Love my volvo it's a 2015 and I'm not sure which I love more, the car or the service I get at Viti volvo! It is my first Volvo and I could not be happier with both the vehicle and it's my first experience with Viti Volvo my only regret is that I didn't find them until I was in my fifties and ten cars later!

After buying an off lease 2013 S60, I made an appointment after almost a year for a 20K service. 2 days later someone drove to my house about 50 miles away, arriving at the arranged time, left me a loaner, and returned a spotless car the next day. All the issues were addressed and I couldn't be happier.

The atmosphere at Volv Viti is one of professionalism and competence. The motto seems to be get the job done in a competent and professional manner and treat everyone as you would like to be treated. They understand life happens (a flat tire after a 12 hour shift) they accommodate their customers needs by offering loaner cars, they will pick your car up from your home or work and return it. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with complimentary beverages and clean facilities. Yu are kept updated on the progress of your repair.

I have leased 2 volvos with Vitti and I have to say that at 60 years old I have never had such a pleasent experience buying or leasing a car in my life like I have at Vitti. I normaly dread buying a car but my salesman (Rick T) made this process so smooth. He knew what I wanted and he gave me the best deal right up front. There was no haggling over the price. Every department is so effecient and knows your time is important. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Peter Brown, the service advisor, was exceptional, very responsive to our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. Dave (I believe is his name) in the parts department was also very helpful and courteous. I was also impressed by a gentlemen from sales who overheard Peter and I and took the time to suggest a product to remove a spot on the fabric of the driver's door and actually took the time to test it.

The staff is knowledgeable, so helpful, and very professional. They know Volvos. Competitive pricing and incentives. No one will waste your time. They all do their jobs well and thoroughly.. I recently purchased a used 2003 Volvo XC70, that had a few diagnostic issues that needed to be verified and addressed. Peter Brown my Service Consultant took excellent care in assuring all the requirements were identified and quoted the replacement costs for the parts and Labor separately. He additionally offered free wash and vacuum service to top the Cherry on the Cone! I recommend Viti Volvo for any Service needs, and Peter Brown as your Consultant!

Was very impressed with customer service and handling of matter. Repairs took longer than expected because of delay in obtaining part, however with use of free loaner, no inconvenience created. Was fully informed throughout and no action was taken without my consent. Appreciated being not only advised as to what may be an issue in the car, but practical advice on whether the repair or adjustment could be avoided, and tips on how to proceed to alleviate or reduce problem in future. Was treated very respectfully and given much more information, voluntarily and without having to ask, about the vehicle than I typically receive at any other service department. All questions I had were answered directly. Peter Brown was my service rep and I would recommend both the dealership, and particularly Mr. Brown, with any service issue any Volvo owner may have.

Viti Volvo has (on multiple occasions) picked up my car for service, left me a loaner and delivered it back upon completion of the service. Note the ferry landing is an hour away from Viti. :)

Recently retired, we bought two new Volvos from Viti and are thrilled with the cars, the sales and the service. A year and a half in, service is a breeze. Being New England, a pot hole sliced a tire, Viti took in the car, and replaced the tire at a very reasonable rate; later a nail was embedded in another tire, Viti fixed it at the cost of any garage. Waiting for the car a little, we met Rick Tarantino who helped us with service questions, new Volvo model questions, and, due to our performance interest, showed us the new Volvo Polestar as well. Rick made us feel at home, and helped to ensure everything was done timely for us. Rick really acted as the face of Viti Volvo that day, and we wouldn't hesitate to visit with him going forward on anything to do with Volvo.

My first contact with Viti Volvo was in the spring of 2014. My 2010 XC60 needed new tires.The way I and my car were taken care of was phenomenal. As a Swede I immediately felt at home in this truly Volvo environment not impacted by any other brands. A few months later I returned to Viti Volvo to discuss possible purchase of a XC60 2015. Dealer: Rick Tarantino. We started discussions, which soon resulted in order of a new Volvo XC60 2015.5 loaded with many extras. During this process Rick guided and informed me without ever being pushy. His way of dealing with me as customer was outstanding, I could not have asked for anything better. At delivery a couple of months later Rick went over the many new features, some of them new for him as well. Even so, he did an excellent job in explaining and demonstrating what this new car had to offer.

This was my second Volvo purchased at Viti Volvo. I used Rick Tarantino both times. Unusual in this day and age to be able to use the same sales person two years apart. Rick is great to work with and the dealership is good to deal with. My only complaint in the sales process was the extra push to buy addition coverage for the paint on my XC60. Basically the person (not Rick) closing the sale said that the paint would not stand up to the environmental conditions and you need to get coverage in case it failed. This is a crock! If it happens I will never buy another Volvo and this is my 4th Volvo. Once again with this one exception I was happy with this dealership.

Rick Tarantino was without a doubt the best salesperson we have ever encountered in our 45 years of buying cars together. He was responsive and creative in offering the perfect solution for the replacement of our XC90 which we had driven for 10 years. The Volvo Ocean Race XC60 turns out to be the most comfortable, fun ride we have had in entire Volvo experience which has also included three XC70's, an S80 and an XC90. With his service background Rick has a comprehensive knowledge of how the car works and with his 'people skills' he tuned in quickly to what we needed and wanted to know without belaboring points that were not a concern. As for Viti, WOW!, they readily adopted our XC70 purchased from a different, and I might add lackluster, dealership and recently serviced it quite laudably. The facility is pristine.

On the spur of the moment on New Year's Eve afternoon my husband and I took a ride to Viti Volvo of Tiverton. We never expected to purchase a vehicle that quickly on that day, but we did thanks to our salesman Rick Tarantino. I can not praise Rick enough for making our buying experience an enjoyable one. We purchased a new S60 Volvo that day before the dealership closed for the New Year. Even though it was a holiday, Rick did not rush us to close a deal, instead he took time to explain all the options available and answered all of our lengthy questions. He also pre programmed the car to fit both our needs and taught us how to utilize all the dashboard controls which otherwise would have been overwhelming, since we are not very tech savy. I was immediately brought in today to change a problematic tire, offered a lender vehicle and in and out in a satisfactory time period with a new tire & clean vehicle too!!! We had previously owned several Volvos. We had, at the time, a Volvo XC90 which my wife found to be just a little too big for her. I visited Viti on my own and met with Rick Tanrantino who found me the perfect Volvo XC60. We then showed it to my wife who fell in love with it. Rick was so helpful and, we feel went out of his way to facilitate the purchase. We have been in the Viti dealership on different occasions and when Rick Tanrantino spots us will always ask what he can do to help us. Friends have asked for recommendations and we refer them to Rick. When a salesman such as Rick goes above and beyond for us, we will be happy to recommend him. When we feel the need for a new purchase, Rick Tanrantino will be the salesman we will go to.

The service manager, Rick Tarantino was terrific. Low key, extremely competent and knowledgeable. He really inspired confidence in the service process, which was backed up by terrific results at a reasonable price. The facility is super clean and top notch all around with friendly, but again low key staff. I hope Viti does an amazing business for a long time. They carry great product and support it in such a way that inspires customer loyalty. Really, really a great place to buy and maintain a great car.

We were predisposed to a car make / model that was not carried at this dealership. We have leased two Volvo's with Chris. He is very helpful and gets you the best deal that he can. He goes out of his way to be courteous and informative. We actually leased our latest Volvo through emails and texts with Chris! That is how much we trust him. He is thorough, and he gives you a lot of great information in a binder when you buy/lease your car. This is very helpful to refer to when you have a question. The new facility is very nice, and everyone from the service staff to the billing are great. We live 45 minutes from the dealership, yet that was not an object, because they come and pick up your car and leave you a loaner car when you need service. I would not go anywhere else to buy/lease a Volvo. We expect to lease another Volvo with Chris when our current lease is up. Viti Volvo is a no hassle dealership. We are happy to do business with them!

Late on a Saturday afternoon, we found a listing for a used Volvo. we went to Viti's, looked at the car, met the salesman, Bobby Fournier, and went for a test drive. Even though it was late on a Saturday and close to closing time, we never felt rushed. We went back late on a Thursday to look at the car again. Bobby gave us a fair price for the car and a fair price for the trade in. We never felt any pressure to accept the deal. We did accept the deal. We enjoyed working with Chris Dutra in purchasing a new 2015 XC70 Volvo. He was a wonderful Sales Consultant who spent at least 2-3 hours with us to show us his cars that he had available. He helped to point out all of the features of all of the cars, and was extremely patient. We bought a car within a day not expecting to do so. He explained everything in the car especially the Sensus 3.0 system which included the navigation system which alone took 1 hour. In working with the dealership in an out of state transaction, I can say that the entire team at Viti handled this transaction with extraordinary professionalism and customer focused service. They made the entire process effortless, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled in time to transport the car from RI to KC. I initially started working with a transport broker who was unable to find a driver to take the pick up. I called to see if they had transport companies they have worked with and if they had any suggestions. Time was running out. Within 30 minutes I had a call back with contact info. Outstanding dealership! I live in Minneapolis and needed a repair on my Volvo when visiting family in Massachusetts. I had the repair done at Viti Volvo and found they treated me as if I were a long-time customer even though they would likely never see me again. They call me after they have looked over the car and go over what they are going to service on the car. I would highly recommend Viti Volvo of Tiverton. The sales rep Rick Tarantino was extremely helpful. He educated us on leasing a car vs buying one. Over and over again he stated that it was our decision which way to go but he wanted us to have all the facts to make an intelligent decision. What was best for us was leasing a XC70 Volvo. I absolutely love the car. When picking it up Rick went through the entire car with me to make sure I understood all the controls and features. I was 100% comfortable driving off. I purchased my new 2012 XC-90 Volvo at Viti Volvo of Cape Cod. This was the second XC90 that I had purchased. The first one a 2004 XC-90 was purchased at a Volvo dealer in Wellesley MA, after a terrible attempt to buy from a Volvo dealer in Dartmouth MA. I would have bought my first Volvo from Viti but they were not a Volvo Dealer at that time. In comparing the buying experiences Viti wins hands down, they were professional from the second I walked into their showroom. They respected my time and the entire process took less than four hours. The only reason it took four hours is that Viti wanted to make sure I got exactly what I needed, nothing more and nothing less. This time included a test drive, tour of the facilities and time for them to evaluate my 2004 XC-90 trade in. They actually gave me more for a trade in than I was expecting. The negotiation for the final price was a very simple process, there was absolutely none of this back and forth from the "Managers" office for approval. The final price was better than I had been quoted from other dealers in the Boston area. A few months after I purchased my car, Viti sold the Cape Cod Volvo dealership and when it came time for service I took the car to the new dealer on Cape Cod. The experience was OK nothing great, everybody seemed to be extremely busy and didn't go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. After that I realized that it would be easier to have the car serviced at Viti Volvo in Rhode Island. The car now has close to 50K miles and I has had scheduled maintenance five times and one warranty service at Viti. Why do I have the car serviced in Rhode Island 60 miles from my home when I could have it serviced 20 miles from home? I will start by telling you how convenient it is to call Viti for an appointment and always get a time that fits my schedule and then for them to come to my house to pick up my car and to leave me with a loaner. If the service takes longer than originally planned they call to explain the delay and keep you updated on when the car will be ready. I have had the same consultant at Viti since they began servicing the car and he knows me and better yet knows the car. Their prices for service seem to be better than other dealers that serviced my first XC90. When the car is returned it is spotless, Viti thoroughly cleans the car inside and out. The wheels actually look new again. So if you want your car serviced right the first time at a reasonable price by people that care about you and your vehicle go to Viti. I first connected with Viti through my son in law. He has purchased two Mercedes from Viti for his own use and his wife (my daughter) has also had two Mercedes from Viti. My second daughter also has just purchased a Mercedes from Viti. My family is very pleased to do business with the Viti Dealership family and I am sure you and your family will be just as pleased.

I purchased my Volvo in Dartmouth and since they closed I have been taking it to Viti's. I am very satisfied with the service at Viti! They are all wonderful but Gil is special. He takes the time to explain service and problems to me every time I am in for service or a repair. He is always right there when I have a question or an issue. I know he is a busy man but when I am there he makes me feel like I am his only customer and I never feel rushed or uninformed. He always accommodates my schedule and makes sure there is a loaner waiting for me when I arrive. Viti Volvo is lucky to have him! He may be the reason I buy my next Volvo from Viti. I wanted to downsize from my mercedes SUV but still needed a family car. (My past 4 vehicles have been mercedes.) I've never particularly liked the volvo as I found the seats hard and they drove tight; however, this new model XC wagon caught my eye and I gave it a try. It is comfortable to the point of being plush, fast pick up and fun to drive because of added turbo, and styling is elegant. Love my new car. I had selected one color and Viti had it ready for me, but when I arrived and it had a white creamy interior with white steering wheel I asked for another vehicle that would survive my 3 teen boys dirty hands---and they were amiable and eager to please. No problem! Excellent sales effort from the calm and collected Rick Tarantino.

The ignition in my 2006 Volvo S60 froze up while I was in Mew Bedford, so I could not turn the key and start the car. I had the car transported to Viti, the nearest dealership. They made arrangements for a loaner car and ordered a new ignition from Volvo in Sweden. It took about a week for the part to arrive, but they kept me updated. Their new building was open, so I did not have the experience another customer described. Even though the dealership is over an hour away from my house, I would consider returning there when I am ready to replace this car.

Scheduled my regular 20k service with Viti Volvo, and since I live in downtown Boston, Viti offered to send a driver to come up from Tiverton, drop off a loaner car (same make, model, and year as my car) and pick up my car - driver was very professional. My car was picked up at 10am and by 6pm I had my car back from Viti service washed, vacuumed, and ready to go. An excellent overall experience from a dealer that knows how to treat its customers right would without a doubt recommend!

I recently purchased a new 2015 Volvo S60 and cannot say enough about my experience at Viti. My salesperson, Chris Dutra was pleasant, very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and made my experience painless. I traveled 45 minutes from my home to go to this dealership because of the quality service and experience that I have enjoyed in the past when I purchased a prior vehicle from their Mercedes Benz dealership. Delivery of the new vehicle went very smoothly and Chris was more than happy to answer all of my questions and even stay past the time that the dealership closed to make sure that I was satisfied and all of my questions had been answered. He followed up the next day and I feel confident that if any issues ever arose that he would be there to assist me in any fashion.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a vehicle, we were not thinking about purchasing a Volvo but when we saw this beautiful Volvo XC90 something just called and grabbed our attention. The appearance, the style and the smooth ride was all it took to have me sold on the vehicle. Ron DaSilva, our sales rep., was not only very helpful and informative but also made my husband and I confident and confortable in the decision to purchase the Volvo. I couldn't have made a better choice and I would recommend everyone to purchase a Volvo at Viti .

We are leasing a 2013 Volvo S60 from Volvo of Tiverton and have had the most horrible experience. The Volvo dealership is a "sideline" business as Mercedes-Benz is their primary dealership. Because the Volvo dealership and Mercedes-Benz dealership share the same parking lot, and in fact the Volvo dealership is in a trailer while a building is being constructed, were made to feel like second class citizens. We had to be escorted to the Mercedes building to even use the restrooms. We were ready to purchase a vehicle on our first visit but had to wait 2 days to actually get a price for the vehicle. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the paperwork was not ready and they messed up the paperwork so badly that we drove off the lot without an insurance binder on our vehicle even though they were supposed to have processed all the paperwork with our agent. While signing the paperwork, we specifically asked 3 times about the insurance and were assured that there was an insurance binder on the car. While driving home I called my agent and was advised that there was NOT insurance coverage on our vehicle. The epitome of how unimportant being a Volvo dealership is to them, is how the General Manager was bragging about how he is leasing a big red Mercedes-Benz We also had a remote car starter installed. The dealership picked up the car at our home and when they brought it back with the remote starter the driver didn't know how to show us how to operate the remote starter because as he said he was unfamiliar with Volvos he only knew Mercedes-Benz. We also had winter mats installed and they are the most unappealing for the car and we would have been better off purchasing the mats from an automotive store. This dealership doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. Volvo, the manufacturer has been of no help whatsoever.
