My husband and I broke down, on the interstate, outside of Miami, OK. Thank you Kevin, Chris, Shawn and Thelma. Thelma drove us to our hotel, Shawn brought the wallet, that was left in the car. Chris stayed late to work on the car and Kevin was as nice as could be, keeping us informed. We were on the road much quicker than expected as Shawn picked us up, from our hotel the next morning. We couldn't have broken down at a better spot. The team at Vance Ford was extraordinary and kind which made a stressful event almost enjoyable!

Had my car for weeks working on my brakes. 2 days after picking it up it starts say low brake fluid. Brake pedal still goes to the floor and it feels like they are rubbing on something and the rear shakes when I stop.

From start to finish, Stevie took care of me entirely. I was a very hard customer. I was upside down in my car I traded, I had to work the deal from over six hours away(I traveled to purchase), I had to have my payments below a certain amount and I was looking for and extremely specific vehicle with specific options. Stevie worked very promptly and found me the car and started to work with his manager on my deal. They got me the EXACT jeep I wanted with the payment being $4.00 less than I had asked!!! From the very first time he replied back to my inquiry, Stevie handled my situation in a professional, courteous manner. I honestly wish I lived closer so I could refer more people to him and his coworkers! I highly recommend them! By far the best dealership I have EVER purchased from!

I drove to Vance Ford Lincoln after I seen a Jeep I wanted on their website. Once I communicated with Kelly through email, I made the trip to give the Jeep a test drive. Once I was there, Stevie Nowlin was the salesman that helped me out. After we took a test drive around town, I decided that I wanted to go ahead and buy it. Stevie was really laid back with his sales approach. Working in sales myself, I know how the game goes. There was a few back and forth offers. I honestly was not pleased with the first 2 or 3 offers, but they worked with me. The sales manager Marshall got involved and helped me feel comfortable with the new offer. Once we had a final offer, we shook hands and everyone was happy. 10 minutes later or so, I'm guessing it was the finance manager that came to speak with us. He was the only person who didn't introduce himself. I know everyone's name who was involved with the sale except for this particular gentleman. His job was to sell me a warranty on the Jeep. He was the only person that worked there that made me want to leave. His sales approach was basically to scare me into paying more for a warranty I really don't need. I understand he was just doing his job, but his approach was bad. He seemed very hyper off a NOS energy drink. He literally told me "Your Jeep WILL break down." What a horrible sales approach. I understand what his job is, but he needs to work on his people skills. I wasn't going to budge on paying more than what was agreed on. Afterwards he just got up and left, without saying bye or have a nice day. I'm glad he left because I was about to just leave the dealership without the Jeep. Stevie, Kelly, and Marshall were all very nice people. Their customer service was outstanding. After a few hours I got to drive my new Jeep home and I'm still excited about it. I would recommend Vance to anybody I know.

I don't recommend them I took my truck in to get head gasket looked at an they checked everything but that cost me half a paycheck an still had to fix myself they .might b good at changing oil I wouldn't take for anything else. They gave me a list of stuff wrong with my truck an I replaced head gasket myself an it fixed the other problems.

Recently purchased a new car at Vance Ford Can not explain the ease I had working with Steve Nowlin The professionalism that I felt. from him and yet he showed he cared. Was never pressured or felt that questions were left unanswered. The business office was nothing but wonderful in helping finding the best interest rate. Every person we came in contact that day asked if we needed any help. We have dealt with Vance this is our 5th vehicle our family has purchased , Hats off to service department in Miami and Grove Leland and crew do great work Both places have had our car repairs have went the extra mile. Stevie Nowlin was great! He helped us out magnificently. We probably drove 4 different SUVs before we found the one that fit. They actually went across town to their other dealership to pick up the one we eventually bought. We had gone to another bigger dealership (Fletcher) in another town (Joplin) but all they wanted to do was run us around and kept jacking up the interest rate. Stevie, Clint the GM, and Steve the finance guy worked really hard and got us into a 2013 Dodge Journey with only 2700 miles and an excellent interest rate. The previously before mentioned dealership was wanting 19% for a much older minivan with much higher miles. I was very pleased with the end result and will be going back there to trade in when the time comes. If you go there ask for Stevie, he was great and very helpful.
