we went inside to begin the paperwork. All of the employees at Twin Pine were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The facility is also very comfortable. They have a very nice lounge area with snacks, a fireplace, and a TV where you can relax until they complete the loan paperwork. If you are looking for a stress free car buying experience I recommend Twin Pines. Ask for Seth!

I contacted the location a few days prior to going in about looking at 2 Chevy traverses that were on site and Derek got back to me within minutes. When I got there the vehicles were ready for me to look at and test drive. It was a little busy when I was there so the paperwork was on the slow side but they made the wait very comfortable for us. I'm very please with the vehicle I bought and I would highly recommend the vehicle and Twin Pine to anyone and I already have! After months of car shopping and a few bad experiences with other dealerships, we stumbled upon the Twin Pine Auto Group website. They had the exact van that I was interested in listed for $2500 less than any other dealership that I had gone to. I immediately called to inquire about the van and spoke with a gentlemen named Derek, he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. When we arrived, the van was parked in the front and ready to take out for a test drive. Again, Derek did an awesome job of answering all of our questions and making us feel very comfortable. The customer service at Twin Pine is like no other!! Derek sat and talked with us in their lounge area while we waited for the financing to finish up (even though it was 3 hours after his shift was suppose to have ended). I recently purchased a Ford Fusion Titanium at Twin Pine Auto Group. At first, I was hesitant to make the trip (almost a 2 hr drive from NJ) because I figured they would be like any other dealership and I would end up disappointed but I'm glad I did because it was well worth it. I was looking for very specific options in a car and they met and exceeded my expectations. My salesman Brock was very helpful and made sure he found me a car that had everything I was looking for. The car looks and drives great and is in excellent condition. I was also on a tight budget and the price and financing options were great, lower than any dealership I've been to. I purchased a Chevy Volt from Twin Pine and overall my experience was very good. The car in which I was interested was listed online for about three weeks before it was ready for purchase. I drove about an hour and a half from Baltimore to pick up the car. The car was well-priced and overall this was a good experience. This was one of the biggest purchases I have ever made, so it was important. I liked my sales agent. We have been looking for a used Chevy Cruze and have been to numerous dealerships in other areas of PA that were awful, pushy and obnoxious. That was not the case at Twin Pine. Our salesman, Wyatt, was nothing but helpful & polite. It was extremely busy on the day we visited, but he took his time with us and we could test drive any car we wanted, without being made to feel it was a bother or annoyance. The atmosphere here is so relaxed and not at all high pressured. The prices are on the vehicles,so if you are on a budget, you can easily find one to fit your needs. We found this incredibly helpful, as other dealerships do not do this and you are left guessing as to whether or not it is within your budget. Steve was our financial expert and he also was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased our 2013 Chevy Cruze from Twin Pine for $2,000 less than any other dealer. We did purchase the extended warranty, but we were not pressured into it. We were taken to a lounge for snacks while waiting for our paperwork to be completed. The lounge is cozy and well stocked. We cannot recommend Twin Pine Auto Group enough. It is a wonderful place to look for and purchase a vehicle. Hopefully we will not need to use our warranty, but if we do, we will definitely do another review to inform other shoppers of our experience. Again, stop in at Twin Pine Auto Group and see for yourself how friendly and relaxed the environment is there!

I walked in the door and was greeted with a smile and a willing person to help us. We looked at some cars and then test drove one and then looked at one on the back lot and I really liked it so they put a rush on it and started to get it detailed and new tires and and brakes and we went back inside and did papers and worked on numbers. I recently purchased a Lexus CT200H from Twin Pine. The buying process was excellent. It started when I called the dealership to inquire if a different car was still available. Wyatt informed that it was. I indicated I would be arriving in the next 15 minutes. When I did Wyatt had the car running and waiting for me! After test driving that car I saw a CT200H. I asked to drive it but it had just been sold! Wyatt, looked in the computer system found another CT200H on the lot. I drove it and feel in love. Even though the dealership was very busy. My husband and I just purchased a 2014 Prius from Twin Pines last night! It is a sweet green color, has only 18,975 miles on it and is in great shape! We had been debating between Twin Pines and a Prius we saw at another dealership in Lancaster. That Prius was the exact same year, model, had 2,000 miles less, but they wanted over $19,800 for it. I really liked their Prius, it was so clean and a beautiful blue, but it was just not worth that much money. We even went back after finding the one at Twin Pines to give the Lancaster dealership one more chance for our business..... Unfortunately, they would not decrease their price to be comparable or competitive.So we went back to got to Twin Pines and Wyett got us a great deal for $15,430! I have hunted for cars two different times (2011 and 2014) - the process taking 4+ weeks each time. It was always painful and frustrating. I had my first experience with Twin Pines Auto Group over the last two days (2016). This time around, I was driving away in a car actually under my budget within 6 days of my accident. What a record! Twin Pines surprised me from how nice + upscale the facilities were, to the quality of their cars, there enormous selection, willingness to look for a car for you if they didn't have what you want, and just how extremely genuine they were. I have worked for a car dealership and known many people who have as well. Many places and salesmen become great at acting. With Twin Pine, it was nothing like that. It was the most pleasant, quick, and easy experience that I could ever have with a car dealership. They make me want to buy all my vehicles through them!! My credit is not the best, but I was able to be financed for a beautiful 2015 Chevy Cruze in just a couple hours. If your looking for a great car and great service go here and find your new car. Twin Pine had a Camry SE for the same price as the other dealerships were asking for an LE. Prior to arriving at Twin Pine, I had decided that my budget would not accommodate purchasing a car with a sunroof and leather seats. My recent car purchase at Twin Pine Auto Group was the most enjoyable I have ever experienced. It started the minute I got to their lot and began searching for the car I had seen online. It was EXTREMELY refreshing not to be attacked by an overzealous sales person trying to make a sale at any cost. I located the car I was looking for and spent a good 5-10 minutes inspecting it before I decided I wanted to take it for a test drive. At that point, I went to the sales office and met with a sale person to discuss the car. I test drove the car and then told the sales person I would think about it and get back to him. After the weekend was over, without any annoying calls or emails from the sales person, I applied for financing online through their website and then made an appointment to look at the vehicle again. When I arrived, the car had been washed and was sitting in the front of the lot waiting for me. After about an hour of looking at the car, getting a trade-in value, and completing the financing paperwork, I drove off the lot in my new car. The professionalism and relaxed atmosphere was second to none I would highly recommend Twin Pine Auto Group to anyone looking for their next vehicle!

I've purchased several cars before and this was by far one of the simplest buying experiences I've had. We saw a car online that we liked and drove to the dealership. The sales rep. never once preasured us into looking at other cars that we were not interested in. Everyone was very laid back and appeared to genuinely care about what we wanted, not what was convenient for them. While we were waiting to hear back from the bank, we waited in their lounge area, which felt like a VIP room since it had everything. We told them the price we were willing to pay montly and the staff worked hard to make sure that's what we got. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Especially if you dont have patience to deal with pushy people.

If you are looking for an easy, breezy car buying experience, and aren't concerned about getting the best possible deal in the county on your purchase and trade-in, then this is the place is for you. I was looking for something very specific, this dealer had what I wanted, and the whole process was quite quick and painless. Don't be tricked by the whole 'no haggle price', 'discounted price' bit. Many of their prices are listed just shy of Kelly Blue Book fair market price, including the car I purchased. That being said, cars similar to the one I was purchasing, were selling at other local dealers for the same price, WITH the wiggle room of 'haggling'. I wanted a specific color and package, so I still chose to work with Twin Pine, knowing I would likely not be getting the best deal around, but pleased to be getting the exact car I wanted.They are a business. If they were selling every car below value, they would not have the enormous business they have today. Their philosophy is to sell a larger volume of cars with smaller margins, as opposed to less cars with greater margins. This sounds cute, but there is more to the story. If you are trading a car in, they will likely offer you quite a bit below Kelly Blue Book value, telling you that if you want KBB price for your trade-in, then you should be willing to pay KBB price for your new car. Again, I knew that the car I was buying was a reasonable price, but did not agree that it was a 'deal'. The price they quoted me for my trade-in was well below KBB, even in the POOR category, and they will not haggle on trade-in quotes either. This being said, I had just had my trade-in at the mechanic where the mechanic confirmed that the clutch needed replaced, my bushings were shot, my air conditioner compressor needed replaced, and my steering column was cracked and leaking fluid. These repairs were estimated at around $4000, including labor. These repairs are generally more than a dealer would want to take on, and I assumed they would take my trade-in to auction. I was wrong. I waited to write this review until they officially posted my trade-in for sale, because I was curious as to what price they would put on it. They have it listed around $1500 more than KBB fair market price, and it's an older car and selling for less than 10k, so $1500 is a decent chunk of change. Their selling price is a full $5400 more than they gave me for the car, which again is a lot considering the car is in the <10k category. I am hoping that this enormous price discrepancy is because they DID fix all the costly things wrong with the car, and that someone else won't be inheriting my lemon. So, even though they gave me a good price on my purchase, they made up for it by giving me less on my trade-in.Their other cash cow, is likely the extended warranties they offer. The extended warranty they offered me DID come in below the national average, and the woman walking me through the options was knowledgeable and also great at selling her product. I went into the dealership 100% against buying an extended warranty, because according to Consumer Reports they are a financial loss for most people. However, like I said, they are great at what they do, they had several options, and the pricing was affordable. I left with a warranty. If you are dead set against the warranty, refuse to even meet with the women explaining them, because once it's laid out in front of you, it's pretty enticing.As someone raised in a family business, and prior business owner myself, their business strategy is tight. They run a well oiled machine, present well, are knowledgeable, efficient, have a nice selection of domestic cars and imports, and have an answer for any argument you may have against their pricing. They know what they're doing, and I was impressed with the ease at which they do it. The buying process was professional and smooth, and I felt that the sales people did a great job at selling their business and cars. Just go to their dealership with reasonable expectations. Don't expect a bargain car, and don't expect top dollar for yours. DO expect to shop without a salesperson hovering over you, to shop without pressure, and a seamless transaction. I've had my car for around a month and I've gotten so many compliments on it. She is so beautiful! I washed and waxed her today, just because I wanted to, not because she even needed it. For me, I wasn't going to dicker over a few dollars. I knew what I wanted, and I got it. :)

I went into the dealership, and without hesitation someone was there at the door to greet me. My intent was not to go home with a car but to at least test drive and gather as much information about a particular vehicle. Darin(Sales Consultant) was very helpful in getting me the information. I also test drove the car. Although the car is not brand new, Twin Pine did a great job of cleaning it up and making it look as new as could be. I just want to thank the entire staff that assisted with the sale. Everyone involved helped make my experience a memorable event. I would most definitely refer anyone that I know to Twin Pine Auto Group!

I don't normally bother writing reviews like this, but Twin Pines Auto Group deserves this effort. I bought a 2012 Chevy Volt with 27k miles, and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. For 25 years, I wouldn't ever buy a car until I knew I was getting a great deal. And I've bought dozens of used cars (private party and retail) and a few new ones. I'm good at haggline the price, and I enjoy the negotiations. But, for the first time, I paid exactly what they were asking, and I didn't bother haggling. Before I set foot on the lot, I knew exactly what I was going to pay. Why? Not because the salesman was slick or because I had to have this certain car. But rather, I paid what Twin Pines was asking because of how they effectively explained that they price the cars at exactly what they're worth (yeah, I know we've heard that before) and that there was no wiggle room. Now granted, I didn't have a trade-in to haggle about, but I can honestly say that I've never had such a pleasant buying experience with a dealership. I didn't feel like they were "sicking" the salesperson on me, or that I was being manipulated or "sold to". Essentially, I found them to be my #1 choice of seller (within like a 50 mile radius) based on my price/mileage range, and then I called them and had a discussion about the already-low fixed price, and that was about all I needed to know. I went and test drove it and wrote them a personal check. (I was surprised that they'd take a personal check to buy the car outright!) I waited comfortably in their beautiful customer lounge, eating their fabulous selection of snacks, while they finalized the paperwork and washed the car. I'm a happy customer.

The price of the vehicle I was looking for was slightly higher than I had originally planned for, and when they tell you "no negotiating".... that REALLY means no negotiating. This was, however, the best possible find in comparison to all other dealerships and was well worth the price and more. Additionally, entire signing process took me a total of 5 minutes.

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Focus. Walking into the dealer, I was looking for a Honda Insight, which was being serviced at the time. I took a look around the lot to see if there was anything else that caught my eye, and there were quite a few. The lot is extremely large and there is no doubt that the car you are looking for is somewhere on there. I stumbled upon the Ford Focus, having previously looked at one before. It had very up to date features and was in excellent condition with low milage. Our salesman was excellent and I took it for a test drive and knew it was the car for me and the price was right too. The buying process was very simple and within an hour I was driving the focus home. We will be back again in the spring to buy another!

Sales person (Seth) was not pushy, gave us facts and allowed our opinions. Showed us other comparable makes keeping in mind what price range we were looking at. He wanted us to make weigh the options for the money. Once little glitch was encountered regarding the vehicle history. We signed the deal so quickly that the history was not printed out in time. Dealer ship called us the next day and indicated it was missed and we were free to back out of the deal if there was something we saw that we did not like. We love the vehicle.

This was my first time buying a car at twin pines, let me just say it won't be the last. I'm a research guy not an impulse buyer. Before going to Twin Pines I spent countless hours on the internet looking for the best deal. Well I found that at Twin Pines. I loved the rock bottom price and felt comfortable about it because I saw the same car at other dealerships for thousands more. The no haggle is great. Next, Seth, is the sales representative that we had the privilege of working with. He was informative, friendly, and caring. He made sure we were getting the right car for us for the right reasons and not the most expensive one. I went in pre approved through my credit union but the people in their finance department got us a much better rate for our vehicle. They were not overly pushy about add on warranties or protections. The whole process took 3-4 hours. I went with my whole family a 13 year old and a 6 year old. sound like a disaster right? wrong. They have a great family room with entertainment for everyone to make the waiting more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase. Thanks Seth and the whole Twin Pines team.

I went to like the 5 dealerships and they didn't have the car and price I wanted and drove by on my way to my parents, and I saw the car I was shopping for years. I went in and I was greeted and respected by all the sales clerks and the we're friendly and played with my son to. Which made me happy because they weren't just out to sell a car they were kind and caring people. My fiance and I ended up buying the car and they helped us out in so many ways. They even still help me out if I have questions about my car, they just didn't say oh he bought our car now he can deal with it and try to find everything out. I've been searching for a specific make and model for quite few weeks before coming to Twin Pine. Most places I visited prior to Twin Pine displayed 'low prices' on their sites but the advertised prices were actually after you had X dollars down or in trade in value. Another tactic I experienced by other places was significantly lowering their price below asking, but once the price of the vehicle was negotiated, they inflated the price back up to their original asking price after dealer prep, outrageous documentation fees and vin etching to name a few. Nope, not at Twin Pine. They don't play games and waste your time. They give you the bottom line price right away so you don't need to go back and forth haggling. All cost we communicated up front, zero nonsense. I worked with Seth Burkholder and highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I would definitely deal with him and Twin Pine in the future. Also, don't be afraid to take a look at their financing, they were able to beat my credit union's already low rates!

My husband and I were searching for a reliable new car as his is getting way up there in miles and my old Jetta was about to die. We knew we wanted a Honda Civic and started looking at several local dealers and online. We decided to check out Twin Pine as my husband and two other family members had previously purchased vehicles there. We saw a 2010 Civic we were interested in online and drove up to check it out. It was in great shape, had low mileage and a great price! After two different test drives, we ended up trading in the Jetta (for a very fair price considering the condition it was in) and took home our Civic. We love it! Shortly after we bought ours, my brother-in-law picked up a Civic at Twin Pine as well. We really appreciate the "hands off" approach of the sales people - they will greet you and offer assistance but not follow you around the lot while you browse, unless that's what you prefer. When we went on the test drive Seth explained all the features and driving capabilities of the car and walked me through my test drive. We bought our last car here in 2006, and we should've just started the buying process here this time around! With the No Haggle pricing, it's super simple to be able to figure out which cars you can afford, and which ones you can't. John, our sales rep, was eager to help answer any questions we had, and was more than diligent in making sure we got to see each car we wanted even though it was below freezing that morning. Overall, excellent experience, the only knock would be the dollar amount we received for our trade-in, which, admittedly, wasn't in the best condition and I probably could've negotiated it higher. But still, we know that when we buy our next vehicle in a couple years, Twin Pine will be the only place we plan to go.

Wow this place is not your typical used car lot. Its very spacious with a nice selection of good used cars. We drove over 2 hrs away because nothing else inside that radius could compare. Darin was fantastic at getting us into the car we wanted. The staff overall was friendly. They even have an awesome waiting area in the basement. Bringing the kids wont be an issue at all. The selection was good & the pricing was fair the salesperson was polite and explained all the features of the car it was not high pressured and was a pleasant office setting the car was clean and seems to be in sound mechanical condition the overall experience was good but we never dealt with a no haggle dealership before the gas tank was on empty and they wouldn't put any in it along with some rather high documentation Fee's . That being said if they would of gave a little it would have gone from a good experience to a great experience.

After driving 2 hours one way to purchase, we were met with terrible customer service. Seriously no salesman EVEN got in the car with us once. They literally handed us keys pointed us in the direction of the car and we were to find it and test drive it alone?? Who does that? Also after purchasing the vehicle, which no salesman still ever stepped foot in we were rewarded with an absolutely EMPTY tank of gas! So here we are at 9:30 at night 2 hours away from home with a 2 year old child and no direction to find a gas station to fend for ourselves. They absolutely refused to put ANY gas in the tank for us after spending well over $30,000! They told us we got a good deal so they didn't have to fill the gas tank up. The deal was ok but how about investing in your customers to ensure repeat buyers. I will next time go to carmax where at least they will fill the tank. I'd be willing to pay more $ to be treated right. NEVER again will I go to twin pine auto group.

We used Mike Altebrando both times- he is a real professional. I would definitely recommend Mike to a friend looking for a trustworthy person to deal with.

I bought my Mazda 5 from Twin Pine when we had our 3rd son, and needed a larger vehicle. Everything about the entire process was so easy and comfortable. Mike A. our salesmen was friendly and eased us through the entire process. They even have a finished basement that my kids were able to watch TV, eat snacks, and play in while we waited on the unbelievable financing that they were able to get us. Looking for a new used car we found Twin Pine Auto Group online. Called in and spoke with a manager about a couple of cars we saw and wanted more information on. Quick response back from the dealer on the phone so my wife and I made an appointment to see two vehicles. When we arrived we saw the cars parked out front and ready for us to take a look. We were greeted promptly and test drove the cars. Wife fell in love with the first one so we decided to take it home. Very little pressure from the salesman. This was not the typical dealership. Nothing tacky or over the top. Even signing papers was hassle free. Angie got us a better rate than our bank did so we saved some money. We enjoyed our experience and would recommend them to our friends and family

If you are looking for a seamless stress free car buying experience, Twin Pine Auto is the place to be. The prices simply WILL NOT be beat and the lowest price is listed on the vehicle, no need to haggle. Our salesman Seth was professional and knowledgeable. I personally recommend submitting your credit app before your arrival (if you are serious about buying) and making an appointment is a must. The process was quick and enjoyable, I highly recommend this dealership it was well worth our 3 and a hour drive.

I just had a very good experience purchasing a used car at twin pine auto. They had a nice selection of used cars that we could choose from, and the agents were very helpful and friendly, and wanting us to get the best deal. The various agents seem to work as a nice team keeping the customer first in meeting their needs. But the real kicker came when I had to return the car because the check engine light came on, granted this happens. The service department, check it out and reported that it was ok, But the next day the check engine light came on again, this happens. The service department, then came to where I work, picked up my car took it back, ran it through diagnostics again, found out what was going on, fixed it, and returned the car to me at my work. I so appreciated their diligence to do the right thing...and provide that kind of service...wow..and they provided it without hesitation. I knew I was dealing with a professional. I will be back

They were all very friendly and hospitable. Went there looking for one car and left with a different car. Very happy with my purchase. The "No Hassle" pricing is pretty good. They're not the lowest, but not the highest...but the cars are very clean and presented professionally. The only negative I would say, from having experience selling used cars, was at the time of delivery, the agent did not spend the time to sit in the car and go over it's features. I account this to being very busy and juggling many customers at one time. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to others to go there, but maybe not on a Saturday.

I went to twin pine after seeing they had the car that I wanted to buy there. I was a little hesitant to go because of the hour drive and I was afraid I would be disappointed. As soon as I pulled into the lot and saw that 2011 Subaru legacy I knew I was in the right spot. The price was awesome and after a test drive all I needed was the paper work. While we were waiting for the banks to get us the best offer Seth made me feel right at home with the comfy lounge they have downstairs where I enjoyed my wait with snacks and my favorite TV show, I would recommend checking out the inventory to anyone!

I went to this dealership after doing some research online for a used car. Twin Pine had the best price for what I was looking for. I decided to test drive some cars before making a final decision on a Subaru Legacy. The dealer (Seth) that helped me was very helpful and friendly. He went on a few test drives with me and my girlfriend to help us make some decisions on which car would be the best for my driving to and from work in all sorts of weather. He also let us take a few cars out ourselves to see which we preferred. This place is great. All of the people we talked with while at the dealership were friendly and helpful...none of that "pushy car dealer" stuff you might find somewhere else. Extremely pleased with the buying process we experienced at Twin Pine. My husband and I were looking for a quality, used Chevy Cruze to replace one of our vehicles. We were looking for a car a couple weeks when we came across a car we were looking for - color, mileage and price. We went to Twin Pine for the very first time and were very pleased with it's atmosphere and the sales team. It was a fairly quick process and the sales team were very nice to work with. While we were waiting they sent us downstairs to hang out where there was a sitting area, TV and snacks. They also had toys and we had our 2 year old with us so that helped keep her entertained. The only inconvenience we had was that when we were driving home with the car there was a light on for the tires and that should have been noticed by them and/or by us when we test drove the car. We had to get it serviced and they did pay for the costs. So far the car has been great. I guess time will tell if we made a good choice on the car!

In the process of searching for a used car, I was referred to Twin Pine from a good friend who recommended Twin Pine with the highest regards. I have never experienced such a laid back, wonderful excperience in purchasing a car. Seth, was absoultely wonderful, and never made us fell pressured in any way, he was straight forward about everything. We got to test drive the car by our selves, which was a difference from the bigger dealerships, we really liked this. The finance portion was very easy, and stress free thanks to Angie, who was just great!!! And while waiting we were set up in a lounge area to enjoy some beverages and snack and watch a little TV! I never expected to leave with a car that night, but low and behold i did!!! The price was very fair, and the vehicle was exactly what we wanted. Our sales consultant, Seth Burkholder was thorough. He began by explaining all the options on the vehicle. Seth took us for a test drive, then left me drive the vehicle. The test drive confirmed our choice in vehicles. Seth had patience, as I wanted to see another vehicle on the lot to confirm my final decision. Once decided, the office personnel helped us find the best bank rate to secure a loan. Bad experience, 5 different web sites value my 'dealer trade-in value' with the exact equipment, condition [which is excellent] and mileage [which are low]. etc. several thousand dollars more than Twin Pine would offer me. I do believe their prices for what auto's they are selling are fair to ok but what they want to give you on trade-in is way below average and unacceptable. I also checked dozens of local used car dealers for my same exact car/model/equipment, mileage and it is retailing at used car lots on average $4,500 to $5,000 more than what they would give me in trade! No deals at Twin Pine for me. Update June 25th 2014, since my review listed above, the owner and manager have contacted me via my personal email address that I gave them when looking at a car and wrote me a harassing and vindictive response to me! They have also written a response on here, further vindictive behavior. This is completely uncalled for and unprofessional at best, the owner and manager are clearly out of control and I would never shop there ever again!! Be very careful if you have a different opinion from theirs!

We came to Twin Pine to reluctantly replace our vehicle totaled in a hail storm; and were very limited to an exact budget, a need for a "family" vehicle, and a short time frame to purchase.Our salesman Seth was very personable, accomodating to our last minute schedule and wavering needs. More importantly, he knew his product, to the extent that when we made our choice, and wanted to have it checked at our mechanic first, his response was, "by all means, please do, we encourage you to". It showed that he (and Twin Pine) backed up their product enough to not only put a 100% 30day/1000mi warranty on the vehicle, but were also fine with me driving it over 20 miles out to put it under inspection of an non-partial, outside mechanic. Furthermore, Jason and rest of team were understanding when I hit traffic and couldn't get the vehicle back from mechanic until a little after closing (on a Friday). On the day of delivery, the business office staff members also made for a pleasurable closing experience.All in all, great experience, and for the prices they offer and the service they give, Twin Pine is highly recommended.

Twin pine is great! I went to check out the Hyundai sonatas they were priced at amazing prices compared to elsewhere. The customer service is great everyone was very welcoming and made sure were taken care of. The lounge was very comfortable as I waited for my paperwork. Car shopping at Twin Pine Auto was such a great experience. We came in for a used MDX and drove off the lot 2 hours later! The dealership gets you the lowest price possible so there is no need to haggle prices. The cars salesman Seth was very patient and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. The sales reps do not get paid on commission so it's a plus knowing that they are not just interested in their portion of the sale. The actual buying process was quick and they gave us different payment options. The whole lot in general is pretty big and even has a bed and breakfast with a golf course attached. He was patient with us as we compared like vehicles and he was able to meet our price point. This was not an easy task by any means. As we waited for financing Jon showed us to the lounge area where I took a nap. Yes, this is how comfortable it was. I slept. In short, I was expecting to walk into an afternoon of headache and irritation. What I got was completely the opposite. A nice afternoon of shopping cars. No hassle, no headache, and no irritation. Purchasing my car from Twin Pine Auto was overall a great experience. Mike was a knowledgeable salesman who was able to send me information on specific cars before they were even posted online. Once I settled on purchasing my used Nissan Altima, Steve was extremely helpful in the finance department. Steve was able to get extremely low financing on my car and work with my budget. Twin Pine is not your typical used car dealership. Used car dealerships often hide problems with their cars and look to take advantage of the consumer, but I experienced the exact opposite at Twin Pine. It is evident that Twin Pine is committed to their Christian values and it should be commended. Without a question I would recommend anyone looking to buy a used car to visit Twin Pine!

I had an issue with the clock spring on my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Contacted Twin Pine for a warranty claim (purchased the extended warranty) and found out that the clock spring is not a warranty item.I was mad at first, but Jason went to the owner and explained what had happened and that it has only been about 1.5k miles since I bought it.The owner agreed to split the bill with me 50/50 even though he had no obligation to do so. These guys are the real deal and stand behind their commitment to sell exceptional quality used vehicles.I saw some complaining on here about service on items that weren't covered under warranty. The bottom line is this, check the vehicle out carefully, albeit, Twin Pine seems to do a good job of catching things before they go up for sale. If you see a problem, address it before you buy it. Once you find an issue, fix it before it becomes worse.Used cars are just that, USED. No used car is going to be the same as a new car. I knew that, but that is why I saved 16k on a 4 year old vehicle as opposed to spending 16k more to have a new vehicle.Thank You Twin Pine!

I called and talked to one of their salesmen (on a Wednesday) and told them which car I wanted to buy but that I could not make it to the dealership to purchase until that upcoming Saturday. I told him that I am 100% going to buy the vehicle so consider it SOLD! He replied with sounds great I will get it cleaned up for you and put it to the side so it's ready to go for you on Saturday. Now I do understand that used car dealers do not hold vehicles and it is a first come first serve basis, but I was in contact with the same salesman on more than 1 occasion so I thought him and I had a gentlemen's understanding, which apparently isn't good enough these days. When I arrived at the dealership that Saturday the car was all shinned up ready to go sitting in a parking space that had a sign behind it indicating that the car was sold just like he said he would do, but it turns out that one of the other salesmen sold the car 15-30 min before we got there to another couple. I tried to get an explanation but all they could say was sorry theirs nothing they can do. Their was no phone call to give me a heads up that someone else was even interested in the vehicle. Needless to say we were extremely upset.

First time reviewer of ANYTHING here. Just thought I'd pass along our experience. The car purchasing experience was GREAT. We loved Seth! Easy to talk to, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, but that's unfortunately where the great experience stops. Several days after our purchase, my husband noticed the passenger's wheel well was torn. So he called Seth. Seth said that there's nothing they can do about it, since that issue wasn't covered under the Power Train Warranty. So my husband dropped it. (We're used to driving beaters, so we didn't think it was going to be "that big of a deal.") Then about a month later when I was driving it, the entire wheel well was completely shredded, hanging down, and was rubbing against the tire. So I called this time. I knew it was something that WE didn't do to the vehicle; this was a pre-existing condition. And they knew that too, since my husband had already talked to Seth about it. So when I talked with the manager Jason, I thought, "Oh for sure, they'll take care of this. They stand behind their vehicles, after all." Nope. Right from the get-go Jason was very defensive and said that they weren't going to pay to have this issue fixed, because it "wasn't covered under warranty." The best they could do is pay half. Pay half for something that they should have made sure was fixed before even putting on the lot. After a heated discussion (I was NOT paying for this, darn it!), he finally said that he'd look into how much the part cost and get back to me, which really should have been his FIRST response. He did get back to me and finally said that since the part is only $70, he's not going to bicker about it and I was to bring the vehicle in. In the end, I guess I'm happy that they took responsibility, but I'm so disappointed over their lack of customer service. It's just a shame. This was our first EVER car buying experience from a dealer, and unfortunately it'll be our last at Twin Pine. Totally sucks. So just be sure to thoroughly inspect the vehicle you're interested in. (We didn't think to look up in the wheel well...and honestly I don't even think Seth knew about it being torn.) Because once you drive that puppy off the lot, there's no turning back! Let's end on a happy note--another salesman shared some amazing candied bacon with me while I was waiting to have our vehicle fixed. THAT was pretty amazing;)

We were searching for a specific model - a Lexus hybrid model, and had priced them all over the area. The price for the vehicle at Twin Pine was about $2,000 less than anywhere else. So, for a deal like that, we happily drove the 90 minutes to get there (we live in Southern Delaware County). Car ran beautifully, the deal was done in minutes and the financing department pulled off a miracle to get a crazy low rate for us. Very, very happy, and will check their website regularly -our son turns 16 soon and will need a car! Our salesman was Seth and he was great to work with, will do so again.

I was recently at Twin Pine and picked out a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The car itself is in fantastic condition, and I was happy to hear about the extended warranties that Twin Pine offered. As advertised.the price is the price Haggle Free Price.Believe me, there is no negotiation of price. Granted, the ADVERTIZED PRICE is very fair What they fail to tell you is there is a $366.00 license plate charge, $110.00 document fee. If you are setting at the table awaiting your final costs, check out the cost table thats attached to the bottom of the CALCULATOR.interesting. I have never heard of a used car dealer charging for delivery. Delivery from where?Interesting sales scam!!!Additionally, I understand there are costs associated to transferring titles and registrations with the state; but for $110..what are they doing.When I inquired to what these charges where.I was told it was like looking at my phone bill and most charges are not explainable. REALLY!Overall, the total price I paid was competitive. The tactics all were very evasive with the assumption the consumer didnt have a brain in their head.If anythingask for a $110.00 discount for the document charge. Thats all I walked away with as I think they wanted me to go away after I gave them $18K CASH.Lastly, as a Christian I appreciated the music that was playing in the showroom and felt I was at place of integrity. Apparently NOT!I would not recommend this group to anyone!!

I left very happy with my purchase. Four days later when it had problems starting I realized I was sold a poor quality vehicle. They talk alot about quality at this dealership but did not deliver. It woked when it left the lot was a reply I was given by customer service. No compensation or apologizes were offered. Please purchase elsewhere!

I just moved to the area and needed a dealer I could trust. I made the mistake once before buying from shady dealers and wanted to be sure I chose a great place to get a car. I researched local dealers and there was a lot of good things to be said about Twin Pine Auto Group, so I checked out their site and immediately found a 2010 Dodge Caravan with LOTS of options that would suit our families needs.Seth Burkholder, Sales Consultant, was very attentive to my needs and did nothing to make me feel uncomfortable. He put me in the car, I drove it, he asked me how I liked it. My wife and I loved it and he asked us if we wanted to buy it. The price was well below book value. They came up with some numbers for financing and started the loan process.Here's the real kicker to my story. I have OK credit. I certainly don't have a 750+ credit score so I wasn't expecting miracles on the rate. Steven Gockley, Business Manager, shopped my loan at a bunch of banks and came back with something that blew my mind. He got me a 3.99% APR on a 4 year old car! That's right, 4 year old car, new car loan rate! I couldn't be happier. I bought their warranty because it's super cheap compared to other "Stealerships" and they also offer a paint-less dent removal for life plan.These guys far exceeded my expectations. I told them I was short on time and I was in at 1:45 and out by 4:15. If you've ever purchased a car, you would know that is record time to get in, get financed, and get back on the road with a new car.Thanks so much!

After a disapointing experience at another dealership, we stumbled across twin pine. We fell in love with a 2010 Lexus, which was recommended by our wonderful salesman, Wyatt. We now own that 2010 lexus, and could not be happier. We HIGHLY recommend twin pine. The process was fun and enjoyable for us and everything was spelled out pretty simply! Very easy car buying experience. I worked with Seth Burkholder who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly identified what things we were looking for most in a vehicle and recommended multiple great options. We test drove 3 different makes and models to find exactly what we were looking for. I contacted Twin Pine Auto Group via online chat to see if a vehicle was still available. The sales consultant Michael took down my info. and contacted me within 15 minutes of the initial contact. Michael was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle that day. The financing department was amazing and I gave me a really great apr rate to stay within my budget. I just purchased a used Hyundai Sonata from Twin Pine Auto Group. It was an excellent, no hassle experience. From the moment I arrived on the lot, the salesmen Michael A, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, was patient, and did not give me the typical sales pitch I have experienced at other dealerships. The finance department worked with me to get an excellent interest rate to keep my payments within my desired budget. I left with a much better car than I expected for the price and did not have to battle to get a good deal. This experience could not have been more pleasant and I definitely recommend Twin Pine to anyone looking for used cars.

Let me start by saying I have never reviewed a thing. However, this "exception" is worth my time because you need to know about Twin Pine. I don't know how they found a used car in such exceptional condition- but I couldn't be happier with this car. And my salesman, Wyatt, (I'm sure the others are good, but ask for him!) was awesome. That is because he didn't try to "SELL" me this car. Of course he was professional and courteous- but by the end of the experience it was evident that he is, also, a good guy. He clearly did his homework about this car because he was clear and concise on explaining all the equipment and options. Plus, when I asked a question- he knew right where buttons were located, how everything worked, etc. AND this is at a "used" car lot where the sales staff is dealing with numerous makes and models of cars and trucks- so that was impressive. But this was such a different kind of experience because there were no "predictable" car sales questions... or pressure... none of that nonsense. I feel like I got a personalized "tour" of this car and then was left to make up my own mind on whether or not it suited my needs and taste. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase, it was quick and painless. Again, no nonsense. Just nice, helpful people expediting the process. Truth be told, I can't remember ever having a better car buying experience. If they have a car you like and you want to learn all you can about it without feeling pressured to "buy today" or "act now"... Give these guys some of your time. I believe you'll be happy you did.

I was very satisfied with the customer service I received and felt like from the time I walked onto the property, the representatives were trying to help me. There's nothing worse than going to a dealership and feeling like they are trying to pull one on you and give you the least amount they can give you for your money to get buy. I looked at several different dealerships in the area and Twin Pines prices beat out every one of them by a minimum of $1000. The financing part went very smoothly and overall I just feel like I got the better end of the deal. Would highly recommend.

Aside from the weather, I had a great experience buying a car at Twin Pine Auto. Their staff was courteous and helpful and tried to get me up and running with my new car in as little time as possible! I looked everywhere else, even in my area (almost 2 hours away), but none could match the price on the year vehicle I was interested in with the mileage on the vehicle! It was worth the trip!

We recently went to Twin Pine to check out the large selection of 2011 Toyota Camrys. Our first visit was during a huge tent event so there were a ton of people. Darin was able to handle several customers at the same time and get us going on a few test drives. We went back again the day before Thanksgiving during a little snow and cold rain. This time we were the only customers on the lot and Seth let us do a final test drive of the car we liked and helped us get started on our paperwork. Came back again on Black Friday to wrap the deal up with Darin and Angie. We ended up getting a beautiful Camry that we have had for a week and absolutely love. I was incredibly impressed with all of the people we had contact with during the 3 trips we made there. I would definitely recommend Twin Pine to anyone looking for a great deal and even better customer service. Seth, Darin, and Angie were outstanding during the whole buying experience. I was very pleased with my car buying experience at Twin Pine. I was able to open all of the vehicles and sit in them, and when I was ready to test drive a few, a salesman gave me the keys to all of the vehicles I was interested in and left me go. There was no pressure you typically experience when buying a car and the dealership was very honest and forthright releasing information regarding their vehicles. It was a great overall experience.

I was lucky enough to get a vehicle through Twin Pine over a year ago. The experience was such a pleasure. We were able to get most of the things all set up over the internet so when we went in for the test drive, and then the paperwork for the vehicle purchase, we were out of there incredibly fast. The facility is gorgeous and everyone there was very polite. My salesperson Wyatt was fantastic and and the financial advisor Steve was awesome. For our next vehicle, we didn't even look anywhere but Twin Pines. I contacted Wyatt again, and this time Angie helped with the finances. Another great experience and record time in and out of the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have never been loyal to a care dealer before, but I certainly am now.

My husband and I went to Twin Pine because we found a used Infiniti for sale. The Infiniti wasn't what we ultimately purchased, but upon arrival the salesman I spoke to on the phone was there, he gave us the keys to drive it. The car wasn't well taken care of, probably a salesman or someone used it for business, it had higher miles on it than what should've been, but the price is what attracted us. Anyway, after the test drive we looked at the remaining inventory (which was a lot). We ended up test driving a sharp Hyundai Sonata, which I didn't know much about. Looked at the reviews and decided it was a great car to purchase, the price was very good compared to other dealers. It was well taken care of, low miles and is a Turbo. We purchased the Sonata, and traded in our 2003 Infinti. They gave us a very fair price for the trade (we did some research on the trade in value). Overall we were very pleased with the service we received, the salesman were friendly, and everyone seemed helpful. Thank you!

We are pretty much satisfied with the service that we received. Our sales person, Wyatt, was professional and very accommodating with finding the SUV (Toyota RAV4) that we required. We wished the price could be lowered, but understood the no haggle pricing policy from the company. I drove all the way from Rhode Island to Twin Pine Auto, just to buy my used car. They had the right car, at the right (no-haggle) price. They also gave me a fantastic deal on my trade-in as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and professional office environment. The staff was on top of their game, from head to toe and treated us very well. I was looking for a Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Quad cab and found it on Cars.com.I drove 60miles to Twin Pine Auto Sales..I liked the vehicle,told them how much I had to put down,what my trade was and what I would like my monthly payment to be.In less than 3hrs I had my truck! There was only one problem.My wife could not come and sign the paperwork.Steve in Finance volunteered to deliver the vehicle to me house that night so my wife could sign everything.That didn't work because of my work schedule.My salesman John H delivered my truck the following day to my wife's place of employment on his day off! Everything was signed and I had my truck! Thank you guys!

I bought a car from Twin Pine in Jan.2013 I paid a little over book value for the car but it was in my budget and it was a fairly low mileage car. I have owned the car about 3.5 months and put several thousand miles on the car.So far I have replaced all 4 tire because of dry rot(2 of them blew out while I was driving)and now a mechanic,who is a friend of my stepdad said it needs all the control arm bushings replaced and the motormount is broken.I hate to think of whats next! I've contacted them about my problems and the response from them is pretty muchthem saying yeah your right you do have problem sorry its your car now. I'll never go there again.

I stopped in to look at a used vehicle that was on special and I was greated by a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson. I was able to take a test drive near the end of the business day and was not pressured in any way! My wife and I returned the next morning for another test drive and the vehicle was warmed up and waiting for us to test drive. A short time later we were driving home with our used vehicle which was in excellent condition. The salesperson, sales manager and the finance person were extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. We would highly reccomend using Twin Pine Auto to anyone one and we intend to return for our next vehicle!

Everyone at Twin Pine are very helpful and friendly and I would go back again. They treat you like family. The have an amazing waiting room "basement" to keep you comfy and the kids entertained while you are there. The whole process was quick, even at the end of the day when we were there and they were so busy. Wyatt is a great salesman and Steve is quick with the paperwork. Great team!!

I arrived at the dealership an hour after closing time on a Saturday evening, my car having just broken down across the street. The people who were still there were so helpful. They were polite and informative, paid real attention to my priorities and never showed the least impatience or exerted any pressure on us (My husband arrived in the meantime.) My experience in buying a used car from Twin Pine was excellent. My salesman Michael Altebrando was easy to work with and cared about helping me make this big decision because he took the time to get to know me. He was patient and did not rush me, which I greatly appreciated. He let me test drive other cars that I was less interested in so I could confirm that what I was buying was what I really wanted. The dealership has been in business for decades, so I knew it was reputable, but my personal experience there is what would make me recommend Twin Pine to anyone who needs a quality vehicle and doesn't want to haggle over the price. The vehicles are fairly priced and all of the financial paperwork was explained fully too. This was my first time buying a car by myself so I had a lot of questions and my salesman and the business manager took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the decisions I was making and understood everything.

Twin Pines did an excellent job of advertising the 2003 Suburban - a complete set of detailed photos, as well as a great video that about sealed the deal before we even arrived: it showed the very clean condition of the SUV which made us want to visit. A quick call to the dealer, and Jason verified that the Suburban was still available. When we arrived, it was parked out front and ready to test drive. Jason greeted us warmly and offered us refreshments. The test drive route was well planned to show the truck's capability on hills and back roads. Once we returned, we experienced a short wait time to complete the paperwork, but this was due to the business manager taking time and care with another family. We had a comfortable wait in the office and lounge areas.

It has exceeded all of our expectations and does a great job towing our 32 foot camper. I mounted two racing seats in the bed of the truck so we can carry 8 people. The kids love them and fight over who gets to sit in them!
