Although I sat and waited for recall repairs on my 2013 Ford Fusion, the stay was quite comfortable. TV to watch soda and snacks with a friendly environment. They offered rides to places for lunch and generally something else to do. Great job on the repairs, car runs smooth again. The only dislike was during the fix some dust particles got in the window line and scratched the window, Minor fix not too concerned. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Everyone was very helpful. Rich Loberg, was the salesperson I worked with. He actually drove the vehicle to our home in a snow storm to show it to us. He was very knowledgeable and knew his "stuff". The show room was very "buyer friendly" and comfortable. The general manager, Jeff Meyer, came over and introduced himself and checked to see that we were satisfied, very nice gesture. I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in for a warranty recall, had my oil changed, tires rotated & a car wash while I was there. The Service Crew were very friendly & professional. They took my daughter, 3 yr old grandson & myself to the Zoo so we could have a good time while my car was being worked on. We stayed till the Zoo closed, had an awesome time & called them when we were ready to be picked up. We received nothing less than 1st class service. I recently purchased a used 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Vision Ford in Wahpeton ND. I was told that the vehicle was in good condition and there were now problems. since the purchase I have had nothing but problems. Currently I will have to spend $3000.00 which is more than I paid for the Jeep to repair brakes, cracked intake manifold, rear seals, master cylinder various engine gaskets, and front and rear boots. It will cost me more than I paid for the vehicle that I paid to make it run. Do not buy from this Dealership ever.

I was in town on business and called when my Expedition wouldn't start. Within minutes, a technician came to the hotel parking lot to check it out. When it became apparent it would need a new starter, he gave me a ride to my appointment, then towed my vehicle. He promised the vehicle would be done later that afternoon, and it was. Another technician brought me back from my appointment to the dealership later in the day. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly. I recently took my Ford Expedition to Vision Ford for an oil change. I made an appointment in the morning for 10:45 and I waited for my vehicle this time as I had a lot of appointments during the day so I would need my vehicle as soon as possible. I sat in the waiting room for a very short time when Harold announced to me that my vehicle was done already, so I was able to get back on the road in no time at all. I was looking for a new used car with little time. I searched through cars.com and came across a car that had everything I was looking for. It was nice to see all the pictures that were provided, I didn't even look at cars that didn't have pictures. I emailed Vision Ford in the evening and I heard back the very next day, first thing in the morning from Alex Beach. We set up a time to go and test drive the car. I had other cars I wanted to look at but working with Alex and Jeff we were able to work out a deal that made both party's happy so I could drive away with it that day. That was nice since we lived in West Fargo. I was very pleased with how clean the car was as well. Knowing that we didn't have much time that day, everyone moved things along so we were in and out fairly quick. Both Alex and Jeff were great to work with, very friendly and not pushy! It was also helpful that Alex went through the functions of the car before I left so I had a better understanding of the car. It is definitely worth the drive to Wahpeton from Fargo.

My buying experience went very smooth. There was no pressure or hassle. I get all my service work done there and Kevin always visits with me and offers to get me a vehicle so I can take care of my business while I am in town. I will buy there again.

I was in Vision Ford getting some service work done on a vehicle. I really wasn't thinking about trading. Kevin came over to the tv area and started visiting with me. He invited me to his desk and offered to go over some numbers for me to upgrade. I was fully surprised with the great deal I got so I bought a new F150 Crew cab. I wanted some extra options added. Kevin offered to deliver it to my farm when It was ready. It all went so smoothly and I will be back when it is time for my next one.

Kevin Kasprick was absolutely AWESOME to work with! We went shopping around at different dealerships looking for an SUV. We really did not have our minds made up on what we wanted. Kevin found out what options were desirable for us in a vehicle and went from there. We did not buy a vehicle that day....it was much later! What we liked most was that Kevin searched, researched and would call us with options that he thought we might be interested in. He was never pushy towards us. Kevin was so honest that he even told us when we would not like a vehicle. Normally a salesman would let you buy anything just to make the sale. I was just driving thru the lot when Kevin K. stopped to visit with me. He asked what my needs were in my next vehicle. He then proceeded to bring a couple vehicles into the very nice indoor viewing area they have. Once I decided which vehicle I would like he went to work for me by asking a lot of questions regarding rebates. Turns out he found and extra rebate that other dealers had missed. I have bought many vehicles in the past. The personal attention and after the sale help from my salesman will keep me coming back. He also sent me a gift certificate to a local restaurant and a Christmas card. I really enjoy driving my pickup!!

Kevin Kasprick is the kind of salesman that every one should have. Treated me like I was one of the guys. Didn't give me the hundred dollar sales pitch. Told me how the car "Fusion" preformed. We went for a ride, I drove it back to the dealership. We played with some numbers $$$$. Told him I had to talk to the wife and there was no pressure for that to happen right now. We came back the next day and I had time to digest some numbers along with what Kelly Blue Book said my trade was worth. By the time the deal was almost reached we were only off $175.00. We both, Kevin, and myself stuck to our guns and in a few short minutes the deal was completed. For a smaller dealership, I'm impressed. They don't have every color, style, and wheel selection, but make it up in the people who work there. They remember your name and check frequently on how the Ford product is performing. Stop and see what a small town dealership can do for you.

I recently went looking for a new vehicle and although I was just starting my search I went into Vision Ford and was greeted by a great staff. I had many ideas of what I wanted in my next new car and the staff at Vision Ford was willing to answer all my questions and make recommendations that allowed me to get the perfect new car. After seeing all the technology available in the new Ford Escape, I was sold. Everyone went out of their way to insure I was comfortable with all the things this vehicle has to offer. I met with their Finance person, and she too exceeded all my expectations. I have shopped for vehicles both on my own and with my husband and I have never had a dealership care more about me and not about getting a sale. No pressure, great service and lots of options to make the best decision for myself. Ashley in the finance office made everything so easy and again, it was on my terms. I don't often write reviews but I was blown away by the experience. The General Manager even took the time to welcome me in and thanked me for the purchase. Were does that happen? THANK YOU VISION FORD! I LOVE MY NEW ESCAPE! I will definitely be back when it's time for my next one.

Im a farmer and had totalled my pickup of 9 months out. So i needed another one asap. This Ford dealership just happen to have the chevrolet i needed. Alex Beach was a great salesman. Better than that, he was true to the customer. Its only my second vehicle i have bought on my own and am realizing its a little different every time. Alex and his boss were gracious enough to let me rent the vehicle for a little over a week until i was able to get my insurance claim in so i could afford to buy the pickup. They were able to find me a low interest rate that suited my financial stability. Alex also hooked me up with a package that included some certificates for free car washes, oil changes, nitrogen filled tires, as well as some other discounts on service maintenance. I would highly recommend ALEX AND VISION FORD as a company. They did their best with me and i'm confident they will do their best with you.
