C-Max Hybrid is excellent to me in economy, handling, ride, quiet, comfortable seating, superior steering and braking. I had a 2000 BMW 3 series and a 2003 Infinity 35. I like the C-Max more and it was about $8.000 less.

We bought a 2013 Ford Explorer from Vogler about a year ago. The buying process was smooth and headache free (we couldn't find the exact vehicle that we were looking for so we ordered one just the way we wanted it). Larry Coleman was very easy to work with. Recently the car was in for a recall, an oil change and to turn on the Remote Start that I had recently purchased. Tim in Service is friendly and professional. My family has owned and operated car dealerships for many years in the Chicago area. I am extremely impressed with how well Vogler operates and treats their customers. Our vehicle has only 10,000 miles on it but it has been trouble-free to date. I hope things continue to go this well for the rest of our Explorer ownership experience.

I recently purchase a used vehicle with the understanding from the sales person that the tow hitch could easily be upgraded from Class II to Class IV. Not the case! I was told I would get the hitch at dealer cost; not the case. The first bill I received had finance charges added. The dealership was to install the hitch which they did not do; I had to find a service to install it. Very disappointing and costly experience.

I recently purchased a new 2013 Ford Escape. I have never owned a Ford and have always been a Chevrolet fan. I absolutely LOVE my new car. We bought it from Zach Armstrong. He was very curteous and laid back, not pushy at all. I drove a few different cars and finally decided on the Escape. Vogler did not have the color I wanted but Zach found exactly what I wanted at a nearby dealership and I got it the SAME DAY. Monte was also very pleasant to deal with in the finance department. Finally, I have found not only a dealership that I can trust to assist me in finding a vehicle but a dealership that is like a family. This includes the service department, the individuals who answer the phone, the salesmen (and saleswomen), and all other employees who make Vogler the number one car dealer!! I had to get my oil changed but also needed a ride to my work. What a courtsey that I have never found with another car dealer. When I needed picked up, I just called and they were there in no time to pick me up. AND, I want to thank the young man who picked me up also opened my door...Thank you!! You made me feel very special!!

I dealt with Zack. I spoke with him on the phone and he was very helpful. I test drove the car with someone else (who wasn't as helpful) and waited until Zack was working to purchase.
