Can’t say enough great things about this dealership. They are sincere, fair, and play no games. We came from another Subaru dealership in Union (do not go there) and got a fair deal on a forester for less than we would have paid on a crosstrek in Union. John was incredible and made everything so easy. We sincerely appreciate the integrity of this dealership and highly recommend checking them out.

I have to tell you. From the moment I walked in the door at Wayne Subaru, I was treated like royalty. I had just canceled a purchase from a competitor, Ramsey Subaru, where I was treated just the opposite. Thank God that deal went South or else I would’ve never met John, from Wayne Subaru. What a “GEM” he is.. A true professional sales rep !! He actually ended up apologizing to me, for that “other dealers” scam job. At that moment I knew I was in the best of hands. John also made me feel like I was being treated professionally.. I would recommend WAYNE SUBARU to ALL !!! Then I met the Manager, Mark, and onto finance with Dave. Every person and every step of the way was Awesome!! Please, Don’t waste your time going to Ramsey Subaru.. Wayne Subaru blows them out of the water. Thank you all and, Yes, I will be back someday !!! For sure. 👍😁

If I had known about this place when I started shopping for a new car I wouldn't have bothered going anywhere else. I stopped here basically because I was passing by and I have never owned a Subaru and wanted to see what they were all about. Long story short I left with a new Forester a few hours later. I have bought nine new cars over time at various dealers and this was hands down the best buying experience of all of them. The salesman (John) patiently answered my endless stream of questions with precise useful information. He went through the available inventory one by one on the computer explaining what features were available on each car and what my choices were. I actually felt like he was there to help me find the car I wanted to buy rather than simply sell me something on the lot. When it came time to do the paperwork, the deal we had agreed on was exactly what was shown on the financial documents (this is a first in my experience. With the other eight purchases I've always found something wrong with the calculations and hence the payment, not so in this case. All the numbers were spot on.) The customer care experience following the purchase has also been really helpful, including an instructional session before you leave to show how to work everything and get all of the personalized settings set up correctly. All in all a breath of fresh air in comparison to all of the car dealers I've been to. Wayne Subaru raises the bar on what the car buying experience should be.

I stopped in to Wayne Subaru to see about the new Ascent. They had none available, but they did have a used 2018 Honda Odyssey there which was a fit - we were looking for an 8-seater. It ended up being a great option for us, nearly pristine condition, all that we could’ve asked for. John was fantastic throughout the whole process, very knowledgeable despite it not being one of their fleet. The entire staff at Wayne Subaru was top-notch and helpful. Would/will we go there again when we’re in the market for another car? Wayne Subaru will probably be our very first stop. Couldn’t be happier with how it worked out. Thank you all for everything!

There are a few things I am looking for with any business relationship. First is the best value and the rest have to do with integrity and quality. The people I dealt with at every level of the deal were not only people of integrity they were just flat out nice people that knew their particular job extremely. For me, I have to be able to trust a person’s word and their actions have to line up with their word. Highly recommend Wayne Subaru to anyone looking for the above!
