I recently purchased my 2015 Ford Escape from Watertown Ford. I was not necessarily in the market for a new car but wanted to look around. I had the pleasure of working with Sam V. that day. He was great. Very personable and not pushy. Always hate the idea of working with a salesperson but he was great. Worked with me to get the payment I was looking for. I was actually able to drive away with my car the same day. I have worked with Watertown Ford in the past and present and plan to work with them in the future also. Have to shout out to the Service Department also. I have worked with Joe King numerous times in the past (multiple fords over the years). They are a great group to work with. I can honestly say I have never walked out of there feeling like I was taken for a ride. Again a great group to work with...both Sales and Services. I highly recommend them. I had an amazingly terrific experience at Watertown Ford Service. Im from the Philadelphia area, my daughter took my new 2016 Ford Explorer Sport up to Brighton to visit some friends. My new car was brutally side-swiped while parked in Brighton. The rear axle was destroyed, and I was devastated. So I drove up to Boston to rescue my little damsel in distress and evaluate the damage to my brand new explorer, Heart-breaking! I had no connections in Boston, no way to get my wrecked SUV back to Kennedy Ford in PA. So I turned to Watertown Ford in a panic. I was greeted by an Angel named Malissa Mastroianni, she was patient, understanding and incredibly kind. Malissa knew exactly what to do: she sent a flat-bed truck to pick up my car and meticulously handled every detail with my out-of-state insurance company, the independent adjuster, all of the mechanical and body-shop details and kept me well informed throughout the 5-week process of my repair. More important than all of that, Malissa promised that my wrecked SUV would be good-as-new, and she came through with flying colors! Thank you Malissa and thank you to Watertown Ford.

I had done extensive research and knew what type of car and features I wanted. I found the car online on a Saturday, was onsite on Sunday at 12:30ish, and the buying process was completed by 3:30pm. No pressure, the pricing was fair, as well as what I received on trade. I was preapproved for financing, so they beat the approved interest rate, saving me money. My car payment came within $2.00 of what I felt comfortable with each month. I've recommended Watertown Ford to all my friends and co-workers who are looking for a new/newer car.

I am so impressed with the Watertown Ford Quick Lane service. The Ford Fusion that I own runs like a top. This is largely due to the fact that the quality of service is unparalleled and completed in a timely fashion at an excellent price. I have never felt so comfortable leaving my car in the hands of a mechanic. Customer service is extremely knowledgeable of their cars and wonderful with their customers. With 184,000 miles on the cars it rides like new. I hope to get another 100,000 miles of driving out of it. Kudos to Ford! P.S. I recently brought my car in for an oil change. I was told there would be about an hour wait, it was a walk in process (no appointment required). The wait was about an hour (meeting my expectations), the waiting room was clean, and stocked with snacks and beverages (exceeding my expectations). Sis, a pleasant woman (employee) came in to make sure everyone was comfortable and offered refreshments - a nice, appreciated personal touch!

I had to take my Ford in for service last week and had such a positive experience I just had to write a review. David King and Sis Furguson took great care of me when I arrived, handling intake and getting me on my way with a ride to work (and a great cup of coffee) within minutes of my arrival. Chuck and Dale, the gentlemen who drove me to and from work, respectively, were the kind of people who make you feel like your life is richer just for having spoken with them. I came away from the experience thinking Watertown Ford must place a premium on hiring only the kind of people they would want as in-laws, because that's the kind of people they are. I would highly recommend going to Watertown Ford if you want car service to add to, instead of detracting from, the quality of your day.

Contentious interaction with the service clerk. I presented a whole set of rebates offered to me by Ford Acton (where I had my car serviced for a period of time) and was told that each dealership sets their own prices. I presented notifications and offers from Ford Acton, where I became a club member (even though I am using Watertown for 2 years now) and was told that each dealership sets their own policies. In other words: LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT. Obviously, I am now an unhappy customer.

Woke to a flat tire on my.10 year old F150. AAA roadside broke off key to spare tire. Had them remove flat one and brought to Quicklane. Advised replacement based on wear and age, gave options. Mounted one and I took home and installed and brought truck back and replaced other three. Shawn and his staff are awesome. He also offered to fix my spare tire lock!!!!! Thank you thank you!

Our 2012 Escape had a blower issue which was repaired previously, but a second problem revealed that real issue was a moisture issue, not the burned out resistors, which required a more extensive repair. Since we had purchased the extended warranty, it was fully covered. Though there is normally a $100 deductible on the warranty repairs, it was also waived it because the vehicle had been repaired previously and the warranty for that repair had not expired. Shawn Murphy handled everything nicely for us.

I bought my 2014 Ford Escape last year from Watertown Ford. I had previously that day been to 5 other Ford dealers and knew exactly what I wanted however every other dealer was trying to get me into either a car or a color I did not want. My last stop was Watertown Ford I told them exactly what I wanted and they delivered making the buying process as painless as possible. They were very accommodating and listened to my needs. I was thrilled with my purchase experience from Watertown Ford and always recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. A year later and I'm still happy with my experience, anytime I go to have my car serviced such as an oil change they also make that easy. My previous car I had a service plan on and the other company would always try to make me pay for more things or tell me I needed services I did not need. Watertown Ford is always honest and does not try to con you Into purchasing more then is needed. I also hated having my car previous care serviced at the dealership it always took forever and there was barely any waiting room. At Watertown Ford its always rather quick and they have a great waiting room with coffee, sodas, waters, snacks a tv and there's always a super friendly woman asking if anyone needs anything. . Love this place!

I've been taking my truck here since they opened. I've always been satisfied.This time, I took my 11-yr old truck in for a loud grinding noise. They were very busy and weren't sure they could fit me in, but they did. I had to leave the truck overnight, but they fixed the problem. Joe was personable and helpful.They are a dealer, so the cost might be higher than a mom & pop shop, but I have confidence in the repairs. They've also given me breaks on price for difficult problems.

My husband and I were looking for a 2015 C-Max which were few in number. Watertown's website showed that they had several. We looked at an Escape,too, but ultimately decided on the C-max. Our salesman was straightforward and patient enough. We did our homework and got a fair deal. Pleasant doing business with them. Wish they had snacks to keep you thinking straight!

So for the last couple of years I've been toying with the idea of buying a new F150. I've been to a dozen dealerships. Most were pushy and high pressure. One evening I stopped by Watertown Ford. Wow am I glad I did. Salesman Shamus Gallagher was a zero pressure, easy going smart salesman. I wanted to test drive a vehicle. He didn't waste time chatting, he grabbed the keys and away we went. I loved the truck and he let me enjoy the ride without trying to over sell the truck. I thanked him and left. A month later I was back and I was in the final stages of buying a Silver one from another dealer. I was settling on Silver because no one had black. He smiled and told me not only did they have a black on black, but they also had the V8 I was wanting. Then came the fun part. He offered up the truck nearly 2 thousand less than the other place...AND he offered me up more money on my trade in. He made it a no brainer. We shook hands and I had the truck I'd been wanting for a very long time. The entire staff at Watertown are really a bunch of knowledgable, easy going types that make car buying a pleasure instead of stressful. Can't thank them enough...or recommend them more highly. Great work!!!!

Shawn from Quicklane was pleasant, professional, courteous and efficient on the phone and in person. He handled getting my car serviced with 'the works' check and oil change service. The new service facility is great and the customer lounge is very comfortable and says 'we appreciate your business; we're glad you're here'. Overall, I was impressed with the speed of work in the later afternoon and the overall impression of interest in serving / satisfying the customer. I will be back for service work at Watertown Ford. Though not used for this visit - the option of local drop off and pick up shuttle is key, I work in Belmont and the shuttle driver said that my work address was within the area - wIll definitely use the shuttle option.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My wife and I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Watertown Ford on 4 / 20 / 15. We spent the entire day there and by the end we were exausted and hungry. We found out when we got home they had lied about the advertised price and overcharged us by a $1000. I complained to the salesman Sam who sent me to Al the finance mgr's voicemail Who never returned my call. My wife and I went back the following Friday for a sticker and registration. I again told Sam how disappointed I was with the dishonesty and unless it was made right they would loose us as customers. I also told Sam as I did on Friday that I was interested in purchasing my vehicle next and if they made it right I would buy from them. I told Sam I had an appointment with Franklin Ford and would cancel it. Till now I have not heard back from Watertown Ford. Friday afternoon I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Franklin Ford. Not only did Watertown Ford loose a sale of at least $30k they lost a loyal customer for ever! If you buy from Watertown Ford WATCH OUT! They are willing to loose customers for a $1000.4/28/15 Alex D from Watertown Ford requested I call him to see if they could fix the issue. He asked what Watertown Ford can do to get me to chang the review. I ask him to give back the $1000. He said "Thanks for calling" Alex was condescending and bordering rude on the phone. My position and review will not chang.

excellent service. There did seen to be a conflict with the need for an oil change. The vehicle health said I had 46% of oil left and the manual said the maximum milage between oil changes is 10,000 miles. From my calculation it has been 5000 miles since the last change. I am puzzled why an oil change was suggested. Maybe there was confusion with the older cars.Overall the service is very good.

I would have taken a rental while my vehicle was there but was told it would be $40. a day by one person and the next day when I got a call telling me they were behind and it would take an extra day before being able to get it in I was offered a rental free. When I brought up the $40 a day I was told it should have been offered free because the repair was under warrantee. So therefor inconveniencing my spouse for two day.

They took my car the very next day, completed the repairs in a timely fashion at a competitive quoted price then did a system check on the rest of the vehicle which passed meaning no extra charges!! I like that the report on the vehicle's overall condition includes things like tread depth to give customers a sense of any upcoming issues to be dealt with at a later time. the staff has a great family feeling, and is welcoming.If the building were to be redesigned (I know it's new), it would be nice to have at least some desk area for those who need to work while they wait for their cars.

Sometimes when a female my age comes into a dealership you feel taken advantage of and I never felt that way at all. He was incredibly patient with me in explaining everything and even entertained the two year old I had to bring in the day I picked up my title and had to move all my stuff out of my old car (she's typically terrified of strangers but LOVED him!). The car was delivered to me later that day. I never felt any pressure to purchase and he even encouraged me to shop around. I was also given a good deal on my trade in. There sales center is also very nice, clean, and decorated with fun balloons which the little one enjoyed. From the moment we went on line to the time we picked up our 2012 Ford Fusion we had nothing but the most superior service. We stopped in to look at what was available and were greeted by Shaemus Gallagher opening the door for us with a smile. He pointed to one car which we deemed to be too small for comfort. He then suggested the 2012 Fusion which turned out to be even more than we had expected. We like the size, the maneuverability and all of the other features we hadn't even considered necessary. The heated seats, the automatic light system, the space between front and back seats, the size of the trunk, etc. etc. etc.The dealership was kind enough to let us take possession of the car four days later as we didn't want to drive it home in the snowy conditions which lasted for most of that time. Each person with whom we interfaced was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The driveability and suspension smoothness on terrible potholed roads are wonderfully comforting. We love FORD. I drive a 2012 Ford Explorer with 41,xxx miles. Purchased brand new back in October of 2011 from this dealership. I scheduled my vehicle for routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement and other items on their check list. I also had a squeak issue with my steering column. I recorded a video just in case it was needed but they were well aware of the noise. They lubricated the rubber shaft and the noise is gone. Dealership service are expensive and I'm well aware of it but the turnaround time, helpful staff and service was exceptional.

I have honestly had poor service from your dealership in the past. I purchased my vehicle there and then had some very poor experiences. When I checked my vehicle in to have a minor part replaced, I was asked if I needed any thing else done. I responded, I don't think so -will you check air pressure? I was told yes. After the part was replaced which did not take long at all - I thought more about the vehicle and was unsure if I had had the oil changed since I bought it at FORD WATERTOWN last spring 2014. When I brought this up the service employee indicated that it was time for an oil change / filter replacement and tire check. I waited close to 2 hrs for this service to be completed. Since I bought my ford fiesta titanium hatchback at the ford dealership in Watertown - I assumed service employees would check up on this info when customers bring their vehicles in. I also thought that since my vehicle had just been worked on that I would not lose my place in "line" (so to speak). Can you comment on this? Thanks.

I am a longtime fan of Watertown Ford, as they have made a number of major repairs to my '03 Mustang.Recently, a ball-joint failure meant I had to have the car towed there unannounced on a Saturday morning. By Monday, Shawn had the ball joints fixed and had quoted me for other work the car needed but didn't flinch when I declined. I picked the car up after-hours on Monday evening and what had seemed like a fairly major ordeal Saturday morning turned out to be not that big a deal.I've always been happy with the service at Watertown Ford, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needed work done to their Ford.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the staff at Watertown Ford. Granted, I knew I wanted a Ford Fusion Hybrid, but it's been 12 years since I bought a car & I needed to understand the pros & cons of leasing vs purchasing. I disclosed I had no plans to make a final decision the day I walked in, but wanted to test drive the car. Mike O'Brien answered all of my questions and gave me a chance to try out the car. I walked out with a lot of information and some decisions to make about features, etc. Once those decisions were made, I went on search to find a vehicle sitting on a lot that I could get quickly as my current vehicle continued to decline. I called Mike on a Sunday afternoon and we went over what I had found and what he had available. We struck a deal on the phone & I think I had the car two days later. When I picked up the new car, he took car of getting my EZ Pass in place, took me on a drive to the Ford Service Center, introduced me to the service manager. It's been about a month & I am still giddy when I spend less than 20 dollars filling up the gas tank! Slightly obsessed with how well do with MPGs on each trip. Today was my best. I hit 40.6 mpg on my drive home. That's with heat & defrost on, charging my iphone & music going. I lied. One thing I wish the car had is buttons for the entertainment system. Switching from the bluetooth audio to AM or FM station takes several steps through menu accessed from the steering wheel. Other than that, fantastic! Thank you!!

Service dept has been excellent in Both Customer relations and the actual result of repair and maintenance but ford has to find a way to get parts to the repair centers faster. My car repair took a full two weeks. One of those weeks was just waiting for a part to arrive. Had to rent a car for a couple of days. It was a very expensive repair!!

I was surprised by the level of service I received at Watertown Ford. I brought my car in for an oil change and while I was checking in the attendant noticed that there was a recall on my car. There was some wiring in the engine that needed to be spliced out and replaced. The repair was going to take about six hours, not something that I was prepared to do on my way to work. The Service representative found a solution, he arranged for a ride to and from my workplace in Newton corner.Additionally when I mentioned that my vehicle was up for inspection, the service representative offered to get my vehicle inspected at a nearby inspection station at no additional charge aside from the state-mandated fee. This saved me time and effort, I was very pleased with my experience at Watertown Ford.

Based on my experience with this STAFF and facility, I am seriously considering making my next car purchase another Ford - honestly! The staff could not have made a two day service trip easier. From the lovely lady offering coffee, to the fella who drove me home two towns over (and would have picked me up to bring me back if I needed it!), to the service liason - ALL FIVE STARS! I was pretty grumpy that morning, but they turned me around with honest info, respect for my concerns and actual help with the logistics of having my car in the shop. They could not have made my life any easier. Before this service experience my top car choice was the VW Hybrid Jetta. Now I will test drive the hybrid CMax - I love my hybrid Escape -and take this service experience into account. This experience made a huge difference to me!

In June 2014, the battery cable assembly in our Ford Fusion 2010 had to be replaced and the battery was also replaced. In the last month, it became difficult to start the car (cranked slowly) especially after not being driven for a few days or on cold mornings. We brought the car to Watertown Ford Service on 11/7 to replace a broken rear lamp housing, update the throttle software (prompted by Ford letter) which Dave Barry thought might fix the starting problem. The checkup printout actually said "battery should be replaced in 6 months" which Dave did not point out to us and we did not see until we got home. The starting problem continued and even worsened so Dave set up an appointment to check the problem on 11/17. The battery did not pass Ford's tests and the car got a new battery without charge of course as it was under warranty. No problems starting the car since then. So, short story - the failed battery was only 6 months old and we suspect it was "old" (sitting around the shop for ? how long). But it could be just bad luck.Dave Barry is a great person to deal with, responsive and helpful; he just overlooked the checkup report, we guess. Next time, we will be more careful reading things before we leave the shop!

Had to bring in the car due to a problem with the transmission-"extended warranty" issue. Service was able to provide me with a loaner car as I have no other means of transportation. They were unable to fix the problem that day due to unavailability of parts, but kept me in the loop, and most importantly, didn't act like I was crazy and say that I was imagining there was something wrong with the vehicle. Much appreciated. When the parts are available I won't be so nervous about having to bring the car in for service, since they didn't strand me this time I don't think they will the next. Bad past experiences with service, including Ford, at other locations. No problems at Watertown Ford!

I took my 2012 edge in for service on my power steering line. Previously while the car was under warrantee we had a problem with the power steering line leaking which was repaired. The same event occurred again post warrantee and I was charged the full amount ($370) for the line replacement and labor. I raised my concern with the technician who was not receptive to the fact that the same problem occurred twice. However I contacted the manager and he understood my position immediately. He explained that he couldn't issue a refund from Watertown Ford due to the time and mileage that had passed (12 months and 15k miles) but because I mentioned that other Edge owners have experienced similar issues, he contacted Ford to request a reimbursement. I was very happy to receive $270 back, only having to pay what would be the deductible for the extended warrantee (which I don't have). All in all I am pleased that Ford recognized the repeat issue and made it right.

He spent a great deal of time answering ALL my questions and explaining every detail that the car offered. The service was very good, you would have gotten a 5 and a 10 but you don't do inspection stickers so I had to go somewhere else. Yes they offered to drive it to a station to have it done but I had to leave work even earlier and I have a gas station right up the street I can go to on a Saturday.

I am always thrilled with the service that I get here. They always give my vehicle (Ford Escape Hybrid) exactly the service it needs, nothing more-nothing less. I have 110,000 miles on the car and I still have the original brakes. Yes, I've changed the air filter, cabin filter and a few tires... They do not try to up-sell my anything I don't need. And they have my safety in mind when servicing the Escape. Everyone should have a mechanic/shop that they can trust as much as I trust Watertown Ford.

I've never written about a dealership before, we've all had our "issues" with dealerships including me, I was ready for the "battle", I bought a 2014 Mustang about 2/3 months ago, the "battle" never happened, I met Rod Semple ( Watertown ford salesman) told him what I was looking for, he worked with me for 4 months, asked him if I could order a 2014, yes, asked him about the 2015, Rod was very patience, he never called me to pressure me, he always called me after I called him about some info, I took out a 2014 5.0 GT on the lot in January, there was a thumping sound in the wheel well and Rod said it was frozen ice, not to worry. After a month went by I went back and drove it again the thumping was gone, he knew his stuff about the car. Rod told me it's very easy going at WF, he said he left 2 other dealership because he didn't like their tactics. We agreed on a price, on the day I picked up my car, we went over some things and Rod said to me, "if you have any other questions or concerns we are here for you, stop in" no other salesman has ever said that to me before. Now about the Mustang, Black Conv 5.0, 8 cyl, 6 speed, I waited 2/3 months to tell you about the car, it's solid, rides and handles great, the seats are very comfortable and the gear box slides into each gear easy. I've never had an 8 cyl before and this car moves, although as you would expect gas mileage is not the greatest, but it's a fun car to drive, Ford did a good job.

I had been researching CPO Fusions for awhile, and finally found one that I liked for sale at Watertown Ford, so I went to take a test drive. When I arrived, I was greeted (not accosted) by Bill D. I told him what I was interested in, we went inside so he could get some basic info from me, then we went for a test drive. I'm a "car guy" so I know when a salesman is trying to snow me, and he wasn't. He was knowledgeable about the particular car, didn't talk down to me, or try to sell me something I didn't want, which was a nice change from the "Brand X" dealership where I had test driven another car a few weeks before. After a quick spin, we went back to the showroom to start the purchase process. The finance guy (whose name escapes me, sorry) was also friendly and helpful, and didn't try to pressure me, either. When I came back to take delivery a few days later, Bill showed me all the basic features of my "new to me" car (unlike the other Ford dealer where I had purchased my previous car), put on my plates, gave me my paperwork, and sent me happily on my way. I'm hoping to hold onto this car for a long time, but when the time comes to replace it, I will definitely keep Watertown Ford at the top of my go-to list, and I would recommend them to anybody I know who's looking for a new or used Ford.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Watertown Ford. I had heard good things about the business and searched its website to locate the truck I was interested in purchasing. I called the sale office on Saturday to schedule a visit on Sunday, came to the appointment on Sunday, and finalized a deal in less than 45 minutes. The salesman, Paul D, was a consummate professional, and the finanace manager made the paperwork as painless as possible. It was apleasure dealing with Andrew when we purchased our new Fusion Hybrid. He was very helpful during our purchase, answering all our questions about features the car had and how they worked. He set up our phone for us and explained the Ford Sync system to us as well. He even helped me with questions I've had in the two months or so that we have had the car, mostly about the dashboard display. During the sales process I never felt pressured to buy any add on features like paint protection or extended warranties. They were explained to us but never pushed on us. Overall it was a relaxed experience, unlike other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.

Watertown Ford was the best dealership I visited in my car buying process, and also ended up being where I bought my new car! They offered great discounts, great customer service, and a wide selection of models, as well as colors, and various packages within different models. The sales person was very helpful and not in our face, which was great, because pushy car sales people are never fun. The only part I felt wasn't great was the finance/credit piece, after figuring out which car we wanted and signing for it. I felt the financial guy was a bit pushy with trying us to buy upgraded packages for a larger monthly payment, insisting it was a deal when we actually had a better deal with our insurance company for similar services. Regardless, the whole experience was as enjoyable as the technical aspects of buying a car can be, and I left feeling satisfied and like I got the best deal I could.

Hi, I just bought a new Fiesta at this location (Ford Watertown). The people where amazing. This is the only place (the only dealer) that made me REALLY feel like coming back. I will definetly service my car overthere. I got the car that I wanted for the price I wanted with features that I did not even expect. I am driving the car for two weeks now and it's just pleasure. I interacted with Shamu and Steve. Shamu was really great. even a day later I came back they gave me mats for free. I really welcome you to go there because it's a spot you should try if you are interested in buying a new car. I bought several cars for the past ten years and they were the best guys I had to deal with. I reached at 9AM and 3 hours later I was out with my new car. It was like buying a a cake in groceries. I've been to Watertown Ford two times, and both have been pleasant experiences. After going to a few other local repair centers (and not being very satisfied with the service I received), I went to Watertown Ford and haven't been to another repair center since. The first time they saved me some money by correctly diagnosing a problem another repair center had misdiagnosed. They gave me a ride home while the work was done on my car and finished the work quicker than I was expecting. The second time I went to get my battery replaced and my oil changed. They were able to fit me in toward the end of the day on a Saturday, which I was grateful for. The work took a little while, but they have a very nice waiting area with free drinks and snacks. I also got a $20 rebate for the battery I purchased. The staff at Watertown Ford have been friendly and informative, and I will continue to go there for all of my service needs.

Initially I was looking for a car at another Ford dealer, then a friend said she thought that Watertown Ford had better deals. I started through the Internet Department, told them what car I was looking for, and whether to get a 2013 or a 2014 model. I spoke with them for several months going back and forth, but finally went with the 2014 Ford Fusion SE. Overall, both the Internet Sales, the Sales Manager, and last but most important my salesman. Shamus Gallagher was friendly, not overbearing in any way, and we were able to come to an agreement on the car I bought. It was a great experience, and would definitely return there for another car. I hope my experience when service is needed will go as well as the purchase did!

My wife and I had been looking around for a new car, one that we would start our retirement with, and decided that the Fusion Hybrid would be just the model we would want to purchase. We finally found the model we liked at Watertown Ford and decided to go there to talk and start the process. I'm not a fan of all the haggling that goes along with buying a new car, but I have to say that dealing with Andrew at Watertown Ford was a pleasurable experience; no pressure, a calm easy going discussion and we reached an agreeable price in a relatively short time. I feel we got a good price and now we have a car that we are enjoying a lot. A week or so after we took the car Andrew also helped me purchase an accessory I wanted that wasn't on the car originally. Bottom line is that I would highly recommend Watertown Ford and their staff to anyone looking for a new car, I was very pleased.

So after looking for a good 2 months for the right 2013 Mustang, Watertown Ford had it a along. I test drove It and fell in love with it I went in! They were somewhat busy but I was helped out right away. It was Dec 30 I was so urged to have this car I promised myself I'd buy it before the year ended. I filled out a credit app waited for about 30 minutes then came the dealer and said I was approved I made it clear to him I wanted the car the very next day; he said to me he would have the car ready by noon, which they did. I was very happy with their service I totally recommend this Dealership! Btw I am only 19 I am pleased on how they helped me out regardless of my age.

I knew I wanted to test drive the Ford Edge so after much research online I found one that I was interested in at Watertown Ford. I emailed Watertown Ford about the 2013 Ford Edge that I was interested in and the next morning I received a call and an email from them saying the vehicle was still available. My husband & I went that day to test drive. My husband is very hard on car dealers so I was not looking forward to this at all. Got us the deal that pleased my husband, made me feel very comfortable about making this purchase and when I picked up the car a few days later it was ready and in immaculate condition. Also because I picked it up on a weekend I went back on Monday and Andrew took the vehicle for an inspections sticker. This experience has changed the way that I look at car buying. I purchased my 2012 Escape from Watertown Ford 2 years ago. The buying process was extremely easy and 2 years later my salesperson Mike O'Brien continues to send updates via email. Recently I brought my vehicle to Quick Lane for a routine oil change. Given that the mileage on my vehicle was near 30,000 miles the service representative suggested I have the 30,000 mile service completed. I was not prepared time-wise for this service but the representative assured me that I would not miss my next appointment. I was pleasantly surprised about 35 minutes later when the service representative explained that my car was finished. He further explained that he sensed the need I had to be at my next appointment on time and that he put 2 service technicians to work on my vehicle. I was on time for my appointment with plenty of time to spare. Over the course of time I have owned several used and new vehicles and this type of attention and service is unprecedented in my experience.

I was incredibly impressed with Watertown Ford! Car-buying has a very bad stereotype for being a tough process but as soon as I walked into Watertown Ford, I knew my experience would be different. Simply put, it was like dealing with a close family friend. They took the hassle out of car buying and made it incredibly simple and easy. There was no pressure and I started calling my sales associate "painless Shamus" as it was such an easy transaction by the time I had bought my new car! I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge, and as a 32 year old young woman, was a bit intimidated at the thought of buying a new car on my own. Well how wrong I was since Watertown Ford really worked with me on a great trade in price as well as a great deal for my lease. They even got my new car inspected and got the registration and plates so all I had to do was call my car insurance to tell them I got a new car! They also walked me through all of the features of the new car and made sure I felt comfortable before driving off the lot. This is the 3rd car I have ever bought in my life (and the first of many at Watertown Ford). I honestly don't know if I will ever go to another dealership as Watertown Ford could not have been better! If you're thinking about buying a new car, you will not be disappointed in this dealership! I absolutely LOVE my new car and Shamus even called me 2 weeks after I bought it, just to check in and see how I liked it. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

I went to Watertown Ford 2years ago to buy my first new car. My family thought I was crazy to go alone since I have never bought a car in my life, Im 44. I have to say the sales staff was extremely helpful and not once did they try to pressure me to buy a car that night. I test drove a Fusion and was sold. The salesman told me come back whenever I decide to buy a car no pressure. To his surprise I walked out with anew car and papers signed. I picked up my car the next day. I went to watertown ford service department on Oct 2,2013 2000 ford taurus was leaking oil.they added dye to oil/they said they tightend oilfilter (they did not) .I returned on Oct 7,2013 they said the oil pan gasket was defective.I had them replace gasket total cost was $736.52.On sat Oct 19,2013 while checking under hood. I found oil filter VERY LOOSE .I tightend the oil filer myself.I returned to watertown onOct21,2013 I talked to service manager they again added dye to oil and came back if continues to leak oil. It stopped after i tightend loose oilfilter. Today i went to a mechanic in belmont for heater blowing cold air he found a bad thermostart and anti freeze very dirty. I went to watertown ford quik lane on Dec 19,2012 I spent $313.40 on cooling system/new anti freeze/oil +filter and new battery.I cannot understandwhy anti freeze could get that dirty in less than a year. I believe all my problems started with my visit to the quik lane with anti freeze not changed properly i also believe oil filter was never tightend properly . Also when new oil pan gasket was replaced oil filter has not changedonly oil was changed . They hold me mechanic said filter looked clean You always change oil/oil filter at same time.I will never return toWatertown Ford Service Department .

After the smooth buying process from Bob Salo, I take my Ford Escape Hybrid for all my service needs to Watertown Ford. I have been very pleased with the work they do there. I never feel as if they're pulling a fast one on me. And I never have to worry about the fluid levels in my car... They top them off. I rarely have to wait more than 30 minutes. I try to get there early in the morning and I'm in & out quickly. Even when I go during midday, I never have long to wait. I love not having to make an appointment. I am convinced that even if my next vehicle is not a Ford, I will still take my car to be serviced here. The staff are friendly & welcoming. I know they must see lots of us come & go, and yet they seem to remember me (maybe its my Lime Squeeze color). I went to Watertown Ford to buy my first new car in 15 years so for me this was a big deal. Bill D my salesperson spent 2 hours with me talking about the vehicle I wanted checking for what he had in stock to show me in the colors I wanted and then we went out to the cars. I knew exactly what I wanted for a car, Ford Escape but it took me a few minutes on the color and I finally went with the silver. Then Bill let me test drive it ask any questions I wanted to ask, showed me that it had everything I wanted and more. then we went in to do paperwork which went very smoothly. Everyone in there was pleasant and accommodating. I really can't say that I would ask for them to change anything. when I picked my car up Bill spent another 2 hours with me making sure I knew everything I needed to know about my car, he told me to call anytime with any questions. He must have done a good job I've had the car almost two weeks and haven't called. I would send anyone there.

I found a discount coupon for an oil change in Newton Magazine and decided to try Watertown Ford's Service at Quick Lane. Quick Lane is really around the corner from the main dealership on Seyon St (just past BJ's), so this is really a review of Quick Lane Service on Seyon St. I have to admit that I was quite pleasently surprised with the whole service experience. They did the work faster than at the other dealer I had been taking my car to, and did not try to push services that I may be needing on my car like the other dealership. The waiting room was quite comfortable and equipped with all kinds of amenities (including cookies an other goodies). I certainly recommend it to anyone that may be needing auto service

I came to Watertown Ford to lease my first car. As expected, there are A LOT of hidden fees, which I wouldn't have minded as much had the sales representative (Shamus) seemed a bit less annoyed with everything and everyone around him; he was almost downright rude at times. Maybe he was having a bad week, but I've worked in customer service/retail and while I can let one day slide, he wasn't much better two days later when I came to pick up the vehicle. At first I thought it was due to my own inexperience with buying/leasing a car, but his disposition remained the same no matter whom he was speaking to. The other sales representatives (whom I spoke to briefly) were very kind and courteous. Alfred Heller, the financial services manager, made my experience worth it. Had it not been for Alfred, I probably would've changed my mind about leasing with Watertown Ford. Not only does he know his stuff, he's warm and easy to talk to. That's why I'm giving Watertown Ford an overall of 4 stars, because one bad egg shouldn't spoil the whole carton.

I searched for a good, low miles Ford Edge after driving a rental on vacation. I found what I was looking for at Watertown Ford. I made an email inquiry and received a call the next morning confirming that the car was still available. It was in position for a test drive when I got there. I wanted the car if the deal was acceptable, with my trade-in. After negotiation, I told them what I wanted to make the deal and they met it. The finance manger was very upfront and straight forward as I would expect from a man who served the nation honorably in the Marine Corps. The process went smoothly and I had a new car! One note, after the purchase I went in for an inspection sticker (NH) and the computer had not yet reset after a power disruption. It turned out that Watertown Ford had replaced the battery as it was weak before the sale. Some places would have just let the car go and leave it for the new buyer to find out so kudos to Watertown Ford. After driving 100 miles, the computer reset and the car passed. I'm pleased with the car, the sale went smoothly, nothing was hidden, what more can you ask for? AAA+++

For the past six months, I have relished driving my 2013 Fiesta. And I give all the credit to Watertown Ford. The salesman immediately sensed that I wanted a small vehicle with no frills, and managed to find a Fe., iesta on the lot that actually has crank windows! At no time did I experience pressure to upgrade or to decide. And when I carelessly purchased a model that did not include a CD player, Watertown Ford installed one -- and it works great. I took the car in for its first service (after six months) for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and was in and out in a half hour at a very reasonable price.

Have a 2010 Expedition which I bought elsewhere. Just moved to the area and needed a routine service/check-up. Didn't not have an appointment and went to Watertown Ford Fast Lane because it was near me. They took me right away and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Great attitude, really nice waiting area with coffee, snacks, Wifi and TV which made the time spent really comfortable and nice. Car finished in an hour and the staff and service manager could not have been more pleasant. I have never written review before but I was treated so well that it made something like getting your car serviced an enjoyable experience. They definitely established a relationship which is rare these days.

I had a wonderful experience at Watertown Ford. I reached out to their sales department through email, and scheduled an evening appointment to look at new vehicles. Al met me as I was arriving, and was courteous and patient while I inspected a number of vehicles. He allowed me ample time to explore the electronic features within the car as well as to drive it around the local area. He showed me all the vehicles on their lot that I may be interested in, as well as did a thorough search of the region for cars that could be brought to their dealership for me. The features I was interested in were not part of one of the standard equipment packages (e.g., I preferred the upgraded media package but did not want some of the other upgrades such as leather or a sunroof) and Al and the Watertown Ford team were happy to accommodate my preferences. Their dealership was supposed to close at 8pm but they stayed until after 9pm with me to make sure that all my questions were addressed. I have placed a deposit on a vehicle and look forward to returning tomorrow to finalize the buying process. I expect that I will refer my friends to this dealership, as they were courteous (but not pandering), knowledgeable, and patient with a first-time new car buyer.

After reviewing the vehicle on truecar I was immediately contacted by Alex the internet manager who was very helpful and encouraged us to meet with a sales person the same day. We ended up working with Andrew who was more than happy to work with us to reach a great deal that my husband and I were comfortable with. Was very low key and funny. Not rushed. He has a great sense of humor and easy to talk with. We talked about options for cars. He suggested a few cars to look at. We did go in looking for a Ford Edge. We talked the Edge and the Escape. Coming from a LARGE SUV wanting to scale down a bit. We went for test drive, of course, wife drove :>. He was great on the test drive. Setup my Bluetooth phone to stream music over the sound system ...really cool. The My Ford Touch and Synch rocks. Loved the Edge. We talked about other Edge options on the lot but decided the SEL with Vista roof has everything we were looking for. Al was very thorough to explain the options and make sure that we felt good about the options and the car. We negotiated price and Al (and the Business Manager) was very reasonable and fair. We had a trade and they worked us on the trade. Felt very good after the negotiation, felt they really wanted to "earn" the business. No buyers remorse after the sale. ( I am big on buyers remorse BTW). We left on Saturday to think about and do a bit of research and had a few Qs for Al on Sunday. They held the car for us for a day. He was very responsive to our Qs. He came back with the answers that we were seeking and options for us.Can honestly say the best car buying experience I have ever had. Al was great, professional, informed and helpful. The Business Manager Matt was also great to work with. Again, very informed and not pushy. Got a sense of real honesty from the whole experience and desire to earn the business.First experience with Watertown Ford and off to a great start.

We stopped at Watertown Ford just to look for a car to lease or buy. It was our first stop, and we had planned to visit a couple of other places to compare products and prices. Al came out to greet us, and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about leasing and purchasing. He listened to our needs and matched us with two cars which met our expectations. I especially liked the way he took turns focusing on each person in our family (there were three of us) to ask us what we thought about each vehicle that we test drove. He encouraged us to be specific about our likes and dislikes. He also did not rush us to make up our minds. He was relaxed and conversational and conveyed the sense that he really wanted us to be thrilled with whatever decision we made. We purchased the second vehicle that Al showed to us and did not visit any other dealerships. I hope the car is as great as the service we received.

They saved me a lot of time because I didn't need to visit dealers around the suburbs. Plus they got me more trade-in value for my old car than I expected. Al followed several times months later to ask if everything was OK with the new car, which made me feel like I received a personalized service. They spent lots of time working with me, were patient and there was no pressure like with some dealers. But after driving it for a couple of months I decided it wasn't what I really wanted! A friend of mine happened to pick me up in her 2012 Ford Edge. I fell in love with it --I called Al Abramson and told him I wanted to explore switching over to the Edge. As usual Al was so accommodating and as with the Escape -- very low pressure (which in my previous experiences with other dealerships was highly unusual!)Everyone at Watertown Ford jumped in to help me make a smooth and painless transition into the car of my dreams!! Good value on my trade in.I am very aware of 'hard sells' and no one, and I mean the manager, Al the salesperson or the finance person ('big al') used any high pressure at all. It was "refreshing" to say the least. They were patient with all my questions and answered them clearly. I hope the car proves as pleasant and efficient as the employeesI did not read "Dealrater" reviews on Watertown Ford. I just cold called them.However "yelp" reviews gave their service department some poor reviews. I feel a little anxious about that, but I'll deal with it when the time comes

I have had an interest in the 2013 Ford Focus ST for about a year now and I had driven a pre-production version at Ford's "Performance Academy" at Gillette Stadium last summer, so I knew it was on my short list for my next car. However, when the ST first started arriving in dealerships, I had heard that many dealers were making it hard to get behind the wheel -- substantial markups, no test drives, no plan pricing, etc. -- so I was concerned that this would be a difficult/painful process. After seeing a post from them on Google+ and then checking the reviews here, I decided to give Watertown Ford the call, and I am glad I did.I ordered my Focus ST a couple of months ago through Paul at Watertown Ford. This was my first buying experience at a Ford dealership, having previously only owned Hondas and Acuras, and I can say that it was the best car-buying experience I have had so far. Paul was great, very down-to-earth and low pressure. I was able to schedule a couple of test drives with him so I could compare the ST against my other option, the Subaru WRX. The ST was the clear choice, being more refined and offering more features (well done Ford!). From there ordering was easy, I received a decent trade in on my old car, and they accepted my X-plan without hassle. My car arrived one week ahead of schedule. I could not be happier with the car or my buying experience. Another good point: they were not pressuring to provide positive reviews! A friend of mine got drilled repeatedly to provide a good review when he bought his Volkswagen. When I took delivery, I shook hands with Bruce the sales manager who simply said "if you have any reason you wouldn't give us five stars, tell us and we'll make it right." That's the right way to handle it.I would gladly recommend Paul and Watertown Ford.

This dealership has the goods...along with great prices. The internet connection advertised the car I was interested in at a very good price...and the car was there and the price was as quoted. With a little back and forth, not painful by any means, Al and Bruce and I reached an even better price. Then I was given a rate that I requested for the loan (helped that my credit rating is outstanding.) I am able to pick up my new car in one day, all registrations transferred and done. This was a very efficient, painless experience. I thought Al was thorough, patient and very informative...no pressure. He also had an excellent sense of humor and that is refreshing.

I came in to familiarize myself with Ford products for my next car. Al was pretty good at asking the right questions to gage which cars would be best for my needs. He was pretty straight forward and kept the dealer talk to a minimum. He actually just gave me the keys and allowed me to take cars out by myself, which is a first as I've never had a salesman do that. This made a large difference as I prefer to look at a car and absorb what I see and feel from the car, rather than listen to the small talk from a salesman, or listen to them give me a list of the car features. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit to Watertown Ford and Al for this visit as I serve the purpose of my trip well.

The last thing I wanted to do was buy a new car. The car I had been driving for the past 12 years was costing too much money to keep running. I knew I wanted an SUV but beyond that didn't have a clue. I did some on-line research to narrow down my picks and then set off to test drive a few options. My first stop was Watertown Ford. I met Al Abramson as soon as I pulled into the lot. Al was friendly and low pressure -- which is refreshing in the car dealer world! I told Al I was interested in the Ford Escape and so we took it out for a test drive. Al encouraged me to bring it out on the highway. When we returned to the lot I said I liked the car but wanted to look at other options on my list before I made the decision to buy.I went to 3 other dealers and looked at 4 other SUV makes & models. I wasn't thrilled with the sales people or their lack of enthusiasm. None of them let me test drive on the highway. I got the distinct impression from one dealer that I was wasting his time. I actually liked another type SUV a little better then the Escape -- but I did not trust the sales person!The next day I went back to Al at Watertown Ford and purchased my brand new 2013 Ford Escape! I inquired online about leasing or buying a new truck at the Watertown Ford website. I received a call from Emily 5 min later. She was very nice and helpful and assisted me in making an appointment to come in and view the inventory. I was given Gerry Carson as a contact when I came in. The next day I called again and spoke with Emily about a few details regarding leasing and financing. I also inquired about and deals or sales on a F150. She told me about a few options and said she would hold one truck in particular she had described to me and inform Gerry about it. My fiance and I arrived Saturday morning and was welcomed by Shamus. He directed us to Gerry who new who I was and the truck I was interested in. He then turned us back over to Shamus who showed us the vehicle and took us on our test drive. We arranged to trade in my old truck and were pleasantly surprised on the value they offered. Shamus was very helpful in explaining the whole process and making the buying fun and easy. We were able to drive home in the new truck 2 hrs after we first walked through door. Everyone was so nice and helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. This was my first time buying a new vehicle from a dealer, and I can assure you I will be back when it is time to trade up in few years. Al was great to work with. We had gone to look at an Explorer and test drove one with him. He went over the pros and cons of the vehicle based on our lifestyle. He didn't try convincing us into another car we did not want. Instead he worked hard to get us where we wanted to be from a financing perspective in the car we wanted. The whole Watertown Ford team worked very quickly and efficiently in transitioning us into our new car. Since they are open on both Saturday and Sunday it made it easier to move things along.

This is the second car we have purchased from this dealer. I did alot research online to make sure I'm getting the best price and we definitely got a good deal here. We had gone to a couple of other dealers first. One place was very pushy and the salesman wouldn't leave us alone even though we told him we wanted to look around by ourselves. Another place we went, they seemed to play games with us with the pricing and offered us hardly anything for our trade. When we ended up at Watertown Ford, Al the salesman was very friendly and didn't pressure us at all. When we decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle, we were offered what we felt was a fair value for our trade right off the bat. No games were played. Al really worked with us with the financing so we could get the monthly payment to where we felt comfortable. When it's time to purchase another vehicle, we will probably go back to Watertown Ford.

I went there for a national lease program for a 2013 Ford Explorer. The price was right and the dealership is close to my house. We were at the dealership on a Sunday. I did not bring the money with me because I was not expecting to actually make a deal on the same day. I just went in to get the pricing. We made the deal anyways, and I told 2 people that day that I would be back on Tuesday on 430. We then spoke again on Monday and Tuesday to finalize plans and both times I said I'd be there at 430 and asked if the car would be ready. On all three occasions (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) when speaking with someone they said the car would be ready at 430 on Tuesday when I got there. I got to the dealership at 420 and the car was sitting outside clean, with no plates. I started to transfer my belongings from the car I was trading in, to the new Explorer. Then the sales rep came out and put the plates on it. He then said we had to get an inspection sticker, gas and go to service. On the way to get the inspection sticker and gas I was a little annoyed so I let the sales rep know this. I asked why this was not done before 430 like we spoke about. He stated that since I did not pay the down payment and sign the paperwork, that the plates and inspection could not have been done ahead of time. I explained to him that this information was never told to me. If this was the case, I would have paid on Tuesday and then made arrangements to come back to pick it up on Wednesday. I have a newborn that was with the sitter for an extra hour that was not planned. It sounds trivial, but when I asked if the car would be "ready at 430", "ready" to me means plates, full tank of gas and service all checked out. "Ready" to the dealership meant cleaned.

That was a fortunate decision.Albert was the opposite of a high-pressure salesman. We got all of the information we needed, and none of the pressure. The initial price was good, the trade-in allowance was fair, and no haggling was necessary. I hate car-shopping, but this was nice, easy and enjoyable. They answered all of the questions my parents and I had and spent time showing us all of the features on the Focus and the car itself. They also gave me numerous discounts that were available to me, including the recent college graduate discount, all of which I was not aware of. Al was very patient and courteous with me. I had many questions and had a good idea what was important to me. Even, when I asked something that had to do with another model than what I was interested, he took the time to explain a feature and benefit to me or why it might not fit my needs, since I am disabled. Al let me do the test drive on roads, steep hills and intersections that I know can be difficult in icy weather.Overall, the staff was very friendly, there was no push to move me on and I spent almost 3 hours there this afternoon. The sales room is very clean and comfortable to conduct business in. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I will not be purchasing from this dealership. My friend and I had a very bad experience at your dealership. The salesman who we talked with had the audacity to speak negatively to another salesman about my friend and I who stayed in our car a few minutes to gather our bearings before walking into the dealership. After over hearing this, we were both in shock; however, we decided to still come in. As we proceeded to walk to the doors we were barked at instead of greeted. The salesman yelled at us saying that, "this is a dealership, not a parking lot." I then told him I came because my bank, USAA, recommended it for car buying. Fortunately the car that I was interested in was sold the day before. I am glad I did not have to think about whether or not to give this company my business. I highly recommend NOT giving this dealership your business! They haven't a clue how to treat potential customers!!!!!!

He brought me over to see what I asked about and was very helpful and honest with his answers. He wasnt trying to sell me the biggest baddest car out there, he was helping me find exactly what I needed. After finding one we liked, we test drove it, and went back inside. This is where Al Heller started helping us work out a price that fit my needs. They gave me a few different options and we found one that worked in my budget. They stayed after closing hours to finish my paperwork, and AL even went to get me Dunkin Donuts Iced Tea while we finished in the 90+ degree weather! Went to Watertown Ford only because it was nearby and my sister, visiting from Texas, insisted even though I'm more interested in Nissan (driving my 2nd, 1996 Sentra). Al was such a nice man and so accommodating -- not at all the stereotype of car salesman. He listened to what I was interested in, no cajoling. He has become the man by whom I measure other car salesmen. And, even though after a bad experience with Dodge had sworn only foreign cars in future, keep thinking about the Focus... Didn't move any further that day because husband not along. Also, my sister keeps strongly advising I call Al.

The dealership was very good about helping me find and purchase a new ford focus. Albert knew where the two Focus left in the dealership were located, and was friendly about showing me the car. The price was really good too, and he threw in the rubber winter mats for free because it was something I wanted. After my purchase, when I went to pick up my car, he went through all the stuff about the car (he synced my phone to the car and showed me how to use it, as well as explaining everything else about it). Overall it was a really good car shopping experience.

I was interested in test driving the Ford Focus and was greeted by Al who happened to be in the parking lot moving a new vehicle. I found Al very easy to work with an accommodating. I had avoided test driving cars because I didn't want to have to deal with overly aggressive sales persons. I felt that Al and the manager at Watertown Ford were approachable and knew how to balance the fine line between getting to "yes" in a sale and being respectful of a customer's desire to take time to make an informed decision. We had a wonderful experience w/ Watertown Ford. I think we got a fair price for our brand new 2013 Ford Explorer, but probably could have done slightly better, after we spoke to another dealership. However, I believe that where we did best w/ Watertown, was that they offered me a very good price for my 2003 Ford Explorer. Therefore, in the end, the price evened out, since Watertown had offered me a better deal on my trade in than other dealers could have done for us. Also, Watertown came in a little too high w/ their Extended Warranty price, but we were able to negotiate them down, as we could have purchased the warranty through another dealer instead. Everything worked out in the end, of course, and they all took great care of us. Overall, we were very pleased, and enjoyed working w/ the whole Watertown team!

I'm writing this review because Al asked me to write him a positive review so that he can win Red Sox tickets for him and his 3 kids. He told me I should write a positive review because he could have treated me a lot worse than he did, considering I told him I am considering another car. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. I also found Al to be extremely disorganized throughout the entire process. He was constantly fumbling for keys, misplacing things, did not seem knowledgeable when I asked him specific questions about the vehicles, left me waiting in the hot parking lot for quite some time, and overall seemed to be a bit of a mess. Sorry Al- no positive review here.

I came to Watertown ford on a whim when I saw a car for sale online that I liked. I was greeted by Al immediately when I arrived and everything was smooth sailing from there. These guys are great, I never once felt pressured to purchase anything and they didn't try to up sell me either! I like the way this dealer worked with me doing everything to select the best match to my needs. They scheduled my appointment very fast. The representative worked with me in very competent and cooperative manner. He sounded realistic and honest. I had test drives on 2 target vehicles. I did like both a 2010 Ford Escape and 2010 Ford Fusion. I was considering to put my current 2005 Ford Escape as a dowpayment, and get another reliable slighly used vehicle within the monthly payment limit of about $200. During the first hour of negotiation I understood that these guys are flexible and they do their best to find a right match for me. They made me an offer which is hard to refuse. I'm a picky client, and i actually took time to think. While I have been thinking this team has been working about offering me even better deal. Now I have got it. And another very important thing: during the whole entire process, there was no feeling of the pressure, one sometimes may experience in many dealerships. I love this place.

As soon as we walked into this dealership, my boyfriend and I felt uneasy. The salesman who greeted us came off as blatantly insincere right away. His demeanor was awkward and we did not feel comfortable. He almost seemed insecure in his dealings with us. More importantly, he was not well-informed about the truck we were interested in. When we asked a question, his answers were vague and uncertain. In turn, he asked us some rather odd questions. After deciding we probably wanted to purchase the vehicle anyway, this salesman (Al?) then completely confused and deceived us with the pricing. He wrote out on a piece of paper how the cost would break down and what the final price would be. When we finally made it to the business manager's office, the price had literally doubled. We immediately questioned it and got upset, so they brought in the sales manager, Bruce. He was condescending and rude, making US feel like we had stupidly misinterpreted what the saleman told us and that we should know better. His exact words (said in frustration) were "C'mon guys, you really thought that?". Obviously, we left and won't ever be returning. We found the whole staff to be conniving, condescending and misleading. Be very careful if you use this dealership.

Al and the manager put the car on hold until we could determine if we could gain access to a parking spot. While we were unsuccessful in gaining an additional parking spot, we were not pressured into a sale. We will be back to purchase when our situation changes.

I got a 2010 Focus which is what I had my eye on going in there. In 4 hours I was in and approved, got the plates/reg transferred a detail sticker and gas and have the new car and can get to work tomorrow. I contacted this dealer via email about a SUV I saw online. I was very upfront with the amount I had to spend and the monthly payment I needed to be at. Via email Alex assured me they could work with the numbers and wanted to be able to "put their best foot forward". When I got to the dealership I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes while they jump started the car and taken on a very limited test drive. When it came to talk numbers they were way off from what I needed and they didn't even try to help me get financing.Now they will not stop calling and emailing me about following up. It has gone so far that I have already submitted a complaint with the BBB.Avoid this dealership at all cost!!!!

Watertown Ford is the one dealership that stands out with really excellent service and professionalism. We purchased a used Explorer last year, and leased a Taurus this year. And both experiences have been extremely pleasant. Pre- and post-sales service are delightful, there is transparency in the process, any problems are taken care of. It was my first Ford vehicle, I used to buy NEW GM cars, but since Pontiac was retired from GM I started looking around. I went to see this dealership because it was near when I work and also because a used Ford Escape Hybrid was available. When I got into the dealingship Paul came to see me and was very nice and not at all agressive like at other places I went to. We discussed what i wanted and what i was looking for. I looked and drove the Ford Escape Hybrid, we negotiated the price and I bought it. Paul called me after the first week or so to ask me how the car was, and so far I'm very pleased... I may turn out to be a Ford buyer from now on.

Entering Watertown Ford was pleasant and inviting. I instantly met Gerry and told him that I was in the market for an 2010 F-150. He was extremely friendly and showed me all my options including a test drive. Even though the dealership did not have truck in their inventory, Gerry and Mike both helped me find exactly what I was looking for at other nearby dealerships. They found the truck and we negotiated a very reasonable price. They were also very informative and helpful regarding financing options. We weren't swarmed by salesmen when we walked through the lot. We had called and requested information about a car in a Watertown Ford ad. We spoke to D.J. and followed and went to Wat. Ford. D.J. did everything in his power to make the purchase of a new Focus as painless as possible. He made sure everything was done for us. All we had to do was write the check. The next day the car was ready. My son had even lost his registration and we were told "no problem, we'll take care of it." They did! He and Mr. O'Brien and (I'm sorry I can't remember his name)the fellow who did the $ part of the deal who didn't pressure us to buy an extended warranty, but we did so anyway. We've purchased many cars over the years, and I have to say this was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. I have already praised this dealership to others. Hi,First of all, I think Ford vans are great and the best value dollar for dollar of any vehicle. I have bought many of them, five in the past 18 months alone. Our 10 vans are used in our public service program and are driven by college students. Safety is my primary concern and I feel the vans are very safe or else I wouldn't even consider them. Just this week, one of the drivers was involved in an accident and severely damaged the other car, with little real damage to ours. The other driver commented on how strong the van must be to come out of the accident in such relatively good shape. (No one was injured in any way, which is the important thing) Neal is very honest and trustworthy and will make every effort to help you. When Neal's unavailable, the other staff members gladly chip in to answer any questions. Whatever the problem is, they will do their best.The dealership has a pleasant atmosphere.

We had a Lexus SUV and were thinking about getting a new Ford F150. We were shopping at BJ's in Waltham and saw the F150 that you had advertised there. It was what we were looking for. I called for a price and spoke with Bill Dahlbeck. We made an appointment to see him. He was so pleasant, helpful and answered all the questions that we had. It was the most comfortable and easiest experience that we had ever had on buying a vehicle. We have purchased from Lexus and Mercedes and did not have the smooth transition from one car to another like we did at Watertown Ford. When I picked up the truck everything was ready and had all the information that I needed explained to me. There was not one thing that was overlooked. We are planning on buying another Ford truck next year because the other one we have is almost 10 years old. Our son has a Ford and would all so like to get a newer one in the near future. My wife and I had a particularly bad experience. After visiting to inquire about the new Ford Fiesta, the Sales Manager informed us there were none in stock, but he would contact us as soon as one arrived. We never heard back from him, but saw on the Watertown Ford web site that there were 11 Ford Fiesta's in stock. Accordingly, we made a second trip only to learn from a rude and dismissive sales person that the dealer had sold the only FIesta it had. The sales person then started making derogatory remarks about other Ford dealers in the area. Based on our experience, we were appalled at 1): the lack of follow through and communication; 2) misinformation posted on the dealership web site; and 3) how rude, dismissive, and inappropriate the sales staff were when we visited the dealership for the second time.

I didn't end up buying from this dealership, but I was so pleased with their customer service and Big Al that I promised him I'd write a review. The only reason I didn't buy from them was the truck, and the truck only. I simply found a better truck at a different dealership, and Watertown Ford couldn't offer me anything equal or better. Big Al was a BIG HELP during the whole process. I've only bought once before, and I wasn't familiar with some parts of the process. He walked me through everything, including the transition to Finance. He was friendly, offered me a drink, and was polite. He was never intrusive, and gave me proper space when I needed to call friends or family with questions and advice. He wasn't at all pushy, and he was quite unlike those sharks you find at other dealerships. I would highly recommend Big Al for any customers looking for a vehicle at Watertown Ford. (Be sure to ask him for his business card!)

I had an extremely pleasant experience when I came to Watertown Ford last week. I told them what I was looking for and they delivered. Paul was extremely nice, no pressure salesman. He was friendly, professional, and patient. I thought he was going to kill me with how many times I kept asking for a better price, but he didn't; he came back every time with a smile. After we decided to buy the car, the manager Gerry came over shook my hand and congratulated me. My 3 year old son was even starting to get anxious so Paul came out with a hat for him! He LOVES his Watertown Ford hat! They gave me a great deal on my trade in and had me out of there in a timely matter. I couldn't have been happier! THEY ARE A NO HASSLE DEALERSHIP! I am a long time customer of Watertown Ford. In March of 2009 I bought a new Focus. I am completely satisfied with it. Previous to that I purchased two pre-owned Tauruses. Both were great. This March my wife and I decided to replace our Mazda CX-7. We wanted another crossover and went to Watertown Fords web site. We found an Edge SEL with All Wheel Drive. The problem was that it was out of our price range unless the folks at Watertown Ford were willing to be generous with our trade. We figured we had nothing to lose so we made an appointment to take a test drive. We loved the vehicle. My wife said there was no way the price would be affordable. I said that this dealership has worked out deals with us in the past, therefore I have the confidence we can work something out. Sure enough, through good faith bargaining with Rob and Bruce, 24 hours later we came to an agreement that both parties were comfortable with. The next night we drove away with a car we thought we could only dream of owning.

After visiting several dealerships for a new vehicle, a friend suggested we go directly to Watertown Ford. Upon arrival we were met by Peter King and Neal Santosuosso who took the time to learn about our new car needs. As we were interested in a 2010 Escape, they explained the different models and each of their amenities. They walked the lot with us several times as we considered each model. When we had narrowed our choice down to four vehicles, Neal printed a page for each vehicle which showed prices and listed all the options. Seeing everything laid out on paper made it so much easier for us to compare each vehicle and find the right one for us. The price negotiations were smooth and quick! As we waited for Neal to finalize the deal, we sat in the showroom. Every employee who passed us made a point to smile or stop and say hello. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They all seemed to get along which made for a comfortable environment. My boyfriend and I needed a bigger and better truck for our construction company asap.We had gone to Jack Madden in August and they did nothing but lure us in with a phony free vaction and then proceed to say that the truck that we wanted would cost us over 800 a month when I specifically said that I could not exceed 650. When we gave in they raised the price even more. Last sunday we decided enough was enough and we had to bite the bullet and get a new truck. I researched many trucks and Watertown Ford contacted me immediately the next day. While at the dealership they assured me I could buy it that night, and bet me a coffee that the payments would be under 600 :)..Long story short ..I got a 2010 f250 in less than 24 hours with soso credit and not much down ....way better than the truck I was looking at at Jack madden. I had just found out that my 16 year old car had a rusted sub-frame and I would need a new car sooner than I thought. After running over a tree branch and thinking that my car was falling apart right then and there I knew I couldn't wait any longer. Mike was respectful, professional, honest and very helpful. Bad weather made taking delivery a challenge and Mike bent over backwards to get the car into my hands as quickly as possible. The price was fair for a popular model and I got a very good price on a very old trade-in. The location is actually just a few minutes off the Pike and since they have two other Ford dealerships in the area their inventory is much better than their small lot would make you think. Another picky customer I know has been buying from them (and from Mike) for a number of years and recommended them to me highly - after I had already bought the car.
