I had a 2:00 appointment for an oil change. I asked if the tires could be rotated and the service man said that he would give me the works. I purchased a Ford F-150 ecoboost 3.5 liter 4x4x for it he combination of towing and gas mileage when not towing. Seth was very helpful and didn't try to pressure me at all. He got help from others to answer my questions when he didn't know himself or he looked up the info I wanted. All in all it was a very good experience.

I had been looking at a Ford Taurus at drivevalleyford. I talked to Keith a number of times leading up to the purchase. He called me one day and told me that there were two other people that were interested in buying the Taurus. Because I was the first to contact Valley Ford about the Taurus, he called me to give me the first chance to buy, and we did. I enjoyed talking with Keith, the salesperson. He answered all my questions in a pleasant and professional manner. He explained my options and the pros and cons of the different models, but I never felt pressured to choose a certain one or hurried to make up my mind. Nor did he patronize me because I am a woman and/or older. I hate being called "dear" or "honey" by people unless they know me extremely well. People from the Deep South do that to everyone, and that's okay because it's a cultural thing. Not racial, but cultural. I used to be a salesperson in the city of Chicago, so I especially appreciate the professional treatment. And yet, Keith and the other staff I spoke with, were friendly. So, thank you all for helping me.

Had 15,000 mile service. Staff was OK but I had to ask about air filter and Tire rotation, was only going to do break fluid and oil change. Staff should know what is recommended on 15,000 mile service. I only knew because I read my book and you should have a set fee instead of giving me all prices for each service

Replaced defective key. Took two weeks to get replacement part. Quick to program when brought in truck. Mentioned that truck stalls and then surges when take off from stop. Technician did not find problem. Advisor did not address issue when received truck. Will request addressing problem again when bring for service. Advisor friendly and professional.

At your dealership Sabrina was very helpful and professional. She was very easy to deal with and got us the deal we were looking for.I asked Sabrina and Rudy (I think this was his name) to specifically NOT to mess with the Sirius Radio on the car. Rudy took it upon himself to go ahead and connect it for us. I currently had Sirius on the car we were trading in. I had to call them and switch the cars anyway so I just wanted to do it myself. Instead of listening to me Rudy changed my email address with sirius, thus causing me to get flooded with emails on my Business email account. It cost me about 2 hours of work trying to get the whole mess figured out and back to normal. Had I been allowed to do it myself would have been much easier. I have had Rudy try to help me in the past when we bought our trade in from Valley Ford. I specifically went to a different sales person this time for this very reason. Didn't work out to well for me this time either.Oh and one more thing I don't understand is why Rudy would think that it is ok to call me at 9 pm to see how we like our car. That is way to late for any kind of sales call. I don't even call my friends that late at night. I would expect way more professionalism from a dealership like Valley Ford.All in all I am very pleased with my experiences with Valley Ford, we absolutely love our Ford Fusion. During a routine oil change I mentioned that my rear differential was shuddering (grabbing) when I made turns. They checked it and diagnosed probable bad clutches in the rear differential. My extended warranty was due to expire in a few days so Wade Remillard scheduled a timely appointment. The problem was corrected before the warranty expired. This was greatly appreciated.

I brought my 2003 Mustang in for routine maintenance plus replacement of radiator hoses because of the cars age and mileage. The technician advised me that the radiator hoses were still in excellent condition and didn't require replacement at this time. I still had them replaced for peace of mind, but I appreciated the technicians honesty and opinion that the repair really wasn't necessary. Not all shops are that honest, but Valley Ford always has been.

this was the first major service on my 2003 Mustang GT. The repairs and services were performed on time and the price was actually below the estimate! The technician, Kyle treated my car like his own and used seat covers and floormats and cleaned the oil residue from my wheels due to a leaking axle seal. The service department employees, vehicle maintenance was done in a timely matter. I really like the courtesy car option of being transported back and forth after leaving the car.

We bought a 2014 Escape, we had shopped around for several months and could not find a car with the equipment we wanted and also the interior color we liked. Rudy was a great salesman, he didn''t pressure us and spent a lot of time explaining all the features and how they worked. Rudy really knew the car he was selling!! Other members of the staff were pleasant and we felt verycomfortable in the dealership. The car drives very well and we love it!1

Altima 2014 took car in a couple of times to have a recall fixed, (airbag light was staying on). Was fixed then a few weeks later light came on again.

Service on 2012 Nissan Sentra (routine oil change). They took the car on time and were finished 20 minutes early. The Service desk person (Rebecca), was especially polite and helpful; she took the time to explain to me the benefits of joining the Nissan on-line group when I had been less than receptive to the idea when first presented by her. The cost is another plus; $15 less than where I take my other vehicle. The dealship room is clean, well lit and had coffe available during the wait.

My 2013 Altima, with only 6,000 miles on it, was hit in the Fred Meyer parking lot and the person left. I have Geico insurance and they scheduled a rental for me, but didn't show up and didn't have a car available. Ryan Donaldson heard me getting cranky with Enterprise and said "we have a rental you can use". He had the paperwork done and me out the door in 15 minutes. Body shop did great job, Manager and staff all great and everything looked new again and the service dept. (the girl that covered for Becky) did a great job of servicing the car and doing a Nissan Recall. Thank you very much, very nice to have everybody care.

I NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE, THEY SET UP A TIME TO DO THAT AND EVERY THING WORKED VERY WELL AND PRECISELY ON TIME AS PROMISED. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.I WILL CERTAINLY TO THEM FOR MY FUTURE CAR NEEDS.
