First time I arrived, I was greeted almost immediately by Kevin Miracle. I was there to test drive a new 2016 Dodge Dart GT. I found out that it didn't have everything I wanted, so I decided not to go forward on it. I told Kevin about a used 2014 Dodge Dart GT I found at a different dealer, and Kevin immediately searched for a similar 2014 Dodge Dart GT with everything I wanted and bought it off of an auction for me, and for a much lower price. I was impressed. It took a while for me to actually see the car, because there was a small imperfection that they took care of for me. After seeing the car, I felt very satisfied with what I saw, test drove it, and purchased the vehicle. I love driving my new 2014 Dodge Dart GT. There was no pressure.After the initial test drive I mulled it over for a week and I texted and called Kevin several times and he was responsive throughout the process and once I had made up my mind and had the figures that I thought were fair, Kevin worked with me to get a better price. Gary went above and beyond to find the jeep that I wanted. He is always so upbeat and pleasant. He also came in on what I know is his day off so we could close the deal and pick up our jeep even tough we told him it could wait til the next day. Upon driving into the lot a sales person greeted me at the door inquiring how they could assist. When I told them I was there for service they directed me to the service area. The service personnel were very professional and courteous. After the service was complete, I was presented with the printout and told everything appeared in good shape. I told Jared what I could afford as a monthly payment and he helped me find the car I wanted and love! He did not push a more expensive car on me, or a higher payment than I was comfortable with. I did not feel there was any push at all actually and it was rather refreshing. After signing the paperwork for my new Compass, I found the venting system, AC/heat, was not working. I was met when I entered the door. By Jared Jolley a sharp dress salesmen. I told him I was interested in a Dodge Dart. He said he's here to make my interest. The best car buying experience. I said I am looking to lease. He asked do you know what model ? Then he led me to view Dodge Darts on the lot. I had looked on line of the cars that was available. I told him I saw a blue one. He led me to two blue ones. We looked at them he explained the difference in the options. Of each car. I told him I have a leased Honda with a year left on lease. I told him if I can't get into a Dart. I would be looking at leasing a Honda. Jared said lets see what the numbers say. But we do have some Hondas we can also look at if you want. After giving a few details about me an the Honda. He help me call Honda to find what my pay off would be. About ten minutes later he came back an explained what numbers we had to work with. Then he handed me the keys said take a text drive. Having lease my last two Hondas. The Dart just seem to be a better drive. I am glad I decided to buy a Dodge Dart. Jared was very knowledgeable throughout. He made it so easy to lease my Dodge Dart.The finance manger also explained every thing about what my lease. I came back next day to pick up my Dart. I appreciate the fact that even though I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, the technician found I had a broken outer tierod which was fixed on the spot making my vehicle safe again. I shudder to think I drove to Ohio a few weeks ago with that problem! They also replaced my fog lights, something you can't do yourself, but I appreciated anyway.

Even though it is an older dealership, it's always clean and in inviting. Everyone there makes known an effort that they put in to get to know you. I also feel that the sales staff works in concert to the finance staff. The transition couldn't be more seamless. I live 80 miles from the dealership so I worked out a deal with Jared through email. We agreed on a price and a value on my trade in. Upon arriving at the dealership, the vehicle was not as described. I did a test drive, anyway, and found the vehicle to still be worth purchasing. When I arrived back at the dealership, they told me they did not want my trade in. I was honest about the condition of my vehicle and they were dishonest about theirs. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. Now, I have to drive 80 miles back home; talk about a waste of time, money, and fuel.

The brand new Car I purchased, both doors leaked after about two hours of purchase when it started to rain. Took it to service for this and another issue, said it was fixed, picked car up and one item wasn't, now I doubt the leaks were fixed. D Roden Mishawaka

I was able to arrange financing quickly. My salesman listened but talked about the cars that were available. He listened to my desire for alittle smaller auto, a better gas milage available to the grand caravan. I was only not over happy with the black interior. He was ver helpful and I will be going back to clear up how to use the bluetooth tomorrow I hope. This is a familiar dealership who has taken care of me as a wife and a widow. They are able to handle girl questions without making me feel strange. I want to thank them for their service.

Past history with the dealership has created a positive relationship. Although our "regular" salesperson is no longer at Tyler's, Jacob Yoder made us more likely to stay with Tyler's. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and understood our wants/needs.

Jared was friendly and was very helpful. One of the things we really liked was that atmosphere was more family / customer friendly. Most car lots the salesman are all up in your face and down your throat and its an awesome feeling to know that your dealership is not like that.

I began looking for a new car last year (2013), but couldn't decide. I finally made up my mind this year (2014) to take the plunge and buy a new car. In 2013 I spoke to many different salespeople at many different dealers. Shelly White at Tylers Dodge was by far the most knowledgeable. She helped me out in 2013 as much as she could (it was all me not being able to make a decision). I hung onto her card and sent her an email about two weeks ago. I stopped in and ended up driving three different cars. Finally deciding on the model I wanted to buy. I went home to think about it, got in the internet and found one I absolutely fell in love with, emailed Shelly again on Monday and on Wednesday I signed the papers and drove my new car home!! Everyone in the dealership was very nice and they made the finance process a breeze.

After getting the run around from a local dealer whom I have purchased a number of vehicles from, I discovered Tyler jeep in niles. I went on line and found the jeep I wanted for a good price at Tyler. Shelly White was prompt to call me back and set up the deal while I was at work. By the end of the day they had the financing approved and paper work ready to sign. The man doing the financing was friendly and easy going. "Sean Carter." Overall Shelly White and Sean Carter did a great job with no pressure to buy in a friendly setting.

My sales lady was awesome! She was the opposite of so many "typical" sales people. I specifically liked how she allowed us to test drive the Jeep without ridding along. I'm very knowledgeable about the productand I've never needed a sales person to explain the features. I was able explore the vehicle at my own pace. Shannon was an absolute joy to work with! No pressure packed sales pitch. Excellent and very professional sales associate (Kevin Miracle). If all sales personnel were like Kevin, car dealers wouldn't have the "pushy" rep they sometimes are known for. His approach was the reason I came back to the dealership when I needed a vehicle.

I bought this for my wife and myself to help transport kids and animals for a program are a part of in South Bend, IN. There was no pressure and an honest salesman..I used to sell cars and had to leave the business because of the tactics of all the dealerships I have ran across in the last twenty years.
