I would highly recommend this Kia dealership! The salesman, Colton Weeks, was very good at selling the car to me. He did not pressure me at all! He was very informative and knew the answer to all of my questions that I had for him! I recommend buying a car from him!

I have anxiety. Not too many things in my life cause me to have anxiety. But one of those things is the thought of indebting myself to someone.That being said I needed a new car. Current car was on his last leg. And I have to drive 110 miles a day for work. For months that anxiety has been building. Do I spend the money to fix my current car or do I have to purchase a new one. And the anxiety compunds.So we decided the best plan attempt to buy a new car. So we do a little digging decide for a Kia. We looked at the ratings and everything and felt this was the best path to go.So we found ourselves standing in the lobby of West Hills Kia dealership. From the moment we stepped foot in there from the first smile on Heather's face. We felt at home relaxed. Heather introduced us to Chris, and Chris helped facilitate the entire process for us. He aIso can be a really fun guy to hang out with all day for the boring kind of work that we were doing.I never thought I'd be saying this but car shopping was a pretty good experience today. Everybody was friendly Matt and a few other guys helped us through a couple problems we were having that was slowing the process. But overall everyone was just so friendly and welcoming. They really did do a good job making you feel like family and friends.They've definitely made a fan out of me and my wife. I plan on recommending them to all my friends. And I know that's some of that probably was just part of their job. And if that's the case will they do a damn good job.One last thing. I couldn't select his name because I couldn't remember it. But the insurance guy. That guy was way cool.

We originally took our older Kia Sorento in for some major work but after talking at length to the mechanic (Michael) working on our vehicle we decided we weren't willing to put any more money into our 11 year old car, so we asked what we could get out of it as a trade-in instead. We left that evening with a new Kia Forte! I needed a new car for my dog. He had outgrown my tiny little car. I test drove five cars that were on my list that we're still small, but roomy enough. The last one I test drove was the Kia soul and I was sold. Not only because the car is so terrific, but because my online sales person who became my face-to-face sales person was extraordinary. Josh W. rocks. I trusted him. Yes, the car buying experience still takes longer than it should and the "down the hall to the back office finance-room" is still uncomfortable - but in the end West Hills made it as fun as possible and everyone was really kind. It felt like a family atmosphere. Being a woman in the car purchasing arena can be intimidating but not here. Thanks again !

I loved my car buying experience at West Hills Kia. The sales staff are so friendly and it just feels like afamily atmosphere. No pressure, no hassle. My sales pro, Colton Weeks had excellent knowledge about the car I was there to buy and at no time did I ever feel I was being "sold". His follow up after the sale was fantastic, calling a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and just to say hello. I did have a service issue early on which was covered under warranty. West Hills provided me with an excellent loaner car so I was not inconvenienced. West Hills Kia is a class act!

Dealing with any car dealership immediately brings up the unease of a salesman hanging on your back while you're trying to "window shop." I will tell you we did our "window shopping"at West Hills Kia, and we're greeted very professionally by Zackery Jones, but other than stay in the foreground if we had a question, we were quite surprised at the lack clinging and when we were done, he allowed us to leave without the usual ploy, let me introduce you to so and so. We continued our search for the perfect car, and talked about Zack for a week. Long story short we discovered the Kia Optima was the one. We never considered going anywhere else but back to Zack!

I wasn't excited about buying a new car. I had a certain loyalty to the well used trade in I was offering. But it was time. I was dreading the process and really just wanted my old car brand new again. It was a Toyota but somehow I steered my way on to a KIA lot and found a perfect replacement (in about 10 minutes). The transaction went smoothly and without the anticipated drudgery. Zack was professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic as I handed the keys over for my trade-in. I now am cruising in a KIA! My wife and I came in looking for a truck. My wife bought the truck (Dodge Ram Big Horn)and I ended up leasing a new Kia EV Soul. The best selling point was no gas, oil and of course the price. Josh was easy to deal with and he did not push me in to anything. I contacted Heather so was very informed on all the vehicles and I did not feel pressured. I made an appointment later on to come and look at the car. When I first arrived at the dealership I was greeted by several smiling faces, it was a very inviting environment. I didn't feel uncomfortable or like I was being pushed to buy a car I didn't want. David Turner, my salesman, was very patient, professional and eager to help me find my dream car. When we found the car I wanted he took me on a test drive and explained everything the car did in a professional yet easy to understand way. When we got back we flew though the paperwork and I drove out with the perfect car for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Josh Vanriet was my car salesman. Ever since the day I purchased my Kia back in feb 2016, josh checks up regularly to make sure everything is ok and if I run into him out in public he always takes the time to make sure I'm still happy with my car. Last week the stripping on my wind shield came off and josh got the dealership to call me and set up an apt to fix it and took time of his own to come into the dealership when I was there to make sure I was being taken care of. We came in looking for a sorrento to replace my wife's Hyundai Sonata. Don't get me wrong, we were impressed with the sorrento. But then there she was. The white Optima Launch edition with the merlot interior. We asked our salesman Chris Lefort to grab the keys. He did. During our test drive as we were cornering around Kitsap Way I heard him grunt in French. As we accelerated down the hill he moaned in English. We are now customers for life as well as soulmates with Mr Lefort. Turns out he's Belgian not French. Bonus!

My wife and I were looking at purchasing a KIA Sorento after doing research on new mid size SUVs. We were regretting the usual car buying experience with the pressure sales when we walked in. Chris Leifort immediately put us at ease and listened to what we were interested in regarding features we desired. He discussed the differences between models and we soon decided on what features we definitely wanted. He took the time to find us the perfect vehicle. It had arrived on the lot while we were test driving a similar model. Chris NEVER gave us the "hard" sell and genuinely seemed to care for our needs. When we decided on the one for us, Chris walked us through the process and continued to answer additional questions even after we had purchased the vehicle. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever been through. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Chris, for their dedication to the customer needs. We have enjoyed our new vehicle immensely for the last few months and expect years of great service from the dealership. Whenever I am in the dealership I make it a point to stop in and see Chris and thank him for his assistance in finding us the right vehicle. In the summer of 2015 st the age of 62, I bought my first car. It was not a family car or a car for one of my kids, but a brand new car just for ME! I researched cars and decided on a Kia, so my husband and I went to West Hills Kia. There we worked with Shane Wood. To be honest, I have not enjoyed working with car salesmen in the past. I found them to be pushy and shallow. However, Shane was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. He even had a car driven from Wenatchee to make sure I got the color and model I wanted. I've been driving my car for over a year now, and I love my Sportage. I would recommend Kia West Hills to others. The buyer will get a great vehicle and a dealer, Shane Wood, who will work hard to please his customers..

I normally try to avoid Auto Dealerships altogether because of the negative past car buying experiences that I've had. I simply like to get what I want, at a fair price, with no hassles, and I don't like to haggle. Lucky for me, my wife doesn't so much mind the haggling and somewhat takes it as a challenge. Recently, knowing that the lease on my car was about up, my wife on a whim dropped into West Hills Kia to see what they may be able to offer us. Their she met salesman Roy Valasquez and the West Hills Kia staff. She was immediately impressed by how friendly, professional, and up-front everyone was and how willing they were to do whatever they could to give us a pleasurable car buying experience. After discussing the basic numbers, my wife phoned me with a "heads-up" as to what she found and gave me a chance to talk with Roy about what specifically I was looking for. I found Roy to be quite personable, open, and honest and he seemed willing to do whatever he could to get us the car and deal that we wanted. At that point I decided to drive over to meet up with my wife, Roy and the West Hills Kia staff to see what could be worked out. I found the entire staff and their customer service to be absolutely phenomenal and was thankful in my decision to head on over. This was definitely my best car buying experience ever. So much so that we ended up leaving both old vehicles and driving out of the dealership with a new '16 Kia Soul+ AND a new '17 Kia Sportage SX Turbo...and we got both at prices that we felt we just couldn't pass up. Quite a pleasant surprise for us. We absolutely love both new cars and loved working with the West Hills Kia staff and Roy, specifically. This dealership provides excellent customer service. I recently stopped by to have a scratch removed from my vehicle and they took care of it with no problems. My only complaint was the time it took to take care of this issue. I arrived at the dealership around 1300 and did not leave until 1500. I also noticed a service department worker drove my car around earlier only to take it back and drive off again. I did not understand that part of the process. Other than that I have expierenced nothing but great service at this dealership.

Heather Winters responded very promptly to my online request to schedule a test drive. Roy Velasquez was a great sales associate--he's very personable and low key, with a good knowledge of the cars. I didn't feel pressured in any way and felt very comfortable working with him. I went to a local dealership and left very disappointed, their cars were dirty and the salesman was not personable. I wanted to surprise my daughter on her birthday so we went to West Hills Kia. We were greeted with opened doors, smiles and warm handshakes. Although we didn't find a car that day (no pressure to buy) I knew I wasn't going to go anywhere else. The following week we went back and Roy who previously was accommodating, had other obligations and introduced us to Justin Fanony, he was equally knowledgeable and went the extra mile to teach my daughter how to drive a manual to let her experience the difference between a manual and automatic. We found her perfect car BUT it wasn't ready to be released. We were assured we would not receive the car until it had been through a safety inspection and detailing. The safety inspection detected a problem and although it took another week before we received the car they kept me updated every day. I was so thrilled with my experience I went in a week later and bought another car. Upon closing the deal I was informed my car (which I had been driving for nearly 10 years) had been in 2 previous accidents and was deemed unsafe by Roy with the information he received through Carfax. Roy was gracious enough to send my daughter and I home (safely) in a rental car. The car I bought was in limbo (safety check and detailing) and again I was kept informed on the status. This was the best experience (x2) buying a car and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We actually had fun buying a car and for as much money as cars cost, it should be fun. Bought a nice Sorento and people listened to what we wanted and how we wanted to do it. It went smoothly and easily. Don't like all the extras they want to sell, but understand they are moneymakers and some are worth it. Did end up getting the extra warranty and hope we do not regret it. I am a pretty outspoken female and they did not blink or demean me in any way. My husband is not into cars and he is quiet and they picked up on this and dealt with me. I remember when dealers would not even talk to a woman alone. Ugh!

I knew I wanted a Kia Soul, and was just waiting for the right time. My daughter's car had reached the end of it's life (280,000 miles) and I needed to give her mine because she travels so much with her job. My son had recently bought a car at West Hills, and was happy with his experience there, so of course I started "Soul Searching" (pun intended)! Roy Velasquez met me at the door, and the rest is history! Roy and the general manager Chris helped me arrive at the price I could handle in a confident, low stress manner. Shawn Kelley was also incredibly helpful, kind, and always cheerful! Every employee that I met had the same helpful, friendly manner, and they truly do make you feel welcome, and like family. The service department was just as professional and helpful. My husband has a business in North Tacoma, and has already told customers about the great service at West Hills! I live 41 miles from the dealership, and going there is worth the drive, and the bridge tolls. The staff addressed any concerns that I had, so that I can say that I am completely satisfied! Thanks to all the staff there for a great experience. If any of my family needs a car, we know where we will be going!

My husband and I were going to buy a new vehicle (and just to clarify, we live in Sequim). I was actually extremely impressed because Heather was so welcoming on the phone talking to my husband about the price range and details of our optional vehicles. Also, she tried her best in getting the lowest rate from the bank for our car loan; not just that, she also updated the news with us through calls and messages when we were on the way to the dealer. No doubt why we were really excited to take a look. When we get there, let me tell you, the customer service is phenomenally awesome! Besides Heather, whom I'd talked to before arriving, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Carl kept searching for the car that matched our requirements. And thanks to Chris for giving us such a good deal on our dreamed vehicle! I have to mentioned Roy: he was extremely nice to us for the whole time and gave us the facts instead of OVER-polishing the vehicle to increase the sale; for that reason, I do give him an extra +. Last but not least, thanks to Shawn, who helped us with the extra package to protect our "baby" car and other papers; his sense of humor did make us feel better after such a stressful day. Roy was extremely attentive, answering text messages long after the dealership had closed for the evening and answering all of my *many* questions. I bought a used Kia Soul and am tardy on this review because I've spent all my time driving around, delighting in the fact that I have a reliable, fun, car for the first time in many years. I am 22 with not that great of credit,I wasn't trading anything in, couldn't put any money down, most I could pay a month was 230, and I was a first time buyer, so with all of that against me I went in to look at getting a lease. Needless to say I did not qualify because my credit score was only 588 but my salesman Roy jumped through flaming hoops to get me the car of my dreams that I ended up buying. He was the first person I talked to upon walking in the first day( this took 3 days start to finish) which shortly after I got there he had a prior appointment so his coworker Josh took over and we drove a few cars, he was also super nice but Roy was the one I spent the next two days with trying and trying to figure out a way to get me into a car which every bank except for one denied me for. In the end he took amazing care of me, him, I, and I'm sure half of the Kia staff were all laughing and joking around through out all three days, but Roy really did make it his goal not only to sell me a car but to make sure my first car buying experience was one to remember in a very very good way. I would recommend him to even strangers on the streets.

I came in without an appointment because one of my tires kept losing air. I had been in twice before and the service department filled my tires. This time, they put it up on the rack and discovered that I'd picked up a very small nail. The gentlemen in the service department are unbelievably courteous, friendly and personable. I have never been treated like I was a pest, even though I sometimes feel that way about myself. They explain everything to me, offer me something to drink, and I have a seat to wait. As far as car dealerships go, this one isn't that bad. Compared to the Honda dealership next door, these people are great. We went to the Honda dealership first and it was such a typical car sleeze experience. Bounced from one guy to the next and you can't leave until you meet their manager. Ugh! I asked who the owner was and they said Rob Colon. This guy, Rob Colon, he walked by us and we tried to speak with him. What a condescending arrogant delusional guy he is. OMG he is just the prototypical narcissistic boob who is obviously overcompensating for you know what... No wonder his people act like such jerks. My husband wanted to leave but I insisted we try the KIA dealership across the street. We found the polar opposites over there. KIA treated us like human beings and their Sales Managers were all very nice. I don't know anyone who likes to look for cars on that "hill", but if you do go up there, go to the KIA dealership. Screw the Honda store, don't waste your time there!!

I happened upon Kia because the sales rep at Honda whom I had been dealing with was busy. He had already given me information on a truck, so I asked about it at Kia. It had not gone through any inspections yet, so I could only look at it and ride in the passenger seats. I ended up signing for it, but could not take it right away. I was told it would be ready in about four days, so they lent me a rental car. Twelve days later and after many false alarms (oh it's ready today, oh nevermind, maybe tomorrow, no today, etc), it was "ready" for me to test drive it finally and potentially pick it up. There were still many things that they did not get to, but I decided to give it a shot. On my way home, the check engine light came on and it started bucking slightly. The next morning, I took it back. I am not paying out of my ears for a broken vehicle.My wife and I had an overall awful time doing business with this dealership. I ended up going elsewhere and got a much better (newer) truck, for a much better price, with a much better rate. Kia could only get me a 9.9% rate, whereas Chevy of Issaquah got me 3.99%Don't be afraid to shop outside of Bremerton when looking for a new/used car, people!

I love my Kia Soul, have had it for 10 months now. What's hard is not putting so many miles on it because I love driving it so much. It's also great peace of mind to have the extensive warranty, not that I've had to use it for anything. I also highly recommend buying the service plan for three years. It's convenient, saves money, services only Kias, and they report directly to carfax for you. Bryce Robinson provided very prompt service, having us driving away in our Kia Soul within a couple of hours. We still keep in touch on Facebook and I like seeing what his young family is up to. I hope his employers will help him get into his own Kia soon.

I absolutely loved my experience with KIA when I went to buy my first car, since I have never done that, I was very nervous, and extremely stressed. All of that was gone within the first ten minutes. My salesman, Roy made me feel extremely comfortable, and answered all of my questions and more and Everyone there made it feel like Id had been there many times. Our 2009 Kia Borrego was having issues so we took it in. Mathew was so helpful and understanding. He laid out all our options and listened to all our questions. He was very understanding about our situation and always called us back quickly with updates and information. We decided to trade in the Borrego even though we were in LOVE with it. I went in to West Hills Kia just wanting to look and test drive a Kia Optima. I was introduced to Josh. After test driving I fell in love with the Optima. My husband and I weren't sure if we were wanting to buy a new car yet because of finances. Josh helped us out so much with trying to find a car that fits in our budget. This is our 7th car we have bought since 2000. This was our first experience with WestHills KIA. I have to say it was the most pleasurable experience I have had when buying a car. Roy Velasquez (Salesman) treated us like gold. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the car that we wanted. There was no pressure in buying at anytime at all. After test drive, he took us in, got us some refreshments and sat and talked to us while his General Manager (Chris) ran all the numbers. There was no 4 square paper work. They didn't take your keys and hold you hostage. Just good old fashion this is what price we want, and this is what you get for trade in. We left for two days to decide and they never pressured us into staying and negotiating more. Nor did they call us at home trying to make a sell. We ended up getting a last years model, but new....and they gave us a smoking good deal. Way under MSRP. These guys treat you like family and you can tell they care about making your experience the best so you will return in the future.You will NOT get a better deal or service than what I got here!Thank you guys for restoring the faith in me that there are still good family style dealerships out there.We will be back.

While driving home after work, my car started shaking violently and a light on my dash came on I had never seen before. I pulled into nearest gas station freaking out. I pulled out my manual and started reading. It said the light was an emmissions light. I called Kia and they transferred me to Jimmy Anders in the service dept. He couldn't diagnose the problem over the phone but listened to what was going on, asked questions, was very attentive to my stress, concern and need. I know he was busy but he took the time to assist me. He let me know they were booked full Saturday (which was the ONLY day I could bring it in) but he said that he would find the time to fit me in. I was scared to drive the car home and then to the dealership in the morning, but he assured me it would be ok. I got to the service dept before they even opened. When Jimmy got there, he again listened to every detail of what my car was doing. The emmissions light was actually a check engine light. He explained in detail how my warranties worked and how he would go about dealing with them if the problem with my car was covered. I was stressing out but he calmed me down and made me feel like everything would be alright. It takes a amazing person to calm me when I am at that stress level. His customer service skills are the best I have ever encountered! As I left the dealership, I saw that Jimmy had them pulling my car right into the bay. Within 2 hours, Jimmy called back with the diagnosis. Turns out the problem was covered under my Certified Vehicle Warranty. Jimmy had them fix my car (they had the part in stock). So from drop off to pick up, it only took 4 hours. Jimmy took care of everything and made the process very easy and comfortable. He was right, everything ended up ok. It ended up perfect! Because of Jimmy, I will ALWAYS go back to the Kia Service Department! And I highly recommend that everyone else go too! You won't be disappointed. The Kia service department cares about their customers, sincerely wants to help us, wants to fix our car quickly (promptly) and I cannot stress that the customer service is the best I have ever received.

As a first time buyer I had heard plenty of things to watch out for and developed expectations of what buying a car would be like, none of which were really good. After going to my first dealership and explaining my situation, the experience was turning out to be exactly what I feared it would be and I was feeling very disappointed and discouraged. I thanked the salesman for his time and moved on. I ended up at West Hills Kia and found an entirely different experience all together. I was greeted right away and we immediately started finding cars that would fit my budget and lifestyle. Within 10 minutes I was already test driving a car! Barry was very pleasant and considerate, and a joy to work with. I then got the pleasure of going through the finance process with Bob Villa and was expecting the worst, but it turned out to be another awesome experience. Bob made sure I got the best deal possible, and made sure I was happy with the car as well. I will definitely be returning to West Hills Kia for any future car purchases!

I had been driving the same car for nearly seven years and was ready for something new. From the moment my boyfriend and I drove onto the lot, it was an experience we would never forget. There was no pressure. Everyone was friendly. Every other lot I'd been to in my quest for a car had been horrible. Sales people were pushy and rude. There was pressure to "Buy now or lose the deal of a lifetime!" Andy and team were a whole new experience that I can't wait to share with others. The atmosphere was light, everyone got along, there was joking and jesting. The team at West Hills Kia really made us feel at home and part of a family. I have never leased a vehicle before, but wanted to try it out. Andy was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. There was absolutely no pressure to "buy now". We had come and gone a few times before I made my decision. I have leased a 2014 Kia Forte. The more I drive my new car, the more I love it. I had always heard bad things about Kia in the past, but let me tell you, they are exactly that, things of the past. I encourage drivers to test out at least one Kia. The fact of the matter is, you will fall in love with it. In my overall experience, from start to finish, I have to give West Hills Kia and team a 10/10 rating. We ended up coming to the West Hills Kia dealership after having spent nearly a month looking for a quality used car for our daughter. All of our efforts to find a car on our own was becoming frustrating, as we failed on one car after another. With that being said, we had just had our Kia Sorento in for a service at the Kia Service Center and we decided to see what they might have on their lot. I need to state first and foremost, that we have had some bad experiences with larger dealerships due to high pressure sales tactics, thus we were reluctant to look. Our daughter found a car that she was interested in and we took it down to our trusted personal mechanic and he gave the car a hearty "thumbs up" approval. We went back to the dealership and worked with Tom and Bryan on a fair price. Bob Villa, the Finance Manager, was just great to work with, as he found a local credit union for us to finance through at a good rate.Everyone we worked with was concerned about our needs as a family. They really listened to us as we went through some various car options before settling on the Kia Spectra......our daughters choice. We want to personally thank Bob, Bryan, Mark, Tom, Andy and Chris for making our family the biggest priority in this transaction and for their complete professionalism. No pressure sales tactics means we will be back in the future. This was truly a great experience!

I was impressed with the dealership the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted by Barry Gardner, Jr. with friendliness and at the same time did not feel pressured at all. I told him I wanted to check out the kia soul and the sportage. I looked at both and decided that I wanted to test drive the kia soul. Barry was very helpful and the test drive was great. Barry was very helpful explaining the different things that the car was capable of doing. When we got back to dealership he did not pressure me for the sale. I told him that I would think about it and get back to him and he gave me his card with his number. I went back later that evening with my daughter and purchased the black soul that I had test drove. I also want to thank the financial team that worked so hard for it to happen. Bob Villa the finance manager was just as helpful and friendly. I gave this dealership top marks because they earned them! We liked everything about the sales experience -- from the first approach (which was friendly but not pushy) to the signing the final papers (which the finance guy made so easy and quick). We weren't left sitting for hours while the salesman "got approval for the deal" from some mysterious manager, as they did at other dealerships we visited. When we wanted to explore various options for down payment, buying vs. leasing, and auto styles, the salesman was helpful, flexible and patient. He understood our budget parameters and didn't try to "up-sell" into a car we couldn't afford. He let us test drive without him in the car so my husband and I could really talk about the car's features without someone breathing down our necks. When we needed figures, he got them quickly, explained them, and then left us alone to discuss our options. There was never any pressure -- and we felt more like we were being helped than being "sold." I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially our salesman, Thomas Bopp. He's terrific!

Prior to arriving at the dealership we contacted Mr. Rembaugh requesting information on his inventory for a 2014 Sorrento LX with a convenience package. He gave information on his inventory as well as sending us to their website. We perused the inventory and asked several questions on the different cars prior to our visit. We were able to ask questions regarding the different cars and received prompt responses. When we arrived Mr. Rembaugh had several cars ready along with Mr. Rosas to help us. Mr. Rosas was very knowledgeable about the Sorrento and was able give us clear answers to all of our questions. We received no pressure but alot of answers to our questions. When we decided to lease, Mr. Rembaugh took his time and clearly explained the numbers. Mr. Villa was very professional with us and also took his time to clearly communicate the financial impact of our lease. We really appreciated everyone's patience and ability to communicate everything to us. We were very impressed with everyone's professionalism during the entire process. We have recommended this dealership to several friends.

We came to West Hills Kia because they are the only car dealership to help us get out of a horrible car situation. They are honest, and friendly. We drove over from Kent area and they stayed late just for us. They delivered what they promised and I was really impressed with the way they handle business. My husband had been talking to Andy on the phone and he was really great to work with, they knew what our situation was, and they didn't decline our business. We take our vehicles to West Hills Kia for service. Each and every time our experience is excellent. The manager and assistant manager go out of their way to let us know how things are going with the service, if there is any problem it is explained in detail. Also, the gentleman working on our vehicle will come to the waiting room to explain any problem found, and discuss how to remedy the problems. All the employees of this business go out of their way to help you. They even call to remind you of a service needed in the near future, and send e-mail reminders with specials, etc. The service performed on our vehicles has been totally satisfactory, with no problems. If a problem does arise, they are right on top of it to help remedy the problem, with their goal being having a happy customer, and we are! I was referred to Mr. Bob Villa by Mr. Jerry Bouldwin who is a salesman at Westhills Toyota Autoplex. I presented with credit challenges, a recent repossession and a bankruptcy in the past. I never thought I would be blessed with the opportunity to purchase a well-maintained, low mileage car with an elite warranty and additional GAP insurance in the deal. Mr. Villa was very sensitive to my personal situation, making me feel very comfortable sharing it with him. He was very knowledgeable in the finance department and he knew instantly what it would take to get me financed.I researched the inventory at the Autoplex and found the perfect car!!! It was newer than my previous car, had 100,000 less miles and needed no repairs!!! As soon as I made the decision to move forward with Mr. Villa, a deal was approved at not one, not two but three different banks with conditions. I made my way over to the Kitsap peninsula, down payment in hand and excited to see my new car!!! The deal happened over the Thanksgiving holiday so I wasn't able to drive away that day, however; Mr. Villa took personal time and attention with me, keeping me informed of the status of the loan until it finally funded first thing Monday morning.This was a very emotional situation for me. I was afraid of having to buy a "beater with a heater" that would have been no better than the previous car I owned and I was very stressed about finding the "right car" to fit my needs that I could afford. Mr. Villa and his salesman Mr. Bouldwin treated me with compassion and professionalism. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and this was one of the best, no-hassle, simple and peaceful car purchases I have made. I will make the 1 and 1/2 hour drive to see Mr. Villa again and I will suggest doing business with Mr. Villa and Mr. Bouldwin to anyone I know shopping for a car. Especially if they have special credit needs.I feel so blessed to have this financial opportunity presented to me. Jessica and Bob were both professional, easy going, fun people who made the whole experience painless. Was looking for a car with better gas milage then my Ford Edge and stopped by Kia. Did not know much about Kia prior to my visit. Worked with Barry who took very good care of my husband and me. He took the time to show us a few cars of which we test drove 2. We really liked them both but ended up with the 2013 Kia Optima LSX. I LOVE IT.Brian and Bob took great care of us too. I normally am not comfortable or trusting of my salesperson but Julianna was in there fighting for us and got us more than we had expected. This was a work day for me and it was difficult to have to sit around for 2+ hours.Matt arranged for shuttle service- much appreciated!!I was called much sooner than discussed and told my car was ready. Our experience was a great one. We came in during their Beach Sale. We had sent in an online lead explaining we would like to trade in our old car and was responded to within an hour. Julianna was our salesperson and she was awesome. She never pressured us into looking at cars we didn't want or cars we could not afford. She even redirected us when we were unintentionally and accidently led toward a different section of vehicles. She understood us when we explained our budget and what we could afford. Between her and the rest of the team they told us to just pick out a couple cars we liked even if they were within a $2,000 range of our budget. We looked at a Forte that we liked but were hesitant about the milage. Right away Julianna said "forget it," "I don't want to put you in a car that you are unsure about and uncomfortable about the milage it comes with." We both thought that was very honest and considerate and we knew we had come to a good place. We looked at another Forte that was newer and we liked the features but we had our sights set on a Dodge Avenger we saw that was a little over our budget. We called it our "wishful thinking" car because we doubted that we could get it. Julianna respected that and said she would see what they could do. They played around with the numbers and she came back with great news... The car we wanted, plus GAP insurance and even a 3 year warranty was all within our budget! We couldn't believe it. We thought they were just going to tell us we couldnt afford the car so that we would end up getting the Kia Forte instead of the Dodge being a Kia dealership and all. Turns out they didn't even look up the Kia Forte. Julianna laid everything out in front of us and made sure that were absolutely positive of our decision before anybody presented paperwork in front of us. She even called my insurance company so that I could get a new quote on how much my insurance was going to change by getting a new car. Everyone there helped us cover all the angles we needed to cover in order to complete the process right the first time. We even got more for our trade in then we had expected. Dean also helped us get a great finance rate and said he would push for an even lower rate so our monthly payments would be even less. Needless to say they took very good care of us and our experience was quick, easy and stress free. The sales team didn't rush at us when we first arrived and bombard us with a bunch of salespeople language. They really seemed to listen to us and never did any pressure sales or tried to convince us to get something we could not afford or that we didn't want. That's hard to come by with most dealerships.

Probably one of the best car shopping experiences we ever had. Roy Velasquez approached us in a professional friendly manner, and was genuinely helpful in our decision to purchase a 2013 Sportage--NO PRESSURE, absolutely none; just a lot of knowledge and he listened as we discussed what we were looking for in a vehicle. The price was agreeable without having to do the back and forth dickering that is typical in car buying. Dean was very helpful as well when it came to crunching numbers, and getting all the paperwork processed.When we got the vehicle home we noticed a couple of minor flaws (dimples) in the hood; phoned West Hills Kia the next morning, and the dimples were repaired that afternoon--in and out of there within 45 minutes! Thanks to the manager and staff.We would definitely recommend starting at West Hills Kia first for car shopping, and we will return there when it's time to purchase another Kia. Chad was very friendly and efficient when I brought my KIA Sportage in for some warranty work to be done. I was offered a shuttle ride home but it was not necessary on this visit. Brad explained to me the inspection showed that my brakes were in need of being done. Chad made sure the parts were ordered and made an appointment for me to bring it back in the following week. When I returned for my appointment this week Chad again helped me and insured all parts had arrived before I dropped the car off. While I was there on my initial visit all employees that were there were very friendly and helpful. I was very happy for the complimentary coffee bar coupon ! I was even offered a bottle of water before I left. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that I knew who was interested in purchasing a KIA or those who already own one for service. Originally, we popped in to West Hills Kia to check out a used vehicle (browsed the online dealer site prior to our trip, so husband had a few vehicles already in mind). Julianna Zimburean couldn't have been a better sales rep.; very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I felt like we were shopping with a family member :) We ran Julianna's butt off all over their lot (& their lot IS significant) but she beautifully maintained her professionalism (& my husband CAN test that!!). I can not express enough the great experience I had at west hills KIA. The Sale personal was polite and had an upbeat attitude towards me. My sales Representative was Julieanna Zimburean, Not only was she polite , but she showed, no signs of pressuring me to buy a car. I had came in at least 2 times to test drive cars, I was looking for a certain car, and she allowed me the space I needed to make my finale choice. Julieanna did not pressure call me, or rush me to make a decision. I was at West Hills Kia to look at a used Mazda MX-5 on the lot. Roy took me for a test drive and showed me everything about the car, and all of the features it had. He was a great person to deal with, and was extremely knowledgeable about this car. Dan put together a great deal for me to buy the car, and had it prepared for me to drive away.Bob did all the financing work, and we closed the deal. I drove away with a great car, at a great price, and with a great car buying experience. I will be back when I need to shop for another car in the future.

Julianna was the first person we saw walking in the door of the Kia dealership. We were hesitant actually due to our previous experience at another dealership on the hill. We were pleasantly surprised to find Julianna and the rest of the crew. Julianna was really nice and real. We told her our story and we were looking for a good used Car for Roy to drive to work and back. We already have one good car so it was just so he didn't have to take a bus and walk a mile in this aweful weather. Anyway, I belive Julianna was honest and thought the car we liked was a good catch. We think so too. Yes, it has high mileage, but hey it's a Toyota Corolla and it's on the reliable used car list in the 2012 consumer guide. I would recommend doing business with Julianna again and the Kia dealership!! Thanks for helping us find exactly what we were looking for. I think the price was fair and resonable. I didn't want to push it for a lower price and if Julianna wasn't as nice as she was, I might have tried harder. They did reduce the price some and it was a March Madness sale. We think we did OK! I didn't have to listen to any sales person trying to sell me on just any car. Julie zimburean approached me and her fist question was "what was I looking for?" She was very patient with me and wanted to make sure that she got me into a car that was just for me. She found me the perfect car that was in my price range and it had my name all over it! I shopped around for a new car for 3 months, visited 4 car dealerships. I'm glad I went to West Hills last, they weren't like the regular salespeople at the other 3 places ... no pressure at all, just lots of info to help me make a decision. I really like the feling they gave me that the customer really does comes first... on 2 occasions they bent over backwards to make my experience flow more smoothly...although they didn't have to do those things.They gave me more money for my trade in, a better price on the car, a free 3 yr oil and wiper blade change contract, and other incentives to buy a car there ... so I did it, I'm very happy about it and will definetly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

I purchased my car from Julianna whom was very nice from the beginning of the process through the end. I really appreciated not being pressured into a sale. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and as helpful as possible. I rated down on the price a little partially because I had never purchased a new car before so anything over the $10,000 I paid for my last used car seemed expensive. In checking my sources on-line though I consider the price I paid to not be out of line. The car so far is great.

By the time I got to the dealership, he had the perfect car waiting for me to look at. I bought the car and told Bob what I could afford to pay. He came within $20 of my request. I went into Kia to pick up my husbands new Kia Optima ! I had just visited another dealership in the area just an hour before looking to buy myself a new car as well. When I saw his brand new shiny car I fell in love with it , Love at first sight ! The dealer said "oh how cute would that be if you had matching cars! " She offered to show me one in the color that I was looking for I did a test drive filled out all the paper work and was on my way out on about 2 hours . I originally started to look on line and found West Hills Kia. They had a chat line and started the process to look for a car, and explained a prior bankruptcy. I gave my phone number and e-mail address, a message was left on my phone, I returned it and started to talk to Julianna Zimburean about purchasing a vehicle and getting financed approval over the phone, being I live in Sequim, Wa and there in Bremerton, Wa. I went in the next day on sunday, and purchased a new Kia Rio gdi, the service was great and very professional and I would recommend to any body to try West Hills Kia in Bremerton, Wash. My husband and I were looking to purchase a new mid-sized sedan, narrowing our long and extensive search to a Kia Optima, a Hyundai Sonata, or a Hyundai Elantra. We visited Parr Hyundai and West Hills Kia in Bremerton, WA. At West Hills Kia the customer service, their willingness to work with us to get us what we wanted, their friendliness, their no-pressure attitude, and not trying to intimidate us into buying a car we wanted or another other vehicle we just weren't interested in was fabulous! They listened to us, they understood our needs and desires, and they focused their attention on OUR goals, not their goals. The customer service at Kia far surpassed our expectations compared to the customer service we received from Parr Hyundai. The salesman at Hyundai, Marty, was very nice but the manager blew the sale for him solely based on his utter lack of comprehending what customer service should be in the sale of an automobile! The Kia Optima and the Hyundai Sonata vehicles were very similar but the emphasis on excellent customer service and Kia's staffs' willingness to help us reach a good price for an excellent product is what helped us with our final decision to purchase the Kia Optima. We have already sung the praises of the wonderful staff at Kia to our friends and hopefully they will check out West Hills Kia for their next vehicle! The Kia service counter is set up quite strangely so at first it feels like you are getting world class CRUMMY service. I arrived at 0930 for an 0940 appointment and stood there while streams of employees went about their business completely ignoring me for at least 10 minutes. Not once did anyone make eye contact, ask me if I had been helped, or seem to even notice I was standing there waiting. FINALLY Matt, the service guy showed up. He was great, helped me right away, was friendly and knew what he was doing. He got my keys, had me sign one little form and off my car went. The service was fast and they washed my car. As I sat there waiting I figured out there is a car rental area, and I think maybe some sort of parts area combined with the service check in area. The people who run the other areas are clearly not the least bit concerned about greeting the service customers. If you are standing at the area that says "service" you are not going to get any unless a dedicated service person is there...I guess I wasn't their problem. A real design flaw for West Hills I think. Nothing is worse than waiting at any business for ten minutes without so much as a greeting and a "someone will be right with you" while no less than 5-6 employees swirl around you avoiding eye contact. All-in-all they did a fine job, but as a first impression I have to say the service left something to be desired, it just seems terribly rude to ignore any customer even if it isn't your actual job to help them. Just sayin.

we wanted a newer car, so my husband and I planned to go to Tacoma as he knows that we can get much better deal there than here locally, but I am not so feeling good that day so I told him why not just visit the ones locally. so we decided to go to westhills, we met Jessica and she showed us a couple cars, as we are waiting for a call from the bank for me to get pre-approved for autoloan. finally my husband called the bank(kitsap credit union) and rejected my pre-approval. saying that my credit history wasnt good enough. we met Bob Villa the financial Manager in westhills, he is really good and friendly. he helped me a lot for my autoloan and got me a very low interest rate from BECU. my overall experience in buying a new car for the first time is awesome. thanks westhills most especially to Bob Villa :-)

We have been wanting to look at the Kia Sportage and Sorento's for a while. With nothing better to do on black friday we thought it a good time to go look. (Everytime we look we buy) Julieanna met us as we arrived and from that moment on was helpful, honest- yes honest and understanding our needs and budget. There was NO pressure of salesman runaround stuff. The deal was stress free and the time it took to process the deal was not long at all. This was infact the best experiance I have ever had in buying a car. We got a great deal and car upgrade we needed and stayed within the budget and actually got something better than what we had. Juliana was very helpful and listened to our needs. She quickly started working to get our new Kia Soul lease completed so we could start enjoying it ASAP. We obtained a fair trade for our old vehicle and went through the process so fast we felt like we went to a spa instead of buying a car. I really like her style of sales, she is down to earth and relies on the product to provide the additional benefits the customer is unaware of. She is polite, kind and informative.I found out about the dealership when we took our Kia Rhondo in for service after moving here from Arizona. On the way to Washington, we hit a block of wood in the road. The West Hills Kia service department inspected our vehicle and repaired all warranty items. Waiting in the service department is very pleasant as they have a coffee bar and cafe in the dealership that provided us complimentary beverages.When my non Kia vehicle recently needed repairs, I decided to take it to the West Hills Kia service department instead of its make. I then thought to myself, why not get another kia instead of repairing this? So I did. Other brands may be similar in style and performance, but I would rather go to West Hills Kia. I am all set, they earned my business in every way.P.S. I am sorry if I mispelled our salespersons name. It is pronounced Juliana and I remember the spelling to be different than what I can remember. My paperwork is not available for proofing at this time the dealership is closed.

I bought a 2012 Kia Soul a few days ago and LOVE my Car!! The car buying experience couldn't have been easier. I emailed the dealership saying I was interested in a Kia Soul and the features I was interested in. These folks didn't miss a beat. After a few emails with Dean, my salesperson, I said I would be in that evening. Everyone on the floor was expecting me and knew my name when I walked in. I was treated with respect, professionalism and thoughtfulness as we discussed what I was looking for in a car. The next day I emailed 3 other dealerships to compare deals. The difference was night and day regarding the attentiveness, professional attitude and the response time. It was clear that West Hills Kia had much more to offer. I can't say enough about the personal service and consideration the staff showed me. When I went back to purchase the car I was able to get a better interest rate thru their financing options than I was offered on a pre-approval at my own bank. Let me start with I have purchased many vehicles in my day...and my experiences have never been even close to this experience...they were awesome! The staff was excellent...all of them! I think being a new dealership is to their benefit because they don't have any old bad habits! They treated me like a queen, made sure I made my appointments I had scheduled and never made me feel like I was a problem...I would recommend this dealership to anyone (and I have never recommended a dealership before). If you are like me and you hate the "car purchase" experience...give them a try and I hope you have as good an experience as I did! Oh and by the way, did I mention that I LOVE my new car!!!

I went in just to get an idea of how much I would need to put down on a car. It was not something I was planning right away and I was very honest with Jessica. Her knowing this, she still treated me as if I were a VIP customer. She showed me what I needed to do to get the vehicle I wanted. Never was there any pressure. She even entered me into a contest while I was there. Sadly, I was not able to purchase a car that day, but I knew when the time comes West Hills Kia would be my place to go. Man was I surprised when they called and said I had won the grand prize for the contest!!!!! I was in shock. I won a 2012 Kia Forte for a year!!!! Amazed just does not describe my feelings. Went to West Hills Kia on a whim with my wife thinking that we are just going to look at the cars nothing more. Little did I know that later I would be driving off the lot in our brand new 2012 Kia Serento. Impossible you say?! Not for West Hills Kia! The staff there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The people you need to talk to are Jessica and Bob. These two wonderful people helped us so much! Jessica is bright, informative, and very honest. She made us feel very assured that we where going to be taken care of no matter what. Now, Bob is the financial specialist he is a man with many talents. Bob was able to find my wife and I a loan with ease! Even when are credit is not up to par, Bob was able to work with us and are budget and still get a loan at 7% APR! And that is amazing!
