I've been shopping around for a used car for about a month. I've been to some horrible dealerships where they bait and switch and where they charge you all these bull fees. When I came to VIP Kars they were friendly, they didn't pressure me, and they encouraged independent inspections which gave me peace of mind. They also had no hidden fees just taxes and title. My salesman was Max and he's was very nice.

This is one of the best dealerships I've ever been to. The building isn't particularly fancy and neither is the lot. But the customer service was absolutely amazing. I could tell that Zee really cared about getting us in a car that met our needs.When I came to this dealership I had already known which car I had wanted and had done quite a bit of research on the car prior to coming in. Zee knew just as much about the car as I did and I had been researching for weeks prior. Needless to say I was impressed. Zee noted that the car didn't come with a spare tire and did everything in his power to try and get us one unfortunately this specific model of car isn't supposed to come with a spare tire so he wasn't able to get us one. After test driving the car I was sold on buying it so zee promptly took us to his office where we sorted out financing. At first they weren't able to find a bank that could offer a better rate than my credit union so we decided to leave and wait until my credit union was open(2 day wait) so I could give them the bill of sale and come back for the car. Shortly after we left the dealership we got a call from Zee letting us know that they had found a bank that would give us a comparable rate and we could come get the car right now. So we headed back and met with an extremely hospitable finance manager named lincoln and not even 30 minutes later we were walking out with a relatively new car. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this wonderful dealership. P.S. if you're concerned their prices are too low you shouldn't be this dealership is a low profit high quantity dealership so that is why they are able to sell for such good prices.

Go see Mr. Bernard! I found their car posted on truecars.com. I went over, we agreed on the price. It was the best deal on a 2012 Kia Optima in all of Atlanta according to my web searching. My bank (5/3) played games and took 8 days to get them the check. The whole time VIP Kars (Bernard) were very patient and helpful with providing the documentation the bank asked for. Then I went to sell back my old car a month later, and I got a good price with no hassle, again, thanks to MR. Bernard! If you look at the negative reviews on here, about half of them have to do with the mechanical issue. I don't know what people are thinking, but they have a sign LARGE on the desk saying "WE MAKE NO WARRANTY AND RECOMMEND YOU HAVE A MECHANIC INSPECT YOUR CAR" These are not Certified Pre Owned. If you buy As-Is, don't complain. The only slightly negative comment I have is that they *are* a busy dealership with a high volume. Sometimes it will take a shade longer to get things done; BUT they offer good cars at good prices, taking not much profit but making it up in volume. But that's what it takes for good price.

I was skeptical to visit VIP Kars with a K because I have had really terrible experiences with used car dealers in the past, but this place had good reviews and all the cars I wanted to look at, so I went, and it was a great experience! They were 100% honest about the history of the cars on the lot and did a great job of being helpful without any sales pressure whatsoever. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted to look at, and they let me drive them all. Our epic used car search came down to 2 cars, and one was a Honda Civic at an unbelievable price that we found at VIP Kars; even though we ultimately went with the other one, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good used car at a good price.

i did a lot of looking on the computer for a car for my daughter, the deals in Atlanta and specifically at VIP were well worth the 2 hour drive from Columbus...dan carter was great--no pressure, picked what we wanted and drove around until satisfied...... she was happy with her first major purchase. now she has a car to take her thru her college years w/o breaking down..she also added an extended warrentty...my son will need a car in a year and a half...one guess who i'll be seeing about it....VIP ROCKS the car business

My husband has been looking for a new truck for over 4 months now. He found VIP KARS website and after reading all the good reviews, we made the trip from Rome to their lot. As soon as we got there..we test drove the truck he found online..but didn't like it. He spotted THE ONE and we drove it home within an hour. But it was shaking on the drive home so I called the finance manager , Tom, and he told me to take it to our local Toyota dealer..so we wouldn't have to drive all the way back. But they couldn't fit us in for A couple of days so we took it back to VIP KARS. It was the transmission. They put a new transmission in for us..FREE OF CHARGE! We have the truck back now and we are so pleased with it and all of the people at the truck lot. They have became friends to us.

I had been searching for four makes and models of cars using a 200 mile radius of Nashville. VIP Kars continuously appeared toward the top of the list of over two hundred cars as being the best value. The salesman Chris was kind enough to hold the car I was interested in while I made the 200 mile drive. The car was as advertise and their no haggle low price made dealing with sale personal extremely easy. We completed the paper work and was out in less than thirty minutes. My wife and I were in the market for a used van and found VIP Kars online. We saw a van that we were interested in, 2009 Kia Sedona w/ 49K actual miles, so it sparked our interest because the price was good. We called to set up an appointment on a Sunday. When we got there we were greeted by a salesman named Zee, who was very nice and professional. We test drove the van, we loved it and purchased it Jan 2015. We financed it through VIP Kars finance department and Lincoln was the person who did the paperwork. Just want to say to Lincoln, I still love your name. I had a limited amount of time to purchase a car after my car was totaled in a not at fault accident. I already knew the make and model of the vehicle I wanted and happened to stumble upon VIPcarz online. I called and spoke to Chris on the phone and he encouraged me to fill out the credit application online, I did and by the time I got to the dealership I was informed of my approval. I test drove the car and test drove it again and eventually decided to proceed with the purchase. Chris was brand new when I got my car, but you would not have been able to tell by the quality of the service that he provided. He was upfront and honest and anything he did not know the answer to, he would ask a superior. Linclon in Fiance was of great assistance as well. He was very friendly and did a great job explaining my contract and services. Buying a used care can be taxing and very frustrating, but they made this a car buying process very easy. I would highly recommend VIPcarz to anyone in the market for a good quality used vehicle. I have had my Lexus ES for over a month at this point and I absolutely love it.

Have now bought an '04 and an '05 Lexus from these guys in the last 6 months. Love both cars and also love the deals on each one.They are a cut above the typical low overhead dealers in Atlanta. They are light years ahead of High Overhead Big Dealers when it comes to pricing. Prices are great and they are very easy to work with. Cars are cleaner and they don't mind having a mechanic check them out before you buy. Would recommend to anyone looking for good value in a nice used car. But don't forget you need to do your homework and ask the right questions before you buy. The buyer is the other part of the equation in a successful purchase.

The facility is not your high end top notch dealership look but that doesn't matter. My son and I drove over 7 hours to test drive a car for this dealership. We called to see if they would hold it for us until we arrived and they gladly obliged. Moe was very helpful throughout the whole process. Not pushy at all. I received excellent service at his lot. I really hate when sales people follow and harass customers, but they did not do that. The salesperson that helped me (Zee) was excellent. He even stayed after hours to allow me to test drive several cars and answer all of the questions that I had. I was also impressed by his honesty, especially when I asked him about trading my previous vehicle. I asked him several questions that I already knew the answer to just to test his honesty, for example; I knew the value of my vehicle and asked about trading it he did not try to take advantage by offering me something far below its value. I had been shopping around for almost a month and no matter what vehicle I was interested in, VIP KARS always had the best prices. I was a little skeptical at first, but as soon as I called them, the sales team were EXCELLENT in providing me comfort and re assuring me that I wouldn't be disappointed. I made an appointment for 3 PM with Tony Cruz for a 2011 Honda Civic. The car was already at the front of the Sales office for me. Tony let me drive the car and even offered me the opportunity to take it for a pre purchase inspection, which I did. The car passed and I ended up submitting a credit application when I got back. WOW, do they work fast!!!! The Finance manager Lincoln Scott got me approved in less than 10 minutes and I was done signing paperwork in 15 minutes. Made it so easy and smooth that I couldn't believe I was at a dealership with so much inventory. I LOVEEEE my CIVIC! I can't wait to tell all my friends and family about this gem of a Dealership.

I was referred here by a friend who bought a 2010 BMW 3 series. Been waiting to buy a car for some time now. When I got there a very friendly salesman by the name of Ziurul approached me and offered his assistance. He had great knowledge over their vast variety of cars in the lot. My daughter had just totaled her SUV and we were looking to purchase an inexpensive used SUV. I found three on there lot that we really liked. They let me take a 3 SUV's to my mechanic, this was an all day process and I ended up purchasing the last SUV they brought out. I think that overall my experience was a good one, they just don't have alot of room to bargain, which made it a little difficult for me, because I went at the end of the month and with cash, but they wouldn't budge. They said they sell at wholesale prices and don't make alot of commision. The cars are very clean and they have lots of vehicles in really good condition. I would recommend them, just make sure you take the used car to a mechanic before buying. My sales people that helped me were Dan and Bernard....very nice men.

VIP Kars is a small lot in south Marietta that looks like one of those fly by night places that change ownership every few months or so. However, they actually are a pretty solid operation with hard-working professional staff and excellent service. They seem to specialize in small and mid-sized Japanese cars, as I noticed the majority of the selection was Civics, Corollas, and Sentras. I, however, worked with Bernard on getting into a Hyundai Elantra. He was very polite and took the time to answer all my questions, even though it was obviously a busy Saturday and he and his coworkers were working with many people at once. I never felt pressured to close the deal, but was allowed to freely inspect the car and take it for a test drive. He was very up front about the known problems the car had, and was able to get their staff to fix a problem onsite before buying it. Lincoln did my financing and got me a great deal and was a pleasure to work with. I got my friend to drive me over 100 miles to get there and it was worth the trip. I got exactly what I wanted by going there.

Must admit when I first pulled up to this place i was skeptical however I was soon confronted by a sales guy. Johnny asked me to park my car as he directed me and as I got out he very respectfully greated me. He was very professional and showed me serveral civics. Great selection btw. My mom was very cautious and he entertained us even when she was blunt with him. We ended up driving a bunch of cars and came to a 09. Had several questions about it and he answered them. He also gave me a carfax. We had the vehicle inspected as he recommended it before we bought it. We were very satisfied with what he said being true about the car. I love my civic and would recommend this place to anyone. P.s. If you're looking for a deal don't go to a big car lot. All they do is have a nice office and rip you off. I found my gem in this place and will be looking to these guys for my next car.

The salesman told me very little abouit the car and being a first time buyer he made the process confusing and difficult while later finding out the 2009 car I was sold didn't have an Air Conditioning system something I thought was standard in newer cars. I would not recommend this lot to anyone!

While the salesman was friendly and willing to help, the quality of service was very poor. They id not give much information about the car, just handed the keys of cars we wanted to test drive and then walked away to deal with other business. After buying the car, I had to drive the car back to the dealer within 2 days because the catalytic converter was failing and I had to force them to replace it without charge. A week later, the battery of the car died and I had to get it replaced with a brand new one. While I understand that there are risks when buying used a car, I didn't expect so many problems after being told that the car is in great condition!

Very run down office building, salesman was spread thin and kept leaving us to go do other things, noticed that the several vehicles we saw online were priced $1000 more on the lot, just handed us the keys for a test drive, did not even ask to see licenses, vehicles we test drove was almost out of gas, pushed on the gas and it I'd not want to switch gears. We left and will not recommend this place to anyone.

I had been shopping on the internet for half the night or more for a month for a clean reasonably low mile 03 or 04 Mustang GT. I had found one at Kars in Marietta which is a little more than an hour from our home. It was within the mileage parameter that I was looking for and the pictures on the internet ad had close ups of the areas I was concerned with. I called and talked with someone to make sure the Car-Fax was clear and clean as well as the title. I had already made a wasted trip with my Brother to the same area two weeks before to a large used car dealer that gave the attitude from the time we got out of my truck that they could care less if I bought a car or not. Being handicapped and 65 years old that salesmans first remark was " Do you have Financing arranged " to which I told him that none would be needed but he still wasn't interested in helping me. This wasn't the case when we got out of my truck at Kars, we were met by a smiling face and out reached hand by Dan who I later found out had been a salesman there for around eight years. I told him about the car I was interested in and was led to it. They had so many cars that they were parked close together that it was difficult to look down the sides of it much less for me to get in. Dan ran together keys and took my drivers license to make a copy where I could test drive it. He then told us to look it over and if we had any questions that he would be close by. After an inspection I was interested enough for a test drive, Dan then sent one of the cleanup men to put gas in the car and when he came back I was handed the keys and told which way to go to get on the interstate where I could get a good feel of the car on the open road.,I was a little surprised when he let me and Brother go by ourselves but it worked out good because I value my Brothers opinion when it comes to cars. When we came backf I told Dan I was interested and let's talk numbers.,This was the part I dreaded because if we agreed on a price then there would be two hours of a girl in an office somewhere sticking one form after another in my face for me to read and sign then copies to be made and by then I would be during the Mustang following my. brother in rush hour traffic. Once the verbal deal was agree upon Dan went to work at his desk with a printer across from his desk. Within fifteen minutes probably everything was signed and put in a folder and laid in front of me. We had joked and kidded around the entire time, I was never pressured or hurried in anyway. The car has turned out to be in excellent condition and just what I was looking for and the entire buying process was the most pleasant less stressful I have ever experienced while buying a car.

Robby Sissan made my experience the best ever....he had a complete carfax history, showed me the things that might need some attention on the vehicle.and even met me at a public location because I was by myself. I haven't bought the car yet, but I am trying to work things out, because of the way he treated his customer. If he doesn't have what you need, he will do his best to find it! Don't waste your time going other places.....he's the real deal.

I was from out-of-state and arrived in Marietta with plans to visit several dealers in the area. I had a list on multiple cars I had researched online, and 4 were located at VIP Kars.Upon arrival, I spent about 20 minutes walking around the lot, locating the 4 cars I wanted to see, and comparing them to my notes. Not once did anyone walk out to greet me or offer to help, although I noticed a salesman staring at me out the window from his desk. The building was in disrepair, with plaster falling off the exterior walls, no frame around the entrance door, etc. Very shady looking and run down. I entered the dealership and asked the salesman for a test drive, who still hadn't moved. I was literally handed the keys. So I went out, got in the car, and drove it around the block. The car (advertisted as in great condition) rattled, was slugguish, and was obviously in need of repair. I returned, gave the keys back, and left without even looking at the other 3 cars on my list. I bought a car that day from a dealer down the road from them. This place is shady and staff are lazy and could care less about helping a potential customer. Look elsewhere.

I purchased a 2004 Honda Accord Coupe on the 26th of last month and prolonged writing a review to see if any issues would occur and it did. Two weeks ago my car wouldn't switch into P from D, it was like the brake was not being recognized to so the car could go into park. When I described the issue to the Honda dealership they automatically thought it was the transmission. Luckily, it was not and the knob used on the gear clutch was pronounced as faulty. The knob was replaced for FREE and I have not had any of issues occurring but other than that I LOVEEEEE my car. I am even recommending people to Vip Kars and telling them to ask for Juan(Johnny) so they can be well taken of.

Usually I'm afraid to deal with corner lots, but upon entering the office and meeting with Johnny I was pleasantly surprised. The office is really clean and well-kept and the staff I met were welcoming and friendly. Another thing I appreciated was that I didn't feel pressured to consider cars that I didn't care about. I could tell that Johnny was being honest with me while talking about the prospect care and never got the feeling he was trying to hide something from me. I was in the market for a 2004-2006 Lexus ES 330. I searched for months until two weeks ago when Vip Kars showed up in my search. This was such a blessing in disguise, I called and spoke to Mia and I knew I had found the car and the dealership I was looking for. I drove about 50 miles from Gwinnett County and visited Vip Kars. I only buy used cars and by far my experience with Mia has to be simply the best hands down. Another plus for Vip Kars, is that they do not charge their customers that " ILLEGAL DEALERS FEE". For me, the whole process was as easy as it gets starting with my first phone call to Mia. It was just a pleasure working with her. Also, the Sales Team do not breath down your neck or even try to sell you anything and most of all they are highly respectful of everyone. When I'm in the market for another cars, VIP Kars will be my first CHOICE. I will recommend any and everyone I know looking for a car to VIP Kars.

I recently purchased a 2001 Lexus LS 430 over the weekend and my experience was great. The mileage for this particular vehicle was low for its year and the price was even better. The salesperson Mia and finance manger Tony both were both very helpful. I will definitely purchase from this dealership again in the future.
