the sales folks seem to be decent people, their service department also has good people, i would suggest you check the cars history before you purchase a car from them. Question why they do not certify their cars... price out their answer ,,,, step back and honestly determine if certification of a used car matches the reasons in which they give.

Walser sold me a car with a manufacture and extended warranty. After only owning the car for 10 months the engine blew on my 2012 Toyota Camry. At first they said it would be covered as it should have been. They later came back and said it wont be covered because its AN ACT OF GOD and because water must have got in the engine while driving in the rain even though there are no signs of water. They told me I should turn it into insurance which insurance denied it. Insurance said it was a mechanical issue and there are no signs of water. Insurance also said by the way the car has a previous flood damage claim against it. Another Walser surprise as they did not tell me this at the time of sale. When I bought it they told me it came from a private owner now I find out they bought it out of auction in the state of Michigan that experienced major flooding. Walser only cared about the sale and told me whatever I needed to hear to sell me the car. During this problem Walser showed no concern as a customer to resolve what clearly is a mechanical issue that should be covered under the manufacture warranty. DONT BUY A CAR HERE because you could also end up with a previous flood damaged car and a dealer that will tell you it must be AN ACT OF GOD. Im a 29 year old single female. I believe they targeted me to take advantage for their gain. Now I have a car with no engine and over 4 years of payments left.

My daughter bought a used 2013 Toyota Camry from WALSER Honda. They sold it to her without disclosing it had a previous FLOOD Damage claim against it. They bought it out of an auction from Michigan after the car sustained Flood Damage. My daughter was told it came from a private owner. The car did come with a manufacture warranty and she purchased an extended warranty. The car after a short period of time blew the engine. The manufacture said this was done from water damage and they would not cover it. The Management at Walser took no interest in accepting responsibility or to work with Toyota to resolve the issue. They told her to turn it into her insurance company. The Insurance company looked at the car and would not cover it because it was obvious that no current flood damage had recently occurred. She now has a car that has NO ENGINE and a Dealer that says, would you like to pay for a new engine or a used engine.

Large selection of vehicles to choose from. The representative that helped me was laid back, upfront with me, patient, and just made the whole process easy. My schedule isn't consistent with work and they were flexible with me on timing and have great hours that made it easier for me to go there with out taking time off of work. I have recommended it already to people looking for a new car.

I had an awesome experience with a patient, knowledgeable salesman, Mr. Briggs Thompson.. He answered all my questions without fail. The trade in value of my old car was more than I expected. It was a great experience from start to finish. He took all the time I needed to make a decision and weigh all my options. He ran the figures for the purchase and financing to provide me with all the payment details. AND he lent me his cellphone for what ended up being 1/2 hour conversation with my investment company so I could access my funds for the down payment. All of the closing documents were fully explained to me and nothing was a surprise or unknown for me. I've never had a salesperson run the test drive vehicle through the carwash before I drove it. Down to every detail, Briggs Thompson was the BEST!! The next day when I picked up my vehicle, I met with Jake, (Manager), He also was very helpful and even installed the floor mats for me and explained those details I need refreshing on. Again all the time I needed and no stress.

This was by far the worst service experience of my life. I brought my inlaws car in for two recall issues with the air bags. When I made the appointment I was quoted this service would take 3 hours to complete. I made the appointment for 7:30am so not to waste an entire Saturday. When I checked in the guy asked me if they had quoted me a time and I said yes and told him how long. He said it shouldn't take that long as I was in early and they could get on it right away. He handed me the little white number which was 2 and finished with they would wash the car when it was finished. I headed to the waiting room. At the three hour quoted time I went to the service counter to check on the car. The gentleman I spoke to told me to relax in the waiting room and he would check on the car and get me right away when it was finished. It was now 12:30pm so I headed back to the service counter. I asked if there was something wrong with my inlaws car as it was taking so long. He looked for the paperwork but couldn't find it. Another associate without looking up from his work said look in the drawer. That's were it was. He said, here it is and called to get the car pulled up from the parking lot. I told him I had been waiting for it for the the last 5 hours and 2 hours longer then quoted. He said, you must of told them you would come back later. I said no I hadn't and put the number 2 on the counter. While signing the paperwork I saw that the car had been completed at 9:45 actually an hour earlier then quoted. I had wasted three hours in the waiting room. I asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came I explained the situation. She said they would make a note to cover the next oil change of my inlaws car. That is roughly a $40 value. At their hourly labor rate my 3 hours of wasted time is valued at $300. I left exhausted and frustrated but glad my inlaws will get something for my inconvenience. When I got home I looked over the inspection checklist, they hadn't checked the box for car washed. Very disappointed in Walser Bloomington Honda all around. I've bought 4 cars from there in the last 10 years. I've had everyone of them serviced on schedule by them. I think it's time to find a different Honda dealership to do my service business with. I've always had great service buying new and used cars. I rated price for overall 10 year experience. The service I detailed above was a recall.

Our trip on Monday 5/16/16 was fantastic . This was the third car we bought at this dealership and this time was the best one. Mr Justin Hurm was our Customer Specialist . He is very knowledgeable , professional and courteous , almost 3 hrs with us over lunch time , sorry Justin. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was made to feel welcome and treated with respect and courtesy. I was fortunate to work with Eric McAbee at Walser, who assisted me with answers to all my questions and provided information in response to all my e-mail inquiries which other dealers either did not do or ignored. The concept of the single best price for every car at the dealership made sense after I realized it took the pressure off the whole experience since the question of price was removed from the experience. And the price quoted to me was excellent and seemed more than fair in comparison to what other dealers were able and willing to do in terms of price and service. Neither Eric nor Walser had anything negative to say about any other dealerships, focusing instead on the benefits they could provide and the service they could offer: I was free to make my own comparisons. The deal closed on the 7th of January and everything was done to accommodate my requests as much as possible. I was very satisfied with the Walser approach to doing business, and was particularly impressed with the level of service (and patience) provided as exemplified by Eric McAbee in my purchase of a 2016 Honda Fit. I will be recommending to all my friends and family who may be in the market for a new car that they visit Walser Honda of Burnsville and let Eric McAbee do for them what he was able to accomplish for me. Bought New Honda CRV 2 years back, battery went bad on 3rd year. Called once and left message to call back but never called me back. After calling second time, representative told me they will replace the battery as car is within 3yrs warranty. Went on scheduled appointment, first it took 2 hours to diagnose the issue, although I have bad battery tested from Autozone, Honda keep saying battery is good. I ask them if they leave the headlight on for few minutes and check again. then they finall admitted battery is issue but then they said your car exceeded mileage limit of 36,000 and never replaced it. Representative clearly told me they replace anything within 3 yrs but at the Honda service they declined to do anything, in addition their manager on wednesday evening was so rude. He wouldn't consider anything instead show me my way out. Really rude. I am done with Walser Honda.

My wife and I were in need (well, maybe "want") of a newer vehicle, Had a late model Accord EX-L in mind. Shopped 4 local Honda dealers online, decided on Walser Honda, because a) they were lower cost than competitors on similar year/model Accords, and b) we'd bought from Walser dealerships a couple times before and had not had a bad customer experience. Sierra called to confirm and when we arrived at the dealership, we were met by Steve Podratz, a very nice guy who reminded me of my brother-in-law, by his laid-back demeanor. Unfortunately the '13 Accord we wanted had been sold - in fact, I think I saw the new owner drive off in it shortly after we arrived. Not deterred, Steve showed us available inventory and we chose a white, EX-L 2013 Accord and we headed out to test drive. Upon return, we wanted to make a deal, then Sierra and I headed out to evaluate our trade-in. Didn't get the best deal on the trade (they claimed it needed 4 new tires when each had a good 1/4" + tread left). I was hoping for $500-750 more. But I figured, even if we got $1000 more for our trade elsewhere, their Accords of same vintage were $1500-2500 more at other dealerships, so Walser was the smart money deal for us. We were pressed for time, but Steve expedited the finance process for us, and we were done and out the door in less than 90 minutes. Overall a very good experience. Steve and Sierra were easy to deal with, and interesting people as well (I'd asked each of them how long they have worked at Walser and what they did prior to working there.) Both said Walser was a good company to work for and their satisfaction with their jobs translated into making us very satisfied customers!

We drove from Moorhead to get our car on the Honda clearance. For us the experience was FUN and EXCITING!-in the past it has been very stressful and frustrating for us. I brought my 18 yr old daughter into Walser Honda with the idea of just 'looking' around for a used car and ended up leaving with a leased 2015 Honda Civic! :) Beautiful car!. Our sales person Eric McAbee was extremely thorough, answered every question we had, did not do the hesitation to see how he could word his answer. he just told us straight up how it was. Matt did a good job on making the transaction. I had already decided on the vehicle I was going to buy. I found a 2014 CRV with just 1300 miles on it which was going to work. I had the printout from the Web site and Matt located the vehicle and I was able to test drive it. Didn't really need to do that since I own a 2013. This one was for my wife. Matt was able to get through the paperwork and had the vehicle ready for me to take.

After looking for dealers in the cities, I read a review about Walser and stopped by to check it out. I met with Seth and he explained the process of buying a car, from walking in with dreams of owning a car to walking out with the keys to your dream car. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable, I felt like I was talking to a person and not a car salesman. Showed me a bunch of cars, explained all my options, made me laugh a few times. I came in window shopping and left with the keys to a new Accord.If I have to recommend dealerships in Minnesota, I'd have to go with Walser. The first reason was the location with easy access and near my house. When I went there they were prompt in getting a salesman, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had no problem going for a test drive without trying to sell me a car. But it still came down to price which I thought was excellent, 400$ cheaper than a price from a dealer under the Costco auto buying program. Also gave a very good price on trade which researched under Edmonds, nada, and Kelly blue book. Didn't need to fight or do any hard negotiating. Actually a pleasant experience. Will for sure return for service and my next car. Also new building is awesome.

I'm 500 miles from this dealership but saw a used 2013 Honda Civic on their website that generated my interest. I asked for a no-trade, cash quote for the vehicle; quote was the same price as listed on dealer's website. Was surprised the dealer did nothing to attract me as a buyer. I'm retired, and a "car guy" who has owned 80 cars/trucks, and traveled as far as 1100 miles to purchase.....THIS IS A FIRST! We bought 2011 Honda Pilot Touring Gray from Joe Meurer on Saturday, July 27th and traded in our 2002 Honda Odyssey. It turned out that one stop light back lens was broken and one front fog lens was cracked on our Honda Pilot, he assured me that somebody from Service group will give me a call to arrange a meeting to replace those lenses. Nobody from Service Center ever called me. Joe never replied to my voicemail and email. Once they sell car to you they couldn't care less. UPDATE: Joe Meurer contacted me and had Service Center schedule repairs. Above mentioned problems were fixed as promised.

First, I called in to get an appointment and was pleased they could see me the same day.I was on time and was greeted immediately by the attendant.The check in process was easy. My representative explained everthing clearly as to what they were going to do AND gave me an estimate of the time it would take. Super!He could have showed me where the waiting area was but instead he escorted me there and pointed a few things out (like coffee etc.) Nice!He checked in with me once during the process to update me on things. I did get a new air filter but did not feel "upsold" because the notes they kept on me showed I should have had it done on my prior visit--but I did not do it at that time. Now was the good time to do it.The check out process was smooth. This dealership has it figured out!

We were looking for a van to replace our handicap accessible van. The process of finding a modifiable vehicle, then having that vehicle modified, was a lengthy one. However, our salesman, Joe L., was very understanding as it took us months to complete the process. When we were finally ready to purchase the vehicle (which is truly the creme de la creme of mini vans), Joe worked hard to find us our vehicle in the color we wanted and with all the "bells and whistles" that we desired. While we had the vehicle modified with a wheelchair ramp at another facility, Joe followed up with us to help us set up service for the add-ons that we had purchased on the day that we brought the van home. After the handicap modifications had been made, we returned the vehicle to Walser service to have the add-ons completed, and Joe was with us every step of the way, accompanying us to the service department to drop off the vehicle and to pick it up. He really put forth that extra effort even though we had already completed the purchase of our vehicle. The service department was also very accommodating. We are extremely satisfied with the product, staff, and service at Walser Honda!

I have never complained about a dealership before. My story--purchased a new Honda Accord, which is a great car. I received a good deal until the paperwork was explained to me by my salesman and also the sales team. I purchased the car in Burnsville, Minnesota but I live in Iowa so my tax is less and should be paid at the time I register the car in Iowa. The salesman and sales team assured me that the paperwork was correct and when I mentioned my concerns about lesser taxes and when I pay them, they said that they sell many cars to people in Iowa and this is correct. I even said that I think I will google this concern of mine during the sales transaction. The sales team said they would do it for me and came back telling me that they are indeed correct. I said ok since this is their business. Of course when I went to register my car in Iowa I was told that taxes are paid now, not when you buy your car, and tax is 5% not 6 or 7% which is a big difference when you are buying a new car. Of course, I have been told more than once that a refund check will come by the end of the week which was last week with no refund check yet. This dealership is not competent and not professional to return my call.

He was very polite, professional, friendly and did not make us feel pressured at all to buy He treated us with respect and at some point he actually left his area so that my wife can have the privacy to talk and make a decision that we felt good about. I will recommend Walser Burnsville Honda to anyone in the market for a vehicle and it doesnt have to be a Honda. The first vehicle we purchased there 2 years ago was a Chevy Traverse the price at Walser was cheaper than what the Chevy dealers were given us. My wife and I are now customers for life! Dont put up with the aggressiveness and the in your face attitude at most dealership go to Walser Honda and experience a friendly, professional and family attitude.

What A Scam!!! I visited the Burnsville Walser Honda last night looking for a used Honda Ridgeline. The salesperson I worked with (Adam) found a 2007 at their Walser Toyota in Bloomington for $17,998 and they offered to transfer it to the Burnsville Honda. Now, the manager got involved and threw in his two cents of "We were already going to transfer that vehicle to our Burnsville location and put it on our lot for $19,9##, but we will still honor that $17,998 for you tomorrow"(creating the illusion that the car is currently priced too low and I better act now!).Up front, I told the salesperson that I do not want my payments to be higher than $###/month (wrong move on my part). After working out the numbers for payment/trade/down payment, at the $17,998 we were $40 less per month than what I told them, great (now they knew they could screw me out of a little more money). We shook hands and I waited to see the truck the next day at the Burnsville dealership on my way home from work.Today I received a call from Adam the salesperson. The truck did get brought down to the Burnsville Walser, but now they want to sell it to me for $18,999 ($1000 more). He explained that my payments will still be under the $250 and that if I don't buy it at the now $1000 extra, they are going to put it on their lot at $19,996 (really screwing over the next person). I have never worked with such a shady dealership! The people seemed nice, but in the end, they just want to make every dollar they can, even if it means lying to your face.I just visited Walser.com. The Ridgeline that I was looking at is now listed twice, once at $17,998 and at $19,996 and I have the screenshot to prove it! Why are they trying to screw someone? Because of this experience, I will never step foot in any Walser dealership again..

When I called for an appointment, I was given exactly the time that I asked for since my schedule is not very flexible. My car needed an expensive part (new IMA battery) and the warranty had just expired. Nicole and her manager agreed to replace the part without charge to me as a "hardship" case. In a friendly conversation with another service agent, I was then given extensive suggestions on how to drive in order to avoid having this happen again. The whole experience was very pleasant. I am happy that we are currently a three-Honda family: 2 Civic Hybrids and one CRV.

He then suggested I would only be happy with a new Pilot. I drove home that night with a Pilot. Joe was right, I really appreciated his help and knowledge of the vehicles. Andrew Krauss was A great sales person to work with and he made the experience of buying a car an enjoyable experience rather than the intimidating experience i thought it would be...I would recommened him and the Walser group to anyone looking to purchase a car. The service department was great as well and explained to me exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. My car was done when they said it would be and i was very happy.

Larry Flaa helped my wife and I with the purchase of our first Honda. We purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot LX from here and were very greatful to have Larry as our dealer. When our first choice didn't work out Larry called us to tell us about this one. He was not pushy or rude (like Volkwaggen dealers) and he made sure all of our questions were answered prior to us committing to something. My wife and I purchased a used Acura RDX with "assistance" from Larry Flaa. After agreeing to the purchase and getting the car home, we discovered that the car came with no floor mats, one key (we had to have key made and be reimbursed later), no owners manual and previously agreed upon cosmetic corrections could not be fixed. Larry's favorite phrase quickly became "nothing could be done." We contacted Larry's manager, Dan Relsch, who promised to make the situation right with a replacement mats and an owner's manual. Dan promised a followup call within two days, but he never called back despite our leaving multiple messages (we are still waiting for his call). Finally, three weeks and many phone calls later, Larry informed us that our "RDX floor mats" and owner's manual were available. We got the mats home and, sure enough, the mats were for a CRV and didn't fit our car. It was yet another act of either complete incompetence, willful dishonesty or most likely, both. We finally spoke with a senior manager, who claims to have order the correct mats...we shall see. What a tremendous hassle and irritation! If you wish to be deal with a cheap, incompetent and/or dishonest dealer who is happy to take your money and then disappear, go to Wasler Honda. Otherwise take your money and run.

"3 days or 300 hundred miles" is a marketing trick. If you buy a car from Walser and you find out the car needs work after you drove it off the lot - 1. They will not fix it 2. If you bring that car back and get another one - you are stuck with the second choice regardless of what the problems might be. The policy ONLY applies to the first car (even if you bring it within the three days of the purchase of the 1st car). So technically it's like a lottery and if the second ticket doesn't win - you are out of luck. I have taken the policy wording all the way up to the GM and that achieved absolutely nothing. I am not even going to tell you how many phone calls I had to go through to try to get this resolved and how nobody at Walser ever calls you back once you buy a car from them. I don't know if it has ever happened to you anywhere else but at Walser I was told by a manager that he feels there is no need to talk to me and that the issue has been resolved through one of his employees. Mind you i bought a $17000 car from them and I got to talk to the manager once. I encourage you to not buy from Walser as they fail to meet customer's needs at every step at every level once they have your money. Plenty of other dealers out there.

We had noticed some vibrations on our Odyssey van while freeway driving at certain RPMs. It was hard to describe the exact issue, but James and his team did some test driving to diagnose the problem. They also wanted to have a tranmission tech check it out the next day, so a rental car was arranged for me after work. I work in the Burnsville area, but live on the north side of town, so I greatly appreciated the loaner car. James kept us in the loop the whole time; telling us what they were looking at and what the next steps would be. We had purchased the extended warranty on our used van, which was a great thing since much of the needed work ended up being covered. Overall it was a smooth car repair experience working with Walser Honda. They are very friendly and treat their customers well. I would not hesitate to call James with any question or issue with our van in the future. He did a great job working with the warranty group and getting the approved work done in a timely manner. He made the service experience easy and painless. Now our van drives just wonderfully. No more juttering on the freeway, just smooth sailing! Thanks for a great customer experience!

For what it's worth we're new to MN, but we're also 45+ yr veterans when it comes to paying for automotive services. So, after having an "Exceeds Expectations" 1st experience last week when our Civic was serviced at Walser Honda, we decided to bring in our Acura for routine maintenance this week. This time, I asked my spouse to join me. Why? Because, I don't think that she totally believed the description of my initial experience at Walser. So what happened? All I can say is that on the way home, I just listened to why we should buy our next vehicle at Walser Honda. I agree and we cant wait.

Great Service. Great Value. Never been let down. I recently purchased a used 2008 Honda Accord from Walser Honda in Burnsville. This was my fourth Honda bought from this location, two since it became a Walser dealership. My wife and I have owned seven or more Honda vehicles, and two of my siblings families drive them now too. Roger Malley helped me with my most recent purchase. He was honest and straight forward when I was looking to get into an Accord, as my family was outgrowing my '07 Civic. My wife already drives a Pilot. I wanted to purchase an Accord right away, but he helped me decide to wait because he knew I really wanted a silver car with black interior. The cleanest car that was in my price, mileage and year range was gray. After convincing me to wait a couple of weeks, as their inventory moves quickly, I ended up going from looking at a '08 LX P (Premium) to purchasing an '08 EXL for only $450 more! Crazy as it seems, it looked just like the one I cut out of the catalog and pinned on my wall a month before this happened. I have had all of my service work done at Walser Honda, so I earned extra money off the purchase price with my Walser Rewards Points. Kirby and the other friendly people in the service department are always dependable to be right there when I pull in for service. The cookies, coffee, tv and several free to use computers with internet are there for you when waiting for your car to be serviced. It's a lot warmer and comfortable than when I used to get my oil changes at Jiffy Lube. Plus they wash your car! I have enjoyed the free weekly car wash with my Walser Rewards also. If I had to do it all over again, I know I would find the best prices at Walser Honda. I verified it several times when searching on carsoup.com and cars.com. Roger Malley took care of my purchase and I know I can count on Kirby and the service staff to keep my dream car going for the years ahead.

The General Manager was impressive in the fact that we felt he was overseeing our satisfaction too.Jimmy was WONDERFUL to work with! My husband and I went to Walser Honda because we were not getting the straight up information we wanted about the new car we wanted to buy at any other dealerships we went to. I had bought my Honda Accord from them five years earlier and had a wonderful experience so I recommended to him that we try them again. We live in Hundson, WI so getting to Walser was an hour long drive for us. Once again the staff was wonderful! We were greeted right away and asked what we were looking for. They showed us many different options based on our needs, (we were looking for something bigger for our expanding family). We were able to take over a week to think about things and make a decision without any hounding from the sales people. We had lots of questions while we were going over all our options and no matter how many times we called just to ask questions they were more than willing to answer and were always friendly and prompt with answers and getting back to us. The day we bought our new Honda Odyssey went very smoothly and we again were presented with all of our options without a lot of pressure to make "extra" purchases. We also know that we got the very best price for the model we wanted because of their "no negotiation" policy you simply always get the lowest price. We did buy a few extras to the car that had to be added later and they were great and quick in getting us set up with an appointment to get the extras added and get in all done in one day. They also let us use a loaner car for the day while they had ours free of charge because we live so far away from the dealership. We will continue to make the drive down to Walser because the experience we had there was SO MUCH better than the experiences we had at other dealerships while we were looking into getting our new Odyssey. I would definitely recommend Walser to all my friends when looking for a new car!

My Ridgeline was having power steering problems. Kirby Kubal discussed options and came up with a fantastic price for the repair. On March 21st I brought vehicle in and repair was made as planned. While vehicle was at the shop a small ding in the lower bumper was discovered. I know it wasn't there prior as I had the car detailed the day before. Kirby did not argue or blame anyone he just said he will take care of it. True to his word they he repaired the small ding. I commend Kirby ( and so should his boss and his boss's boss) as he made a decision which made the customer happy. I've purchased 3 vehicles throughout the years at walser and will continue to do so. Give Kirby a raise at and major "atta-boy". Better yet promote him. With employees like Kirby its no wonder Walser is thriving.Thanks again KribyEd Burek

My visit and buying experience was the best. I had recently gone to another dealer, not Walser, and was very disappointed. When I went to Walser I was welcomed and was put very much at ease. This was the first new car I have purchased by myself since my husband passed away and I was a little a little apprehensive but was treated with great respect, which I appreciated very much. Adam and Jimmy guided me through all the necessary steps and put me at ease.. I have since recommended Walser to a friend who will be looking for a new car in early summer. Keep up the good work guys......

Have owned 4 different Honda vehicles within the past 10 years and have had all of them serviced at Walser (geographically convenient). After being quoted an exorbitant price to replace a shock on my wife's Ridgeline I opted to give Inver Grove Honda a try. Glad I did - Inver Grove Honda far exceeded my expectations. I cannot be more satisfied with the service and value I received at Inver Grove Honda. I will never buy another vehicle from Walser, nor will I have a vehicle serviced there in the future - EVER! Walser does not recognize customer loyalty. Do yourself a favor and give Inver Grove Honda a shot - you will not regret it.

I called Walser Honda about a recall I had received on my 2006 Honda Odyssey for some Brake Master Cylinder replacement. I was asked when I wanted to bring my Odyssey in for the recall repair, they had openings the next day. They made the appointment for me at 8:30 am the next day and I was very happy to get in so quickly.I dropped my Odyssey off the next morning for the service and was asked if I wanted to wait for it to be completed. I asked for a ride home and to be picked up when it was completed. The shuttle driver was very nice and easy to talk to on the trips.The recall service was completed in a little over an hour and the service was explained to me and why it was being done.My wife and I have had 3 Hondas in the last 12 years, we currently drive the Honda Odessey and also a 2009 Honda Accord. We have always been very happy with the service department, they answer our questions and explain to us what service needs to be completed.I would recommend Walser Honda's service department for their Customer Service, Friendliness and overall concern by the employee's for what needs to be done.

Always friendly and eager. A couple of times they have had to order a part (window gasket, for example) and then they do not get back to me to let me know when the part is in. One time they ordered a part, I waited long enough for them to get back to me, so I called and they hadn't ordered anything. So, they ordered the part, and then I still never heard anything back. At that point I just gave up. Overall, however, they are great. I miss the old days when the service department was open till midnight, as I found that convenient. They are still open on weeknights, just not quite as long.

The Best car dealership experience in my entire life!! I bought a Honda Odyssey. Lou Sweep was my sales person. It was so refreshing not to have a high pressure sales experience. Lou was attentive, knowledgeable, and really focussed on my satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership. Every department was excellent service - finance, and the service dept. They made sure everything was in working order and very courteous. Plus cookies and internet while you wait! I just cant say enough about Burnsville Walser. I will for sure be back to see Lou at Walser Honda for my next vehicle!

Torey was awesome! He made sure I understood everything in my CRV. By the time I drove my new vehicle off the lot Torey had even set my clock and radio stations!!! Torey suggested some accessories for my CRV. He personally made sure the items were ordered. I have already been contacted by the service manager to arrange installation. Adam who processed the paperwork even put the plates on my vehicle! Really nice people, going above and beyond for customer service. I was very happy with my entire experience at Walser Honda.

The Service department is just superb in every respect. There are non better in all my driving decades. They fix/service the car right the first time, and they are very helpful by listening very carefully. The on-line computers which they provide in the Customers Lounge is also a real plus.

When I drive into the dealership they know me by name. Always very freindly. This last time I was in, I was having a problem with the battery pack for a hybrid. Even though the eight year warrenty had run out, Jen Tollefsrud talked to Honda HQ and got them to cover a brand new IMA battery. Saved me a bundle. You wouldn't get that with Joe the Machanic!

We had the opportunity to work with Lou Sweep, overall outstanding sales person. Seasoned and very professional, patient not pushy!! He went above and beyond in many ways!!! From the time we first met Lou and took the test drive in the 2010 CRV, until the time we made the purchase was over a month. I have been having Honda's serviced here since before Walser bought the dealership (it used to be Burnsville Honda). I was generally happy with Burnsville Honda but have been even happier with Walser. The work has always been done on time and for the estimated price. I want to commend one person in particular. Mike Newton, a service advisor I have had several times. Mike is outstanding. He clearly communicates what the problems are and how severe they are and what the options are for fixing them. He is excellent about following up and has recommended used or salvaged parts when that can be significantly cheaper.I am happy with Walser's service overall but am even more impressed with MIke. He is outstanding.The one problem I have had with Walser is that the online service history for my van was lost when Walser bought Burnsville Honda.

Purchased new vehicle at Walser Honda in March 2010. As part of their incentive package, if all service work is performed at the dealership, free oil changes are provided and free car washes are available. My visit was for my first oil change. the visit was great. Greeting immediately upon arrival, service completed much earlier than anticipated time and everything explained clearly. Tire rotation was an additional charge and reasonably priced (comparative to other auto mechanics). The reputation is that dealership service is typically more expensive than other repair shops, but in this instance, that was not true. Also checked tire wear, tread depth, visual inspection, and topped off fluid.
