I really want to blast your service and taking care of a customer ,but I will take the humble route. I won't say everything on my mind. I bought 2 cars from you and traded 2 cars in within the last 15 months. Velocity made good money from me! But you hurt me and your not there for me when I needed your company. You've lost a customer for life. The GM reached out to apologize, which was appreciated. We came to the conclusion, what's done is the past and I really hope they can provide the service I deserve in the future. I want to update my post. ,as I took my car in for service twice now from my negative feelings before. From scheduling to explaining ,and the service I got makes me feel like a VIP again. I look forward to upgrading my car again with you in the future. Thanks

I received great service from Lloyd at the Honolulu velocity service department. I was greeted before I got out of my vehicle and the service was performed quickly and as promised. My only issue was the drive up the service ramp was very difficult. the ramp is steep and tight with on coming traffic it would be a lot worse.

Purchased the Genesis GV-80 at Honolulu Velocity. The salesman Ethan and sales manager Rich were very professional and knowledgeable. The car sales itself but every question asked was answered. They didn't make you feel pressured into buying. They treated you with respect. Will definitely go there for my future purchases.
