This review is for the management ONLY. The sales person who assisted me was polite and patient. Yesterday I went to Waldorf Honda in search of a new vehicle. Yes, I'll admit I have a heavy accent as I am not from the area. But I never imagined I would ever be disrespected in the manner I was. In the midst of price negotiations, the manager came over to where I sitting, slammed his hands on the table, and raised his voice at me for several minutes. One of the things he yelled was, and I quote 'This is best price you will get anywhere in America.' On top of this disrespect he had no regard for my military status (I was advised previously that a military discount would be applied) even though I had a military ID readily available. Lastly. as he walked away he told me to 'Take the offer, God bless.'

I had my 2011 CRV towed to this dealership on Saturday morning. I spoke to Fareed "John" Mohammad who was assigned my case I asked him about a loaner car. He said that his loaner cars were in the service but that he would have one available for me next week. On Monday, Mr Mohammad contacted me by email with a list of all the things that were allegedly wrong with my vehicle. I replied that same day asking general questions and again asking about the loaner. No response all day Tuesday. No return email from Mohammad. When I called the dealership I was given the run-around for at least two hours. I called Mohammad's personal number which he had used to call me and again no response, he just let the call ring ignoring it. I was desperate for a loaner car and asked the service person if they had any loaner vehicles available for me since my CRV was in their shop. I discovered from this person that loaner vehicles need to be reserved weeks in advance, something Mohammad conveniently forgot to mention. Now it's Wednesday my vehicle is still not fixed. I had to rent another vehicle to get around all due to the dishonesty of this dealership's service center and this miserable liar Mohammad. Thanks for nothing! As a resident of Accokeek Maryland I am appalled by this terrible service. usually I have found businesses in Southern Maryland to do a good job. Well this is a huge exception! Garbage service that treats customers like trash with lies and deception. Should be zero stars!

We were particularly impressed with his on the spot knowledge of the CRV. Before stopping at Waldorf Honda, we had been to four other dealerships where the sales person wasnt knowledgable at all about the vehicles we were interested in. This was definitely a turn off for us, this being our third new car buying experience. Most people who have purchased a vehicle know that the process can be long and exhausting. However, Shakeil made the process much more easier than we expected. He provided top notch customer service to us and to our preschooler, who actually said a prayer for Mr. Shakeil before going to bed that night. And were old enough to know that customer service is not what it use to be. So this was very welcoming!!! We will definitely look for Shakeil when getting ready to purchase our next vehicle. My wife and I experienced our worst customer service experience when we went to purchase a brand new vehicle (Our 3rd Honda purchase) at this location. The sales manager 'Don' was extremely rude & disrespectful. This guy has no business working in customer service. He literally turned his back on us and walked away during negotiations and told us to leave. This was after he had continuously raised his voice at us...I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.P.S we purchased our vehicle at Landmark Honda the following day, where we had purchased our previous 2 Honda vehicles..

When buying a used vehicle that only had one key the salesman told me and my sister I could get an extra key at Home Depot. I found out later that Home Depot cannot make the key and the key I need will cost well over $150.00 at a Honda dealer, plus take two hours to get . Why would this dealership take a perfectly good buying experience and make it bad by putting the buyer through this key fiasco? The dealership has the facilities right there to make an extra key - why take the chance on bad reviews and bad recommendations? Just make sure all cars sold have two keys and get great reviews and recommendations! It's a no-brainer.

After my 2001 Volvo S40 refused to start for a week, we walked into this Honda dealership to "just look around". After meeting & interacting with Gregg, he got a general sense of what we were looking for, and he recommended we test drive two vehicles. He listened to our needs, our situation, and what we wanted and he let us test drive 2 cars (a 2017 hatchback Civic model, and a 2016 Honda Civic LX). Well, long story short, we ended up buying the 2016 Honda Civic LX model which we test drove that night. He did an excellent job at explaining all the features and financing options. We ended up walking out of that lot with a brand new Honda Civic at an amazing deal. I really felt that I walked away winning. He was very honest, fair, and knew what he was doing. I'm very VERY pleased with the new Civic, and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This was by far the quickest and stress-free car purchasing I have done my entire life. The Waldorf Honda team greeted me with open arms upon my arrival at the Opening of the Dealership on Columbus Day 2016. I first ran into sales manager Michael Council and told him that I was interested in purchasing (a 2016 Honda Accord Touring) and did not wanted to spend all day long in a dealership to purchase a car. Michael led me to salesman Gregg Smith. Gregg told me they did not have any 2016 in stock but they did have a parking lot full of 2017 Accord Tourings in-stock and would I like to test drive one. I accepted the test drive and Gregg told me all about the features of the vehicle and I loved the way it look and drove. After test driving the vehicle, I sat down with Greg told him where I was at on purchasing and that was it in a nutshell. I talked to Sales Manager Michael and within 15- 20 minutes later I was in the process of purchasing and signing paperwork for a New 2017 Honda Accord Touring. During the time I was signing paperwork or seeing if I wanted to include addition offers on the new purchase ( i.e warrantees, Honda Care packages, etc.), Gregg had taking the vehicle over to the Care Team for detailing (cleaning). One Great thing I have to say about the entire purchase was that there was NO Sales Pressure on purchasing anything. On a scale of 1 10 with 10 being the highest, I rate this entire purchase/process as a 10. During the short breaks of waiting on signing paperwork, Greg and I was talking in conversation as if we knew each other for years, but low and behold during our conversation Greggs brother and I played ball together in High School. What a small world. Gregg keep up the professionalism and great candor and you will always excel and make many customers Happy in their experience in purchasing a vehicle from you and the Waldorf Honda Team. This dealership was great! Though the car buying process can be stressful, Randy helped to make me and my parents as comfortable as possible. After buying the car he helped to show me all of the features and cool things my car can do! We stayed a little after closing time so the paperwork could get finished up but he didn't make us feel rushed at all. I have had my car serviced at this location for years and Bernard Dixon has always made my experience a positive one. I went there to specifically look and further my research for my next car. Mr. Arthur was very knowledgeable and receptive to my needs. He was honest and very forthcoming with what resources he had, there was no hidden agenda. The car I wanted was not on the lot, so they made some adjustments to prevent my wait, and keep the deal as promised. My only issue was after the deal complete, I hated the continue sales offers from the accessories person and then again from the finance person. It seemed a bit greedy, and at one point I felt trapped, like if I didn't add something I would never get to my new car...I ended up purchasing a warranty and was then able to sign the documents to get my keys. This was no reflection on my sales person Steve, he was warm and professional- I would definitely work with him again.

Purchased a Honda Accord LX last night and got a great deal. Mike Council and ST went out of their way to make sure we found exactly what we wanted (a second time). He informed me how to respond to my problem when I was stuck in Port Tobacco. My problem was handled and I was kept me informed without having to appear at Waldorf Honda until I picked up the car. Yesterday, my tire light came on. I drove directly to the Waldorf Honda dealership. I was surprised at how much remodeling is going on and was kind of nervous about who I could get to help me. Bernard Dixson, whom I have been privileged to have help me since I moved to Waldorf in 2009, was walking across the lot. He told me to go inside and see John or Tony. John helped me. He was very nice. Even though he was kind of frustrated about something else, he was very accommodating and made sure that I got in and got the service I needed. I really appreciate the Waldorf dealership. I also have to say that I am enjoying my 2014 Accord, I moved up from the 2003 that I was driving when I came here. Terry, the salesman, made the experience so much fun! For me, I only go to a car place when I absolutely have to go. BUT, the people at Waldorf Honda make it very pleasant when I do go! When I pulled into Waldorf Honda, I was fortunate to run into Greg Smith. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me to look around and to think about a couple of other options. I did end up buying a car from him -- I went to 5 different dealerships that day and test drove 6 cars. I bought a 2016 Honda Fit, well within my budget and had lots of extras on it. I would recommend the dealership and Gregg to any of my friends/family for their future car purchases. I was helped out in the service lane this morning and I did not get his name, but I was in a little panic about a possible leak, he assured me all was fine and showed me how to look for this issue in the future -- and it was fine. As a result, I am looking forward to taking my car there for future oil changes and maintenance.

Yesterday 7/16/16 I had a scheduled appointment with Hannah, Internet Sales Mgr at 3:00 pm and upon arriving I was greeted by Frank Carnucci in the parking lot of Honda Waldorf. He asked me if I needed assistance and told him I had an appointment with Hannah. He said he would help me and was professional & friendly. The lot was clean and inviting with colorful balloons and the trailer where customers congregated was air conditioned and clean as well! Everyone who made eye contact with me said hello which was impressive, great customer acknowledgement! I told Frank I was approved for a 2016 vehicle but I was not sure what model to choose to be honest, I knew I was qualified but did not really know which one to pick .He showed me an 2016 SUV vehicle and we even test drove it while the financial mgr looked over my application to see what I qualified for. Upon returning Frank went to talk to the financial writer and came back to me and suggested that instead of an SUV based on my salary that I take a look at the 2016 Honda Civic Sedan LX which I am happy I did! Frank said based on our conversations that he felt and the financial writer suggested the Honda Civic Sedan LX, it has the sporty look and it was 2016's car of the year!! We went on a test drive again and I decided that yes it was the right car for me! Frank showed me all the features of the Civic and even programmed my Bluetooth for my car so my iPhone music could play and I can have hands free phone conversations which is more safe! He really took the time to ask what my needs were and recommend the right vehicle for my budget and of course needs. The SUV was nice but I love my Civic Sedan! Frank also knew from our conversation that I did not want a silver or gray colored car this time and although picking a color is not the most important part of the car buying process the fact that Frank listened to me about that showed me he cared about what I wanted for my brand new car. Thank you Frank for being informative and professional and making me feel comfortable and welcome at Honda Waldorf! I am a loyal Honda customer, I have 6 years so far and now with this purchase I continue to be a part of Honda's family for another 72 months! I appreciate the great customer service and patience that the staff demonstrated in our encounter. I was there for an oil change and just so happened to be browsing when approached by a salesmanship about puchasing a vehicle. His thorough knowledge of the trade in process and of the new accords lured me in(I had a 2014 accord). I decided to come back the next day. The salesman was off at 8pm, but he waited for me to get my haircut and I arrived at 8:45pm. I was very unsure and tried to leave several times but by the end of the night the manager had presented me with a deal that beat out my credit union's financing offer. We literally didnt finish everything till 11pm and they were supposed to close at 9. I appreciate the time they took to make sure I understood everything and didn't try to expedite the process in order to go home. My father and I went to other dealerships (Nissan and Toyota) and out of all the sales reps we spoke with, I liked Saeed the best. He was really chill and didn't try to pressure me into buying a car when we were only looking at first unlike the sales reps at Nissan or Toyota. He was also the most "human" (if that's even the right word) in that it felt like I was casually talking to someone. I guess I should say it was a more relaxed environment.

I recently brought a 2016 Accord Sport (which I love). Shaq Hood was my salesman and I was pretty impressed with his knowledge about Honda cars. Not only did he pay attention to details, but listen to exactly what I was asking for and found a car that met all of my requirements. He didn't over sale me or offer a car out of my price range. This was the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. On top of that, Don Gile, did an amazing job with the finances. He was able to drop my monthly payment by $100, cut my APR in half, and shorten the payoff by 2 years. I didn't believe it was possible with my current credit score and history. The price Waldorf quoted on a new Honda Civic was so exceptional, my local dealers in northern DE would not match it. I contacted the internet sales team and Maria confirmed the online quote was accurate. The color and model I wanted is hard to come by so Mike the sales manager located one at another dealer, brought if in for me, and upheld the original quote with a nominal fee for transport. Upon arrival Greg greeted us at the door and had keys in hand for us to test drive the car. We were looking for a vehicle with a high crash test rating, a third row seat to accommodate ever-growing grandchildren, and a feeling of luxury. We thought we had found it in a Pilot, but when Hal took us out to the lot, we compared the Pilot with the Odyssey side-by-side, feature-by-feature. After test driving both, we chose the Odyssey Touring Elite. We used several internet sites to determine a fair price, sent out requests for price quotes to five dealerships, and ended up back with Hal. We know he worked hard for us to get the price where we wanted it. He was patient and kind, never pushy. Plus, Waldorf Honda is as local as we can get. This dealership is undergoing extensive renovations, so it seems a bit rough at the moment. However, their professionalism remains intact. I look forward to many years of partnership with them.

I have been a HONDA customer for years and I guess In time you will be exposed to a bad seed. The service technician that processed my work order was the worst I have ever been exposed to when it comes to customer care. I came in for an oil change and was informed of other repairs required that amounted to a lot money. After I arrived home that day I discovered I needed more power steering and brake fluid and wind shield wiper fluid. In the past all of this would have been taken care of but his main goal was getting me to spend more money than I had anticipated. I need an engine and air filter but I will not be taking my car back to HONDA for replacement filters. The 2 star rating is for the oil change that was done but now I wonder was it properly done.??

I spent some time doing research on car I wanted and trade in value of high mileage car I owned. I used a highly rated buying application and got three quotes from different Dealers. Waldorf Honda had the best quote and ZERO haggling. They offered quote on the specific car as advertised. The process was straight forward and when they reviewed options and additional warranty levels I had no interest in, no pressure and we moved on. The car dealer sold me a car with out a title. I bought the car in January of 2016 and its now April of 2016 and still no title to the car. I have sent emails to managers no one has responded. The only thing they can tell me is that they are working on it. Poor customer service. Poor business. Unacceptable results from a well know company. The car did not come with floor mats. I had to beg Bert for some car mats. Just poor customer service.

We shopped around-out to about a 200 mile radius as we usually do-for a replacement for our 2011 Honda CR V (because of the airbag recall & its protracted delays). After going through considerable research and contacts/quotes from a large number of dealerships, we ended up with meeting Frank Carnucci and the rest of the Team at Waldorf Honda. Frank actively listened to us describe our needs, our budget and our expectations for a successful purchase and engaged constructively in working both patiently and very hard at showing us a number of alternatives and choices. Part of that process also had us engage with several other folks (Hi Don, Mike, & Abe :-0) ) in patiently refining the meet-in-the-middle agreement that lead to our purchase of a new 2016 Honda CR V. Frank's knowledge of the different vehicles, their options, and in depth demonstration of some of the more advanced features was very helpful in making our decisions and final selection as we worked through what worked for us and what didn't. And what I had thought was the one detractor (their not offering loaners at service time) but after learning that dealers mark up prices to compensate, and since affordability was important to us- that became a non-detractor! And for the record, let me be very clear that both Frank and the other Team members were both always professional and NEVER "pushy"/aggressive (unlike a number of the other dealerships we had engaged with). Nice to finally have a local dealership that actually treats customers reasonably well and as they'd like their family to be treated if the roles were reversed! Thanks again, Frank, Don, & Mike!

Typically, I'll drive to Hendricks Honda to get my car service since my residence use to be Alexandria. However, I am now in MD and need to get acquainted with services in the area. Waldorf Honda is convenient to my office and so, I had gone in on a day after work and pulled in the service bay and was immediately serviced. The employees were kind and even applied a coupon discount. In addition, after oil change service and tire rotation also got a free car wash, this is a plus. From the minute I walked through the door and met with Jamar Epps to the very end when we worked on financing with Rebecca Bird purchasing this vehicle was an outstanding experience. Jamar was an outstanding salesperson who knows his product from end-to-end. I could not believe the number of vehicles that were available to choose from. Even though we were not exactly sure what we wanted, other than it had to be a Honda, Jamar went all out to help us settle on a vehicle of our choosing. He did not pressure us into something we did not want or was out of our price range. This is the sixth Honda I have bought in the last 60 years and without a doubt the best experience I have ever had throughout the whole buying process. After we purchased the vehicle he went over the complete vehicle to be sure I knew how to operate all the electronic wizardy. Usually, at least during my past experiences, I found the finance part to be the worst part of the buy. This did not happen this time. The staff was helpful and proactive, but not pushy. The price was very competitive from the beginning of the transaction and was the reason I initially contacted the dealer. Maria reached back out to me, and Frank helped me with the test drive and answered questions to close the deal. The team was friendly throughout the process, and I would certainly buy another car from them in the future if I needed to. But I don't think I will need to anytime soon, because I bought a Honda Odyssey.

bought a used car here. first issue was a headlight and the service guy here acted like it was a huge hassle so I took it to another dealer that specializes in my car. paid $200+ for that. 2nd issue, brakes. I took it to the same dealer that fixed my light and was told the brakes were heavily heavily rusted. i was quoted $1200+ so i called the used car manager here and he basically told me he couldn't do anything even though I had bought the car a week prior. I think I should have been reimbursed. I can return my car as I do have 30 days to give it back but I dont think I will go that far. I feel like the customer service is bad as ever once you drive off the lot but I do like the car and am just going to pay for the brakes. Dont expect them to care once your papers are signed.

This place killed my excitement about my new car. I went into pick up my car at Waldorf Honda, after negotiating my price ahead of coming in to pickup the vehicle. I was excited and happy I figured it would take 30 minutes to decline the accessories/warranties, review the paperwork, sign, and driving away. Instead I had to endure over two and a half hours declining all the sales pitches from EVERY SINGLE person involved in the process. Only one representative accepted my responses of "no thank you," and even then I had to repeat myself. The three others all tried to convince me about how my brand new car was going to have some expensive problem or other and I needed to spend in total over $8k, which is 1/3 the price of another brand new car, just to protect myself from every single one of those things. I finally got fed up, changed my posture, and firmly asked what I needed to do to get out the door with my vehicle right now, because I'm tired of this and I'm leaving with or without my car. Suddenly the sales pitches ended and I was able to sign the final papers and leave, angry and frustrated. On my exit, the salesman's overly animated cheering and loud congratulations, with big arm gestures, seemed so absurd after all the grueling the other agents gave me. You should leave a dealership excited about your new car, not pissed off about it. I know they like to make money with these extras, but you'd expect a dealer to try to avoid worrying their customers that their brand new car is piece of crap that is sure to rust out and fall apart. And two and a half hours of my life are gone.

They tried to tell me that my car was valued at only $500, when Kelly Blue Book has it at a minimum of $4,500...This "expert" decision was made after a consultant sat in my car for 1.5 minutes and revved the engine--never looked under the hood, etc...Meanwhile another dealer had already previously offered me a $5,500 trade-in value due to the car's excellent condition...Buyer beware, these guys are crooks. Just because I am a young woman, doesn't mean I am naive.

Harvey McSwain & Cat Murphy were both WONDERFUL and super friendly to work with. Harvey deserves an award for A+ sale/post-sale service. He literally drove to our home a distance of 45 miles each way to pick up the signed paperwork and the car (for minor work) and returned it to us. He was not only friendly but he understood and worked with my brother and I as we purchased this vehicle for our mother who was too ill to make the purchase herself and to save us the burden of having to travel back and forth from the dealership, he took the time and effort to bring everything to us. Waldorf Honda truly needs to reward Harvey for service above and beyond literally any other sales rep (new or used) I have ever worked with. I wish him the best future in his career and life. I was a regular customer but started going to another Honda dealership for service because it was closer to work and home. I had a problem with my fuel cap warning light and after six trips and a new fuel cap that didnt fix the problem; I decided to come back to Waldorf Honda, where I have always had satisfactory service. After explaining my problem with the warning light to Mr. Bernard Dixson, he knew what needed to be done and had the problem fixed within a few hours of that same visit. I thought it was funny that the part that was needed had to be purchased at the dealership that couldnt figure out what the problem was. My fuel cap warning light has not come back on since and now I can go to have my emissions test done with no worries of not passing. Thank you so much Mr. Dixson. I appreciate your service. We needed to get the airbag safety recall repairs done so we chose the nearest Honda dealer. We had used Waldorf Honda a couple of years ago and didn't care for their service or professionalism. Things have improved under new management! They called me back to schedule the appointment once the parts were in, offered evening hours so we could come after work, provided a shuttle to get us to and from a nearby restaurant, and also performed an additional diagnostic (that they told us would cost $125) and found that the trouble light for our SRS Airbag was on because of another recall - so Honda will cover it all the costs. Overall, we have a much better opinion of Waldorf Honda now. Thanks!

I have an older Honda Accord with high mileage that my daughter is using for college and we recently experienced problems with the power steering system leaking. I thought about taking the car to another mechanic, but decided to take it to the dealer because ultimately they know the car, they have the right tools and they stand behind their work. I was traveling on Rt. 5 south to Waldorf for a date night out, when my power steering went out on my car. I immediately took my car to the Honda of Waldorf dealership (where I purchased my Honda). I just knew I would be turned away because it was 6:45pm on a week night, and Honda service dept. closed at 7:00pm. Instead they told me to pull right in the bay to get my check-in started. Bernard got me checked in and squared away. I was told that I would get a call first thing in the morning, which I did! I was called at 7:30am with a price quote and a request for a go ahead to order the part and begin the necessary work. My car was finished within 2 days and ready for pick-up. They even kept it until I could get a ride to pick it up...Bernard was patient, polite and honest. He answered every question I had with no hesitation and even worked with me when I told him I wouldn't be able to get my car until 2 days after the work was finished... Honda of Waldorf is awesome. I would recommend Bernard if you want excellent customer service!

I had a busy Saturday planned. But on Friday, my brakes started sounding and feeling bad and I knew I had to get the car in for service. I called Friday morning and they were able to fit me in, but I still had the problem of: how do I get where I need to go? So I asked the service advisor if there was a loaner car service or something. They said they had a free shuttle that would take me anywhere within a 10 mile radius of the dealership, so I signed up for it, still a little concerned. Well, I didn't need to be! I dropped the car off at 7:30 a.m. Check in was quick, and within 5 minutes of check-in the shuttle driver was there and ready to take me where I needed to go. He was very pleasant and made the trip nice. Within an hour, the service advisor called to give me an estimate for the work and recommend an additional service. Within about two hours after that, I got a call that the car was ready for pick-up. When I got back late in the afternoon, check-out was quick and easy. All in all, a great service experience at Waldorf Honda! Thanks, all!

From the very beginning, the experience was top-notch, and I say without reservation that this was the most hassle-free car-buying experience of our lives by a mile. Within minutes of clicking on the "Waldorf Honda" button, Crystal contacted us by phone. We jumped in our car right away for the 40-mile drive up I-95, around the beltway, and over to Waldorf. Once we arrived, our salesman, Eric Tayman was professional, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable. It was very obvious Eric believes in Honda products! He went out of his way to explain aspects of the Infotainment system, the safety features, engine details, even long after he knew he had a sale. Janice was our accessories saleperson, and she was also pleasant and professional. Finally, our finance rep, Rebecca Byrd, was absolutely fantastic. Overall, a wonderful experience! I believe any company that makes conscious efforts to try to deliver great customer service to their customers (and inspect those efforts), will always be in business! My experience as it relates to the service representative that assisted me was great! Bernard not only made sure my car was inspected properly but he took the time to explain the necessary steps I needed to take in order to get the most out of my car (going the extra mile was a plus in my gradebook). My experience as it relates to paying for the service was and has been poor (and this rating has no reflection on the great service that the service rep provided). Attitude and approach really does matter. After receiving the great service from Bernard, the cashier's (short african american lady my apologies I forgot her name) attitude was very insensitive and disrespectful. When I handed my debit card to her to pay, instead of her confirming with me whether I wanted the transaction to be a debit or credit, she took it upon herself to make the choice for me like it was her money. When I brought it to her attention which transaction I preferred, her attitude was and I quote "Oh Well". THIS WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL! NO COMPANY has the legal right to just make that decision for customers unless the customer gives proper authorization for them to do so! Now this may seem small and non important to you as a company but was a HUGE deal to me because I made a 45 minute commute to come to your dealership to get my car service when there were several others I could have gone to (and got better service)--but I chose to come to yours.Unfortunately, when customers walk into your dealership/service department, it is one complete experience that we walk away with. So when one portion of the service is poor it tends to make the entire experience poor. I think its unfair to the service representative that provided me great service that this review falls under his name, but I could not find the casher's name or photo to write a review for her. Maybe she needs to have a place on your webpage where customers can share their experience so that the service rep doesn't have to take the hit for the poor service of others. Last, if this dealership/service department is serious about delivering impeccable service to their customers and serious about maintaining the customers they have for the long haul then you as dealership/service department might want to make some adjustments and/or modifications to how the cashiers interact with the customers as well. I do want to say that I NEVER write reviews and if I took the time (out of my very busy schedule) to give thought to writing this review then my experience was impacted in one way or another. Overall, I do want to give credit where credit is due... I was very pleased with Bernard's great service!

Everyone was so helpful and pleasant, but at the same time very professional. Our salesman Harvey McSwain was absolutely wonderful. I have been going to this station when it was owned by Ken Dixon. The service is still about the same except now when you pull in, most of the time now you have to wait around for someone to approach you. But, after you get their attention they proceed to taking down your issues and reasons for being there. Bernard Dixson is one of the finest services reps there is. A-1 customer service and he usually tries and find the most reasonable alternatives with getting the repairs done. My only complaint is, DON'T ARRIVE FOR SERVICE TOO CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME! You are frowned upon. I was practically "chewed out" by the cashier for still being there at closing.

We were told by Crystal Stewart that there was a white Honda Pilot available on the lot. She even gave us an "out the door" quote, as we were paying cash. When we arrived at Waldorf Honda, after our 3 hour trip to get there, the salesman laughed at us when we said we were there to pick up our white pilot. We were told there had been no white pilots available for weeks. Because we had been excited about going home with a new vehicle, we settled for a lesser pilot. We were told the white pilot was an EX-L 4WD. We ended up with a gray EX 2WD. We regret buying from Waldorf Honda. This is shady business practice and I expected much more from Honda. We regret purchasing from Waldorf, but, after driving for 3 hours, we had planned on going home with our new Pilot. We are so disappointed. I think next time we will upgrade to a Toyota.

On May 23, 2015, I purchased my second Honda Pilot (2015). I had explored the possibility of trading in my 2015 Honda Pilot and returned with my husband to make the final purchase. Hello, I initially purchased my Honda from Anderson Honda (02/15) however I did not want to travel almost an hour and some minutes back out there again for continued service. I went online and read reviews at Waldorf Honda and another Honda dealership not too far from where I reside and based on the reviews at this location, I decided to take my car here. The service department was extremely nice and professional and walked me through the process being as though it was my first time servicing my car since I purchased it earlier this year. When I went to pick my car up, it was freshly washed to my surprise and I was very pleased.Thanks to the entire service team! 2 thumbs up and I will be back for the next service requirement and thereafter.

I scheduled an appointment for a water leak. Over the phone they did not tell me a tech was not there daily for this service and of course the tech was not there the day I was scheduled. I was able to get another service done which was fine but my major issue was not resolved. I appreciate that Honda was honest in that they weren't able to complete the problem so I took my car back to the dealership I purchased it.Honesty is great. Especially when you do not know or cannot perform. i will take that any day over being overcharged and the problem not fixed.

I was dealt with satisfactorily during my recent visit to WH. I was assisted fairly quickly when I pulled my car in, but one complaint that I have is that you drive in and you kind of wait around for a service person (might be nice to have someone greet you as soon as you part your car and assist you/direct you to a service person). Bernard assisted me and was extremely helpful-explained things well. The waiting room is pretty terrible. It doesn't feel clean and the chairs are not too comfy (they are getting worn out). It smells also. There is free we-fi, so it almost makes up for the stink! I was pleased by the cost, which was extremely reasonable. Also, I told them no wash, but they washed my car anyway (not bad, but I did say no wash).

I have purchased two new vehicles from Waldorf Honda and have always been pleased with the customer service in the dealership. The salesmen are always very helpful and i've never had an issue with them being pushy. I have never gone in with the intent to buy on the first visit...and they don't pressure you to do that. They will sit down with you and explain your options, help you pick out what you do and do not like and do what they can to get you in the car you want at the right price. The sales person I dealt with, Ryan was very helpful and made the whole experience very smooth. Once I finally decided on the car to get, now came the finance part...of course I was dreading that, i know it's always a long process and just something you'd rather bypass so you can go out and drive your new car. However Kevin in the finance office made the process very quick and easy. He is obviously very familiar with everything and he made sure I understood all the paperwork i was signing and was satisified with all the numbers. I would definitely recommend Waldorf Honda to everyone I know, as all of my family members and many of my friends have purchased vehicles here as well. I've only purchased a Honda from one other Honda dealership and that was the worst car buying experience I've ever had...I'll never go anywhere else!

I was attended to immediately upon my arrival. I dropped the truck and was shuttled home while repair was assessed. I received a call and was informed about what was found to be wrong and cost of repair. I gave permission and after repairs were concluded shuttled back to pick up my truck. It was a very pleasant experience I must say.

Every time I am there, whether to purchase a vehicle or just an oil change, I am always greeted warmly, and throughout my stay made sure I am happy. Any questions I have are thoroughly answered. The complimentary shuttle service is great if I want to run an errand while I wait. Every service comes with a free car wash. I always know that whatever I need, the team will go out of their way to assist me. The salesman Greg Smith was very accommodating. He found the exact Honda CRV EX-L I was looking for. He was friendly, easy to work with and made my car buying experience very pleasant. Don't buy your Honda at Waldorf Honda if you expect a good service department. Toyoto Waldorf is so much better. I called for a 7:00 a m appt & was first in line for routine service that took two hours. Toyoto you're getting me back. So much better. Auto is better too. So sorry I left you to buy an Accord.

Fantastic service!. Mr. Bernard and his team keep me updated on the status of my Acura. I had a hard to find engine oil leak and the team fixed it first time. Before that my car was at AAMCO for a while and they could not find the leak. I Was very impressed with the Maintenance Technician who took the time and showed me where the leak was coming from through the use of the engine Illustrated parts breakdown. They also have their Technicians go receive continued training. This is so important! Just impressed with the whole team. Very professional. THANK YOU. I drove the car from Maryland to Memphis Tenn. with no issues. Highly recommend Waldorf Honda for repairs of your Honda. Finally this car is going to my son. I may consider buying a good used Honda or Acura. ....

I arrive in the late afternoon for a 10,000 mile service. They were friendly, accommodating, and service was quick. I thought I would have to leave my car and return the next day....but they assured me I would be out out there in 90 minutes or less. Well, 50 minutes later I was at the cashier paying for my service!Not the prettiest environment, but clean. Offers coffee, tea, and water complementary. I toyed between Waldorf MD and Capital Heights MD for my service, but I can honestly say that I chose the right place!

When I left my car I fully expected my bill to be around $ 800 for routine maitainance. When I returned to pick up the car the bill was just over $ 400. In checking my records Bernard discovered I had had some of the planned work done recently and removed it from the schedule. I was really impressed with the honest, positive and effective work I had done. Thanks for catching the duplication before I paid for unnecessary work.

On February 12, 2015 I signed a contract for lease with Honda with Mike Council. The contract said $3,000.00 down and a lease payment of $333 for three years. If I went over 12k miles per year, I would need to pay $0.12 per mile. On February 24, 2015, Tyler (financing manager) called me and told me that my lease was incorrect and I needed to sign a new one. He also called my house where my mother spoke to him. At that time, I contacted the Maryland Attorney General's Office and my own private attorney. They both told me I did not have to sign a new contract and that I was entitled to my car and $3,000 back if the contract was null and void. Tyler called and left a message on February 28th. I spoke to Tyler on March 2nd and he said the error was on the extra mileage. He said Honda's policy was for cars of the value I had to be $0.20 per mile. I told him I did not agree to these terms and asked what my options were. He said he would have his boss call me. His boss, Mike Council, called me a few hours later and told me I could NOT return the car because they had already completed work on my old car. I told them that it wasn't my fault they completed work on my car and that I wanted it back with a certified check for the $3,000. He said that was impossible and that I needed to bring the car back the next day. He asked how many miles were on the car. He then became irritated and starting making accusations. He said he "wasn't used to doing business with someone like [me]. It was an honest mistake and [you're] trying to be an opportunist." After several more statements like this (I continued to say I will bring the car back tomorrow) I told him I would be contacting his boss. He then became very apologetic and said "well we can work something out." My family and I spoke to his boss and came to an agreement to have them pay part of the difference for the overage cents per mile. I came in, signed the new lease with the correct terms and collected the difference on March 9th. (I had an appointment with the owner, Danny Moltz, on the March 5th but the dealership closed to due weather). I worked with Bert Bowen because I refused to see Mike Council. I was told on March 9th that my vehicle had already been sold on March 6th. Therefore, I would not have been able to have my car returned to me if I chose not to move forward with the lease. On March 12th, I received a notice from the MVA for an insurance violation on the car that I had SOLD to Honda. I had to contact the MVA and let them know that I had insurance but my tags had been transferred to my new car. They closed the case after looking up the records for my lease. On March 23rd, I received a check from Waldorf Honda for a Registration Refund. They could not register my car because of the violation that had been filed (due to the amount of time that lapsed between my purchase of the car and their processing of the paperwork). I called and asked to speak to someone with registration and they transferred me to Debbie's desk but she did not answer. I called back and they transferred me to Mike Council. At this time I explained what happened and told him that I would like them to process the registration for me like I paid them to do. He became disrespectful and indignant and said the following: "your delay caused the insurance problem. Instead of being honest, you were an opportunist." He said that I was immature. When I told him that he was being "very mature" he said "Thank you, I take that as a compliment." He told me "you should record your conversations to see how you sound." "You're a teacher - [with all these problems] - what is the common denominator?" At this point I told him I had NEVER been spoken to by a manager of a business this way and that I would again be contacting his boss. He said "yeah have your mom call him. Do that!" I called and left a message for his boss on that same day, March 23rd. I told him who I spoke to, what he said, what I would like done, and I asked him to call me back. I still have not heard from him. On March 24th, I called the MVA to inquire about registering my vehicle. They informed me that my tags were still registered to my old vehicle that I sold to Honda. They told me that Honda never paid the transfer fee for the tags and so I was driving around illegally. They told me that Honda should have NEVER have placed my old tags on my new car until the paperwork was processed. I should have been given temporary tags and a temporary registration (they originally gave me these but took them back when I said I wanted to transfer my tags). I have a temporary registration from Honda for my old tags on my new car but somehow that is illegal too. Will absolutely never do business with Waldorf Honda (or any other dealership owned by the same person: Waldorf Ford, etc) as long as Mike Council is still working there.

Went for routine maintenance on a Friday afternoon. Tony Reese explained in detail what would be done and exactly what it would cost--no surprises. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. On the way home a warning light came on, and despite the fact that the service department was closing in a few minutes, they told me to come back. Tony took a look and fixed the issue with the push of a button. I didn't even have to get out of the car. He then explained what caused the problem and sent me on my way. I bought my car here (Connie Mickens was great), have it serviced here and have only had positive experiences.

The old bait and switch we were told a fake story about why the car was brought back but being sold as new. 3 stories one the buyer hated the color, then title issues, then a deployment issue Of the family that bought it. Didnt find this out till later. The salesmen told us it came with navigation it doesn't. We get home and also find it has coffee stains and stains elsewhere in the car. When called about the stains and damage to the head unit we were told it could get remedied at out appt friday. When we called about the lies about what our "new car" had (navigation) we pretty much were told sorry about your luck. Waldorf honda will promise you the moon and give you a crap shoot. So i called to complain to honda corporate and they slipped up and told me it had a prior claim on a windshield problem... huh i should have known there was something super fishy when they couldnt show me a car fax on a van that is technically used. End of story the other reviews on this site are paid for and waldorf honda is garbage.

It was quite I ironic I had previously disreguared there letters and on this day I just happen to open it. Needless to say Ms. Deborah Brown was a real blesing she got backed to me and approved with in and hour. Ms. Brown went as far as to ask me what features I want and even as long as my list so accomadated me and there were even some extras. I was in and out the dealer in less than a hour and on the road.

Waldorf Honda is under new management. They have a great product - Honda and the traffic through the dealer lot and in the showroom attests to the desirability of Honda vehicles. A large sales staff is increasingly well trained and in the process of learning how to deal with both high volume and a very diverse customer base.Our sales person, Saeed Satterwhite, is one of the best I have ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and understands the ever more complex technology packages that have become part of the vehicles he sells. Most important, Saeed listens to his customers and responds to their needs and concerns . . . and he is patient. He was willing to answer all of our questions and permitted us to drive several vehicles in order to let experience their features first hand. Once the sale was made, he spent still more time with us helping to set up the technology and making certain that we understood the basics of our new Honda Accord's operation.Sales managers Bert Bowen and Mike Council did a great job backing up their sales staff, discussing our needs with us, answering our questions, and brokering the fine points of a deal.If there is any sticking point in the whole operation, it is in the nitty gritty of doing the paper work that finalizes the deal. Because this is a high volume dealership, and I understand that volume is the name of the game in the auto business these days, the "closing" procedures are a bit cumbersome and designed as a "one size fits all" process . . . and several issues come up at closing that have not previously been discussed by the sales person. After the sale is already in process, then a staff member is introduced whose job it is to upsell a variety of ad-on features. Similarly, service plans at additional cost are not introduced until the very last stages of the closing. These procedures seem to contradict all the earlier vows of transparency in the process and leave staff members charged with these responsibilities in a very uncomfortable position caught between the dealerships procedures and the customer's real needs.We like our new vehicle and look forward to working with Waldorf Honda's top-ranked service department. Would certainly recommend this dealership to others in Southern Maryland looking for Honda products. Appreciate the efforts the owners are making to turn this into a truly top flight Honda dealership.

My wife and I went to look for a new car and planned on shopping 2-3 different dealerships. We started with Honda because we knew how long the process can be and wanted to start with the model we liked most from online reviews. We test drove 2-3 different CR-V's and really liked them. Hal and Mike were not pushy at all which we both like. They both knew a lot about these models and their knowledge turned out to be very helpful. We knew Honda does not deal as much as other places and we also knew it is because of their high quality. We found Hal and Mike to be very fair and honest about what they could and could not do for us. We really liked the touring model and even though it was out of the price range we wanted to go they still worked with us and met us most of the way., Rebecca in financing was also very knowledgeable and friendly. We have only had the car a few days but so far we both love it.

Worse repair experience ever! Took a week for parts to come in. There was no loner car available for me to use. When employee finally called me to say my car was ready, there was still problems regarding the repair, car not fully repaired. Very expensive repair cost, plus there was a price difference of over $150.00 dollars then what was quoted to me in the beginning.. When I got in my car to drive off, I immediately noticed a part missing from my car and informed the employee who asked the mechanic that worked on my car where my part was. He didn't have a clue where my part was. Now I still have to bring my car back for further repairs and to replace the missing part that was lost during the repair of my car. Unbelievable!

Everyone appears to work well together, they help each other, a 110% better experience than some other dealerships we've seen. Josh was our charismatic salesperson and Saeed really helped us look at options when Josh was unavailable so our wait time was zero. They located a vehicle we wanted, did not try to force us to buy something we didnt want/need. They honored our USAA discount without complaint and suggested other discount programs, whereas other dealers denied knowledge of USAA, Navy Federal, and military discounts even if their deaerlship is clearly listed as a particpating dealer in their own showrooms.Highly recommend this dealership! Lets start with I needed a last minute Saturday appointment because I forgot my oil life was coming close to 20% and the wrench was about to start flashing on my control panel, well I was able to make the appointment just fine. I purchased a new 2015 AWD CR-V Touring last night with help from Saeed and it was the best car buying experience I had. The vehicle was ready for me to view when I arrived, Saeed was very knowledgeable and explained the car's features to me and we were able to test drive the car for decent amount of time through various types of roads to see how the car drove. Most of all, I was very impressed to see that the car had a full tank of gas because I hate it when dealers make you test drive a car with an empty tank.The sales manager "Stormy" and Saeed didn't play games with price and they were very upfront and honest about what they can and can't do. We were done negotiating in about 15 minutes and I was able to purchase the car for fall less than other dealers were offering me.I didn't expect too much going into the dealer but I was really surprised by the level of service and price. The dealer isn't flashy or new like some other dealers in the area, however, they make it up in service and value. I would totally recommend Waldorf Honda to my family and friends.Thank you very much for a great experience.

They were VERY busy (Friday after lunch) and Bernard Dixson let me know how many cars were ahead of mine. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience. Saeed spent a lot of time going over the features of my new vehicle even when he was off that day and Connie, Sherry, and Stormy went out of their way to be helpful. I found everyone to be really down to earth, yet professional and sincere. They weren't pushy at all I feel that they were very reasonable with price. At first I was pretty skeptical about coming to Waldorf for a new vehicle. I'm not a huge fan of the area but I figured, it was the closest dealer to the house so why not! Anyways, long story short Abe (the sales professional) was very down to earth and just as his job title implies, professional. Not only are they not honest, have poor customer service, poor damaged vehicles, they dont even honor the online prices they have posted. They even try to slip increases in that differ from your negotiation when you are signing documents without mentioning them. TOTALLY DISHONEST. I recently purchased a Lexus GS 350 from here. Before making this purchase, I owned an older 08 GS 350. When I got there and tested the car, I found out that the trunk wouldnt open. They indicated they were aware and would have Lexus fix it. Not major. So I consented & I later found out that the car had been pulled out of repair before it was fully inspected and repaired so someone could test drive it. I should have known not to move forward with this purchase when there were discrepancies with the online price I was guaranteed/agreed to and what was the price listed on the final paperwork. I stopped the finance guy as soon as I noticed. He acknowledge the discrepancies, walked out to ask about them and came back with a story about the additional money (above the online price) being like a house purchase closing cost changes. I now believe that to be some trick they play once you are signing documents in hope you dont catch the increase. When I got home, in addition to the trunk not working, there were a few other items I could see in my well light garage. Here is where my saga begins: 1. When closing the deal, the salesman placed the temporary tags on the vehicle. So I did not notice until I got home that evening that the front license plate was screwed straight into the bumper. It was not centered and only one side of the plate was screwed in because the other hole was so far away. The salesperson had to have noticed it when he screwed in the plate but he never mentioned it to me. Apparently the front plate holder had been removed and no one replaced it. 2. The driver front side bumper was loose. The car is black and in the darkening night (it was like 6pm or so when I arrived), it looked spotless. Once I drove into my garage, I noticed there was a gap in the bumper from a missing clip. It was not totally secure. 3. At this point, I started testing everything all over again. I then noticed that the moon roof was broken. You have to play with it to get it sealed. 4. As I walked around the car under the light of my garage, there were about 6 paint nicks and 2 scratches on the passenger side door. (They agreed to fix these items. I took it in. Pointed out all the items but when they brought the car back, there were 2 or 3 of the nicks that I pointed out to them still there.) 5. Finally, I decided to review the manuals that were in the glove compartment. When I opened them, I noticed there were two sets of ES 300/350 manuals in the glove compartment. No GS 350. They took both sets of manuals and promised to provide GS 350 manuals. Ive asked at least 5 times for the GS 350 manuals that they promised they would get. Still nothing. Every time I ask about them, they are like, oh yeah, Ill see what I can find around here; I took the car in on a Wednesday for them to take it to Lexus for the repairs as they indicated they would do. They said it would take two days and Id have my car by close of business on Friday. They gave me a Chevy Malibu as a loaner (I did say that I purchased a Lexus GS 350, right?). On Friday afternoon, no one had called me to provide any type of update on the status of the car. I called at least 5 or 6 times and no one could tell me anything. I found out they NEVER took my car to Lexus until after having my car for a week. I still dont have any idea when my car will be ready. When I asked management what they would do to make it right, they said once repaired theyd give me a free oil change. UNBELIEVABLE!! As of today, the car is again in a repair shop for one of the items they fixed.

This was my first time coming to Waldorf Honda as I typically use other merchants, because of the old addage, the dealer's are too expensive. I had just gone to Tires Plus to check out the Oil Change special from a flyer they sent me for $19.95. Of course when I got there, it didn't include full Synthetic Oil and the price for that was $59.99, but the guy said he'll give me a $10.00 discount since I had the coupon and I couldn't find a better price than that anywhere. So I decided to go up the street to Waldorf Honda, since I was going to pay that pirce, I might as well see what the dealer would charge. Imagine my surprise when they said $38 and some change (tax included). I couldn't believe it. This was their everyday price and he said he could get me in immediately. All the service reps were friendly and quite amused at my astonishment that I was getting such a good deal from the dealer. They found it quite humorous. They were all a good group of guys and laughed and joked with me. I felt very good about the service I was getting and the willingness of the attendants to talk with me about service. They didn't try to hide anything or be deceptive everything was straight forward. They got me in and out within an hour, so I was very pleased. I'll definitely go back there for my service needs. One last thing, the service rep gave me a service maintenance chart with all the dealer recommended maintenance items and he even wrote down what the current costs were and they were reasonable. The biggest cost would be the 90K service, but that will be 4 or 5 years down the road, but it isn't really that expensive either considering all they will do in that service maintenance visit. So, overall it was a good day!!!

For the 1st time in my car buying experience, the sales and support staff were not pushy but rather informative. They gave us information and let us make the decisions. Our salesman, Abe Gueye, was fantastic! He kept us appraised where we were in the process, and other than waiting for the car to be prepped and delivered from a local area depot, the process was very smooth. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable about the car. There wasn't a question that he had to go find someone else to get an answer to. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My husband and I have bought many cars over the last 35 years and this was absolutely the easiest ever. We initially visited just to test drive a Pilot. I was undecided about which SUV I wanted. I fell in love with the Pilot after driving it. Maria was absolutely no pressure and understood that I was only looking at that point. When we made our decision on the Pilot, Waldorf Honda did not have the color in the trim I wanted. They located one for us and had it there the next day and at the price we wanted. We already had a loan from our bank but Honda gave us a better rate. Everything went very smoothly and easily. I kept waiting to see some extra fee thrown in, which has happened in the past but no everything was as exactly as they said. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice and helpful. My overall experience was great! Looking back I can't think of anything I didn't like about the experience. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle so I tried to make sure I did all of my research. I also went to Honda of Bowie and Honda of Tysons Corner but never quite felt like I was being taken seriously. Bryanna greeted me and my husband as soon as we walked onto the lot. I found the vehicle we were interested in and she ran off to get the keys so that I could test drive it. She seemed very knowledgable about the car despite being a fairly new employee. She answered all of my questions and quickly got me some sales numbers after talking with the manager. I couldn't make a decision that day but Bryanna followed up on multiple occasions without being pushy and within a few days I was back in to make the purchase. The person who handled the financing (sorry I can't remember his name) was also great! He helped me get through all he paperwork fairly quickly while explaining everything to me with just the right level of detail. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend the staff at Waldorf Honda.

I appreciated the friendliness of every staff member I spoke to and they were also professional. I was satisfied with my experience although it took longer than expected. The only negative aspect was that when I called to check on my car I was told I would receive a call back in 10 minutes but didn't receive a return call until 50 minutes later. I walked into Waldorf Honda convinced I was just going to test drive the Honda Pilot. I had been in the market to purchase an SUV, done my research, and was down to 2 possible vehicles: the Ford Explorer and the Honda Pilot. Gregg Smith was very professional yet easy going. He was never pushy and made me feel at ease. Gregg had me test drive the Pilot and then called over to the Ford dealership and brought over an Explorer to test drive as well. He went over both vehicles thoroughly and pointed out all the features. At this point I knew I wanted the Pilot. Gregg sat down with me and the Manager, Mike, and discussed numbers. Usually you have to haggle the price down. They gave me their best price, up front and it was exactly at my price point. Financing was easy and I was out the door with my new Honda in no time. Had oil changed and tires rotated the other day and had told them not to out stick in windshield and not to wash it. Well both were done. The sticker isn't a big deal. Now they washed my car with the sunroof tilted open. Got the interior soaked but the guy took care of me. Really appreciate it.

Terrence Jones is a nice guy and I had a great purchasing experience there. People are friendly in the store. The color I want actually they does not have it in stock so they the car I want from another dealer. That's fine for me, but the extra 300 dollars charge for the so called "accessories" did make me not feel very good. I believe this was that dealer's point not the waldorf meant to do. What can I say about my experience with Waldorf Honda...AWESOME, AMAZING, AND FANTASTIC to say the least.I was truly in search of a great deal, since I knew what I wanted in a car, especially an accord. I was blown away with the deal I received. I originally went in expecting to get a 2014 accord maybe not even with the trim model I wanted, but Saeed was extremely honest. He explained everything to me. By the time he was finished, I was sold a 2015 Accord Luxury Model with all the bells and whistles. I have never felt so accomplished when I left a dealership. I used to feel guilty when I left a dealership expecting my car to fall apart before I drove it off of the lot. Not any more! Finally a good deal , gone GREAT!While I waited for my new car to get washed, Saeed introduced me to a few of his associates. I truly appreciate Saeed and his honesty. My original intention was to take my 2001 Honda CRV to the service department for regular maintenance. However, on the day before (which was on a Sunday), my husband and I decided to drive by the Honda lot just to look at (not purchase) the newest upgrades of the CRV and the Pilot. We met Connie, who was very personable and proceeded to assist us with what we were looking for. We drove an hour (from Severn, MD) to go to this dealer because of phone conversations I had regarding a new CRV purchase. As soon as we got out of our car we were immediately greeted by an employee who gladly pointed us in the right direction to the salesperson we would be working with. Once inside, we were further greeted by several employees, all very friendly, that welcomed us to the dealership. My fiancee and I were very impressed with the selection, options, and prices we were given for the different models of CRV we were considering. Our salesperson, Connie, was extremely accommodating in allowing us to experience every trim model/color CRV we wanted - never were we EVER pressured or did we ever feel hurried. She took her time to explain the features as well as answering all questions we had. We wound up driving away that day with a car that we really wanted and were given a great price on the vehicle, accessories, and care packages. Everyone we dealt with throughout the entire purchasing process was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. What a great day! Well worth the trip from Severn!

The Customer Service was HORRIBLE, the Used Car Sales Manager down right insulted my intelligence with the sales price he posed to me on a used vehicle I was interested in. The car was seriously overpriced per the Kelly Blue Book. I have previously purchased three (3) vehicles from this dealership when it was owned by "KEN DIXON". I came in *just* to do a test drive, and ended up purchasing a Honda Civic! The entire buying experience was no-hassle, no-stress, and I didn't feel any pressure at all. My sales guy, Steve Newman, really made me feel comfortable from the outset. The test drive was very long and down windy and bumpy roads so that my husband and I could get a feel for how the car drove. I used TrueCar to find a great price, and they honored that price no questions asked. They described options that were available, both in car features, add-ons, and financing, but again there was no pressure to buy any of them. I got exactly what I wanted in my car. I highly recommend this dealership!

I purchased a vehicle this weekend from Honda of Waldorf. I want to tell you about my experience there. I was gently contacted by Maria Perez. She was not too pushy, but was very informative and courteous. When I arrived on Saturday, my son and I were greeted by a smiling Bryanna Colder, the Sales Rep. She was very kind and attentive to our requests. Although she was new, she did her homework and was able to either answer my questions or find the answers and bring them back to me. She was very patient and confident of the great men and women who worked there. Once she understood what I wanted and provided the right vehicle, I was introduced to her sales manager whom I only know as Bert. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He worked with me until we had a number whereby we both felt comfortable and were happy. I have purchased six new cars in my life and this was the quickest and most convenient time I have ever experienced. I think this dealership and the people I worked with should be a model for others to follow when it comes to meeting, greeting, and selling a vehicle. I will wholeheartedly recommend them. By the way, they threw in a "Happy Anniversary" balloon for me to place on the car to complete the surprise for my wife.

If you are looking for an honest salesman or dealership, a quality vehicle, good customer service matters to you, or you see an online price that you like, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. Not only are they not honest, have poor customer service, poor damaged vehicles, they dont even honor the online prices they have posted. They even try to slip increases in that differ from your negotiation when you are signing documents without mentioning them. TOTALLY DISHONEST.I recently purchased a Lexus GS 350 from here. Before making this purchase, I owned an older GS 350. When I saw the car online, it looked really sharp. Once I got off work, I went to the dealership to check it out. When I got there and tested the car, I found out that the trunk wouldnt open. When I asked about it. They indicated they were aware and would have Lexus fix it. That did not seem like a major problem or abnormal. So I consentedI later found out that the car had been pulled out of repair before it was fully inspected and repaired so someone could test drive it. Apparently, after that test drive they never bothered to finish the inspection and repairs.I should have known not to move forward with this purchase when there were discrepancies with the online price I was guaranteed, agreed to and what was finally financed. I stopped the finance guy as soon as I noticed. He acknowledge the discrepancies, walked out to ask about them and came back with some foolish story about the $500-800 being like house purchase closing cost changes. I now believe that to be some trick they play once you are signing documents. When I got it home, in addition to the trunk not working, there were a few other items that they missed. Here is where my saga begins1. When closing the deal, the salesman placed the temporary tags on the vehicle. So I did not notice until I got home that evening that the front license plate was screwed straight into the bumper. It was not centered and only one side of the plate was screwed in because the other hole was so far away. The salesperson had to have noticed it when he screwed in the plate but he never mentioned it to me. Apparently the front plate holder had been removed and no one replaced it. Everybody knows that in our area you need front and back plates to be compliant with the law.2. The driver front side bumper was loose. The car is black and in the darkening night (it was like 6pm or so when I arrived), it looked spotless. Once I drove into my garage, I noticed there was a gap in the bumper from a missing clip. It was not totally secure.3. At this point, I started testing everything all over again. I then noticed that the moonroof was broken. You have to play with it to get it sealed. 4. As I walked around the car under the light of my garage, there were about 6 paint nicks and 2 scratches on the passenger side door. They agreed to fix these items. I took it in. Pointed out all the items but when they brought the car back, there were 2 or 3 of the nicks that I pointed out to them still there.5. Finally, I decided to review the manuals that were in the glove compartment. When I opened them, I noticed there were two sets of ES 300/350 manuals in the glove compartment. No GS 350. They took both sets of manuals and promised to provide GS 350 manuals. Ive asked at least 5 times for the GS 350 manuals that they promised they would get. Still nothing. Every time I ask about them, they are like, oh yeah, Ill see what I can find around here.I took the car in on a Wednesday for them to take it to Lexus for the repairs as they indicated they would do. They said it would take two days and Id have my car by close of business on Friday. They gave me a Chevy Malibu as a loaner (I did say that I purchased a Lexus GS 350, right?).On Friday afternoon, no one had called me to provide any type of update on the status of the car. I called at least 5 or 6 times and no one could tell me anything. It was the weekend. I had plans and no idea on if I was going to have my car. If Lexus had to order parts, someone should have consulted me so I could have had my vehicle while the parts are being ordered. (However, I found out they NEVER took my car to Lexus. They kept my car and attempted to fix the issues themselves, without telling me about this change in plans.)After 6 or 7 more calls, around 8:30/9:00 pm I get an email saying they got busy and my car wouldnt be ready until Tuesday. I was furious. Even though I raised concerns about the vehicle they placed me in and the extended delays, they NEVER offered to place me in a comparable car.On Tuesday, it was more of the same. Me waiting and calling and no one had any information. When I finally got someone they said it would be another day. This is when I found out they were working on it and not Lexus as they indicated. Now it is Wednesday, an entire week later and they havent been able to fix the car and have now taken it to Lexus. When I asked what they were going to do to make this right, I was told once it was repaired they could give me a free oil change Can you believe that??? An oil change!!!I don't know what is more unbelievable, the fact they knew about these concerns while the car was on the lot and being advertised, or the totally unacceptable lack on communication and engagement during this repair. Totally unbelievable and more over, unacceptable. Im still trying to resolve my issue but wanted to make sure no one else who uses the Internet to find a car wastes money or time on this place. My next emails will be going to the news outlets to get help.

I have been bringing my Pilot here for service since I purchased it at Ken Dixon in Apr 2011. I have been solely responsible for ensuring the maintenance of my vehicles my entire life and have been displeased (to say it lightly) many times with various repair shops. I am a tough reviewer. Even though I did not rate the service outstanding I would not at this point take my SUV to any other place right now. And I am saying this even though I have moved and my travel time to Waldorf is further. I have always been greeted by the staff in a polite manner and they have done generally what was requested by me and I usually take their recommendations. They could do better with ensuring the tire pressures are correct to include the spare. I use to get KD to detail my vehicle but have found someone else to do since it is no longer offered. I do keep my vehicle very neat to include under the hood and would appreciate same from you. I may sound displeased with the service but all in all I am not and would (as stated) continue to come to Waldorf. More specials would be appreciated for return customers. Thank you.

I purchased a 1998 Honda Accord coupe for my 18 year old daughter. It is a great looking car inside and out and it gets about 30 mpg, however it had an intermittent starting issue. When the car wouldnt start, if you wait 10 minutes to 3 hours, the car would start as if there was never a problem... It started to drive me crazy and I considered getting rid of the vehicle when it stranded my daughter at 11pm after work. The engine would turn over, but it would never ignite... I tried working the problem myself, to no avail. I took it to other mechanics (Non Honda Dealer) and they could not reproduce the problem. They said bring it to us when the problem is happening; that never happened. By the time they got the car, the car was working fine... I was attempting to avoid the dealer, because dealers are known for Ripping you a new one", price wise. Well, I finally broke down and went to the dealer when the problem resurfaced; at the advice of a friend. By the time they were able to look at the car, it started without hesitation. But they stayed with it and track the problem down and were able to reproduce the problem. It was a main relay... They had the car for about 3 days and it cost me about $150 parts and labor. The mechanic said he was 95% sure that was the problem and the service tech said if it happens again within the next 12 months, they would tow the car for free and continue with the troubleshooting. Well, it has been over 4 months and no issues. xxxx, I may start taking my non Honda cars there for service. Thanks Honda

It was time to replace the 1988 Accord LX with almost 300K in mileage. The '88 still runs fine and gets about 30mpg on the highway, but other than seat belts, it lacks the numerous safety features found on today's cars. We opted for the 2014 Accord 4dr LX. On 2 recent trips of about 120 miles each, we got 39 and 40 MPG. We did not limit our choice to Waldorf Honda. We shopped at another Honda dealer and at Toyota and Nissan dealers. I can honestly say that the best base price for a new car was provided at Waldorf Honda, The attention and service provided by Connie in sales. Tony in service. and Steve in parts was outstanding. We are now in the process of replacing our 1989 Accord LX-i with over 350K miles with another car from Waldorf Honda.

Waldorf Honda is my go-to place when I need service on my Honda Accord. I've had to dish out a pretty penny on a few major repairs, but they do the work right the first time. I like that they offer shuttle service in the area so I don't have to arrange a ride or get stuck waiting at the dealership if my car needs to be there a long time. I also appreciate that they give me a heads up on what I might need done in the future so I can budget accordingly. I have over 140K miles on my car, and I know it's still got a lot of life in it!

I've been taking both my Hondas to this location for years. Normally i deal with the same Svc Mgr each time who gives great CS all the time. Most people are very friendly there and i love having the shuttle option to and from my home once i drop my honda's off for service. I recomment this service center!

I work in an Operations Dept ... so customer service is EVERYTHING to me, I got that and more from Waldorf Honda. A fair & honest deal with no "game playing" ... never have to worry about any issues coming up afterward ... I am treated with honesty & respect and I got an AMAZING deal.Will go nowhere ele !!!!

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. The total experience was lacking customer service. My vehicle immediately had repair issues and although they fixed some of the issues, they did not believe me at first and still do not believe me when I say there are more issues. When the vehicle was in the repair shop no one would call with updates and when I would call, messages were not returned. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from this dealership. It is not the same place under the new management. My advise: buy the extended warranty and take it to the main dealership (Chevy, Ford, ect...) for repairs.

I went in on Saturday to get my brakes checked because of a squeal. They diagnosed the problem and it was my rear brakes. It was repaired.

I had an awesome experience purchasing my daughter's first vehicle. My overall experience was outstanding. pleasant. The representatives were extremely pleasant and helpful. I was able to select a vehicle, test drive the vehicle and complete all the appropriate documentation to secure the purchase of the vehicle in less than 2 hours. I was able to get an appointment for the day I requested. O'Reilly, my service adviser, was helpful in keeping in touch and Bill, the shuttle driver was as friendly as always with a prompt/safe drop off and pickup.

So I just left the Honda Waldorf dealership. I had a 9:15 appointment, but I arrived 30 minutes earlier (hoping to get out sooner). My experience was AWESOME. Backstory: I have been here in the past when the dealership was Ken Dixon Honda and had quite a few terrible experiences. In one instance they serviced my car BEFORE I even checked in. The technician literally had my car up in the air working on it before I even identified why I was there. That resulted in a free service. I also dealt with being over-charged, long waits, and unfriendly service over the years. So I was skeptical when making my appointment, but decided to try them out due to the change in ownership. I went in for an oil change and inspection of a loud noise under the hood that sounded like something was loose or rubbing together. One hour and 15 minutes later, I was out the door with my oil change and the noise problem fixed. It turned out that a piece of metal was rubbing against the frame. They fixed the metal problem FREE of charge. i paid less than $33.00 and was on my way. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will definitely be back. Thank you Honda

Have gone back atleast six times for the same problem (headlights/breaklights) and had to dealWith Diane at the service center who not only is imcompetent but has not one clue on how a carWorks. I will never ever return to honda and make sure that everyone else in the Waldorf md areaIs aware of the aweful service at this dealership. Your best bet is to go to the honda on duke streetIn Alexandria Virginia. They do fantastic work and they know how a vehicle functions.
