Thank you Kam, Ray, and Ace for making the purchase of the BMW 750i a pleasurable experience. Give Webster Auto Sales a chance to earn your business. At the time of purchase there was no pressure to buy from their end. From my end I traveled close to 1000 miles to their dealership, and they fully accommodated all my requests without any problems. I had a surprise independent inspector come and inspect the vehicle for me without any problems before I purchased the car. These guys are honest, and willing to back up everything they say with proof, such as receipts for repairs. Prices are some of the lowest in the country, and you get more car with options than you pay for! If you have a problem with something I suggest you call, or visit them first and let them resolve the issue for you. Kam is a very reasonable man, and will stand by his word 100% of the time. He backs his word by putting everything in writing. I purchased this car in July of 2013, and I have not had any issues with this car to date. Thank you again guys for the no hassle, pleasurable buying experience, and I look forward to purchasing from Webster Auto Sales in Somerville, MA again!

On 8-3-10 I purchased a car from Webster Auto Sales in Somerville, MA. Because I was out of state, I first had the vehicle checked out by a local Ford dealership. They found two critical issues: the brakes and the windshield. I told Webster that these items must be repaired before completion of the sale. A couple of days later, Webster assured me that the repairs were made. A week later the vehicle arrived via transport truck. I immediately smelled burning brakes, and noticed that the windshield was very cloudy. I promptly called Webster and was assured that they had repaired both the brakes and the windshield. Because it was obvious that the repairs had NOT been made, I decided that it would be wise to document everything. Over the next six months I made numerous attempts to fairly settle this issue with Webster's general manager, but to no avail. If you are considering buying a vehicle from them, you should make sure all is well before completing the purchase.

I was referred to WEBSTER AUTO by my brother in law who purchased 2 cars from Ray. I was told their service was great and I had my doubts for used car dealerships until I walked in and sat down with Ray. I was blown away with what those guys Pulled off. My credit was not all so great but with $2000 down they were able to get me financed for the Saab. I have been searching for. I was extremely satisfied with the payments Ace (finance manager) got for me !
