The crew at West Coast Auto are great! I found a Forester listed there online, took my Honda CRV to trade in, and it was such an easy transaction. Barry took care of all of the loan and licensing paperwork, and I left in my new (to me) Subaru and could not be happier. Excellent customer service that made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!!!

AVOID THEM!!! Purchased a Ford Edge from them a few weeks ago. They told me detailing had just finished with it, so I came by to look and it was still dirty, and the rugs were stained - I should have left then. But I went ahead and bought it anyways because I needed a vehicle for a big move I was making. While on the road, I realized it was overheating whenever I wasn't moving. I got out ans looked and realized that NEITHER of the engine fans were working! We had to constantly pull over so the engine would cool off. I had a mechanic come look at it, and he said BOTH fans need replaced AND the coolant tube is leaking. This will cost me well over $1,000 for a vehicle I bought less then a week ago. They clearly don't even look over their vehicles before selling them! BEWARE!!!

In looking for a Jeep Unlimited I visited 5 different dealerships and West Coast Auto was by far the best experience. And yes, this is where I bought my Jeep! Peter was laidback and helpful. Absolutely no pressure, which was what I experienced at other dealerships. I also like that there is no haggling. You know the price going in. Will definitely come back when I'm in the market for another used car.

West Coast dealership is honest and affordable! I was searching for a Jeep Liberty for a long time and have dealt with many dealerships. The second I talked with West Coast, I knew they were good people. Upfront, easy to work with and quick. I had some bad credit problems and they got me financed at a great rate! I highly recommended them to anyone looking for a used vehicle!!

I recently purchased a 2012 Acura TSX from West Coast Auto Group and they were amazing! Low pressure, friendly and straight to the point! Purchased an Audi TT from Barry and Mani over the Internet through Cars.com. Overall, I found them very nice, good people to deal with. Had some trouble communicating through cars.com email feature, and resorted to the old-fashioned telephone. Ha! I enjoyed the experience and got a great car.
