Recently purchased a car from Jeff. He was helpful in every aspect of the way. When it was discovered that the car had a minor issue, it was sent directly to the Volkswagen Dealership for repair at no added expense to me! When I arrived to pick up the car, the paperwork had been prepared and was ready for my signature. The entire process was a new experience for me in car buying. No pressure sales was a plus!

Just purchased a used vehicle from West Coast Auto Mall. The car has been great so far, and the deal was amazing. I believe that everyone was very forthright about the cars, and the purchase process was very simple. Nice car, nice people. Kinda makes me want to always buy used cars from now on.

Today I went to this dealership to look at a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. The cars.com listing stated it is "LOADED WITH GPS NAVIGATION, POWER SUNROOF". The car had neither, so I wasted a 30-minute drive there. The car salesperson admitted that somebody had just drove from Gainesville (2-hours away) to look at the car based on the same error. Therefore, they have already created a poor customer experience with somebody else and continued to leave the inaccurate listing. I even called in advance of going there and nobody told me the listing was inaccurate. Very poor business practice..

Our family has bought 3 cars and a cargo trailer from west coast over the last 6 months Dave has found the exact car or truck we needed Gave us a great price on all of them ( even or Loan officer couldn't believe what a great deal it was ) . They made sure that the cars were first class quality and suited our needs. West Coast is the place to go.

I bought a 2005 Ford Explorer from West Coast Auto Mall. I did a lot of research and looked at a lot of vehicles. West Coast Auto Mall had what I wanted but a little out of my price range. They were willing to work with me and got me into the vehicle I really wanted. Will recommend to all my friends.

Althought I have never bought a car from this dealership I have worked with them for over a year and can truthfully say they run a legitimate business selling quality cars. Dave and Chris are great and will get you into a car you want at a fair price. No gimmicks, and their facilities are clean, like their cars. I would highly reccomend this dealer to anyone looking to get into a nice used vehicle!

I have purchased more than my share of cars over the last 30+ years, and this was by far the MOST pleasant experience I have ever had. These guys care...they care about getting you the right financing on just the right car. It's almost like buying from a trusted family member. Just coming out of some financial difficulties, I knew it wouldn't be easy, but Dave & Chris called every loan officer they personally knew and got it done. Not to mention, the vehicle I purchased was well below Kelly Blue Book. I will never buy a car from anyone else again....if they don't currently have the next car I want on their lot, I know Chris will find it for me. And I know I will get it at a better price than I could get from anyone else in all of Tampa Bay. BTW...they got me a loan at a rate that was WAY better than Bill Currie Ford could get for me so I guess it goes to show, it's all about relationships --- more specifically, THEIR relationships in the business community. I will send all of my relatives to them.

Did not see what I wanted on their lot. Told Chris what I wanted and he found me the car that I was looking for. I got it in the color with the options I wanted. Was a very easy process. Will buy from Chris at West Coast Auto Mall again.

Wow this place is a complete joke!!! I bought a 2003 hummer from them and it has been a nightmare. From the start he sold me it with the back window not rolling down and said he was unaware. He tells me it will be covered under warranty because it pretty much covers everything. I take it in after about two weeks cuz my check engine light is on as well. Come to find out the air bag suspension is dry rotted and the window is not covered will be 2100 to replace none of it is covered, a week after that I get a flat tire due to the valve stem being dry rotted as well. Now every few days I have to press a button to raise the suspension and that has quit working as well. Not to mention yesterday I go to get out of park and the gear shifter will not shift gears so have to have it towed to a shop. These guys are a joke they buy junk sell it fast and do not check the vehicles at all. It's a hit or miss they buy them cheap at auctions and don't do a thing to them. Only good thing is it takes about 10 mins to get a new piece of junk from them! Don't waste your money or time go to an authorized dealer!!!

Had Chris find me a 2013 FX37. He was able to find this car for the same price as a 2011 model. The buying experience was very easy and West Coast Auto Mall did everything they said they would. I will buy all my cars in the future from West Coast Auto Mall.
