My experience at me latest service visit was exceptional, my only complaint is that when I brought my 2017 Quest in for its initial Multi-point inspection the technician found nothing that needed to be repaired, but a month later when I came in for an oil change suddenly, my rear breaks popped up on the multi-point, then the next month my front breaks and drive belt. Why weren’t these issues caught at first inspection? I’ll never know, but the service department all-round very nice.

Last year I went to this dealership and met Grant Lion while I was looking for a new truck. Unfortunately we weren't able to come to a deal then but I liked his attitude and honesty. I went back last week after asking Grant to see if he could work some magic for me and this time we were able to make the deal and I never once felt any pressure to make a deal I didn't want. Awesome guy!

Nissan of Vacaville is top notch for getting your car serviced. I had my oil changed and the service department went out of there way to get it done fast and efficient. When it was finished the service tech came in to inform me that my car was finished and even offered me assistance with getting up after noticing I had a cane due to leg issues. Five stars wish I could give more.

Our sales person was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain all the features and listened carefully and understood our needs. We never felt rushed or pressured and time just breezed by. It was a very pleasant experience from the sales person to the gentlemen that assisted us in signing papers.
