My experience with Wakefield auto gallery was unlike any other experience with a car dealer that i've ever dealt with. Their sales reps do everything they can to make you feel comfortable with the car and don't use any high pressure sales tactics. The finance manager Al is excellent as well he did everything possible to get me approved for the loan at a great interest rate. I highly recommend this dealer to any one looking to deal with honest people and no high pressure sales tactics. I was searching for a Honda Accord for over 2 weeks! When I came across this one for such a great price I had to come in and check it out. Did my research and it was the best price in Massachusetts. Junior my sales man who spoke Spanish made everything so much easier for me and was very attentive. After the whole process I was very satisfied with the way it was handled.

We love our new Honda Odyssey and feel we got a great deal for it. However, our "buying experience" wasn't very good due to the fact that we had another car shoved on us. We knew we wanted a Honda Odyssey...we'd researched a ton and knew it was the car for us. Found it on cars.com and went into check it out. We sat down with Alex who was very pleasant, but after discovering the Honda was very slightly over our budget, kept trying to convince us that we wanted a different mini-van with all the features we specifically told him we didn't want. The other van was 3 years older, though it pretty good condition. He showed us the ins and outs of the other van but when we asked to see the Honda, he had it brought out and then returned inside, leaving us to view it with another salesperson who stood quietly by. Junior was polite and answered questions, but didn't do much to show off the van. It was clear they wanted us to buy the other van and not the Honda as they did nothing to try to convince us to buy it. We felt like we had to convince them to let us look at it! Also you should know, this is a "one price" store and they don't negotiate. Although we submitted an "offer" of a lower price and it was accepted, we had to submit it to the manager and wait a day to hear if they accepted it. The car was within our budget, but as soon as they tacked on all of their "fees", it bumped it over by $400. So all in all, we are very happy with our van, although the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths.

I came here in search of a car and was absolutely pleased with the service. Cody met with me and let me peruse through the cars available, with no pressure and assisted me with all the questions and concerns that I had. We took a test drive and let me ask him about different features of the car and, again, put absolutely no pressure on me regarding the car buying process. I selected an 08 Nissan Sentra and had a great experience with Alex while financing the car and completing all of the paperwork needed. I would highly recommend Wakefield Auto Gallery.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Wakefield Auto Gallery. Josh was the first person whom I had worked with once I arrived and he was very quick and on top of any initial questions I had when I came in for the test drive. Alex also was great to work with. He helped me get the car at a reasonable price and was a great help explaining all of the warranties and packages available. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, I needed a new spare tire and they right away helped me with this.... usually dealerships tend to forget about the little guy that just bought a car and pretty much forget about you after the purchase and instead they followed up with me about this. I shopped the big dealers for awhile but could not believe the prices they were asking for their cars so when I found Wakefield Auto Gallery I was pleased with their prices and they have a great selection and the cars are very clean. Danny and Rick were great to deal with, no pressure, honest and very informative. This car shopping experience was by far the best I've had and would recommend to stop by and check them out. Fatih made us feel comfortable and made sure that we knew exactly what we were getting in the 2007 Lexus IS 250. Danny, the owner, gave us different options for financing and it was clear that he wanted to do what was best for us. There was an issue with the breaks on the new car. When I brought it back they fixed it at no charge, no questions asked. These guys are real honest people and they take good care of their customers! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality used car!

I had visited to this dealer for Hyundai-2000 Elantra. My experience was so so with this dealer. The car was not in good condition for which i did nt buy the car from them. Generally when we buy car from dealer we expect car to be in good condition but that was not case when i went for test drive.

Honestly..Dealing with this place was the worst experience I have encountered..More so with the dealer that I dealt with (Alvin).. I met him and he seemed like a really nice person who could help me find what I wanted...Ummm no. When it came to the point where he wasn't really having luck in finding my car within the price range we discussed..He literally STOPPED answering my phone calls and returning my messages...Very VERY POOR communication skills..It was a few weeks that went by that he never returned my phone call and I had to visit the place to see/speak to him..And even then he was not apologetic at all. He just simply referred me to his manager to get a refund..Even if he couldn't find what I wanted..he could have at least let me know and if I wanted him to look for something else, we could have discussed that. Very poor customer service. Beware of this place...him especially!

I recently purchased my Acura TL from George at Wakefield Auto Gallery, I such a good experience I feel I have to share it to help people find the right place to purchase there next car. I must have been to and called 10 dealers trying to find the right car for the right price and not feel like I'm getting screwed. So I went from dealer to dealer to get info and instead of answers I got high pressure sales guys, that just wanted my info before showing me the car, wanted my credit application before test driving, and one dealer didn't even have the car that I had come to see. It seemed like all of the big places that I went to where all the same. I found a TL that I had been looking for and the price was right. I looked them up and found that they were a small dealer, I have never dealt with a small dealer but at this point I would try anything. I found that the dealer had very good reviews and most of the reviews had mentioned George and Danny. I went there on Saturday to the car and was greeted by George. Right away George had gotten the cars, showed me the car, took me on a test drive, explained the details of the car how he obtained the car, the repairs that he had made to the car, gave me the carfax, and then after all of that asked me if I would like to see what he could do for me, I did not have to ask him much, he gave me all of the info that I needed before he asked for my info. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle. I was very impressed with George and his up front, honest,and most important no pressure stlye. I will be back, and tell as many people that I can about Wakefield Auto Gallery.

My wife and I had a pleasant experience while purchasing our 2006 Honda Pilot from Wakefield Auto Gallery. We both have had extensive experience with car dealers and found that, unfortunately, the vast majority fit the stereotype as pushy, not completely honest, and unappealing overall. In contrast, we found George's direct and straightforward approach to be both refreshing and welcome. We appreciated how George gave us a straight answer on what your bottom line was for our Pilot and even more impressed when you honored that price later even though you had just raised the price on the vehicle. We had a number of dealership options when we bought our Pilot, but George's behavior was a major reason why we decided to purchase from Wakefield Auto Gallery.

I am more than impressed with the great service that I experienced. George went above and beyond my expectations. I bought a car from them out of state, from NY, and George made the process as painless as possible. He held the car for me while my transaction was completed, which lasted about a week. For an '04, the car looks brand new. I was surprised when I finally saw their office because it is a smaller dealership. Don't let the appearance fool you. Wakefield Auto Gallery and George are top notch people. If I lived in MA, I would buy from them again in a second!

George and Danny were the absolute definition of professionalism. They were dedicated to me as a client from the moment I walked onto their lot. I recently purchased a 2005 Mercedes c230 and the process could not have been any easier. George was phenomenal throughout the entire engagement, he even went as far as to drive me all the way to Connecticut at 9pm on a weekday to have my co-signer sign the contract. After I purchased the vehicle a few minor problems arose and George and Danny had them fixed within a few hours not days. I have a lot of respect for these guys as business owners as well as newly found friends and I will be definitely buying my next vehicle from them. Went to look at a 2003 Chevy Avalanche. He would not budge on the price at all, andeven added $500.00 because of the "*" in the add. He also would not take my trade and said they did not want it even though their add said "all trades accepted."I liked the truck, but would NEVER go back there!!

Not the place to go for transparency. If the car has no carfax it has probably been in an accident. If you ask for the auto report they will keep telling you they will call you back but never will. Over the course of 3 days i probably called 5 times and was put off every time. Normally i dont chase people to give them money but the car was very nice and the price was good(too good to be true). Don't expect them to level with you about any issues a car may have. All i expect is honesty. They could have told me a car had an accident and not wasted my time.
