I just bought my new car here, it was probably the easiest time I've ever had at a dealership buying a car. They actually offered a much lower APR percentage than my bank, which almost never happens. Jason knew everything about the car I was buying, no one was pushy and everyone was friendly and honest. I picked my car out Friday afternoon and drove away in it Saturday morning. Couldn't have had an easier time!

@ Valley Honda our service writer Courtney was great! She was helpful and knowledgeable about the service that was needed for our car, she was also very prompt and thorough when communicating with us about our service. Unfortunately when we got home we noticed that one of the windows on our car was scratched. We called immediately to find out what could have happened and hope to get this matter resolved.

Great place to go. Had an emergency and lost my one and only Odyssey key. I called the service department Wednesday July 28th, and was told to tow it in either that day or the next morning. (Every other Honda dealership around Pittsburgh was booked up until Monday or Tuesday.) So then today I had it towed this morning, was told the key cutting and programming would take an hour, my car was done in 40 minutes. If I ever have another emergency, I know who to call !!! Thank you very much Valley Honda !!!!!

They are listing sold cars and make us visit their showroom ( I travelled 45 minutes to their showroom) but the sales person (who did neither inform me that the car I was looking for was already sold ( I talked to him at 11 to ensure car availability and went to showroom at 3) nor even had the courtesy to ask us to sit) was forcing us to buy other cars that are available in their showroom. I booked a car and went there but I was told that the car is already sold and was asked to but another car that was not if my interest. Sales man tactics :(

Worked with Jeff Katchen. Jeff was very busy but did a nice job of splitting his attention. He presented several car options which allowed us to realize what we liked better wasn't our original choice. Jeff worked with us on price, transaction was not stressful. I purchased a new Ridgeline approximately one month ago. Pick the vehicle up during a driving rain storm. Did not have time to fully inspect the vehicle because of the rain and it was late in the evening. The following day I notice a crack in the rear taillight and immediately phone the salesman to notify him of the finding. I was told that it is noted and there wouldnt be a problem with the light being repaired in the future since I was headed out of town. Between the initial pick up and returning for service other items were discovered ie padding missing in the sunglass holder but was coated with glue, one of the Homelink button could not be programmed to control a garage door and the passenger floor panel inside was loose and falling down.When it came time for servicing these items, I was told the rear light had been hit ( damage was a 1/2 inch in diameter without any peripheral damage) and was not their responsibility because there was no proof that it had occurred prior to initial delivery.The sun glass visor padding wasn't replace, the glue was removed and my wife was told they forgot to remove the glue on delivery . (Padding is standard)We were told the Homelink was programmed but it still will not accept a garage opener code. To be fair the foot panel was repair although we were accused of pulling it down.The salesmen was contacted the following day and he acknowledged the original conversation but turn it over to the dealership manager.Upon discussing this with the manage he did offer to split the cost of the tail light for half of the $186 replacement cost. NOT ACCEPTABLE SINCE I DIDN"T BREAK IT!and it was suggested for me to seek a dealer closer to me to have the other repair addressed.I drove across town to purchase a $38,000 vehicle only to have blame placed on me for a damaged item I did not cause and then be referred to another dealers closer to me to avoid fixing the repairs is "Extremely poor customer service".I currently own 3 Honda and one Acura vehicles and have purchase no less than 10 Honda products over the last 20 years from various dealers and I have never had difficulties. I WON"T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.Please post this on your website reviews!

I was working with Ray Sylvester for a few weeks discussing the internet price and setup a time to go test drive the car. After I test drive the 2017 Honda Accord he expressed the white one sold the other day. He offered one on their lot but was told it would be a few 'hundred' to get it from another dealer. I insisted on a white one. We then discussed my trade which was significantly less than the Kelly Blue Book price. After some negotiation we met in the middle at a much better price for the trade and he took off the extra charge for ordering the new car that wasn't on their lot. We agreed upon the original internet price in addition to my down payment and trade in. Ray was very patient and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Although his finance manger was giving him a hard time Ray always came back with a positive attitude. It just goes to show if you come prepared and do some research you can leave with a good deal.

We took a test drive of the new Honda Civic 2016 at Valley honda. The budget was a little high and we told them we needed to think about it a little. Two days later we got a call from Jason A. Flenniken who pretty much started yelling at us saying we "wasted" their time and that we "owe" and need to apologize to the person who took us for a test drive. Huh? What! That is your job!!!! Besides we gave them a number we were comfortable paying and if they couldn't make it work thats fine. No one was obliged to get anything from anyone here. Jason was extremely rude and if even he gives us a car for free we will NEVER consider it. Stay away from this place!!!!

The salesman I was working with told me the monthly cost after changing the money factor to .0019. I agreed. Then, I signed the lease agreement, but didn't look at the selling price since we already had agreed on the price to be $37,987. I looked at everything else. I noticed the next day while looking over the agreement again that the finance manager changed the purchase price to $38,285 without ever telling me. I was outraged. I called and spoke to the finance manager and had a discussion and he said that anything the salesman says to me verbally doesn't matter and that he changed the price since I was fine with the new monthly amount. I told him that I was fine with it based on the agreed upon amount in the email they sent to me. Told the salesman he was sleazy and asked how he can look at himself in the mirror? I then spoke with the general manager and explained to him the entire story. He said basically the same thing that the salesman said. That was no surprise. I asked him if it is a common practice for their dealership to change the purchase price without telling their customers and he said he would not answer that question. I told him that he did just answer that question by telling me he would not answer it and it's people like him and the salesman who give car dealers a bad reputation. I will be contacting Honda consumer affairs and also telling my story in many different places on the internet.

I'm new to the state and needed a state inspection. I called valley honda and asked if I needed an appointment for state inspection and oil change. I was told no. I asked the best time to come the service lady currently working said late afternoon typically. So I drove all the way there (note 25minute drive for me and my day off work wasting time driving there for nothing) then was told I needed an appointment by the gentleman who waited on me. I told him I had just called and spoke to a lady then the only lady working there said she never spoke to anyone about state inspection. I was never apologized to once. An untruthful employee is extremely poor custumor service. This was my first experience here and my last. The least they could have done was apologize and offer an appointment but no she just bluntly lied to me and her coworker.

I began leasing a 2016 Honda CRV with Valley Honda yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. Kelsey Brazell was SO helpful, informative, patient & I did not feel pressured at any time throughout the whole process. I have leased 3 vehicles from other dealerships in the past and I always walk away feeling like something wasn't right and questioning if I made the right decision but at Valley Honda I did not feel like this at all. Kelsey kept open communication with me in the week after my test drive as far as what documents she needed from me to make sure the day I signed my lease went smoothly. She also answered the many questions I had about color options and such promptly and was extremely helpful. After I signed all the paperwork Kelsey took the time to show me how to sync my phone with the Bluetooth in the CRV and explained some features more thoroughly which was wonderful! I will absolutely recommend Valley Honda and Kelsey to anyone I know who is looking for a car.

Back in 2010 I walked into valley Honda & bought a brand new 2010 Honda Civic ex. It was my first new car, thought it was gonna be my only new car as I intended to pay it off & run it until I couldn't run in anymore. I should've known by the customer service that it wasn't a great idea. It ran great for the first 3 yrs, now problems. Then my windows started chattering, they fixed passenger side but not the drivers side (kept greasing it). This past year it was giving me ignition problems, shifting bad in 1st & 2nd gear (it's an automatic), delaying when I pulled out then taking off ( almost got creamed by a rig once with my daughter in the car), stunk all the time like sulfur/eggs. Took it to a friends garage & he pulled the O2 sensor & showed me with a bore cam that the cat was clogged. Back to Honda I went, they replaced some other sensors & basically told me I was nuts. Took it an additional 15 or so times, dealt with crappy customer service( especially Flo...seems very annoyed), & had no luck getting it fixed. When to Honda north, they said I needed a engine air filter, basically told me I was nuts, washed my car, & charged me $100. Took it to my friends garage, he pulled the engine filter, it appeared pretty clean until he flipped it over & it appeared to have oil on it but not a drop in the housing.....hmmm? Guess someone dumped oil on it so they could charge me for a filter huh? So after fighting this past year with Honda dealerships ($100 a pop), Honda direct, my warranty company, & getting absolutely nowhere..... I had to let go of the car I otherwise loved & intended to keep??. I bought a new 2015 Kia with a forever warranty at Jim Shorkey Kia & I am very satisfied with kia. NEVER BUING A HONDA AGAIN! And I make sure I tell people why!

Upon detailing (washing) the car for delivery, it was noticed that the right headlight fixture was severely gashed and dented bringing into question in my mind whether the headlights are in proper alignment, as well as significantly detracting from the car's aesthetics. The following day I returned to the dealership to complain. Salesman Dan Lauric admitted to me that he was told about the damage by the detail man at the time of the washing. This information was kept from me until the sale was completed. General Manager Steve Werksman stated that the only warranty was the powertrain, and refused to do anything about the condition. He even refused my request to check the headlights for proper alignment. He state that it had passed inspection, If so, why wasn't the damage to the headlight fixture noticed by the mechanic doing the inspection. Mr Werksman even stated, "How do I know YOU didn't do it!

I had a great experience at Valley Honda. Our sales person was Edan Alexander. I had emailed & spoke with Edan regarding the kind of car I wanted, my price point and the accessories I also wanted to have for the car. He said not to worry, recognized my loyalty to the dealership and was very prompt in contacting me with a price. I met up with him & he was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. We went over the sales agreement together and was very thorough on reviewing the sales detail. This dealership is very service oriented and has lots of integrity. That is what I like in a dealership. He took his time and followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership for their fair pricing, low key and helpful sales staff and an awesome service department. I would ask for Edan Alexander to be your salesperson. You will not be disappointed with Valley Honda!

It was a wonderful experience visiting Valley Honda. My wife and I came at a time when there was a promotion winding down and the salesmen were very busy. Out salesman, Robert Gregory was upfront and honest, and was impressed by his "no pressure" approach. Very impressed the the large inventory I could choose from!Even the signing all the financial paperwork with Business Manager Edie Cardamone was a breeze and painless.I will definitely be coming back to Valley Honda for my oil changes and anything else that is needed!!!

Purchased 2010 Honda CR-V , started using 4 quarts of oil in between oil changes , was out of town and got oil change at a Honda dealer and they started oil consumption test. I am supposed to go back and have oil checked every 500 miles , valley Honda would not preform this consumption check test , they do not conform to Honda USA policies they make up their own rules.

My husband and I were in the market to buy a new car . My nephew recommended this dealership and the salesman he's bought his last couple cars off. My nephew met us at the car lot and introduced us to Jason Flenniken. What an experience! We never had an easier time buying a car, infact we decided to purchase 2 new Hondas. Mr. Flenniken made us feel comfortable and we believed he was up front with us on answering our questions. He was a funny guy also. I would hope if I ever needed another car in the future that Mr. Flenniken would still be there to sell me one. I would recommend Jason and this dealership to all my friends and family!! I had never owned a Honda vehicle prior to my recent purchase of a 2016 Pilot Touring model from Valley Honda. Not only is the vehicle a great value for the money, the sales representative who helped us (Joe Carlino) was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I traded in a 2015 vehicle that, only a few months old, was not a pleasure to drive as is the Pilot - and Im sure wouldnt have the trade-in value associated with the Pilot. I get a lot of compliments on the car and I always tell them that if they are interested in a Honda - look up Joe Carlino at Valley Honda. He knows how to treat the customer right!

I was hoping to buy 2015 Odyssey from there, was made to wait 30 minutes to meet Dan their internet sales manager who was sending me emails every other day luring me about some great offers ..The ladies at front-desk didnt even had the basic courtesy of offering a seat to a perspective customer. They just didnt care. After 20-25 minutes wait when I thought I will walk out, just thought of checking with them again. Dan finally arrived in 5 another minutes, he seemed to be busier than Honda's CEO. No time to answer any questions.

I contacted Valley Honda looking for a CRV. Vik Frasier internet sales associate e-mailed me back with a quote. It was lower than I had previously found. I went out that evening to see how much I could get for a trade. Vik greeted me and shortly had a price for a trade. It met with my safisfaction and the deal was made. I can't stress enough how professional, polite and friendly Vik and all involved were. The total time I was at the dealership was about 1-1/2 hrs. Great jobs guys.

DO NOT GO HERE! They LIED several times, saying I needed more work than I actually did! Told me I could BREAK DOWN AT ANY TIME if I didn't shell out over $1000 for an EVAP CANISTER! WHAT?! (Long review, but I have MANY complaints!)Then they told me my brake pads were hanging off, and it was metal on metal, when a family member (who is a mechanic) had checked my brakes the day before and said they were a little worn, but could last several more months -__- Plus, I don't understand how my brakes could be completely worn down like they said, but only need pads and not rotors as well...I had an appointment Monday and dropped my car off Sunday night. It needed inspection/emissions, A/C work, brakes, and work for a low beam headlight and passenger airbag recalls. By 3pm Monday I hadn't heard anything from Valley Honda, so I called and they informed me they hadn't even looked at my car yet. Around 6:45pm I spoke with a mechanic who told me that it would need $2500 worth of work and may break down at any time if I didn't get it fixed, and of course they leave at 7pm so I had 15 minutes to decide if I wanted to spend the money. And then I find out that they lied anyway, and my car is in no danger of breaking down because of the part I needed!They knew I couldn't leave my car there for long because I live in Columbus, OH and was only in town a few days specifically for them to work on my car. Dropped it off Sunday, was supposed to be done Monday. They kept it until Tuesday, and I called again Tuesday at about 6:30pm after once again not hearing from a mechanic, and STILL, THE ONLY THING DONE WAS THE RECALL WORK! Two days and they couldn't even put brakes on the car. They offered to do the brakes in 30 minutes, but I told them to forget it, because if it takes <30 minutes they should have had it done in the 2 days they had my car.They also said they were required to notify the state if my car failed inspection, probably to try to scare me into getting the work done. I spoke with several other mechanics who do inspections and they said they have never heard that a shop must notify the state because of a failed inspection!Bunch of crooks and liars. I am NEVER going back and will spread the word to friends and family to never go to Valley Honda!

This is was the sixth experience I have had dealing with Vally Honda as a buyer and also taking friends and family to the dealer. Each time I was able to deal with bob Gregory, it has been a pleasant experience each time. I have dealt with other salesman in the past, it has always made me feel pressured and off guard as to what was going to happen next. At Valley Honda however, you are made to fell very comfortable, I am not pressured to buy or make the deal right now. Again, my total buying experience was terrific. I would have no problem recommending all my friend and family go to this dealer to buy either a new or used car. I would also like to add that the experience with the finance department was equally pleasant, each step of the paperwork and the offer of each additional product ,i.e. warranty, paint protection, etc., were completely explained to us so we could make an educated decision.

We found a good deal online on a used vehicle here through the USAA Car Buying service. We drove out to Monroeville (about 45 minutes from our home) to check it out in person. We met with Jason when we got there. He made the whole process very low stress for us, including being accommodating of our two young kids who were with us while we were shopping. It was a good experience overall, and we felt confident in the servicing they did to prepare the vehicle for sale.But the part that was above and beyond came the next day. The weather was bitter cold, and my wife was out with the kids when the car battery died. I called Jason, just to get the number for the roadside assistance package that we purchased. But he checked with the service department, and then came out to us with a new battery. He personally replaced it with no charge to us. I was very impressed.

We again started our purchase on line with Dan with all the great online perks and his upfront quote. We were only looking due to our love of our 2011 CRV EXL and the 4 great years it gave us. Our experience with Valley service department was another reason for looking to purchase there. We met with Jeff Katchen and he showed us the various models available and explained the safety features which we were interested in. His took time and gave his expert advice in the features that were added in 2015 CRV EX versus our 2011 CRV EXL. It all came down to the value of our current SUV and thanks to a gentleman (sorry to say don't remember his name/appraiser) he made the final decision with a great trade in. Upon picking up our car and finalizing the financial part we met with Edie, who made the finishing process enjoyable with her expert advice and suggestions. We look forward to enjoying our Black CRV EX . We were disappointed that the Glacier Blue was discontinued after 2012 even after seeing 50 times as many on the road. We hope Honda can reconsider bringing back the Glaicer Blue in the future. The overall Valley Honda experience was excellent.

I initially went to the dealership to test drive a few cars to see what I like. I drove a 2010 Honda Fit and loved it, so naturally I was interested in the new 2015 Fit. However, I also wanted to consider moving up to a Civic or an Accord. I was surprised to find it was no problem to test drive all 3 to allow me to make a comparison. I decided on a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L w/ Nav that happened to be the exact color and interior I wanted. Terry worked me out a great deal since it was now "Last Years" model. It made no difference to me what year it was, it only had 9 miles on it! I very much appreciated the no pressure sales and the constant effort to try to find a car that suited me best at the price I was comfortable with. Even the financing was effortless and no pressure. They offered service contracts, warranties, etc but I never felt pressured in to buying anything I didn't want. I would definitely recommend this dealer to all of my friends. My only issue regarded glue being left on the hood from plastic that is put on the car when shipping. Even this wasn't an issue because I hadn't even noticed until Terry pointed it out and told me it would be resolved with a second car wash at my earliest convenience.

Frank Moyer helped us in our decision to buy a 2014 Honda CR-V. Frank proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Frank was very thorough when he showed us the vehicle before our first test drive. He also gave a detailed "tour" of the car on the day of our purchase, making sure we felt comfortable with all of its features. He was enthusiastic but not at all pushy, which we really appreciated.At the same time, he never acted like he was too busy to spend his time with us. Frank was able to locate the exact color and trim we had requested, and he worked hard to get the vehicle delivered to the dealership and have all of the options in place in a very short time-frame. Pleasant overall experience as far as buying a new car is concerned. The salesman had a no nonsense approach, did not at all try and talk us into anything we didn't want and made no effort to steer us toward a more expensive vehicle. The dealership also made us a very fair offer on trade-in for our previous vehicle and helped navigate the transaction with the loan holder. Our salesman, Jeff, actually drove by our place the night we purchased the new car to drop off items we left at the dealership. Overall, about as good an experience as can be expected at a car dealership. I'd recommend them and I'll likely go back again when it's time for a new Honda.

Our Acura broke down right down the road from the dealer. My wife and I walked up the road into the dealership where we met Frank in sales. Obviously we were in need of a car, stranded, and at their mercy (not a position any customer wants to be in). Frank took excellent care of us. Not only did he do his job, taking his time and helping us find the right car for our needs and budget, but when the dealership was getting ready to close, he took us home. He picked us up the next day, had everything ready for us, and spent a good amount of time showing us all the controls and answering our many questions. Believe me, going from a 2002 to a 2014 vehicle is not without it's share of technological challenges. I highly recommend Frank Moyer if you're looking for a vehicle. BTW -- GREAT sense of humor...the test drive alone with him was almost worth the price of the car!

Usually once you mention "used car," the salesperson runs the other way, or suddenly develops a communicable disease and needs to quarantine themselves in their office. Not so, with Chris. He went out of his way to get me the car that I needed.The first time I interacted with Chris was after seeing a CR-V in an online ad. He was there until closing and it was right on my way home. We looked at the car, but it wasn't "The Car," so I asked him if he could keep me posted on anything that came in that might be in my price range.Fully expecting not to ever hear from him again, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Chris a few days later about a low mileage 2004 CR-V that he thought might be in my price range. It was a really nice car, but it was, as I had suspected, a few thousand dollars out of my price range, and since I was on an extremely tight budget, I couldn't stretch any amount to try and meet him somewhere in the middle. So we shook hands and I thought that since we struck out with two cars, I was never going to hear from him again.Again I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from him a couple of days later, saying I should come down and hear some good news in person. He sounded genuinely excited and so I made the trip to Valley Honda once again, to see what was up.It turned out that he had gotten the okay from his manager to get me the 2004 CR-V for an amount of money that I hesitate to mention here for the absurdity of the price reduction, but it definitely fit into my budget, and I don't think he made very much money on the sale at all. He said it was because he knew how badly I needed the car. I can believe that.

I'm surprised of all the good reviews for this place. We stopped to see if there was anything I could afford for a used car. Dan first tried to sell us a Hyundai. Than after having nothing in our price range "found" a crv that was there. After showing it to us and spending the time putting us in the system and such, we asked for the car fax. It was then Dan discovered the car was already sold. Then proceeded to try and sell me a car for thousands more. This dealership needs to get organized or quit pulling the bait and switch tactic. I'm not sure which was the case but I won't ever buy a car here.

Joe Carlino was incredibly helpful. Every question was fully answered, never just an "I don't know," or "you'll have to ask maintenance." He takes his position very seriously, and makes certain he knows everything about each vehicle. He was really easy to talk to and took care of every request and need that I had. He was able to get me a Red Accord V6 from Erie, the only one within 250 miles. Didn't think they were so rare, but I also asked if they could remove the front license plate holder, since it was originally from Ohio, and to remove the "Accord" and "V6" emblem from the trunklid, and he came in and removed it himself without hesitation. He seems to truly care about each customer instead of just treating them like a number or a sale. Will definitely continue business with them in the future.

I had been searching for a new car for the first time in over ten years. Although I toyed with the idea for over a year, I got serious about the search a few months ago. I had disappointing experiences from various dealers and car makers over and over. I had all but given up when I walked into Valley Honda on Memorial Day weekend. Sales person Jason Flenniken took care of me from the moment I sat down, and he did not stop until we got a deal I not only could live with but I loved. He got me the exact car I wanted and the exact price within hours. I walked in the door knowing exactly what I wanted, and I drove away in my new car just a couple of hours later. I call Kelsey in the break of the day to get an appointment to test drive after we got her great deal on email. We already know the car we want. We got to the valley Honda around noon, meet Kelsey, she explains everything about the car, test drive and apply for funding. All process seems straight forward, took 1.5 hours and happily leave dealing with a brand new car. It has been a great experience.

Even though we bought our older Accord from another dealership, we have had it serviced at Valley Honda for the past eight years because of their friendliness, attention to their customers, and quality of their service. So, it was an easy decision to purchase a new Accord from them without visiting other dealerships around the Pittsburgh metropolitan area.My wife and I had done our research over the past six months and had decided that we would purchase the Accord EX-L or base hybrid model. So, when we reached the dealership, we asked to test drive both models so we could make up our minds. Our sales person was happy to oblige and brought out the hybrid. During the test drive, the most memorable thing I remember was that our sales person remained respectfully quiet and didn't distract me from my driving and let us marvel at the sheer quietness of the cabin and the smooth acceleration of the gearless transmission. I was astonished.Test driving the EX-L model was almost as pleasant. It had more luxury-features but a louder engine (anything compared to the hybrid engine seems loud). So, even though we liked the EX-L, the hybrid won us over, as did our very polite sales person. As I mentioned earlier, we did our research so we knew the asking price of the hybrid in our area and had a print-out of the price from a Web site. The sales person, though he was somewhat disappointed, confirmed the price with his manager. Within an hour after our test drive, we had signed the paperwork. While we were filling out the paperwork, our sales person had the car washed and had it waiting for us outside.After the sale, our sales person stayed with us and explained how to work all the useful and important controls. All in all, it was a delightful, hassle-free, and efficient process that would certainly sway us to buy our next car from Valley Honda in the future.

My wife and I went into Valley Honda on a Thursday night and met Joe Carlino. After 2 Hours we had made arrangements to pick up a Honda Civic and Honda CRV on Saturday morning. Joe followed up with us on Friday about colors for the cars and we drove them off the lot by 11 am Saturday morning. It was a great experience and I'd highly recommend Valley Honda and especially Joe. He was no nonsense and didn't play the usual car salesman games. Quick, knowledgeable, and professional. A true pleasure to deal with. He called to follow up with us on Monday and all is well.

This is not our first experience with Valley Honda - and all of them have been excellent. The salesman, Terry Stay, went out of his way to help us make a great deal, and to make us feel comfortable. We (my husband and I) didn't feel pressured and we both walked away with our perfect vehicles - we each leased one at payments we were happy with! I had a 2013 Ford Fiesta lease, it was a great car! But I was looking for to sit higher, and ultimately get a safe and affordable cross over vehicle. While researching pricing, safety, and overall affordability of crossovers Honda came up again and again. A coworker and friend had JUST purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership, and they came highly recommended to me. I am a single, young female; and was trying to shop for cars on my own. So the entire car shopping process was a bit intimidating. I actually had already put down a deposit on a car! I talked to friends and family who felt the other car I was thinking about purchasing was not a sound decision. This is where Valley Honda came in. Both my coworker and I called them and within fifteen minutes I heard back from Kelsey. She was quick, helpful, and to the point. She did not try to talk me into buying anything, but she was extremely helpful with the mess I got into with the other dealership. I visited Valley Honda, test drove a CR-V, and walked away THAT DAY with a beautiful new Mountain Air 2014 Honda Cr-V EX. Valley helped me exit my lease early so I could get into the CR-V and get going. Michael, the finance manager at Valley was also amazing, it literally took 10 minutes to sign the lease documents, get the keys, and drive home to show my parents my new car!!! The next day Kelsey went out of her way to assist me with turning in my lease. Honestly, I am thrilled that my coworker/friend referred me to Valley. I would have had a payment that was well over $100 more than I am paying now, for a less reliable, less beautiful vehicle. Valley makes leasing / buying easy, fun, and fast. When to look at a used Honda I liked it and and wanted to know how much it would be after my trade-in. Of course they played the game of keep the keys. I gave them my keys so they could look my car over. In the mean time the salesperson tried to talk me into buying it. It took forever for them to get back with a trade in price for my car. Of course it was way below market value and of course they STILL KEPT MY KEYS! basically the sales guy told me my trade-in was a worthless piece of junk and the used car I wanted was top of the mark! They came up $250 on my car and down $500 on the used one. I bought the car because I needed a bigger one and i really liked it, but I was NOT happy at all about the process or price. it gets worse! I made the second mistake of financing through the dealer. The finance manager tried to push all kinds of over priced add-on warranties and extras even after i clear stated I didn't want any. it was a very bad experience!

We primarily worked with Dan, although Jason was also involved in the trade process. Dan was 100% committed from the first contact, but not in a pushy way. His communication was great via email, which worked best for us and was the main reason we choose Valley. All the other dealerships kept calling us instead, which we didn't care for. Dan did a great job pointing out the most useful features of the vehicle we choose, and presenting a fair price which didn't require a ton if haggling. Very straightforward process and an excellent product. As a bonus, everyone helped keep our toddler entertained during the process.

We were attracted to Valley Honda because of their friendly Web page. We found the vehicle that we ultimately ended up buying online and the ad was accurate and up to date. We then contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Terry Stay. Terry was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. Terry was also extremely knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot. My experience with Dan began in the parking lot Saturday evening. I was shopping for a used CRV and inquired of a group of gentlemen if the dealership was closed. Dan spoke up and said "yes, but how can I help you?" He then spent the next 25 minutes with me, on his off time going over the vehicle I was interested. He answered all my questions and told me how he would work with me on my purchase. He was kind, courtious ( He offered his hand when we were stepping over a median in the parking lot), and patient. He never appeared to be in a hurry to "get out of there". I knew I was going to be in good hands when I returned on Monday with my husband. On Monday I told him the best thing he can do for anyone is to always go the extra mile for the sale. It pays off.

We started looking for a car on Monday, by Tuesday I had an idea of exactly what we wanted and scheduled an appointment at Valley Honda for the following evening. When we arrived, we met with Kelsey Brazell to look at the car we decided on. The test drive went smoothly, so we knew then we were going to make the purchase. Tried internet pricing the 1st time, and Valley Honda was the best of the local choices. Lower than lowest expected from Kelly Blue Book. Internet sales person provided in writing a full description of all elements (discounts, offers, accessories, shipping) represented in the offered price. We continued the process of discussing the car and test driving with a floor salesman who was low key, patient, straight-forward and accommodating for many questions, multiple visits and calls. Flexible in preserving time-limited offers while waiting for funds from the buy-back of my current car by another manufacturer. No surprises anywhere, including the final purchase contract where optional service packages were offered and explained without undue pressure. The floor salesman, when delivering the car after purchase continued with a detailed demonstration and set-up of some of the electronics. The salesman also arranged for a loaner car when the purchased car was taken in for an accessory installation, which was factory perfect in color and alignment. Only issue so far was very minor; air pressure in tires was not readjusted or checked (too high at 40 psi versus specification of 33 psi). Overall, the dealership, processes and personnel were as transparent, friendly and above board as could be expected. It did everything it said it would. It is a long-established business and it has earned the right to be there for many more years. I would recommend the dealership and people I dealt with to anyone. After buying my car, found out a friend of mine bought there also (same salesman) and had the same experience as I did.

Steve Werksman has been a trusted partner in my multiple new Honda purchases over all those years, and has been nothing short of exceptional in all of our business together. Even though he no longer works directly on the showroom floor, he always dedicates time to assist me in my purchase process, which I feel is pretty much unheard of today for a sales manager at a major dealership. I found Jeff Katchen very engaging and knowledgeable about the model I was interested in. I appreciated he demo'd the Civic as well as the Accord. I' m sure I was somewhat of a reluctant customer...I really liked my old Civic and especially not having a car payment...but it was no longer meeting my needs and Jeff helped me find the right mix of features and the little bit of room and luxury I did not have before. My husband and especially daughter are all about the hi-tech phone integration features. I love the back - up camera and passenger camera. Sunroof rocks. I feel the car was a good value and Jeff helped me be comfortable with the trade-in and overall financing. (Edie very nice too and fully explained all financing). I would definitely recommend this dealership and esp. Jeff.

I came in for an inspection on my 2012 CVR and left with a new 2014 lease. Stopped in the showroom while waiting and ran into Terry who sold me the 2012 CVR. Asked about the 2014 and he was able to work out a nice deal for me to trade my old lease early for a new lease. My appt. was at 10:30 for an inspection and by noon I was leaving with my new car. We just purchased a 2010Chevy Traverse on Wednesday 4-9-14. We could not have asked for a better car buying experience. We have not purchased a vehicle in 6+ years. Frank Moyer was our Salesman and he could not have made us feel any more comfortable than he did. He truly made this a fun and enjoyable experience. He was never pushy and had all the answers to our many questions. He gave us his full attention every time we came out to the dealership (3 Times), via phone, and text (even on his day off). We were not the easiest customers to deal with, we really struggled on which car to trade in and Frank made every effort to show us all the options we had with trading in either vehicle, pricing them both out etc. it took us 2 days to finally decide which to trade in. We came out to your dealership several times as I mentioned and Frank made us feel welcome every single time. I began by going on line to get a quote. I was very pleased not only with the quote I was given, but also the friendly way Jason Flenniken explained the process that I would go through should I choose his quote over those I got from other dealers. I was happy that his quote was the lowest because I looked forward to working with him from the tone of his e-mail. My husband and I took a test drive of 2 cars with an Luric and did most of the deal with him. He answered most of my questions before I asked them during the test drive and worked through the process explaining anything I needed know. I would highly recommend Valley Honda and these 2 salesmen.

I would never recommend anybody to go to this place.It was one of the worst experience we had in our lifetime.If you are some body who is not from this country, it is not meant for you.The person we dealt with was so rude, he did not even allow as for a test drive of the car which we liked.He was not interested to do business with us.He was not bothered to shows us any other car.He treated us as if though we were inferior to him.He was suspecting our credibility.I thanked him politely and told him, Valley Honda is not the only dealership in Pittsburgh.All i can say is he was a total jerk and thug.I would never recommend any body to this place.Please stay away.

I looked at the Honda Accord at Dean Honda and South Hills Honda, and my son stated that he had been at Valley Honda in Monroeville and he was treated very well by the staff. He told me to e-mail Valley Honda on Friday night 3/28 and Jeff Katchen e-mailed me back at 8:30 PM at night. I was very impressed by Jeff's e-mail response and openess to beat my current offers. Jeff e-mailed me again on Saturday morning and invited me out to the dealership to discuss buying a Honda Accord. I drove out to Valley Honda, met Jeff, he was very open, truthful, and willing to beat my current offers. I decided to buy the 2014 Honda Accord and drove off the lot with my new car at 2 PM. Jeff explained how everything worked on the dash board, he taught me how to enter personal phone numbers and set my favorite radio station buttons. I was very impressed with the time and service Jeff provided during my visit to Valley Honda. The financial manager was very efficienct and detail oriented. I will definitely recommend Jeff and your dealership, I felt that Jeff was honest and trust worthy.

We recently traded in our existing vehicle for a Honda Civic EX. Jeff redefined what it means to purchase a car for us. Not only was Jeff knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were interested in, but he made it a point to identify the differences between our existing vehicle and the vehicles to which we had narrowed our decision down to. Plus, he was friendly and courteous. This was our first trip to Valley Honda. Actually we were looking for another vehicle down the road and just wasn't satisfied. My husband has been looking at the Honda's for awhile but just didn't think it would fit our purpose. As we drove by Valley Honda I told him to pull in. The first thing that impressed us wasn't every salesmen came running out of the dealership and ask "May I help you" as with other dealerships. We were just looking, I enjoyed that. As we walked in we were greeted by Joe Carlino. Very polite and soft spoken. We told him we may be interested in an Accord. We were at the right place at the right time. He showed us a vehicle that a gentlemen just traded in today. We looked at it, Joe gave his insight about this vehicle and he said lets go for a ride to see if you like it. A few of my family member's drive Honda's so we thought we would try an Accord. We really liked the vehicle and Joe said lets see what we can do. We sat down with Joe and came up with a price and even traded my husbands truck in. This is the first experience that we enjoyed in order to sit down, come up with a price, trade in a vehicle and be out of there in a short time. Joe is a super salesman and very understanding to your needs. I would recommend this dealership and Joe Carlino when looking for that correct vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, the employee that we had an appointment with had called off sick, so Joe agreed to assist us in shopping for a used CR-V. We had a couple selected from our internet search and Joe was very helpful in checking the inventory and explaining the differences in the vehicles we had identified. Joe also recommended another CR-V that he knew a lot about the condition and previous owner. We test drove the car at Joe's recommendation and found it to be exactly as he described. We decided to purchase the vehicle, and Joe tended to us attentively while the sale was processed. When it comes time to replace our second vehicle, we will definitely call Joe first!

Also several of the other salesman who happened to be there the day we bought our car (unfortunately I do not know their names) ...gave suggestions to me and also helped make the experience informative since they were asked by Jason to explain how to operate the car after we purchased it. We had looked at Shadyside Honda since it was closer for us; however both experiences were negative. We are very happy with our decision overall. The two things that I miss; and wish the car had; an automatic starter for cold days, and beeping as you back up the vehicle. This was an unplanned purchase as my car had been T-Boned in an accident one week earlier and was a total loss. Jason emailed me as a result of me visiting the Honda exhibit at the Pittsburgh Auto Show. I was planning on waiting till the 2015 models started arriving to buy. Meanwhile I was liking the Mazda CX5 push button start and blind side warning. Jason continued emailing me with reasons to buy a Honda now so eventually I did and I'm very happy with my new Honda. Overall, buying a car at Valley was a very easy, low stress experience. Getting multiple quotes online simplifies the process. Jeff is very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable about his product. He explained the features and even setup some of the systems for us. He also followed up with a courtesy call to make sure we were happy and having no problems.Mike did I great job of putting together a sticky down payment situation so we could take the car home the same day. He also explained the warranty programs in a low pressure way which was easy to understand and evaluate. My only suggestion, explain the down payment policy at some point prior to the customer coming in to purchase. Perhaps a link in the quote or other contact. I assumed incorrectly that the entire down payment could be put on my charge. So far so good with the new EX Civic we are enjoying driving a well built, well equipped car.

Valley Honda was recommended to me by a friend who recently leased a 2014 Civic. Since I trust this individual, I decided to check out Valley Honda's website to see if they had any used Accord's that fit what I was looking for. Not only did they have the Accord I ended up purchasing, they had 3 others that fit what I wanted. I immediately sent an email inquiring about the vehicle and Jeff Katchen responded within 15 minutes. Jeff and I then proceeded to email back and forth for the good part of the next day and a half. Jeff was always quick to respond and thorough with his responses. Never once did I feel as if Jeff was frustrated or did not care. Once I felt satisfied, I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Even when I had to reschedule the appointment, Jeff was more than accommodating. After test driving the vehicle, Jeff got his sales manager, Steve Werksman, who proceeded to have my vehicle looked at to give me a trade value. Steve and his team gave me a very fair trade value for my car which made me be able to afford an extended warranty. That is when I met Edie Cardamone. Edie took the time to explain each of my options, what was covered, what wasn't covered, and the cost of each. She even took the time to do a comparison of plans with me so that when I left the dealership I would be able to explain the coverage to my wife. Needless to say, the very next day I arranged financing and purchased the vehicle. There are two other Honda Dealerships closer to my home, but Valley Honda took such good care of me that I know I will be back to see Jeff, Steve, and Edie when the time comes for another vehicle.

So many people are quick to complain when service is poor and forget to give praise when service is above average. We are in the process of replacing both of our vehicles. Money is tight and I had to shop around for the best deal. Valley honda was not our first stop since we are not from the area. It was our last stop though thanks to joe carlino! I have never been a Honda owner, but my son-in-law swears by them. Since I was in the market for a new vehicle, I decided to take a look at a CRV after reading about them. Upon entering the dealership, I was introduced to Frank Moyer. I was not really interested in talking to anyone at this point so he left me alone till I had questions for him. He explained features of the CRV and I left the showroom. I visited the dealership a second time to take a test drive of the CRV. It was a great ride and Frank continued to explain features of the vehicle. What I really appreciated about Frank up to now was that he never pressured me or asked for my name and phone number in order to keep in touch. (I visited a Mazda dealership where the salesman did not know very much about the car I was interested in and needed my name and phone number. I received a follow-up call which I did not appreciate!) I visited another Honda dealer where I was not made to feel comfortable in addition to feeling like they really did not want to accommodate me and my needs. They also needed my name and phone number in order to leave their show room. So I went back to Valley Honda and Frank Moyer. It was here that I chose to purchase a new CRV with Frank Moyer as my salesman. He made me feel like a friend and welcomed my business. We completed the necessary paper work and scheduled a pick-up date. (He took the time to show me MY CRV before I left that day.) On the pick-up day, my CRV was ready, clean and Frank spent time with me getting to know my new car. He also offered further help with the many features in the event that I forget their operation. I would recommend Valley Honda AND Frank Moyer to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

My wife and I needed a newer vehicle that was family friendly. we had a difficult situation and very specific limits to what we could manage. Joe Carlino was exceptional. I used truecar.com to find a reasonable price and recommended dealership for a 2014 Honda Accord. I was pleased to see Valley Honda, the closest dealership to us, as a recommended dealership. Within moments of receiving my certificate for the True Car Guaranteed low price, I was politely contacted by Jeff Katchen via email with a price that was much lower than the True Car guarantee. When I arrived at the dealership to try the Model that I wanted, Jeff sat me down listened to the specific purposes that I was using the car for. He was kind, intelligent with his opinions on why the car I wanted might not be the best fit, and he recommended an Accord model that he thought would be better. When I asked him about costlier upper scale models (like the EX-L v6 version), he actually reminded me that I was doing a lot of City driving and I would get killed on gas. After test driving both the EX and EX-L models with Jason Flenniken (the Internet sales supervisor), I understood that Jeff's and now Jason's similar recommendations of the EX-L 4cyl was perfect and right for me. I asked Jeff for the best possible price and again, when I went home to think about it, i saw his quote was way below what was an already Low True Car price. The best part, Jeff and Jason never pressured me with calls or emails (like other dealerships), which I really appreciated. The next day, I went in after calling to set up an appointment, and they had the car I wanted set aside, they quickly and fairly dealt with my trade in, quickly helped me with my loan papers, and got me in my new car within 2 hours. It was like getting to know new friends. So easy, effortless. On one hand it helps that Honda makes it easy by there aren't a lot of option packages to choose from only different model packages. But, Valley Honda and really Jeff and Jason's customer service were outstanding. From the business-like way they initially contacted me, to their ability to make extensive negotiations unnecessary; from the way they were respectful to my family, to listening to my needs and finding the best car for me, I couldn't be happier for choosing Jeff Katchen, Jason Flenniken, and Valley Honda. Jeff spent a lot of time with us making sure we knew all the details about the car and we didn't feel rushed into a decision. He was 100% friendly and helpful the entire time. After all the documents were started, we spoke with Mike Donnelly where all our answers about payments, warranties and maintenance on the car were answered honestly and we felt even more at ease with our decision. Mike mapped out a variety of possible warranty plans and helped us to choose the right one for us. Overall a great buying experience at Valley Honda and we love the car so far! Perhaps you should share my story with others who are older and have trouble with knees and hips. Give them an opportunity to try other vehicles, even if they asked to see a Civic, let them experience other cars as well. This would ensure they are purchasing the right car for them.

When we went to look at the vehicle we already had our ways to dispute a pushy sales person who would try to pressure us into buying the car right then and there. Joe was not your "pushy" sales person. He was kind, honest and did not pressure us. He gave us time to make sure this was a good buy for us and answered all of our questions without being pushy. I was in contact with 5 Honda dealerships beginning early September 2013 trying to find the best deal possible. My communication with each dealership continued until recently. Jason always answered my questions immediately, was straight forward and kept in touch throughout the process. I finally made my decision on November 30, 2013 and purchased my 2014 Accord. As you can see, I gave each of the dealerships plenty of opportunity to gain my business. In the past I have purchased new Honda's from Baierl Honda, Dean Honda, and South Hills Honda. Valley Honda provided me with a great deal and any easy, "enjoyable" if you can believe it, purchasing experience. Jason was very professional throughout this process and I highly recommend him. I had been looking for a new car for a little over a month. I was considering Toyota, Nissan, Mini and Subaru in addition to the new Honda Accord. I had really liked my old Accord so I was hoping Honda would come in as one of the top picks in my search. I had been in once earlier on a test drive with Terry Stay. At that point I hadn't narrowed my search down to much. After weeks of back and forth to the various dealers my friend suggested trying the internet quote. Jason got back to me very quickly with a price that bested the other cars I was considering. The Accord had so much more than the other vehicles so it was a no brainer. Through the process Jason answered the many, many questions I had. Meeting him in person made the experience even better. Jason knew the car very well and highlighted all of the many features. My wife has a disability and uses a wheel chair. Jason allowed us to put the chair in the car before we committed to anything. Some of the other dealers were extremely nervous about this, but before we can purchase a car we have to ensure the trunk can accomodate Tracey's chair. Jason was excellent when we discussed the actual price of the car etc...This process can be quite rough, but my experience with Jason and Valley illiminated all of the stresses of negotiating a price. We are very happy with our purchase and our experience at Valley.

I stopped at the Valley Honda to get information on CRV's and Cross. Joe answered some questions, shared information, gave me his card and asked me to call him if I had any other questions. He said he does not like to bother people and would not call me, so to call back if I was interested. I got back to him and he was very patient and gave helpful input while I was making my decision. When I went to pick the car up, he went over the features on the car with me, helped my connect my phone to the car and made sure I had his phone number so I could call him should I have any questions. I would never visit this dealership. Mr. Gregory promised a call back on Monday and did not return the call. Called and left a message on Tuesday and he did not return call. Call back and told by the receptionist that he was out sick today. Have a friend call back not even 3 minutes later and guess what MR. ROBERT GREGORY answers the phone sponky as all get out. SMH terrible service for a car dealership to conduct. To think I had a friend that was going to buy a brand new CR-V from this man on Thursday morning. Wlep they lost that sale and any others that mention going to this dealership to me.

I am so glad i had Joe Carlino sell me my car. It was very personal and hard to give up my old car because of its sentimental and personal value i had associated to it. The day i got my new car and gave up the old one was the 7th anniversary of my fathers death. I had a lot of great memories in that car-both me and my mother did with my late father. I located the 2007 Honda CR-V by visiting the dealer's website. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately welcomed and assisted by the receptionist who paired me with my salesman, Frank Moyer within 1 minutes of my having arrived. I was looking for car last week (Sept 2013 first week). I shopped with a different dealer by contacting over the internet and visited their shop for a test drive. It took me almost a month to figure out what I wanted. I looked at everything that was a small car like chevy, toyota, etc. and while the cars were fine the sales people were not pleasant or helpful. All they wanted was to sell me a car or if I was not buying I was not worth their time. I went to valley honda because I had heard good things and wanted to drive the civic. I met Jeff and he could not have been nicer. We sat down and talked about what I wanted and then he showed me all about the car and test drove the civic. I liked it but not ready to buy it yet and Jeff talked to me a little bit more and said when I was ready to let him know. No pressure and someone who treated me like a person, what a difference from the other places where I had been. I went home and decided a few days later I was ready. Came back in, met with Jeff again and picked the civic and the color I wanted. The lady who did my paper work was very sweet and gave me a good price on a service contract.I was really stressed trying to find the right car and then going to this honda place made me realize that I should have started here first.I have already recommended people to go here.

After a week of frustrating car sales experience at other car dealerships, my husband and I walked into Valley Honda. We were greeted warmly by Joe Carlino. It was a welcome change of pace to simply have our questions answered, and our concerns addressed. Although we had to go out of town for the busy Labor Day sale, by phone, Joe was able put the car we wanted aside and it was there when we came back to Pittsburgh. Joe made the transaction go smoothly by talking us through the paperwork we needed to fill out by phone, telling us when the wait would be shortest that evening to sign and always being readily accessible by phone to our numerous questions. Upon picking up our new 2013 Honda Accord, Joe took all the time we needed to make us feel at home in the technology packed car. My husband and I have used Valley Honda for years. We bought our first used Honda (2002) back in 2006 and have kept it in tip top condition thanks to Jason Fisher and his staff. About six months ago, my husband and I decided that we would need to purchase a second car. I would only consider a Honda and started doing my homework. We are a hard working middle class couple and need to spend our money carefully so gathering information was important to me. While having the oil changed in our 2002 Civic, I was impressed with the mechanic, a young man named Joey Carlino. I am a teacher, so I notice manners, respect, knowledge and reliability pretty quickly in young people :) Joey had them all. Since the salesman that sold us our first Honda had retired, I asked Joey who he would recommend as a replacement. Rather shyly, he responded, "My Dad". You could see the admiration on his face as he spoke his father's name. While paying for the oil change, I then asked Jason and he gave us a few names, with Joe Carlino being first. My husband and I respect Jason and feel like he is almost like family. Each time we are in, we ask about his children and he always has pictures to share:) While many people we know don't trust the people and companies they take their cars to, we only trust Jason and have never been disappointed when dealing with him.We searched out Joe Carlino and spoke briefly with him, but could not stay since we were on a tight schedule...something we deal with on a daily basis, so we took his card and left. I called Joe several times with questions, made one appointment and had to cancel, and he never seemed frustrated with me. This too, is very important to me. The last phone call I placed to Joe was to ask about the Labor Day sale, I assumed would be taking place today, Sept. 2...Labor Day. He explained to me that Sat, the day I was calling, was the big sale day and that he would be happy to help us out. So my husband and I headed over to VH. Joe was helping a million other people out, but greeted us when paged, asked us a few questions, brought us a print out of the used cars and prices in the lot (because we came with the intent of purchasing used) and we told him we would walk around while waiting. We did find a few cars that were being considered and went back into the showroom. And then my husband and I noticed a brand new 2013 Civic. After reviewing the sticker price, the price of the used cars, the warranties and thought...why not? Joe came over asked another few questions,. flew around the corner and brought back some print outs with information I said I would need, asked a few more questions, flew away again and was back in minutes with more info. I told him my heart was set on a white Civic, he ran back, came back and informed us there was only one left at the holding lot and he had put a "Hold" on it for us. There were so many people there, that I appreciated his quick thinking. We talked about a down payment, monthly payment, we handed him our ID that was requested, which he made copies of and quickly returned, and told us he would need some time to check approval for financing. We gave him our cell number and took off for Pgh to do a few quick errands. We called Joe about ninety minutes later per his request, and he gave us the good news, that our new White Civic would be ready for pickup when we returned. Upon returning, we only had about an hour to complete all paper work, so Joe passed this on to Mike in financing and all was done thoroughly and quickly and we were on our way within the hour with our brand new Honda Civic....I am 58 years old and this is only the second new car I have ever purchased :)I am writing this review to let others know that Valley Honda is a dealership you can trust. Joe Carlino is a salesman that knows the business, cares about his clients, gets the job done, takes his time making sure you get the info you need to make a decision, gives you the time to process all that is coming your way, encourages you to call him at anytime with any questions or concerns about your purchase, and works like a woman....had to add that...when a man can multi tasks and gets things done quickly, I always use that phase as the highest compliment!So a great big thank you and a top notch rating to Joe, Joey, Jason and Mike. You are the reason I will only consider Valley Honda for my purchases, inspections, services and recommendations to my family and friends. We have bought hondas for years and we decided to try something new and go online. I was on the internet getting quotes and only one place kept calling me and emailing me for over a month and wanting me to buy a car from them. When I emailed back, Jeff our salesman was right there for us. We did everything over email and online and when we came in to buy our brand new Honda Civic everything was smooth and easy. No stress involved and we even met the manager which does not seem to happen anywhere anymore. Jeff sat down in the car went over everything until we were ready to go and even checked up on us later that everything was good and we were comfortable. We went back a month later to get something from the parts place and everyone was friendly including Jeff who went back out to the car with us and answered some other questions we had with a smile. Great experience with a honest salesman and for us very simple, we will be back in three years to buy again from Jeff.

We went to Valley Honda looking to buy a CR-V LX. Instead, we got an excellent deal on a year-end CR-V EX. We got the color we wanted and we got what we believed was a fair trade for our Dodge Grand Caravan (which rarely happens). All said, we were in and out of the dealership before noon (which was a record). I have been purchasing used and new cars since 1966 and Joe Carlino and Michael Donnelly were the best. They were both very humble and honest. Joe made sure I got the monthly payment I could afford and did his best to get the transaction through very quickly. Michael D. was also honest in that he didn't want to sell me something I didn't want (warranty). He gave me options and even told me to think about it and not to rush into anything. I came into the dealership to buy a used vehicle that I felt safe in, as I was ready to get rid of my 1998 Toyota Camry. I had already had an issue with getting an auto car loan through my bank, so initially, I was very discouraged about having a good experience with buying a new car, as this was my very first experience of buying my own car. My father had recently bought a new 2013 CR-V from Joe Carlino and because of his good experience, my father wanted me to also go to the Honda Dealership and meet Joe, as well as the rest of the team. Joe treated me as if I was his own daughter when buying this new car. He was very nice, attentive, and personable. He was very informational about the cars, as he answered every question I had. He walked me through the whole process of buying my first car. He also did not pressure me in any way and made sure that I was comfortable in the choice that I was making, as well as helped me make sure I was getting my money's worth. He kept in touch with me through phone calls and was very helpful in making sure my insurance was in place before I signed any papers. The process was very quick, as Joe also knew that I was going on vacation in a few days and wanted to drive my new car to the beach, so he did what he could to help me make that happen. I would most definitely refer anyone I know to Joe and continue to come back as a happy customer.Mike was also very helpful in giving me a good financial deal with buying my first car. Monroeville Honda is a very low key and non-pressure dealership. Joseph Carlino and the dealership is very passionate about Honda and very descriptive of how Honda products would benefit my family. I had visited another dealership that sales Honda's and it was a topical experience. I came in and took a test drive in a 2009 CRV and returned the next day wanting to test drive a different model 2008 CRV. When I asked Dan about taking a 2008 CRV for a test drive he replied "Why do you have to drive it if you drove the 2009 they are all the same?" Being a woman and walking into a dealership it is important to me to be treated as if I am knowledgeable and able to actually purchase a car on my own. I have also purchased 2 vehicles that have included working with a trust fund officer and Joe was an excellent liaison between the dealership and the trust fund officer. He was professional and worked quickly to get a purchase price to the trust officer. I was sent to Valley Honda by a friend to see Lou Ranallo. she knew him from another dealership where she bought her car from him. when i got there he greeted me like we were already friends even though we had never met. i told him that my budget was very tight and that it might take a miracle to help me. he made me feel like there was nothing to worry about. we took 3 demo rides before i selected my Accord. i love that car it is so nice and well maintained. all of the "used" cars at Valley were really nice it was hard for me to even pick one. I have been telling everyone i know about Lou and the whole Valley Honda staff. I never had an easier time buying a car. He even took me to avis to take back my rental car. We were very blessed he was okay, and what could have been a very trying experience, (you're literally in a time crunch to get a vehicle!), was wonderful. We met Joe Carlino & Michael Donnelly, (Finance), who were very helpful, and had our best interests in mind. Along with Joe, again Steve helped us as well and we are very happy with the help we received. All of our questions were answered, requests were handled professionally and they couldn't have been nicer. Additionally, they managed to get us a lower interest rate for the amount of time we needed which beat our Credit Union!!If we could've afforded a new car, we would have bought it there, (we bought both of ours at Valley Honda). We researched Edmunds, NADA, KBB, and Nationwide on used cars. I purchased a new Accord and couldnt have had a better experience. I intended to use the Costco auto buying program and was referred to a competitor dealership. This was the first new car I purchased and I was not sure I would enjoy the experience. I visited several other dealerships before coming to Valley Honda. I was immediately at ease by the friendliness and straightforwardness of my salesman, Lou Ranallo. I own a used Honda Accord and was very pleased with its performance and I wanted to test drive a new Civic. Lou explained the features of the car, ran through the numbers on cost, financing and payments, and explained the next steps--if I decided to purchase the car. He never made me feel pressured. I never felt like I was getting the run around, like at other dealerships. It was a very enjoyable experience. I was very pleased with the look, features and performance of the vehicle. I was unable to purchase the car that evening, as I didn't bring the appropriate materials. And although I was only "looking" that day, I returned the next morning to purchase the car. A big part of that decision was the way I was treated by Lou. I plan to service my car here also, expecting the same quality customer service. I will visit Valley Honda for future purchases first from now on.

Let me hasten to add, I am a very hard sell and very hard to please. Firstly, I got an actual quote on a price of my CRV (EX) by email (by Jason Flenniken); a price that told me they were ready to deal by selling a carSecondly, I got wonderful call from a service representative. She was so courteous that it made me want to visit the dealership on they day of the call. So, I did just that... clearing my schedule to do so. Thirdly, the "deal" process was no nonsense. The price we negotiated was more than fair. The car was affordable. It was apparent they wanted my business. Awful customer service - I've been out of a car for more than a month because after my car (which has 97000 miles on it, I've owned it for 11 months and the timing belt jumped which means I have to get a new engine for $4000) died I had it towed up there to get diagnosed and be fixed. I purchased a 2013 Accord 01-15-13. My salesperson was Bob Gregory; he demonstrated to me this vehicle's safety features which provided me the basis for an informed decision regarding the Accord. I was considering two other vehicles and had worked with their respective dealerships and salespersons. Although the vehicles were similar, the salespersons were not. Bob took time to carefully explain every feature of the car when I first sat in it, as I test drove it, and when I took delivery of my new vehicle. He has repeated several times to both my husband and me that "you have me for the life of the car"....and we believe him. The Accord is a great vehicle, and although I previously owned a Toyota Avalon, I do not feel underwhelmed. The customer service level offered by Valley was high above what was offered at my local dealerships. The price was also great and I was not pressured in any way. I was treated with respect and fairness throughout the deal. Jason Flenniken, my salesperson, and all the others in his office made me feel welcome and important. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, no attempts to bait and switch, no "funny business" like what I faced at my local dealerships. I drove from West Virginia to buy from Valley because of the difference in how I was treated by Valley. I was also impressed with the "across the board" niceness of the salespeople. There were proud returning customers in the sales office and, to me, that's always the surest sign of a good dealer--your repeat business.I will definitely trade at Valley when it comes time for my next Honda. Unfortunately for them, that may be several years because of Honda quality.

I was provided Valley Honda as one of two dealers through www.truecar.com and my credit union.I received my first email from Jason early the next morning and by the end of the day we were able to reach agreement on the sale of a 2013 Honda CRV EX-L with Navigation that had ever feature available at the most competitive price possible.I arranged to met him the next day to finalize the transaction and within 30 minutes of my arrival, Jason was able to work with his finance office to obtain a lower interest rate directly through Honda Financial Services.Throughout the entire process, Jason was keeping me informed of each step that needed to be done and the status as it was being worked.While I had spent two days online researching the CRV EX-L and came to the table prepared to purchase, Jason did an outstanding job in making sure this was not a painful experience.While there were other Honda dealers closer to my workplace, I am happy that I didn't "showroom" the negotiations and just go to the next dealership for a small price difference.

I'm being completely honest when I say I didn't originally have a Honda in mind when I started shopping for my new car. However, my fiancee had purchased this last two cars, the most recent one a little over a month before, from John Fratangelo at Valley Honda. He really respected John's laid-back, honest attitude (which is very hard to find in many salespeople nowadays) and recommended I visit Valley. When we told John what I was looking for, he immediately started checking his stock and ran some numbers for us. At no point did I feel any immediate pressure to buy the car, but the fact that he was willing to give us the time and space to discuss this large purchase made me want to come back to buy from him, as opposed to a local competitor who was willing to beat his price.While the financing didn't originally work out as planned, he spent the extra time after we left exhausting all possible resources to get me into a new car that I could afford given my situation (recent college graduate with very little established credit). As the result of the extra effort, we were able to get the car right at the price we had budgeted for, and we could tell that John was almost as excited for us as we were.If you're in the market for a Honda, I highly recommend working with John. We had researched a bunch of cars and settled on one in particular, a Honda. We visited the lot during regular business hours and drove to the back to be left alone with the vehicle we were interested in. Out of nowhere Joe Cardino appears and I'm thinking here it comes, the same tired old salesman pitch every car buyer has come to hate. But wait, Joe isn't one of those guys, he simply introduces himself, opens up the car for us and leaves us ALONE. His only request being to take as long as we want and to lock up when we are finished. I went back tot he dealer a few days later and test drove the car with Joe and found him to be the same person he was earlier.....not pushy, willing to work on numbers, and straight forward. Plus he's a nice guy. I never felt like he was trying to up sell. Wife and kids liked him as well, the ultimate endorsement. Highly recommended and will do business with again when the time comes.

When looking for service on our car, Valley Honda was always our first choice. Not only because the related car was a Honda but mostly because of the quality of service we received. We were treated with courtesy, in a timely fashion, and the repairs done were ones that were needed, unlike at some other service departments where unneeded repairs were done just to pad their bills. A couple of times when repairs were needed after an accident, Valley Honda recommended a top-notch repair shop.When it came time to buy new cars, we automatically went to Valley Honda. I just recently purchased a used Honda Pilot from this dealership...this is the second time I bought from them..My salesman, Joe Carlino was the most patient sales person that I have ever dealt with. (I sometimes have a hard time making decisions) He was extremely familiar with the inventory and it was not unusual for him to phone me when something of my interest was added to the inventory. What I like about Joe is that he is not your typical high pressure salesman....just honest and concerned to make me satisfied. I have only used the service department a couple of times in the past and I found that the service department staff were always friendly and accomodating to work around my schedule. I have been buying cars at Valley Honda for the last six years, my experience everytime has been excellent. Bob is a very friendly salesman, he puts no pressure on you to buy something you don't want. He will work with you to meet your needs. The dealership will not let you take a car off the lot unless it clean and safe. The service department is very helpful and always professional when you need you car worked on. My family has purchased four cars from Bob in the last five years, I would highly recommend my friends and family to look to Bob and Valley Honda when they are looking to buy a car.

The service department is also top notch and willing to go the extra mile to solve any service scheduling issues, as well as, warranty issues which are extremely rare. I bought my new Accord at Valley Honda in Monroeville, Pa..My salesman Bob Gregory was great with showing us the vehicle to explaining all the extras and the paperwork.I have had good experience with their service dept. and plan on continual use of them in the future.I will recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I have purchased my last three cars from Valley Honda. My salesman, Robert Gregory, has always gone out of his way to be accommodating. When considering a purchase, Mr. Gregory consistently answered my questions to my satisfaction, and was extremely helpful when I wanted to compare various Honda models.In addition to purchasing my last three vehicles at Valley Honda, I have always had them serviced at the dealership. Regarding this service, I cannot say enough about the positive experiences I have had. Scheduling a time for servicing my vehicle was never problematic. The service hours are extensive, and if a particular repair/service did not have to be done immediately, that was made clear. Any work that needed to be done was carefully and thoroughly explained, and nothing was ever done without my permission. Since I do not live to near the dealership, I always wait at Valley Honda while my car is serviced. The waiting areas are comfortable, and I have been able to complete work there, or sit and read. For those who prefer to watch television, that is available as well.

I just picked up a beautiful CR-V last night and am very pleased with the car and the service I got. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and responsive. The salesman was great. He got me the car I wanted and was very good about returning my calls when I had questions. He was very patient while I tried to decide exactly what I wanted. I got a good interest rate and the "extras" (extended warranty, road hazard service, etc) were presented to me with no pressure to purchase - but my questions were answered. Overall it was a very good experience and I have already recommended the dealership and salesman to a co-worker in the market for a new car.

We went in to see about purchasing a Honda Ridgeline. I have never purchased a Honda before, but always heard awesome things about them. Valley Honda did not dissappoint. We were greeted promptly and directed to the appropriater personnel and treated excellent. I could not of asked for a better experience.

I started my bad experience since I moved to the town close to this dealer and brought my civic for maintenance. The first one was related to oil leaks after oil change.The second one was related to over filling in oil change. The third one and last one was terrible. The service advisers and the managers were arrogant (except one gentleman) besides lack of basic knowledge about warranty but trying to ripping me off via attempting to charge on warranty repairs and double charge on state inspection, although the warranty repair was done there. Not to mention that they forgot putting back the catalytic converter cover after repair.
