The sale person and financial manger was great getting me in a brand new car, they were super nice and helpful. there were a few problems on the car I found after purchasing the vehicle they fixed the one problem with no problem but when I notice something broken after purchasing the vehicle not even a 2 weeks later I have let the general manger know, but all he said I would have to go through my insurance and that there’s nothing they can do. When it wasn’t even my fault the car came like that.

I feel the car is amazing and overall my interactions were good; however, it is very apparent that the industry has the "upper hand" at the moment. They have limited inventory and so you get the "take it or don't attitude" as someone else will take it. They do need to remember, that this is the long game.....and times will change where things flip back to a bit more inventory. There was zero discussion about pricing and in fact I was told some were paying higher than sticker. This felt a bit unethical to me.......but at this time, it is what it is. The delivery and execution was good as the car was delivered to my home.

My entire experience with Washingtin Hyundai was nothing but excellent! Once I submitted interested in the vehicle, Yvonne was right on it! She made sure I got all of the information that I needed to submit and was very patient with me throughout the whole process; this was the first car I have purchased through a dealership! I highly recommend seeing Yvonne for all of your car purchasing needs :) Joe was absolutely wonderful as well. Joe was not pushy AT ALL and was very helpful with all of the paperwork! I highly recommend going to washing hyundai. They are the first dealership in the area that actually took me seriously and didn't treat me like a kid during this whole process.

This was my first car buying experience. I was very pleased with the service that I received not only from Hyundai, but also sales person Marilou Gault. I went to quite a few car dealerships where I was met by "pushy" and some not very friendly sales people. I never felt this way when dealing with Marilou. She was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire buying process. I never once felt pressured to make a decision. I would highly recommend this dealership and Marilou if you are looking to buy/lease a car.

My experience in leasing the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was exceptional. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Washington Hyundai. This experience was so laid back and easy. I was greeted and asked a few simple questions. Was shown the two vehicles I was most interested in and asked if I'd be able to get a payment in the range I was looking for. We went inside and in a very short time Bob was able to give me what I was asking for. I came back the very next morning, had been advised it would be a little bit of a wait due to being a busy Saturday but it was really no time at all. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and friendly. A very exciting and enjoyable experience. I'll be back a third time for sure!

My experience was ok. I don't have the greatest credit so I kinda had to get what I got. I don't love it. It has heated seats but the trunk doesn't pop open with the remote and it does not have power seats or auto headlights. That is super frustrating since my Chevy I traded in had all that. I kinda was in need of a new car, but really jumped into this too quick. I wish I didn't get it. My saleswoman was very nice. The finance guy took forever. She said he types slow.

The manager I initially spoke with on the phone before I arrived at the dealership was wonderful! I had mentioned liking a specific interior color and he immediately found it at another location and had it brought to this dealership! Great service! The sales person, Yvonne Pavlik was easy work with.She listened to what I was interested in, showed me the different vehicles without trying to pressure me. Once I purchased the vehicle I wanted, she showed me how everything worked (Navigation system, Blue tooth etc. and got everything set up for me) and she encouraged me to come back anytime if I needed more assistance. I returned once and she happily gave me a "refresher course". Again she said to come back anytime I needed help. Ray, the business manager was also very pleasant to work with. He explained things well and I did not feel pressured at all.That was really refreshing to work with the this professional staff. Thank you for the good experience.

They did a superior job and presented everything in a straight forward manner-no gimmicks-straight cash deal ,answered all my questions,explained extended warranty information, and offered to help me with any problems down the road that I encounter with the vehicle. I really appreciate them finding me all the rebates I was entitled to for the purchase of the vehicle- one of which was discovered before we closed the deal which they passed on to me. You have a great sales team / staff at Washington Hyundai and they deserve to be commended for making my car buying experience a pleasure. I actually returned to deal with Dave as he had sold me a 2009 Hyundai Sonata before. I had my 2013 Elantra inspected at Washington Hyundai/Auto Mall on 8/17/2015. It had 5662 miles on it. I installed winter tires on it today 10/25/2015 and it now has 5997 miles on it. I had a very hard time in loosening the lug nuts. I tried standing on a 16 inch long ratchet and the nuts would not loosen. I weight over 200 lbs. and that means that those nuts were torqued to over 200 ft.-lbs. The owners manual (page 6-18) would have those nuts torqued to 65-79 fl-bs. I finally had to use a floor jack to apply enough torque to loosen the nuts. I have photos and videos. I do not believe that the car is safe to drive considering that the nuts were so badly over torqued. They did the same thing last year but not as bad. I specifically asked them to use a torque wrench and caution when I dropped the car off for the inspection. They obviously did not do that. I complained to the dealership and the Manager, Gary Flannery, denies that they have a problem and will not return my call or emails.

If you're reading this do not take any price they give you as final until they hand you the bill of sale to sign. Be very wary of any payment plans they offer, and always double check the bank's insurance coverage policy before you accept their financing as it may cause your insurance rates to increase without warning or notification.

I visited several different dealers since I was undecided on make and model and got mixed receptions since I don't dress to impress. Bob was great with a helpful, no pressure approach and didn't give off that "you're wasting my time" attitude. He gave me a test drive even though I told him that there were a couple of other brand vehicles that I was still interested in looking at. I looked at the other dealerships (Ford, Subaru, Kia, Mazda) for similar cars and went to a high volume (and in this case high pressure) Hyundai dealer looking at the same car and then went back to Bob at Washington Hyundai and made the deal. The Elantra is everything I needed and running like a champ so no buyer's remorse here. Good luck and I recommend you stop in Washington before buying elsewhere.

Very pleased with the associate I worked with (Jason S.). He was very patient w/me, showing me several vehicles that I might be interested in. NO PRESSURE SALES...no bothersome phone calls, etc. Jason showed me the various capabilities I would be using on my Honda CRV. Great salesman! Love my CRV-great gas mileage! I feel like I could call him again, if necessary. I had hit my front end on a piece of rebar on a cement block in a parking spot and saw I had a problem and drove straight to the Toyota dealership and Dianna took me right in and was able to get the problem resolved plus checked my brakes too and I did not have to long to wait.

Bob Nagle was my salesman and he was WONDERFUL!!! He listened to me and was able to meet all me needs and expectations. He even handled my requests after the sale! Like helping with getting my car remote installed with the appointment and arrangeing a ride to work for me. I LOVE my new Hyundai Tuscon. We called the dealer ahead of time about the vehicle. When we arrived it was sitting there washed and ready. The salesman was extremely knowledgable and straightforward when it came to negotiating a price. I decided to book my first Honda service at this dealership, due to their on-line service scheduler displaying the actual prices of services rendered. At least that's what I thought anyway. I feel really horribly giving the customer service team only 2 stars. Steve seemed like a really great employee and he couldn't have been nicer. I give him 5 stars. I booked five services online at the following prices. Synthetic Oil Change -- $39.90 Battery (60 Month) -- $109.95 Engine Coolant -- $71.25 Transmission Service -- $79.95 Spark Plugs -- 4 Cyl -- $62.70 Subtotal: 363.75 + $25.47 Tax (I calculated) = $389.22 When I got to the dealership, I pulled my car in and was read an estimate for $567 + tax. . I was like are you kidding me? Steve then gave the rundown of the price of each, and I was so shocked that I had gotten "taken" that I didn't even know what to say. 11 years of getting honest, excellent service at Rohrich Toyota to this. I was so disappointed. For the same services that I booked online at the prices above, I was charged the following: Synthetic Oil Change -- $64.50 Battery (60 Month) -- $131.85 Engine Coolant -- $79.18 Transmission Service -- $81.62 Spark Plugs -- 4 Cyl -- $143.94 Subtotal - $501.09 + 30.07 (Tax) = $531.16 Regardless of this disclaimer below (which is listed on their website), there wasn't anything out of the ordinary -- from a labor perspective -- that should have changed the rendered services $141.94 to my detriment from my original quote. "Discounts are subject to change without notice, and only one discount per appointment may be honored. Check with our Service Advisor to see if your vehicle may require additional parts and/or labor at an extra charge. Cannot be used with any other specials or like services. Customer is responsible for local tax. Any discounts offered are made by the dealer, who is solely responsible for them." I hate to say that this sort of practice is shady, but it is. If the prices on the website scheduler are not INDICATIVE of what customers are being charged at point of sale, then please remove the pricing. I ended up wasting a day of work driving 30 miles to this dealership and got hood-winked on the pricing. I Because of Steve and his team, I'd happily return. However, due to the illegitimate pricing structure depicted on the website vs. the cost for services rendered at point of sale, I probably won't be back. And that's a shame because I really wanted to give these folks a chance.

I walk in and they know me, everyone is polite and I know I can trust the service department. I appreciate the 20 point inspection and know Brian won't tell me I need something if I don't, but will tell me when I need something I don't know about. This time they suggested I soon replace the battery so I told them to do it - and it was a great decision. The car starts much better and we realized that the current battery was probably 4 years old. I can also trust that they will listen when I tell them something's wrong, and not treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about. I tell people about the dealership and the service department that you can trust, with reasonable prices and excellent people and service.

Everyone that we dealt directly with from the initial sales person to the sales person that we actually made the sale with and the general manager was friendly and helpful. The thing that I appreciated the most was that they didnt try to push us into a car they thought we want but really listen to what we needed. Although we started out test driving and looking at CR-V we ended up with an Accord because it better fit our needs and budget. So far we love the car and think that their non-pressure tactics and patients really lead us to making the right decision on the car we bought.

I was pleased that I was informed about the time it was taking for my oil change. Because they found I had a "failed" battery on a 7-month old car, it was taking longer than expected. I was a bit surprised by the fact that my battery had failed with only 5600 miles on my CR-V, but happy that they found out about this before I was stranded. My service person said he'd not seen a new car battery fail like that before and I hope this doesn't mean I'm going to have to worry about my new CR-V battery life. I will return to Washington, PA Honda for future service issues.

We had a very good experience buying a new RAV4. We were pretty sure this is the car we wanted because it had enough seating with the optional 3rd row, but was much cheaper than the van we were replacing. In addition it had 4 wheel drive. I found the negotiating very pleasant, and reasonable. We had done our homework, and knew what was an acceptable range, and were very pleased with how things went. Michael G did a very good job making arrangements for us, and everyone seemed geared towards making the purchase go as smoothly and efficiently as possible. He also did a few customer-pleasing touches like setting up the radio for us, and linking it to our phone.

The 2013 Toyota Avalon just purchased was our fourth purchase at Washington Auto Mall in the last nine years. Previously we purchased two Honda CR-Vs and a Toyota Avalon. John Lobasso was the sales person on the 2013 and was outstanding. He is knowledgable of the product and did not try to pressure us in any way. Ten stars just for putting up with me. I would recommend John to anyone looking for a new Toyota. I have had no problems with the Service Department. They have always been responsive and cordial.

Bought my 2013 EXL Honda Accord Sedan at Washington Automall. It's my 2nd Accord. Was offered a fair trade-in value for my 2001 Accord Coupe. Always had great service here and no reason to go elsewhere. Patrick was a gentlemen salesman; knowledgeable and patient with me as I drove 3 cars that day. Worked with me for a fair deal in just a few days. I LOVE this car!!! It's tight, smooth, and looks sharp. Could have a more user-friendly audio system, but love everything else.

I did most of my research online and via email. Once I was ready, I determined that Washington Auto Mall had the exact make/model/color I wanted and we drove down and a couple hours later I drove out in my new car. There were no hassles, no bait+switch, no talking to seven different people. I worked with one man throughout the process until we signed the financing papers. I have been back once to get all-weather mats and enjoyed quick, easy service.

I went to Washington Honda to test drive a Pilot. I spoke with Patrick regarding a demo in the showroom. I did not intend to purchase the vehicle, but they worked with me and gave me a fabulous deal. Patrick was professional and very friendly, and made the process painless. I would absolutely go back to purchase another car.

Fellow Asian Indians, take your vehicles elsewhere or do not purchase here. Even though we pay cash (I referred several of my friends here who experienced the same negative treatment), we are ignored especially when we come in for service. We are educated professionals not needy people so Wash Auto it's your equity loss as we have taken our business elsewhere!

I took my Toyota Tacoma in for a replcement radio for the third time and my truck came out with more damage than it went in with. The area under the heater/a.c. controls was scratched and my antenna was almost torn off of the fender. I will join other people that I've talked to and will never buy or have service done at this dump.

My experience was beyond excellence! Everyone was very friendly and experienced. I was looking for a vehicle. I went to 3 other places. Sylvester was very honest, accommodating and knowledgeable. All other 3 dealers did not even take time to explain anything. They pretty much just brushed me off. I highly recommend the Washington auto mall!

My experience at Washington Hyundai was an extremely pleasant one. Our salesman, Tad Paterra, was the reason we left the same day in a 2009 Sonata. Tad made us feel welcome from the time he greeted us. His sales approach was one we have yet to encounter. Tad cared more about what we wanted than just getting a sale.
