I went In to get a new car. I came across Miguel Gonzales and he was super helpful and nice. I didn't leave the dealer till he showed me how to work the car. Go to him if you need help finding a car. He also speaks Spanish!! Had an amazing experience!

This was the most pain free selling experience I've ever had. Recently sold my 2015 BMW X3 to them and literally they came the next day to pick up from my driveway. The pricing they offered me was actually above what I owed on the car. If only all the other cars I've sold were this easy.

I didn't end up buying a car from them, but let me tell you about how honest they are! I put down a deposit ($5000) on a Toyota Corolla and as I drove home, I was searching around online at the year and read something about the Takata recall. Major because it's an issue with the front passenger side seat airbag! (Admittedly after a small panic) I called Kay and explained to him how it didn't work for me to have a recall with no known solution from Toyota because of the safety and the fact that I drive a ton with clients in the car for work. He was very understanding and told me to come back whenever I'd like and he'd get my money back for me. I arrived and he assured me that he understood why I wasn't going to take the car and I got my money back no problem! I'm grateful he didn't make the recall that was neither parties fault an issue. I ended up buying somewhere else, but am definitely keeping Union Auto Group on speed dial for any repairs!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A USED CAR!!! I made a first purchase from guy name Kay 5 years ago and always comes back to him. I had very bad credit back then but he found a way to get me finance a beautiful Honda. It had a little issue with starter after few weeks but he took care of it without asking any question!! Kay is the man!

A positive experience must first start with the salesperson. Kay Shin was our salesperson and he was excellent to deal with. He treated us with honesty and respect. He was very knowledgeable and informative of the vehicles he sell. Before the test drive, he showed us some of the features of the cars we drove. Once we knew, the Lexus was our vehicle to buy- he made it hassle free by listening to us about pricing. We felt the price agreed upon was fair and reasonable. He started the finance, as he is also the finance manager at the dealer. We were impressed with the expediency of the whole process. Overall, we are very happy with your dealership. We trust that you will take care of us in the many years to come. The next day, we picked up our vehicle just like new. Thank you again!

Just purchased a 2013 Range Rover I found on-line. A little skeptical at first but communication between us dispelled that. Meeting Kay and the process of the purchase was easy and pain free. The car was everything he represented on line. I just found my new auto broker and will from now on go thru this company for future purchases. Well worth the 91 mil drive, despite the LA traffic.

I visited this dealership after previously visiting 2 others. I dealt with Kay, who was kind enough to show every car I was interested in. The customer service was amazing and not comparable to the other dealerships. That is why, because of the fair treatment, communication and excellent explanation of the buying process I ended up buying a car here. Would strongly recommend this dealership and Kay if you need to buy a car! I had amazing buying experience.

I purchased my 2008 Mini Cooper S with the help of Kay at Union Auto. Let me begin by saying EVERYTHING went smoothly. The next thing you should know is that you shouldn't be fooled by the appearance of the lot. It doesn't look like anything special but I suppose that's part of the reason I got my car for a very fair price. I searched the internet for this particular car however, I was looking for a 2009/2010 model. For whatever reason, this '08 Mini showed up on the list. What a happy accident! It looked great so I decided to contact Kay and the rest is history. I test drove the car on a Monday. It was a holiday and since I was financing my purchase through my CU I could not proceed with the purchase. After the test drive, I had mentioned to Kay that I would be getting an extended warranty through the CU. He advised that this was the best way to go since auto dealership warranties are traditionally much more expensive. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming. Tuesday arrived and I went to my CU to sign the loan papers. I was very surprised to hear the outrageous cost of the extended warranty that the CU was offering. Even the loan officer admitted it was costly. I decided to forgo the warranty. At that moment, Kay had contacted my loan officer asking if he could fax a warranty to her that might work for me. Wow! It was almost identical (the best coverage) to the one offered by my CU at 1/3 the cost! It was within my budget. Kay did this research on his own - without knowing what was transpiring at the bank. So he re-wrote the sales paperwork and re-faxed it the bank. While I waited the loan officer stated how impressed she was with his helpfulness. I explained that he has been helpful from the beginning. After I concluded business at the bank, I headed over to Union Auto to get my Mini! AS PROMISED, Kay had new brakes put on the car, a battery installed, and the car was washed and ready to go. He even had the car smogged next door! Last but not least, he took the car to fill it up with fuel! I live in San Diego county so a full tank of fuel was the cherry on top of the sundae so to speak. Yes - I drove all that way for the car and the impressive service. Kay is professional, friendly, unassuming, and keeps his promises. It is my pleasure to give him and Union Auto a fantastic review. I felt great at Union Auto Group. The buying experience that Kay enabled me can't be compared with any other i had in other dealerships. There was something in this dealership that is just positive and pleasant. They treat the customers with respect. Kay explained me lots of things and finally I decided to buy a Toyota from 2008. Everything went smooth and if I buy a car soon again it would be in Union Auto Group

I have been searching for a used car and negotiating with many sales rep. couldn't get the deal done. Until i met K!, He was very helpful from start to last, and never tried to push me. He was actually the first sales rep telling me to wait until my credit score goes up, which would save a lot of money in interest. But i was in a hurry, so he figured out the best option, which i really loved!!!! not only that, he also did all maintenance on the car! if you are out there searching for a used car, just contact Kay!!you won't regret

After having a recent repo due to some financial struggles, I asked for some information on this car assuming they wouldn't even look twice since my credit is poor. However i luckily came across KAY! i dont know what or how he made it happen, but he did! and i appreciate it. I would definitely recommend for anybody to go with kay. He makes it happen!!! This is not a large dealership with dozens of cars to choose from, it is a medium sized repair and body shop that also has a handful of cars there for sale... I admit I was a bit leary of the place when I first drove over there and saw it. But immediately Kay (my salesman) put me at ease with his genuine honesty. He was fantastic! I liked the car but looked at a couple of others he had there and I believe withing twenty minutes I was headed up the street to get cashiers checks!! Kay asked if I had time to leave the car there for one more day while they did a complete inspection and detailed it for me so I did. The next day the car was sparkling clean, had a brand new battery, new oil, fluids topped off, and even had a full tank of gas!! I guess thats the benefit of buying a car from a repair shop!! Kay and Union Auto are awesome!! Thank you, see you next time!!

I am so impressed with my car buying experience from Union Auto Group. I have bought a number of cars through my life, from private parties, dealerships, used car lots - nothing compared to this experience. This is the way it should be. Deal with Kay. He is a man of principle and integrity. I bought a 2004 Toyota Matrix that only had 66,000 original miles. I was given a awesome deal. Price was better than anything I saw on the internet. Came from Corona to KoreaTown not knowing what to expect having never dealt with Union Auto Group. This place has spoiled me forever - I have a new standard with which to judge any other experience. They have their own service department that took care of timing belt, changing transmission fluid and oil. I am elated at my Toyota Matrix and the service I got.
