We met Kristina which was the dealer sales person. She was very nice and knew the car back ground really well. We bought a Buick Enclave. That what I really wanted. Even before I ask she already hand in hand the car fax. She was very patient and even with our grand babies a set of twins. Helped us to put the car seat in the Buick. I like the fact that they was fast and everything started at 2:00 and we was out by 3:55. Now that is fast concidering when we bought our jeep we was there 4 hrs in another dealer. They all was nice to us. Kristina answer all our questions and was always polite and with a smile. We felt we made a friend with her. I would recommend this dealer and ask for Kristina.

I went to look at a 2015 Altima I saw on the website, unfortunately we didn't come to a conclusion, but the salesman was very respectful and took my issues into consideration. They do try to work hard to make a deal that both can be happy with, it just didn't work out in my circumstance. If someone asked me a place to buy a car I would definitely recommend going to them. They have a wide variety of cars there of very good quality. They do a very good job with the presentation of the vehicles and had a very entertaining test ride with them. All in all a very good dealership to deal with, even though I wasn't able to come to an agreement on a car the experience was so good I felt the need to leave a positive review.

We had a wonderful car buying experience for our 2013 BMW purchase. The Managers (Sales and Finance) we worked with were able to get us financed and come to a price for the new car and trade in that we felt was very fair. The car we purchased only had 1 key, and they helped us with the purchase a new one. We would definitely come back and do business when it is time for the next car.

I just bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer. After I bought it, the dealer said bring it back next week so we can do the certification for you. "We'll give you a rental while your Jeep is Being certified." A week later I bring my Jeep back to the dealer. The sales manager tells me he doesnt have a rental car for me. So my father comes to pick me up and as we are leaving in his truck, so is the manager in my new Jeep. We were going the same way he was and seen him floor it at every light after it turned green. We were finally able to catch up and see him swerving through traffic and weaving really quick through traffic. Is this how you treat your customers vehicles? I didnt get a good vibe from the dealer in the first place. Just to name a few other things, the sales manager would talk in a different launguage back in forth in front of me with his manager. I thought this was very rude as i know it was about my vehicle. The dealer also threw in random floor mats which are not the correct ones for my vehicle. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would never buy from them again. I still feel dissatisfied with this post because I know I have not described everything that happened.

Being a 3 hour drive away from the dealership, I wanted to get as much information about the car I was interested in before deciding whether or not to make the drive down from Richmond to see/purchase it. Amber and Nelly were both fantastic about getting me all the information I requested in a precise and timely manner. Once I arrived at the dealership, the car was clean and setting out ready for me to inspect and test drive. There was no pressure for me to purchase the car and the trade-in value Ramin offered on my car was very fair. All in all, Westgate Pre-Owned made this a very good buying experience.

My wife and I were looking for a used charger. When we arrived at Westgate Lee Dance greeted us warmly, and showed us a couple of options. He had an excellent customer service; he is very informative and seems to really care for his customers. I was very impressed by his professionalism. He was so great that I even changed my mind and ended up buying a Challenger instead (I know, sometimes you have to make sacrifices). My wife and I had to go back home to gather some information, by the time we came back, Lee had already ALL the paperwork ready (we pretty much had to sign it). Lee keep up the good work!! We pretty much came back to Wesgate Saturday because of your excellent customer service and wiliness to work with us. A big shout out to Tommy at the finance department as well. He was excellent and very personable. JT

Recently, I bought a Jeep Compass from Westgate and I am beyond thrilled to share my experience there. From the moment my father and I walked in the door, we were welcomed with smiling faces and, admittedly, I was overwhelmed by the delicious smell of freshly popped popcorn. Upon our arrival, the staff was quite busy so we were directed to the waiting lounge. We happily waited in the pleasant lounge equipped with really comfortable couches, a TV, and refreshments galore. It wasn't too long until a sales representative was available. Our sales representative was Gregg Jacobs. We told him what we were looking for and we test drove my current car!! I was so pleased with how knowledgable Gregg was about the vehicle. He answered all of the questions we had with exquisite detail. Gregg was able to coordinate an accommodating deal with a financing insurance manager, John Azzarelli. Likewise, John was exceptional to work with. We left the dealership with a new car and, as cheesy as it sounds, new friends. Overall, my experience was unbeatable and everything was beyond satisfactory. Whatever you're looking for, the people here will help you find it. Great people, great atmosphere!!

This dealership had just opened when I purchased my car, but all in all, it was an easy process and I felt that everyone there was working to make my experience a positive one. I did have some repair issues and that is why I gave 4 stars for Customer Service and Quality of Repairs. Additionally, the facility was probably opened a little bit too early as it was not quite ready for customers. That has most likely been corrected by now. I would recommend checking them out...they had a very good selection of pre-owned vehicles and they seem to be very ethical and honest.
