The service department is top tier. Professional, Honest, Friendly and straight to the point. Brian and Rich are quick with letting you know exactly whats going on. Ben's quality of work is second to none, you just cant beat a certified mechanics quality of work. My favorite thing is they are very transparent on every step of your service and their process. I don't think I have received customer service to this level of care anywhere else. Normally when a place is busy, its hard for the staff to provide you with a quality experience. From the moment I walked in, these guys are about helping their customers. Ill be back for all of my cars needs. They have my trust and my business.

I trust the dealership to perform the needed work at a reasonable cost and be done in the time frame promised. The service department is knowledgable, courteous, and professional in all aspects of the service visit. I will only let this dealership do any work on my Ford Edge. Just finished a maintenance visit - a simple oil change , tire rotation and alignment - was greeted cordially, the work was performed promptly and efficiently by the staff, and the car was back to me in an hour... Great Job - Thanks

I went in for my first no charge oil change following purchase of my new vehicle. I was surprised that I was charged to have my tires rotated. When the car is up on the lift it doesn't take much to rotate the tires. I would have thought that should have been included with the first free oil change.

After my initial visit for an oil change, an engine light indicator came on and I returned with my Ford Focus ST to Verner-Cadby Ford to correct the issue. Richard, in the service department, was extremely helpful with resolving the issue as well as easing my worries, and even provided a courtesy vehicle when I dropped off my car for service. Went to Verner-Cadby to get my mother's car serviced and to help my sister buy a New car. Her Ford 2006 Focus was tired. Found a car, our no pressure Salesman was great. While working out the particulars, the Parts Department told us in addition to our oil change, Mom's breaks had seen better days. They offered us a loaner, a brand new escape. We had Mom's car later that afternoon and the new car the next day. Never had such a smooth experience in other dealerships in Sales or Service. Thanks Verner-Cadby for making our life easier and working in our budget.

Made an appointment for oil change and works, forgot to tell Richard about the brakes, he told me and had the rear brakes installed. Asked for a deal on four tires which Richard again took care of. Car was ready when promised and I had loaner when I dropped off, does not get much easier than this.

Arrived early; breakfast offered (brought my own "how I like it tea"); comfortable chairs in waiting room; news on tv with volume on low (thank you); not quite awake yet; set to reading my newspaper. Within 30 minutes car was evaluated and I was given the option of waiting or receiving a car to drive which I choose. I drove home to finish breakfast and "wake up". My car was ready by 12noon; picked it up and paid the bill.The car runs very well, steering feels balanced, engine smooth. I've every confidence in driving it this summer on my vacation time, new tires will be safe for summer and winter driving.

This was my first service for new 2016 escape which I am leasing... from the start the service was excellent, waiting room was comfortable and clean, I brought some work to do and had paper to recycle and back office staff graciously showed me where the recycle container was. After the service one of the guys in service dept. Tom was great, Originally I was sold on the edge almost to the point of getting it but when the price was a bit too high for me he had me try the escape and I fit a lot better than I thought I Would and ended up getting iit that day. All of the staff was very courteous; would ask if want coffee, something to eat, or something else. I felt comfortable with my 5 month daughter. I went in for an oil change and other simple routine maintenance. The service was quick and the guys at the service desk were very accommodating to me; one even offer to go up to the pay window for me to not have to bring the carriage into the loud garage. A free car wash coupon was given on my way out. This is my third lease car with this dealership and have always used them for my car maintenance. I will continue to do so in the future for their honesty and being excellent hosts as you wait.

My daughter was home from collage for only two days when her Ford Escape needed major repairs to it. When they told me that it would be tied up for a several days I had to tell them she was due back at collage. Rich (he is the greatest) got the parts in and got people working late and early to get it done for me. ALL the guys back there do a great job and they are the reason I use that service department. This may be my second or third review of Verner-Cadby's service department. I called Rich at the Verner-Cadby Service department because I needed an alignment and some other items checked on my car. I mentioned I needed a loaner. When I arrived, Rich had all the paperwork prepared and I was in my loaner and on my way in minutes. I dropped the car off at 7:30 and he calls me at 9:30 to let me know the service has been done and the car is ready for pick up. I bought my car at Verner-Cadby, which is a good distance from my home in West New York, NJ. There are probably 2-3 Ford dealerships closer to my home and office, but I'll keep bringing my car to Verner-Cadby for service because they are professional, prompt, and do quality work. I have a 2013 C Max Energi as well as a 2014 Escape Titanium, the C Max replaces a 2011 Edge I had previously. The folks at Verner Cadby are always awesome and great to deal with. The service department is second to none and can always be relied upon to educate me on new technologies as well as always trying to save me money. They are extremely honest...finally I have a dealership I can rely on. i can afford to drive any car or SUV I want, but because of Verner Cadby Ford I will always be driving Fords.

They tried to sell a fuel injector cleaning service to my wife for $150 because there's no replaceable fuel filter. The car has 11k miles on it. The owners manual says the fuel filter never needs service or replacement. Everything would've been excellent if they hadn't left a bad taste in my mouth from trying to sell a service that is not only gimmicky, but said to be unnecessary by the manufacturer.

Richard Johnson was my service representative and he makes the whole service process seamless. Verner-Cadby is a out of the way for me as I live in West New York, NJ and work in Manhattan, but I continue to go to Verner because Richard makes it so easy to drop off my car, get a loaner if I need one, and pickup my car. The outside looks great and you even fixed my license plate. Rich took the time to go over all work performed on my vehicle so that I knew exactly what was done and why (yes, we also discussed this before I authorized that any work be performed). And, they were quick to offer a "loaner" vehicle.The only issue that I have is the cost. I know that a lot of work was needed, but I feel that overall the cost was just too high. Hence, the lower ratings. If I was just rating the service (sans the amount charged), I'd give you excellent across the board.

Excellent service. Facility appears to have one large restroom. Waiting area comfortable.Windshield wipers installed several months ago have chattered with almost every upstroke, except when the rain warranted a higher stroke rate. With rainier weather this becomes more annoying, but this was a fault from day one, and I'll soon replace wipers with an aftermarket brand.

The Fiesta transmission has had issues for some time, but Ford was quite proactive in response- my original warranty was extended for the transmission and covered this repair. Verner-Cadby Service - Rich, Dennis, et al - have been outstanding throughout. Although the needed parts were on back-order, they were able to fast track the repairs when the car became unresponsive. A loaner was immediately available and the repairs were completed within a full business day.The Service Department at Verner-Cadby Ford has been one of the most outstanding customer services experiences I've dealt with for almost 25 years. They are the primary reason I have purchased all of my vehicles from Ford.

The folks at Verner-Cadby always do a great job. This time they helped me out by taking me right away without an appointment because my tire was losing air and I was afraid of getting a flat on my trip to CT this week. I always recommend them--service and sales--to my friends. In fact, there was a lady in the waiting area who said this was her first time here. I told her it definitely won't be her last, since the service here is so good. Rich and Dennis in service and Andy in sales are wonderful. They are also updating their customer waiting area, and they always have coffee and goodies to eat.

service was performed well on my 2014 Mustang GT. Not much work to be done, oil change, tire, rotation, etc for "The Works" service. Staff has been much more friendly, and the change in someof the service personnel seems for the better. The dealership seems to be always upgrading the appearance of the building and offices, and working area, which is good for the customers. Coffee and bagels are always out for the customers.Good Job!

It seems cars always need servicing at the worst times - when you don't have a second car to use, when you want to go on a trip and when your teenager didn't tell you it was time for an oil change. The guys at Verner always come to a mom's rescue. The free loaners are a nice touch and Richie is always there to go the extra step.

Leased another car 2 months early. Guys were great to deal with. I knew exactly which car I wanted, found it on their inventory web site, and they had it in stock just like the site says. They keep the inventory updated. My time is extremely valuable and I let them know that. They did the deal in 20 minutes- no hassles. Pick up 2 days later- 45 mins. Plates- 48 hours later. What a pleasure. No hassle. Love the car. I've not had any issues with the Service dept for the previous lease either. Tom is a very easy to work with Sales guy who follow's through.

I love this dealership and always have. Anyone posting a negative review simply doesn't understand the process and stipulations of buying a car. This is a hassle and gimmick free dealer, any way you look at it. I have never dealt with such a down to earth dealer and sales team. I also get my car serviced here with no issues. My entire family owns fords and we all have used the sales and service department at Verner. I am truly confused about the negative reviews- I'd ignore them and see for yourself. Paul is a wonderful sales person, attentive to detail and he truly cares. I will be back, I trust them entirely and will never go anywhere else. GO SEE FOR YOURSELF!!!

Went to this dealership many times to get major and minor work done on my truck. Finally had it with Rich from Service because he just can't seem to lose the attitude. I tell him there is a problem with my exhaust and he tells me "they tightened everything up.". $220 and one day later the same EXACT noise is back. So I bring the truck back and tell him I will keep bringing it back until it's fixed. He rudely told me, "we are here get the job done;we fix the problems!". He called later and said I could pick the truck up with no charge and it was fixed. I picked it up. They didn't even touch it and wrote on the receipt they fixed the problem. Rich is a loser that couldn't get anywhere in this world because he never did his homework in school. So he has to take it out on the rest of society because as consumers, we are better, smarter and nicer then Rich. I would rather have my truck blow up from over driving it with problems vs see that jerks face and give them even one more penny of my money. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. At least if you go to Ed Carney Ford, they are respectful.

Every time I go in for an oil change they tell me a new thing is wronge with the car. I always have my dad look at it and he confirms I don't need what they say. Last time I was in my windshield wiper stopped and they told me it was the motor and had to replace the whole thing for 1200.00 and had to leave it for days. I took it to a local machanic and he said the bolt was loose and fixed it in 30 minutes for 90.00. I feel like they always are looking to pad the bill. This place is close to my house but sad to say they are not honest.

I brought my 2000 Ford Explrer to this dealer I met with the Svc advisor Dennis he was very clear to help me understand the problems with my truck but also informtive/knowable. The only bad thing is that this dealer make appts for your car/truck to be serivce which I did not like cuz I just wanted to show up drop off the truck & go on with my day. I guess they get way too many customers bring their cars/trucks to service they have more work then staff. As far as the repairs well lots of $$$ ($2,700.00) worth of work I had done (this is not body damage) just front end work but at least I know the job was done right the first time using Ford parts & Ford trained A techs working on my car so in the long run I have to say it was worth the cost.

Do NOT go to Verner Cadby Ford- Especially if Andrew Farrant is still employed there!!! He completely cheated & lied to me. I only went there to have them look at my lease 1 month early. He told me how much money I'd save by doing so. I signed papers for a '11 Fusion- paying $315 a month, which is a HORRIBLE deal. I still had to pay for my last month lease on my other car, which I had already handed in. AND worst of all, I JUST got a bill for my other lease that I had handed in for $1,795 for supposed damage on the car (brakes, tires, etc- things that they change regardless, when reselling the car). He told me that with our 'deal', I wouldnt be charged for anything. It was such a huge lie. When my current lease is up- if 'Andy' Farrant is still there- I wont even think about getting a new car with them. ALSO- the service is HORRIBLE!!! I have so many examples- I'd bring my car in for maintence, such as an Oil Change- which is ALWAYS takes them a day to do- and they would call me mid-day with atleast 2 other things that needed to be replaced or fixed. (PS- your oil changes cost almost $50 there- and they don't even rotate your tires or anything. Its just a flat out oil change). If you want a good deal- do not go see Andrew Farrant. If Verner Cadby Ford still has him employeed, don't even go there. He is so useless. As soon as you sign the papers on ur new car- he will treat you like your nothing. Trust me on this- Its happened to me twice. AND after this past experience with Andy & Verner Cadby Ford- I found out that this is a common occurence with how they treat there customers, and how they try to get as much money as possible. They are HORRIBLE! Andrew 'Andy' Farrant is horrible. I'm going to keep commenting on this to let everyone know the truth. I'm going to contact Ford and also let them know about this too. Hope no one gets cheated, treated, AND lied to like how they did to me.

I love this dealer. I recently returned a leased car and leased a new one. The Sales guys are down to earth solid guys. Very honest. Tom and Carl are excellent. Easy to deal with. THEY DO NOT HIDE FEES for all kinds of extra 'paperwork' like many other dealers do. They got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted and it was ready when they said it would be ready. The paperwork was painless (I hate paperwork)and they were just the nicest guys to deal with. No pressure at any step in the process. They worked with me and followed through. I have had experience with many car dealers- Saturn, Mazda, Toyota, and Honda. These guys are honest. Don't expect to be sucked up to or waited on- that's not how they do it. I personally like that. These guys sell cars to people who like cars. Also, their service department is excellent. Very good and trustworthy. You won't go wrong going to this place- but go in expecting a down to earth experience. The best way to describe this experience; its the car dealer version of going to your local hardware store of days gone by- not Lowes or not some high end kitchen remodeling place, but the local guy who really helped you and was honest because he was a local part of the community.

Fantastic Service! A wonderful experience, Tyler and Richard were both friendly, welcoming, and honest. I brought my Mercury in for service having never been there before. Tyler and Rich got me a vehicle to drive for free all day so I didn't have to take a day off work. The service department got my vehicle in quickly, found my problem, and had me back on the road by 5:00 that evening. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, their price was great, the service was speedy, and everyone from the service department to the office to the sales department was incredibly welcoming and friendly. When it's time for a new car I'll be shopping at Verner-Cadby Ford.

I had a very bad experience with this dealer. They were incredibly rude. Major attitude!! So rude I walked out and didn't purchase the vehicle that had already been financed. They didn't follow through with what they said they would do and tried to pass off shoddy work. Stay away!!

I recently purchased a new Ford Fusion Hybrid from Vener-Cadby Ford. Initially I located the model w/ the options I wanted online and called up their sales office, letting them know roughly when I'd be dropping by. When I arrived, the vehicle was parked out front ready to go. The salesman (Cenab Tatar) was friendly, professional and accomodating. He answered all my questions and more regarding incentives, financing, warranty, features, pricing, etc. Most importantly, I felt he was entirely honest. I also appreciated how efficient and smooth everything worked out as I was in a big time crunch and needed the car ASAP. Overall, an enjoyable experience and one I would easily recommend.
