If a zero was possible, that's the rating it would be. Everyone warned us of how shadey Wax is but we were optimistic. Go in with straight forward 4 requests on truck to be fixed before we negotiate final price. After millions of, "I'm trying to feed my family, I'm trying to sell you this car, I'm losing money on this." They agree to fix the 4. We finally get to a price. They say they are giving us this price where they make no money because we are both teachers. Make the money deal, go to sign papers, the sales guy backs off all 4 requests he originally agrees to. We say are you kidding you are going to back out on a deal. We storm off, manager and sales guy comes chasing after us. Again throws in our face that they are helping us out since we are teachers, servants in our community, and we say please stop with sales crap, the manager jumps back and says I take offense to that, my brother is a dead police officer. We were done there. Don't bring dead police officers into this. Completely unethical and immoral. Don't support them.

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Camaro last week from Waxahachie Autoplex. We came in with our own financing, didn't haggle on the price or the trade in amount so we thought it was going good. They didn't have to do much of anything besides print the papers from our bank for us to sign. So when we get ready to drive off the lot the sales guy Eric says, "Make sure it's in park really good before you take the key out." That should have been a red flag but everything was signed and I was driving away so I said, "ok!" Thinking that was just common sense. Until I get home and can't get the key out of the ignition. Sometimes I have to restart the car 2-3 times and jiggle the key and the gear shifter numerous times trying to get the key out. I emailed Waxahachie Autoplex and my sales guy Eric last week and have not heard anything back from them. So thank you Waxahachie Autoplex for selling me a car you knew had defectives but did not disclose to me. If I had noticed this during the test drive then I would have brought this to their attention. But I guess they figured since we didn't then I was the sucker. Don't walk into this place thinking you're going to get a honest, upfront experience. It's a typical used car lot with sneaky salesmen.

Truly the worst service I've had at any business. I bought from Used Cars but I wouldn't trust them in any department. Long, long story short(ish), I bought a car back in October and am just now getting the issues resolved, despite multiple attempts. The actual process of buying the car took four hours. They left me waiting and waiting with no explanation of why and gave me mixed up and incomplete copies of the papers I signed. The car was not ready to be picked up, it needed headrests, a cargo hider, and new windshield wipers. and they said they should have it by the next week. They kept using the same lines and it wasn't until two months later that I finally got the parts, and I only got the car a week or two before. Actually, they never gave me the windshield wipers, but I am picking my battles here. The salesman, Eric Williams, and his manager were impossible to get a hold of by email or phone. I made several unnecessary trips to the dealership due to their not telling me the car wasn't ready before our agreed upon time. I tried to cancel my GAP/CNA which the guy badgered me into (I refused it initially but he wouldn't accept no as an answer, telling me I could cancel at any time) but they ignored my written requests for over four months, causing me to be paying interest on a much higher principal. I filed a BBB complaint, but their accreditation was revoked before they responded. (A revoked BBB accreditation means they are not responding to complaints...big surprise there.) Finally, they sent in a "response" saying they had talked to me and I was satisfied, which was a complete lie, as I had not talked to them in weeks and still had several unresolved issues. I sent in more documentation and the BBB "determined that the company did not do all that it could have been reasonably been expected or been responsible to do to resolve the issue. This case is being closed and will be reflected in our files as Unresolved." I filed a complaint with the CFPB, who told me after 45 days that they could not send my complaint to the company because Waxahachie Autplex was not set up on their portal (which again means that they are not concerned with answering complaints.) I filed a complaint with the DMV and did have some luck with the Investigator I spoke with. He told me he had trouble getting them to respond to him too (he works for the agency that provides licenses for them!) but finally was able to get me in touch with a clerk, the single helpful person I have worked with here, who overnighted the refund check for my CNA and GAP. It still ended up costing me money because my lien holder won't backdate the payments (which as I said before were over 4 months late) but I am picking my battles here too. The Investigator told me that Waxahachie Autoplex has a history of violations, just dating back the two years he had records for, and had been fined for noncompliance in the past. He also discovered that the paperwork they had on file for me was missing certain sections, beyond what I was aware of. Buyer beware. You can do better.

The service department is the worst I've ever dealt with!! They have serviced my truck since I bought 2 years ago, the only ones that have touched my truck. Had an oil change done, after a couple weeks a pool of oil was under my truck. I had another mechanic look at it, as I was over 2 hours away. They said the plug was stripped, called the service dept, they said bring it in. Sat for over 3 hours and nothing was fixed properly. Jacob, the manager was extremely rude, arrogant, and non apologetic. Called his boss and told him, he said he would pay me back to get it fixed. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing, not even a phone call. I have been there to get my money back and called several times, just to get avoided. Don't use this company! They don't care about their customers, not do they fix what they damage. I would NEVER recommend them, not ever go back there!

Lot is disorganized, cluttered, service bays are blocked and filthy. Disappointed but the base facility is there they just don't take care of it. Maybe they will have a little more pride in the place after the new Ford building is finished. Need loaner cars and new service personal. They don't even answer the phone! Straight to voicemail then they don't even call you back. They have the cashier do it for them.

I bought a 2009 Ford F-150 XLT from the dealership back in April 2015 (about 9 months ago) that's had loads of pre-existing problems that they didn't tell me about when I purchased it. The A/C system was going out and I was an idiot and believed them when they told me the sound was normal when dealing with the salesperson, multiple tpms sensors were malfunctioning when I purchased the vehicle and they tried to act like there just wasn't enough air in them. Now the O2 sensor is no longer reporting (I've only put maybe 20k miles on the thing to bring it to 80k total and it shouldn't be just dead like this) as well as an intake manifold problem that they won't even fix under the warranty I have with them. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told the service plan would cover the engine/drivetrain of the vehicle, and I should only have to pay a $200 deductible and I would be able to get a rental car while I'm without my vehicle to be able to get around. Now I'm not even able to make it to my chiropractor appointment tomorrow because they didn't give me a rental car, and I'm having to pay $300 to get my truck back because they're charging me a $95 diagnostic fee that should be included in the deductible. I would not recommend this place, they lie, they cheat and they steal and will screw you over to make any money that they can.

I just got my car here recently. The sales person Darius and my parents kept bringing me cars to my job in Red Oak to see which one would fit my little family. This went on all day! Finally I found one. It needed to have a minor fix but Darius brought it to me to my job. I am so happy with the car I have. Wonderful place to go. I highly recommend.

Worst buy-in experience I ever had, not to mention any follow up service. Couldn't even get warranty work done through. Chrysler without having to file a complaint through Chrysler. Dealership wouldn't even contact Chrysler when they called. If you buy here, good luck.

Bought my truck there but when I came to pick up the vehicle the caps on the wheels were missing. Also they gave me one set of keys and the remote didn't work. I also asked about the floor mats and they said they would have them but didn't. They also forgot to put dealer tags on. They said it would be detailed out and didn't. The worst service ever and everyone involved from salesman to manager were dishonest. I would never deal with them again and recommend you don't either.

I just returned from the service center for the second time in a week. I purchased a key online and had to have it cut and programed. My first key would not program, so I had to return it and received a new key. On both occasions my Service Advisor was Ryan Bishop. Called the original person I dealt with to be told it was still on the website because it takes a few days to come down. It was shown as newly listed. I am not sure where to begin, but I just wanted to make sure that Waxahachie Ford is aware that they have an awesome sales team. We were fortunate enough to work with Casey Gonzalez. Long story short we ended up at your dealership just out of spur of the moment and left THAT night in a new 2015 Fusion. We later sent my father-in-law who purchased a new 2014 Ford and then we just had to come back to buy a THIRD vehicle for his son. Thats THREE vehicles in ONE week. WOW! If this doesnt show you how well he took care of us and how satisfied we were... I am not sure what else will. We came back to Casey, we didnt want to deal with anyone else! We really enjoyed all the hard work Casey did for us, the time he took to deal with us and all the rest. Casey really deserves a pat on the back and much more. Also, Shawn in financing did really well with us too! We are so pleased with the work that they put forth.Both guys were super easy and fun to work with, and thats to say the least. I can honestly say we will be back to purchase our next vehicles! I just wanted to thank you guys for all the effort and time that was put in to making my family happy! Two different days I scheduled appointments for an alignment. Both times, I took off work for these appointments and both times they did not have a technician available to do the alignment. They then proceeded to give me the run around both times. I was sent from one dealership service department to another to see if they had somebody available to do my alignment. After the first visit, one Service Advisor told me to contact him directly to set up another appointment, which I did, but my experience was exactly the same as the first time. Extremely frustrated after the second time, I finally left and went somewhere else. I left feeling like I would get absolutely nowhere, and would probably continue to get the runaround, even if I tried to speak with a manager. I will never understand why, when they know they have an appointment scheduled for a particular service, they either make sure they have a technician available or call the customer and let them know they will be unable to perform the service. I will never use Waxahachie Autoplex for any type of service again.

Never had better service and care than here. Loved the Enterprise staff as well as the service writers Jacob and Chuck. We are thankful for their extra mile to make sure we were happy customers.

Do not buy a car from this business. Contact me privately and I will give you the low down. Tried to pick up car that I had already paid for. Sales person was driving it to do personal things. Put over 50 miles on it. Blamed it on techs. Also put ding in door. Called them to report it. Told me they would fix door. Stalled me until the return date (lemon law) expired. Have not heard back. Drove from Las Colinas to Waxahachie twice (shame on me) and both times they led me to believe they could meet my price expectation. The second time I was told that they could not honor the internet price that was reduced by $3000 because the car was sold to another dealership that morning (how convenient) and that other dealership placed stipulations on letting them sell it that would have brought it back to the original price. Is it too much to ask to be honest up front and then try and work a deal. I would be more willing to work with them if that was the case.

I sent in a request for more information on a vehicle listing and I was promptly called by a very kind customer service agent. She told me more about the vehicle I was looking at and then set me up with an appointment to view other vehicles that might meet my needs. She knew I was driving over 200 miles in a rental car to visit the dealership. What she failed to mention was the fact that the vehicle I was initially interested in had a blown engine and did not run. The listing did not mention this and the first customer service agent to contact me did not mention this. Luring me into driving 200 miles to view a vehicle that does not run is not sound business practice.

I purchased a $13,000.00 Kia from this dealership. After I purchased it they handed me the key. This key was the type that flips out with the push of a button similar to a switchblade. It was broken and taped together with scotch tape. The "dealership manager" said they did not have another key for the car nor would they replace the broken one. He actually said that they marked the price down on the car a couple thousand dollars due do the broken key and the deal was done!! Really? He must think I am an idiot. I guess after they get your money the customer service is over. I was looking to purchase another car from this dealership but I will not now. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Customer service was good. I was eventualy happy with all three purchases. The first used truck I purchased had a bad front axle. If this had been addressed before the purchase I would have been happy with that vehicle. this dosen't reflect on the sales people but on the owners greed. they were however happy to take that truck back in exchange for a new one, wich they rolled the price of the used one back into.Again this is owner greed and not an employ decision. This made a 40,000 dollar truck right around 73,000 dollars. I like the truck and probably wont buy another for a very long time.when I do buy another vehicle, this dealership was as good as any and better than most.Never pushy or rude as so many are I guess rating thier service department will be next...

After taking a deposit on a vehicle late on Saturday, knowing we would be in to purchase the vehicle on Monday, they sold the vehicle right out from under us. That was messed up. Not only were we planning to purchase the vehicle they had taken the deposit on, but also planned on buying a second vehicle at the same time. We have bought 5 previous vehicles from Waxahachie Autoplex and they have absolutely ZERO customer loyalty. Needless to say, we will not be buying any vehicles from them in the future!!! I would recommend you take your business to a dealership that cares!!!

This is the ABSOLUTE worst dealership I have EVER worked with. They are terribly inefficient in their accounting and business office. They tool over 30 days to pay off a vehicle we traded in causing us all kinds of problems because they constantly lied about the status of the payment.After trading that vehicle at another dealership we had to go back to them and rely on them to cancel the extended warranty and GAP insurance so that we could receive a refund on the unused portion of it. Well it's been OVER 60 DAYS and they still haven't even processed the paperwork to get our refunds!!!!!!!!! I am going to request them directly but unfortunately the money will go to the dealership and I will have to wait on them to cut me a check for the proceeds. Wonder how long that's going to take!?!?!?I've filed a complaint with Ford and am in the process of filing with the BBB. I would STRONGLY recommend you DO NOT do business with this shady bunch!

Purchased a used car in April of 2012 and negotiated for the repair or replacement of several items (repair headliner, repair/replace console, repair small chips & cracks in the windshield, replace gas strut on lift gate, chassis/steering lube replace cracked dash). These items were listed on a due bill. We bought the car at the end of the day and were told that we would be called when the replacement dash came in to arrange returning the car for completion of the items on the due bill. We were told that a loaner would be provided.After approximately 2 weeks later I spoke with someone in parts and was told the parts had not been ordered. During this 2 week period I would call the original salesman everyday or so. When I spoke to him he never had any information and when I didn't speak to him my requests for a call back or an update were ignored (voicemails). If I did speak to him he would assure me that he would find out the status of the parts and call me back. During this whole ordeal I think he may have called me once. Ultimately I spoke with someone in parts and a manager (Gabe?) who took some ownership of getting the part ordered and was told that I could bring the car for the items on the due bill to be completed. I was promised a loaner and this was provided. The service department replaced the cracked dash. The console was also repaired with new parts. The gas strut was replaced. The lube job was done. The due bill items with the exception of repairing the headliner and the cracks in the windshield were done and the service department was very professional and efficient. I was told that I would be contacted by the original salesman with a date & time to bring the car back for the remaining two items to be completed. This call never came. I would call when I had time, leaving voicemails, being transferred to busy numbers or just hung up on for the next several months. Ultimately my wife got involved. She was unhappy that the due bill items had not been completed and called several times a day until we were told to bring the car in for completion of the items owed. This was in December, 8 months after the purchase of the car! I dropped the car off in Waxahachie and was given a loaner. The temporary tag placed on the loaner was good for 5 days. I dropped the car off on Tuesday and was told that I would be called when it was ready. I stressed to the person that I dropped the car off to that there were 2 items to be completed on the due bill, repair of the headliner and the cracks in the windshield. They made a copy of the due bill and the items that were owed were clearly listed & legible. Monday of the following week I called to check on the car and let them know that the temporary tag on the loaner was expired. I was told to drop by the dealership for a new temporary tag. I live 45 miles away and told the person I spoke to that I could not come to Waxahachie unless my car was ready to pick up. She then told me not to worry about the temporary tag because they never check that and that she had no further information on our car (i.e. when it would be ready, had any of the work been done, etc.)At this time my wife started calling multiple times a day but was never able to speak with anyone who knew anything about the status of our car. She would leave voicemails and messages with the assurance that she would be called back. No one ever called back. Ultimately she called for the manager (?) of the used car section (this after they had our car for 2 weeks) and when she was told "...he is unavailable would you like to leave a message?" she asked for the general manager and this seemed to get some results. She was told the car had been ready since the Wednesday after we dropped it off! She asked him why no one called to let us know and he said he didn't have a good answer for that. She asked if the windshield had been repaired and the manager she spoke to stated he had no knowledge of this needing to be done in spite of it being listed on the due bill and being discussed with several people when I left the car.When she arrived to pick our car up no one knew where it was and she was directed to several different areas on their campus. Ultimately some one tracked down the manager we had been dealing with and the car was brought to where she was waiting.I guess I should say congratulations to Waxahachie Autoplex. You won!I don't have any more time or energy to devote to this.The cracks in the windshield have not been repaired and although everything else on the due bill was completed, you did not live up to the bargain we agreed upon when I bought the car. What does that make you (corporately & individually)? Your staff has been disinterested in assisting us at nearly every step of the way, that is after they had the check for the purchase of the car. There have been some bright spots and the staff in parts & service especially seemed competent, caring and capable.Certainly not worth the drive and definitely would not recommend to friends or family.There were many opportunities for me to leave a satisfied customer and you availed yourselves of none of them.By the way, I know it might be old-fashioned, but you should consider having your staff read Sewell's "Customers for Life".

I called before arriving, and the salesman was very polite on the phone. He appeared outside the door to welcome me. The salesman was on my side the entire time. I watched the salesman handle an older man who had a complaint, and the salesman was a great listener. Customer service was his #1 priority. If you want a great buying experience, ask for Scott S. Also, enjoy the popcorn!

This dealership is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I am a disabled veteran with Parkinson's disease and they took full advantage of my disability. They treated me very disrespectfully and though they knew I was eligible for Ford's X Plan which offers a reduced price for veterans, they would not give me that plan. They had me sign all paperwork they shoved in front of me and refused to give me copies of any of it. They told me they would mail it later. I have still not received my auto registration or tags and have already made my first car payment. They are most definitely crooks and very shady operators. I have been forced to open a Better Business Bureau claim to try and get what I am deserving of. I have had to involve several other offices to assist me with what is rightfully my due based on the shoddy way this dealership treated me and my business. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. You could pick any other dealership and not be treated as badly as I was treated by this group of unprofessional. BEWARE BEWARE, unless you don't care!

Dishonest and misleading sales tactics. They lied to me about a vehicle to lure me out the dealership.I live an hour away from this dealer and was looking at a used Ford F-150. The pictures on the internet were taken from a distance, and were not very clear. I called to ask about the condition of the vehicle and they told me it had one dent on the door, and that it was in otherwise great condition. I drove an hour to the dealer, only to discover that the truck was beat up very badly. It had severe dents on the hood, bumper, roof, fenders, bed and tailgate. Further, the truck had been wrecked. The previous owner had backed it into something, and the bumper had been smashed up against the body, creating all kinds of problems. Even worse, one of the tail lights was filled with a murky brown water, and the interior was filthy and still had mud on the door locks and pedals.Avoid these crooks at all costs.

I must retract my statement I made towards Waxahachie Auto Plex.They have corrected all the problems and made me a happy man again.New Nav System and a complete detail on my truck. They have done what was needed to keep a lifetime customer. Went in for an oil change and my truck came back with oil finger prints all over the outside fenders and inside the driver doors and steering wheel. Service said they would detail my truck to make it correct and 2 days later it was still not done. I picked it up and something was smeared all over the wood grain dash. Before driving it home and note the service dept was closed and my truck left outside, I had a salesperson come over and look at my nav system screen. It was completly scratched and he spit on a kleenex and wiped it off and said it was good. After his spit dried the scatches came back.I can't even keep my temper from exploding. Who is going to pay for a new nav system?

The sale lady, Rosalind is trustworthy and not afraid to answer questions or find the answer to questions she didnt know and Gabe was helpful and not FAKE-CAR MANAGER POLITE, and let her do her job. I did not know what I wanted, but am very happy with the truck they chose for me and Steve in finance was fast but answered any questions too(YES I SAID FAST).
