My Mercedes SUV went in for the 2nd annual service at Viti. I worked with Sue M. and Danny. They both did a great job ! I had a big list and Sue kept me informed all the way. There was some additional work being done and Sue let me know what my options were before doing it. Thank you to the mechanics who diagnosed an irritating and hard to find noise that was coming from the lift gate area. ( It ended up being e-brake clips). Also, the car drives better and stops better after transmission and brake service. Sue had quoted me a price and even though it ended up being a bit more that she quoted, she stuck to the original quote! The pick up and loaner service is amazing. They came when they said they would and dropped my car off washed and vacuumed. Thanks again!!!

Not only is she completely knowledgeable about the full MB line, but also very quick to to pick up on my requirements and interests as a customer looking for a GLK 250 BlueTec. One of my requirements was a trailer hitch. Although she had several cars in stock, she would not let me consider a dealer installed hitch because "it just doesn't look right". A day later she found the ideal car and had it shipped in from Wisconsin. She kept me up to date on the shipping progress thru several snowstorms and the holiday season, and coordinated the paper work, and personally delivered the car to Harwich Port some 90 miles away on Cape Cod. I went to Viti with my wife to just test drive a GLA 45 AMG. I called ahead and they got the car ready for us. My wife and I both drove it and really liked the car. We ended up trading in my wife's car and my Harley Davidson. Our sales rep was Krista Martitz and she was outstanding. Viti took care of all of the paperwork and had us driving home in the new car on the same day. The car we purchased was an executive car with over 5000 miles on it. At 69 yrs old and having always been a car buff my whole life I have bought a lot of cars. (I think about 75) I bought this new Ml350 from Brad Sollitto. I remember only about 2 others who made it an easy fun experience. Usually buying a car puts you in a hostile environment. Not here with Brad.Good guy, friendly throughout the experience and no pressure.And he really knew what he was talking about.! Brad isn't part time and this is not his hobby. This is his calling and his carrear. Actually I guess I made him jump through a lot of hoops, but he was patient and we finally pulled it off. Viti was my third stop of the day looking for a new car. The other dealers were interested in the sale and didn't listen to what I needed in a car. They wanted to "sell" me a vehicle. Viti greeted me cordially and did not pressure me into anything. They just asked what I was looking for, then showed me the cars that fit my needs and left me alone to decide. When I was ready Krista was my sales person. I was ready for the high pressure that I had experienced earlier in the day. That did not happen. We talked and tested two cars. Both fit my requirements. I liked one and loved the other. I bought the E350 on the spot. IN all my years of buying cars I ALWAYS experienced some buyer remorse. Not this time. The purchase was easy, Krista went out of her way to make it easy. I then had some service problems with the car. As good as the buying experience was the service was better. Russ, My service person, took care of all problems quickly and efficiently. I have never had service so good. I have had the car two years and I am still amazed at the car, Viti, and there staff. A simple way of illustrating the excellent service from Krista is to say: I inquired about a vehicle (E350) on a Thursday Krista brought the car to my house (Im approximately 30 miles away from Viti) on a Friday for a test drive and we negotiated pricing I called on Monday to tell Krista about my decision to buy The new car was delivered to my house on Tuesday and they drove away with my trade-in. Could it have been any easier? This is my second purchase from Viti and I have loved both vehicles as well as the excellent customer-focused service.

I was looking for a lease 2015 GLK 350 SUV. Had to be white with tan interior and all the standard features along with what I was willing to spend. No other dealer was able to find me what I wanted and give me the deal I was looking for, until I decided to try Viti Bros. That's where I was introduced to Brad Solitto, he managed to find me the car and price I was looking for. Brad even went as far as hooking up my garage remote control when no one else could do it! I feel that I am like most people and love getting a new car, but hate the buying process. That has totally changed with my latest purchase at Viti Mercedes. Brad Sollitto was our sales person and from the moment he said hello to the follow-up phone calls after delivery, he was absolutely amazing. No Pressure, No trying to sell us something more than we needed, No cheesy sales lines... He knew the car inside and out, knew and understood our budget and needs and worked to find us the car that fit. Was more than patient with us with our millions of questions and never for a single second tried to rush us into making a decision. He turned everything that we had always thought about a car salesperson and turned it on its head! He was everything that we could have hoped for... I guess that is the Viti way, because from service to the General manager, every person that we dealt with was equally nice and efficient. They understand that as a customer, we have a lot of choices.. but for me the choice is clear..... I am going to call Brad when I need a new car and I can rest assured that I will be treated as a valued customer and not just another potential commission. I don't write many of these reviews, but for Brad and Viti.. I am happy to do it...

Viti, Inc. has a great service team. If I was stuck on the side of the road the Service Adviser Sue would send a helicopter to get me. When you have a problem it is nice to have someone go the extra mile to make sure you are safe and that roadside assistance is on the way to you. Its reassuring to have someone on the other end of the phone that you know will get you the help you need. The dealership is very clean, the sales personnel are professional and courteous and treat you as if you are their only customer. I would recommend Viti, Inc. to my friends and family members considering that I have purchased 3 vehicles for myself and my daughter has purchased 2.

I made an appointment at Viti for an oil change on my Mercedes.300. Once there my service manager explained that it was "B" service and would cost about $600. Not expecting the higher costs, I said, why don't you sell me another certified car and not change the oil. I was quickly introduced to Brad Sollitto, who listened to my car requirements.Within a few minutes I was sitting in a white ML350. After a short drive I felt that this was the car for me. It was the only car I looked at on the lot. The whole transaction took under an hour. After purchasing the car, Brad gave me a very complete instructions on the controls. He was also very attentive when I later returned with more questions. Buying my ML from Brad was probably the less stressful car purchase I have made in my lifetime.

Viti is very different than your average car dealership. They welcome you in and treat everyone like royalty. I was unsure of what I wanted in a car, and the sales person I worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable about every option there was. If you are looking for a Mercedes then make sure you go to Viti and ask for Krista, she is truly the best .

She presented several options for me complete with pricing so I could make an informed decision. She even brought the car to my home so I could test drive it. Viti Mercedes is the only place I would consider buying my next MB. Krista, my sales rep, knows exactly what she is talking about and I trust her and the dealership completely. Susan in service is also incredibly nice and helpful. When my MB needs scheduled service, Viti picks up my car at home before I leave for work and delivers it back to me at work or home (always perfectly on time and this is a free service to boot)! I get a nice Mercedes Benz loner vehicle and my day goes off without a hitch. Service made simple and pleasant.

The entire staff was great! I was somewhat apprehensive about buying a diesel SUV until my ride home, when I averaged 36.7mpg. At the point, I knew I made the right choice. My wife and I visited Viti in March of 2015 just toying with the idea of a Mercedes. Our Sales Consultant was Krista Martitz and she spent a couple of hours explaining and test driving some C and E series vehicles with us. Shes a driving enthusiast and very knowledgeable. I fell in love with a 2013 E350 and after some painless negotiations arrived at what I considered a fair price. There was never any pressure or shenanigans that often are part of the buying experience! The next business day I dropped off my trade and picked up my Mercedes. Krista had already facilitated the paperwork. She went over all the features and controls in a very logical sequence and even had me practice a few things. Overall Viti provided my best car buying experience! I got an early experience with Viti service a few weeks later after I broke a side mirror backing out of my garage (takes a while to get used to a wider vehicle). The service was great they picked up and later dropped off my vehicle leaving me a loaner for the day. They fixed it at the estimated price which was surprisingly low considering the drop off service (I live 30 miles from Viti and there are tolls)!

I'm a bit of a skeptic whenever I hear people say good service and car dealer in the same sentence and have never enjoyed the new car buying/leasing experience until now. Krista and her whole team at Viti were as professional as it gets. Not only was there no pressure, no haggling but I literally got into my new car within 4-5 phone calls/meetings and that included sales and financing. I almost had to say "pinch me!" Then Krista offers to drive over an hour to deliver my beautiful new baby. Again, I was feeling like I must be in one of their commercials because I could hardly believe how smooth this went. Krista kept paperwork organized and totally prepared for me to go through and sign so there was never that oh, hmmm... wait while I check with our manager from the old days. I had visited Viti MB on a Sunday and viewed the Certified Pre-Owned vehicles on the lot. I looked at a few Certified Pre-Owned E350s that I liked and decided to return for a test drive. A couple of weeks went by. I returned to Viti and walked into the showroom and asked to meet a Sales Consultant. My wife and I were introduced to Krista Martitz. The moment we met Krista, I knew I would be purchasing a vehicle that day. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to my wife and I. Krista answered every question I had during two road tests and I couldn't be more pleased with the manner in which she handled the business portion of our meeting. She made our car buying experience extremely pleasant. Her personality was amazing and she was truly a pleasure to deal with. We agreed on a price and I returned to Viti later that day at 5:30pm to sign sales documents and drive my E350 away. I had a choice to buy my Mercedes from Viti or another dealer. Once I met Brad Sollitto I was sold that Viti is where I belonged. He had personality plus, and he showed me details and features about the car that the other dealer didn't, all of which really blew me away. I am not about the "toys" in a car, but he showed me how to truly ENJOY my car. In addition, he worked extra hard to make it a feasible purchase for me. Though both dealers had the same exact car, the other dealer's car came with all weather mats, which I REALLY wanted, but purchased the VITI car just the same. Don't you know that Brad surprised me with a set of all weather mats the day I picked up the car! I was more than elated. I felt special every time I called (and I called a lot) and when I visited. Both my husband and I became very fond of Brad. He has a genuine, honest approach, and wants you to know what you're buying. In addition, having used VITI's service department in the past, I know this is just how they all are; all the time. Where else can you go to get a loaner with drop-off and pick-up service? NO WHERE!

We have bought several cards at Viti and working with Anthony was just a wonderful experience. He was polite, efficient and spent a great deal of time on testing different cars. We took several cars out and he explained the differences of each car. When we decided which one to purchase, he went through the whole process with me. When I picked the car up the next day, he spent time showing me how to use the blue tooth and all the new dashboard selections. One day last week while putting up my window, I pulled the window button off. Not being far from Viti's at the time I drove right over. Driving home with my car, I hit a pothole and had a blowout. When I limped back on my run flat tire, some time later, the service manager was in the midst of calling to see how I was progressing. It was now past closing, but the service manager was accompanied by the sales manager, my sales lady and a mechanic, waiting for me. They had me fixed up with a courtesy car and on my way in minutes. they also checked the wheel and had it straightened for me. Doesn't get any better than that.

I spent about an hour driving and checking out the 2014 Mercedes Benz a few weeks ago. I had originally contacted the dealership by e-mail and they responded immediately with an offer to come by and test drive the model I had my eye on. It was a very good experience. When the 2015 models arrive I'll be back to purchase the latest model from the same salesperson I dealt with for the test drive.

Had my SL55 in for service and found everyone at Viti very attentive. My service advisor Russell Machado handled everything in a timely manner and kept in contact during the service. Having a clean C class to use while my car was being serviced makes a service call an easy item to accept. Car was returned very clean and all items had been serviced as requested. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. Great service from a very good dealer.

Basically, the buyer's experience will depend to an overwhelming extent on the condition of the auto he/she purchases..and particularly if the car is used. If the sellors can identify the auto from actual experience, maintenance, lack of misuse, etc. the new owner is way ahead. I'm delighted to have been a way ahead buyer for a number of mercedes..and had a great experience with all of my 6 and 8 autos.. Based on the other reviews it appears you must purchase a vehicle from them to receive good treatment. Service only customers do not seem to rank high on their priority list. The gentlemen who drop off and deliver are wonderful. The service techs are average to good. The service rep is useless. When we first started using them 10 years ago the service was exceptional. Unfortunately it has gone down hill over the past few years and it is time to move on.

I was looking for a station wagon. I called ahead and was asked to come in, but when we got there the only wagon they had available to test drive still Han all of the shipping material in it. There was cardboard all over the place; the windows were dirty, etc. then we were told that that particular was already sold and they did not have another and we could not order another one and have it arrive within three months. It was obvious they just wanted to get us into the dealership to try to sell us some other vehicle. This is not the customer experience I have come to know from MB - as this is my third vehicle of this brand. We ended up buying the car in Florida!

I recently bought my wife a used wagon from Viti, I went back to them because they had the car I wanted and they previously serviced my Mercedes as well as my wife's Volvo. Their service was excellent. The buying process did not measure up. The car was not ready when promised, and the paperwork took an inordinate amount of time. The car was certified but delivered with the front end slightly out of alignment which had to be corrected at another Mercedes dealer closer to home at a substantial cost to me.

I had been looking for a low mileage pre owned Mercedes Benz convertible within a 75 mile radius. Thought I found the perfect car at Viti Mercedes and had a few e-mails back and forth with a sales associate. Finally she wanted to know how soon I would be buying a vehicle and how soon I could get to the dealership. I responded that it was an hour and 45 minutes away and I wanted more information. As I inquired about out of state registrations and if the dealership would handle this for me, I never heard from her again. I felt it was the right car for me, but since I own a business, I couldn't spend a lot of time going to my local CT DMV to register it. But it quickly became apparent that when the sale was becoming too much of a hassle for her, she chose not to respond to my inquiry. Extremely disappointing!

I bought my 1998 SL500 four years ago, and have used Viti exclusively for all of my repairs and maintenance needs. I have found my service advisor, Russell M., to be extremely honest, attentive, and very knowledgeable about my specific vehicle and issues I have encountered. Russell, on a few occasions, has provided me with advice that saved me money; he also has had a couple of occasions to sell me repairs that I inquired about, and he advised me that they were not necessary. In my opinion, this has shown me that he cares more about maintaining a healthy long term relationship with his clients rather than score a quick buck with unnecessary repairs. I have zero complaints over the past four years, and expect to continue to visit for all of my automotive needs!

I recommend Viti to friends and family. Both my wife's car and mine are from Viti and only serviced at Viti. My first Mercedes was bought at Viti, I drove it 250.000 miles it looked and drove like new the day I traded it in on my new Mercedes. I trust Viti to keep our cars in perfect shape, we are never inconvenienced, Viti offers free Mercedes loaners & pick up and drop off at home or office. Viti goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with either your purchase or service. I've owned a lot of cars and I drive a lot of miles, I have found that Mercedes parts cost more, but last much longer than other makes, after driving 250k my cost per mile was lower than the average car. Viti does an excellent job offering preventive maintenance options to fit my schedule and budget.

Service is great, the standard all others should strive to reach. Buying the car was as usual a bit stressful, getting the car we wanted, going back to test a new model, etc. The only, and slight concern was a car we selected and ready to test was actually sold so we had to select another. Mark, our sales person was great, really worked all the angles to get us what we wanted and price. Eco function doesn't work well, service has looked at it, however we didn't buy the car for that feature, so overall not a concern Highly recommend Viti.

With their pick up and delivery service it could not be easier to get your car serviced, perfect for the busy person. The advisor I was assigned to was not present at my appointment time. He was not scheduled to start at the time they gave me for my appointment. Strike One. When I called in the LATE afternoon to check on the progress, I was told "my advisor" was at lunch. I informed the operator I wish to find out if my car was ready and if there was someone who could help me. She told me no, and only the advisor (who was out to lunch) could help me. Strike Two. Finally, after a couple of hours after I called, I got a call informing me my car was ready. Went to pick it up, and guess what, no advisor again. Strike Three. No apologies were ever given. Not coming back!

This was our first time dealing with Viti.... Our first two MB' came from Foreign Motors West in Natick. We chose Viti because it was easier for us to get there avoiding the traffic mess on RT 128. The sales people were extremely helpful spending a great deal of time with us. When there was a glitch in the vehicle's purchase they did there very best to provide another of the same make and model and even discounted one of the options we did not have on the original order. On the occaision of the one road call they made (USER ERROR on my part), they arrived quickly, did a road test and even had me drive the car to see what I was doing incorrectly. Service was equally well arranged with car pick up, a loan car, and delivery.when service was completed. Everyone we have dealt with at Viti...from the receptionist, sales people and service technicians have been professional, helpful, and considerate of my hectic schedule..

I was in such a bind, my high end SUV started to have major engine trouble and I still owed quite a bit on the car loan. They worked hard to find me a solution and I am leasing a beautiful 2012 GLK350. The perks alone to leasing with MB is well worth it and the engineering is fantastic. I drove to Viti in my 2008 Sebring Convertible. I was interested in a new 300 model. I walked through the parking lot and the sales room to view the cars. NO ONE approached me. I finally walked into a salesman's office and asked for help. He immediately said to me, "We don't want your car for a trade-in". That was all he said, he went back into his office and continued to ignore me. Perhaps I received this treatment because I am a single woman. Who knows? I did indeed purchase a new Merceded Benz, but not from Viti, and I paid cash for it. They chose to ignore me and lost my business.
