I was met by a salesperson soon after entering the dealership. He was helpful, knowledgeable and did everything possible to make our deal successful. I would recommend Wayne Slater to anyone coming to Urse Honda Bridgeport. I found a vehicle I liked but it was the wrong color. Wayne explained that he could get the color I wanted from another dealership and proceeded to go on-line to check local dealerships. I was there on Wednesday and on Saturday of that same week, I purchased and drove home my new 2016 Touring CRV. Thank you to Wayne and to Mike Davisson for their help in making this experience one of the best I have had at a dealership. I came by myself and was treated like any other customer. I have complained in the past that if a man isn't with you, you sometimes are told things like, "Go home and talk to your husband and come back." I appreciated the respect that was shown me.

We began dealing with Urse in April 2011. We purchased a brand new Accord which was delivered from a dealership in Wheeling. Upon arrival, the front bumper of the vehicle was damaged and we requested a new, undamaged bumper. The salesman assured us a new, factory bumper would be placed on the vehicle. We proceeded with our purchase and drove our Accord home. My husband and I were detailing the car when we discovered the front bumper had been painted, not replaced. The body shop even sprayed clear coat over the fog lights. To further assure us that we weren't imagining things, we found the receipt from the body shop in the dash of the vehicle. The salesman did his best to lie about the incedent until my husband presented him with the sales receipt that we had found in the vehicle. So, strike one against Urse Honda. Shady and rude, to say the least.Fast forward to March 2016. We began looking at a new Civic while having my Accord serviced one day. We talked to a sales woman who knew NOTHING about the vehicles she was selling...she didn't even know the difference in 87 octane, 89 octane, 91 octane, etc. She said that was "foreign to" her. We then spoke with a sales manager, Pat Ozie (whom we have never met before and who appears to no longer work there) about the vehicle we were interested in. First strike against him--he started cursing 5 seconds into the conversation...in front of my 4 year old son. And he continued to curse throughout the conversation--very unprofessional. Then we told him we wanted a new car from the factory, not one off the lot that has been test driven. He told us Honda doesn't do anything like that (they do) and he refused to even consider getting a vehicle from a different dealership. He was a foul, unpleasant man and I didn't/don't trust him any further than I could throw him. In short, I don't trust anyone that I have ever spoken to or dealt with at Urse Honda. They're not knowledgeable about their vehicles, they are rude and foul, and I refused to give them my money. We made the drive 2 hours away to purchase our new vehicle--we got a better deal and couldn't be happier.

We went out to just look at a couple different SUVs offering third row seating. We didn't have any intention of buying a vehicle and planned on deciding which vehicle we liked best within the next week. Upon arriving at this dealer they showed us the Honda Pilot we wanted to see. After driving the vehicle we talked to the sales person and sales manager who gave us a great deal on our current vehicle and a great price on the Pilot. We ended up taking the deal and we love our new Honda Pilot. We dealt with Rebecca, Patrick, and Seth. Thanks for a great experience.

I just purchased my fifth vehicle from Urse Honda and couldn't be happier ( well w/o hitting the lotto or getting a large inheritance). I have purchased 2 used, one certified, and 2 new vehicle from Urse and have always been treated exceptionally well by the sales department. I have had a couple of small issues with the service department but overall am happy there too. It is hard to buy a vehicle at a dealership if you aren't happy with their service department. My most recent purchase was a new 2015 Accord when I was looking for a used one. The price was very good and after checking on taxes and insurance I was happy that I was better off with a new one at that price. My salesman is Justin Urse and anytime I called he either called back and was very good to coordinate assistance with other team members if he was off or busy. I feel like I am a valued customer and that Urse goes the extra distance to meet my needs. If I could suggest one place where I would like to see change it would be a little more competitive pricing in the parts department.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased form Urse Honda, the first being a used CRV in 2012. For a couple weeks we have been watching the used lot for a new to us vehicle. We left completely satisfied and pleased with a 2012 Chevy Traverse that barely seems broken in for an outstanding price! I am in sales myself and put many miles on my vehicles as I go to my clients homes all over. We worked with sales associate Craig Lanham and sales manager Joe Kraegenbrink. After showing us around the lot in the pouring rain the week before, we returned prepared with what we needed should the right one be there. I told Craig what was important to me in features, and he found just the right vehicle that was comfortable and had most of the plusses I wanted for only a little beyond our price. That's when Joe stepped in to make the magic happen... he was able to get us where we were comfortable (actually $30 a month below my upper limit) and went the extra mile to get us financed. They graciously stayed late on a Friday night to get all the kinks worked out on our deal. We stayed in the budget we intended to, did not feel pushed to purchase new or a more expensive model. We have always received top notch service from Sherry and the rest of the service department, which will continue to make us loyal to the Urse family of dealerships. Overall a great buying experience, and hopefully we will come back for many more vehicles in the future!

My wife and I purchased our first Honda today...a 2015 Honda CRV Touring. Rebecca Richards was excellent to work with...one of the best sales persons I have met. She listened to what I wanted and what my budget was without steering me to one particular model. She was very knowledgeable on all the models we looked at and provided an honest opinion to every question I asked. Once I picked out the one I wanted, Rebecca and Pat made the deal I wanted and even more impressive the deal my wife wanted. Purchased a used car from them May 2015. The day I got it I noticed a clunk coming from underneath. Took it to them numerous times and was told it was nothing. Muffler rusted off car in June 2015. Clunking sound continued until car became undriveable in November. Took it to them again and they said it was ball joints. Clunking continued. Took it to a mechanic of my choice. He found that one of my struts was cracked in two. $1200 in repair on a car I had 6 months. They will not make this right, nor do they return phone calls. They have treated me very rudely. Horrible experience! Never buy there! The star rating system on this site is messed up, giving them more stars than I intended. If it were up to me, there would be ZERO stars all around.

I brought my 2013 Acura ILX into Urse Honda to have the tire pressure light checked. I didn't even buy my car from Urse. I didn't know if Urse would help me but as soon as I pulled into the service lane, Sherry Worth approached me and I told her about the tire pressure light. No questions asked, Sherry had my car taken into the service area where they fixed the problem in record time. No hassles, no waiting and NO CHARGE. Wow. I purchased a used car from them in May 2015. The day I brought it home there was a loud clunk from underneath. Immediately took it in and was told it was nothing. Took it back two more times for same thing while under warranty and still told it was nothing. Each time I was handed a blank service paper. In June 2015, the muffler was rusted off and they welded it back and got upset when I demanded a new one. The clunk continued until late November when the car became undriveable. Took it back to service where low and behold it was bad ball joints. They supposedly replaced both. Clunk continued. I took it to another garage and found that both ball joints were NOT replaced and also struts and sway bar needed replaced. One strut is terribly cracked. Cost for repair on a vehicle I've had 6 months was over $1200. Every time I call to get some help with at least paying for parts, the managers pass the buck and talk down to me. Never buy a used car from them.

Urse Honda has the worst Sales Manager that I had to deal with this time. His name was Joe. I had dealt with Chad Givens in the past and he was so nice, but not this greedy nasty man. He wants to steal your trade and charge for services they do not provide. My weasel salesman--Curtis lied to my face. I will NEVER do business with Urse Honda again and I have bought several cars from them in the past. This dealership needs to be investigated so that others are not ripped off too. And the Service Department sucks too. The always make you buy something before you leave whether you need it or not. I am NOT a happy customer and I will be spreading this information all Family and Friends. Thank You.

like the Honda truck, loved J Urso sales man. The sales manager is an xxx. Almost tore up the check and tossed it at him. Remarked why he had not been fired yet? At 71 years don't need any more pain. Took truck in for sticker and oil change (4,300 miles) just to see if service was as bad as the sales Mgr. it was! 1 hour to change oil and put a sticker on the truck. They really should paint the windows in to the service area black so you cannot see how the employes move in slow motion or not at all. When they applied the new sticker they did not remove any of the old glue. Got to clean up around the sticker my self. The only good employee I dealt with was Chloe.

We have bought a 2009 odyssey, a 2014 crv, and just traded our 2009 odyssey for a 2015. Mike was the salesman on our 2009 odyssey, and craig was the salesman for the CRV and the second Odyssey. Both guys are top notch and great to deal with. Mike knows me by name even if he catches me out of the corner of his eye as im fpdriving by after a service appt. Craig was very patient with us and our kiddos as we completed the paperwork etc. we will be back.Sherry in the service department is also fantastic.

The service department is fabulous and probably the reason I keep coming back to Urse for my vehicles. I think it says something about an establishment when they treat you just as good when you are having your car serviced as what they do when you are there to purchase a vehicle.

After reading many dealer reviews online, I decided to drive half an hour out of town to give this Dealer a shot. When we pulled up we were met with a smile, and were directed towards the car we were interested in. I mentioned that I wanted to test drive the vehicle to see the feel of the Honda CVT. I picked out the car I wanted to test drive and was given the key! Not having a sales person in the back seat trying to explain features and distracting me from my real purpose of testing driving was amazing. I felt like I could drive it like I would my own car, and actually experience the vehicle as if I owned it! Once I decided on the vehicle and color, the negotiating process was a breeze! Their no pressure sales tactic is one that many other dealers would benefit to include in their sales process. Curtis was so kind and worked on getting the "deal" we wanted. After the sale the employees were friendly, unlike other dealers that just shoo you away after they have made their sale. I will forever be a Urse Honda Customer!

I have leased 3 CRVs through Urse and will be back again! Wayne was very knowledgeable and concerned that I get the one I really wanted (really wanted the Mountain Air metallic in an EX-L, so he made sure to get one in for me quickly). Went above and beyond. Even called me a couple weeks later to be sure that I liked my car and if I had any questions. Great customer service! Mike D is always super friendly too and knows his stuff when it comes to the leasing details as well.

Went in to trade leased 2012 CRV. Had exceeded my mileage and didn't want to add any more. Showroom was packed and VERY BUSY. Found color we wanted online - Urban Titanium. But someone else beat us to it. Rebecca tried to get us one but from truck that had just arrived but they only left Mountain Air Metallic. We decided to go ahead with the blue one so as to take advantage of sale price. Disappointed that our trade was not valued higher than payoff as was promised when we first leased it but nothing we could do since styles had changed since then. KBB had the same value so knew we were not being cheated. Had to wait til Monday evening to pick up car since just came off truck and had not been processed yet. Waiting was frustrating and gave cause for anxiety over choice of purchase. But when I saw it waiting for us, I fell in love with the Mountain Air Metallic after all. Was happy with choice after all.

Rebecca Richards was very friendly and helpful. This is the fourth Pilot we have bought from this dealer in the last few years and this by far was the best experience we have had, with Rebecca's help. She was helpful and knew the answer to our questions. Only negative I can say is the time from the deal was made to final signing of documents was about three hours. My experience with other dealerships in this step was way less time. However the experience was made better by Rebecca being courteous and helpful. Will buy again from this dealership when the time comes.

They helped me with leasing a vehicle for the very first time. However, the wait time both times I visited was very lengthy. Also, we were not informed ahead of time that the down payment had to include the first vehicle payment as well. So, we were not prepared for the almost three hundred dollar increase on the down payment. Other than that, they were very friendly and had good quality work.

I arrived at the Urse Honda lot on Saturday, March 14 at about 2:15. I walk the entire line of new CRV vehicle. No one helped me. Then I went into the Showroom and stood in the middle of the Showroom for 20 minutes. No one helped me. Took my 2012 Pilot to have a no heat complaint checked on Feb 26th. Was told that it needed to have the heater core replaced and the heater core had to be ordered and the repair person was not going to be working until March 2nd. I took the Pilot into have the heater core replaced on March 2nd and when I picked it up I was given a paper that sort of described what work was performed and it seems the only thing done was the heater core was flushed out not replaced. If the heater core only needed to be flushed out then why did I need to bring the car back to the service dept as they had it all day on Feb 26th and I know that it does not take 8 hours to flush out a heater core much less 16 hours as that is how long the service dept had my car. But as a second thought why does a 2 year old car with 14,700 miles on it even need to have the heater core changed/flushed, unless it was due to poor work this past summer when a major repair to the engine was performed at this service dept. Glad I got the extended service plan as it seems with the what seems to be questionable service work I'll most likely need to use it in the future to "FIX" whatever might go wrong next. I do not feel that Eddie did anything incorrect, but the service techs I'm not sure about.

My boyfriend and I went to Urse Honda in Bridgeport after a horrible experience at another dealership, where we were treated badly. When we arrived at Urse, we were met by a salesman named Tim Smith, who immediately became attentive to what we were looking for. Although in the market for a Dodge truck, Tim directed us to a 2006 Ford which we ended up becoming very interested in. Once my boyfriend and Tim started talking, Tim told my boyfriend he would give an automatic $500 discount because my boyfriend is a Marine Combat Vet and Tim, himself, was an Army Vet. Things seemed to go very well, we were met with attention and priority, and the Sales Manager, Mike Collins, introduced himself to us (also an Army Vet), reassuring us that he would do everything he could to get us this truck. Mike came back with paperwork, giving us a very acceptable trade in on my boyfriend's car and a total $1,000.00 discount on the truck. This all occurred on a Saturday, we spent at least 4 hours at this dealership thinking these were honest people. After about one hour of waiting with no explanation, Mike came out and told us we would not have an answer until Monday and we would be contacted by noon the following Monday. This should have been a sign, but as trusting as we were, we believed him. Monday came, my boyfriend had to call the dealership, and after hours of trying to reach someone, finally physically drove to Urse. When he arrived, he was told that Tim and Mike had been trying all morning to get things in order for this truck. A comment was made to my boyfriend that the staff had spent the morning on the phone with disgruntled customers. That should have been our second sign. My boyfriend was directed to stop in on Tuesday, although Tim would be off, Mike would be in to help and would have an answer for him. Tuesday came, my boyfriend, once again, could not reach anyone on the phone, so physically drove to Urse again, only to be told by ANOTHER SALES ASSOCIATE, completely unrelated to our transaction, that URSE SOLD THE TRUCK. Now, I understand this may be a dog-eat-dog world, however, the audacity of these two older men, who themselves are VETS in our Armed Services, to LIE to the face of a young man who sacrificed his freedom and risked his life to protect our country is completely and utterly unacceptable in my opinion. The fact that we wasted hours of our time on a sham, the fact that we were strung around, lied to, and these two are completely SPINELESS and could not, as "men" come out and be honest is disgusting, revolting, and infuriating. In conclusion, if you are visiting Urse for any reason, do not allow this to happen to you. I do not ask for a lot, neither does my boyfriend, but I do believe honesty is a trait that should not be asked for. If we did not meet the criteria, we could've accepted that and moved on, there was no reason for the lies and the additional wasted time, false hope and complete disregard. I hope these two sleep well at night knowing the impact they have on people, one of which fought for this country to protect soul-less individuals like this.

Went in 100% intending to buy a new Honda CRV. We took along some info we'd found on the net - things like a lower price guarantee, blue book values on our trade in, a pre-approval note from our bank, etc. We're not the most savvy car buyers, but we weren't going in totally blind either. We were offered the car we wanted, at the price we wanted. We had a number in mind for our trade, which was less than KBB quoted on a trade value. We were offered a thousand less because "there has been an airbag deployment". The airbag had never deployed on the car, but it had been in an accident several years earlier and it wasn't worth arguing at that point so we gave the associate the benefit of the doubt. My husband asked what the car would be worth if that had not been the case (the airbag), and the salesperson said it'd be worth $700-800 more.We didn't have checkbook in hand to give them a good faith deposit to pick the new car up, so we agreed to come back the next day with it. In the meantime, my husband dug around online trying to find out how he could see if the airbag had been deployed and found a free tool by carfax for just that. Carfax was, by the way, the service the dealer used to get that info. So of course we find out that the airbag has in fact never deployed in that car. We head in to Urse the next day and bring that up, and the salesperson heads off to look into it, leaving us for the usual long wait as is customary. He comes back, and rather than just admitting he flat out lied the day before, says he misread it. So we ask if our trade is worth more as he said it would be, and he says that no, it's still a "bad" carfax because of the accident. Hmm. That wasn't an issue the day before? He then went into an agressive spiel about how we were wanting retail for our car while wanting wholesale on the new one, which couldn't have been further from the truth. $1500 off sticker is wholesale? We were being berated for hoping for a fair deal.Thankfully, we'd already called up a dealership 90 miles away in Ohio and explained the situation. Their sales associate assured us he could help us. He offered us the car we wanted for $200 less than Urse, and offered us $1000 more for our trade. We took that in to Urse, to see if they would match the deal and win the sale. They made us sit for another half hour while the sales guy and his trade in manager went out and looked at our trade car again. When they came back in and teamed up on us, telling us the most they'd do on the trade was $500 more, we got up and left.There's a happy ending here, though it wasn't with Urse. We drove the 90 miles, and they had our car waiting for us at the other dealer. They never even looked at our trade in, just gave us the amount that Urse fought so hard to not give us. At no point were we made uncomfortable in any way. There were 5 other couples from WV there in Ohio that day buying cars, so that says something about the WV Honda dealer.. When Urse tells you something, double check it. And don't be afraid to take your business elsewhere if things don't add up.
