Went to go see a truck I found on Facebook market, they answered right away and set up a date to see the truck. Saw it. Liked it. Gave me the details to finance, got approved. They even fixed anything I found wrong with the truck when I test drove it, new brakes, fixed the exhaust, did some body repairs, at no extra charge. I was shopping for a used truck for my family farm I found a nice 08 f350 that they were selling. I found few things wrong with it but they were minor. Scott agreed to repair items if I payed the full asking price. I agreed to that. The vehicle was for sale for $24k I needed to get financing for this vehicle because of the price. The only financing that was available was commercial truck financing threw dealership. I put $1000 down from my debit card to hold truck, Scott wanted more like 5-8k down I just don’t have that kind of cash being a small farmer. I filled out all the loan info under my farm LLCs info. Finance company calls me and he was very nice and really tried to help me. There was a problem with my LLC registration and I would have to resolve that. I resolved LLC registration and was told would take up to 3 weeks to get sorted out. I told Scott this and he says that shouldn’t be a problem we can wait but need more money down, I asked how much he said like 5-10k down. I said Scott I really don’t have that kind of cash to put down on a $24k truck. I said can w do this under a personal loan not a business loan. He said yes. I asked what will be the interest rate on that loan. He said every bit of 10%. I said no that is WAY to high. My personal credit is 760. I ended up backing out of the deal. And now when trying to get my $1000 back he says it’s store credit no refunds. I really feel like I was taken advantage of and will never buy anything here. I have been in contact with my bank and they are working on it but nothing yet. I’m just glad I didn’t give them the 5-10k Scott was asking for to hold the vehicle. Buyers be where of this place and of Scott please I’m a farmer and overly trusting at times and now lost $1000!!

Terrible experience trying to make a purchase. No communication, had to hound THEM! Don't waste your time here and don't listen to their response they spent no time on anything, I guarantee it.

Bob did a good job selling me a box truck. Vitale has a better selection than Ryder and the trucks are in better shape. And they sent me to the best Italian restaurant around. Five stars.
