JT is very professional, helpful, attentive, calm, friendly, courteous, has integrity, honest, and communicates with customers thoroughly about what the Banks/Creditors require from the customers. Although my credit score is not as high as it use to be, I really appreciate the opportunity to fill out a credit application. I am grateful to this car salesman, the General Manager, to the Creditor and anyone else I forgot to mention for giving me a chance at financing a quality used vehicle. Thanks everyone.

We had a great experience with Cody when my daughter surprised me by buying me a car. And he helped make it happen! He was so awesome and shared great customer service. He also puts $15 of gas in the car because he said it was none in there. He wiped it down and Lysol it for us before we left. We bought the car as is and he was kind enough to check the fluids. The car was a '07, but it had no rust stains on it. It was very clean on the inside and out. Drove really smooth and only had 100,000 miles on it. Only paid $3,000 and that was everything included.

As often found at most dealerships it was no surprise that they seemed mildly eager to sell me a car so I assumed they had already pulled my credit. This was not the case. Upon pulling my credit, I was surprised as much as they were in the dramatic drop in the last 30 days my credit had taken considering I am car shopping I've been going out of my way to make sure any little loose ends that were, were tidied up. I will say the salesman was ready with the key and waiting for my arrival about this test drive. It was late in the afternoon when we got done test driving and upon running my credit both myself and the salesman seemed a little hangry and I decided to take it up with them the next day. When we left, we get about 50 miles away when I realized I still have their key in my pocket. I called and they had closed. I left several messages as we went all the way back to the closed dealership. I left the key in a drop box at a body shop next to their sales department . I never received a call back from anybody at that dealership about that key. I ended up calling them late in the afternoon the next day after waiting for a call back and they had no idea what I was talking about . kind of regret giving their key back. Well as far as an inviting sales floor and a seemingly "cool" place to buy a car, the ambience was particularly notable for how hip and fun the dealership was. I'm not super impressed with my experience but I wouldn't call it a complaint I would recommend people to go to that dealership. As far as targeting the upcoming driver Nation and 16 to 20 year old that place had it going on there was no new driver walking out of there without lighting a fire under their cosigners butt. Props

Zachary Was Such A Good Help With Assisting My Dad. He Met All Of My Dad Needs & Was Able To Get My Dad Into 2018 Of His Choice. He Helped Him Understand The Terms Of His Agreement & Warranty. Also He Was Very Polite, Kind & Helped Him Transfer His Insurance From His Previous Vehicle To The New One. Overall 5 Stars & We Will See You Again Soon Waterford Mitsubishi.
