Carolyn Person my advisor was great with getting my appointment scheduled around my needs, informing me of the process of my repair, explaining the repair and everything. I would definitely ask for her if I ever have to come back to this location, by which is my purchase location. I give her 5 stars!! The cost of my repair (parts vs labor) was crazy high and not happy that a major part went out on my car in 2 years.

My service adviser went out of her way to take care of me. I also had a chance to speak with the tech working on my truck and was impressed on how thorough he was on his inspection of my truck. I've had an interesting experience purchasing a vehicle from here. It started out great and then went downhill from there. I was misled by the sales consultant regarding some of the features of the truck. To be fair, it is a used vehicle that was 6 years old, but when I went back to ask how to use the feature I was told it had, he said that it sometimes "disappears" and would reappear in a few days. I went home and found out that feature wasn't included until the next year's model. I then took it home to my dad to have him check it out while it was still under the 30-day, 1000 mile warranty. When we went to test the 4x4, it was completely shot. It is inexcusable that it made it to the lot in that condition; had I not caught it under that short warranty, I would have had to pay for this very expensive repair out of pocket. My dad also noticed that the air filter was dirty, so that clearly wasn't addressed. Judging by its acceleration performance, the intake likely needs to be cleaned as well. Again, I’m not sure why this wasn't all taken care of before it hit the lot. I didn't anticipate, nor should I have had to, having to do all these repairs and maintenance right after purchasing it. I took it back and the service department was great. They took me right away even though I had no appointment and they came back saying they would replace the front end differential and would call me when the part came in (this will fix the 4x4). I haven't mentioned the maintenance concerns but plan to when I take it back for the repair. I was also told a rip in the driver's seat would be reupholstered. After asking twice, they have yet to get that repair scheduled. Management never responded or apologized to an email sent about my concerns with the 4x4. The customer service after the sale is 2 stars at best, and I would recommend anyone buying a used vehicle from them to really look it over and test all features before purchasing. Unfortunately I just trusted them, assuming everything worked and all necessary maintenance would have already been performed.

First off I would like to say the the services preformed on my car where great. The horrible part is that while getting services done my car was involved in a accident. That is ok things happen but what really makes me upset is that no one told me. I found the damage before I left the lot! Very upset that they thought I wouldn't notice gauges missing out if the bumper that the body shop across the road had just put on! Really??? They did agree to fix and gave me a rental car to drive. Which they didn't do what I asked. I have 3 car seats and told them this ahead of time. They put me in a tiny car in which all 3 seats didn't even fit! Just very upset about the whole thing! Also never recived a call from the manager!

Brian, the salesman was pleasant to work with, he seemed to be mindful of your needs and desires, he didn't try to push a vehicle off on you that you couldn't afford or want. The only thing that I really wasn't completely happy about was, it took a month to get my registration and to this date I haven't received my title. My insurance carrier stated that the dealership didn't call to have the vehicle added to my insurance until 5 days after I purchased it. I am not sure who would have been responsible if the vehicle had been in a crash, my personal opinion is. the insurance company should have been contacted before the vehicle left the lot and I would assume the dealer would have been responsible since it was their responsibility to contact the insurance company. I would deal with this business again and would recommend it to others.

My experience at Van York was fine and the personel were most helpful, my only negative comment is why in the world we couldn't come to a mutually acceptable deal on the convertible cover. I was willing to trade my cover plus a LaBra leather cover for the front end, a definite plus plus for V Y. Anyway we made a deal reasonably accepatable to me and I'm sure Van York did quite well. Chris Flynt made my car buying experience extremely easy. I had chatted with him on the phone before hand and he found me the exact car I wanted. When I came in he made the process simple and streamlined. I was treated like a good friend not just another customer. After the test drive we went through the paper work, he got me great financing, and in less than an hour and a half I was out the door with my car. This was by far my best experience with a dealer.

Corey Thomas and Fred Thompson took such good care in finding me the prfect used car! I felt like I was dealing with old friends. The loan officer was such a huge help in explaining all of the details on the purchasing of the car and any extras I needed. Fred introduced me to the service manager who was also very pleasant. As I was sitting waiting there were numerous employees that spoke to me....very nice friendly atmospher! I will NEVER buy another car anywhere else!

I have been looking for a different car, new or slightly used. Was referred to Vann York for this particular vehicle. The trading experience was entirely satisfactory. The dealership is set up for efficiency, little distraction,privacy,etc. Personnel cooperative for a good experience. No experience with repair facility.
