I highly recommend USA Auto Center if you are in the market for a quality used vehicle. Unlike many car dealers, Tony Mian is a joy to work with. You are treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. This is not your typical large dealership, there is absolutely no hard sell and with Tony's pricing philosophy, no need to haggle or play numbers games. The car is priced fairly from the start. I was in the market for a Nissan Leaf and Tony's knowledge of the Leaf was outstanding and so very helpful as I had never driven an EV before. In all, this used car was in pristine shape and in perfect working order. The purchasing process was very quick and painless and I was literally in an out in an hour or so. The last time I bought a car, it was worse than people typically expect (or about the same I guess). I physically felt like I needed to take a shower at the end of the process and I had only wanted to buy the car for the listed price with financing I had already arranged outside... a couple visits and about 4 hours later I was ready to scream. Not so with Tony! He prices his vehicles well and lets you make the decision at your leisure. He's available, friendly and courteous. Plus, he got my financing worked out when even my own employer (a bank) wouldn't! I will definitely look to Tony first for my next vehicle purchase as he was truly a pleasure to work with. Tony is a great dealer! I came to Denver from far away and he waited in my hotel for half an hour to give me a courtesy ride. The car (06 Jeep Liberty) runs great and he gave me great price that no other dealers will do. When I was stucked the storm last Friday, he called his friend to help me out and got me covered by insurance. When I have to drive a new car back from a city that I have never been, he gave me lots of useful information and waited till 2:00 in the morning till I savely arrived home, then he went to sleep! How many time in you life you will buy a car and how much do you expect your dealer can take care of you! I am not talking about the car because that is not much important when you deal with a good dealer with good personality. You can simply trust him and take his offer by trusting that he will not put you in a bad deal. It is that simple to deal with Tony!

I have been searching for a bmw 7 series for 4 months now. I came across one on cars.com for an amazing price. We thought it was to good to be true because at two other dealerships it was almost doble the cost with only about a 5000 mile difference. We purchased a 2008 Nissan quest. First of I called and talked to Toni over the phone. He gave us a great deal so I felt can you put this in writing. Toni said I have given you my word and truly we drove from Colorado Springs we got there and he did us steps better. I wondered are there still such honest people who put people before money? Toni is so honest and truthful it felt like we were dealing with family. That weekend I took the vehicle for a courtesy inspection and the car came out different with a weird sound on the rear tire. Anyhow the dealership explained how the problem was already there due to a weak control arm, in retrospect the courtesy check created a problem (be careful where you take your car). I called Toni the next Tuesday and he was so gracious. He knew it was the other dealership that created the problem but on top of the super great deal he gave us for the vehicle he still had it taken care of at his expense. I am still in awe. It's such a breathe of fresh air to run into honest and kindhearted people. Thank you Toni! God bless you and your business!!!

We found Tony and USA Auto Center on Cars.com while looking for a 2005-2010 Honda Odyssey. The price that was advertised was almost too low to be believed, but we were out and about, so we called Tony to see if we could stop by and see the van. Tony showed us the van and gave us a lot of useful information regarding the experiences he had had with Odysseys in the past and other things to watch out for. The van was in as good of condition as any of the ones we had seen at Kuni, only the price was about $2k less than them. After purchasing the Odyssey, we noticed an oil leak, so we promptly contacted Tony to ask about what could be done. Tony assured us that he would take care of the leak at his expense (something that frankly surprised me). We have now had the Odyssey for about 2 weeks and it's running perfectly, and Tony has been in contact with us to ensure that everything is working well. Very happy with this experience, and I can't believe I haven't heard of USA until now.

This was the 14th car I have purchased in my life. This was one of the easiest and quick transactions I have experienced. Tony was a pleasure to work with. He was able to work around my schedule and we got the deal done very quickly. it was none of the usual back and forth like at most dealerships. He doesn't price his cars high and then make you work down to get to a price more than you should have paid. His price was also much lower for same car at other dealerships and even private sellers. The car was clean, in great condition,and most importantly drives great. I may actually keep this one for a while. It even smells new! I am very happy with my purchase. I wasn't able to pick up the vehicle that evening but everything was in order for the next day. I stopped in during my lunch hour, finished the paperwork and picked up the keys, so I could take the car home after rush hour. I have no reservations recommending USA Auto Center and Tony Mian. My husband and I bought our 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour from Tony M at USA Auto Center and I could not be more pleased. Tony is a very kind, decent, honest, and caring person. We purchased our car sight-unseened as we live in Wyoming. I was flying back from a business trip and got off in Denver where Tony picked me up personally late on a Friday night and drove me back to his office where we quickly completed our papers and I was on my way. He even called the next morning to make sure I made it home because he wanted to ensure my safety. I would (and plan to) buy my next car from Tony without hesitation. He is low-key but always available on his cell phone and very straightforward about what you are getting and anything you should be concerned about. I can't say enough about how pleasant this car-buying experience was. Oh and by the way I got an unbelievable deal on the car because he doesn't have sales people to pay commissions to on top of the deal so we got it for thousands under book value....AND WE LOVE OUR CAR! Go to Tony; you won't regret it. And if you read carefully the one or two less-than-perfect reviews here you will see that Tony responds to the issues and I can say that I felt comfortable doing everything including sending our cash to Tony before ever meeting him.

I had such a good experience that whenever I hear that a family member, friend or co-worker is looking for a car, I always recommend they check-out USA Auto Center first. USA doesn't carry a huge inventory but the cars they have are always quality & always priced reasonably. I'm now back in the market to purchase a pickup so I contacted them again. This time I will be using their car finder service. It's a weight off my shoulders knowing I can tell them the vehicle specs I'm looking for, and they will find me the right truck. I'm moving out-of-state soon but I have a feeling whenever I'm in the market for a vehicle - I'm still going to go with USA Auto Center as it's still going be a great deal even with the added vehicle transport/shipping. It's nice knowing you really do have someone in the car selling business who understands the importance of building long-term good customer relationships.

Beginning of summer, I was looking for a car and I happened to drive by this dealership and decided to stop by. Shortly after our arrival the owner of the dealership excellently took care of us and I walked out with a Kia Rio that day. Since then any maintenance issue that came up was taken care of by Tony and he fairly assessed the charges showing me all labor costs etc. I would highly recommend this dealership to any student /person looking for a vehicle at a fair price. I have a few friends who have shared similar experiences with this dealer.

Bought a Nissan Versa 2010 S Model at cheaper than Market rate from this dealer. Tony Mian was courteous and helpful. Car runs good since last 3 mths. Only issue is that CD player was not working. But its Ok, as the mp3 aux input works, and that suffices now a days. In Short: Price - Excellent Quality of Car - Very Good Quality of Service - Very Good

I found they had a great selection of cars on the lot, but my purpose was to go find a nice 7 series BMW and sure enough they had just what I was looking for. I purchased a minivan from this dealer. It was nice and clean with high miles. They had just put new tires on it. Drove it to my office from the dealer and the front wheel fell off, damaging the body. They said it wasn't their fault and wouldn't even speak to their tire company on my behalf. I purchase several vehicles a year for my business and have not returned to this dealer and will never in the future.
