I just purchased a new 2017 Ridgeline from Walla Walla Valley Honda trading 2 vehicles in for one. Erick and Bryant were honest and fun do deal with. The purchase was seamless. I love the new Ridgeline style. Also the paperwork was easy. Cameron in parts and Rod in service are great to deal with, and you can get your car washed any time! Finance and insurance was a breeze and the paperwork didn't take long. You can bet that I will do my best to send them more customers in the future.P.S. They have a beautiful facility also!

Mark at Walla Walla Valley Honda is a really good person to work with to buy a car. I live 2 1/2 hours away this was the best customer service I have ever received when buying a car from a car lot. they are up front on the amount of the car and there is no grey area because they don't work off of commission. If your in need of getting a new car I would choose Walla Walla Valley Honda over any where else.

Helped us with all our needs. We are getting the perfect vehicle for our little family at a great price, no hidden fees. The extra fees ended up costing less then what he had estimated. Effectively communicated what we were filling out and what each document and fee was for. No pressure to buy, no hovering, let us take our time looking at the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Very relaxed atmosphere. Over all great car buying experience. I would recommend friends and family to go to this dealership.

They were not pushy and let me know I could walk away at any point in this process. They worker hard to get me an amazing financing deal. I honestly have no idea how they managed it. I purchased my 2015 CRV and worked with Blake and Bob in the process. Both were very professional and the buying experience was the best I have ever had. I'm 70 years old so I've purchased numerous cars, trucks and SUVs over time and this purchase was actually enjoyable. A contributing factor is the sales staff are paid a salary and not a commission. They have no incentive to push you into something more expensive because their bonus at the end of the month depends on number of units sold, not the most expensive unit sold. I wanted to purchase a CRV EX-L so that's what I was shown. I wasn't being pressured to buy the CRV EX-L Touring which cost $3K - $4K more. I didn't like the colors they had on the lot but they said if I was willing to wait a couple weeks they had what I wanted coming in. I agreed to wait but got it sooner because it arrived sooner than they expected. When I need another car, and I will, I'll go back to Walla Walla Valley Honda.

Sunday we went to the WW dealer to look at the Hondas... nobody from the dealer was there even though several customers were walking the lot. We then went to Toyota, they had a full staff on site ready to answer our questions. So afterwards we went back to Honda thinking they opened up later... NOPE. Then Monday Memorial day we went back.. NOPE, nobody. Obviously, this dealer doesn't care about selling cars. On top of that, their service is not open on Saturdays. So I'm now got my girlfriend going over to Apple valley Honda in East Wenatchee to purchase her car.

We couldn't be happier with our entire experience at Walla Walla Valley Honda! Mark Waldrop greeted us and explained to us that he would be our customer service representative and NOT one of those high pressure car salesmen that we all dread. Mark shared with us that at Walla Walla Valley Honda, the sales department works as a team to ensure your satisfaction and they are not paid commission. Their mission is to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible from the time you browse their extensive inventory to the minute you drive away. Mark proved not only to be an expert on Honda products, but he also was quite knowledgeable about the various makes in their used car inventory. We were grateful for that knowledge as we were transitioning from an SUV to a full size sedan. Mark helped us weigh the pros and cons this involved and make an intelligent choice. We were also very impressed with the ease and speed of financing our car. After we completed a very simple and straight forward application Judy, the head of that department found us a fantastic interest rate and terms to fit our budget. Judy even took care of the vehicle registration process. All we have to do is pick up the papers at the DMV She was wonderful! We took our new car home that day. Mark even had the car washed again before we left. It sparkled! Thanks to a great service tech! Of course, we all know that even a brand new car can have a bugor two. Our bug came in the form of an insignificant, yet annoying little rattle in the passenger door. One call to Mark and he arranged an appointment with the service department to fix the rattle. The service adviser met me as I drove up to their entrance and listened to my problem. When we were unable to to pick up the car before the service department closed, Mark waited until after 6 PM with the keys. The bug is gone thanks to Mark and the service department! Walla Walla Valley Honda stands behind the vehicles that they sell! We are not only thoroughly thrilled with the car but also the entire buying experience!

This one is for all the ladies! Being a female and buying a car can be a very emotionally miserable experience! I went to many car dealers for 3 weekends in search of my new car and left in tears! I had always thought buying a brand new car was going to be exciting and fun. I had such miserable experiences I had almost decided not to buy a new car. I saw the new Honda dealership and reluctantly went to look. I met Bob Parrish and the entire fantastic crew! I hadn't planned on leaving with a car that day and didn't think I would leave with a car that day but guess what Bob and the team made it so easy, exciting, and fun that I did leave the Honda dealership with my first brand new off the show room floor car that day! It was awesome and guess what I was treated like a princess the whole time and it didn't stop on the day I bought the car! Anything I have called about since has been treated with the upmost importance and has been taken care of! I feel confident with this dealership, Bob Parrish and the entire team! My husband and I decided to drop in and see the new dealership Walla Walla Valley Honda. We were planning on buying a new car in about six months and wanted to price cars and settle on a make and model. From the moment we entered the lot we got treated with dignity and patience. No pressure from our sales associate Mark Waldrop at all. He stood back and allowed us to check out each car we were interested in. He directed us to the 4x4 models because those were the ones we were interested in. He only stepped up when we had a question which he answered promptly. Mark never gave us the typical sales pitch during the hour or so we looked at the cars. We really liked the Jeep Compass and he suggested we go inside and crunch some numbers. The price on the cars were the bottom price so no dickering. Needless to say, we happily left with our new Jeep a few hours later! All the staff were friendly, genuine and helpful. We just got a lovely thank you card in the mail today :-)
