I scheduled a normal mileage package for $114.90 that listed 22 services for the package. When I arrived I told the service person that I was scheduled for the normal mileage package for $114.90. She was not pleasant or professional at all. She begun by giving me individual prices for all the services that were included in the normal mileage package. I informed her that on the website it stated that the services were included in the package. She stated that the prices on the website were incorrect. I told her that it was not my issue if the website had false information. She rudely stated the she does not control the website and all the services had individual prices. At that point I said I would just get the oil change if I couldn't get the service I scheduled. She was so rude in the conversation that I had to ask her name because at that point I knew I would be contacting the company. She told me her name was "Tori". After I asked her name, she begin to speak to me in a softer tone of voice and out of the blue she wanted to be nice and said she happened to find a coupon for the oil change. I scheduled for the normal mileage package and ended up only getting an oil change and the multi point inspection. I now have to find another dealership to get my services performed. At this time I do not plan on going back to Dan Vaden. If my decision should change in the future, I will not have Torie as my service person.

It was my first time going to vaden of Beaufort, I didn’t know where to go for customer service. I parked next to the sign and walked into the building looking found the anti covid table and stood there. Three or four employees looked at me through the glass, didn’t acknowledge I was there. I thought maybe I’m in the wrong place. Went to sales and finally got some direction on where to go. I needed an alignment, I let the customer service rep know the my steering wheel needed to be turned to the left to drive straight. The truck didn’t pull to the left or right. I got the message my truck was ready. Was told it was aligned. Paid and left. I turned right out of the dealership onto a straight road and had to have my steering wheel turned to the left to drive straight. I wasn’t happy I turned around went back to customer service, and let a rep know. He asked if I had the spec sheet I showed him the paperwork I was given. It wasn’t there he went into the office got the spec sheet and said the wheels are aligned. I explained that the wheels were not aligned to the steering wheel, and that I mentioned it before the alignment was done. He wasn’t happy about me saying that the job wasn’t done right. He went to the back and again came out and told me we can do it again but you won’t be happy cause we’re going to tell you your steering box is worn. If the gear box was worn why wasn’t it mentioned when I picked up my truck. Obviously I wanted my truck aligned right I came back and talked about my issue. but when he said my gearbox was worn and I’ve already paid for the job and was told everything was good I didn’t want anyone there to touch my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to Vaden of Beaufort.

My rating is based on the service I received.On the way to the airport I hit an object in the road. My tire had a huge hole in it.After road side services arrived and put the temporary tire on; I called Vaden of Beaufort.Their first concern was if I was ok and did they need to send help.After letting them my status, they told me to come on in and they would take care of everything. I was told up front how they set appointment but due to the emergency would work my car in as soon as possible. 1 - They made sure I was ok.2 - They explained their process and what I could expect. They took care of their commentments to current customers and me.3- I never felt like I was putting them out; I was treated like a VIP.4. They care about the customer and it shows; they keep you up to date on what is taking place with your car.Annie has excellent people skills. All the people of Vaden make sure you leave with 100 percent satisfaction.

Had my truck in there 3 times back to back now so far for the same issue. They kept my truck for 10 days the first time. 2nd time was told i could have a loaner to find out they told me they did not have one when I arrived. The second time I picked it up they told me if it acted up again they would have to replace the fuel rail because it was rusting...The fuel rail is not even metal! Just wanted to keep taking my money to swap parts out to cover there incapacitate mechanics. Picking the truck up for the third time this afternoon and they claim it is a coil and want to charge more money. I can buy the part for $50 at the parts store and replace in 20 minutes...and they wanted $375 to change the part or charge me $120 for diagnostics (nothing)...feel like the already had two times so far to diagnose. I hope to never have to go back.

This was my fourth purchase from Vaden and I have sent several referrals. Wayne will get you the vehicle you want, if it's not there he will find it at one of the many vaden dealerships and have it the next day. When you purchase your vehicle Wayne will not only walk you through on how everything works and set it all up, he'll take you to the service dept and introduce you to the fine people that will take care of your vehicle. The service dept is great! I always call to make an appointment for my oil change and such and Anne Hurley (my service advisor) will always ask me when and what time is good for me. One time I went for service and Anne saw where there was a recall on a part so she got me a loaner to use and called me when they were done a few hours later. Wish I could give more stars for the dealership and these wonderful people that take care of me and my vehicles!!

Your staff is always friendly and efficient. I did not have an appointment and they were able to repair my tire in a timely manor. When I picked up my vechicle the new employee tried to help, she was upfront about being new and having trouble finding my invoice (the others were busy). She maintained a positive attitude and her co-worker (once available) actually took the time to walk her thru what she needed to do vs. just taking over. They even thanked me for my patience. Kudos to the team!

Went over to Vaden to look at a new Buick Envision. Found a very nice car and inquired about a 3-yr. lease. Did not expect to enter into one at that time because we had to sell our existing car. Was very surprised to get " an offer we could not refuse" and signed the lease immediately thereafter. Then drove our new SUV home. Salesman could not have been nicer /well informed. This dealership was the last stop in my search for a new truck. After many failed attempts from other dealerships from the Georgia/South Carolina area, Vaden Chevorlet of Beaufort was able to meet my needs. We covered several trucks with many price points before arriving at the 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 I drove home! The Sales Manager Trey and my Salesman Seymore's customer service was second to none. After a few hours of price comparisons we were able to agree on a deal that I could pass up! Once all that was decided, I looked at my watch and realized I was going to be late. The Vaden team came together with great haste to get my closing documents and truck ready for my trip back to Georgia. service was very good. this is my 3rd car from vaden. try to make sure that you have 2 sets ofkeys or transmitters\\\ , the last 3 cars I bought I had to wait for either keys or transmitter to be sentfrom savanna, that meant driving 120 miles round trip.

Last oil change I used vaeden of savannah which is only a few minutes from my house but I was unhappy with the service for a number of reasons so this time I drove a hour out of my way to take my car to vaden of Beaufort and it was worth it. I considered purchasing a car from Vaden for two reasons. 1) I had seen how well my parents were treated in their purchase and 2) I have used their service department and was impressed by how well I was treated there. The sales department was first rate. It was clear they wanted my business but I was not given a "hard sell" (which is a quick way to get me not to buy a car). They stuck with the trade price even though I had an issue with the car I was trading. They will easily get my repeat business and I love my new car!

Seymour did an excellent job hearing our needs, getting to a budget we could afford, and helping me set up my new car with my phone and personalized features. He understood we were on a tight budget and timeframe and helped get us in the car of our choice and did not waste our time. He was fabulous and everyone was very friendly/easy to work with. In the past, we have had unpleasant car dealership experiences at other dealers, but this experience at Vaden was as good as it gets. Would recommend to anyone and would go back again and again. I want to personally thank Shiela Saunders for all the hard work she did, given the circumstances surrounding her during this hurried sale, and subsequent auto transport of the car prior to the heavy rains and the additional fallout of rain from Hurricane Jaoqiun. With her diligence we were able to ge the car picked up and transported away proir to this cataclysmic event. Our sales associate, Sylvia Lewis, was phenomenal. She was a delight to work with. She took time to explain things and if she did not know the answer, she found out. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. My husband and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a new vehicle. This is the 5th vehicle we have bought from Vaden and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a car, SUV or truck. During inspection, we found a spot in the headliner and brought this to Sylvia's attention. She had them look at it when they went to detail the car. During cleaning, they ripped the headliner. Sylvia promptly had them order a new one. The people doing the detailing need to be more careful . We are waiting for the new headliner to arrive.

Hadn't bought a car in 15 years. Never did I expect the royal treatment upon arriving at the Vaden Dealership. Skip greeted us as we got out of our car and were served by Sylvia, Josh and Sean at the appropriate and continuous passing of the guard. Engaged with another at the time, Sylvia turned us over to Josh who showed us every choice we could possibly have made (since my husband and I were at odds on the make and model). Josh was patient, enthusiastic, and humorous answering all our questions. When our choice was made, he turned us back to Sylvia who after answering at least 100 more questions, made our sticker shock shakes turn to smiles. Leasing was the best choice for us all the way around. While a short time was needed before we were to see Sean in Finance, and Sylvia finished the paper work, Skip came over and engaged us in conversation. Sean ran through the financials (like the wind) and we were back to Sylvia and Josh who made us feel like family leaving the showroom. Sylvia is a super and knowledgeable Sales Rep with years of experience with a quality dealership. We can't say enough about Vaden and the sales representatives. Three days later when we needed help, the service was again quick and superior.

The lounge offers comfort, snacks, coffee, tv, etc. When taking in your vehicle for service, the advisors are quick, thorough and friendly. I also appreciate the follow up calls, and reminders when service is due. Everyone at Vaden is friendly, courteous and professional. Josh Magness has always been my "go to" person and his knowledge, helpfulness, honesty, and friendliness are exemplary. Brought my sons Pontiac G-5 in for the ignition recall. GM provides a rental while awaiting parts, due to unsafe ignition which can shut down car. Vaden's policy is to keep the car, awaiting parts. Four weeks later, received call to bring car in (they had the car). Next call was to pick up car. The Service Advisor stated "all keys have been checked out to work, but please double check" When I asked where the car was, she said somewhere in the back lot. After a couple of laps in the lot, found the car. Well they The keys didn't work for the door, or trunk. So back to the Advisor. She tried a couple more times, and failed. Then she handed me another key for the door and trunk, (old school GM key method) and said thats just the way it is. We never were asked into the a/c waiting room, nor was offered water or the likes. Just plain poor all the way around.

All details of our intent and history was provided weeks prior to our arrival. Salesperson was aware we were driving over 1 hour to the dealership and anticipated she would have had been better prepared. She prepared the car trade-in report while we were there and calculated our financing options. The salesperson had current credit history, trade in info (even though we advised we may sell on our own) and after arrival she informed that the proposal she gave us over the phone was not possible. Nothing changed from the info she had prior to our arrival and the info she acquired while we were there. Wasted allot of time, gas money; we would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone. Poor Customer Service.

I have been in the market for an Acadia for about 1 month. My husband contacted multiple dealerships to check pricing. He went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. We got home with the car and discovered a very minor problem, we contacted him and he immediately arranged for the repair to be made. I would recommend Vaden of Beaufort because the staff is very helpful and friendly. My wife an I went in looking to buy a 2013 Malibu. We were set on this particular car. We actually talked before going in to the dealer about if they tried selling us anything else we were going to just say no and walk out. Well that didnt happen because now we have a 2013 Impala in our driveway. Thanks to Josh Magness. When he told us about the Impala i was instantly like nope. But once he started telling us how nice of a car it really was and how safe it was my wife and i got to thinking. What sounded like a deal to good to be true was actually reality. Although they werent very negotiable on the price i feel that i struck a pretty good deal and also met some very nice out going people.
