The past couple of months have been difficult. I lost my car to an accident. Searching for a vehicle is difficult when you’re a woman and worse if you are a senior citizen. I felt like a lamb walking into these dealerships. Until I met Sam at Unlimited Motors. Initially, my guard was up, but his smile and the tone of his voice were comforting. He reassured me that his only interest was my comfort. He said I deserved something wonderful and that he wanted to be the one to help me get it, and he did. Sam’s patience and understanding was paramount in getting the vehicle that I had been praying for. He listened to me and delivered exactly what he promised. I thank the Lord for aligning my path with that of this young man. I proudly recommend him to anyone looking for an automobile. He is a rare gem.

We worked with Ryan Satterfield on the purchase of my teenage daughter's first car. He was awesome! He asked what we were looking for and what price range. Unlimited Motors is a fantastic place to buy a vehicle!I monitored the inventory for a couple of years before buying as well as passing by the Fishers location daily on my commute to and from work. Unlimited always has the most desirable cars and trucks. Everything from family vehicles to sport and mid-life crisis. The images on the web are the best in the Indianapolis area by far. Its evident that they take car in offering unique and desirable vehicles. The biggest difference between UM and other dealers is the service. I frankly expected to be inconvenienced and dislike the staff like most car lot experiences. UM is courteous, helpful and accommodating. When looking for the car I'm going to drive for the next few years the last thing I need is someone standing or sitting next to me delivering unhelpful unimaginative closing statements. UM staff were there to answer questions and assist in test driving and making an informed decision. I have been to so many lots around Indianapolis and found sales associates who's only method is to rush the sale and ironically prolong the process or loose the sale completely. Its the sign and drive mindset, were they try to close the deal before the customer is attached to the vehicle.If you are looking for a vehicle shop Unlimited Motors Inventory and you will find a great vehicle at a competitive price and a welcome buying experience.

Contacted the dealership to ask about a BMW on the lot. I asked for Jimmie, and the associate advised that he was with another client. Absolutely understandable. The associate then asked if he could help me. I asked for information regarding the vehicle. The associate advised, "I can't go out right now. I'm too busy to check the vehicle." Oh really.... Well don't let me inconvenience you....

We purchased our 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Unlimited Motors. We had just had triplets on top of our two older girls and really needed a larger vehicle. The entire process went extremely well and we couldn't be happier. The vehicles on the lot are all clean and in really good shape with several very nice collectibles inside. Warranty info was straight forward and I didn't get the stereotypical "used car salesman" from any of the staff. The process was much easier than any other car lot I or my wife have purchased from. The trade in process was fair and exactly what I went into it expecting to get. The facility inside is a little industrial for a car lot, but don't let that full you, their team is great and their cars are excellent. We are needing another larger vehicle and they are currently finding exactly what we want. We will absolutely buy from them again!

Stopped by yesterday (3/5/16) to look at a car I saw listed on the internet. Drove in, walked lot and was never greeted, helped, etc. and couldn't find car (though salesmen were visible in the lobby/building). With so little interest shown we left - never to return.

Dave and the guys at Ride N Drive are great. The cars on the lot are top notch and they have excellent Carfaxs to back them up. I called ahead of visiting to check on the vehicle I was interested in. Dave was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions I had on the vehicle. When I showed up to the dealership, he had the car pulled around front and the keys ready. After taking the car for a test drive, we were able to sit down and look at the numbers. We were able to settle on a clean out-the-door price and Dave was transparent and straight forward throughout the whole process. When I showed up the next day to sign the paperwork, they had it all ready for me and I was in and out in 15 minutes. They even took the time to go put gas in the car while I was finishing the paperwork. Ride N Drive really does it right and they were by far the best dealer I have ever worked with. I will be heading back to them for future purchases for sure. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to the guys at Ride N Drive!

The gentlemen at this dealership are some of the most honest and upfront individuals I have ever encountered at any dealership. Rodney, Dave, and Whitney are fabulous and offer exemplary customer service. The vehicle that I purchased is of superior nature compared to the vehicles that I have seen at any other used car dealership. I highly recommend working with the guys at Ride N Drive. They are welcoming, helpful, and willing to work with you. I test drove a few of their cars MULTIPLE times and they never hesitated to assist. The buying process was very straight forwarded and they offered a very competitive financing option. We are from the south side and had never heard of Ride N Drive. I called to inquire on a vehicle and told Dan we would be there around 1:00. We arrived at 2:00 and he had it pulled up to the door. We looked it over and Dan greeted us, asking if we wanted to take it for a drive. No pressure, just took my license, made a copy and we left! We were gone for quite a while, taking turns driving and looking it over. Came back to the lot and told them we wanted to talk numbers. Dan had Dave come in to go over financing. No back and forth with the salesman disappearing to the finance office...everyone was right there, communicating openly. Decided to do a trade, so Dan looked up our vehicle and gave us a fair price. Financing came back quickly and numbers were so clean. Dave even turned the screen for us to see the numbers...all of them! Nothing hidden, it was a clean transaction and we were pleased. We then took the vehicle to the south side to pick up our trade. We were gone for 3.5 hours, going through the vehicle and situating kids who had arrived home from school, so we could go back to sign papers. We arrived back right before closing and they were still so nice, no pressure and we were back on the road quickly! I usually loathe buying cars...this was so different!! Really, no pressure. The guys were great to work with, not the usual "hounds" at the lot and the financing was so relaxing. Sitting there with the salesman and the finance guy, vs. the price/finance game of numbers was so nice. We would definitely recommend Dan and Dave at Ride N Drive and we will go back when we are in need of another vehicle. Thanks, guys!

After seeking to purchase 2 cars at the same time, I went through 14 dealers and many cars online. After 2 weeks, I found the PERFECT dealer--Ride N Drive in NE Indy. My questions were answered and they located 2 cars that met my needs in terms of selection and price. The process took less than an hour. Dan Lesher was exceptional--no pressure and superior customer service during and after the closing. David handled the paperwork with professionalism. PATIENCE with the process made the selection process in freezing cold a pleasure. Their selection was more than expected. ALL of the staff were great. I already have an order in for a used Lexus in 7 months--and they will find the perfect car for me. My 2 cars (a Lexus for me and an awesome Nissan for my son) are beyond expectation. They were fully inspected by my mechanic and found to be way above average. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS DEALER--in my opinion...!!

They had a car that I was very interested in and wanted to test drive but it would not start the day I was there because of the cold. They didn't have a chance to get it in the shop. I was to receive a call as soon as they had it running, I was ready to purchase!! Here we are almost three weeks later with no phone call and when I call to check on the car I am repeatedly told they haven't had time to get it in the shop. Lame customer service and attitudelost sale!!!

Walking the walk... We purchased two BMWs approximately 6 month ago from Ride N Drive. They both had significant mileage (130+ K miles) so we knew it was likely they would have some mechanical issues along the way. Well the X5 alternator failed on me last week so I had it towed to a local service shop in Fishers. They informed me it was the alternator and also the battery. They wanted to charge me about 1200.00! So I called the authorized BMW dealer here in Indy and they estimated it at nearly 2000.00!! As an side.. word to the wise on BMWs .. the alternator is liquid cooled and difficult to get to for replacement. The same can be said for the battery. Anyway, I called Ride N Drive and spoke with Dan to see if he could recommend a service dealer. After hearing our situation he (Dan at Ride n Drive) suggested I let their BMW mechanic look at. Dan let me know after they looked at it that they could replace the alternator for 420.00! Additionally he let me know that the battery was fine and did not need replacement. I was suspect of the first shop I went to and my suspicions were right as they tried to sell me an unnecessary battery. I'm posting this because it's so rare to come across a company that sells cars that displays this kind of integrity. They do truly 'walk the walk'. I think it deserves being mentioned. Definitely plan on purchasing our next vehicles with Ride N Drive again. Thank you!! C&A Nelson

I purchased a used car from them yesterday. Dan was very easy to work with. There was no pressure or pushing to buy a car like I'm use to with other car salesmen. When I had trouble with my bank and I had to be on the phone with them, he was very patient and assissted whenever needed. They made the process so easy. I'm happy with the experience and would recommend them.

I purchased a truck here on Sep. 5, 2013. I delt with Dan and Kristen who made us feel relaxed and at ease through the whole process. I havent bought a vehicle for quite some time and was dreding to go. Not here it was an easy going process and both Kristen and Dan wheeled and deal with me. I bought my first car from Ride N Drive about 3 weeks ago. I waited to ensure all was well with the car before posting. I drive the car approx 80 miles a day and it has run perfectly since purchase. I can not say enough of how positive this purchase experience has been. The day I purchased the vehicle I had actually been at a large name dealer -- rhymes with "Jay-Shillman" with whom I had purchased four other vehicles over the years. You would think loyalty would get you somewhere but Shillman quoted me 1500.00 less for my trade-in than Ride N Drive! Anyway... I was so glad to find Ride N Drive. Dan and Kristin are two of the nicest folks you'll meet and/or deal with in purchasing a car. Absolutely zero pressure or BS sales pitching. The BMW's front display light was not working and when brought to their attention they had their BMW mechanic repair it within 24 hours. This is typically a 600.00 fix for this year/make. No fuss or muss though -- they repaired it no questions asked. If you come in with a fair price in mind for your trade (if you have one) you will NOT be disappointed. They did not try to low-ball or brow beat me on anything. No hidden fees. It was like stepping back in time when you could walk into a car dealer and agree on a price w/ hand shake and by the end that was the price you paid. After having such a positive experience I brought my son in to purchase a BMW 325xi that Car and Driver had listed as one of the top 10 models for college students (2001). Again, no haggling or hidden fees. We agreed on a price and the deal was complete in a matter of an hour. I'm going to have my son post his experience as this was his first time buying a car. Can't say enough of what a pleasure it was dealing with this company. "Shillman" definitely lost one of their most loyal customers to Ride-N-Drive and I couldn't be happier about it!! Thank you!

Typically I approach car shopping with a little less excitement than going to the dentist BUT this place has totally changed my experience! First, they are HONEST which we tend to not associate with used cars. Steve and Dan made this so comfortable and easy plus they had exactly what I wanted!! If you are thinking about a reliable used car purchased from a place and people you can trust...stop looking, you have found it!

I am a huge skeptic and difficult customer when it comes to cars, I hate the whole process mostly. Surprisingly though, this was a fun and relaxed process and Ride N Drive had the best selection of high quality used cars anywhere around here. I test drove a few and walked out with a great used car at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone over their competition in town.

Today I had the chance to buy my son's first car at this location. Our salesman, Don, was very kind and not pushy during the assessment of the cars on the lot during our first visit. He was very informative about the cars on the lot. He allowed us to make a unpressured decision about the car we would like to purchase and then was very professional during the negotiation for the purchase price of the car. The cars are reasonably priced and we feel we got good value with our purchase. The staff was very willing to work with my son explaining how a car purchase is made and describing the logistics of owning a car. Every aspect of the experience was excellent.
