Christopher Joseph was exceptional in helping us with the purchase of our new Tundra. I told him what I was looking for. He was able to find the exact truck for us. This dealership has always treated us like family but today they went above and beyond. I made a simple request prior to our arrival and it was taken care of by the time we arrived. Jack Peck was awesome. Super friendly! I told him what I wanted and he found me a great car fully loaded. I went there on my lunch break and bought the car and made it back on time. Everything was transparent. No hidden bs, they didn't try to pull a fast one like most sales people do. If you're in the market to buy a new car, I strongly suggest you go talk to Jack Peck! This is the second time in a year and a half (almost two years) that I have visited WCT to purchase a new car. Chris Joeseph , and Matt in Fianance were very profeesional in their help in trying to find me a car suitable for me. Majority of Pre Approval was done via the phone. Chris had 2 Vehicles to show me to fit my budget ,via Matt;s great help. I picked out the '14 Red Camary. But I did test drive both shown to me. Chris did the leg work. While Matt worked tirelessly to find the best % rate possible.. The story ends with me having a new vehicle.And I will refer anyone I know to this dealership without haste. Update-while my initial experience with the Service Dept rep was not good, by the time my car was ready for pick up a few days later, the experience was improved upon by the Service Dept Manager Joe. He was apologetic for the miscommunication from his Service Dept rep and was very involved in resolving the communication issues and facilitating timely repair of my car. Joe's help was greatly appreciated. I have upgraded my review as the customer service provided by Joe hopefully better represents the overall customer service of the Dept than my first point of contact.Initial review-Dropped off my car on Thurs for a repair. Wasn't done on Fri and was told mechanic would be available to continue working on the car on Sun. When the Service Dept was called on Sunday to check the status of the car, was told that they had no time to work on it on Sunday. So why did they tell me they would finish the car on Sunday.

I stopped in to look at their pre owned inventory. I had just been in a car accident and had money burning a hole in my pocket. (Almost literally, but the insurance check had just been deposited.) I roamed around on the lot with my daughter for around 15 or 20 minutes and while no one likes being pounced on, not one person came to greet me. As I was leaving, I stopped an employee that appeared to be a sales person. Let him know what I was looking for. Told him my timeline (within a week or so, sooner if the right car popped up.) Gave him my business card and asked him to follow up with me........Never heard from him. I had been driving a Camry, which frankly I credit for saving my life in the car accident. I was a stone cold buyer. I was planning on buying another. Just a little effort would have probably sold me a car. Having worked in sales my entire life, I just find this lack of follow up unacceptable. I know that Wesley Chapel Toyota sells lots of cars, but every customer should be taken seriously.

Well today was the day , Got up this AM and got on the internet and checked all the dealers in the Wesley Chapel area , My main interest being Hondas and Toyotas . Jack Peck responded right away reference the Toyota Corolla I was interested in . Told me to come down and see him which I did . He showed me the cars and I picked the silver with the black trim . We took it for a spin around the area and I was OK to go forward with a purchase . I really like Toyotas as I sold you my ex vehicle which was a toyota with close to 179,000 miles on it . The paperwork took the longest time but being that I was paying Cash everything was quick and smooth . Total time was less than 5 hours for everything including parking my new car at home .

I arrived a little later than my appointment time. The dealership was getting ready to close but I was still greeted with a friendly hello and welcome by Andy. He went right to work on helping me find the car I had seen online and got the keys so that I could go for a test drive. My salesman, Andy, listened to me and helped me narrow down my choice then worked with me over about a week to find just the right car at the right price for me. Unlike other salespeople I visited he was never condescending or dismissive and I never felt pressured. He went out of his way to address all of my concerns and questions no matter how big or small. I just bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I went there based on my brother's recommendation since he recently bought his Camry at this dealership. I was a little bit hesitant because I have a different Toyota dealership closer, but my brother insisted to go there and he said that I wouldn't regret it. When we got there Patrick Lynch immediately approached us without being too pushy. Patrick took the time to give me all of my options and was very patient. I went in expecting to purchase a certified used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range, but I ended up getting a brand new car that I love. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota. It was worth the drive to get there. I will definitely keep doing business with this company from my oil changes (yes, I am driving all the way there) to getting a new car, when needed. I didn't expect to be buying a new car today! I had just started researching and looking around, planning to take a few months to look around. Mike helped made the decision so easy! He spent time getting to know me, my preferences, and definitely helped me find the right new car that fit my lifestyle. He was fantastic in taking as much time as I wanted in the test drive and showing me all the features of the car. My time was very tight that day, and Mike took care of all the preparing all the paperwork while I was in other appointments, and then he went way above and beyond by transferring everything from my Sienna to the new Rav 4 while I was completing the paperwork. I returned a couple days later when I had time, and Mike made sure all apps and settings were set up to my preferences. I believe this was my 11 th car purchase and it was easily the best and most straightforward at a dealership. Jack Peck at Wesley Chapel was excellent to work with. We purchased a car for my son who is a college senior- he went in and drove the car and got the initial numbers. Jack was very patient and explained the numbers to him, then he accommodated me by "texting" me back and forth with the details and possible options. Everything was done when we got there, there no surprises and no talking to us like we were unintelligent. . When we went in to pick up the vehicle and sign papers we were out in less than an hour. My son has a car he loves , with 4 years of free maintenance - and we don't have to worry he will be stranded somewhere. Excellent service excellent dealership ( Kelly Heflin was amazing also) . We know we are going to pay for a car and it isn't going to be free - all I was looking for was someone to be honest and straightforward . It is appreciated . He did not play any sales games with me and he alone addressed my questions about the cost of the car. I did not have to meet with various people to bicker over costs. I looked at the 2016 Prius in the afternoon and then came back that evening to buy it. It truly only took a few hours from when I arrived, left, and returned to buy the car. Great people and attention to customer needs, great service and facilities. Sales employee took the time to listen to my requirements and delivered the car on time. Great Toyota cars (Camry) with latest technologies and safety features (very pleased with the 2017 selection). Excellent lease program, good pricing and care/maintenance service (for free). All in all, a great experience and won't change Toyota Wesley Chapel for any other dealership. Jack did a fantastic job.

As a single mother it can be intimidating to buy a car. I felt the staff were very honest and kind in dealing with the car buying experience. Jack, my sales representative, seemed to really care about getting a car that would fit my needs as well as my tight budget. As an internet shopper, I selected the cars I wanted to look at and Jack had both pulled to the front of the dealership waiting when I arrived. I appreciate all he did as I am not the most patient person (hence internet shopping).

Bought a brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla from Wesley Chapel Toyota! Their customer service is awesome! Jack Peck was my Sales Rep, he was very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to it color I wanted and all. He was wonderful with my 8 year old nephew took him to the playroom, checked on him and even got him a charger to continue playing on my tablet while we finished up. No pressure at all, gave me a great deal on my trade and great deal on my new Corolla, they went above and beyond to make the deal work for me. Jack took time to set up my Bluetooth connection and how to work all the features. Kelly in Finance was amazing too, she called me a few days after I bought my car to tell me she was able to reduce my monthly payment. Michelle from Service met with me and set up my first service appointment and went over the extras that I could add. I drove from Tampa because a friend told me that their service was great, I was not disappointed will definitely buy my next car from them.

I've been to three different Toyota dealerships looking for the exact 4Runner I wanted. Both the previous tried the old bait and switch telling me they had what I wanted only to try and sell me on a totally different vehicle. Wesley chapel ford has a huge inventory, a great lot and location, and respectful sales persons. I didn't felt like I was being treated like an idiot like I have with all the car shopping I've been doing the past two weeks.

I have always been a fan of Toyota vehicles. I just have not been a fan of Toyota dealerships. I have bought two vehicles from my local Toyota dealership. Worst buying experience I have had. I had a Corolla and was really missing trucks as I have always had trucks. I had owned a 2005 Tacoma that I loved and after getting my vehicle serviced at my local Toyota dealership I cruised the parking lot falling in love with the new Tacoma's. I had mentioned this to a friend who told me that I needed to call Terry Stanford and check out Wesley Chapel Toyota. It was about an hour drive for me, but the experience was well worth the drive. Terry was very upfront and honest with me about everything. He explained all the options and if he didn't know he went and asked. We went through all the financing options and everything. So that when the time came to making a decision I had a good understanding of exactly what I was getting. Terry went out of his was to help. My personal experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota was pretty phenomenal. I cannot recall a more genuine reception from a staff; from the person that greets you when you walk in the door to the sales person, to the sales manager, to the finance person. Everyone was exceptional and made you feel at home without any pressure. My sale person, Luis Delgado, was a class act! I actually walked on the lot nearly a month or two before finally making a purchase. During that process Lui never hounded me or pressured me with constant calls, and for me that was one of the reasons I gladly came back when I did speak to him again and he simply said please just pop in one last time before your final decision. That final stop it proved to be the time when I realized WCT was serious about earning my business. They matched every thing any other dealer offered and more. In fact, we ended up getting a higher level 2016 highlander for not much more than we would have paid for a lower trim model elsewhere. What car buying should be. The other Toyota dealers in Tampa could learn a lot from them. The minor issue we had was it took longer than we thought it should but in the salesman's defense he was dealing with another customer who came in before us.

Let me start by stating that my wife and I went to five dealerships before coming to Toyota. I assumed that it would be difficult to afford a Toyota due to there reputation of reliability. I was wrong. As I said I went through the process five times before, So we also had the experience with the pushy dealers. This was not the case with Luis Delgado. I told him what we wanted and was able to show us a great car for our family. He was not pushy at all, listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell us something we did not want or out of my price range. despite our trade in value. I was able to stay at my same payment but get into new a car, four years newer with warranties.

I was very impressed with the customer service from Wesley Chapel Toyota. It was a very non stressful atmosphere and they didn't try to push me to finance through them after I told them I wanted to use my bank which was USAA. Lynn the Sales Manager was extremely helpful because I wanted a particular 4Runner and I live two hours away so she held the vehicle for me till the next day. She even had the 4Runner detailed and text me pictures after they were done detailing it. When I went on my test drive With Jack he was a very sincere person and took the time to show me how all the electrical components worked. When I met Kelly in the finance department to make my deposit and for her to look up my electronic check from my bank, she was very fast and everything went smooth. The life time warranty they offer is a great deal.

My daughter and I went to Toyota to buy a used car. It was to be a college graduation gift. I won't go into the whole long story, but our salesman, Ross McDonald, had tremendous patience. We ended up having to take the original car we bought back, and had to get another. Ross took us through both the first and second purchases and the return of the first car. He didn't rush us and stayed(even though he was supposed to have gone home hours before) until the completion. Outstanding salesman!

Seriously the WORST customer service experience I have EVER dealt with on multiple occasions. I bought my 2013 Toyota RAV4 from them and had my included service done with them the first year and that's where the service stops. Once, I brought my car in for maintenance (read: oil change/tire rotation), I had an appointment, and was told that it would be about 1-2 hours before they even got to my car because they were so busy. I told them about the appointment and they said they had so many walk in without appointments that they were behind. So I have an appointment, but others, who don't, get service first? That's a joke.Then, I brought my car in for some service - 4 trips out there and over $2500 later my car was FINALLY fixed. They "fixed" the problem the first trip out. Except it didn't fix it. Then magically there was something else wrong. Well when I came out the second time, they didn't have the parts ordered, even though they said they would have the parts ordered. Before I came out the third time I called to make sure the parts were ordered and I'm glad I did because no one had ordered parts! We kept getting "Jacob" as our service advisor, however, coincidentally when we would bring our car in, "Jacob" was never there. I am not even sure Jacob exists at this point because I have never even seen him. Why would you schedule me with a service advisor, multiple times when they aren't scheduled to be there? I did speak to Jacob on the phone once and he made promises about discounting our service the next time we were in, however when we came in, and he wasn't there once again, we found out he had made no notes about our agreement and when he was called he stated that he "could not remember what he said". Ursala, the service advisor was the only saving grace. She discounted our service and finally got the issue fixed.I thought we were done with these scamming liars and then a week later I found a charge from them on my credit card which I was never told about and definitely did not authorize. So now once again I am dealing with them and the fact that no one seems to know anything about it. It concerns me greatly that they can just charge my credit card without notifying me or receiving any type of authorization. RUN far far from here and never ever look back. Not worth it!!!

I have been going to the same dealership, (I thought) for the last 10 years to get my car serviced. I was apprehensive about buying another car from them, not because my beautiful, reliable Toyota Camry Hybrid was not a good car, but because of the previous bad experience with the finance department. I was told one thing and another happened. Service had been great all of those 10 years and the cookies and coffee was a treat when I did go get my car serviced. Little did I know the dealership had been sold shortly after I purchased my car! Dragging my heart across the floor, thinking of giving up my perfectly good car to purchase a Rav4, I was greeted by Vincent Haley. He smiled and I smiled back but I turned away slightly almost trying to run from him. I didnt want nothing to do with anyone there -- I just wanted to see the Rav4. I had not made-up my mind at that point, I was just looking and I didnt need any help doing that! He shook my hand. His hands were rough and a sign of a hard worker. Somehow we talked. Vincent was patient and listened to me. I explained my apprehensions. Vincent told me the dealership had been purchased by the Williams Family and they were different and honest and good to work for, so I gave Vincent a chance. He listened to my questions and was very kind and patient and understanding. I drove the Rav4. I wasnt convinced, and I let a couple of days pass, but I couldnt get Vincent out of my mind. I thought, if I bought a car/SUV it would have to be from him, because he was so understanding. Guess what? I did go back and order the Rav4 a few days later, and only because of Vincent.

It would be very helpful if you offered customers the option of scheduling their service online. Currently that functionality is not available to customers. The inconvenience and extra time involved in trying to use the online scheduling tool only to find out it is not operational, then having to call the service department to speak with an associate in order to schedule a service appointment is disappointing to say the least.

Very pleased with repair work done on not one but two cars this week. Air conditioning went out on my Camry and in my husbands truck this week. Wesley chapel Toyota treated us fairly and it wasn't nearly as expensive as we feared! Camry was in the mid 300s and truck was fixed for free! The Wesley Chapel Toyota service department is trying to charge me $600 to return my vehicle without repairing the problem I brought it in with. $600 for time spent trying to figure out what's wrong... Full account of events: My car started shaking while driving and all of the warning lights came on. My husband brought it to Advanced Auto Parts, and their diagnostic reading showed that my car needed a new computer. We brought it to the WC Toyota service department, and the service manager told my husband that the computers do not go bad, and it was probably just the sparks plugs, so they'd replace them for about $100. This was not the vehicle's issue. Next, the service manager said it was probably the top part of the engine, and it'd be about $500 to check it out and repair it. This also was not the vehicle's issue. Now, I'm being told I have to pay $600 to take back my vehicle with the exact same problem I brought it in with. They want to charge me $600 for checking my vehicle and returning it with the exact same problem I brought it in with.

I recently went to Wesley Chapel Toyota with the intent of buying a pre-owned car. When I arrived, the car that I had in mind was pulled up and cleaned, ready for my test drive. Despite the many questions that my father and I had, our Salesperson Harry Whitaker fielded them all, even bringing in mechanics to help us understand the condition of the car. We liked the car despite a small ant problem. Harry had the car shampooed and cleaned far beyond our expectations. Satisfied with all of the interior and exterior parts of the car, Harry gave us a great deal on the car. I drove away a happy customer. Fingers crossed, I wont be car shopping again any time soon but if I do, I know where Ill go.

First let me say I am pleasantly surprised with my experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota. I have only purchased Honda's or Acura's for the past 22 years. Everyone on staff was friendly and the dealership was beautiful. I brought 2 cars in under 30 days hassle free. Both purchases came with excellent service and attention from Amira Chaghlil. I was actually her first sale and her first "nightmare" undecided customer. I asked a million questions and wanted to see the inside of almost every car on the lot. She was patient and had a good sense of humor. She helped me narrow down my first choice. She also helped to negotiate the deal of a lifetime which is one of the reasons I didn't leave the dealership without purchasing a vehicle. That's why 2 weeks later when I had changed my mind again I knew she was the only person who would be able to help me. She came in on her day off and again helped to negotiate a deal of a lifetime on my first (2nd) Toyota purchase. I hope she is there in two years for my next purchase.

My salesman, Andy Gelfani, was a delight to deal with: I left well informed, believed what he told me and a great sense of humor.. The certified sales manager, Frank Wargo, was nice to deal with. However, he just told me what the name of the forms were that I was signing and did not go into detail as should a person in his position. I will call him next week to discuss certain items. Vince Haley was the best car dealer I have EVER met. I started my search for my new car about a month ago and after countless interactions with other dealerships and dealers, this was, by far, the best experience. I have been going to Wesley Chapel Toyota since 2013. They have the best service in town. I bought my Rav4 from Jack Peck in 2013. Jack was friendly and never pushy. He made sure I was happy. I have referred several people to Jack over the years and they all have been very happy with him too. I have all my services done at their service center. My Service Advisor is Sandi Nguyen. She is knowledgable and makes sure I understand what needs to be done and why. I follow all her recommendations which has resulted in only needed maintance done to the Rav4. Kathy always follow up with me after a service or during my visit to make sure everything went well. Kathy is always ready to correct any issues. I have not had any issues at this location. The staff here is friendly and truly want to make you happy. Make an appointment with Sandi Nguyen if you need service to your car. Go see Jack Peck if you are looking to buy a car. The place is well managed and very tidy. You are greeted by a service staff member right when you pull your car in the service bay. The process is fast and efficient and the your service man or woman that you are assigned to handles everything for you. Fast and prompt service from a simple oil change to the occasional maintenance needs of your car. I don't expect any major problems from my 2015 Toyota Corolla but it's good to know that this dealer is here and near where I work. They even have a shuttle so I don't have to wait at the dealership. Facility is welcoming with free cookies and drinks.

Went to Wesley Chapel Toyota for scheduled service on my 2013 Scion IQ. Knowing my lease was up in 3 months I was interested in the new Scion IM. Mike Brockway showed me the only IM available at the time of my visit, a beautiful Pearl White IM. I was quite content to keep my IQ but after driving the IM it was a very easy decision to inquire about turning in my IQ early and leasing the IM. Mike made the process very easy, I took the IM home to show my wife, and by the time I returned the paperwork was in progress. While I was in the finance office Mike took the car back for detailing, I finished in the finance office before the car was finished in detailing. This has never happened in all of the leases I have had. The whole experience was very smooth ,Mike was very professional and answered every question I asked honestly and accurately . When this lease is up I will be back.

I have never been lied to and manipulated by a bunch of people like I was with these guys , especially with Frank and Will... I must say they had me convinced... I tried to leave there on good terms but they reminded me that car salesmen cannot be trusted. Grant it I didn't have the best credit, but they brought me in with false advertising...mileage 13000 when it was really 18000 and a bed cover that they claimed the original owner came back and took it after hours, the entire Ad was wrong which they blamed on Marketing. They seemed sincere enough so I went along with it. The reason I revisited this was because I see that they put the truck ad back up after I decided not to pursue the purchase as they were still pricing it based on the false info that they advertised it with. I guess what bothers me the most is that there isn't a need to xxxxxxxx me, I'm as real as they come and would rather be hurt with truth then with deception, Its deception when you KNOWINGLY put the same Ad with the same exact info that brought me in, pictures and all back up after taking it down the first time I called them on the deception. They immediately blamed it on the company that photographs the cars. I am starting to think that this is a common practice to drag people in to their facility...I say this because Wil Y. didn't miss a beat in lying and covering it up! WCT when you decide to remove the Ad do so with the thought in mind that I have copied everything on the ad, as I did the first time you falsely advertised the truck ...I am still undecided whether or not I will pursue this with an attorney...False advertisement, Shooting my credit info to everyone under the sun and causing my credit score to drop over 30 points!!! This has caused depression, mental anguish, I'm stressed out now. You let me drive off with the vehicle as if I was approved and when I found out and tried to hand it back ( 2 X ) and you reassured me you resolved it! so now the truck has 19,000 miles and you are advertising it as 13000...SHAME ON YOU AND THE OWNERS OF WCT FOR ALLOWING THESE THINGS TO GO ON....

Vincent Hadley and Edwin the financial advisor were extremely helpful. They are the whole reason I made my purchase. From the minute I walked from the parking lot Vincent greeted me, but was not pushy. After going through and narrowing down what I was looking for, he was able to point me in the right direction. After spending some time with him, he got the price of the car down and a good deal for my trade in. Once we went to Edwin, he was equally as helpful and help lower my payments. Edwin also let me know after a couple of months of paying on time to come back in and they would renegotiate my interest rate. I have to say they went above and beyond.

My friend and I were looking for 2 cars to buy together and I negotiated price with the sales person Eric Riley and the General Sales Manager Hugh Palmer. My friend and I did not experience the customer service they claim to provide with big shouts on their website in the last 3 days of my experience of dealing with the top management and the sales staff. We were been hackled, Insulted and humiliated and asked to leave the dealership because the top management team could not keep their verbal and written promises given to us.We were buying 2 Toyota Corolla LE from the dealership at an agreed upon price and ready to take the delivery on 3-30-2016 evening but as usual the car dealerships are known for playing games with finance numbers and additional charges in the deal to make more profit for the staff and themselves.They insulted my friend, his wife and me and when asked to meet the Managing Director Patrick Abad of the dealership, the sales staff said he is not available (A Lie) and after 2 minutes he appeared from nowhere to ask us to leave the building and open the door for us (below his dignity) to leave.If this is the attitude and showoff continues, this dealership will surely loose the goodwill it claims to have built over the years as they have lost my friend and me, our friends, families and clients to go and buy or service their vehicles. By the way one of my referral bought 3 vehicles from your dealership and I bought 1 vehicle (From Albert White).The choice is yours, buy from a dealership who does not keep their verbal and written promises or choose the one will respect you and listen to you and keep their promises.I hope and pray Good Intellect will prevail with the management, sales, finance and support staff to respect and listen clients patiently and find the solutions to their inquiries, questions to their satisfaction and not to insult and humiliate the very clients they claim to serve as mentioned in their website.

I have never written a negative review as I prefer to resolve issues with the company directly. I am not satisfied with the service I have received from Wesley Chapel Toyota (WCT). Their behavior has been consistent over several visits. I have contacted them on several occasions via email & phone & I have been blown off. The most recent attempt to resolve these issues was with Joe a service manager & he stated THAT IF I WERE TO TAKE MY VEHICLE TO ANYWHERE BUT A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP THEY WOULD USE HARMFUL CHEMICALS & DAMAGE MY VEHICLE. I find it hard to believe that all other service locations in FL would intentionally harm a customers vehicle & wouldnt be cited/closed down by gov agencies. He was not willing to resolve anything, apologize for egregious actions, or even reason with me. He said he was ok with losing me as a customer.The reasons I am dissatisfied are:Mileage. I began to take note of the mileage on my vehicle at the time I bring it in for service &again when it is returned to me. Why is there an increase in several miles on my vehicle when it was supposed to remain at the dealership? I have taken previous vehicles for similar service at other locations, where I am able to see my vehicle throughout the entire service appointment & it is never driven farther from a parking spot to service bay & then back to a parking spot. At this dealership there is always an increase in miles. This leads me to conclude that my vehicle was driven off of the dealership without my knowledge or permission. Joes response was that when I hand over my vehicle for service they have the right to drive my vehicle off the lot.Recommended & Required Maintenance. Every time I take my vehicle to WCT I am presented with a list of recommended & required maintenance totaling to hundreds of dollars. It is interesting that I have opted out of some of these recommended maintenance options, delaying it until the next service appointment when it will be required, on the next service appointments these items never appear again as either recommended or required maintenance. Miraculously my vehicle has the ability to heal itself or the services were never needed in the first place.Non-Transparent Pricing. Every organization now has transparent prices, from grocery stores to vacation packages, why doesnt the service department of their dealership? o Their service/sales technicians always present me to Price A for the service options (which they claim is an already discounted price) & when I decline they produce discounts, coupons, etc. to bring the price down oOn this most recent service appointment I did opt for an oil change & fuel injection cleaning I was told the oil change was complementary as well as taxes, etc. I truly hope the $166.24 I paid was not for an oil change & the addition of a fuel injection cleaner, such as Lucas which costs less than $10. oAlso, I checked with other service locations in the area & their costs for fuel injection cleaning & Induction service costs approximately $100, I was also told that both are included in the price/service at the other locations. Why did their dealership charge $166.24 & claim that I was offered an employee discounted price? JOES ONLY RESPONSE TO THIS WAS THAT WCT CHARGE SEPARATELY DESPITE EVERY OTHER SERVICE LOCATION INCLUDING BOTH AS ONE SERVICE. oI contacted WTC & spoke with Rachel. I for the prices of these services & I was told it was $89.95. oWhen I calculate what I should have paid: Complementary oil change $0 + Fuel induction & injector service $89.95(No additional taxes per service rep)= The total should have been $89.95oWHEN I DID ASK JOE, THE SERVICE MANAGER, ABOUT THIS DISCREPANCY HE STATED THAT ONLY THE SERVICE AGENTS HAVE THE CORRECT PRICING & KNOWLEDGE. I ASKED HOW IS A CUSTOMER TO KNOW IF THEY ARE GETTING THE CORRECT PRICE WHEN CONTACTING WCT & WHY SOMEONE IS ALLOWED TO GIVE PRICE QUOTES IF THEY DO NOT LIST THE STANDARD LISTED PRICES OF SERVICES FOR CUSTOMERS. No responsePrevious Experience. On 7/16/15 I waited for 5+ hours for a service appt. On 7/18/15, my partners birthday & I was the one driving. The front passenger seat was moved forward & my partner, who is 64 & regularly sits in the front passenger seat of my vehicle, had to move the seat back & that is when bacon was found under the seat. I am a VEGETARIAN & the sole driver of my vehicle. No one eats in my car, especially not meat products. I did contact WCT by email & phone about this & the same service manager Joe blew me off. I know this may be amusing to some of you, but consider waiting for 5+ hours in the lobby while you vehicle is being used as picnic area & they left a mess behind for you to clean up. Their company never or has even attempted to resolve this issue.Given the above they are perpetuating the seedy, shady, & price gauging practices of a dealership which is extremely unprofessional.

He offers a premium tailor made experience that can not be beat. I brought all my cars from him and will continue to buy from him whenever I need a new one. My husband and I spent the better part of a year and a half shopping for cars- specifically a RAV4 and a Prius. We spoke to every Toyota dealer from Port Richey to Sarasota and east to Lakeland. We were very frustrated with the attitudes of the salesmen and even the general managers - take what we have in stock or leave! Even shopping on line and giving exactly the specs we wanted on our vehicles didn't matter - if it wasn't on the lot, they weren't interested in dealing with us. It was an attitude of shove it down our throats! Finally when the 2016 models were coming out my husband decided to try one more time. Our daughter was in the market for a new vehicle so we tagged her car purchase onto ours and decided to give the one dealership a try that had not been contacted at all to this point - Wesley Chapel Toyota. What a Surprise. And a bigger surprise was the salesman that met us in the lot on our arrival - Richard Jackson. He was very personable, listened to what we wanted and ultimately made a 3 car sale that day. Richard made the sale because of his personable, professional and approachable manner in which he treated us. "Richard will get our business every three years when we trade in as long as he is part of the team.

I searched, on-line for a vehicle. After seeing Whesley Cchaple Toyota and what they ha to offer, I decided to contact them. I worked with Lynne Hudson and Luis Veas. Had an excellent experience and I have nothing but good things to say about both of them. I had several questions on the safety features and Lynne took the time to answer my questions, helped locate the car I wanted, worked with me on my trade in and kept me update to date every step of the way. She was awesome!!I also worked with Luis. He is very personable and you feel right at ease with him. However, one item that that really impressed me was that he took the time (on a Saturday) to pick up the vehicle I wanted from another location. Not only that, but his family also took time out of their weekend to drive him there so he could drive back with my new car. During the test drive, I had a lot of questions about the features. Louis was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and he took the time to make sure I understood all the functions. He also provided some very handy tips as to how to use the features. Finally, the day after the sale, I had a few more questions and he patiently answered them. He even checked the vehicle I had traded in to address a concern I had. I was very pleased with my experience.

I received a mailing from Lakeland Toyota offering me $16K on my 2012 Focus if I traded at their dealership as well as a $25 gift card for visiting. I went out and their salesman, Bill, showed me one Corolla and the one Yaris they had on the lot, then proceeded to play the typical back and forth game that car buying is notorious for. When I asked about the gift card, they gave me a $25 coupon to their service department. When we couldn't come together on the finances after 3 waves of this back and forth shenanigans, I contacted Wesley Chapel Toyota on their online form and within minutes, the salesman, Mark Howard, was calling me telling me to come over to his dealership, that he would meet or beat Lakeland Toyota's numbers and throw in extras like window tinting and a lifetime powertrain warranty; he said he would do an apples to apples comparison for me. I left Lakeland Toyota and I'm SO glad! At Wesley Chapel Toyota, we were greeted and Mark Howard was immediately contacted and came out to work with us. He offered refreshments, which after hours of having soul-sucking negotiations was a welcome treat. Mark Howard showed me every color of Corolla there is and offered explanation between the LE and LE Plus -- I didn't even know there was a LE Plus! I picked the Barcelona Red and we worked a deal that was fair, completely within my price range, and even cheaper than I thought it was going to be! He even gave me floor mats -- I didn't have to buy them! He was direct and open. He didn't play games. I spent less time at Wesley Chapel Toyota buying a vehicle than I'd already wasted with Lakeland Toyota that morning trying to buy one. If you want a car buying experience that leaves you walking away feeling good, go out to see Mark Howard at Wesley Chapel Toyota -- you won't be sorry. I'm not!

I really enjoyed my experience at Wesley Chapel. I went to two other, closer dealers before traveling out to buy my Tundra. I met with Terry, first. He walked with me as we discussed the vehicle's options and look for the new year, and helped me choose the package that fit me the best. Once I had a decision, I met with Aiman who showed me more of the facility itself, and explained the services offered. After a brief tour, we sat for pricing, which went well. To finish, I met with Matt to complete paperwork. All of these men were knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and patient with all of my questions and indecisiveness. Jack Peck was swift about getting in contact with me the very next day in order to get the ball rolling. My husband and I went in to Wesley Chapel Toyota on 2/6 not expecting to buy a car, but only wanted to check out the new redesigned Prius. My husband already drives a 2012 Prius and is very happy with his. I was driving a 2016 Honda H-RV and wanted to get in to a hybrid before gas prices go up again We were promptly greeted by Leeanne Randolph, who was very helpful and showed us the ones they had on the lot, it ended up being a great deal so we pulled the rigger!.I got above what I owed on my H-RV and that was the most important thing to me was not getting hosed on my trade in. We gave her a number we were willing to pay for a payment and she made it happen. We never felt pressured in to anything and Leeanne was very honest with us from the get go and didn't not sugar coat anything for us. She's such an awesome salesperson and will fight tooth and nail for you business. I got some free all weather floor mats as well! The finance lady, Kelly, was really great and easy to work with. She knocked of a percentage point on out rate and gave us extra mileage on our warranty! The only downside is when I came back to the dealer the following weekend to get the pinstripe removed. After I came back to pick up the Prius after the removal was completed, I was checking it over to see how it looked and noticed several spots on both sides where it was scratched. I went back in and let them know and they took it back to look at it. The director of the lot, Chris Bice, came over to speak to me about it and let me know short of repainting it it couldn't be fixed because the detailer went to deep with the buffer. Instead of saying they would repaint the car for me, he instead said they would replace the entire car! I was absolutely blown away by that! I honestly did not expect that to happen, and was deeply impressed by that. They didn't have any of my model, the 3 Touring, on the lot so it had to be ordered. When it came in and was ready to be picked p today 2/22 I couldn't come to the dealer as I was home sick with the flu. they then offered to come drive it to my house and drop it off and pick up the damaged Prius! Again, mind was blown! Got my new Prius delivered to my home and sitting in my drive way right now. :) I've never had such a good experience at a dealership. I loved how they didn't try to screw me over and not just talk to my husband about things like I've had happen in the past. Wesley Chapel Toyota forever has my business, especially when my husband is ready to trade in his 2012 Prius for a new one! Please go see Leeanne, she's great and I recommend her as a sales person to anyone who needs a new or used car!

My husband and I went in to Wesley Chapel Toyota on 2/6 not expecting to buy a car, but only wanted to check out the new redesigned Prius. My husband already drives a 2012 Prius and is very happy with his. I was driving a 2016 Honda H-RV and wanted to get in to a hybrid before gas prices go up again We were promptly greeted by Leeanne Randolph, who was very helpful and showed us the ones they had on the lot, it ended up being a great deal so we pulled the rigger!.I got above what I owed on my H-RV and that was the most important thing to me was not getting hosed on my trade in. We gave her a number we were willing to pay for a payment and she made it happen. We never felt pressured in to anything and Leeanne was very honest with us from the get go and didn't not sugar coat anything for us. I just boutique a truck and every effort was so amazing. Yuri our Salesmall was the best. Michael the sales manager helped with an issue with my truck and went above and beyond to rectify the problem. The tech that fixed my truck, Nick, was awesome as well. He also went above and beyond. I'm so glad we decided to stop at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Our family just purchased our new mini van and this was the best experience in car buying. We had been taken advantage of at the previous dealership where we purchased our trade in. We came to Wesley Chapel Toyota and Leeanne Randolph really took care of us. I love that there was a play room for the kids to stay busy while we shopped. The customer service was amazing and I highly recommend our sales rep, Leeanne Randolph. She really made this car buying experience a smooth and easy one. She was quickly able to answer all of our questions and had some great advice as far as helping us choose what would fit our family best.

I recently stopped at Wesley Chapel Toyota on a whim. I LOVE the Tundra truck, feel they are the best truck on the road, but felt they would be out of the range of what I was willing to spend. Regardless, I stopped while shopping for a truck on this certain day. I was met by Richard Jackson, he asked if he could be of assistance, I told him I was going to look around and if I needed him I would reach out. This was the point of which Richard was different than any other salesperson I have EVER been greeted by. He said no problem, please let me know if I can help, and he stayed put where he was, which was EXACTLY what I, the CUSTOMER wanted! I looked around, found a vehicle of interest, and approached Richard with questions. NEVER once did he BS me! Never once did i feel he misrepresented, lied or deceived! He was VERY KNOWLEDGABLE regarding the product, but if he did not know an answer, he said so BUT finished it up with "BUT I WILL GET THE ANSWER"!Once Richard and I came to a deal and he handed me over to finance, everything there was just as it was with Richard. No PRESSURE, no deceit and no lying!If I could rate this experience a 10 star, I would!I have already referred 2 people, my son and my best friend, both of which will be ready to purchase soon, and when they are, they will call Richard!!oh, and my Son will fly down from CHICAGO to do so!

And each time my experience was awesome, everyone is so friendly and helpful, I unfortunately had a total loss of my vehicle and Jack Peck was impeccable with helping me find the car of my dreams for the right price! He was very up front and honest with me and that is appreciated greatly with my circumstances. And Edwin Andino made my fiance experience great also, very friendly and helpful with any questions I had! I came in for an oil change and to discuss my options because I was far over my miles on my lease. I met Mike and we talked for a bit and he showed me a few cars and before I knew it I was purchasing a car in the exact color and fabric I always wanted. Last time I simply went with what was left on the lot and this time he started with what color do you like :). I'm very no-nonsense and truly appreciated Mike's demeanor and assistance as we worked through the pricing.

This is our second purchase from this family of dealerships, our first was from Tampa Honda a few years ago. The van we had purchased then had gotten old and was starting to have problems so we went in to see what was available. We were very well taken care of and didn't feel pressured into anything we didn't want. Often in the news you read about the crown princes of England, William and Harry. We came to Wesley Chapel Toyota and presented a very difficult challenge and we were met by Will and Harry, our local crown princes at Wesley Chapel Toyota. We had out grown the car faster than we had anticipated. We had a sub compact car and with changing circumstances needed the room of a 4 Runner to drive 2 children to school and events, as well as carry research projects to greatly improve the state school system with the English as Second Language program for children and adults. We are a mission driven family. I am a dad, widowed, my daughter is in an advanced degree program with the University of Central Florida and is married to an incredible man who is a great husband, a great dad and together the two of them run a highly successful business named after my two beautiful grandchildren. Not surprising our resources are stretch and our credit scores are in recovery. Will and Harry, showed my daughter the new 4 Runners that perk our interests but there was something missing. So they had an idea and my daughter test drove a limited edition Highlander. Wow! The car exceeded our expectations. We found what wee needed to meet the next phase in our growing lives. We could haul science projects with multi lingual posters, and safely transport our precious passengers and still have room for the unexpected stop at the grocery stores. Now the challenge begins which is why I love coming to Wesley Chapel Toyota. This was to become our fourth car that we purchased over the years. Our trade in value was worth a negative $8,000. Let me spell that out, We were coming with a trade in worth a negative eight thousand dollars. My children run a business and are raising two children so there credit is stretch. I am a widowed Dad and I have finished paying 7 years of medical expenses, and my credit score is fair, in recovery and is overseen by a legal team that does credit repair. "Prince Will" and "Prince Harry" of Wesley Chapel Toyota went to work with the third member of our incredible team, Finance Director Edwin. Let me tell you, these three men worked hard calling our prequalified creditors presented options that were not all that acceptable and then they went back and worked some more and found so more acceptable offers that perked our interests, but that was not good enough for them. Will, Harry and Edwin took on a greater challenge, they new our story, they new my pain and suffering over the years and they came back with an incredible deal, monthly payments we could afford, an interest rate around 6.2 and then Edwin found and managed and sweeten the deal beyond my expectations. Edwin is a dad who loves his children and knows how precious I love my daughter. We have a life time warranty. We have the factory warranty, and Edwin also included the road side assistance with incredible protection in the event my daughter faces unforeseeable circumstances as she completed here education program. We have a Highlander that met our needs od safety, affordability and functionality. We thank God is our fashion and I am saying a Rosary today each for Will, Harry and Edwin.
