I recently purchased a new Accord from Valley Honda Naperville/Aurora over the holiday weekend. This was my first new car purchase, and it was a quick and painless process from beginning to end. Most of all I was very impressed with my salesman, JD Olivares. Not only was he clear and direct in his communication style (over the phone and in person), but he is also an extremely genuine and trustworthy professional. His approach is quite natural and he did not come across as a pushy salesman and I didn't feel rushed. I came prepared and knew the deal that would work best for me and he definitely listened to me. From the moment I walked into the dealership, until I left, I felt taken care of-even though it was very busy and I had to wait. Free coffee and water-and the ability to check out the cars while I waited for someone to free up to walk me through the process of car-buying. Alicia was assigned to me. She was very sweet, knowledgable and non-assuming, and listened for what I was looking for. She and the finance manager gave me so much great information about price packages, that I learned a lot about the whole leasing verses buying options. I felt very informed. This was a no-pressure environment, and even though I was there for almost 3 hours, I did not feel stressed or pressured in the least. Not only did she keep in touch with me off and on for months, she always responded in a prompt and courteous way. Came to service my GF old Pilot with a thought to replace it with a new smaller car. Having done my homework, checked out new Fit. Dave Kemp showed me the car and explained all of its features. I liked excellent safety ratings, safety features, versatility, multiple interior transformation possibilities and very nice infotainment system of this little car. Got a good deal for 2016 Fit EX and signed lease on spot. Thanks to Dave, I enjoyed the entire process of buying my new car at Valley Honda.

Great selection of vehicles. I scheduled a test drive with Brandon Sullivan, who showed me both the HR-V and CR-V in multiple trim levels. When it came time to make a purchase decision, Brandon was on vacation and my request was transferred to Julie Olsen and Jim Hanahan. My family and I came on a very busy Saturday and were kept waiting about half an hour past our appointment time. After that, things went smoothly and I had a lease on a CR-V EX within about three hours, including a drive to the lot to check out color options. One standout employee who is not named below was the woman stocking the coffee bar. She overheard my children looking for hot chocolate and immediately found us some within a cabinet. I also enjoyed that the dealership did not hassle me between my test drive and two weeks later when I signed a lease. They gave me prices, and then gave me space to make a decision. I've dealt with other dealerships that called daily and it was a real turn off.

Billy and Cesar were great to work with while purchasing our minivan. Billy was not at all pushy with the add on items but very knowledgeable and informative. It was a unique situation because I was downgrading my 2014 oddessy to a 2012 to save money. Billy, and everyone else involved in my deal, Cesar, James and Mario were all sensitive to the situation and made it happen. I couldn't be happier with my deal and my new "old" van!! We gave up after waiting for a long time and approached Ms. Bugdalski. She apologized for her colleague's irresponsible treatment and helped us. My kids, wife, and I had a great experience then on. When we saw the Honda Accord Sport, we (or at least I did) knew that was the car! I've been driving manual transmission vehicles for over 30 years so that was a must. Not many mid-size vehicles come with the manual transmission option but the Accord does. Unfortunately that desire coupled with our color choice was a rare combination so we had to factory order. It took a few weeks but the wait was worth it! Our overall buying experience was great. Thanks.

I was very pleased with my experience at Valley Honda and with Tom Propersi! The service there is incredible. We had spoken with a manager over the phone before we got there. Once we got there he connected us with Tom. Tom was so helpful in answering our questions and guiding us through the process. It was the first time that we had leased a car through our business and we had no idea what we were supposed to do! Tom was so helpful with this process. Tom was also so helpful in explaining all the features of my new Touring CRV. I had my last CRV for 12 years, so I was not used to any of the features available in new cars. I love my new car!!! It is amazing!! Tom was so clear and patient when explaining all the features and even helping me set up the features that are typically more complicated. I will definitely get my next car at Valley Honda and ask for Tom specifically! Lastly, the service center is incredible... wow... so many computers and TVs in the waiting area. It is beautiful, comfortable and easy to hang out there while waiting for your service. They were very fast and responsive as well.

Sales people always are nice when your looking to purchase a vehicle. But after we bought our Honda Ridgeline and went to pick-up the truck, Tom gave us the red carpet treatment. He was very attentive and went beyond what we expected in getting our vehicle ready to take home, taking time to explain and show us the features of the vehicle. This was the easiest experience I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. After completing a test drive early in my new car search, I was given an extremely good first offer value. Without that initial offer, I wouldn't have made a decision that quickly. No nonsense sales staff that listened to me and exhibited patience typically absent in car sales people. Fred was especially knowledgeable and helpful in locating the exact vehicle I was looking for. He got all of the information prepared ahead of time so that I was in and out in less than an hour when I went to pick up the new car.

I was so up and down on what I wanted to do after my Nissan lease was up. I was referred to Kevin by a great friend who raved about him. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable as he informed me about the features of the two vehicles. After test driving both autos, he worked with me presenting numerous financing options. Brandon gave me all the information one could want in making an informed decision. After making a decision he worked very hard so I could drive the car home that evening. Also, he was very patient in helping me set up the voice activated phone feature. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking to buy or lease a new car. Right from the start to end the experience with Jason was phenomenal. When we started our process with Jason, he gave us positive vibes. He was very professional, polite, and thorough in his research. He worked very patiently with us and always delivered on time. He always made sure that we had regular updates on the delivery. Nothing was really selling me until I called Valley Honda, a friendly voice answered my call and directed me to Steve Grady. Steve is a superior salesman whose number one concern is customer service. He made the deal so simple and my sale was no walk park. He kept going out of how way, calling me throughout the week to keep me updated. I didn't feel pressured at anytime during the experience. My whole experience buying a vehicle from Valley Honda was unlike any I've had previously, Randall was friendly and welcoming without being pushy at all. I was upfront initially stating that I wasn't sure exactly what or when I was looking to purchase and he accepted that, got me the information I requested, even provided me with pricing information when asked still without pressuring me for an answer. The way everyone treated me from the moment I walked through the door until the time I left made me feel like I was buying a fleet of vehicles instead of just the one. Fred Sims in particular took very good care of everything I could want and then some. He even delivered my new Honda CR-V to my home. Since I had 2 vehicles to contend with after buying the new one, this was extremely helpful. A neighbor of mine that was with me in my driveway when my new car was delivered was blown away. We have been very happy for the past 2 years with the purchase we made at Valley Honda. I reached out to this dealer online and Pat contacted me and we did most of our negotiation before we even got to the dealership. While there, we had a trade appraised and worked out the options/color choice. Most of the inventory was at a remote site, but we had such a selection of new CR-Vs to choose from and were pleased when we got back with the trade-in allowance. Service over the past 2 years has been top notch and even though the place is always busy, the waiting area is nicer than most higher end dealers. We would definitely buy another Honda and look forward to working on the deal with Pat Malik. He's a straight shooter and made the car buying process very efficient.

I started looking during the summer but wasn't planning to buy until the fall. Visitied a couple dealerships and was in communication with several others via email. Valley Honda had the largest selection and was more knowledgeable on the new models. They did not had the lowest offer initially, but matched the best offer from another dealership without any hassle. Brandon made my first carbuying experience quick and easy. I was able to come in, trade in my old car for a reasonable price and leave in the one i wanted in just a couple hours once i was ready to buy.

I worked with Jason Yap, who was very professional and friendly throughout the shopping/buying process. I came into the dealership just wanting to test drive the new Honda Pilot, and I ended up putting a deposit down on one. There were none available, but one was due to arrive a few weeks later. My new Pilot arrived and I scheduled an appointment to pick it up and sign all the paperwork. I signed all the paperwork, but when I was done, there was an issue with the car. The dealership gave me a loaner for the day and kept my new car to try to fix the issue. I went back at 9:30 pm (Jason stuck around late) to get my new car, but it still had an issue. I ended up purchasing a different unit, which Jason made as painless as possible from an administrative standpoint. He was able to throw in a few additional accessories to make up for the long day. I left the dealership at about 11 pm, and Jason worked with me through the entire process to make sure I was happy. While it was a tiring and frustrating day, Jason made the best of it and was professional and friendly, even at 11 pm, which was 2 hours after closing on a Friday night. I would contact him again if I were in the market for another new Honda. He is also a "car guy", so it was fun chatting with him about cars since I am somewhat of a "car guy" too.

Buying a car, new or old, can be a headache. Especially, if your knowledge of cars is limited to how to start it, put gas in it and actually operate it via driving. Adam, was incredibly helpful and understanding. He communicated my options and allowed me time to make an informed decision. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. It was very nice to feel like a valued person and not just a potential customer. Overall, I have to say this was an great experience and I am happy I selected this dealership and was lucky enough to work with such a great sellsperson. Our salesman Billie was the best. He met all our needs in purchasing a new car and answered all our questions in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. We are from central Illinois visiting our daughter in Oswego. We were immediately impressed when we walked in the showroom. Asked if we needed any help, we declined but wondered thru the cars on the floor. Billie introduced himself and asked if he could answer any questions. We expressed that we were looking at the CR-V but had not decided on a color. Billie loaded us up and took us across the street where keep all the new cars and showed us every color the CR-V came in. WOW! Nothing better than actually seeing the cars and each color. We had been told in our hometown that they could get any color but would have to bring one in from outside the dealership. We then returned to the dealership and proceeded to look at the CR-V on the floor. Decided that was the one, negotiated a price and financing and before we knew it the car was ready to go. Excellent salesmanship and a great dealership. Thank YOU BILLIE!

When purchasing my first car, Alicia spent a lot of time on the phone and in the dealership with me, helping me decide which type of car I wanted to purchase. She provided me with research/car ratings and did everything she could to make my first car buying experience enjoyable. The second time around was just as great! He was very knowledgeable about the truck, was not overly pushy, very organized, was very down to earth and was more then willing to work with me on a price that worked well for me. Unlike other dealerships I have been to in the past the actual buying process did not take long what so ever I was in and out with my new truck within an hour and a half it was great. Bill was even nice enough to call me the following morning just to make sure the truck drove well home and there were no issues once we left, it was very thoughtful and made a great impression. My girlfriend will be looking for a new car within the next few years and we will be back to valley Honda for that car as well and we will also be requesting Bill again.

I took my time shopping for my next car and ultimately found that the Honda CRV was the vehicle for me. Tom Prosperi really took his time and worked with me to get me into the car that suited my needs. While my wife and I were there, my wife ended up looking around at cars and ended up trading her car in that day too. It was a long day for us and Tom, but he took his time and closed both deals very efficiently. At one point, we were going to take a quick break for late lunch/early dinner (we had been there a good chunk of the day by this point!) and Tom invited us to the break room to have some of the food the dealership catered in that day for their staff (nice to see an employer recognize their staff on a very busy day!)We're both very happy with our new cars, and were very pleased with the service Tom P. provided us, from the minute I walked on the lot, to the follow up. I can't express just how impressed we were during our entire experience from start to finish in the purchase of our new Honda Accord. We not only received an excellent deal on the vehicle we wanted but Camille accommodated us in every way possible. We extremely limited on time due to my father being ill. From the moment I walked into Valley Honda and was greeted by Fred Sims my experience was amazingly excellent in every way.Fred was gracious, professional and attentive to my queries. I had been investigating other auto options in competing dealerships and originally this was a scouting visit.... but as I shared my interest in a crossover vehicle and Fred escorted me to compare the CRV with the HRV models in the showroom... and explained the differences...allowing me to sit in the driver's seat and get a feel for each, I knew a Honda was best for me.After test driving an HRV ...I was sold. I went to Valley Honda, this place is huge, everything is catered to the customer, wifi, huge computer lounge, coffee bar, toddler room etc. reminds me of a collage student center. It's been a while since I purchased a new car. I never look forward to the process, But things have changed.Walked in, Jaime quickly asked what I was looking for., any small details she was able to assist and answer any question of find the answer to my questions. The 2017 Ridgeline RTL I wanted was in stock. I decided to pull the trigger that night. There is always negotiation, but this was very respectful its tough with a newly introduced model. Deal was close by Tommy Mimbs Sales Manager, and Jaime . I would say I was in and out within two hours or so. This changed my pre conceptions of new car purchasing. From the deal to the finance office to the shuttle guy that picked me up from the Metra Station the next day, I am very pleased with the Valley Honda Dealership.Side note, after I drove the truck home there was a issue with the truck, Jaime responded by "you can bring it back tonight" I did, and was very happy with Nick Capezio Sales Manger who made the call to take care of this issue that night. I found my visit and purchase of a certified used vehicle overall pleasant. The sales person and manager were very helpful. The dealership facilities/waiting areas were excellent I had one communication issue with the extended test drive, but it worked out for the best. I wasn't specifically told to bring the car back by closing time, so I was surprised when I got a call 30 minutes before close asking when I would return. I hadn't been able to show my wife the car yet! As I was already out running an errand, I brought the car back (30 min drive to dealer) and realized that I left my car keys at home. They offered solutions to bring me back to get my keys (I opted for having my wife bring them instead). They apologized for not clearly communicating the return requirements. The explanation and apology was a bit long, though I appreciated their effort to maintain my business. In the end, it lead to them offering more for my trade in, which was a pleasant outcome to the annoying situation. I came back a few days later and purchased a vehicle.

This is our 5th car we have bought from Valley Honda since 2000 - the 4th car with Steve Grady as our competent and very personable salesperson. This time we were in a rather difficult situation, as our daughters school car was deemed unsafe to drive. Not only was Steve Grady very helpful - he was a total professional with us as we balanced budget, mileage and age for the replacement. In the end, we test drove 3 cars. Through it all, Steve answered all questions in an honest forthright manner. He did not hurry us or push us in any manner. This is the way it has always been with Steve. So when we start our search for a new car, we always start with Valley Honda and Steve Grady. I also had sent a an e-mail to the general manager of Valley Honda, Don Davis, explaining our sudden predicament of being without a student car for our daughter. We have been getting our 2 Valley Honda-purchased cars serviced at Valley Honda since 2008. Can't think of a time when I've had a negative experience. After 8 years I thought I should write a review! For most routine service no appointment is required. Great waiting area! And if you can't wait, they have a shuttle.And every single service rep has been professional and courteous! Overall, I'm happy with them.I've never found that they repair things unnecessarily. They follow the Honda maintenance schedule. They keep track of wear on your tires and brakes. My last experience at the service dept was with Chad. He was super-friendly and helpful. We took our aging 2004 Odyssey in for an oil change recently. In addition the van hood would latch but not close tight. The price to repair it so that about $300. We explained we were probably going to replace the car in the next several months. He showed us how to manually latch the hood so that it shut tight so that we did not have to make an expensive repair. And at our request he printed off our service history for our records.

Fred turned a not so good situation into a memorable and positive experience. My son's Honda Civic Hybrid was totaled in a flash flood. Fred was patient with us as we had to wait for the insurance company to declare it was totaled. He worked with us and was able to get us into a 2015 Civic Hybrid at a reasonable price. In addition, Cesar did not try to pressure me too much into things I do not need.My only suggestion for improvement is for all the employees (not just specifically the sales department) to pay a little more attention to detail.I would recommend Cesar to friends and family.

He kept his eye on the used vehicle inventory, contacting me when something promising came in. It's just under a year since I first bought a brand new Civic from Nick (and reviewed him then) and then about a month later I got a second one for my daughter as a surprise for her when I brought her to the dealership. Last week, I sought Nick out as the guy I wanted to deal with when I traded the 2015 Civic for a 2016 model and the experience was outstanding. Nick Theodor really puts his effort into making sure you drive away feeling nothing less than delighted and it often comes down the the little things like helping with the transfer of "stuff" from the old vehicle to the new etc. I drove off with my wife in our brand new and amazing value-for-money 2016 Civic Touring. We had a slight niggle with the second key not working but in less than four days that was taken care of along with the addition of the accessories. Needless to say I'm looking forward to the next transaction!

I bought my new car via online inquiry. The price offered by Valley Honda was not the greatest, it was pretty much in the middle of 8-10 dealerships. However, they would tell you whether they have the model with the requested color combination or not. They were also quick with answering further inquiries. I was lucky to have the very knowledgeable Leesley Sandoval as my sale representative. Her online manager Katy and floor manager Nick are tough sale persons, but you better deal with straight forward salesperson, rather than those practicing bait and switch tactic.

I visited several Carr dealers looking for a 2016 new vehicle to replace my 2009 Toyota Sienna. While the other dealership were cordial and friendly, I really felt that Bill Howorth and his boss went overboard to answer my questions and to give me the best deal possible. I was treated as if I was the most important person at the dealership. Bill took me on a tour of the service area, explaining each service area. Bill took time to explain the car features and followed up later to see if I had any questions. Because, I got the best deal at Valley, I purchased a CR-V and asked to have some extra equipment added before I picked up the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, everything was ready. Bill explained each of the forms we had to sign. While the paper work was being processed, Bill kept us company and guided us through each step of the program. Car salespeople tend to have a reputation for being aggressive but the people here were not like that. They were straight forward and no-nonsense, which we appreciated. I also had my two small children (ages 4 and 2) and everyone was very understanding of their child-like ways :)The dealership itself is great and one of the best I have seen. They have a lounge area, computer area, kids area, coffee, water... I might actually enjoy getting my car serviced!

My wife and I located a used Infiniti G37xs coupe at Valley Honda. Within minutes of requesting information on the vehicle, Tyler had the car cleaned up and sent pictures to me. Since we live in North Carolina, we hired a car pro to do a mechanical inspection and test drive. Tyler was great in assisting with all of this. The entire deal was done before we flew to Chicago to pick up the car and was quite simple compared to my other car buying experiences.After taking delivery, my brakes were not working perfectly and my local dealer recommended replacing the rear rotors. Tyler worked with his dealership to get this service reimbursed since driving back to Chicago was not practical.Overall, the experience was a 10/10 and well worth the trip from North Carolina to Chicago. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left I was taken care of. I walked in not knowing if I was going to buy a car that day or not as this was after test driving 5 other vehicles at other dealerships the night before. I was greeted by friendly staff at the door and taken care of by a great salesman. Nick Theodor listened to what I wanted in a car and brought me out for a test drive. We only got a short distance down the road and I knew it was the exact car I was looking for. All the work was done by phone and email and we spent just a short time signing papers at the dealership and getting on our way. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I put in a lot of my time and effort into making sure I got the best deal I possibly could. To make a long story short, initially I chose to go with another dealership because they gave me a better price. Soon to find out that was literally "just to get me in the door." After waisting 5 hrs of my time I called Tom Propersi right away. This was 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. Tom stayed an extra hour and a half after work hours to allow me to get back home and myself situated. He called me and we made a deal. This man LITERALLY saved me and turned an abysmal experience into a great one! Without to many details, this man took SO many extra steps to get me the exact car that I wanted. As titled. There is ABSOLUTLEY NO REASON to go to anyone else but this man! If he happens to be busy, wait. If you can't wait, go to Valley Honda. I was very skeptical of car sales people. I've been burned in the past and by accident requested a quote from Valley Honda. Francis got back to me immediately and was able to get me the car I wanted with terms I could accept (even with my less than stellar credit). We had it all ready to go by the time I got there. Even though Aurora was a bit of.a hick for me, I braved rush hour and headed south (I work in Riverwoods) and it was worth the trip. They have so many ready to go brand new Hondas and Francis was professional, friendly, and just a regular guy. All the others there were nice as well. Beautiful dealership with a comfortable service area. I would definitely recommend buying your next Honda here even if it may be a longer trip. Ask for Francis and he'll take good care of you!

We needed a car that was reliable, efficient and approved by three drivers. We did not know what we wanted new, used or even the make and model. We had been to four other dealerships and they were of no use. It was the end of the day when we arrived here and we didn't know what to do. We were greeted by Alicia and she was understanding of our situation. She showed us both used and new and didn't mind when we flitted all over the place. Within the hour we had two good solid choices. We said that we would be back the next day when the kids would be home to test drive the cars. It was Saturday and Alicia made herself available and was patient when we could not agree and let us test drive numerous times. She is very knowledgeable and that helped a lot for our many questions. We ultimately decided on the Honda Kit and purchased it the following Tuesday (holiday weekend). I would recommend anyone to start at Valley Honda first, not last. While we were there, we started talking to another family and they were purchasing their fifth Honda. That speaks volumes! Also, love the fresh flowers in the girls room. My only regret is that we are moving out of state and won't get to use the service station. Everyone says how easy it is to get in and the waiting room is outstanding. About a month ago, we went into valley Honda wanting to look at new cars. Maybe we'd make a deal, ' just browsing' at this point. Well we were connected with Cesar, told him what we wanted and that we wanted to look at the HRV specifically. He showed us the one on the sales floor, he was very attentive and answered all our questions about the car. We decided to make a deal, if the numbers came out right. Cesar had us look at ones he had in stock based on what we wanted on the car and eventually we decided to 'order' one. Well between the ordering, when it did come in about a month later, and the subsequent delivery, working with the finance person- Mario . It went all so well and painless. Even on day of delivery, Cesar went over the features of the car again, made sure we were happy, took a picture of the new car and the new owner :) , followed up with us the next day. Just all very professional and easy to work with, when we are in the market again for a new car, we'll come back to Cesar for sure.

Andy was beyond more than just a great salesman and also allowed me to contact him even after hours on a few issues. As far as the dealership, it's a must see. I've never seen such perfection overall from start to finish. I purchased a Honda Civic from their incoming inventory and also had a few options added as well. Everything worked out perfectly and we'll worth my 3 hour drive! Andy will do whatever needs to be done to make you happy. Jason was excellent! TLDR: Jason was fun, honest, knowledgable, family-man, and an all-round gentlemen. Would buy from him again. 10/10.We purchased our vehicle on our second trip to Valley Honda. On our first trip we had a great experience with Brandon Brabec. Brandon was also excellent. On this, our second trip, it was Brandon's day off. James, the Sales Manager, introduced us to Jason Yap. He was spot on perfect. My wife and I brought our two little girls, three and eight weeks, to the dealership. This is normally a tough outing for the girls...as it was boring car shopping. But Jason was very aware that we needed toddler entertainment and Valley Honda had lots of it to provide - coloring book, tv time, video games, and toys. I went on several test drives as my wife hung back with the kids. Jason helped us ways the pros and cons of our options between used (certified) and a new car. Once we had narrowed it down to two vehicles Jason helped us prepare our data/personal financial info for review. He was also a major part of the negotiating process offering advice along the way. After several hours our girls were a little restless and Jason made sure he was pushing the process as fast as he could for us. I really felt like we had a salesman on "our side" and I feel that's the definition of customer service.Bonus - my daughter wanted a snack. I asked if the vending machines took cards. Jason was unsure. He opened his wallet and offered up cash for her to have a snack. We graciously turned down his offer. However, it was very very generous. Thanks for all your help Jason and the Valley Honda team!

My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted. We met Brian on our first visit to Valley Honda. He was very nice and easy to talk to. Our first visit was to thoroughly check out the Pilot and Brandon gave us the run down on what it offers and had a good comparison with the Odyssey. We left that day knowing that we were really sure we knew what we wanted and we knew we wanted to buy it from Brandon. We went back to the dealer just about a month after our first visit to place our order for our Pilot. Brandon was again very easy to talk with and deal with. He went to bat for us to get us the price we felt was fair. Once we put the deposit down on our Pilot Brandon kept us informed on a weekly basis letting us know if there was an update to when our Pilot would be arriving. And when it arrived I think he was just as excited to see it as we were. Brandon is a great Salesman. Not to pushy like most. He's a family man and understands how the car buying experience is. I know it took somewhat longer than anticipated, but over the years I have never purchased a new car where it doesn't take time to agree on price, get the feel of the car, check out colors, styles, etc. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The sales person, Darius, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel at home, listened to us, never did a hard sell or try to push us in any one direction. I appreciated his openness and style. He walked me though some of the newer technological advancements in the car to help me get acquainted with them.The dealership itself was very nice.. I like the customer waiting are in the service department. It was well designed, large, and laid out in such a way that people ready, working, using a PC, or just watching TV could go to an area where they were not in competition with the other areas. The service department itself was huge, so it appears you will not be faced with the typical thing like a car being looked at 3 hours after your appointment.One thing I would comment on is the showroom. Though very nice and modern looking, it would probably be better if they dropped an acoustical ceiling down to about the 10 foot level. It is awful hard to talk & listen with the amount of noise that bounces around the area.All in all, it was a very good experience. If I need to go back for service (being a 13 year CR-V owner, I know that is not very often) I feel I would be comfortable and things would go fairly fast. I would easily recommend Darius to any friend looking for a car in the area.

I purchased my first car from Valley Honda & was very pleased with the deal they gave me (thanks to their manager -Mohit). It was time and with kids growing up, we started looking for a bigger vehicle and settled for Odyssey. I approached Valley Honda again and this time Francis handled our sale. Francis was extremely patient, helpful and involved with understanding our needs and then making the right suggestions. We went for the test drive and my wife was a little scared to drive this size car...Francis was observant and made sure that she also drives the car and then checks for herself how easy it was. This was one of the things we really felt nice about. He went that extra mile to make us comfortable, explaining different options, not being pushy and leaving it up to make the call...he really acted as a trusted adviser. Finally we decided the vehicle and then their manager Mohit gave us a price we could not refuse. Mohit is very professional and always focused on the 'customer'. He makes sure to go out of the way to give you the best possible offer. Unlike other dealers, Valley Honda will make you feel that they are not out to just make their sales figures...they are 'REALLY' interested in getting you the best offer so as you as a customer are satisfied. I think both Mohit and Francis are way above their competition and if you ever think of buying a Honda, don't finalize your decision before visiting them once. Nick was very helpful and courteous. He was not hesitant to show us multiple vehicles that we wanted to see before we finalized one. When we went to do the actual purchase, he respected our time constraints and prepared the vehicle beforehand for delivery. We were done with the entire purchase in less than 1.5 hours. Staff was polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and organized. Visit was pleasant and productive. We made two visits. The first to learn about a particular vehicle and to test drive that vehicle which took about 2 hours. The second visit was to negotiate price and purchase the vehicle, which took over 3 hours. We ultimately purchased the vehicle and are satisfied with our new vehicle. However....Spending over 5 hours at any dealership is a lot. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted, we knew exactly what trim package and options we wanted, and we knew what we were comfortable paying. Even doing our homework first still resulted in over 5 hours of time spent, most of it wasted.It seemed like a very inefficient system was in place or very inefficient staff were involved. There were many trips to "grab this form" "grab that form" "talk to this person" "talk to that person" "Let me go find out" "I'll be right back" "Let me get approval" etc.The salesperson we talked to had obviously sold many vehicles before and his manager and support staff probably sold many cars before as well. The whole process could have easily been stream lined by having some sort of "packet" already put together that contains everything needed for 90% of all the vehicles sold.We do not believe this review should in any way be seen as negatively rating the salesperson we worked with, as it is quite possible he was just making do with what he had available.We were about to walk out multiple times (during the first visit and at the beginning of the second, we had to stay once we began the paperwork to buy) but something told us to wait a couple more minutes every time we thought about leaving. It was difficult remaining polite and understanding when we honestly didn't understand all the back and forth.In the end, we got the vehicle we wanted, for a good price, but would have been happier paying even a couple hundred dollars more if another dealership guaranteed the process would take half the time.

Once you select your vehicle you can drive out in your new vehicle in under an hour with an excellent price. This includes the finance office! You can spend your time on what really matters; finding the right vehicle that fits your needs. The sales and management staff are superb with providing suggests and options all in a no pressure atmosphere. Differences with this dealership and others; the sales floor is not as large or flashy- no gimmicks- After all, your focus is the vehicle not whether they have marble floors. The staff are all dressed professionally and are not in any way pushy. All have very good product knowledge. If you ask a question you will be given a direct answer. No games. Absolutely no pressure to make a selection. We are picky and spend a considerable amount of time selecting the right vehicle. The service department hours are extremely convenient. You will have no problem getting in at a convenient time. The waiting area in the service department is awesome; numerous apple computers, soft chairs, large TV, clean restrooms, wide selection of beverages, etc. Given Honda reliability you wont likely need repairs but will require maintenance. The great thing is that their service pricing is extremely competitive. The awesome waiting area makes it a no brainier.

Tom Propersi was more than helpful during my search for a new car. He really went the extra mile to make sure that I understood all of the car features and functions. He stayed with me until 9pm in order to ensure that I was good to go, on the day the car arrived at the dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated best describes the experience I had with Tom. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly for me, and it showed; I was incredibly surprised that he stayed with me so late on the day the car came in. Went to Valley Honda to compare vehicles and prices since they were a larger dealership in the area and a little closer to where I was staying. I did not expect my experience to be truly amazing. Out the bat Francis was able to provide countless amounts of information about the vehicles I was considering. Francis and the entire team ensured every time I visited to provide me with something to drink and they also ensured to keep the entire process calm and not rushed. At no time did I feel pressured while I was in the dealership. My second visit while I was waiting to speak with Francis (It was a Saturday and he was working with another individual. Total wait time approx. 10 min) the owner of the dealership came up to me and thanked me for visiting the dealership personally and chatted with me for a few minutes. I did not anticipate purchasing a vehicle from the dealership when I went in but I am so glad that I did. When I purchased the vehicle they also gave me a massive coupon book for their service department (Approx. $500 worth and comes with every vehicle to my knowledge).Side Notes: Their service department is truly amazing along with their porters who cleaned my vehicle prior to delivery. This dealership I would give an A++++ rating and would recommend everyone to consider this dealership for purchasing their new vehicle and PLEASE do yourself a favor and work with Francis LeBeau (Sales Team Member) and Katy Meyer (Sales Manager).

We have tried to buy a car twice from Valley Honda over the past 3 years. The sales people are terrible. We will never go back. I think you have to check any ethics you have at the door to work there. We actually bought a new top of the line Odyssey many years ago there and that was an ok experience. Trying to buy two used vehicles for our kids as they got their drivers licenses were horrible experiences. A couple of years ago we made an offer on a used SUV (Honda CRV) with an offer that was slightly lower than ask but equal to the online price (they call it the "eprice"). We told them we would write a check and buy it on the spot if they accepted our offer. They countered and we left. The next day they lowered the price to our offer. We were disgusted and bought elsewhere. This week we were looking at a Mazda for our 2nd oldest. We had been in contact with our sales guy for a while. Our son was all set to get his drivers license so we emailed our sales guy and asked him the current asking price. He emailed us the number. We immediately emailed back telling him we were coming in at 1:30 with the check book and we would pay the asking price and would pay on the spot. When we got there at 1:30 we were told they let someone test drive the car and that he had first option to buy the car. We were stunned since he came in after we had committed to buying the car. We left as we had no choice and the other person bought the car. It was a complete waste of our time. Our sales guy both times was Brandon Brabec. Good luck if you try to buy there. We will never step foot in there again. We have 3 kids to buy cars for and Valley Honda will not see a penny from us.

James Yap was great to work with last weekend, when we traded in our 2009 Odyssey for a new Pilot. Neither my husband or I are fans of the car buying process or high pressure sales techniques, so working with James was perfect for us. We had a great time talking with him and going through the steps to take our new car home. I bought a Toyota Sienna at Honda Valley few days ago. Alicia Roman was helping me with everything. I do not live around Chicago area, so she helps me a lot, from paper work to the final price. So I only need to spend hours at their place and get the car right away. I had a great experience with Alicia and Valley Honda. Definitely to call Valley Honda first for my next car. Previously I was at the dealership a month ago and dealt with Pat but could not settle on a deal. I told Pat I would be in contact with him when I was ready! Pat came back with a deal that I could not believe! I jumped at it immediately and with out Pat's help I probably would still be waiting to get a new vehicle! We had leased a Honda Odyssey last year from Valley Honda and Nick and we had great experience then. Last week we leased a Honda Accord from Valley Honda. This time I knew I was not going to look anywhere but still had an eye open if I could save some money. While looking around, I was misled by another dealer at downtown with much lower lease offers. But that turned out to be a trick to lure the customer to their facility. They had built the difference in hidden costs such as padded Acquisition fee, padded documentation fee, padded tax etc. Total final price was same as what Valley Honda had given us upfront. But Valley Honda does not practice such cheap tricks. Nick didn't put any pressure on us in making a decision but instead he made us comfortable and answered all questions we had. Thank you Nick. We made 4 visits to Valley Honda to finalize this. One time since Nick was busy, Camille came to our help with the test drive of a Civic. She was also very helpful. I highly recommend Valley Honda and Nick to anyone looking for a Honda vehicle.

With my 2013 Civic EX lease coming to an end, I came to Valley Honda to look into getting into a new lease. Jason Yap helped us out, and was able to show us all the options about which we inquired. We never felt pressured to buy or to upgrade. Jason was personable and honest with us through the whole process. Overall, a very satisfying visit. We love our new 2016 Civic EXL!
