I had forgotten that I prepaid for oil changes for one of my cars and had not taken that vehicle to Uptown for over a year. I expected to pay for the change and the manager on duty told me to put my credit card away because the oil change was covered. I would never have known the difference had he just charged me and sent me on my way, His honesty is very notable. Good job!

Took my truck in for service after dealing with another dealership many times and not only did I get in right away they fixed the problem the first time. Very friendly staff. I ended up returning and buying a truck from them the next week with a 0 preasure experience! They went through everything with me and when I had questions they had answers. Tune up took a long time. I was there for over two hours on Friday. Due to a computer glitch I had to go back on Monday. I was there for about two hours. Car was serviced, that's the most important thing. Everyone was very polite.

Dealership gave a good price for the car and good price on trade. Willing to work in an efficient manner to support customer needs. Other dealers required us to stay for several hours before getting numbers and wanted us to come back the next day etc for more time. We have small kids i.e. we purchased a Mini Van, If Dealers wish to Cater a particular product to folks that would need something like a mini van they should be respective of a parents time. Uptown did just that and we are appreciative. Thanks

Came in without an appointment for an oil change. They worked on my Dodge Durango right away. During the course of the 23 point inspection 2 different filters needed changing. They came to ask permission with said dirty filters as proof they needed changing as I sat in their clean lobby. Also rotated my tires. All this took about an hour and I was on my way. Most times I usually schedule an appointment just before work and they drive me to my job. I really like their professionalism .

In December 2015 I needed a shock replaced on my 2012 Dodge Caravan. It had been damaged by road debris on a trip. On a recent trip I started hearing a noise from that same spot on the van and upon further inspection it looked like the top bolt for that same shock had worked itself out. I took the van in for service and they found the bolt had actually broken. Uptown Dodge replace the bolt at no cost. I was very pleased with their service and attention.

I came in to have an oil change done. Service dept went over packages available. I normally do my own oil changes, but for the cost I ended up purchasing a package. They did a good job. No oil dripping on my garage floor when I got home : ) The dash also indicated my rear passenger brake light was out. It wasn't, but the brake light at the top of the cab was. Service thought it might be a wiring issue. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and dropped the truck off at 8am. It ended up just being a burnt out bulb so it was an easy fix. I don't know if there was any wiring issue. They also did a software upgrade that was available. Overall, I'm pleased with the experience.

I came in for a brake light on the dash, they determined that parts needed to be replaced and it maytake a couple of hours. Dave was on top of the situation all the way and had me in a loaner vehiclein no time. I was able to pick up my van a few hours later and it all went smooth as silk. Great work by Dave and Ken. Admittedly it was a simple problem, right rear tire slowly kept losing air, but I never expected to be able to bring it in, get it fixed and pay less than $30.00 all in less than 3 hours. I brought my car to the Chevy service department at 1:05 pm, waited in the very nice customer lounge for about 80 minutes, service guy found me there and gave me the good news about finding a very tiny nail in my tire. Jamie Baake was a excellent sales professional. He made our automobile search a totally relaxed/no pressure experience. His concern to help us find just that right car and knowledge of vehicles was impressive. It is refreshing to know that we still have great customer service with our younger generation. We just took our Kia Sorrento on a 6 hour drive. It drove wonderfully. Knowing that my husband now has a safe, fuel efficient, all-wheel drive vehicle for our Wisconsin winters is a definent piece of mind. I was pleased with the service I had received. The new tires I had chosen provided a very smooth rideetc. The only complaint Ihave is the gas mileage I'm used to received is just not there. I would say I'm loosing between 3 to5 mpg.

Only inconvenience was I wanted a tire rotation and there was a truck in the bay that couldn't be moved so I had to drive around the building and back in to get my vehicle serviced. The real sign of good customer service is when the provider makes an error, admits it, and makes the correction. I purchased a new Jeep this week and told the dealer how important it was to have 4 wheel drive so I could make it up my driveway in our severe winters here in Wisconsin. I assumed that FWD in the description meant 4 wheel drive. The next morning, after I had driven home my new Jeep, the sales rep called me to tell me about his mistake - that my car was front wheel drive. He had already located an identical vehicle with 4 wheel drive that I could pick up later that day. Great recovery, great service.

We were searching for a new dealer after our old dealership was taken over by new hostile management. We stumbled upon Uptown and were pleasantly surprised to have a professional, respectful, and honest experience from start to finish. We will purchase from them in the future. Stopping by the dealership the day after the purchase, to drop off the title, I was surprised to have a tire pressure light go on in my other vehicle. I asked Josh if someone in the service dept could check the pressures for me and they discovered a nail, which they repaired quickly and reasonably. Very friendly, low pressure, and dependable.

The wait for my oil change was getting a little long, with cars on either side of me moving along. Jacob was able to speed things up by having all of my checks done, while waiting for the car ahead of me to get finished. He also took this time to go over which recall parts we are waiting for and 2 other updates I needed to schedule, when I came in for the recall work. This was much appreciated, as it was a very warm day and it was hot in my car with the engine off, no air on and the garage doors closed. Thank you for shortening up my wait.

Had to have my Chrysler 200 towed in due to an electrical system failure. The car is a factory certified used vehicle purchased at a different dealership, and still covered under the 3 month warrantee. Dave gave me the number to call for towing and took care of the repairs once the vehicle got to their shop (three major electrical components failed simultaneously). There was a delay due to parts availability, but Dave set up a rental car for me to use. Fortunately, everything including the towing and rental were covered under warrantee, so all I had to pay was the $100 deductible.

The Technicians are friendly (as I just had an oil change), however, I bought a Dodge Challenger from them last year and I'm very satisfied with the salesman and overall purchase of the Challenger. I have 3 vehicles and bring them to Uptown for oil changes and they are always friendly and do a good job. My only complaint is they charge extra because a couple of my vehicles use more than 5 quarts of oil but I don't get a reduction on the one vehicle that use less than 5 quarts.

Our car is a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu with about 63000 miles. It is perfect to suit our driving needsService has always gone well at Uptown. Costs are reasonable and service completion time is always prompt and "as promised". The location is perfect for us (10 minutes away). The service area is spotless, everyone is courteous and the service writer (John) explains all expected service and a cost estimate. Since service took several hours time during last week's visit, I was offered a ride home in a company car with a very polite safe driving gentlemen. I can think of no reason to shop around for repair service, a used car, or a new car. I highly recommend Uptown to all my relatives and friends. .

My husband and I wanted to purchase a new 2014 vehicle. We went through our military insurance and received a pre-negotiated no haggle price for the car we wanted where we print a certificate with the pricing and go into the dealership and any certified dealer will honor the price. We've used it before and it's wonderful, no negotiating needed. It's done on our behalf. My husband called prior to going to make sure Uptown not only had the vehicle we wanted but could honor the price, they said yes. So we drove an hour there to get the car. When we arrived they showed us to a 2013 - at no point were we interested in a 2013. Not sure if they thought we wouldn't notice or what. So they showed us their 2014 stock, we decided on the one we wanted and gave them our certificate. The sales manager, Jerrod Wertz, stated he could not give us the pre-negotitated price and wanted $1500 MORE. Stating that no other dealership could as well, he could print their invoices to prove it, etc, etc. We would not agree, again pre-negotiated on our behalf and shouldn't have to pay any more. It was supposed to be as simple as pie. So off we went 20 minutes down the road to the next dealership who was a certified dealer. We walked in with our certificate and within minutes were told they could give us that price (no surprise) with contract in hand. Unfortunately they didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted but were willing to have it transferred the next business day (it was a Saturday), from Uptown. Uptown stated on Monday they had potential buyers on the car (which was us from 2 days before) but would transfer it after if no contact was made with the potential buyers. We got the good news Tuesday morning that Uptown would transfer the vehicle to the other dealership and they were preparing for a driver. Jerrod called my husband that afternoon to see where we were at with the car buying. He informed Jerrod we were in the middle and were in fact getting the car transferred since he could not meet our price but the other dealership could. It wasn't until Jerrod knew it was us requesting the transfer that he then told my husband he was denying the transfer and he had that right because it was his stock and they have limited stock. If it was a business decision I could have accepted that, but to agree to a transfer and then change your mind once you realize it's for the initial buyers you could not sell it too is unprofessional and unethical. It was no longer a business decision but a personal one done out of spite and pure spite alone. Uptown dealership is shady beyond belief! Not only did they lie and tell us they could give us the certificate price, they wasted 4 hours of our time by having us drive an hour each way and spend 2 hours there trying to negotiate what was supposed to be a pre-negotiated no-hassle price! On top of that they tried to switch us out with the older model like we couldn't tell! Then Jerrod acted completely unprofessional by refusing to transfer the car. We would have bought it from him if he had agreed to the price he initially said he would. Not our fault he lied, so we went to a dealership that would take our price. Be prepared to be cheated and screwed over by Uptown if you go to buy a car there! I have never had such an awful experience. There are too many Dodge dealerships around to buy from Uptown, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
