Good service, very thorough when servicing our F150 with over 100k miles. A bit pricier than say a quick lube, but the all point inspection and tire rotation is nice when getting an oil change. The only downside is communication can sometimes be lacking and other times is spot on. We will get our truck serviced there again .

Well I took it in for a recall and they did the work and they got the truck back to me very quickly. But as I was driving down the road I went to mash on the brakes and they had left a bunch of wires hanging down from under my dash, one which wrapped around my foot and kept me from hitting the break and being able to stop. Had I not been able to think quickly on my feet (no pun intended), I would have rear ended the car in front of me. The next day I got the flu and I haven’t been able to take the truck back to get it fixed yet. I’m sure they will take care of it but it should not have happened in the first place.

Joe worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and, my wife was so impressed she picked one the very next day. John really new how to explain the numbers and, work a great deal. Andy White was my Service Advisor. He was quick, attentive and diagnosed my issue right away. He determined it was a recall issue. He asked when the last service was done on my car and accepted when I told him I have a mechanic in the family that cares for all our cars. He seemed to care and was not pushy about a service interval. He gave me his card and pointed out his cell phone number for me if I had any questions. I have used the Service Center at Waxahachie Dodge in the past. I will come back to this service center in the future and I would most definitely ask for Andy White.

DO NOT BUY FROM JUSTIN BOWERS!!! He doesnt do what he says he will do or follow up. He told service not to fix my car thats under warranty because of the contract i supposedly had. Had to go all the way to ford motor company to make things happen. His sales manager, sales director,or gneral manager dont seem to care about customers either i called left them voicemails to call back amd nothing. I finally get a call back from JUSTIN BOWERS saying no one cares what i have to say, nor will they deal with me. Also JUSTIN BOWERS schedules me to come in on his days off when hes supposed to help get things fixed, i missed 2 days of work because of this. The general manager twlls me to come see him but will not listen to what i have to say about it all he was trying to do was get me in another vehicle. I will never go back to that place again, and will suggest never go there to anyone!!

I came in for my 60 day inspection on my new Jeep, and was informed that several recalls had been issued for myvehicle. Was asked if I wanted to do them same day, or reschedule. I told them that since I was all ready there, please go ahead and do them. I did not like that my a/c was not left on the setting that I had it, and a couple of my other settings had been changed. I don't know why there was a need to change my settings.

There seems to be no negotiations to the process of the price of the vehicle. You tell them what monthly payments you want and that is the end of negotiations. You are then put into a room with someone that you are expected to just sign papers without time to even read the contracts you sign. Then you are taken to the vehicle photographed with it under the pretense of using it on social media, which I did not agree to being photographed nor do I want to be used for their advertisement. Maybe this is the way business is done now days but I don't like it.

The customer service representative was very polite and attentive to my needs. He walked me to the waiting area and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I asked him how long the wait would be and he said about 30 minutes. My car was ready in about 20 and he came to get me from the waiting area. The employees drove my car out and told me I was ready to go. Overall they are very polite and respectful.

We came to buy my granddaughter a car. Our only disappointment was that the first two she drove were sold by the time we got back to the showroom. You were having a busy day. But she found one she liked, salespeople were very helpful. The process look a little longer than we anticipated (3 1/2 hours) but this was her first car, and we had a lot of forms to complete to begin her credit history. We felt we got a fair deal and everyone was very helpful in making it possible.

Love the new service bay and waiting area. Service rep greeted me at the car and showed me the waiting area. The wait time for an oil change was less than 45 minutes - I was impressed! Wish there had been a sign at the old service location to tell me that it was moved to the new location. Waited there for 20 minutes before they opened only to find out I was in the wrong place. Loved the new fancy coffee machine. A bit disappointed that there was no decaf and only artificial sweeteners - no real sugar. Guess you can't be too picky. Main reason I was coming was for good service and that was accomplished!

I was expecting to have to leave my car and get a rental car because I didn't think it was going to be an easy fix. I was pleasantly surprised after about an hour I was told my car was fixed and ready to go. To add to my shock it didn't cost anything because the warranty was extended on the throttle body. I could not have asked for a nicer group of people to deal with. Even while waiting in the waiting room staff spoke and asked if we wanted something to drink. It was truly a good experience.

First off, I purchased a 2016 Mustang GT, FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP because the sales department at Waxahachie Ford took nearly 2 weeks to return my calls. Shortly after my purchase, the vehicle needed service and Waxahachie Ford is only a mile from my home, so I took a chance, and used this location strictly due to convenience. It took the shop a couple of business days for the diagnostics and to order the part (which was said to take 3-5 days to receive). Considering this is a brand new vehicle, I questioned where the vehicle would be stored and I was assured it was immobile, apart, and IN the shop. The following weekend, I drove through the parking lot of the shop and noticed my vehicle parked in high grass, dirt, and among junked vehicle parts, across a rode from the main dealership. The vehicle was unnecessarily covered in dirt, dust/rock and grime (you couldn't even tell what color it was without getting right up on it). For the vehicle get to its location, it had to have been driven off the pavement, through un-level gravel, and backed into the field. Mustangs arent exactly meant to off-road in any capacity. As disturbing, was the fact that there were clearly empty bays in the shop, open parking around the shop, and an abundance of wrecked vehicles on the paved lot. My vehicle was left completely unsecure, in an unlit, area, and open to the elements. Had the vehicle not been mid-repair, and the dash obviously still apart, I would have taken it immediately. The following business day, I visited the shop and spoke to the man who had previously assured me the vehicle was kept indoors, and he appeared to be surprised it was actually out in the corn field behind the shop. I made sure the car was moved immediately. I noticed that morning, that all of the open parking places on the lot around the shop, were filling as the employees arrived. For some reason, it was acceptable for this dealership to park a customers brand new vehicle, in an unsafe, unsecure, off-road area to make room for their employees to park on the lot? I was told this was the manager's preference. I understand if the vehicle needed to be moved from the bay to work on other vehicles, but lets not off-road in a vehicle that isnt yours and especially when you have specifically told the owner otherwise. In addition to these issues, after waiting for the part that couldnt be overnighted, I found out that they had actually ordered the wrong part for the vehicle and would indeed, have to wait again. Miraculously, it was overnighted this time. This service center treats your vehicle far worse than they want to treat their own and the message should be quite the opposite. I will never return and I will be certain to leave this review wherever possible. The centers response to my complaints was not any effort to actually solve the issue, but more so a surface deep effort to get my vehicle repaired, returned, and get me out of there before other customers hear what may be happening to their vehicles when they arent standing over them.

Our salesman, Martino Gonzales, was wonderful. We were able to quickly and efficiently negotiate what we felt was a fair price. He understood that I highly value my time and treated us accordingly.Then, it went downhill quickly. The finance rep, Chris Lewis was openly angry that we had not secured financing through him. We had secured financing through our credit union, EECU. He refused to process the paperwork through EECU, although EECU had told us that they had a "preferred dealer" relationship. Chris Lewis did not record our $10000. down payment on the purchase agreement. This lead to days of infuriating back and forth emails to correct the problem. Waxahachie Ford admitted the error, and that Chris Lewis definitely should have done the processing but we were still left on our own to correct the matter. To be clear: Chris Lewis was openly hostile and told us the reason for his hostility was not securing financing through him. He therefore couldn't be bothered to process our paperwork.

I bought a used car, a Chevy Equinox. I made an appointment, but couldn't remember if it was with Ford, Nissan, or Dodge. I went to the wrong service area when arriving, but was directed to the correct one. I only had to wait a few minutes for someone to take my information. The wait was somewhat long, but I enjoyed some latte while waiting. I thought that my car would be vacuumed, but that didn't happen. I never received a detail of the vehicle after purchasing so a vacuum would have been welcomed. It was great service though, and considering that I have two years of free maintenance.. I can't complain.

We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Waxahachie Ford and are very satisfied with the experience. The salesman was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Best of all, NO PRESSURE. The vehicle needed a couple minor issues addressed before I could take delivery. The salesman arranged to have those items resolved, then delivered the vehicle to my home, saving me a trip back to the dealer. Nice touch!The next day, we noticed the detailer had missed a small area of carpet (significant stain) under one of the seats. I called the salesman, who arranged immediately to make it right. The only knock (and only a slight one is that the dealership is rather difficult to get to. Access is almost a pain, depending from which direction you are coming. Also, the facilities, while adequate, are definitely in need of an update. We came into the deal with our own financing, so did not interact with their finance folks. Overall, definitely recommend Waxahachie Ford to anyone looking to buy a used car.

We were treated very well at this dealership. When it was found that there was tint on the inside of the windshield and shouldn't have been, the dealership took care of that for us without hesitation. The only complaint I have is that there was and still is a tire light on when we bought the vehicle and we were told it would go off in 50 miles. It didn't and when I asked again, I was told it must just be the sensor. I later noticed that there is one brand new tire on the vehicle and the others were older. I don't know why I didn't noticed that before. Anyone knows that you change out 2 tires at once, not one. Considering this dealership put 20,000 miles on it after the previous owner and only owner, that should have been something the dealership took care of before selling the vehicle and not an extra expense I should have to add to it. Maybe when the light didn't go off, someone besides me should have figured that out at the Ford shop. We do love this vehicle and the gas mileage is awesome!

They do the bare min to get by and typically need to take truck back 2-3 times for same service to get it done right. Only reason I continue to go is because they are close and really only option. In the past I have not been pleased at all with the service department. I have a 2012 Ford Edge and was a little frustrated that the brakes were having this issue. The service manager that I talked to could tell I was frustrated and was able to tell me over the phone what he thought it was...and he was right. The repair took longer than expected but I was provided a rental car, and considering I am by myself it is appreciated. I have had great service when dealing with this service manager. My only complaint is that if you are told your car will be ready on a certain day that it would be nice to get a call if it will be delayed because it is very difficult to get through to the service department. I have to say that a man from church has told me horror stories about his service here that it had me really concerned but the last two service experiences is giving me a different opinion. Every car problem is frustrating, especially when you are on your own, so it's been nice to have him do what he said he would.

I'm a new customer and feel like I matter when I come in.On a less than cheerful note, I was in the used car office when two of what appeared to be "experienced" sales staff members got into a physical altercation. I was unimpressed. I work in customer service and sales and to have these guys go at it inside the sales office and in front of customers is very unprofessional. "f" bombs were thrown out, shoving and etc. I was disappointed and glad my wife stayed home.

I purchased a 2016 F350 Lariat DRW. LET ME STATE THIS CLEARLY ---- BECAUSE OF THE EFFORTS OF JUSTIN BOWERS.....THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A DEALERSHIP IN 30 YEARS!!!! The last time I had a great experience buying a car was in 1986 when I bought a new 1986 Chrysler 5th Avenue. On a scale from 0 to 10, our experience with Justin was roughly about 500.I had been to 9 other dealerships (Dodge and Ford) over the past 3 days (including the Dodge dealership across the lot from Ford at WAP) with less than stellar results. I had financing already arranged and had a draft in hand. I was ready to buy when I found "the deal." Most places I could not get anyone to speak with me. At WAP, the Dodge dealer and I were too far apart on the Ram 3500 that I test drove and I did not feel that the sales rep really cared if I bought or not (he was working with me and another couple simultaneously so I never felt that I had his undivided attention). When I got up to leave, he gave me Justin Bowers' name at the Ford dealer across the lot.From the moment that I came into contact with Justin, he treated my wife and I like we were the only people that mattered to him and I enjoyed his undivided attention during the entire process (and beyond). He listened to what my needs were; knew just where to take me on the lot to see what was in stock; literally moved several vehicles that were in front of the one I wanted to test drive; patiently answered all of our questions; but, most importantly, listened when I stated (up front) what my budget was and what I wanted to afford. He got me much more for my trade than ANY of the other dealers had done and I received an EXCELLENT deal on the cost of the 2016. He also personally arranged for a bed liner to be sprayed in and arranged for my 5th wheel hitch to be transferred from my old truck to the new one. As we were the last customer for the day on a Saturday, he was not able to get the vehicle detailed but personally insured that it was taken care of the following Monday when the dealership reopened. He also arranged for a loaner truck for my wife to drive while ours was being made ready for us. This was totally unexpected but now I clearly understand how Justin has EARNED the many sales awards that I saw displayed at his desk area. To say that he went ABOVE AND BEYOND is a GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! I have been a human resources director and executive for more than 35 years and Justin is ONE of the THREE BEST customer service oriented employees that I have EVER seen. What he exhibits to customers cannot be taught; it is an internal gift. My wife and I were both unequivocally impressed with every aspect of Justin. He took the time to get the new vehicle prepared for me to drive home that Saturday evening and stayed with us through the whole process.I could go on at length about how truly well we were treated by Justin Bowers, but there is not near enough room in this block. Suffice it to say that I MOST STRONGLY encourage the dealership upper management to ACTIVELY COURT Justin staying with you. From this point, ANYTIME a friend, family member, or I need a vehicle; I am going to Justin (wherever he is at). In my current workplace, I don't know that I could find a place for Justin's skills and talents, but; if I ever do find a place, I will hire him away from you in a nano second!On the back end of the process, the Finance Manager, Gary was equally as helpful and informative. He processed all the requisite paperwork expeditiously while devoting time to explaining about extended warranties in response to our questions. As each time I've dealt with the dealership weather its sales or service or any other dept I received excellent service and was treated like I was just as an important customer having my cheap 2015 Ford Fiesta being serviced at no cost to me being that it's included in the initial purchase, as the person next to me who may have been millionaires that just purchased the most expensive vehicle there. It consistently amazes me how that is done and also that the ones who I've dealt with seem to always remember you. For such a large dealership it's definitely something unexpected but such a great feeling. My one complaint would be how long it took to get the 10k service and a wash done. We were there over two hours. But I definitely understand and hoping that once the new building is complete it will help cut wait times down.

Mr. Lemley was very helpful in purchasing the car. He made sure that I got an appointment to replace the cracked windshield and even set it up so that I could have a loaner car while it was being done. He also checked in with me periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was a great salesperson! I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge. We did have to wait a very long time to speak to the financial guy. We were there all morning and most of the afternoon. That would be my only complaint is the wait time for the financial side.

I went to meet my boyfriend who had just had his oil changed and tires rotated and he claimed thaey weren't that busy so I went to get the same done on my car. I don't know if I wasnt clear but I ended up only with an oil change. I actually left my car there to be assesed for whatever it might need while we went on an errand. I had left my phone in the other vehicle and didn't get the call they were trying to inform me of something else it needed and needed my approval, it was close to closing time, so when I arrived to get my car, only the oil had been changed. I just paid for the services and left.

There was a rocky start to this particular service. The work order did not get placed timely and several days went by before it was straightened out. While frustrating at the beginning of the process, the service staff, especially Jacob, stepped in to manage the process in the most expeditious manner. The end results: the work was completed within 24 hours of rectifying the problem, they were extremely apologetic that the situation had occurred and the vehicle was returned to me with all the needed repairs completed. Once again, they stepped forward and went the "extra mile" to ensure that I was a happy and satisfied customer. And, they succeeded. The service department at Waxahachie Ford keeps me coming back with all three of my Ford vehicles!!

I had over $600 worth of work done to my vehicle. The service advisor was very polite and upfront about the wait time. I mentioned to him that I was getting maintenance done before doing a big road trip for vacation. He assured me that the techs will do a thorough inspection so I'll have that confidence that my vehicle will handle it. After I gave him a list of services I needed done to my vehicle, he informed me of the wait time and the amount of vehicles ahead of me. Barring any incident or unexpected maintenance, my vehicle would have been completed by COB. But, the tech did find a transmission leak around the seal which caused me to leave my vehicle overnight. Although I was disappointed that no comp car or rentals were available, I was happy that the leak was found very early and repaired. I've found that the service department is very professional and some know my vehicle when I bring it in for service.

Initially we were told to ask for Bobby... Bobby was busy so Cody came over and assisted us. We viewed many different trucks around the range I was looking for, but none enticed me. I told him I have a gut feeling I am missing something so we went inside to look at the inventory database. He found a Chevy Avalanche 2009 right in the range I liked. He pulled it to the front for a test drive, and bam. I found my next vehicle. They were even able to get the monthly range I wanted as well. I had gone to 2 other dealers beforehand and I felt I was just being taken advantage of instead of being helped. Cody was very helpful and relate-able. Hope to see him there down the road when I am looking for another vehicle.

I went to get routine maintenance (oil change, toes balanced, etc.), and Jacob read awesome! He was very professional, courteous, and treated me like an educated woman. I've been to other places where I've been talked down to, because they thought I had no idea about cars. In fact, they tried to sell me on a service that didn't even pertain to the type of engine I had. ..I was furious! Jacob, on the other hand, explained the options I had worth a timetable on when it would be a good time to do them. I loved that...it was my decision. ..not forced on me! I will definitely have my car serviced there!

I've always wanted another mustang, my 1st and only was in 1969. I explained to Daniel what I wanted and could afford and he showed me the perfect car. I was In and out in less than 2 hours, everything was very smooth. The car is a blast to drive, good gas mileage, plus it looks cool. As always, the Service Dept at Waxahachie Ford did an excellent job in managing the service needs for my Explorer. While it went in for just an oil change, the Explorer was very close to its 60K mile service needs and Nick made it a point to explain what those services needed to be. The additional services were performed while it was there which saved me from having to take it back in at another time. They were able to service the Explorer and then still have time to service my Edge as well, all on the same day. Thanks again to all the friendly and helpful service guys who take such good care of my two Fords.

purchased a 2015 Escape in November. Once I got it home, I discovered that a space marked as a USB plug inside the console was missing the port completely. I saw my salesman, who assured me that it would be taken care of. Before I could find the time to bring the car in, some plastic cover that hides the legs of the back seat to the floor board, simply broke off. Then, when using the handle inside the tailgate to close the hatch, the handle pulled loose and a screw came out. I brought the car in for an oil change, and reported all these problems to the service writer. He took pictures of these issues, and told me that he would have to send the pictures to somebody, and I would here back from him when he heard from whomever it was that he sent the pictures to. I still have not heard a work, and we are talking about close to a month since this has occurred. I am dissatisfied with this service, and would like these repairs to be made under warranty, immediately. I don't understand what a picture is going to prove, nor do I understand the delay. This is my first Ford in a long time, and I'm very frustrated with this process to get my car to the shape it should have been in to begin with.

There was a slight miscommunication, but the gentlemen there reassured me a free oil change for all the confusion. It is greatly appreciate, especially being that I have to drive to Dallas to work and financially unable to deal with the financial repercussions of this miscommunication. Randall Noe - Ford where I had bought the car said I could go to any Ford dealership for service and they'd have access to my records showing when I came in, but I found out that they don't have joint communication of my records, which lead to a lot of the miscommunication. Went back for our first oil change. We bought a new Escape in early March. A week earlier we had received a postcard from the dealership that gave us a FREE oil change as a "gift" in appreciation for our purchase. We have received "gifts" from companies before and they can become a means of getting you into the dealership so they can sell you additional services or products. Since I am now retired, I have more time to " argue" the ethics of these promotions and fully expected the service department at Waxahachie Ford to someway attempt to charge me something for this gift. I was flabbergasted when I got my copy of the invoice and found that I had indeed gotten a gift without any strings attached.In my 42 years of dealing with those who provide auto service this may have been a first. Thank you for the wonderful surprise. I will not hesitate to return.

I came in with an known TCM issue. My car would not start at random times due to a parking aid error. This left me stranded multiple times before bringing it in. When I did finally bring it in they told me to make an appointment and I did for the following week (first available). I was not happy about that but it is what it is. When I went to leave however my car would not start and I was stranded. I went back in to the service desk and explained this. They had someone go out right away to test it and confirm it was the TCM. Two or three days later I was back in my car, and they even offered to have someone pick me up although it was not necessary. It was crucial I get it back soon because I started a new job the following Monday. When I picked up the car it was cleaned and the man who assisted me wished me good luck at my new job Monday. I felt like they actually made a point to know me and my car issue and show that I as a customer mattered. That is the only reason I took the time to complete this survey. Thanks Again!

I have a 2014 F150 I bought at your dealership in Feb. As the weather turned warmer I turned on the air conditioner and got hot air. I called the service dept. & set an appointment that was at a convenient time for me. Jacob Street took a quick look & found a suspicious wet spot & turned it over to the mechanic. It was a hole in the condenser line & was replaced. Jacob asked if there was anything else & gave me a card with his cell phone on it. You cannot beat that for professionalism, courtesy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my 69 years & had many problems with some of them and never as happy when I left a service department as I was last week when I left Waxahachie Ford.

The Salesman and Sales Manager at the used car Division, that's another story. I had the car in 3 times, and all they wanted to do was look at the car, and tell me repeatedly there was nothing wrong. I will never again deal with Danny Bledsoe or Scott. Very unsatisfied with them on a problem that existed from the time I test drove the vehicle and let them know there was a problem

The sales team took care of me every step of the way when I purchased my 2014 Focus ST. Not once did I feel like I was being sold, they just presented the numbers and the information needed to make my own decision. Another plus for them was the very next day about 30 miles away from the dealer the vehicle had a factory issue with a hose and instead of having to take the vehicle all the way back to the dealership, they had someone come to my work, leave me a car and get mine in to service as quick as possible. I didn't even get a chance to drive the loaner vehicle! Most people would say the vehicle having a problem the very next day is a big deal, but I know this car and it was a common problem that is easily resolved. It was a Ford Issue, not a Waxahachie Ford issue, but Waxahachie Ford made sure to make things right.
