I just purchased a 2020 Jetta from Gen and she was amazing. She was informative, respectful, straightforward and honest. She had cars prepared for me to look at before I even arrived at the dealership. She sent me pictures prior to my appointment and it made it so much easier for me to choose what I wanted.
