My wife and I went to this dealership both looking to buy a car. We had called ahead and set up an appointment. They had the cars already brought up when we got there as we had looked online and found ones that we wanted to see. We had test driven prior to going here. They were very nice and although there were a few issues - the financial paperwork wasn't right, it wasn't put through with the correct amount down and the navigation SD card was missing so they had to order one - I did feel comfortable with the sales staff and felt they did a good job on getting the price down. They also gave us very fair deals on our trade ins.

These days is seems so hard to find a business that embdies great customer service like I received at Voss Hyundai in Centerville. My salesperson, David Janovici, was so pleasant and helpful. He never pushed me towards any particular vehicle, but wanted to know what I wanted/needed. I felt as comfortable with him as I would a friend or family member. I could tell that he wanted me to have what was best for me. David did not talk about purchasing until I found the 2017 Hyundai Elantra that I really liked. When I made my decision he went about finding out what rebates I qualified for and brought the service manager over to meet me and my spouse. The business manager, Dave Flanders was so thorough in his explanation of the various maintenance agreements and helped me select what I would need. Like David Janovici, he never pushed me to get anything I didn't want. I felt very well taken care of by everyone at Voss Hyundai and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This is the second lease for us with Voss Hyundai. They have always been excellent. I've had my son-in law lease a Hyundai from Voss as well. This recent experience started with a informal call from Voss's sales rep. David Janovici asking how well my current vehicle and lease was going. He offered his assistance should I need some in the future. As it turned out shortly after that call I wanted to consolidate my vehicles and investigate a new lease. Well David and the Voss management made it happen. I can not thank David and the Voss team enough for what they did getting me into a new Santa Fe Sport. It's a great vehicle, perfect for us, with the backing of a great dealer and a great company. Customer service has been first class.Thank you Voss. Side note: We have had several Hyundai's over a thirty year span, purchasing our first in Southern California in 1986.

This dealership went above and beyond to help me get into the brand new Elantra! I had already been a big fan of the Hyundai line, as I was leasing a 2016 Elantra Value Edition. When the new model was announced, I went right to Voss after they had taken care of a small concern on my prior vehicle to talk about the ease of getting into a new model. Greg Trefz, my salesperson, and Jeff Tarzinski, the General Sales Manager, went above and beyond from the first introduction to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable with the purchase process. There was never any pressure for me to buy the vehicle or make a decision on the spot. Since I wanted a combination that they did not have in their inventory, they looked for my vehicle and tracked it down, had it delivered to the dealership, and got me exactly what I wanted without hassle. I got a great deal at Voss, and am in love with my 2017 Elantra Limited! I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle, as they are the best of the best! Overall experience was very good. My only issue is when I was being shown the vehicle I asked if it was AWD of FWD and was told it was AWD. Only to find out after I brought it home that it was FWD. I don't believe the sale person was being purposely dishonest, just wasn't knowledgeable and he guessed incorrectly. My bad for not catching it earlier. That is why my overall experience was low.

I enjoyed working with my salesman. he was friendly and did not push. he was not however fully versed in the overall requirements of the provided technology. When asked about using certain types of tech with the android auto, he was not able to answer. he gave the sales answer, yeah no problem. when I was looking for specific model with rigid features, from my point of view Hyundai dealers in the area were not really willing to work with VOSS on this. in the end, I like the vehicle I purchased and as long as the technology continues to improve and the value is there I will purchase another Hyundai in the future. it is disappointing that Hyundai does not support the use of windows phones for the apps on the equipment. I understand the completion is using mirror link to connect with them. even though the only name I recall from the experience is my sales person as I have his card, everyone I interacted with was exemplary.

Dan and Dave were amazing in this process! even after finding that the finance end was messed up with the names being put on they calmed our worries and figured it out for us! Now the customer service in finance that i talked to after talking to Dave(who was so helpful!!!!) they need some help! the lady i talked to made me feel like the dumbest box of rocks for wondering why my husband was getting the statements and why he was put as the customer on my account which wasn't the case at all im the customer and he was just the co-signer on the lease.... whatever it may be customer service SHOULD NOT make a customer feel like they have no idea what they are talking about! very unhappy with the finance customer service! We will not be setting foot in this place again. We were repeat customers until today. A month after buying a vehicle there was a rust issue. They fixed it without question. A few months later (today), we returned with the same issue. This time we are told that it is no longer their problem and that we could pay them to fix it or make an insurance claim for repairs. They said the paint was not faulty and that is was not something they would consider repairing. Even after I explained the prior issues and how many vehicles we have purchased through them, they still offered no help and told us "good luck".

Greg (salesperson) was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was not pushy nor try to sell us a car we did not want. He was friendly and honest. I am very skeptical about car sales people; so even though I went in skeptical and on guard, I came out feeling as if I made my own choice of car and within the price I wanted when I started the process of looking for a car.

The sales staff are excellent in helping the customer determine car needs and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is delivered the car that best fits those needs. Pretty much knew what prices were on vehicles I was looking for, so pricing was not a problem. Saleman was not pushy, willing to answer all my questions and show me as many vehicles as I wanted to look at.

This was my second car purchase. Three years ago I purchased a Sonata and had a very satisfactory experience. After paying off that car for 0% financing, I recently returned to purchase a Santa Fe Sport and found the same good car buying experience. My service experience with the Sonata over a three year period was always timely and trustworthy; I look forward to the same good service when I bring in my Santa Fe. Greg Trefz sold us the first Hyundai. I am not into much haggling and our experience was excellent (we are also serving our vehicle at Voss Hyundai), so went back to purchase the second Hyundi from the same dealer and the same salesperson.

My 2011 Sonata had a steering rattle. Staff very unkindly discounted it to be a characteristic of the vehicle. Yet 3 hours later Hidy Hyundai diagnosed it as a defective steering rack and is fixing it, plus provided a loaner vehicle. Service depertment at Voss treated me in an inferior manner. Perhaps due to my age. None the less its discrimination and is unacceptable in any service industry.

We recently purchased a used Sonata at Voss Hyundai. The overall experience was EXCELLENT! Our salesman Bob Redick was very knowledgeable and helpful with no high pressure as experienced at other dealerships. They held the car we selected for 3 days while we looked at other cars and made our decision. I will happily recommend Voss Hyundai to friends and family.

Lisa Brockert was very friendly and personable. She was a straight shooter, who gave direct answers to all my questions, and didn't play any "games." She was willing to work with me. We came to a fair price in no time. In comparison to other dealers, the ease of experience was literally second to none. I felt it was important to her that I make the best decision for myself, get the car I wanted at the price I needed. I purchased a new 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE 2.0T from Voss. I dealt with salesmen, Bill Fredericy. Bill was very helpful and I would have no hesitancy in referring him to others. There was a minor hiccup in purchasing the car, but Bill worked hard to make things right, and in the end I got the car I wanted.

My first visit was ok. I was not able to stay, but I was not in any rush to go back. Then, I went online and sign-up for a car buying program and ended up dealing with a completetly different sales person and after a couple of weeks of going back and forth to get the best price and deal, I went into meet the sales person and buy the car. I attempted to access my account for the down payment matching program and got lock out after 5 tries. The dealership allowed me to take the vehicle on a extended text drive since it was a holiday weekend. During that visit I found out that the downpayment matching program had to be open for 30 days before I could use, but we will needed to find out if there was any where around it, since their office was closed for the weekend. I came back after the holiday to purchase the vehicle, but was informed that I will need to wait until the 30 days after the date the account was open to get the vehicle. I explained that I needed the vehicle today because I did not have any transportation if there was any way around it because vehicle price included that discount. To my dismay, after I told the sales associate that I was not going to take the vehicle since the price included that discount, so he went into speak to the sales manager who came out to speak to me. During that conversation that sales manager was rude,arrogant and condescending. I felt that part of it was because I was a female and I was by myself or he was just having a bad day, but I did not take it likely. Anyway, after hours of trying to find a ride to go home, I decide to speak to that manager who never once came over to apologize, I decided to be the bigger person and apologize. I feel that when you are in the position as a General Manager or Sales Manager, you should be respectful of your customer and that is the reason for my rating and I will not recommend this dealership to any one.

After a horrible experience at Jeff Wyler Hyundai (see below) I contacted Voss Hyundai via e-mail with the car I wanted, the color I wanted, and the price I wanted- I was contacted within ten minutes! I told them I did not even want to talk unless they could meet my specific demands- they did! I filled out the application after work (took about ten minutes)... I returned the next day to sign all the official paperwork (about 20 minutes) and then I had my new car! Too get there I had to go through this:My husband and I visited the Jeff Wyler Hyundai in Springfield looking for a new commuter car. It took us about three weeks to research and decide on the car we wanted. We decided on a silver 2009 Sonata with "$16,545 plus take an addt'l $1000 off for military and $500 off for Loyalty" listed on the windshield. After sitting down with Kelly, the salesman, we discussed the price and was told $2000 was Hyundai rebates and the rest was dealer incentive. We asked if we could have the same car and package but in a different color- Kelly told us "yes" it would be no problem. The lot had 62 Sonata's to choose from. We started the paperwork process, and I was return the next day at my lunch hour to sign all the paperwork and choose the color car I wanted. When I showed up the next day- I walked on the lot and selected Willow Gray. The salesman and I returned inside and went to Tony's (the Hyundai sales manager) office... here is where things got ugly! Tony told me he did not have a Sonata on the lot for the price: $16,545. We argued about this for a couple of minutes before I told him I would show him. He walked up to two silver Sonata's and said- "Nope." I pointed to the one I looked at and had test driven. He walked over to it and said, "The price must be a mistake, I can't let you have this car for the price listed." I asked to see his boss and he told me his boss was Jeff Wyler and he has not been around in three to four weeks. Then, Tony said I could have the silver Sonata for the price but no other Sonata for the price. When I asked why, he said, "Because we must have taken possession of the car earlier than the others and that is why we are able to offer the price." I told him,"Then it is worth it for me to call other dealers." He threw up his hands and said, "Do what you want," and walked away. I contacted Voss Hyundai by email when I returned to work- listing the car model, features, and price and told them to contact me only if they could sell me the car I wanted for the price I wanted, in the COLOR I wanted. I got a call ten minutes later! I went to Voss Hyundai after work and completed the paperwork! I am now driving my new Sonata- no thanks to Jeff Wyler Hyundai!
